They bought about 100 toys from a discount place and clothes, bargained hard for low prices. Toys for girls and boys depending on thier ages.

THX!I lived in the Anzac room which is away from the front. But nobody during my stay ever complained about noise. Mansion is quite far away from the main street to be quiet but only a 2 min walk away from anything you may need. Noise is not a problem after people have left for sleeping or other recreational activities. The pool and nearby rooms can see a little bit of activity if you plan on sleeping say at 6pm. But even then the visitors there are very well behaved.

All the rooms at the Mansion except rooms 3 & 4 which are at the side of the Mansion and room 6 at the front have had installed double pain glass windows which has leasoned the noise by about 85%, we have the glass for room 6 but as we are doing large scale renovations to El Castillo, we havent had time to install them.

We close the pool area around 10.00pm at night (if all people agree and we have a party going in the pool area then its left open) for another hour.

We have a night time security guard in Isaias who is under instructions from me than no noise is allowed in the building after 11.00pm and if I have to get out of bed then I´m not a happy person.

In the good old days, I have been known to through out screaming tick infected street *****s down the stairs head first in my underpants by there hair at 3.00am in the mornings, it doesnt happen now !!!.

The quietest rooms at the Masnion are;
1) room 11
2) room 3

Thanks to those who took the time to respond to my query.- seems like the Mansion gets a good grade in this regard. I sleep with a floor fan on high here in the states and have become addicted to that luscious drone that blocks out the comings and goings of my neighbors. Lack of access to this soothing crutch while on the road has occasionally led to severe sleep deprivation and heightened levels of irritabilty and thuggish behavior on my part. I compensate by always traveling with ear plugs and generally haven't had too much problem getting some decent sleep, with a few glaring exceptions. The rooms facing the commons area in the old section of the Sportsmens Lodge in San Jose can be terribly noisy, even after the bar shuts down at midnight, what with stoked, booze-fueled mongers returning with their prey from the Del Rey. Or are they the prey? I'll never forget the room I had in Prague where I truly heard some guy break wind in the room above me while he was noisily clomping around his quarters. Or my suite at the Residencial Las Americas in Miraflores, directly across from Pizza Alley, where the booming bass notes emanating from one of the discos were enough to bounce my bed from one end of the room to another.

This aging monger requires decent sleep for the maintenance of serious wood and the replenishment of precious bodily fluids. Enough said.

Having spent the last three years in Medellin for the Holidays and this past one at the Mansion/El Castillo, here's my 2 pesos. Yes, some of the Paisas do leave for the holidays but many Paisas that work in other areas such as Cartagena, Bogota, and other areas come home and had stopped by the Mansion to earn a little Christmas money. There were lots of hotties looking to earn some money!!!

There was a great group of guys at both places for the holidays and we had a blast. Yes, there were Sunday Barbecues on Dec 23 and Dec 30 and even had a dance competion on December 22.

We had a very nice Christmas Eve Dinner and had Aussie Greg's delicious apple pie. Christmas Eve - Mangos was open until 7AM. Since Christmas Eve and New Years Eve were on Mondays, we got a bonus and places like Fase II and San Diego were open on Sunday December 23 & 30. Several of the girls at Fase II work at LDV in Cartagena but were home for the holidays and trying to earn a few extra pesos. The casas and strip bars were closed December 25 but Aussie was able to round up some gals in the afternoon for some fun.

The casas were open on December 24 and 31 until 5PM. On New Years Eve, Mangos was open until 7AM. Yes, you will be able to have a paisa atleast once a day, even on Christmas day you can have a little stocking stuffer.

Medellin is beautiful during the Holidays as the entire river and Pueblita Paisa are decorated with lights. It is one of the largest light decorations in the world and something to see.

Congrats on your decision to go to Kiev soon. Having spent the last week there and possibly moving there shortly for work I can say I think these are the most beautiful women in the world. And yet there are no shortages of Porsche, Mercedes or Bentleys on these roads. Nor is there a shortage of people using 10k Vertu cell phones.

