I am currently at the Queens Hotel and noticed that on the seventh floor they have a lounge with a dozen of companions. To answer your questions.
AC is a much smaller playground than Pattaya, but still great fun.
Yes, perimeter and fields are the main mongering areas, they are actually 2 ends of the same street, though quite a long one. There are much less venues which mainly cater to Koreans in Friendship and diamond subdivision, I wouldn't bother with those as they are far and much less variety.
Perimeter is the daytime action area, runs from around noon to 10 pm. If it's your first time and you are a westerner I would avoid visiting after dark, the quality girls there tend to be taken by 3. 30 pm anyway. There are a couple dozen bars, they are all hit & miss, can't say one is much better than the other. Recent posters have noted Candy bar to be good, but YMMV. They're all walking distance from each other once in the area, just give a few a visit until you find something to your liking. BF in these should be anywhere between 1.3 k to 2 k.
Fields Ave (walking street and a bit beyond) is where the night time action is. The Dollhouse group (DHG) bars are known to be the ones with most variety and highest quality of girls, though they stick to the higher priced drinks and BF (3 k). You'll find that on walking street almost all bars expect 3 k BF unless the girl in very inexperienced or not big on the looks dept (so prices will drop to 2-2.5 k). DHG bars include Dollhouse, Atlantis, Crystal Palace and Ponytails which is halfway between fields and permittee and mainly close to ABC hotel. Another above average bar on fields is club RA, again, talent tends to be taken early, but the actions will run until around 4 am. After that it's either you're off for breakfast, a beer, or your room to party. Around 5 am the street fills up with beggars and street vendors and opens for traffic. I personally do not like hanging out on fields this late.
As for transportation, the ways to get around are Jeepneys, which I personally refrain from and trikes. There are trike "terminals" (groups of trike drivers waiting for customers) around every exit of walking street. You can find them anywhere. Looking western, they will probably try to ask you for 100 php wherever you go, some rides could easily be made for 50 or 30 php, but when you realize your bargaining with some dude to take you somewhere in a very unsafe vehicle for a dollar, sometimes you just let it go.
Another option for daytime action is the bigger hotels have bars and pool bars which will usually have at least a half dozen chicks around looking for customers.

Voodoo is 24 hours. Dollhouse 5 pm to 6 am. The disco High society is open until about sunrise. All on Fields, which is the main area.
Some perimeter bars open at 10 am, most at 2 pm.
You can hit dozens of bars just by walking around. I try to avoid the trikes, but up to you. Jeepneys can get you out and back to the farther reaches of Perimeter, but it's not impossible to walk. From the east end of the entertainment district (Fields), to the Clarkton Hotel is 3 kilometers.

Have some patience here while Wicked Roger RTFF for you and report back.Seems XMan and BaboyDave did it for me DG. Can't see why they can't RTFF. My first visit anywhere I RTFF and ask clarification questions. The PI board is particularly rich with info but see themselves as 'managers' amd Lanthano is another.
I always look at FR history before I RTFF and see what the poster has done, most are nothing but questions but promises to FR after, some have taken it further (in the UAE for example) and told the girls, shown photos and got the senior into a really messy situation that meant he lost that good contact for ever.

A couple of casual observations from the week so far:

All the main bars are on Fields avenue including the ones you mention, Fields bars are mostly evening bars but am pretty sure some are 24 hrs.
There is no entrance charge to most Fields bars although buying ones self a drink is expected, late night disco clubs have entrance fee.
Anything that is remotely attractive is working on fields avenue and the cost is 3000 pesos with some girls 4000 pesos (daddy, s girls) tip is up to the punter but most girls will be happy with 500 pesos tip (only pay on good performance and no scams).
I know some guys tip 1000, 2000, 3000 pesos but never found this necessary with all girls willing to repeat again for the lower tip amount.

It is unclear, of course, whether the bar employees took his table because they were simply trying to accommodate a large group or because Koreans generally get favored treatment in this and other bars. I do find a little irony in beating the drum about racism directed at Koreans. You may not have given much thought to the ways that some Korean cultural practices might come across as offensive to non-Koreans, especially in a setting like the Philippines, where, in principle, we would expect that all foreigners might be treated equitably.
I have spent time in Korea, gotten to know numerous Koreans quite well, and have studied Korean history and culture. I am struck by the ways that Korean law often excludes non-Koreans, such as Chinese, for example, from doing business in some regions or being forbidden to obtain licensure in professional fields such as medicine. You may be aware how the famous "Gangnam Style" video was intended as a humorous jab at the "superior" attitudes of people living in the high-end communities on the south side of the Han River in Seoul. To the extent that Koreans see this "superiority" attitude as real, it sometimes seems to me that it is also carried forward by the more successful Koreans who can afford sex tourism and golf vacations in the Philippines.
While I have never been in any of the AC bars, I could visualize how some visiting Korean men might project this superiority, and in so doing provoke the ire of sex tourists from other countries. I have seen Koreans at LA Cafe in Manila arrive in groups and quickly command attention from employees. Since Western mongers are more likely to arrive in singles or pairs, it's easy to understand how an arriving group of Koreans appears somewhat daunting to other lone mongers. Because Korean men invariably party this way in their own bars and karaoke joints back home, I suspect few of them have ever contemplated how this might look to Westerners who are also in pursuit of p4 ps.

