I just booked my first ever trip to Panama City for late August. I have a question regarding the condoms. Do the escorts carry condoms or will I need to bring my own? No, you're not being silly and not overthinking this. If you require discretion, for whatever reason, you should absolutely not your personal phone number. Get a local SIM card; a burner phone is even better.
Of course the old way, going to places in person and not using any electronic communication is best, but the world seems to be moving away from that, sadly.

I stayed at JW Marriot which is a great hotel. I never had to leave to find anything. The casino next door started to fill up at the bar starting around 7. Every night I was there I saw more women around the bar than men. All different types of shapes and very approachable. In regards to the fee at the hotel I found that after the restaurants in the hotel close then they will start checking who you have with you. One night I was charged $100 for having a "visitor". However before the restaurants close you can just have a girl go up to the 14th floor which is the restaurant floor and you meet her there and then you walk over to the hotel elevators and go up and nobody will see you. I brought 5 friends back to my room that way.
I will definitely be going back more frequently!

Planning: 1st thing is I read this forum in detail. I started with setting up a Seeking Account and got in touch with some local and pros. The pros are almost all from Columbia and you can find same on panescort. The locals are not as good looking as Columbians. Mostly ask from $300-$500 for 2-6 hours.
Stay: based on the information I stayed at W-hotel. No charge or issue with bringing the girls.
Transportation: I used uber for most of the time beside the city tour and getting to hotel from Airport. Uber is easy and I had no issues waiting for them for long.
My first day I had a Local girl from seeking visit my hotel. Decent looking all natural and spoke decent English. We spent few hours together for $300. BBBJ and rest covered.

Panama is very good mongering wise for a short trip. Very safe in the daytime and Uber is cheap to travel anywhere. Excellent cheap food if you like seafood. Clean city with everything hygienic.
Girls are everywhere. Bars, casinos are teeming with available girls. Can negotiate fees for everything. $100 is standard for ST. Hard to find real beautiful girls. Lots of older girls. They had a separate set of elevators in the casino that worked off the room key card, so no problem getting a girl up to your room. Then they caught on and placed a guard at the elevators at nighttime. I understand Eurostars is still closed?

Just returned from Panama about 2 weeks ago, First time going, will be visiting again.

Hotels intend to charge a $30 to $50 guest fee your best bet is to Airbnb, I had no problems.

If your in a uber that's familiar with the area they will point you in the right directions.

Thanks for the update.The last time I was there was May 10. Habanos was closed with considerable construction going on. The action seems to have moved to the restaurant / bar a few doors down from the hotel AC.
Friendly hotels. Depends on what you mean by friendly. The Marriott AC allows guest for a $22 fee. There is a hotel W and JW Marriott. Marriott allows guest for a ridiculous fee of $100. From what I understand no practical experience the W does not charge anything.
Did not make it to Hooters this trip.

I'm back in Panama now visiting family. It's been a year since I was last here. I'm a chino and was born here, and raised in California. Habanos is best so far. I landed 730 pm Friday night and checked in Coral Suites as mentioned no chick fee 3 $ Uber to Habanos. Panama - - - outside of regular people (non-Monger) no one is posting shit about the scene in Panama on YouTube, literally about a handful of video.
3.
DR - - - as for the girls, quality hit or miss depending on your type, but not as great as it used to be.
Panama - - - the quality of the girls here was great, I came across Panamanian, Colombian, Venezuelan and even an Argentinian.
4.
Both you can use the dating apps.

Both Countries I had a great time overall.

Since this thread has been so helpful I thought I'd give back to the community I'll be going to Panama tomorrow and staying through Sunday at the W. I just got back from two weeks in Panama, and I loved it! Here's a lengthy list of my observations.
PANAMA CITY.
LODGING: Many of you have asked about how hotels react when you bring a woman back with you. I stayed in two AirBnB's, which I prefer over hotels. You essentially have your own apartment. There is no front desk or security to question you. I stayed in one near Casco Viejo (right next to La Bocaterena, which is open for business again), and I had several women show up, right on time. I met them at the front door. We sat on the couch and talked for a half-hour before getting down to business.
PART OF TOWN:
I stayed near Casco Viejo, which was a convenient location. Most of the women on PanEscorts who only did out-call were within 15 minutes from me. I did not see any locations that were farther to the northeast. Near Casco Viejo seemed to be very convenient for the women who came to me, and everyone knows where Casco Viejo is. Northeast of Casco Viejo by a 10-minute taxi ride is a neighborhood full of working women (near Toscana Inn Hotel).

Tinder: Free to join and search. I installed it before I left home, and paid $40 to upgrade for a month. I figured it was worth it to see matches and communicate with women who were interested in me. Seeking: I joined this before I left home, and it does seem to have many sex workers in Panama City. I did not pay to upgrade, because it was initially $275 for one month, but a discount came later. CLUBS:
I didn't bother going to clubs, since it's so easy to arrange things from your room, but both La Bocaterena and Habano's (NOT Habanero's) are in business. I also heard from friends about the casinos and the bigger hotels, where women hang out.
For me, it didn't seem worth the effort with a taxi ride, a cover charge, and a few expensive drinks, you're probably already in for $100. Save that money and order a woman to your room.
TYPICAL RATES:
$100 US for one hour seems to be the going rate. Some are $80 and some are $120.
THE WOMEN:
I did not find Panamanian women to be very attractive, but fortunately, there are many Colombians in Panama City. If you like black hair and boob-jobs, you'll be very happy here. Colombianas come to Panama City to do sex work and attend University. Most of the women on both Tinder and PanEscorts were in their 20's. Some were in their 30's and a few in their 40's.
TIPS ON COMMUNICATING:
Everyone uses WhatsApp for texting, since it's secure and encrypted. PanEscorts links to it free and automatically.

