I believe that the houses in Geylang can be worthwhile, especially if you are introduced by someone who is a frequent visitor. I used to spend a lot of SGD 300/350 for full time from Orchard Towers during my first 2 years in Singapore. Last query. How reliable are the sites LaksaBoy Singapore..OK. Credit cards. Have used them at the bars. However for other transactions at OT and Geylang, etc. use cash. I don't think the girls have started accepting BITCOIN payments yet (LOL). For massage places, use cash also. Its not a matter so much of fraud with a credit card, just that most of these services aren't set up to accept them. Carrying cash is safe, no worries, but of course, keep an eye on your stuff. Generally you have to go to a hotel and meet up with the girl, but for me at least that has worked well. However as you are only in town for a day it may be practical for you. I find changers in Chinatown and in the Orchard Road area (usually run by Indian or arab types) much better value than the airport as there is lots of them, creating competition. There are money changers everywhere in the areas I have mentioned if in fact you are planning on being in these areas.

In fact I found the hotel I stayed in on one of my first trips to SG better value than the airport money changers!

as far as bbbj goes in sg, these are a definite yes from my experience:

* chinese cat150 houses in geylang (cost $150 for 45min)

* most take out freelancers in ot or brix (simply clarify with the girl before leaving with them) (cost is negotiated, so don't act too much like a tourist or you will pay more! st for 2 hrs or so you should not pay more than $200, maybe a bit more in brix)

* freelance websites offering mostly thai incall services from hotels or apartments. their ads on various sites will clearly say what services are on offer including bbbj (cost from 100 to 150 for 90min and two shots on goal!)

i have no experience with street walkers or massage places that are rep001tered throughout sg. so sorry if you were referring to those.

I googled 'money changers Geylang' and there are plenty to choose from. They will be way better than the airport so definitely do not use the airport!

Personally, depending on your budget, I would be heading into Orchard Road and going to Orchard Towers (particularly Ipanema Bar). Most Aussies (and other caucasian races) find O / T more to their liking (I know I do!). You can have a drink, meet stacks of attractive girls before deciding who you take back to your hotel after negotiating a deal. Geylang is very much more orientated to the Chinese customer. Usually a bit clinical due to the fact the girls rarely speak any English and the service generally lacks a GFE style. However food choices are great in Geylang! Mind you there is good food everywhere in SG!

Anyway, wherever you end up I reckon you will be 10-15c better off by not using the airport changers!

Had the chance to spend a week in Singapore and escape work commitments on a few different occasions to enjoy the local market. Here are a few random thoughts – nothing ground breaking, but I think always good to hear the latest.

Geylang is a sight to behold. I ventured via the MRT to the Aljunied station, where I found myself a very short walk away from the various lorongs (a Malay word for 'lanes, ' I was told by a local) where the women, punters, hawkers, some random ladyboys and a litany of other guys from southern Asia just seem to be hanging around outside of a variety of hotels, dining establishments and brothels. It was a really unique and kinda cool vibe, replete with action and somehow lacking the sense of risk and danger that one typically finds in such an area of a major city. I walked up and down the lorongs, starting at 22 (Aljunied) and making my way down to 6. The lorongs worth walking down were the even numbered ones, which was really convenient because it meant not having to constantly cross the busy Geylang Road.

I took the chance to briefly talk with a few girls who caught my interest, but there was nothing I found on the street that inspired me to negotiate. The brothels are quite apparent, but what will not be apparent is which ones are 50, 100, or 150, which ones have Thai girls, Chinese girls or otherwise, which ones have soapy baths or just normal showers, which ones have good providers or not, etc. For that a combination of research on this board, intuition and willingness to not be shy and ask questions are the best bet. I did quite well at Lorong 20 House 36 and Westerhout Road House 10, both of which have received positive reviews on here within the past few months. After many years of coming to SIN & playing it safe at Orchard Towers, I thought I'd take the plunge and try my hand in Geylang, this time.

A little research on this amazingly informative thread was sufficient to find a cheap & clean hotel (Fragrance Crystal, in my case) and a long list of recommended locations for fun & games.

First stop: L18h40. Recommended by several members, and now this one too.