Drove to AC from Manila Yesterday. I tried to time it so it would coincide with the highly coveted SB pool party and I got to say I wasn't too impressed. Except for a few of the competitors most of the girls were down right busted (but that's my opinion).
Lucky me as I was checking in, I made eye contact with a lovely girl sitting in front of the pool. Just to let you know Grab Taxi just started in AC this month. Next month they will be adding more cars.
Example fare from Savannah Hotel to Dau bus station was 91 pesos. Grab taxis are real cars not trikes. Hopefully this is the beginning of a real taxi service at decent rates.
I got a quote to NAIA for 1500 but the driver called and said he would to double the rate as he would be coming back empty as he is not allowed to pick up in Manila. Otherwise it is great service for around AC and probably to Clark airport.

One of the skills I've picked up over the years is the Filipina language but there are still things that screw with my head.

Just got back from a two-day visit, and had a tour of the soon-to-be-open Aqua Lounge, encompassing the top three floors of the new (building four) tower at ABC. It's designed as a true "Gentelmen's Lounge," with private lockers, an enormous Jacuzzi, a Sauna, a large bar, private cabanas, and a pool that rounds around the entire edge of one of the floors. Each cabana has its own sun deck. The lounge will be open every day and entrance will be free to hotel guests, with a modest charge for non-hotel residents, though entrance for the ladies will be free. It looks as if it will be first class all the way, and the finishing touches I saw--a bar made from old teak, brick facing on the walls--was very attractive. There are 5 or 6 cabanas, each of which has enough seating for about 6 people, and I think (not sure this is correct) that the cabanas will rent for about Php10,000 a day, most of which is consumable, so if split among 3 guys who take it for the day, the cost is pretty reasonable.
I'm reasonably sure this will turn into the most popular high end club in the city and it's for sure going to attract lots of women, so it is going to become a desirable destination after the opening on January 1.

I am ashamed I am not a newibie using Western Union to send $$ to PI. I have been going there for decades and have had numerous main squeezes whom I have helped out at times. I just learned something about WU I had not known before- Thought I would pass this on.
Recently a buddy damaged his ATM card and asked me to send him $500 usd. I did so via my WU online account using my debit card. The "fee" for sending 500 usd was $7. The site defaults to paying out at the WU payout location in Pesos. The exchange rate they give you is shitty 46 peso / usd, but what are you to do. I have done this many times in the past and just accepted that is just another cost of doing business.
My buddy did a little research and told me that I have the option to have the payout be in USD and he suggested I do that and he will just take the 500 USD down the street and exchange it at the cambios at 49 peso / usd rate. The difference for this $500 transaction amounts to 1,500 peso (roughly $30 usd difference). -- so instead of the fee being $7 to send $500, the true fee is more like $37.
Many years ago I had tried to have the payout be in USD for this exact reason, but I was told then that the payout location only had pesos and that the USD payout option was off the table. Well- I decided to give it a try again this time. Sure enough I was able to select the USD payout option online, but I still suspected that when he presented at the WU office for pickup he would be instructed that: "sorry sir-- only pesos to give".
WHAT he / WE LEARNED:
He picked up the money at a WU office near Dau bus depot. He was indeed told they only had pesos, but when he put up a stink that he knew I designated USD to be dispensed they quickly agreed and paid out at the true market rate (49/ usd) rate. They also informed him the the WU offices on fields do not pay out at the same rate because they are in a 'tourist zone".

#1 If you are sending money via WU to be picked up at location (as opposed to deposit into a bank account) you are much better off designating the payout to be in USD rather than pesos. If you choose pesos the exchange rate will be very shitty.
#2 You may find that a WU payout location away from Fields Ave will be easier to deal with and give a better rate when they do the onsite exchange.
#3 Have the payee stick to their guns and insist that USD be given because they know that USD was designated as the payout mode option. If the payout location cannot handover the US currency make sure you get a 'fair' exchange rate comparable to the going exchange rate at Normas or Natalia.
I found this all to be enlightening and thought I would pass this on. Just an FYI.

I believe that all the remit services do that. However, one of them (I think its remitly.com) brags / shows on its site their current exchange rate, which is usually about p1 less than the street rate, on any given day. For example, if today's street rates are averaging p49/$1, then remitly.com often shows p48 (about) on their site when sending money.