This is a culture where its in good taste to overspend and to show your wealth. What a man looks like really does matter but you do need to dress in a brand suit when you go out. Think Prada, Dior, Armani. This is a culture that differentiates based on how you are dressed. To get the model girls you are looking for you have to dress the part. Where as Medellin dress is based on comfort, Kiev is strickly high fashion. I'm in that model scene right now and I must say its very expensive being in that scene but worth it as I'm taking a very Ukrainian, you live only for today attitude. After spending 9 days (that really only seemed like 2 days) at the Mansion, these are the 9 things I think I now know about Medellin:

9. If you’re a high maintenance guy (I. E you need 2-3+ women a day and want bargain pricing) then you’re going to have to get off your butt and do some work on your own (I. E. Go to the casas + strip clubs). There are always guys making trips at various times of the day (some start as early as 9 in the morning) so if you have a decent personality, or a reasonable facismile of a decent personality, then you shouldn’t have a problem hooking up with one of the guys staying in the Mansion and heading over together. In addition, there are plenty of attractive women that visit the Mansion but they can be very unpredictable in terms of when they show up (with the exception of Sundays) and the pricing is somewhere between 100-150K (never heard the 250-300K number that’s been thrown around on this site). For the most part the women that I saw at the Mansion were very attractive/sexy with a decent attitude and I did not have a single bad experience – in fact most of the time before and afterwards the girl (s) would hang around and chat so I could practice my "retarded" Spanish with them.

8. I’m not delusional and I realize that where the Mansion is located is not representative of Medellin, but that said, the area around the Mansion is very nice with lots of great restaurants and the quality of food is not only good but also very affordable. I’ve eaten in some great places in Paris, New York and London and food quality in Medellin while clearly not at the same level, has nothing to be embarrassed about. In addition, I never once felt threatened walking around or that I had to watch my back – what I’m trying to say is that if you use some common sense, you should be fine.

7. So many casas so little time – I mean where do you start – Nu-Life, Energia, Blue Room the list goes on and on – what I learned from all of this is that with reasonable expectations and the realization that you could spend as little as $25 (US) for an hour in some of these places (yes there is a God). Fase dos and San Diegos are two strip clubs that you could also check out. I didn’t like the setup of San Diegos, but some guys did, the women at Fase Dos are attractive but its about 150K and is a definate YMMV – I had a little spinner from there who was very very good to me – also be warned the drinks at Fase Dos are at Western prices (I. E. US$8 for a rum/coke) so be prepared.

4. There are some great and very helpful guys at the house and there is no shame in asking for help – big thanks to Eric, James and Greg who provided not only their expert advice but also their time, which is invaluable when trying to navigate Medellin for the first time.

3. Mangos is a very fun and interesting place. Was there twice (once was at New Years), saw midgets, pigs, great looking women, great dancers (some of which are incredibly sexy) – did I mention the midgets and the pigs. You will need some Spanish to navigate this place and meet women or be decent salsa dancer – otherwise you can go and dare I say simply enjoy the sights and sounds without picking up (I know, I know blasphemy! )

2. There is no other place that has the weather they do in Medellin, the weather there is simply beautiful – imagine a fantastic spring day that runs for 365 days. For all the days I was there you could easily have worn t-shirts or short sleeve shirt.

2JHaving stayed at the Mansion twice I can say that it is great place to stay in Medellin with great service; Greg is a gracious host. In terms of greasing skids, you need to have those suckers already greased when you get there. This is not a place where grown men are spoon fed. Knowledge of some spanish is great thing. I don't speak spanish worth a damn but there are other forms of communication that can be used to get a point across.

Well, it seems like many are already booking the Mansion and El Castillo for the 4th of July weekend this year. As of a couple days ago there was only one room available at the Mansion and four or five at El Castillo. Unfortunately I've never really taken a serious look at any of the rooms at El Castillo during past stays at the Mansion. So I'm asking for some input/comments regarding El Castillo rooms from those that have stayed there. I'm having trouble convincing myself to consider El Castillo simply because I am flat out spoiled from staying at the Mansion. And I know it is just silly of me to be that way. As of a couple days ago, rooms 1, 2, 7, 8 and 11 were still available. Any comments about any being better than the other would be appreciated.

Guess I might have to pull the trigger and reserve a room even if the trip is not a sure thing yet. The airfares I've seen for late June and early July are horrible right now! They need to improve for me or I'm going to have to choose another destination and maybe not make it to MDE this year and that makes me sad.

I didn't ask to be spoon fed. MM is a place that advertises on ISG, not a 'in-crowd secret'. As such a business I would have expected at least some courtesy, if not simple assistance for a newcomer to MDE, especially given that I was a potential customer that Casa Medellin likes to refer to as MG. Instead I got an aloof reply from Greg (which he has now deleted or edited).

What is it with the Colombia board? Even with full moderation it is still passive aggressive at best here.

But what does it matter. I guess I now know all I need to know. I'll have a great time next week either way.

