I was in Panama city for over a week during carnaval in Februry. A little about me: I lived here as a teenager and now in my mid 30s, go back about once a year or a couple of year, I have been to almost all the places. Visited Golden Time, not impressed with the selection, not quite like my last visit. Some friends took me to a new place called Gold Fingers, located right by the Dorado mall, only had like 5 girls but one tall brunnette with two occupied according to hostess regular rate is like 90 for the hour but since we are all locals they offered to us at 75/ hr. Caribbean center is also located two doors down, they moved here from a couple of blocks down the road.
Decided not to waste my energy and money on salons but liked the adventure to go hunt. I spent some really good time with some semi pro that my friends introduced me to. I like it unrushed and a more GFE. After many phone calls, I went to pick up by Central ave by 5 de Mayo, she said her mom has a business there. My friends told me about how pretty she was but I did not believed it until she came in to my car, pretty face a almost 9, 22yo, medium height, nice body. Does anyone know about an incident that occurred last weekend in which the Panama police were called in to investigate an assault against one of the working girls at Habamos. In general Venetto is the same Sundays and Mondays as any other days of the week, although this weekend it will probably be very quiet.

You mean, TLN or Todo La Noche ( all night). TLN is the lingo used in latin mongering destinations. I like "TLN" because it is very specific. On the other hand, LT is long time and ST is short time, used in other parts of the world. LT is more up for interpretation and requires further clarification.
Anyway, coming to the point of the question; I paid $250 plus club fee for a 9. But that was couple of years ago. She was Colombian and was worth every penny. I probably paid a bit more but I had only one night before a business partner joined me to share the room.
Would Love to hear more of the latest info from other experienced mongers.

On sundays, a sure win bet is La Bodeguita VIP, in via espana, right at the entrance of Via Argentina, in the same row as the Alhambra Via Espana movie theathers. Place gets packed around 11pm

October is indeed the worst month in our rainy season, but it doesnt stops tourism, NOR THE GIRLS at all.
There will be flooded streets of course, because when it rains, it pours but nothing out of the extraordinary like major floods, flash floods or anything else that might be common in other places

Like it has been said again&again, if you have the money to spare and dont mind, stay at the veneto, otherwise there are much cheaper alternatives that will save you some bucks that you can use for mongering activities.

I am looking for a nice (high end) 3 bedroom apartment in PC, close to all the action. I searched for it in this forum and I could not come up with specific names. Rodeo9112, a well respected senior member posted this in 2009: I found it searching for "apartments". He said, ".......- Apartment/condo: Great spot! Overlooks half of the city, a piece of ocean and a part of the mountains/hills. 3br, 2baths for $130/nt. Better rate than you can get a Veneto or Marriott unless you have reward points...."
The place he described sounds perfect. I PM'd him. He does not know me and I have never communicated with him before. I am not sure if he is still active in PC or remembers the name of the place. Anyways we plan to hit up regular clubs most nights and if unlucky we plan on going to a place with semi pros to try and pull for free.
We are both 24 and good looking, we had no problems pulling pro's for free in Rio De Janerio and look to do the same in PC.
So what are the best places to go scope out semi pros in a relaxed chill atmosphere?
And any recommendations on apartment rental agencies or sites would be much appreciated also.

A Panamian owner or agent looking for a renter for a few months IS WILLING to rent it out for a few days ( 4-5 days ) at the price of one month until he finds a more regular renter.
Do NOT discount talking to owners looking for more long term tenants ; Panamanians are PRACTICAL businessmen.

Stayed there Veneto Hotel last week for a few days. They upgraded me to the Club floor. All for $149 + Tax. Very nice hotel. Absolutely no problem bringing chicas in. No registration was necessary. Girls knew just to walk to elevator without blinking an eye. Would recommend it.
Spend additional days at ocean-view room at the Miramar Intercontinental. Expensive but worth it. No problem with chicas. About $5 to $7 taxi ride to Veneto or Habana.

It is a bar, exactly across from entrance for Marriott Hotel (not Marriott Courtyard but "Panama Marriott"). It opens about 7PM and goes until 2 AM or so. Get there early and get them as they come in. Drinks are reasonably priced and every girl is for take-out. Almost all Colombiana. Very informal. Nice front patio to chat with girls or go inside. Have fun.

AA has last minute package deals air+hotel(veneto) 4 nites for my dates at 829. Airfare alone for the same flights is 550. So do the math. I checked on Hotels.com and Veneto's website for the same 4 nites and it comes upto 504 (130 per nite).
Last minute deals for Miramar or more expensive hotels was only 200 more. But I prefer Veneto for the action :)

I hope to return to Panama after about a year and some change since my last trip. Hoping the regulars can answer a few questions that seem to be buried in the forum as far as answers:
- Is Las Vegas suites girl friendly?
- What are the rates for Golden times again?
- Where can one go "off the beaten path" to find some girls? I seem to remember talk of a fish market area-I'm not afraid to go to sketchy areas in the day time or even at night with a wing man. Just need the info: define the quality and the price please. Would like to try something that the locals normally frequent and see how much bang I can get for my buck (I. E. Maybe find a couple of gems who'll do an all nighter menage or some really freaky stuff (just speaking in general) for a ridiculously cheap price)
- What are the names of some of the establishments where large numbers of the girls at Habanos, LePalace, Golden Times, etc rest their heads (I. E. Cheap motels, apartments, etc)? Would be great to get phone numbers and/or addresses of these establishments. Websites if you got them, though I doubt it!
- Are the Hooters girls turning tricks en masse yet; I remember they were pretty straight shooters when the place first opened. How about now?
- Someone mentioned the ease of picking up girls off the street; this intrigues me as the average girl on the street in the financial district seems always in a hurry to get somewhere, much less stopping for conversation-is there particular streets where the girls are more amicable to our deviant behavior? VThe fish Market is great the chiva is excellent the resturant upstairs very nice. After i go to the fish market and fill up on chivca i head to my favotite places of all time Boca Torena 1 dollar beers and ten dollar hoes and you will find 5 to 10 girls in the day that are more than do able.You spend some time there you will meet girls just breaking into the trade that are very sweet.
Are the Hooters girls turning tricks en masse yet; I remember they were pretty straight shooters when the place first opened. How about now?

I was there last month. It is a nice establishment, pretty much next door to the Hotel Marbella on the same street adjescent to Manolo Restaurant which happens to be right in front of Hotel Venneto. I stayed there waiting for a flight back to the US. It is a very classy joint, free breakfast buffet, WI FI internet and spotless. As far as chica friendliness, I wouldn't know. But it is a nice place.

Stayed there Veneto Hotel last week for a few days. They upgraded me to the Club floor. All for $149 + Tax. Very nice hotel. Absolutely no problem bringing chicas in. No registration was necessary. Girls knew just to walk to elevator without blinking an eye. Would recommend it.
Spend additional days at ocean-view room at the Miramar Intercontinental. Expensive but worth it. No problem with chicas. About $5 to $7 taxi ride to Veneto or Habana.
Prefer Habana over Veneto for picking up chicas. In Veneto they are sitting around in groups while in Habana they are sitting or standing individually. Also in Veneto Casino I sat down with one gal. I asked her she wanted something to drink. She said yes and proceeded to order in Spanish. Soon waitress brought out a bottle of rum, ice bucket and two soft drinks. Before I realize the gal proceeded to open bottle. I was pissed. Soon three of her friends joined in and helped themselves. Fortunately total charge for bottle was less than $20. I hope to return to Panama after about a year and some change since my last trip. Hoping the regulars can answer a few questions that seem to be buried in the forum as far as answers:
- Is Las Vegas suites girl friendly?
- What are the rates for Golden times again?
- Where can one go "off the beaten path" to find some girls? I seem to remember talk of a fish market area-I'm not afraid to go to sketchy areas in the day time or even at night with a wing man. Just need the info: define the quality and the price please. Would like to try something that the locals normally frequent and see how much bang I can get for my buck (I. E. Maybe find a couple of gems who'll do an all nighter menage or some really freaky stuff (just speaking in general) for a ridiculously cheap price)

I agree with Zingadoon. I would love to be taken "advantage" like that. It was less than $20? Anywhere else, it would have cost you a lot more. I am guessing that you were upset not because of the $20 but what probably happened was that the chicas must have been chatting with themselves in Spanish, nursing your rum, while throwing a cursory smile at you once in a while.
Basic Spanish is a must if you want to "hang out" with Colombianas.