Not sure why you would say that what I experienced in Manchester UK was out of the norm, the local newspaper had 2 pages full of very similar ads, polish girls, Latvian girls, Bulgarian girls, Romanian girls. Lets add travel insurance, getting to and from airports, few new summer clothes and some presents for the girls and we are up to almost $3,500 us that's before one has done any fucking in the pi.
Now I have never mongered in the us but I am sure for $3,500 one can have one hell of a good party with some hookers there without having to leave the comfort of his own home.

Sorry for the lack of posts for the rest of my trip. The experience eventually took over. I returned a few days ago and am just gathering up my recollections. I fear a longer stay might have killed me.
Is Angeles city still fun? You can bet your ass it is. I will add some caveats. The first week was a whirl. The second week started to show some of its shortcomings. My second last night went horribly awry, but bad nights are a possibility anywhere, and I had my share in Pattaya too.
My travels to Cambodia and throughout Thailand were great, but there is something to the girls here that cannot compare. The line seemed to blurr here on occasion in terms of the motivations of some of the girls. This is the only place where I was able to essentially get sex for free on occasion. I can only imagine what I would be capable of if I were living here rather than a stay of 2 weeks.
Admittedly I have not seen anywhere else in the Phillipines, which I plan to rectify in a subsequent trip.

As promised in some previous posts, here is my guide and report on the one and only Angeles city. As I have done for Pattaya and Phnom Penh, I have tried to give some guidance to another traveller following the same route. I believe this will be useful to the traveller going there, and equally feel confident that those experienced and living in Angeles will indulge me and agree with a decent portion of what I will have written.
Inevitably, my recent trip to Pattaya will induce some comparisons I feel suitable to make. And may give some hints as to what sets both places apart. Whilst Pattaya may be considered Sex City, Angeles is very much Sex "Town", smaller in size while feeling much more homely and easy to get to know (not to mention, more difficult to get lost in late at night).
To get the obvious point out of the way: Yes, Angeles is still worth visiting and is amazing in my opinion. Yes, it probably isn't as great as it was in the 80's and 90's, but I would like to know which place in Asia was NOT better during that time. We have only here and now, so I feel it isn't helpful to dwell on the nostalgia of a time that many of us were not able to experience.
Yes, the Koreans are out in force and have built up a number of bars, their money throwing antics can get on people's nerves, but I hardly think they have anything on the Western white traveller who can get around much more easily. Leave the Koreans to the girls who offer little service for large amounts of money.
The Filipinas (pinay, whatever) took my breath away. They are natural man pleasers, seemingly their mix of Spanish blood (I get the impression that they are hornier than most of their Asian counterparts) and largely fluent English, in my opinion, beat other destinations in Asia hands down. Most people divide Angeles, for mongering purposes, into two parts: Fields and Perimeter (Don Juicio Avenue) which are both essentially one long street.

I would rather divide the city up as follows for the bars: 1) Fields (far right until Atlantis) 2) Upper Fields (further, Road House until Pony Tails) 3) Perimeter (everywhere to the right of Pony Tails).