I've been soapy's in various countries. BKK, Tokyo, Shanghai. And this Geylang experience was like a slightly low-rent version of previous experiences.

Buildings & fixtures are slightly shabby, in no way comparable to, say, the Shanghai Spa's, but the Papasan's & girls are incredibly friendly and easy going.

I allowed myself to be persuaded to view a couple of fish-tanks on the Westerhout Road & L18 as I was wandering around, and left without purchasing. No aggro from the Pappasan's in either case.

Singapore was abso-fucking-lutely expensive. The massages I could find tended to be 50SGD for an hour, plus another 50SGD for a happy ending. Yes, I'm sure it could be found cheaper, but I could only get away so often. I hit Orchard Tower for a couple of hours, just for research. One place advertised Russian pole dancers. Beer was $10sgd for a mug (265-ish Baht). And these "Russian" (yeah, right) dancers gave their Thai sisters a run for their money in the buffalo shuffle. As a foreigner, a white Westerner to be specific, in Geylang I often was asked to pay a mere 25 SG dollars to bang a girl, a high percentage of whom I found to be quite young and hot. There was no price raising for me from those ladies & some other foreigners have found the same thing. Also, BTW, as the thread has detailed, one can insist on recieving a double session if they try to double the price on you, which works out to the same rate as the so-called local rate.

Pinays or PI girls in SG are not really pertinent to the subject of dirt cheap lays in SG, as there are none from this nationality working in Geylang P4P houses, let alone the streets there. Nor to my knowledge in any of the low priced red light or P4P PU areas of SG. Speaking of which, I've read at least one of the other RLD in SG is even less expensive than the most discounted in Geylang.

In 5 months last year well over 99 percent of people I saw in Geylang, both in general & in the street P4P areas, were not Westerners. Perhaps in the future we'll see more of such hobbyists discovering & attracted to the area to sample the delights of not only cheap Thai & Indo but several other south & SEA dishes. You won't find these in Thailand.

The prices are way less than what you'ld pay for a crack ho addict in a Western country, with better service from your pick of a variety of nationalities of hotter girls who don't have substance abuse issues.

I doubt you will find anything matching this unique situation anywhere else in the world. Furthermore it's happening in extremely safe warm English speaking first world Americanized SG. Truly a lovely little city state.

I was there in Geylang 5 months in 2013, exclusively focused on the street scene in that district. And you were in SG how long, with how much of that time in its Geylang area, spent outside the houses exploring the streets?

The street scene has been my specialty for 10 years, from the crack track in Vancouver to the NEP area in BKK to Geylang in SG. [MP's, gogos, bars, FL joints etc are not my cup of tea. ] If you were familiar with any of these countries' street scenes, I can tell you the 25 dollar ladies of Geylang I refer to are younger and cuter than those in the other nations. They are also whiter and bustier than the aforementioned Thais. Aside from the subjective cutness, these are all objectively verifiable factors.

By 25 dollar ladies I do not refer to the "sub continent" P4P ladies in the alley or on lorong 22 near Geylang road. Nor do I know what price they were going for, as I was never interested in them & wouldn't have done them if they paid me. I found it a constant source of amusement, though, to see all these young trim & handsome guys standing there staring at them. They were always exclusively "sub continental" guys, no Chinese Singaporeans, & I had to wonder what the attraction was. Good for a laugh, though.

BTW over 99 percent of the people in Geylang I saw around there seemed to be either of Chinese or subcontinental origin. Quite a few times I'd find people looking at me curiously like they'd never seen a person of European origins before.

Within 50 metres of that location Thai street girls were regularly found working. One I knew from BKK said the TGs serviced Bangla guys for $25 SG. I suppose she refered to Bangladesh guys, foreigners, temporarily in SG to do cheap labour. Hordes of foreigners who were paying only 25 dollars, not 50 SG, for a fuck. But the rate I, a white Westerner, had to pay was 50 SG, though I could have insisted on a double session for that amount.

The boss let me take my Thai girl out to my room for a couple hours at that rate per 30 minutes & everything was on the menu. She described her boss as SG mafia who would send the Bangla customers a knuckle sandwich when they got out of line. We smiled together as she told me about that.