Panama is great for mongering! Use these resources, and you'll do great.
Finally, ALWAYS treat the women with kindness and respect. DO NOT BE ABUSIVE. Remember. If you abuse them, they will leave the business.

It is our first time here so we thought to get the lay of the land. Walked to Alejandro's, just a few blocks away past Gauchos. Was dead, too early. We then walked past W to Habanos. Dead too. So we ate at Beirut across from Habanos. Ok Lebanese food I guess? Walking back past Habanos at around 8 pm still seemed dead so we headed back to the condo having lined up one from panescorts. She was $120 and when she showed up, recommended a friend for same rate. Friend came over and my buddy and I headed to our rooms. I'm going to the city in a few months I'm staying close to the Hilton on Avenida Balboa. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is much action with the escorts there. Thanks in advance.Typically in the night it wasn't too bad, that said it blew up my last few nights there so moved from my PH to the JW. Decent selection there, a bit more pricey and no BBBJ. It's also a little different. They all sit in groups and you need to go to them. Once you get over that its fairly simple. I don't usually recommend that sort of scene but the situation dictates. Habano's and LE Palace are in this area, within walking distance from the hotels. If you're on the young side, Calle Uruguay, just south of this area, has a lot of clubs frequented by non pros. Restaurant options are better north of Avenida Espana while if you stay south of it you'll be closer to Habanos and Le Palace. Check out Siete Mares if you like seafood.

I just had a call with my Panamanian tour guide / chauffer / bodyguard that me and my friends always hire during our Panama trips and he told me that the W Hotel right now is a great choice, because they do not charge for bringing girls, no problem with that. We used to stay at the JW (also when it was called Trump ocean) and we never had a problem or extra charge when bringing girls (once we brought like 12 women over there and no problem). But he told me sometimes they charge extra for girls, I think it depends of the person, we rent usually between 8 to 12 rooms at once, so I think they prefer not to say anything and keep us as clients / guests for the entire week (and future trips) , instead of trying to charge extra.
We normally get the chicks at Habanos and Ashe, but ID like to try some whatsapp or telegram contacts too.

The Marriott appears to be a popular choice although I've never stayed there and I believe it has a joiner fee. Hotel El Ejecutivo is a good, somewhat older and more economical option. If you leave the air conditioner on it's quiet by Cangrejo standards. (Always ask for a high floor in Cangrejo, as it will be quieter.) They did charge $10 or $20 if you brought a date back. Buffer's favorite Coral Suites is in the area too. The W is another one that's more upscale, in Cangrejo, and popular on this board because it's Chica friendly. Actually though I've stayed at about 7 or 8 hotels in Panama City and never had a problem bringing women back to any of them, except the Bristol. The Bristol didn't charge me anything but the walk of shame with my all-night date from GT was nasty. She was appropriately dressed and I thought we'd get in without a hitch. The Hotel Coral Suites is totally guest friendly and I did not experience any guest fee there during a stay several months ago. I stayed there in November and brought probably 4 girls from Habanos in with no problems. We just walked in and went straight to the elevator. The time was around 11 PM to midnight. My bet is that if you do the same thing there will be no problems.

Panama City is definitely worth a few days visit.
Across the street from Mercado de Mariscos, Bar La Bocaterena will have a good selection of 2 dozen women until 10 PM, slim, heavy, tall, short ect, costing about $10 -15 in shabby rooms with a bed and a toilet right next to it behind the bar. I found a few very attractive girls in this bar. The Seafood Market across the street has fresh seafood, good prices.
I would stay in the new part of town, not in La Casco Viejo old Spanish town due to mostly dark, deserted narrow alleys with old crumbling buildings under reconstruction, very messy and dangerous. Police patrol squads on jeeps with machine guns are positioned at major intersections heading into La Casco Viejo. Even though I walked back at night from La Boca, I did not think that area was safe.
There are street girls and bar girls near hotels in the main part of city.
Go see the Panama Canal now badly dried up due to lack of rain.
Take a bus tour through the poor old neighborhoods and the new ritzy neighborhoods along the East Coast where exotic car dealers, Ferrari, Rolls Royce ect chase after huge amount of laundered money.

Was in Panama with my dad so didn't get to play but still wanted to share a few things.
Sidewalks were mostly crap. Not a pedestrian friendly city.
JW Marriott Casino on a Saturday does have some decent bar scenery. Most of the chicas are in their late 20's, early 30's. Single mom club.
Habanos was hopping. Wow, I hadn't seen a place like that in awhile. Definitely need to be there by 8/8:30 to get a table. Pay as you go. Servers are pirates.
Dating apps in Panama were pretty dead.
I think I only saw 3 attractive women outside of the the casino and Habanos. But in their defense, a lot of people were out of town enjoying Carnival.