It stands to reason that Fields is the centre of town, has the largest concentration of bars, and the highest barfines to match. It has been written that they have the highest quality of girls. I beg to differ and have found that a higher price tag does not necessarily translate into prettier girls and least of all better service. Nevertheless some of the Dollhouse Group Bars do stand above the rest: Atlantis in particular which has massive amounts of girls on stage, as well as two floors. However, Fields is also replete with overpriced bars and pool dens with plain or ugly dwarves that you wouldn't fuck for free. It really all depends. Ripoff Korean traps like Club Asia with extortionate barfines are an unfortunate fact of life here too.
The bars mostly open later, from 5 or 6 onwards until 3 am. This is the later night area.
At the same time, Fields has the nightclub High Society, which is the best in town and getting familiar with would not be a bad thing. Here are the bars I would mention:
Atlantis: Probably the most expensive recommendation but has tons of girls. Beer is 125 pesos. Barfines of 3000 pesos (pretty much standard for most of Fields). Great vide here though. Sunday's had the Who let the dogs Out show, for 200 peso entry, you get 3 local drinks and lady drinks are then only 120. Probably the top bar in Angeles for selection and pomp. Apart of the Dollhouse Group.
Tropix: On the parallel street below Fields. A good bar with reasonable prices and pretty girls. Also apart of the Dollhouse Group. A gem in my opinon with barfines of 2000 pesos (for non green tags, 3000 for those with green tags) in an otherwise expensive area, great service and cheap drinks. Happy hour until 8 I believe.
Salambo: A decent bar with good service. Worthwhile or the location. Round stage.
Champagne wasn't bad but it depends on whether the Koreans are in or not.
I wouldn't recommend Dollhouse or Crystal Palace (both are the same bar; split into two sides of a parallel street): Same prices as Atlantis for shorter uglier girls.
Other bars some recommend are Qbar, Vikings, Lollipop, but I couldn't see massive difference between them.
Club RA: Stands out for its sheer size. I only went in once, as it seemed a bit disorienting and loud. But filled with some good looking girls. Pricy I believe.
Centauro: Has a takeout restaurant outside and is open till 6 am. Revolving stage. Can't comment further on it.
High Society: Angeles City's main night club. (Aside from Skytraxx in Upper Fields but I wouldn't bother with that one) Paid entry Friday and Saturday (200 pesos), free the rest of the week. I recommend coming here later if you must, around 2 or 3 am when all the bars are closing and most of the girls looking for customers or just chilling out come in. It closes at 5 am. Going rate I think should be 1000, handed over the next morning when she leaves.
Voodoo: The last bar. Open 24 hours. I like to call it the intoxication fuelled hell of Angeles city. This purgatory contains a constant reminder of what awaits those that have not found a girl by 5 am with punishing 105 peso local drinks, a drunken sausage party entourage and the ugliest rejects dancing on stage. I remember vividly being here on my second last night sat in front of a pretty woman who refused to talk to me, who didn't even work in the bar, unless I bought a lady drink or rang the bell (4500 p) (For the record, of course I didn't and just went home). In short, try not to end up here alone.
In closing, Fields is a great place. But given that this is only area many tourists ever see of Angeles, not the best. My first few nights I hung around here, before moving on to the other areas.
2) Upper Fields.
Heading outside of Walking Street, along Perimeter Avenue (it essentially is always the same direction and same road to get anywhere), past Phillies restaurant to your left, a large quantity of bars are all on the left side. The barfines start to drop here from 3000 to 2500 for many of the bars, as well as the drink prices.
I would skip the first "two". Road House and Angelwitch are essentially the same bar with the girls making rounds between both in between lineups. Some lookers here though. Take a left.
YabYum: Skip it for the one next door.
Route 69: A good bar. Frequented by expats. Barfine is 2000 here. Good number of pretty girls. Go here, what else can I say.
Back along Perimeter Ave:
New Orange Bar: Good one. BF is 2200. Good drinks prices. Very laid back atmosphere. A new one I believe. Open till 2.
After Dark: Good bar. Some real lookers here. Decent prices. Barfine of 2500 I believe. Open till 3 am.
Brown Sugar: Open till 4 am. Lookers here. German owner. Reasonable prices. BF I believe is around 2200. One of the latest closing times outside of Fields.
Camelot: Went here twice. Hated it both times. Overpriced IMHO (3000 BF). Nice decorum though.
Midnight Cruiser (Formerly insomnia): Also open till 5 am. I personally did not like this bar. The late opening time translates into a place with layabouts, and a steep barfine of 3000 for mediocre looking girls. Got pestered for lady drink by the mamasan while talking to a girl on stage, at which point she sent the girl away when I said no. Big nono for me. The second time I came with a local that she knew and gave me free drinks. I shrug when it comes to this place. Up to you what you think.
Pony Tails: You can't miss the large neon lights. Another Dollhouse Group bar. Large central wooden stage. Some very good looking girls here. 2000 peso BF for non green tag, 3000 for those with green tags. Happy hour till 6 pm. Open till 1 or 2 am I think.
3) Perimeter.
Somewhat arbitrarily, I consider the bars after Ponytails to be distinct and refer to them as "Perimeter".
This clearly is the area favored by the locals as well as has the cheapest BFs and drinks in town. Furthermore, I think I preferred the atmosphere in these with people being more talkative and it being more of a friendly group environment in each. These bars tend to open from the early afternoon, coming hear early around 3 isn't a bad idea. Some people are of the opinion that they are hit or miss and are essentially all the same. I disagree.
Needless to say, the barfine drops the further you go along, except in some of the Korean bars scattered throughout.