Just spent a few days in Panama City (my first trip there) and since I'm a cheap bastard I chose to check out Bocatorena and La Mayor (adjacent clubs in Casco Viejo near the fish market).
I walked there the first time, and would probably not do so again, at least not solo. It's just a little too sketchy for me (even though I'm young and have 50 pounds on the average Panamanian).
I walked into Bocatorena at about 5pm on a Thursday, and walked right back out. Seemed like a straight-up bar with available women, but with a rougher crowd than I'd like (both the men and the women).
Arriving at La Mayor, next door, I was able to spend some quality time. It's a strip club, but with longish waits between strippers. Maybe 20 minutes or so. (I returned on Saturday afternoon and they were showing European soccer games, which pre-empted the stripping entirely). There is a $3 cover, and you receive a ticket which worth $1 towards a drink. The only thing costing $1 is bottled water. A beer for the girls is $5.
The place was pretty packed on both Thursday and Saturday when I went, mostly with 20-something Panamanian guys (didn't see any other gringos), and about 25 to 30 girls, mostly Colombian and some Dominicans.
Hooked up with a 26yo Colombian cutie, Natalya for $30 for 30 minutes (it would have been $35 if I had come in a taxi). She was probably a 6. 5 with her clothes on, but she dropped to a 5 with them off. That, combined with an uninspired performance, made the overall experience pretty poor, but I'm sure there are better-performing chicas available in the club.
Overall, I'd say it's worth a visit if you aren't willing to pay the high roller prices of the places that get the most press in this forum. Speaking at least SOME Spanish will go a long ways.

the bodeguita that everyone knew here in calle uruguay closed down along time ago, it was moved to via espana, now called bodeguita vip. Its near the alhambra theathers, almost right in front of the block buster at the entrance of via argentina, near the other minimall where the riverside and some other parlors are located.
It has the very same methodology as the old one, been there just onced and was impressed with the quality.
IMHO, the one that wins hands down is Habanos, I was jaw dropping when I went there some time ago with another fellow monger from the board, Pajama Sam, btw, where are you buddy??

Guys, do not give into the outlandish high rates these girls throw at you, we need to keep them low. well there is no Corpus Christi holiday in Panama, at least in the capital. There is one festivity, but just local to la Villa de Los Santos, in the provinces. It's not something that paralyzes the country.
Cant give you too much details about it, just that is very folkloric, many regional dances, regional costumes and the like

This was my 1st time in Panama. I have been to Rio, AC, Costa Rica, Buenos Aires, and Dubai. It was def not my favorite place but that was due to lack of girls. I was deciding between Medellin and Panama and since it was the presidential election that week in Colombia I decided on Panama.
Airport mafia taxis is like everywhere else. Finally found one for $20 but he was going to take this side roads so I paid a few dollars more for the toll road which got me to veneto in 25 minutes. I stayed at veneto for $104/night (stay 3 or more nights 30%OFF) I enjoyed the hotel since it had a casino. Felt like "old" las vegas. The talent inside was horrible though. In 5 days I only saw 2-3 hot girls working the casino.
Out front sometimes you would find a few straglers. There were 2 colombians that I saw several nights in a row working as a team.
A few doors down at oasis is was disgusting. 2 fat girls and 1 girl that was ok.
The ambiance and room is really dirty and nasty. The night I arrived the immigration did a roundup and arrested a bunch of girls. My luck.
There is another place next to oasis that had 2 cute girls. They wanted 120/ hour so I declined. Paid $2 for most my taxis, except when I was with a girl. You just say "dos dollars para habanos" and most said yes.
Started out at habanos almost every night, usually around 10pm, basically this was the place that saved the trip. Any night except sundays(closed) there would be 10-20 girls standing and sitting outside. 90% colombian and most asking 150/hour(the hot ones) there were some 9's there every night. Opposed to Medellin where the girls are just looking for $. Anyways was interesting to hear her perspective. Total GFE.

Went to a club called "the loft" was packed with hot young 18-22 year olds but again unless your with at least 1 other guys chances are slim. I am pretty young and decent looking and spoke to a few girls but most were looking for a relationship you could tell. I also met a few girls online and the same thing. I met up with 2 girls and they both were looking for a gringo boyfriend, serious relationship.
For the money you spend there is really no reason to go to Panama. Expensive hotels (I got a decent deal for 104 but regular prices at veneto are like 170/night) and expensive women, and they are 90% colombian so why not go to the source and have an unlimited amount of girls and not have to search high and low to find them. The colombians seem to be pretty good GFE not as much as brazilians but pretty close. Colombia here I come!

I have been reading them and find them very helpful. I am heading to PC 6/20-6/27 and will be staying at the Venetto. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice for a new traveler? I am in my 30's and most interested in meeting girls that are not fully professional. There is another place next to oasis that had 2 cute girls. They wanted 120/ hour so I declined. Paid $2 for most my taxis, except when I was with a girl. You just say "dos dollars para habanos" and most said yes.
Started out at habanos almost every night, usually around 10pm, basically this was the place that saved the trip. Any night except sundays(closed) there would be 10-20 girls standing and sitting outside. 90% colombian and most asking 150/hour(the hot ones) there were some 9's there every night. Quite expensive for an hour. Most were not into TLN as they were wanting to come back and work again to make more $. Pretty hardcore, even though they gave a decent service. Most girls would go with a client and then go to bodequita late night after 1230.
Bodequita was dead. I went 3 x and every time there was maybe 6-7 girls that were cute. The rest were disgusting (imo.)
Golden Times was the worst experience of my life. Mechanical blow up doll sex. No kissing, no touching, bang bang, your done get out basically.
Conclusion:
Basically the prices and observations are just to give you an idea of whats going on now and the prices they are asking. I did not pay that. I neg good deals every night because I would never pay those prices and if your good at negotiating then you will do fine. I'm into TLN or at least 3-4hours.

I went out to calle Uruguay in search of regular club girls 1 night, its possible if your decent looking and have a wingman, kind of hard by yourself. Went to a club called "the loft" was packed with hot young 18-22 year olds but again unless your with at least 1 other guys chances are slim. I am pretty young and decent looking and spoke to a few girls but most were looking for a relationship you could tell. I also met a few girls online and the same thing. I met up with 2 girls and they both were looking for a gringo boyfriend, serious relationship.
For the money you spend there is really no reason to go to Panama. Expensive hotels (I got a decent deal for 104 but regular prices at veneto are like 170/night) and expensive women, and they are 90% colombian so why not go to the source and have an unlimited amount of girls and not have to search high and low to find them. The stings are the real deal, I was sitting in front of Habanos in a car waiting on a chic for my buddy when "la migra" rained in, in unmarked vehicles at first, an immigration bus following about 5 mins later. By the time the bus got there, they had about 10 girls lined up already. All in all, like 25 girls were taken that night. That was the 2nd to last week in may iirc. I am back in Panama now and my girl tells me that most of those girls are still in immigration, in a holding room of sorts, most of them are getting deported at some point. Some have been released. Just following up on the bodeguita question. The bodeguita VIP, which is the only one remaining, was in fact always there and mostly catered by panamanians for panamanians until the uruguay bodeguita was shut down. The colombianas quickly took over the VIP one and it was a good thing, the "old" bodeguita was quite small and uncomfortable.
Word on the street is that Habanos will be shut down soon, due to being in the Red/Pink zone and being consdered as a true meat market. They are trying to clean up the gringo areas, so what ever talent will remain will eventually need a new spot. As soon as I have word, I will provide more updates.
Since my last report on the Marriott, I have been able to slip in a few girls. It's all about circumstance. I won't give out the details of how, mainly because the Marriott was an easy ticket and someone already ruined that. I'm not going to hand someone else a pass to screw up what little is left. I will tell you that security knows damn well who the putas are, so don't think you are getting anything past them.
La Bodeguita has become my first and commonly last stop each time I'm in PTY. My only problem is that the music is obscenely loud. It's a safe environment, and a mixed bag of goodies. Like Habanos the Moulin Rouge people are charging a lot for the drinks, to me that is not a big issue as you can drink elsewhere or not at all. What bothers me is the price structure they are putting on the girls. The last time I was there they were looking to get $110 for 40 minutes.
These guys may very well be the worse businessmen in Panama. First, they are trying to put a first world price structure in a third world country, which will not fly. Then, they are trying to elimate all the competition from the independents to squeeze people into paying their prices. This is idiotic because the vast majority of people living in Panama won't pay those type of extortion prices and with them chasing off all the independents, the tourists who visit for that type of stuff will simply choose other locations like Costa Rica, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and a dozen other locations that have a vibrant, diverse and reasonably priced scene.
All they would have to do is lower their price to $90 for an hour and make their drink prices semi-reasonable and they'd have all the business they want. They'd be $10 under the asking price of the independents and in line with Miami and Golden Time and the clients would most likely choose to go to Moulin Rouge and avoid the cab hassle etc. Instead, they seem to want to want to chase the thousands of tourists a year that come for that away to other locales, shrink the selection and draw to Panama and ultimately probably put themselves out of business.