I want you to know that you folks do a fantastic job out there at the mansion. From what it seems to the visitor the ladies and the guard are the ones that run daily affairs and you are a horny patron like the rest of us. But here is my only gripe story. I am personally content but I am putting it here so you can further increase your great service level: you may not know this problem.

I went to the Colombian consulate during my visa process (I do not have a US passport). When they asked me for a hotel address and I provided the consul officer with the email that Lina sent me. She refused to accept that saying that MM is not a valid hotel. If I had had a brochure or something maybe things would have been different.

But then she offered to call MM then and there: this was during office hours at the MM. After 4-5 tries over a 20 minute period she had a problem connecting with MM staff during office hours. She spoke with someone finally and spoke in Spanish but did not get the confirmation that she was looking for: she was checking to see if my name was in the register for the date that I had the booking for. The consul rejected my visa. Then I implored them to let me book another hotel in Colombia. In Cartagena via orbitz using their consulate office computer. Funny thing is that there was this young Colombian guy who asked me about MM and was grinning all over as he was from Medellin and smelled a monger from the minute I entered the room.

Anyway, I got the visa and very much enjoyed my stay at the MM and your staff was great. Forgetting Lina is not that easy too.

Bottom line: suggestion is to send some sort of brochure via email upon reservation. Something that gives the impression to consulate officials that it is a valid establishment.

We have our Hotel Certificates and Business registration hanging up on the wall of the office here at the Mansion and up in the office at El Castillo, tell her she can call in between the hours of 9.00am. and 4.00pm !!!!!!!!!!!!!! to see them.

As for the Colombian shiela working in the consuate, I have the same problemms with the Australian Consulate down at Brazilia in Brazil, they didnt want to give my 15 year old son another passport to get him home after he lost it or had it stolen. I had to drop him of at the Honary Consulate in Bogota and say here he is, he´s your problem now and did that get the issue settlled, we had his passpoet in 6 days.
The benifit was he dated that night the hottest secretary at the Conculate, she took him to a resturant and tucked him in at night, they made a bed for him at the Consulate and he spent the night there !!!! I was in me hotel 2 blocks away waiting for the shit to hit the fan which it did but we got this new passport.

Anyway, what were we talking about !!!! yes, we used to have 2 numbers, 1 a Chicago number to the Mansion and 1 a Miami number to El Castillo, now we have both numbers directed to the Mansion.

Lina is long gone, can't really comment on that.

Brochure on reservation, I better take down the 2 sexy girls on our letter head, the girls names are Viviana (gas) and whats her name, Jessica.

Its a good idea and I´ll pass that onto Yuli right now.

As for visa rejection, we are not in controll of any visa application or do we aspire to be, we are just 2 bad and breakfast hotels trying to make peoples holidays something to remember and I think we do a good job, yes we can be better in some ways and many guests tell us this but I´m happy with the way we are, I just watched the CD ¨Faulty Towers¨ again last night with a few guests, I woukld like to be put in that category

For example, when I travel between Australia and Colombia, I purchase a ¨round the world¨ airline ticket which goes like this Medellin - Miami - Los Angeles - Brisbian - Perth my home town - Sinapore - Frankfurt - Madrid - Bogota - Medellin.

It all depends on where your coming from mate with the airfare.

Philippines $30.00 - $50.00 (top quality, the most Latin of Asian girls)

Just got back from ten wonderful nights at the Medellin Mansion. This was my second trip and things were just as great as the first time. This time I stopped for four nights in Panama City enroute to Colombia. Panama City was nice. The Canal and the city were quite interesting. There are some wonderful restaurants there, particullarly on the Causeway. However, the weather was very hot and steamy and the two girls I went with there from Uruguay Street were both Colombians and charged $120 for a short time.

By the time I flew into Medellin, I was ready for the wonderful weather and the beautiful Colombian girls.

Hector, the Mansion's official driver was waiting for me when I arrived. While a regular taxi may cost a little less, I feel the security of having an English speaking waiting for you is well worth the added cost. Everything I liked about my last trip was repested ahgain in my stay. Greg and Robert are awesome hosts who organize trips to Mangos and other local establishments. The location of the Mansion is perfect. It is within walking distance to many nice restaurants, upscale shopping malls, ATMs, and Casinos. The options for girls are varied. I took the easy option of sitting by the pool and waiting. Beautiful college girls start dropping by around noon everyday. There are also plenty of places such as casas, massage parlors, and nightclubs to look as well. The staff at the Mansion couldn't be better. They prepare a fresh cooked to order breakfast every morning. The front desk staff is also incredible and can arrange tours, provide great information, order food delivered, or anything else you desire. The rooms are also a great value for the money with jacuzzis, large beds, and room safes. Medellin and the Mansion have become my vacation of choice. I have travelled to quite a few places including Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rice, Ukraine, Turkey, etc. , but Colombia is definately my favorite. I'm already planning a return visit in a few months.