I will mention those I visited and which ones stood out as before:
Showtime: Great bar and among my favorite in Angeles. Some great girls here and the staff are really nice, allowing for a fun environment. BF is 2000 here for a good and varied selection of girls when I was there. Drinks equally are reasonably priced. The only problem is that it closes early, around 11 pm I believe. So get here early in the evening.
Much further, past ABC, the number of bars just trickles: Eruptions (nothing special imo).
Gentleman's Club was good when I went there.
Emotions: Not bad, check it out.
Then nothing for quite a while. Usually to get to the next large strip, I take a trike (50 to 100 pesos upwards) or jeepney (7 pesos).
The strip starts when Don Juicio is intersected by Malabanas road. Just slightly down Malabanas:
Apink: A Korean bar, with a lot of pretty girls catering to their tasted. Slim and fair skinned. 2500 barfine, which is high for this part of town. I discovered this one by chance one night, and quite liked it. Stop in here for a peek.
Along Perimeter (Don Juicio), the next major strip of bars begins.
Night Moves: Good old fashioned bar. Nice owner. Cheap barfine of around 1800 or so, if I remember correctly.
XXX Bar (also called Cherry Blossom): A dinky place with some good looking girls. BF is 1800. A bit claustrophobic but this is nitpicking.
Blue Flame: Fantastic bar. German owner. Great looking girls. BF is 1800.
Open till 12 pm. One of the better ones which I recommend highly.
Det5: Good one with some lookers, however it was undergoing a restock when I was there. Check in as they rebuild their lineup. Beware a pretty ladydrink puller. 1600 BF.
Candy Bar: A nice quaint bar with perhaps a dozen girls (some decent looking but some of their prettier lineup may have been barfined early), reasonable prices. Not bad but not amongst my favorite.
There are a few more, but I skipped them and rather would point to the next side street before continuing on. To the left, there are two hidden niche bars, Rio and Nifties. Rio was nice enough with some motivated staff but no excellent lookers.
Nifties: Similar to Rio, a tiny place that you could easily miss. The particularity of this one is that it is a blowjob bar, with back rooms. I was offered a two girl BJ with guaranteed finish for 1300 pesos. Somewhere to go for a new experience I guess. Naturally, both Rio and Nifties barfine as well. Worth a look.
Ice Bar: Further along Perimeter, the next worthwhile mention is Ice Bar, probably named for its decently powered aircon. Two dozen girls work here I think, with some very good looking a good natured ones, (not to mention waitresses who can be BFd as well, I'm just getting my head around that here). Darker lights, good music, decently priced viagra for sale and frequented by the expats. Go here too. Open till 11 pm.
Babydolls: Upstairs to the left, a decent bar but I never saw any lookers here.
Firepit: Recently reopened after the last raid. Some have said the current lineup is inferior but I didn't find it too bad. Opens early, closes at 11 pm. BF is 1600, making it the cheapest I believe in Angeles. Happy hour till 5 pm with LDs of 100 pesos and cheaper drinks. Often full as a consequence. Come early but still pop in later if you're in the area. I liked it.
Avoided Mischief and Porky's (more of a restaurant). After firepit, many said this is the end, however further there are some more worth mentioning.
One just to the left of Savannah hotel whose name escapes me which wasn't bad, but for more quality, you have to go slightly further to the next strip near Clarkton hotel, the last major strip on Perimeter, largely frequented by Koreans and Japanese.
Girls Generation, Mirrors and After School are here. The ones I visited were:
Lipstick: A good one imo. Lots of pretty girls, Kpop blasting, a nice clean looking bar. BF 2200 pesos. Open 12 to 9 pm. Pricy given its distance, but one I liked.
Lost in Asia: Small place, dim lights and flashy colours. I didn't like the lineup but I think this is due to the Asian clientele arriving early and snapping up the best stock.
This ends perimeter to the best of my knowledge. Another area I did not visit was Koreatown, which is further away and less frequented by Western visitors.
As a recap, my favourite bars in town remain: Atlantis, Tropix, Route 69, Showtime, Blue Flame, Ice Bar, Fire Pit, Lipstick. High Society is an irreplacable nonbar venue in my opinion.
My tips for success would be to try and keep a positive exterior, be funny and talkative to the girls you first meet, buy drinks both in the bars and the nightclubs as an introduction. But I am fairly picky and will not pick a girl unless she shows at least some signs of interest or chemistry. I guess I would consider the LD as a sunk cost of evaluating the girl in vance. Locals however do not have this problem as they can establish connections and networks more easily.
Bad nights are possible here. A problem with Angeles to me is the early openings and a possible rush to get the decent girls before someone else does some days. Closer to Perimeter, you can get greedy low service providers who are used to the swinging door intake of tourists and don't really care. High Society can be hit or miss. I've been there and been rejected by girls who are just sitting there; pickily looking around, quite happy to go home with noone after sitting there for 5 to 6 hours "Up to them" (Up theirs more like).
Another option worth mentioning is social media: My Tinder and Blendr profiles were off the hook when I was there. There aren't too many ladyboys as in Thailand, and plenty of girls looking for customers via these apps. Probably more than I was able to answer. This way is not to be underestimated. I should post some screenshots.
My nights varied from sex without even trying to difficult nights (one Friday) where nothing seemed to go right, though I think I could have turned it around by trying something else or barfining earlier. As far as I am concerned the options for a good time are all there.
I hope those reading this may find the guide helpful. If you do like it, please consider posting it among the reports of distinction.

