Would I travel half way around the world to Angeles city, absolutely not, I live 20 minutes drive away and I would say that its just ok maybe once every couple of weeks in order to get out of the house.You guys who live here seem to be delusional. Do you know what the selection is like in the US land-whales and women are looking for a reason to lock you up basically nothing. The selection in AC is fine and improving both hotels and bars are ramping up.
The posts from the local guys some seem to be posts that would indicate they don't want the tourist back but as a tourist living in the hellscape of the USA it is 1000% worth the trip. In fact Us women are revolting, I wouldn't even be able to muster up an erection even after 100 MG of cialis (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKCx_IJyzUs). The ladies on FIGUEROA basically walk around naked and they do absolutely nothing for me. In contrast I fucked a new arrival every day that I've been here and I will continue to do so for as long as they will extend my visa and it has been extremely enjoyable. Guys who live in phils have great advice for other guys who live in phils but its not great advice for guys who are coming here as tourists imo.
Guess what I found today a baccara? Another new girl her first day on the job.
I had my doubts about this one but I went ahead with it anyways. The bar fine was 4 k at baccara I think it used to be Cambodia. Overstay raod says he loves this bar. Lots of girls inside that one music is way too loud in that bar but a lot of nice talent to be had.
This girl was kind of ditzy and firmly built. We did the deed but she kept wrenching on me trying to I guess to pull my arms out of their sockets. You got to love these new girls that don't know yet that you can just lay there and cry until its over.
She got on top and went to town until she collapsed and almost killed me this one was not fat but maybe double the normal philippina weight. She kept saying that my dick was hot as in temperature hot, yea I don't understand either what that was about. She kept talking to me about how her baby had no milk and this really was her first day so she would have to wait for her salary. So it was her lucky day I sent her off with a 1 k tip which is was extremely grateful for. If you gentlemen do not get here soon I will personal have my way with all of the new girls and you'll be left with nothing but sloppy seconds, I suggest you get here ASAP.
The weekend seems to be a mix of people who live here and new tourists but its packed in some of these bars. I think this last Thursday when I arrived it was not as busy but maybe we will see this trend continue and make room for more bars to open back up. The problem I'm having is I don't bar hop they keep offering me these girls on their first day and I can't resist breaking them in.
Some other good news Royal Amsterdam is back on agoda as well as score birds so they seem to be opening up this next coming month. The worst case scenario of bringing a girl to any hotel in AC is that she has to show an ID at the front desk. She will also have to leave it at the desk and they will not return it until you give the OK. Then you can go get 30 more girls all with the same scenario. Hotels are starving for customers, you don't need a reservation at all as there are so many that haven't had customers for a long time. Not only that, cash up front will drop the rate by a major amount. Plenty of hotels are open. You need money and a pulse rate to check in that is all.I didn't see this until now but I don't know why you keep posting hyperbolic statements about what you think these hotels are up to you absolutely need to make a reservation. Your pedantic posts only serve to exacerbate an already difficult situation and you paint a very different picture than what is actually happening where a tourist is concerned. There is not the greatest a selection, a lot of the hotels are just now opening up on walking street. I asked the girl at the front desk and central park bookings have skyrocketed this week going forward. The selection for hotels open for business in and around walking street are limited unless you want to be on the extremely dark and basically dead perimeter be my guest. If you were to just show up without a reservation next month good luck.

I stayed three nights at ABC (Sun Mon Tues 21 22 23) and the front desk never asked the girls for ID or vaxx card. What alerted me was that after one girl departed and then another without getting a call from downstairs, I asked the third one who confirmed that. The front desk did call and let me know that I had a visitor though.
Things are changing from week to week in the Phils and for the better however when I decided to go to AC and looked at Expedia it said 'sold out' for most of the hotels, which I just knew couldn't be right. So I just took a ride up there and went to the front desk of ABC without a reservation. Similarly when I returned to Manila I went directly to I'm in poblacion without a reservation rather than go by the Expedia app. The hotels were definitely getting busier even during my 10 day stay so I wouldn't do this for much longer. Likewise security is likely to return to normal.
Re Wild Orchid: This is a go to for me also. I swung by and the security guard told me that it is a quarantine hotel.
Also, someone asked about EDSA complex, another stomping ground. A monger I met at the gym who lives in Manila for 16 years assured me that it was 'dead and buried'. RIP.