I truly must be missing something here. The girls hang out at habanos as freelancers, right? I 've walked out with a few girls and have haggled down their $150/hr prices to sub $100 for a few hours. That doesn't sound to me like habanos has much influence on the pricing or whether there is a cut for them. Something just isn't fitting here, to me. The problem with this new development is that the Moulin Rouge people are getting rid of ALL the independents so that the only option you will have is to go to a "house" and pay whatever they want to charge. It will be an Ok price for the hour- but if you want to socialize with the girl outside the club you'll have to pay a ton to get them out and for their time. Unlike with the independents you can meet them and maybe get them to like you and they'll go dancing etc. with you for no extra charge- it's all up to the girl.
The other downside to this Moulin Rouge catastrophe is that at present there are thousands of guys that go down per year and there are hundreds of girls working. The guys go to Habanos sometimes and to the clubs or houses other times. If Moulin Rouge is successful in chasing all the independents away, there will only be a few dozen "house" girls. Much, much less selection and the ones who are working will be doing high volume so service will go down. There is also the possibility that most guys probably will go to another country and the whole scene including the houses will get very small. Everyone loses.

LA migra is digging deeper, there was a raid last night (thursday) in which they actually entered la bodeguita and veneto, I think it was a first. Just to give some last minute tips about the ongoing things down here.
There is a MAJOR enforcing now on alcohol meters, background checks and the like.
The police got ahold of a little tool jacked wirelessly to a database where it will show if you are wanted for any charge or if you have any traffice tickets pending.
It is extremely suggested(not to say mandatory) to carry papers proving that you got into the country legally, basically a copy of your passport and the the tourist card will do.
If you are driving, avoid major avenues, as the police likes to put checkpoints and they will make you blow in the alcohol meter.
Play safe and if you have a wingman or local driver, make sure he doesnt drinks or drinks a very very minimum of alcohol

This was my first trip back to Panama in a few years and I have been there multiple times before for business and pleasure. Had wanted to go to Medellin, but given the presidential elections opted to go back to Panama. Normally stay at the Marriott, but given the problems with bringing girls back I opted for the Veneto and got a rate of $104/night. I believe if you are part of wyndham's frequent guest program you get free wifi access.
The veneto is ok, I'd give it 3. 3. 5 stars. I think some of the room are beginning to show their age. Obviously the location is the biggest benefit here. The casino is fun too and the drinks at the bar are cheap.
Ended up only meeting up 2 pros (one from oasis, another from the veneto) and a non-pro I've known for a long time now. The non-pro has a car and we were able to head over Playa Langosta near Isla Grande (caribbean side) for a day. Recommended if you want to get out of the city.
Oasis is kinda seedy, but I suppose it does have a certain charm to it. The lunch time special is a great deal at $60 and the girl I had, Jackie (half Chinese / panamanian) was a sweetheart and gave a much better performance than anything you will get at Golden Times. When I went, the lineup consisted of only 2 girls and from which I understand this is not normal.
I ended up pulling a girl from the veneto, a panamanian girl named Vikki. $80 plus $10 tip (she originally asked for $120). Excellent in the sack and a fun girl.
On Sunday night I tried going to La Bodeguita, from 11 pm to 1 am. Was not impressed at all. It did rain around midnight, which prolly prevented more girls from coming out.
On the last night of the trip, I switched to the Courtyard Marriott at Multiplaza. Nice place and a good deal if you want to burn some points. There is a grocery store (riba smith) that is connected to multiplaza along with high end shopping, movie theater, and plenty of places to eat. The hotel is guest friendly and much nicer than the Veneto. However, no nightlife is walking distance (Veneto is $2. $3 cab ride away).
Be advised to always carry a copy of your passport. I saw la migra go into the veneto and pulls some girls. They also stopped me and asked to see it (I was on the ground floor, not the casino floor).
For dining, Manolo's in front of the veneto is a good cheap place to eat as well as Costa Azul near the Marriott.
My taxi ride both to and from the airport were $20 each (cab driver covered the tolls). If you think your taxi driver is honest, ask for his business card and arrange trips through him. I met some other gringos that had hired a cab for the day to take them to all the local spots (causeway, Panama la vieja, canal, etc). They were charged $80, which is a major rip-off in my mind, but they seemed fine with it. Also, get a local cell phone (or a SIM card if you bring a GSM phone from the states that is unlocked) at Mas Movil, Movistar, or whatever. Via veneto has lots of stores to buy them in.
For non-pros, as mentioned before having a wingman and knowledge of Spanish helps tremendously. Calle Uruguay is decent, but from what I understand, the new cool area to head out to is called "Zona Viva. " It is in Amador right at the beginning of the Causeway. It's basically a bunch of bars/clubs in an outdoor setting. Didn't head out there, but drove by it and it looked promising.
All in all, Panama continues to be just "ok. " I may change my mind after I go to Medellin later this year and never head back to Panama. To me, Thailand continues to be my personal favorite, but way too far from the states to be able to go often.
It is the best valued hotel in the Cangrejo area. It lacks a lot of amenities of the major hotels, but for the money and location, you can't go wrong.

Spent a week in PTY this month. With just six nights, I wanted to hit my familiar haunts and recon new ones.
The first night that I got into town, I checked out the pickings at the Veneto Casino, but was not impressed with either the quality or the quantity. Being a Sunday night, I figured my best bet was Golden Times. It is in El Dorado neighborhood. Have a cab to take you to the Casino Fantastic, go inside for a few minutes while your cabbie either gets another fare or drives away, then walk up the hill to the Popeye's Chicken and the strip mall with GT. It will prevent him from following you to GT, exacting a $10 bonus from GT, and jacking up your price for a session from $84 to $94.
Much has been written about GT here. No need to re-hash what has been written before. It is clean, comfortable, and if you have asian features and can pass for a local Chinese-Panamanian, you will be charged only $44. ($4 pays for your free drink and washing the sheets/towels, $40 pays the club, and $40 pays your provider.) The owner is Chinese and let's in his countrymen for "cost." The providers represent the top 20% percentile of the talent you would find working in Colombia: some are the plastic surgeried/contact lensed/bleached blond/liposuctioned export models, some in their more natural state. The quality of the GT lineup was epic in 2007 and 2008: 34-38 Colombians in the 8 and above category. In 2009, it was down to 14 Colombians and even a few Panamanians(!) and the occassional Dominican, in the 6 and 7 category. Maybe it was the recession, maybe it was the immigration raids. But the quality is back in by mid-June of 2010.
Some have complained the place is too clinical and the girls too mechanical, but that has rarely been my experience.
When you sit on the comfortable easy chair in the waiting room, do ask for one of the Post It note pads and pencil, and do take down the numbers of the girls that strike your fancy when they parade the girls in, one at a time.

Upon landing in the airport the previous day, I tried reaching my favorite cabbie to pick me up and had no luck. I went to Relax Oriental, behind the Blockbuster on Via Espana. Small, hard to find, and run down, it is a required stop because you never know who Susana the Dominican proprietess might recruit and there is a high turn over.
This time, there were four chicas and none of them were there when I went by in September. The only promising one was Karina, a youngish petite gal with dimples and light brown hair. With only four nights left in PTY and follow on trip to MDE, I decided I needed to ration my pops, plan my work, and work my plan.