Trip report and thoughts to help the newbies.
Visited Angeles city on 4 separate occasions during November mostly on business but nights were spent barhopping.
Bars that need to improve greatly, get better looking, slimmer girls are.
Emotions bar, an old favorite bar, now a shadow of its former self,5 girls on stage, all rough,1 customer in.
Tropix bar, walked in mama trying to mediately sit me down, I said I was looking for my mate, had a quick look at what was on stage and left disappointed, 1 customer.
Champagne bar, man what happened here, have in previous years seen some fairly attractive girls here, now 3 girls on stage looking bored, few girls sitting around playing with phones and chatting among themselves, no lookers, no customers.
Club Ra, was told about this bar from some Korean clients, they said it had a few OK looking girls, saw 1 girl that was both attractive and slim bought her a drink, tried to barfine but she made excuse not to, maybe other lookers had all been barfined already, will try again on my next visit in few days time,4 Korean customers when I went in.
After dark bar, walked in walked back out again.

Lost in Asia bar, now Korean owned and have started to only have 1 girls dancing on stage at a time, each girl dances for 3 songs, stayed for a beer and watched 4 girls, no lookers.
Candy bar, after many recommendations from many board members and claims of stunners I was back to candy bar once again, my last visits had been disappointing but wanted to give this bar a fair shout,8 girls, older, fatter than I like but in saying that the girls were very talkative and tried their best to get me to barfine but girls just not to my taste, had few westerners in, asked about in house blow jobs (just to see if it was possible not that I wanted one) as had been reported here but was met with blank stares, nice friendly atmosphere but girls lacking.
Atlantis bar, the best of the best for attractive, slim girls consistently over many visits, about 80 girls, some doing the shows, some standing on the top balconies and many sitting drinking in groups with customers, no western customers at all, Koreans, Japanese and Indian Malays, most customers sitting with girls, Has to be hands down the best bar in Angeles if one want fairly attractive girls but with the looks comes high prices and many princesses that refuse to barfine, not saying that no girls barfine with certain customers but most are there for drinks only.
Club Asia, has to be the second best bar in Angeles,40 odd fairly pretty girls, most smiling, friendly and willing to chat over a dld (300 p) saw 1 girl that was my favorite but as with many Angeles pretty girls she was a cherry (virgin) left alone.
Noticed that some bars on or very near fields avenue have started opening from early afternoon 1 pm, these bars are Lollipop, Arcadia, Body shop, Viking, all seemed to have a few customers, maybe the perimeter road bars had better get in some better looking, younger, slimmer girls before they lose what few customers they have to the fields bars that now open at same times with better girls.
In summing up, very few customers in all Angeles bars, Koreans outnumber westerners by very large amounts and the girls definitely prefer the high spending low fucking Koreans to westerners by a long way from what I could see.
By far more attractive, slim, younger girls can be found on fields avenue especially in Atlantis bar and club Asia, the difference between fields bars and perimeter bars is like night and day IMHO, that said its more likely to be able to get laid on perimeter than fields all be it my older fatter uglier girls.
The choice of visiting Angeles city or not is down to how fussy one is in his choice of girls, those that are choosy might find very few girls that appeal and when they do many girl just will not barfine.

As promised in some previous posts, here is my guide and report on the one and only Angeles city. As I have done for Pattaya and Phnom Penh, I have tried to give some guidance to another traveller following the same route. I believe this will be useful to the traveller going there, and equally feel confident that those experienced and living in Angeles will indulge me and agree with a decent portion of what I will have written.Good work and I've added it to RoD.
I'm sure all of us reading it will have be matching and liking various experiences along the way. I always think that the smaller bars change mamasans and policies so often that what happens in one week will be completely different next month. For me, I've had some amazing stunners from Voodoo but that was more than a year ago.
Regarding HiSo and the girls sitting down at tables. I was told by one of my call center dates that when she goes there with friends, that they will get a table so that they do not get picked as prostitutes. So, I think from this that local girls sitting in a group will not be looking for P4 P and that girls standing around will generally be P4 P. That will probably not always hold.

Think you will find that although the you tube was posted there recently it was shot some time ago, how do I know, the girl Jocelyn sitting outside the shot of Dclub left over a year ago, is now married with a new baby and living in Australia.
What the video does clearly show though is how quiet Angeles city is of punters and girls, few years ago most bars on fields avenue would have 20/30/40 great looking door girls standing outside in short sexy clothes trying to get punters in with (Hello, sir, welcome to xxxx club) grab you by the arm and walk one straight in, now none, where the hell have they gone, some of my best looking girls and best lays were door girls.