The best looking Geylang street ladies IMO were the PRC on the odd numbered side of Geylang road. Many of them were as stunning in real life as the photoshopped pics on a well known Hong Kong P4P website.

A fair number of the Viet girls, though, were just as stunning, with prices ranging from 25 to 50 SG dollars. Short time room rates went from no additional charge to the customer (the girl pays) to 10 or 12 dollars. Quite stunning girls were available at various prices. 25, 30, 35, 50 dollars. After I learned I could get them at 25 dollars I often passed up on the others trying to get me to go with them for as much as 50. I recieved BBBJ from and banged what may be the hottest girl I've ever seen in my life for a measley 50 SG. Pretty much a perfect 10 as I see it.

Referring back to Geylang road & the PRC, the stunners were not interested in me, a farang, during prime time, but early morning hours showed some offers, albeit at probably around 100 SG & I don't expect it would have been an experience to write home about. The even numbered side of the main road also often had a few PRC stunners & for only 50 dollars.

As for personal pics of P4P ladies I neither post nor take them. i'd rate their average as clearly higher than in the above thai youtube vid. but it seems their price was around 100 sg dollars, whereas prc stunners could be found directly across the street & around the corner for only 50 percent of the cost. don't ask me to explain why the great disparity in price. maybe the girls or their handlers would know, if you can speak their language. my guess is that location may have something to do with it. btw i saw sg chinese gents driving cars picking up the girls on the 100 dollar side of the road. so i have to assume they also found something worth looking at on the streets of geylang.

outside of the prc on either side of the main road between lorongs 20 to 22, & around some of the corners there just off of the main road a few meters, & the area i found the $25 sg ladies, i didn't find the street scene in geylang of nearly the same high quality.

even the best zone along the main road from lor 20 to 22 had slim pickings in the daytime. as a rule then, it only offered some over 30 over weight big busty white prc for 50 sg plus room. to my eyes, some of them were rather cute & doable if you were desperate & horny enough, or have a fetish for such, but that's it. the hotties & stunners generally came out at night starting in prime time. as in young slim busty pretty white & well dressed.

I had some fun with the PRC SWs in Geylang in January and February.

Lots of PRC SWs on Talma Road (I was there at different times on different days, from around 3. 00pm to around 11. 00pm). I love PRC girls and I was very happy here. IMHO these girls were the hottest SWs of any nationality that I have seen anywhere.

Very good looking, hot bodies and sexily dressed. They all have the same price, SGD 80 for FS. Included BJ and all the positions I wanted (Cowgirl, Doggie, Missionary). However, some girls are keen on missionary only so it's helpful if you know enough Chinese language to say what you want before paying.

Some girls gave great enthusiastic service but some girls were unenthusiastic and just wanted to get everything finished as quickly as possible. These PRC girls look great on the street but many will be disappointing providers.

I also tried some PRC SWs on Geylang Road (roughly between Lorong 22 and Lorong 12). The girls here are older and not as hot as the Talma Road girls. SGD 50 was the usual price for the SWs on Geylang Road.

I enjoyed Geylang and will certainly go again the next time I'm in Singapore. From reading the posts on this board my understanding is Geylang can be very active sometimes and quiet sometimes. When I was there in January and February there were many SWs and many Asian nationalities to choose from.

That is, the house was fully booked for the evening and the other customer had an appointment and I didn't. Or, was this some type of discrimination?

No question about it, the 150 Chinese houses have some great girls. I have never had a bad session at these places, but that is what one would expect for 150sd. On my recent 3 day layover in Singapore, March 2014, I checked out a quite a few of these 150 houses. Many times there were only 3 or 4 girls available (free) and if a particular house did not happen to have a good looking girl that I liked at the moment, I would simply tell the boss "I will come back later" and there was no problem. I ended up having sessions in L1805 with Nana and L1606 with Jin Sha. Both girls were great. I liked the set up best in L1606. After my session there, I talked with the host a bit. He told me he also had some Malaysian girls in addition to his Chinese stable just in case I was interested and I was. I highly recommend both L1805 and L1606. I found VN street walkers in various locations. For example, a few times I noticed around a half dozen near the alley entrance & tables at Lorong 18 close to the main drag. There were one or two real knockouts there. I forget their asking price, but it wasn't over 60 SG. Had a couple sessions with one girl at a nearby short time hotel, the first being somewhat ok & the 2nd a rip off. If I had insisted on post payment rather than pre paying things may have gone better. These PRC were more agressive in trying to hook a farang than the 100 SG PRC on the odd numbered lorong side of Geylang Road, the main road in the Geylang area.