"La migra," I hissed to the Luisa and Lora. It was like Arnold telling Sarah Conner, "Come with me... if you want to live!" when I said, "We gotta get out of here...now. Immigration....it's a raid. Follow me!" I pushed the row of seats out of the way and had them follow me off the little stairs at the back of the front porch, around the corner, and past the Costa Azul restaurant while the immigration police were unlimbering themselves and their gear from their unmarked SUV's.
The girls were able to make good time as they had sensible shoes on and were pumped up by adrenaline. They couldn't got back to Habano's for at least an hour, they couldn't hide in Costa Azul or any bar nearby for fear they had been spotted, and they couldn't hang out in Veneto's casino either for fear that the frustrated Migra might switch to a secondary target. Colombians come in for 90 days on a tourist visa. They are not supposed to work. There is an entertainment industry "alternadora" visa/work permit for night clubs, but it is pretty transparent that it is used for places like GT and Miami, etc. Some girls do not want that "alternadora" stamp in their passport.
There is nothing illegal about a Colombian tourist sitting in a bar and having a drink with another foreign tourist. But if it turns into a work situation....
Veneto policy changes from time to time, but if you bring your friend through the lower lobby, you should have no problem, even when they are restricting access to the casino.

When I was in PTY last, a few weeks ago, the Crazy Horse was still open. There were only 3 gatas and not the slightest bit attractive. The suizo seems to be on a mission and it's beyond me how these other entities aren't making a huge rucckus about it.

As some of you know I have been living in Panama and traveling around Latin America for close to 7 years now. Meaning I speak good enough spanish and honestly do NOT support the idea of having a guide on trips. Considering there is so much information on this board and other places. I was going to keep this gem a secret (dont want gringos going and raising the price of pussy) but I firgure what the hell I might as well at least give you guys access to Big Tony a.k.a The Best Guide ever.
As I said prior, considering I live in Panama I have absolutely NO need for any type of guide and I speak spanish enough to pretty much go anywhere I like with no problem. But recently I meet this guy through another friend of mine. I have seem him around tons of times but never really sat down and actually SPOKE with him. So one night while partying he says hey, lets go downtown and REALLY party. By "downtown" he means the other side of the city a.k.a inexpensive with tons of gems to be had. So I said, what the hell, honestly thinking he was going to take me to a few places I had already been considering I frequent the seedier side of town OFTEN.
To my suprise he took me to about 7 or 8 clubs/strip bar/ho houses/apartments that I NEVER been to before and honestly didnt think existed here in Panama. One was named La Vegas, beers. $1.75, chica take out I think was about $40 and they had a strip show. Another was named the fox hole, I dont remember pricing. A good place in you like Dominican women And honestly I cant remember the rest al though most are in the same area of sorts. I am also suggesting this guy because these places are in tough areas of town and I would NOT suggest your text book gringo (blond/blue) venture there alone. Shit, a few places I would not even go to. Now granted the quality is lower in a lot of these places BUT if you are like me and like the thrill of the kill, dont want to blow all your money on pussy (In panama the high end places can be quite expensive) and you dont mind hitting up the seedier side of town give him a call. He doesnt have a car, but he is in the process of getting a Taxi, so soon he will be able to do airport pick up, etc. Not sure about his pricing etc, I guess talk with him about that, although im sure hes on the cheaper side. On another note, immigration seems to be relaxing a bit and the girls are out an about. The veneto this past weekend was GREAT thurs-sunday TONS of talent and new girls. Last point of information I am very suprised nobody has reported this. There is a NEW bodeguita that has opened up. Is is located on calle uruguay, directly in FRONT of a resturant called LA POSTA. Just tell the Taxi driver "La Posta de Calle Uruguay" it is RIGHT in front, you cant miss it. I recently returned from a six-week trip to Panama. I've been going down there for the past 7 years and I think this will be my last trip. IMO it is getting too westernized for my tastes.
On the way in I stayed at the Veneto and was very happy with the accommodations, yet had a problem with them charging my credit card for an extra two nights and there were some mysterious charges to my room made from the casino. My fault for waking up late and just leaving my keycard in the room and rushing off to catch my flight to David (the room was supposedly prepaid and I paid my bar tab with my card). After weeks of phone calls and emails (and despite being a Wyndham member) the problem was not solved until I physically went to the hotel on my way out of the country and raising hell with the manager. For my return I stayed at the Marbella (just down the street) and was just as happy and for 1/3 of the price.
I hooked up with Gauntman and another fellow monger and toured Capri, Habanos, and Bodeguita. Gauntman was very hospitable and accommodating and it is nice to have a local show me around even though I am comfortable navigating the city solo.
Veneto - lots (20 or more) of Colombianas hanging out in the casino but only a few that I would want anything to do with. I think prices are pretty much in line with the girls at Habanos.
Capri - decent strip club with rooms on site, probably about 15 girls working and several in the 7-8 range. I saw one 9. Beers are $4. $40/20mins on site. $40/30mins for locals.
Habanos - cozy little cigar bar where most of the action takes place on the patio but there is an indoor bar which is more laid-back. $4/beer. 20 or so chicas (mostly Colombiana) most in the 6-7 range. They ask $150/ST or $300/TLN and can be negotiated if you speak Spanish and have some game.
Bodeguita - smallish and loud discoteca that seemed to be a little more upscale. There were many chicas there but most seemed to be with guys already. Not my kind of place.
Most of my time was spent in Chiriqui as it usually is (I have family there) and the city of David has definitely changed over the years. There never was a lot of P4P there (or at least it was not in your face) but it was a mecca for finding good semi-pro or regular girls and pretty cheap. With the exception of a hot little 18 year old that put out for $20/ST (and I mean VERY ST with poor performance) most of the girls that work the casinos or will meet you outside of the SC's have caught on to PTY prices. Dated several local regular girls but they are looking for something serious rather than just a good time. Anyone PM me if you want details.
On the way out I called up Gauntman and we went to Capri and Habanos again. Capri is a good place if you like the typical thick-booty physique, there were several (at least half a dozen) hotties that fit that mold but I prefer a little bubble butt so there was only one that I had my eye on. We moved to Habanos and again there were many of the big bunda/silicone breast Colombianas there. I was about to give up and call it an evening when in walked a slender 23 year old from Cartagena with natural D's and a beautiful smile, great attitude, and I just had to have her. She started off with $350/TLN. I negotiated her down to $250 until 8 am. I know guys, I paid too much and wouldn't normally do that but it had been a disappointing trip and just had to spend the night with this angel before returning to sex prison the next morning. She gave complete satisfaction and allowed unlimited shots on goal. I had to wake her up in the morning when I was leaving (not a clock-watcher!)
IMHO it would be ridiculous not to go to the source if hot Colombianas are what you are looking for. MDE has an overabundance of girls like what you will find in PTY, the main difference is that in MDE they will be considered average as where in PTY they are the cream of the crop. Personally, I found CTG to have the hottest pros but they are more expensive than in MDE.

good day, fellas. i've only been to panama city a couple of times and only for overnight stays, but i've had a fair time around veneto, via argentina and via espanha. after seeing a few pictures from your posts, i think san miguelito compares well in price and quality. local girls trying to get spending money while in college nearby and a few colombians make for some pretty good foraging.

Can anyone recommend a reliable taxi driver to drive a couple of guys around? I might even take a trip to Colon/portobello. I can just flag taxis and ride them but if I am going to go on a long distance trip and possibly make stops along the way, it might be beneficial to have someone we know. That way we don't have to lug our dive bags around when we stop.

Greetings everyone, I've been to Panama City for a only a few short stays. During that time I've tried and failed to find a good, skilled massage with pleasantries at the end, but I have found a place that I haven't seen mentioned in recent posts. A bar called La Bombonera is located in San Miguelito which should only be a few dollars in a cab from downtown. It's a strip bar and some of the girls are local and going to a nearby college. Others are from Columbia. Beer is less than a buck. Although you are searched for weapons on the way in, I found the place friendly enough, but then I didn't stay very late on that Friday night. When you choose a girl she will take you back to a window to pay. The sign says $15 for 15 minutes, $25 for half an hour. I took the $25 option and she led me to a room with a bed and a full bath room. There were about 20 or 30 girls there and I'd say that at least ten of them were very pretty. The rest were good enough, if you like girls. I expect to be there again once or twice in the next month or so.