Agree that beer in some bars is good value, cigarettes are cheap everywhere.
But I would not call the many below average chubby girls in most Angeles bars who think they are worth 3000 p ($60 us) and some even 4000 p ($80 us) for mostly always 1 pop good value by any stretch of the imagination.
The much older fat girls with little choice than to charge a slightly lower prices might seem good value to some but are a very much an acquired taste IMHO.
Now if we are talking better looking, slimmer girls in Manila or Cebu then that figure climbs to 6000-8000 p ($120-$160 us) so more expensive than most 1st world countries.The 6-8 k peso girls in Manila are extremely hot. Those girls would pull at least 300-400/ HR in the US. Except the Manila girl will be your girlfriend for the night. I pulled a few 6 K girls (3 k barfine, 3 k to the girl) in Manila--after making out for an hour in the bar. Then they stayed all night. Banged again in the morning. And if you want to see her again you won't necessarily have to pay the barfine.
Each monger has his own tastes / priorities. I personally enjoy the blurred hooker / girlfriend lines in the Phils. Not easy to find elsewhere.

There are a lot of mongers prowling the Philippines trying to make a living on Youtube. So, don't be surprised if you accidentally end up walking by in one of their videos. I have not met a 9-10 stunner in AC. I have met some 8. 5's and with some investments in facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, hair treatments, new clothes and shoes can easily become a 9+.
More importantly for me is the non-hoeish friendly sex experience I have with the girls. I personally have not found that in other places in this world. You and I have different opinions of the girls. You are entitled to yours and I am entitled to mine. I find that "my way" works for me.
Others here have found that it works for them. It doesn't matter if they are BB what you see as 5's or 6's, thinking they are 9's. It works for them.
AC is like every where else, you get out what you put into it. AC mongering is different than other places. Most of the girls are not looking for the "one trick pony ride". It can be difficult to disable these things, as they default to logging in to their 'mother' servers upon startup (if your wifi isn't enabled, they might use your data), and they don't necessarily have a "turn-off" button (you may have to seek a separate app made just to shut those things down). As long as the phone is powered on, those items are in constant touch with their home servers, performing a variety of functions, including backing up small (dpi) versions of your pics and videos, and also your contacts, txt msgs, your GPS location, any notes you have written for yourself (using the device's internal Memo app), and so on.

I arrived in PI on Tues. Dec. 6. My flight arrived at NAIA, but I bypassed Manila and went straight to Angeles. The transport from NAIA to Angeles was arranged by my hotel, Central Park Tower for 2700 php. Next trip I'll use the Victory Liner bus from Pasay terminal for 200 php.
My brother arrived the previous day and was waiting for me in Angeles. Our plan was to focus on High Society; however, it was too early to visit HiSo at 8 pm. We went bar hopping to Lollipop and Rhapsody, but didn't see anything worth barfining. We got to High Society very early (1130-midnight). He found a girl he liked, and I took her friend. The friend wasn't great looking, but I was travel fatigued and didn't want to wait any longer.
As I expected, the friend asked me the litany of questions, "Was this my first time in the Philippines? "How long am I staying? I gave evasive answers or lied. I attempted to secure some early action on Tinder and WeChat, but was unsuccessful. I went on the prowl around 1800, starting at Crystal Palace. I have already described one or 2 years back how I was called to the police precinct office near Burgos St in Manila at 3. 30 am to bail out a colleague who had short-changed a girl on a ST deal. There is no set price for freelancers they range from free to thousands of pesos so getting the price sorted is what every seasoned Phills monger does first, why, because they know of how easily things can go downhill when arguing about money with pinays, were you very lucky to get away with not being set up for a big pay day between the girl and the police, I would say very lucky indeed.
Best advice is read Red Kilts 1st hand experience of which his friend paid the police but got off very lightly IMHO, many others have not been so lucky.

This tourist option is easier and has less hassles, but it takes more time and is more expensive. On this day, this option was not available.
- This is the method to take A/C Filipino buses from Bantagas Pier to Angeles. I was lucky. There were couple of helpful Pinays that helped me during this trip. It was an adventure. I traveled with local people!
1) From Bantagas Pier, as you exit, go to the bus terminal. It is a very short walk. It is left of the terminal; just follow the signs. Take the JAM Liner to Cubao (175 pesos).
2) At your final stop, the JAM Liner will drop you off in front of the JAC bus terminal. Wait in front of the JAC bus terminal station for the Solid North bus (labeled/headed for Dau). So I traveled around Philippines last month and managed to squeeze a 2 night 3 day trip into Angeles City which is something I was really looking forward to. This is not a specific report but more of a general question based on my personal experience. Kind of an odd question and I tried to see if someone asked something similar before but could not find much. I am probably an unusual type of client for the bar girls. Few thoughts on recent phills visit.