I'm happy to see things opening up in AC but I am not pleased with the notion of 3.5 to 4 K bar fines. That 80 USD for maybe 2 fucks LT or $70 for one fuck ST. Even coming from Singapore when you add up airfare, Covid Tests, hotels etc than add a barfine per day for for a 5 day trip makes it 250/ fuck! I can get my choice of Viet or Thai hookers or a SB right here in Singapore for that. Especially if girls in bars are not naked and playful anymore and perimeter high contact BJ bars are dead. I have a dive trip to Palawan in May and maybe will stop by AC coming or going but making a special trip there seems not worth it until more bars and options open. Still hopeful though.

I will reply here with an update if they do extend my visa..I chatted with a visa agency in Manila on facebook about your comment about trying to get an extension in Angeles City. The agent said 'Yes Angeles has been extending some visas but the main BI office in Manila is not". I was told here in Thailand I can 'stay as long as I want' which is basically getting an illegal visa by paying a bribe. Hey it might look good in your passport and you can walk around freely thinking you've got yourself covered. In reality its just ink. You get caught when you try to leave the country, when another immigration officer looks at your visa and tells you that you overstayed. You miss your flight, your taken to the main office to pay your fines. And with covid you might have to set up an appointment at that office to pay your fines.
So if you do get an extension from the Angeles office how things work out will depend on immigration officers in another office following the rules.

Please let us know if they do extend your visa. I was under the assumption that the 30 day visa wasn't being extended at this moment.I was successfully able to extend the visa for another 29 days. So whoever was reporting that this was not an option was wrong.

Correct me if I am wrong, but even pre-pandemic, AC barfines were upwards of p3000 for several years (we complained that the Koreans were driving rates up). As a guy who often gets it for less than normal, I completely endorse paying the newer and more pricey rates, especially to get your first rocks off when you arrive. One of the gents in the Makati thread paid 500 for massage + 2 k for hand job, normally too much, but who TF cares? The entire situation has changed, and probably will some day go back to a more 'normal' situation, but certainly this is not yet it. More bars and hotels will need to re-open, and more gents will need to arrive to fill them. Besides getting creamy with the Pilipina, the gents have been too long removed from pinoy culture; sights, smells, warm weather during the cold American months.

You are just being fear mongerd by a frustrated company, that is trying to explain nonsense. Manila seems to the be root of all nonsense and thankfully some of that never makes it out of manila. I was unable to find any documentation of a cessation of the visa extension and there is documentation that suggests they in fact have halted OTL orders which actually swings in the other direction Moral of that story is GTFO of manila.

Can you name the Visa agency? I check the website below and found this at #5 at the bottom:
Foreign nationals from visa-free countries who wish to stay in the Philippines for more than 30 days can either (a) request an extended stay at the Bureau of Immigration upon arrival in the Philippines; or (b) secure an endorsement from the appropriate Philippine national government agency and secure a 9 (a) visa that will allow them to stay for a maximum of 59 days. So after reading threads here and watching some Youtube videos I decided to say fuck it and come check out the scene for myself. Got a reasonably cheap (under $300) ticket from SIN to CRK so from the time I leave my home to hotel in AC will be less than 6 hours total. Booked a room at Central Park Towers 3700 peso per night (after 20% cash discount). Hoping some perimeter bars are open again as well as the regular massage parlors etc. Also trolling FC for some non pros. Its been 3 years since I was last there so still looking forward to it. Anyone else going to be around that time?

Electronically remit the money to yourself, and it doesn't hurt to stop by the Cebuana or BDO the day before to inform them that you are withdrawing a large amount the following day. BDO is the best bet since they are a large and (somewhat) networked bank. You can remit to either of those thru Remitly dot com. I find that during the pandemic they accept only your passport as identification. I was rejected several times when I presented my ACR card as ID, and was told by LBC, Cebuana, and BDO that it was not a valid ID (and at other times they accepted it as valid in the exact same locations). I sent p50 k+ several times in the last year. Thought: Hit them for withdrawal in the morning.
Airplane prices just dropped late today from $1600+ and I booked mid March flight for $810 to Manila. Landing around 10:30 pm.
My question? Are there easy transportation at that time to Angeles City from terminal 3?
I rather not stay in Manila for the night.