Hey fellows,
Time for a report on Panama City.
First of all, I can confirm the statement that the (downtown) Marriott is literally across the street from Habanos. No idea if and how chica friendly the Marriott is but during my visit the entire area around Habanos was flooded with cops. It was almost like they were trying to intimidate any potential mongering out there.
Chicas confirmed that immigration raids are frequent and all foreigners are required to carry their passports (or a copy?) with them at all times.
If you are running on a limited budget, it is worth searching Craigs List for Panama City apartments in proximity of the Marriott. Prices run anywhere from $50-90 a night for decent places literally yards away from the Marriott.
Just as a side note, the area around the Marriott is extremely noisy as there is ongoing construction all over the place. I had a really tough time sleeping at night and would recommend anyone to get a place a few blocks away in a more tranquil area. Cabs are dirt cheap and it is not worth the hassle.
Regardless of whether your hotel is chica friendly or not, the common choice in Panama is known as a "Push". Not sure whether I am spelling it correctly, but that is how the locals pronounce it.
Basically, the "Push" is a hotel room which can be rented by the hour (minimum of 2. 5 hours) for pennies on the dollar. We paid $11 for 2. 5 hours, the rooms are clean and come with a shower and A/C. Not USA quality but nonetheless halfway decent. If you are shooting for a TLN (or close to it), the room can be had for $25 for 24hours. That's a true bargain in my eyes.
It is not uncommon for people to utilize the "Push" as their hotel room as it is totally safe and comes with maid service as well. If you are running on a tight budget, then make the Push your home for the duration of your stay.
The Push in Panama City closest to Habanos is probably "La Princesa" – about five to seven minutes from the Marriott by cab.
Working chicas can be found at the Veneto and most other casinos.
All "left overs" end up at LaBodequita anyways so in case you didn't get lucky by 2 am, this is the place to be.
Most chicas are Colombianas from Cali, Medellin, Bogota. If you can spit out some espanol, you should be able to get a TLN for $150-180.
The Colombianas speak little to no English at all. Not all of them are pretty and the variety ranges anywhere from a 4 to a 9. 5.

A really interesting place we bumped in to by accident is called "Capri".
Capri has been mentioned here on several occasions – BUT there are two Capri's, one more upscale in a wealthy neighborhood, one close to the airport in a shady neighborhood on a street called "Rio abajo".
You want to go to the one closer to the airport and lock the doors on your way there- this is the Capri the l-o-c-a-l-s go to.
Cover was $3 per person – it's a hybrid between a strip club and a brothel. Again, only locals come here, little to no English spoken here at all. Chicas are all Colombianas and can be had for $22 a session.
First, the chicas dance on stage, after their dance session they hop over to the bar and mingle with the guests.
Once again, the chicas come in all shapes and sizes but there were some 9's in the crowd, not many but a few. Drinks are moderately priced at $3-$4.
On your way out, ask security to call you a cab. Do not run around looking for cab in this neighborhood.
As for freebees, the male-female ratio in PC is supposedly 1:14.
This definitely works in our favor. But let me caution you that not all Panamenias are cute. Many Panamanian chicas are short and have fat asses and do not stand a chance against our favorite Colombianas.
Try the downtown "Bennegans" starting at Happy Hour – the place gets packed after 10 pm and is riddled with local chicas wanting to dance salsa.
Via Argentina is also a hot spot and has been mentioned here on several occasions. Good bars, good restaurants, nice ambiance.
The Amador peninsula is a 10-minute cab ride and is a great nightlife alternative. Also try Amador for lunch as the peninsula has a fantastic view of PC's skyline.
As for places to eat, the Beirut is less than a minute walk from the Marriott's main entrance. Definitely the place to take your date to if you both enjoy Middle Eastern style cuisine. On the weekends, they have belly dancing shows starting at around 9:30 pm., including some live music. Took my chica there and dropped $45 for the two of us combined. Definitely on the pricy side but well worth.
One more thing: never attempt to pay with a $50 bill. Don't know what exactly is going down in Panama, but they require your ID, hotel address, cell phone# etc., etc., etc. When wanting to pay with a $50 bill. $20's are the way to go.

Both cater to the middle lower class, is located in a mall in Via Transismica, following the same road where all the Push Buttons are.
I've been there like twice only, didnt see anything that warranted my attention, just a few beers and that's it. There might be some diamonds in the rough though. Cover is like $2-$3 beers are like $1 or $2(prices from my last scouting a long time ago).
They have like 20-30 girls and the rate is like $15 for 15mins, I think is higher for non nationals, but if you can pass for a local you're set with the rate

Casino and a sportsbook if your into that sort of thing. The casino has action, mainly colombian girls 24/7 basically. If they aren't looking for clients they are spending their money at the blackjack or slots I noticed.
Service at the hotel is rather slow but we found that service in general in Panama is rather slow. First timers to PTY could do yourselves a favor. Bring lots of small bills. This is a city that can't break a 20 to save it's life.
We checked out the Moulin Rouge. Scam joint basically but action can be had for 83$ 30 mins or 130 for the hour. Chicas 99% colombian. Watch your wallet here and watch what drinks you order. One of our group had no problems and one was overcharged.

Golden Times had decent quality. Beware of the taxi scam though boys. Price for an hour is about 120$ gringo price when you throw in the taxi fee. Locals pay less.

Push Buttons are just small rooms, very spartan but with basic services. You can take one for about $10 for 2 hours and do the deed with your provider. There are more expensive rooms with much better facilities depending on the push that you go.
The name comes from the fact that you get into the room with your car to a small parking place individual to each(they are located next to each other), then you press a button and a garage sliding door goes down and then you press another button to get the staff to get to the door, were you slide the room fee thru a slot in the door specially made for that.

Thanks guys.In my limited experience, the afternoon options in the different places is rather poor. Miami opens around 2:00pm, but the last time I went there in the afternoon, the place was dead and the girls available were not all that attractive. There are some massage places around Via Veneto open in the afternoon, but once again I understand that the daytime selection is rather poor.
I would suggest making a private date with a GT / Le Palace / Veneto / Manolo / Habano (I think that you get the idea) girl that you have met previously for afternoon fun.

General comments: I was there for 5 days and it was a blast. Panama city may not be as much fun or cheap as it was may be 5 years ago, but still is a very good place to monger. Don't get upset my friend. Personally, I did not take any girls out of Le Palace or Elite. Yes I did get phone numbers and yes I called them and No, no one answered them at 4 AM or early afternoon....Habanos and Bodeguita girls were way more reliable in answering their phones than the "strippers"......but that is a different story.

Just want to make sure the members here don't think its a good idea to take cabs to these places in return for free dropoffs.

The cab to get you there should cost no more than $2 and you'll be paying a "commission" of $15 or more per person if you wind up with a girl.
My time was limited in pty so had to seek out the high quality girls fast. I know the stratagey is completely different if you live or have extended stays in a mongering city. As for the taxi debate there are taxi scams in every city and we've all been scamed once or twice. Alot of the girls insists on taking the club's taxi which cost more because she feels safer or its a scam by the club. But it depends how you want to define getting scamed vs p2p in the game.

They really only cared about what hotel I'm at to see if it is chica friendly. They are super aggressive in you buying them a drink which is complete turn off after 3 sentences they ask for a drink. The girls there were avg imo. Was told 165 by waiter as house fee to take out. Didn't bother asking the girls how much because none of them interested me.
Went to MP's Caribbean and the place next to it, Moulin Rouge and the girls there were avg imo. The prices are almost the same as GT without me coming in a cab but maybe higher for me since I'm a gringo. Veneto and the restuarant across the street had the same girls there every night which was ok if you like free lancers but one thing I don't like about free lancers is the bigger risk involved and zero quality control unlike the girls that work at clubs because of their work contract deal. I don't worry to much about a girl from a club stealing my shit or running off before the time is up because they can be tracked down easily. The girls can come in on a work contract visa for 9 months or less but are not allowed to come back for 5 months so I'm told by a few girls. My time was limited in Panama so ofcourse I had to go see whats up at Le Palace. The cabi gets really at most 15 dollars for taking you there because although there is no cover there is a 1 drink minimum which is 15 regardless if you come in taxi or not. It cost 150 house fee to take girl out. However the 150 can be paid with drinks for yourself or the girl. The girls all cost 250 for 2 hours, 300 for 3 in which case the house fee is 200. Seems to be a fix priced unlike elite in which case the house fee and girl cost is up in the air. The girls there are solid 8-9's. I can not give out 10's unless I can see them in clear day light when I'm more sober LOL. It was my last night and I wanted to have fun so I took 2 girls out and had the one of the best time of my life. (The best time of my life was when I got to travel the world with a girl from Playboy Brasil, I should write a book about it oneday LOL).
I can understand if someone is on a budget as I have one too and esp if they live in that city but I find it funny how some mongers including a great friend of mine that will fly first class to mongering places, stay in luxury hotels, eat at expensive restaurants but prefers to go bang some girl for 50 that is at best a 5 or 6. I know I can stay in the US and bang hot girls for the same price for 1 hour but its not the same as being on vacation and going to clubs filled with hot girls to choose from who will do you all night for the same price as 1 hour in the US. A hot girl in south america will run you about 300 for all night, 300 for 1 hour for a hot Latina in Miami but 500 for 1 hour in NYC for the same girl. I'm not a bean counter but I know which one is the better bang for my buck. But to each their own because we all have different price points and tastes.