Don't be fooled. Just because you pay more does not mean that you will get better service. It just means that you are paying more.

Speaking good Spanish is a great start. If its looks you want you are not going to get much better than some of the girls at Loutron.

Go there between noon and 1pm when they are first opening. That way you will get your pick of the litter. Then I would suggest that you book 2 or 3 hours (since you are looking to front the cash anyway) with the one you pick and take some time to talk to her, make her laugh and get to know her some. You should always keep an open eye, and it's not just in Colombia, all over S. America.

I've met some pretty good people down south, but for sure when dealing with a pro, even if she's your so-called girlfriend (for $), you've got to be extra vigilant, and like your buddy's girl, some are much more devious than others.

Recently returned from a trip to Colombia. I spent 4 nights in El Castillo and then went to Cartegena and returned for a 1 night stay at the Mansion.

All in all I had a great time. Robert and Boyd were very accomodating and helpful, I never really had a chance to meet Greg. The staff from the office girls to the maids and the door guy (Isaias? ) were all very friendly and fun to talk with. I thought the place was very professionaly run. I didn't have any issues with noise at either place although maybe that is because we were up later than most at both locations. The breakfast was also great.

I would say of the guests that I met at both locations 70% of the guys were fun to talk to and very helpful with advice, another 15% maybe kept to themselves but were in no way disrespectful and another 15% were a little over the top or a little out there.

My friend and I brought two sets of non pros back to El Castillo on our second and third night in town and I never had an issue with them feeling uncomfortable or them knowing it was a monger hangout. I think if you go straigh to your rooms at the Mansion it also wouldn't be a problem but there is a much greater likelihood that a non pro might feel uncomfortable if you spent any time in the common area.

Our second day in town we went to the Pool Party at the Mansion. This was a great time and reason alone to stay at either the mansion or El Castillo. There were about 12-15 girls there and about 8-10 guys. I would say that 6-8 of the girls wouls qualify as hot and another 3-4 as doable and maybe 2-3 that I wouldn't touch.

The Party/take you time Vibe at the pool party is exactly what I enjoy most. During the party a couple of guys chipped in and we had a strip contest for the girls with prizes. This really put the party into high gear.

I took Juli back to the castillo and had a great couple of rounds with her. My friend took Alejandra and also reccomends her.

On our last night at El Castillo Boyd called two girls over for my friend and I, he showed us their pictures and I immediately knew Lorena was for me. She is a 4ft 11' little spinner with a perfect body. We had a few drinks with the girls and some of the other guests and eventually took the girls to our rooms. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive at the mansion until around 10pm Friday. I couldn't get a hold of Lorena but ALejandra was there waiting for my friend and she had some friends with her.

We all ended up going to Mangos that night with a couple other cool guys we met when we first arrived at the Mansion. This was one of the best nights of my trip. I had a nice session after Mangos with Alejandra's friend but had her take a taxi home at 5 am as I needed to sleep. I had made arrangements for another girl I had met at the mansion to come by my room at 10am for a going away romp which was also great!

I never checked out any of the Casas or strip bars while I was at Medellin time just kind of always got away from us but it is my understanding that Boyd takes people on tours of the casas and that both Robert and Boyd take people out to the bars at night often as well. This seems like a nice service.

A couple of Notes about the places:

The rooms at the Mansion are significantly nicer than those at El Castillo. Also each room varies significantly from the other in terms of quality. While this is understandable as these places were not built to be hotels there seems to be very little price difference to correlate to the room you are getting. In El Castillo my friend and I had rooms 7 and 8 which were the same price however I believe his room was notably nicer than mine with a better bed, bathroom and much more closet space. In the Mansion I stayed at room 10 which was beautiful and blew away both of the El Castillo rooms for only (I think) $15 more a night.

Also there were a few little touches that the mansion had that I think could be easily added to El Castillo which would improve it significantly. The Mansion has a stocked minibar at very reasonable prices and there was a very nice and helpful welcome brochure and guide in our rooms waiting for us.

The Mansion is more compact and as a result I believe there is more interaction between guests and definitely more of a monger vibe.