I had a local PH check from a customer which I tool to their home branch. Presented the check and my ID. Carried my standard backpack and rode my motorbike directly to the apartment and locked it into the safe. Told nobody.

Over the years I have barfined few. Although initial agreement is bar hopping, disco dancing only and sleeping with clothes on only many turned out different. For some bars and girls it is a scam. Bars get 25 percent of agreed cherry amount. Rest goes to the girl. Asian customers predominantly want such girls. They are probably half drunk or thoroughly drunk to know the difference. I have also barfined week old past virgins and found out they are not totally opened. Many of these cherry girls are open to everything except total penetration if they are real. A fight on the far end of the walking street near macdo between a korean (asian) and a white male who was spewing profanities and racial slurs at the Asian person, some pushing I didn't see any actual punches thrown, the guy started to walk in my direction so I decided to move on.
Guy walked into geckos calling everyone "pangit" and general name calling.
You might ask if these gentlemen were wearing masks or filled out a contact tracing form? Take a guess.
The AC of old is back in effect the well behaved locals rush in for happy hour and promptly leave, leaving behind only the belligerent and not so "policy" abiding horde of tourists. Will this result in tighter rules or a loosening of them? Given that my prediction of these mongers not following policy this can go either 1 of 2 ways. But I think giving tourists a hard time is not what they are after. Tourists are literally walking ATMs right now so I suspect they will overlook these policy infractions and let it happen for the time being. Which is great for me seeing as I MOSTLY follow the rules it makes me look like a saint.

Any actual monger reports on activities?If you are willing to fork out the 3. 5 k I got a taxi in less than 2-3 minutes. But if you tell the taxi guys you don't want to wait and you are willing to pay 3. 5 k you will get a taxi almost immediately, make sure you explicitly state tolls are included in that price. I am not entirely sure if the yellow taxi would be cheaper because if you don't pay the tolls the trip to AC takes about 4 hours vs 2 h (I guess if you don't mind the 4 h trip it cold be cheaper), yellow taxi wait seems to be about 15-30 mins. I can't speak to the bus as I didn't want to wait for it but I have seen it tooling around in Angeles.

As per DG, don't the*ck around. Its not smart to depart the airport without a few pesos in your pocket. Regardless that your ride will accept USD, you might find that you need the pesos prior to your arrival in AC (or wherever you are going). Exchange at least a small amount of money at the airport if you are not bringing any pesos with you. Unlike American airport money exchanges, which will charge you an up-front fee (often $10) in addition to a crappy exchange rate, the money changers at the Phils airport (fees clearly posted) will be pretty good, with no up-front fee. My last LAX money changer attempt was 40 pesos for 1 USD, + $10 USD up-front fee. That was a few years ago, when the exchange rate on xe.com was approx 48 pesos for 1 USD. The LAX money changer was charging me $10, and then keeping about 8 extra pesos for each of my dollars. I call that 'pretty crappy' (a 12% loss for me on the exchange rate alone).
As an example of 'pretty good'. Today's exchange rate on xe.com is 52.36 pesos for each 1 USD. The NAIA money changer will not an up-front fee and he will sell you approx 49-50 pesos for each 1 USD you give him (him keeping about 1-2 extras peso for each of your dollars, a 2-4% loss for you on the exchange). Street money changers in Phils on the same day will be giving you closer to p51.5 for each 1 USD (closer to today's actual exchange rate than the airport, a 1-2% loss for you on the exchange).
And for 'very crappy'. Walk into any bank in your country, including your own. Tell them you want to give them some of your money (say, USD) and exchange it for some Phils pesos. I walked in that direction to get to "Patches Thai Restaurant" by the time I got to patches I wasn't hungry any more. ABC hotel is about as far as I would reasonably go. I like Royal Amsterdam because I can literally walk down stairs bar fine at vikings and be balls deep in about 10 minutes.