Went to Havanos after having dinner at the Lebanese/middle eastern restaurant next door. If you get an outdoor table by the railing, you have a nice view of girls getting out of their taxis. Kind of cool to watch while enjoying, what turned out to be, a very good meal. We found out that they have a chef from India and for those who fancy Indian food apparently he can make off the menu Indian dishes.
On Friday night around 10 PM, Havanos was lively. Lot of chicas, with several 8s in the crowd. We were three of us. We could not decide who to pick and we wanted to check out the ofering at Bodeguita. So we hung out for a while taking in the sights and went over to Bodeguita. The scene there was much less appealing at the midnight hour. One of my buddies did find a chica there that he spent most of his time with during the next three days. The rest of us went back to Havanos and picked girls from there. All had a great time.
The next day, we had even better luck at Havanos and we picke dup three 8s and we wnated to go dancing with them. They took us to Bodeguita on calle Uruguay. Initially we were sceptical but turns out that it is a my kind of club with a more modern decor and techno music mixed with newer latin tracks. Not may people were there and our girls got all the attention. We danced and hung out for a while before we went to our hotel with a pit stop for condoms and Vodka. One girl bailed on my friend at the end of two hours but the other two, Melanie and Jennifer spent 3 hrs with us and we paid them $150 each.
Melanie is 20 yrs old, had a great body and cute face but speaks no english. Jennifer says she is 21, has legs that come up to her neck, great personality, beautiful face and speaks some english.
The point of this post is to show that Panama city is alive and well and you can have lot of fun if you are a bit laid back about it. Sorry, I did not collect phone numbers.

First time reporter here, and brother, I had NO IDEA something like this Forum even existed until very recently. (Like manna from Heaven!) I've been punting for years, but always 'guerilla' style, with almost no one to share my 'hobby' with, so great to talk about some hard earned lessons with fellow enthusiasts, and pick up some good tips as well. I've RTFF extensively, and some of this may be repetitious, but I think it's worth mentioning again, especially for those who are about to see all that Panama City can offer.
This Spring I had the chance to be in PC for almost 10 days and indulge in our avocation for extended periods of time when not working:
1) My first tip is find a good, UNDERSTANDING cabbie! I was lucky enough to find a 'gentleman' who enjoys our sport, and would be mine for the DAY at $10 an hour. Very reasonable. He knew everyone and every place to go. Just ask around when you get there, cabbies are hungry for the biz, and many are as open minded about the world as you are. The assurance of a multi-hour fare is great find as far as they are concerned. I tipped mine, daily for his good work, and bought him lunch as he took me to local, excellent, but inexpensive little joints. If you are like me and really like to get into the local scene, this can all be a wonderful cultural experience in and of itself.
2) My personal favorite is SW action, but that appears not to be all that common, certainly not during the day. Nights may be different, but tactically, that was not an option for me.
3) That leaves the brothels, and casinos, and man, that was enough! My guide in to 'el Mundo Negro' as my driver jokingly called it (the 'dark world') took me to over a dozen joints, many previously mentioned in other FR's here, but several stand out. La Gruta, Azul, Miami, and Golden Times. Cost was about $80 for an hr. On average, but I'm all about thrift and had some wonderful $40 experiences with 'daytime' specials for 45 min. Or so. BBFS seems to be the norm, with anal only rarely. But as everywhere, a little more 'jack' does a lot of talking. Tipping did not seem to be required, but I did so when services warranted, but never extravagant.
One joint deserves a special mention, La Bocatoreno, and it's sister joint right next door, El Mayor, in the Panama Viejo district, or old Panama City. Brothers, I've been known to monger in some pretty 'desperate' places in the world in search of exotic poony, but this place made me wish I'd brought the Delta Force team as back up. My taxista/guide easily goes 3 bills and he stayed right at my side, but I was DEFINITELY the only gringo in that place. Never had any issues however, and would highly recommend for the more adventurous mongerer. La Bocatoreno refers, by the way, to someone from a region in Panama, La Bocas del Toro, and is definitely the better place of the two. I don't recall the street, but no worries, every cabbie in PC will know it. I would suggest perhaps a daytime visit for your first try, and they are usually open by noon. The place is a classic hole-in-the-wall bar with a motley crew of caballeros and many chicas (mostly grade B, frankly) all milling around in a sweaty, dark and dank place drinking relatively cheap beer. I like to keep my wits about me in this kind of place and stuck strictly with 'coca cola diete, por favor'. You pick the chica, strike a price (as in all of Latin America, everything is negotiable) and off you go upstairs for 20 min. Of whatever you can arrange. Your 'room' is an extra $10-12, and you pay beforehand. Now fellas, if you are a Norte Americano, you are not going to get the locals pricing menu, which I understood to be about $15. My fun was more like $25, after a bit of negotiation, but that is pretty damn cheap by any standard, and the 'low down' atmosphere of this place is not to be missed if you have the nerve. My 30+ yo chica (Columbiana and about a 7/10) actually found me, stalking me with those "come hither" eyes for a half hour. Only 5'4" or so, petite with very fair skin and dynamite legs and dressed very nicely, she was clearly one of the best available. Being a bit of the 'dog' I am, I enjoyed sitting at a table with my guide, drinking my refresco and watching the incredible scene for the first half hour or so. My little heart's desires had to 'work for it' a bit to get me if you know what I mean. And as a Norteno, you WILL get all the attention you need from the chicas here. As they say in Mexico, the ladies know you have $$ because your eyes are green!
4) As for the casinos, I can't give much good info there though I'm led to understand Veneto and others are good for late night hook ups. As previously stated, my punting was mostly confined to day time stalks, and though I devoted some time to it, the casinos seemed to be bereft of all life while the sun was up!
5) No report on PC for the first timer would be complete without a discussion of the famous 'Habana Club', directly across from the Marriott Hotel downtown. I was able to observe this astounding establishment in some detail; by day, an innocent, and mostly empty little cigar shop, but by night, freelancer central! A little bar with mostly outdoor seating rolls up those metal garage doors in the early evening and voila!, putas start hopping out of cabs as the sun goes down. By 10 PM it's definitely hopping with 30, 40 sometimes 50 of the most delicious looking pros you've ever seen. To my eyes and tastes, they were many 10s, and from all over the world it seems, just standing around waiting for the chance to give you some real pleasure. An indulgence here is going to set you back $150 or more for ST at your place, even with some strong negotiation skills, but the selection is truly the best I've ever seen, and I don't mind saying I've mongered all over the western hemisphere and for more years than I would like to admit. For the full experience, I'd suggest a gentleman dress in what I call the 'uniform' for places like this, casually, but nicely (nice slacks, pressed shirt, GOOD, and well polished shoes). The goal is you want to look like you have the money to play the game and you will not lack for attention from the very best this place has to offer. Get there a bit early (by 8 PM or so) to ensure a seat, kick back, buy a nice cigar and match it up with an ice cold beverage. Then enjoy the show and all the attention you'll receive. OUTSTANDING!
6) Most of the better looking SPs (80%?) in PC will be Columbianas, and if that nation is exporting only their B quality fillies, I can't even imagine what the 'source' has to offer. True Panamanians in the biz seem to be a rarity. But fear not, if you like to dabble internationally, as I also saw a sprinkling of Russians, Dominicans, etc. Personally, the ladies of Argentina are the most beautiful in the world for me, but unfortunately, they know it. The damas of Columbia and Venezuela come a close 2nd, and if you like your fun Latin style, you will NOT be disappointed.
7) Spanish. Bros, it would obviously be helpful if you are fluent enough to get around, and if not, try to master a few basic phrases. Frankly, every place I've mentioned can be negotiated without it. But if you find your taxista/guide, he can be a big help. As for the Habana Club, only one language is necessary there! $$ and a desire for fun!