On talking to other friends that had been out to the bars on new years eve most reports were of very few girls, very few punters with some bars closing before the strike of midnight.
Subic (Barrio barretto), Just the one day and night here to visit friends for anyone who thinks that the bars in this area are cheaper than Angeles then think again, the very few bars that I visited did not have a barfine system one negotiates and pays the girl direct, we only saw one girl that was just OK, she was working at the office bar, my good friend bought her a lady drink, 300 pesos, yes did, s have arrived in Barretto, on asking her if she would leave with him and how much she wanted, she replied 4000 pesos st, she finally dropped to 3000 pesos and would not budge from there (probably worth 1,500 pesos LT) we both laughed at her high opinion of herself, paid the drinks bill and left her to her high hopes of finding an idiot.
In all fairness I did not visit all bars in Baretto and I am sure one could find bars that do not have Dld, s or crazy girl prices, in saying that though I will not be rushing back to Barretto any time soon.

Hello Gents, Not much detail a high look at good couple days in AC.
January 3 – 7. Not much to tell that has not previously been mentioned. There were plenty of women in AC even with the holiday January 9th and with many girls that have not return from home holiday. My last trip was in July 2016. There are a lot more hotels being built one in front of Central Park and another corner of Raymond and Fields. There is a traffic light just past Margrette Station and on at the entrance to Clark as you cross heading to SM Mall. High Society was pack every night something for everyone. Pull two that wanted to start at 3 K one down to 2500 other at 2 k. The slimmer girls tend to want to stay and dance than have a few drinks before heading to hotel for a 30 min session. Fields was pretty empty by midnight. I did not get down to Premiter Road. Santos St is history. The two small locations had no women. Raymond not much better. In the larger clubs, the mamasons were aggressive trying to have customers buy drinks and do early work release. I did not have any bad session most were average and short time now is the norm. Two of the women did not mention they had their men's this was a mess and resulted in short session. An average trip for what AC is now. Hear say, I did not experience but was told police came into a club (not sure which) and did a search of customers for drugs.

Hello all,
As promised in some previous posts, here is my guide and report on the one and only Angeles city. As I have done for Pattaya and Phnom Penh, I have tried to give some guidance to another traveller following the same route. I believe this will be useful to the traveller going there, and equally feel confident that those experienced and living in Angeles will indulge me and agree with a decent portion of what I will have written.
Inevitably, my recent trip to Pattaya will induce some comparisons I feel suitable to make. And may give some hints as to what sets both places apart. Whilst Pattaya may be considered Sex City, Angeles is very much Sex "Town", smaller in size while feeling much more homely and easy to get to know (not to mention, more difficult to get lost in late at night).
To get the obvious point out of the way: Yes, Angeles is still worth visiting and is amazing in my opinion. I am glad I came across this report. I am about to embark on a 73 day trip to Asia and, based on my last disappointing experience with the place (three years back when, over the course of a month, I hit Manila, Subic Bay, Angeles, Bohol, Boracay and Palawan), I had written the Philippines out of the script. Now I am reconsidering.

Only in the Philippines would they install two traffic lights, 150 yards apart and not connect the roads. And to top it off, you can no longer turn left at station 4 to go to SM. You have to turn right, go down to the traffic circle and come back.

Your report confirmed my opinion, that is, Christmas New Year in the Phils is a period best avoided.

OhOh. The beginning of the end? The last thing BB needs. Aside from the ocean and relative quiet the only attraction of BB was it's cheaper prices. Now the dreaded DLD has arrived and the girls are asking 4 K? WTF? OK NS has a penchant for making everything sound bad or worse but if this has begun how long before it is fucked as well as AC?
Anyone there now or been in the last couple of weeks who can share some info on how widespread this is or was it just a NYE aberration? I am planning a trip there in April. I hope it's not all gone to hell by then.

It's my understanding that the new construction between Phillies and Atlantis is an ABC venture. Penthouse is on Santos, not Raymond. BTW, very good online AC maps at Wayne's AC map.

BTW, very good online AC maps at Wayne's AC map.Yes, Penthouse is on Santos, extending over to Gloria St on the other side, with another entrance there. Generally located between Swiss Chalet and Valentino's (where the street name changes at the curve). There used to be a friendly little bar / restaurant, where American bikers (Rolling Thunder?) used to hang out, a few doors down from Swiss Chalet. The American biker bar (whose name escapes me at the moment), along with some other small buildings, was leveled for the Penthouse construction site.
Am not aware of any hotel at Raymond / Fields. Orchid Inn's front entrance is at Raymond and Real St (facing Body Shop and Agasya) kitty corner from Las Vegas, where I used to hang out quite a bit when in town.
Used to drive past Valentino's, along the back area of Orchid Inn. Just past the curve in the small street there (just past the Santo Nino Chapel), which becomes the south part of Raymond St, I used to slow down and enjoy the catcalls and lascivious looks and suggestive tongue rolling of the young (and some not so young) ladies sitting at tables outside of the establishments on Raymond. Some of the girls were quite pretty.