Finally El Castillo is 2 blocks up a pretty steep hill from the Mansion and the main commercial area. This was not a big deal but would make it a little tiresome if you wanted to just run out and quickly get something from the mall or grocery store.

For a longer stay even though I prefer the location of the mansion and the facilities I would probably stay at El Castillo for a 2-4 night stay the Mansion sounds perfect.

Yes, Medellin and the Mansion are on my plan in the near future. For the extra cost, I think the chicas are the best you can get at the Mansion and just for a pool party it's worth a trip by itself. Mongering by definition is not a cheap hobby. The reasons for us to travel Medellin are plenty available working chicas. You will be fine in the casas and at the Mansion. There are enough vet. Medellin has a very relaxed atmosphere and it is all here for you. Since a lot of the fun involves women it is literally impossible to get everything all planned out. Before you actually put eyes on someplace or someone you have no idea how much you are going to like it or them.

Even though this is my first to Medellin and in fact to Colombia, I have made 10 trips to The DR. Therefore, I am nowhere as nervous as I was before trip #1.

However, I made a few mistakes and missed out on a few things (out of ignorance) on my first few trips there and while I am impatiently waiting to get on the plane, I need something to keep me from gnawing through the bit I am champing at.

So, I am doing as much homework as I can.

My friend from Western Australia purchased a fine dinning resturant here north of Brisbian, before I went over to visit family I spent two weeks here helpinmg him out and now also before I depart to go back to medellin.

Its not just washing dishes, the resturant is right on the beach, beautifull aussie girls every where, not far from the Sunshine coast and Surfers Paradise, also Byron Bay is just down the highway.

I have been reading the thread periodically and plan to complete reading the whole thing soon. However, I have a couple of questions: Are there plans to add exercise equipment at or near the mansion? You know some weights, threadmills, etc. Don't get me wrong, the pool will get a lot of use if there is nothing else. Also, I know you prepare breakfast all the time. Are you planning on adding, perhaps, late room service or something of the sort? This would really compliment the outstanding set up you already have.

At the Mansion;

DUG is not planning to add a exercise room and or more food preperation other than we already have, breakfast and the Sunday Pool Party.

Part of the attraction of Medellin is the low cost of quality resturants within easy walking distance of the Mansion/El Castillo, also seeing the many beautifull women that are out and about.

Santillana gym is within easy walking distance of the Mansion, guests usually walk there as uits down hill and take a taxi back to the Mansion, also many beautifull women there working out.

We are really only two Bed and Breakfast small hotel´s with a few girls coming by each day to meet out guests.

As far of expanding, there was talk of adding another house with more rooms but I think that has been put on the backburner, by the time Medellin Bob and I go away on holidays each year and I personaly will be away from Medellin more in the coming time frame, we are only interested in lowering our work load and not increasing it.

I can't wait to go and I cant wait to get my hands on those beautiful paisitas.

Sitting home with tons of time on my hands, reading all the posts about the girls and the venues makes me curious and wanting to participate.

Being that I have never been there before, my questions obviously need to be of a more general nature.

If I ask about specific chicas, I'll be told not to dwell on one because she probably won't be around when I arrive and there will be 100's more to replace her.

Realistically, it's not a big deal whether they have alarm clocks or not, but knowing that they do saves me from having to go through the trouble of buying one and taking it with me.

Can anyone shed truth or rumor on this?Yep. I was there. They were returning from the mall Sunday 4/27 around 1 pm, they had gone to get their cell phones charged. One had a gold chain and that was probably the bait. My nephew (who is a K9 officer here in NC) said he was buzzing in the Mansion when he heard a guy yelling at them running up the hill he thought it was a tout but the guy put a. 38 to "B"s head and demanded his "cadena". He then wanted the other twos watches. The whole thing took 30 seconds and he stated the guy was very nervous and inexpeienced. All he got was a necklace and two black banded watches. He then ran back down the hill and jumped on his buddy's moto. My friends got off cheap, In retrospect Wearing the necklace was not good but it was not even that thick and it was under his t shirt. These are good respectful dudes but shit happens. The staff at the Mansion called the cops but what can they do. This is what happenend, word is out that gringos stay there. These assholes probably knew that they followed them from the Comcel in the supermercado. And no way was the Mansion to blame. No one was hurt, Thank God. Be very careful, It can happen.