Im affraid that you have been in the wrong places. You dont have to go to the provinces to find gems.
Prove of that is the bar that you mention. True it has some cuties, but if you like to mingle with kids(average age is 18-22), and if you belong to the community that this bar caters to(jewish) then you are in correct spot.
If you want to meet girsl, nonpros, you have to be partially fluent in spanish, there are not many bars right now in calle uruguay, most of the action has moved to the causeway area(zona viva) and to go there you need someone who is fluent in spanish and is a local to panama to help you introduce yourself

By the time you add the taxi fares (going and coming), you might as well have stayed at a more centric location in the city.

I spent a few days in Panama and had a generally pleasant experience although after being in Argentina and Colombia I was reluctant to pay the rather absorbent fees that the Colombian hookers were charging in Panama from the casino and the freelancer bar across from the Marriott. The chicks want $150 ST—the de facto currency in Panama is USD—and $250-$350 all night, the latter being essentially Dubai prices. The prettiest girls are more pricey and demand and get more.
The Colombians in Panama can most accurately be described as professional and experienced hookers tier 1 Latinas that are a few years past their prime. You won’t find a lot of 21 year old talent at Habanos; in fact the girl, I mean woman, that I had was freakin 36 years young that had likely been in the game on and off for over a decade. She told me that she was 28 and I believed her until I saw her ID. The girls at Golden Time, a brothel with a wide selection, were a bit younger, but also much more likely to be closer to 30 than 20.
Panama City is small and modern and reminds me of someplace in the Florida Keys. Contrary to what some posters have asserted, I enjoyed the regular Panamanian chicks that I found at the local nightspots and found them to be more serious with better English conversation skills than the average Central American chica.
My first night in Panama I hooked up with a WG from Habanos. Habanos had about 30 women, a few of them were some pretty tasty MILFs, but with ST prices for the top chicks being about $200 I was very reluctant to partake. I sat down with a whiskey and began chatting with a fast talking Texan when I was noticed a cute Colombian licking her lips at me. I talked to her for a bit but her opening price of $300 all night was too steep for me. The guy bought the girls a bottle of Old Par and announced that we would split the bill…he kept murmuring, “this is good PR man…good PR” as he poured whiskeys for all the hookers at our table and beyond…a regular ol Santa Clause.
The ladies were getting drunk and the woman I was with in to me and started kissing me passionately. I got a good vibe from her and after about 80 minutes in the disco we got the bill…140 bucks with tip…and headed for the car. The Texan agreed to $125 ST while I pleasantly settled on $200 with mine. After a quick pit stop for condoms we arrived at my hotel. The Texan’s lady must have been afraid I didn’t have any money and drunkenly reiterated the price to me three different times in five minutes. My girl was obviously annoyed and rolled her eyes at the other girl and waved sarcastically goodbye to her colleague-in-legs as we exited the vehicle.
I was (unnecessarily) nervous about the hotel causing problems for the girl***Sheraton’s normally don’t care*** and opted to sneak her in via the casino. I had a few loose bucks and uncharacteristically decided to hit the roulette wheel. I gave the chica a few chips and we played a round and won…played another and hit too, and another..bingo..and another, with nearly identical results. This chick was lucky and from that moment on her name was “Lucky.” I was now faced with a moral quandary: how to divvy up the winnings. I had funded the gambling spree but she had picked quite a few of the winning numbers. When it was time to cash out we were up $360. ***Lucky for me Lucky never seemed to care about money or claiming her share of the money and was happy with raiding my mini bar for whiskey that night and breakfast at 1300 the next day. I ended up paying her $250***
Lucky and I had a great 12 hours or so together and we developed a pretty good rapport despite her rather limited English. She gave excellent service and used my Skype to call her family—it was then when I got a clue that she wasn’t 28 as she said because the daughter on Skype was closer to 18 than 8.:)
I liked Panama but don’t think it’s a great mongering destination. If one is there for business there is a nice selection of girls –mostly older Colombians--avail but at prices that far exceed Colombia, Argentina, or most other Latin destinations.
Went to Capri to see what it is like. Not in the best neighborhood and the security there all had guns but when I went inside I was surprised how nice it is inside. Very much like a american strip club, much better than Le Palace or Elite. 3 dollars to enter. The girls there all wear bikinis which is nice because you can see everything. There were only 15 girls there when I went and they ranged from 5-8. This place is mostly for locals because price is different, 42 for 30min if your panamians and 20min if your not in the rooms the girl rents. All nighters is 350. I talk to some but all none did bbj so I left. Its a good place if you want a quickie but the distance from center is about 15min and 45 if your in rush hour.
So Marriott by Havana is not chica friendly but apparently can bribe the security but not cheap. For a five star hotel I give 3. I left Marriott to go to Le Meriden which is on Uraguay and is new and 5 stars and chica friendly. However you do need to sign her in. However in the day time it doesn't matter as much because alot of people go in and out.
Because Marriott did not allow girls I had to go to GT instead. Had a session with this girl who is a solid 10 in looks but a dismal in service. It is her 2nd tour of contract work at GT so she's a pro. She's 21 and has the cup implants. Don't rememeber her name but her number is 52 great eye candy at least. I rarely remember names because most of time its fake anyway.
Next night met up with a solid 9 at Havanas. Total hottie but again service was dismal. She's 21 with natural see cups and bleached blonde. We had agreed to 250 for all night. But back in the room when she got naked she wanted 300. I thought the service would be good so I said yes but stay unitl noon. Service wasn't good but at least I had get her bang her the next morning.
I can say after 3 trips to Panama that its a nice city but the girls there give shitty service for a high price. I can stay in the US instead and get better service. I will have to try Bogota next. But still think Brazil has the hottest girls and best service in the 10+ countries I've mongered in.

Definitely skip the cruise. The canal is an engineering marvel and is worth seeing (from my perspective). If you can get a free or an inexpensive stop over then do it. Since you are on your way to the mecca, no need to spend more than 24 hrs in PTY.

Hello, just came from Panama and here is my observation for future travelers:
COLOMBIANAS. Panama used to be the paradise for beautiful, sexy and friendly Colombianas, where you can get very good prices, party and very good sex with them, NOT ANYMORE; the government has taken charge against Colombian Prostitution (and to be even more specific, against Colombians in general) and now they have to be extremely careful so this makes it difficult to talk to them and arrange meetings.
They have closed the places where you used to go because they have a good selection, or just to have a drink, so you can talk to many and find out if you want to go with her, or just party and have a good time, I am talking about THE BODEGUITA (the original, at the end of Uruguay), CASA JUANCHO (wich used to be the after hours party place where you can even invite them to a drink and if you "click", get free sex ETC.
The places that remains as POTROS, or THE BODEGUITA VIP (wich in my opinion is not near a shadow of the original) are not in the same line as the ones mentioned, and the Vennetto is for very expensive pussy, in wich by the current taken measures can get out of the question.
There are still some Massage places, like the nightclubs under Don Lee, but this places offer very mechanical sex, this are not my interest and if you are lucky and get a girl number or so, things can get expensive.
At MANOLOS you can see some tables with girls looking for Gringos, but very few compare to the good times where this places and the streets nearby where full of yummy choices.
The low end Places, like BOCATORENA, BOMBONERA (San Miguelito Gran Estacion), GRUTA etc. You can still find 50+ girls, some Dominican and some Colombinas, and you can even find some decent 6 or 8 among them, but to be honest, to go into a room with a girl of your choice over here can be not only a frightening experience, but very uncomfortable since the session only last minutes and the girls are crazy to get you fast and the owners also touch doors to get you out and have the rooms available for others.
Mostly locals here.
Other Choices. I saw some Panama hookers in the streets near Cangrejo area, but many were 4 or 5, and you can find them very late, and things can get a little dangerous over there, the girl I took to the hotel room with me (a 6, wich was a very thin Panamenian 18-19 yo girl, good BJ but lousy on everything else) on the way out of the Hotel, other scary looking hookers were waiting to robbed her, as she told me that since they saw her comming out of the hotel, they knew she carries money, so she has to wait until a taxi came by to pick her up, that was scary.
Hotel as usual charge for getting the girl into your room, wich is kind of uncomfortable.
Police raids near the Vennetto and Cangrejo area picking up girls in pickups are all night; did not see this kind of action when it was a Colombian delight.
Downtown. Hello, just came from Panama and here is my observation for future travelers:
COLOMBIANAS. Panama used to be the paradise for beautiful, sexy and friendly Colombianas, where you can get very good prices, party and very good sex with them, NOT ANYMORE; the government has taken charge against Colombian Prostitution (and to be even more specific, against Colombians in general) and now they have to be extremely careful so this makes it difficult to talk to them and arrange meetings.
They have closed the places where you used to go because they have a good selection, or just to have a drink, so you can talk to many and find out if you want to go with her, or just party and have a good time, I am talking about THE BODEGUITA (the original, at the end of Uruguay), CASA JUANCHO (wich used to be the after hours party place where you can even invite them to a drink and if you "click", get free sex ETC.
The places that remains as POTROS, or THE BODEGUITA VIP (wich in my opinion is not near a shadow of the original) are not in the same line as the ones mentioned, and the Vennetto is for very expensive pussy, in wich by the current taken measures can get out of the question.
There are still some Massage places, like the nightclubs under Don Lee, but this places offer very mechanical sex, this are not my interest and if you are lucky and get a girl number or so, things can get expensive.
At MANOLOS you can see some tables with girls looking for Gringos, but very few compare to the good times where this places and the streets nearby where full of yummy choices.
The low end Places, like BOCATORENA, BOMBONERA (San Miguelito Gran Estacion), GRUTA etc. You can still find 50+ girls, some Dominican and some Colombinas, and you can even find some decent 6 or 8 among them, but to be honest, to go into a room with a girl of your choice over here can be not only a frightening experience, but very uncomfortable since the session only last minutes and the girls are crazy to get you fast and the owners also touch doors to get you out and have the rooms available for others.