You could spend $3 a day on electricity which is not included. Kandi is a half mile from the action. Kandi is not good for guys that live paycheck to paycheck. Their billing department is terrible and have overcharged me both times. Once tourists return you have to book 10 weeks in advance and give P5 k deposit. I think the gym closes 9 pm and restaurant 10 pm. There is a 4% charge if you do not pay with pesos in cash.

The main disco bit the dust and Hammer is a Korean disco that is mostly miss. Bacarra and Arabesque are the top bars and open latest. Q bar lollipop are oldies but goodies. 123 and Sky not bad. Just barhop Walking St bars and you will be fine. Viking opens 10 am and has happy hour specials. Bar fines have ballooned to 2.5 k to 4 k.Thanks for the feedback. I have never been to Angeles City and I feel this might finally be the year to go for it.
I have some vacation days I need to use up in the coming months. I usually go to Thailand to get my fix but their continued requirement to get multiple coronavirus tests makes Thailand a no-go at this time (one test before flying out, one at day one, another at day five, and the last one before flying back home). Testing positive at any point and then being quarantined for possibly two weeks is not something I want to risk no matter the odds. From what I understand the PI only requires a negative coronavirus result prior to flying out.
I always felt that the only thing to do in AC was the bars and it would get real boring after that. And that Thailand was safer overall. But at this point I think it wouldn't be so bad staying at a nice hotel in AC near Walking Street and just enjoying my time in Sodom and Gomorrah.

Mongering is more a pass time.The Woodland Park Resort has a 25 m pool with lane markers. It's the best lap swim pool I have seen in the PI. The hotel isn't so bad either. At one time it was my go to place. Now it's Korean owned and the restaurant serves kimchi style food. I have hosted pool parties there. The grounds are really nice. It is away from the "action" but 6 minute grab or trike ride and you are on the Walking St. Besides, the action isn't always on the WS; rather it is on my bed.
I arrived yesterday at Clark Airport having all the required docs. They didn't ask me for travel insurance and I can see other passengers also not been asked about it. Airline also didn't ask. Just wasted $69. But you never know they might ask for it at some point.

I don't want to have to worry about changing more money as soon as I get to my accommodations.
Money changers want Franklins especially. Never bring old or damaged bills. Always have late edition recently printed money. I bring cash and use that mostly. I have credit and debit cards which I use only when I'm in trouble like when I got stranded in the PI in the spring of 2020 when Covid first hit. PAL stopped flying. I ran out of cash. The embassy arranged for evacuation flights which I took after 70 days.

Have been doing this for years. I'd put QR codes of each of your chat apps on the back as well. I wouldn't bother with a photo, the girls have already seen you in person and having your photo on a card can make you identifiable. A 5% success rate on passing out 100 cards is normal I would imagine, would be hard to schedule a 40% success rate.

Day 1.
After reading the forum for years I thought it is about time to write a report.

Day 3.

One week down here in AC. Seems fairly close to the old days. There are definitely way more girls than customers. I wouldn't say it's a buyer's market but it's definitely a choosers market. An interesting / funny / sad anecdote from this weekend. Let me first say that living in LA, I have friends and coworkers who are trans. People I actually care about. He asked if he could film but promised the management that he would not post anything online. Social distancing was strongly enforced at this time. This dickhead went live on Youtube with everyone hanging out and partying, no social distancing at all. The next day the barangay shut down all live music for several weeks. Just so this idiot could get a few views on Youtube. Thailand has started cracking down on these idiots for not paying taxes on the money they are making in their country. Let's hope the Philippines starts arresting these life sized rodents. There is one bar in Barreto that has a huge mural with pictures of these idiots and a "Vloggers Welcome" sign. I promise to never spend a single peso in that place.

Related unfortunate story. Around 2014 I was on Walking Street minding my own biz. Across the street a young lady, early 20's, was walking down the street holding a nice Canon or Nikon camera, video-ing as she walked along. She stopped some guy on the street to chat him while continuing to video, but the guy walked on past her. The next evening on WS, again minding my own biz, she approached me. Just because you think you catch them in some thing they would rather keep private for one reason or another everyone "interesting" has things they would rather not see the light of day. In fact if philly is a habitual monger his stock just went up.