Remember people , this is COLOMBIA not D.R. or C.R. LIFE is very "cheap" here and I have heard of people getting assassinated for 1million de pesos or less. Can you imagine you have a screaming hungry wife and kids at home.. You will do what you need to to feed them regardless of the consequences! Or even a bad drug habit, who knows?.. It is now known that the M.M. and these type of establishments harbor gringos and in their eyes gringos=mucho pesos! This might/most likely will become a rising trend, who knows? In front of the Dan Carlton, Sheraton 4 Points and other 4/5 star hotels. Usually guys on motos, snatch a purse or a bag, grab a watch, money or jewlery.

Repeat:

Don't leave your jewlery in the safe, leave it at home!

Only take out enough money from an ATM for what you need for the day;

Use ATM's in banks or well lit malls, grocery stores etc where there is security.

Keep a big money and small money pocket. If approached, throw the small money into the air and run. They will go for the money everytime and get the hell outta there.

I even keep a "throw down" wallet in my back pocket and a small folio with ID and ATM card in my front pocket. When in El Centro, cell phone and anything valuable goes in the front pockets.

I still say MDE is safer than Rio or CR. Any day of the week!

I stopped over at your hotel when I was staying at Castillo to meet up with some CRT members, you were generous enough to offer me beers from the fridge.

The impression I got on my first trip was that it was all good for guest to grab a beer, juice, or whatever out of the fridge. I, along with other guest, have purchased groceries and rum from Carrulla and stocked up the fridge at Castillo. I had guys drink my beers, and I gave a few guys a bottle of rum one night when they were out of liquor and wanted to continue drinking. The offered to pay me and I refused to accept any cash. All's good.

Well, I stopped over at the Mansion the next day after having a few beers with you and the CRT guys, staying at your hotel, and I thought it was okay to grab a beer, or two before heading out for the night. I purchased a six pack at the end of the night with the intentions of restocking the beers I drank earlier that evening, it’s only right. Back at the Mansion, I drank three beers and left the rest behind. So if you call that stealing, whatever makes you feel good.

The next day, your partner was not man enough to tell me what was up. He made up some silly story about this-and-that, that was that. Or so I thought. Your partner than posted something on CRT about me “stealing” beers from the Mansion fridge. Funny thing, this was right after the “orange juice” incident fiasco at the Mansion. I remember thinking there was more to the story because who is going to cry about someone drinking freaking orange juice. Well, now I know.

After you partner cried on CRT about the beers I drank, I went to Carrulla and not only purchased a case of Pilsens, but also purchased a box of chocolates, and a gallon of orange juice to replace the one regarding the “orange juice” incident so I wouldn’t have to hear anymore grown men crying in Medellin.

I thought that was the end of it, but I was wrong.

You can call me whatever you want if it makes you feel like a man, but next time, before you know the whole story, I suggest you know what you’re talking about before posting some bullshit about something you know nothing about. Go ahead and believe whatever your partner, or whoever told you, I did not want to believe half the bullshit I had heard about you in the past, that’s why I went to the Mansion to meet you, because I like to make up my own mind, not listen to some silly rumors, but that’s just me. Now I know.

Nice post Traylor Park. It just goes to show how important it is to have your facts straight before you open your mouth about others, and it is the very reason I made the post on the thread entitled Complaints Against Other Members, which is found under the forum page and subtitled Site Administration. A clear example of what I am talking about is how Schwmmr jumped right on the Aussie Greg bashing wagon against you, when the guy has no fucking idea who you are, or what exactly took place. He should be feeling like a fucking idiot now that you have clarified the situation, furthermore, it should teach him a lesson about supporting his hero Greg when he does not have the facts straight. This post by Schwmmr reminded me of how Scooby used to do the same thing when it came to Greg, but then we all found out how this loyalty to Greg ended up driving him from the forum, after Greg hung him out to dry for whatever reasons.
The same logic should apply to the girls. If someone posts negative information about a girl, or an incident that might have taken place with the girl, do not be quick to judge just based on one mongers observations or experiences with her. What might not be good for him, might be great for the next guy. Basically what I am saying is just a reminder to keep an open mind at all times. Greg seems to have a very difficult time doing this unfortunately.

The owner of both the properties where the Mansion and El Castillo are located has placed both properties on the market, the owner is selling the properties with the lease in place (leased to the company who run Hotel Medellin Mansion and Hotel El Castillo) As part of the sale and or the sale goes through under an agreement that all parties agree on.

As far as missing the place goes, not likely in the short term.

The properties are listered but not Hotel Medellin Mansion and Hotel El Castillo, or they could be if the right price came along, nobody knows.