I started out this evening by going to Golden Time. As previously discussed you should catch a taxi to Fantastic Casino in El Dorado. From Fantastic Casino walk back out onto the main road where Mcdonalds is. With your back to Mcdonalds and on the opposite side of the very busy main road you will see a small shopping plaza / mall with a Popeye fast food store on the corner. You need to cross the road and along th left hand side of the plaza you will see Golden Time. It is only a small entrance and relatively small sign so don't go there thinking you can't miss it! It took me a good 15 minutes to find (which is why I am posting these clearer directions). Taxi from Venetto was $2. Sure enough when I got there another guy rocked up in a taxi and was given a red sticker on entry! I made it very clear we were not together. I've read elsewhere in this forum you can grease some palms at the front door, but there was always quite a gaggle of doormen and security guards, so I wouldn't know where to begin. I suppose discreet inquiries could be made with these gentlemen, prior to just showing up with your 'friend' on your arm. Not to defend the hotel's policy, but this is a pretty swank place where a lot of PC's upper crust and businessmen gather for parties, weddings, etc. With the open air patio of Habanos virtually a very short sand wedge shot away, literally right across the street, I suspect they just want to avoid a steady stream of Columbian Lovelies strutting in and out through the front doors in those skin tight body dresses, pissing off the matriarchs of the PC elite.
(BTW, you MUST check out Habanos for yourself, wherever you end up staying in PC. Lots about it in the forum elsewhere)
Another suggestion I would advise you to consider, however, is gaining entry through the attached casino. There is a set of stairs at the back of the gaming room, next to the balcony style band stand, that drops you off at an elevator bank, separate and out of sight from those in the hotel main lobby. Don't kid yourself, you will be on some security camera somewhere wherever you go in this place, but at least there was no obvious security detail working this area as I recall. This elevator bank also services a series of large banquet halls and conference rooms. With a little luck, you'll have the added camouflage of milling with crowds there for meetings, weddings, etc.
It sure beats any long 'walk of shame' through their nice, LARGE lobby and worth checking out with a dry run or two.

TLN at Le Palace on average is an exorbitant 500us plus the 200 house fee which was much less a few years ago. I have had friends who are not members of the forum who typically do TLN'S and their experiences vary from regular service to chicas leaving at 3 or 4am which is not great if you take them out at 12am. However others have said it was worth the price.
TLN and value at Le Palace don't always go together. You have to be very specific with the chicas as to what time you want them to leave and what they can do I. E BBBJ. Repeats will charge you less.
The busy girls I. E the girls that do TLN'S every night are always available during the day. A girl who is not being taken out much at night and they are a few of these are more amenable to daytime dates. These girls know when to call it a night but the ones who go home after 6am arent going to meet you at 10am and you will be lucky to see them at even 12pm. Anyway, I live here in Panama City. For a relative quickie that won't break the bank, I go to Capri out in Rio Abajo. It's only worth it if you have a car, and speak Spanish well. Drive out Via España once is is no longer one way. Past the Melo hardware store, you'll see the Golden Arches in the distance. Uturn in the Shell station and look to your right at the first street. You'll see the sign for Capri. It's 3 dollars to get in, and beers are about 3 bucks. If you can pass as a resident (you can be gringo, but a resident. I've shown my keys once, one time I didn't need to show anything [except fluent Spanish]) it is 21 dollars for 15-20 minutes. Not Ecuador bargains, but I can get my rocks off for under 30 dollars in and out.
They have a stage, and girls dance (with long breaks between dances). The rest of the girls sit around waiting for you to approach them. They are only open at night. Most of the girls are on the thick side. Only a few are fairly lookers. There is a tall, tight, super enhanced blonde. Skip her, horny outside her room. Too much business inside. While I don't necessarily agree with his charaterizations of individuals, Mr. Jack definitely has a point relating to the cabs, and I see that all the time. When one is willing to just walk a block or two, the cab fare gets cut in half. Just for fun, I once asked a cabbie what it would cost to KissFresh (this is in San Salvador) , he said $20. I asked the next cabbie for a ride to Metrocentro (a shopping mall about a 10 minute walk away) , and that was $4. These guys will rip you off every chance they get.

This new president has been closing down some of this clubs as his political enemies go there. He already closed down Jet Set, this one was a mansion with pool jacuzzi sauna had a lot of different rooms it was a very secret place and one of the best I ve been in Panama. Habanero was good. Try your luck in le palace or elite for best quality and if you don't want to pay full amount ask them afterhours or on their freeday.

First of all, this article makes it sound like it was some kind of a huge surprise or mystery. Everyone in the entire world knows about the famous Habano's, located right across the street from the Marriott hotel. It's been there for years. The bar is frequented mostly by foreign businessmen who are traveling to Panama, and the men go there because the women are there. The women go there because the men are there. Immigration raids this place regularly. And for the record, what they do is sweep up the women who are there. Mostly Colombian prostitutes. And they take them away to the holding cells in Immigration even though they have their paperwork in order.
If anyone is currently in Panama please keep us updated in the next week or so how the bar is turning out and if women are frequenting back there. Appreciate it.
This was my fourth trip to Panama City.
Airport taxi : cab stand wants $28. If you request a COLECTIVO [shared cab] the rate drops to $10-12 depending on where you are going. Expect to share a minivan with 3-5 other tourists.
Hotels : I stayed at Hotel Las Vegas. Next block from Casino Veneto.
Very convenient area, clean rooms, good security. There are cheaper, newer places to rent, but I've stayed here before and was happy with it.
Food: restaurants abound here are some I liked.
Italian restaurant on ground floor of Hotel Las Vegas- great pizza, pasta, etc.
Siete Mares [seven seas]
La Mar [peruvian seafood]
El patio mexicano.
Burger bar.
These last four restaurants are all on the same street CALLE JOSE ISAAC FARBREGA.
It is one block away from Via Espana and Via Argentina. When you see the statue of Roberto Duran standing on top of the world, turn left and you are on the street where the restaurants are.
Around the corner heading back to Via Espana is ANTICA GELATO also highly recommended. $3 for two scoops.
It is on the corner of Eusibio Morales and Via Espana.
A few doors down from the ice cream place is TURFF CLUB [yes, two f's] This is a sports book and horse betting with live feeds from Las Vegas. Great place to watch sporting events and have a few drinks. I think this operation is owned by MGMGRAND. The Belagio has an office in the same shopping center to book wealthy Panamanians to their casinos.
All of the above mentioned places are within a five minute walk of Casino Veneto.
Also after 9pm, in the parking lots along Via Espana, a lot of food vendors set up shop. You will find barbeque,
Burgers, all sorts of sandwiches, even full dinners. Some of the vendors are very busy from 9pm-midnight or whenever they sell out. I've had several great meals here. Worth a look.