The PRC turnover was high from week to week or month to month, so new faces might attract previous customers to return for a different look. This even though some PRC said they had one or two year entries to SG. OTOH Thai & Viets said they were only staying for a month or two.

Roughly 20 metres from the PRC at lorong 20 I'd find up to 4 Indonesians on the sidewalk offering to do me for 50 SG. They would proposition me, but I never gave it a go due to their looks. They were using a ST "hotel" beside them.

From there walking down a block away from Geylang road, & turning right at the next street, Westerhout Road, just around the corner I discovered at times a stable of up to around 10 youngish Thai working ladies. 50 SG for up to 30 minutes in the joint where they were standing & all doable. One time I saw them running along lorong 20 towards Guillmard Road when an LE alert was on. BTW if this happens in the middle or at the begininng of a session, you are out of luck & get no refund.

On the other side of Westerhout I found 3 more PRC P4P gals standing on the sidewalk trying to get business, including one very hot girl. The prices for FL's range from a low of 30 sgd to a high of 100 sgd depending on the type of girl and her overall quality, but most girls ask between 60 sgd ($48) and 70 sgd ($55). It is less if you are a local or Asian. If you accept a girl's offer, she will then want to take you to her favorite ST hotel for minimal added cost. Some girls will only go to a certain hotel and won't go anywhere else. Make sure to bring your I'd or the hotel will not let you in.

As a matter of fact, Geylang houses are racist. For me, being Caucasian, this means having to reject overpriced offers, and searching a bit to find a house offering the regular price. As for general discrimination against Sub Continent folks, well, it is everywhere, though if you head to Brix or Ipanema, the discrimination translates to asking higher price. Again, don't go into the technical. And mpst pf those girls are not smart to identify a rough and tough blue collar worker vs a better dressed white collar guy- for them both are same, and. Often the white collar guys have also behaved not nicely. No offense again!

And the recent visitors to Singapore from the Sub-Cons are all well healed, and when the natives pay, say, 200 $, a Caucasian pays, say 300 $, the 'well healed' sub cons don't hesitate when a girl says 500 $. So. It's not a bad situation after all. I think.

P.S. , those days, when I had a customer site at Lor 14, I used to observe, on Sundays, the loads of Workers lining up, to just watch the girls. And should a sub-con guy go and pick a girl, when the fellow comes back after his deed, a few guys will follow asking stuff like 'how was it. ' . Comical, but sad. I will check the Indian ladies in Geyland out when I get to SIN and report back. This should sort fact from myth. If they are as bad as they are made out to be, I will give them a miss and try one of the other ethnic types working there most probably Indonesians.I undertook to report back after checking out Geyland but my forum log in would not work and after persevering on a number of occasions, eventually I erroneously thought that I had been locked out deliberately. Only recently did I try again and lo and behold I got in. So here's my report albeit over 2 years late so no one can say that Grandpianist is not a man of his word.

Anyway I did go to check things out. It wasn't too difficult finding where the Indian ladies operated as there were hordes (no exaggeration) of men of Indian sub continental ethnicity wandering around. On the side alleys leading from the lorongs there were probably about a dozen Indian ladies, some dressed in saris and others in jeans and t-shirts, ranging in age from 20's to 40's. They were all staring straight ahead vacantly and everyone one had a mean looking minder standing a couple of feet behind them looking menacing and surrounded crowds of bystanders of a similar ethnicity gawping at them. It was like the proverbial cattle market and for me, not having had any previous dealings with the street scene anywhere, I found it thoroughly unpleasant and slightly unnerving.

I was so totally put off by then experience by then that I just wanted to get out of Geyland and didn't seek any Indonesians. I ended up paying for a table bath with overpriced handjob with a Chinese lady in her 40's in a walk in parlour in the centre of town.

They are the same as the legal Lorongs (even no Lorongs) but away from 16/18, the concentration of legal houses and street walkers reduce.
