In some European countries, you can get sued and fined by taking pictures of people in the street without their consent. There are many lawsuits of movie stars against paparazzi and the magazines that publish such photos. Fines reach tens of thousands of Euros. I don't know how it is in Brazil, but there could always be some Brazilian lawyer willing to try such a case in the USA and be paid on success fees.

I just sending her an email asking her how is she doing, as well as how is her family doing. She knows that I have already established a relationship with her thats just based on being sex partners that have good chemistry in bed and we are friends outside of bed. Wierd, but true. I know that eventually one day she will come up with the old family medical excuse crap so that I lend her cash. She knows my thoughts on that topic, and the result could be termination of relationship. So I don't think she will pull that one anytime in the near future.
But again, she had all of these emails from dopes all around the world telling her different things that made me realize just how many gullible men are out there. I am sure that some of these guys send her money as well as gifts. There is no sense in me asking her, its just a given that she has some of these guys on a string. Very sad. But hey, if they ( men) are blind to this, they will just have to learn the hard way.
I always look at the big picture and try to almost always think with my bigger head, and keep in mind that once these garotas get cash in turn for services, they are not going to turn back, and be little angels. I don't ever want to fall prey to a garota like this one. Its a crazy world out there. Out of all the times I have been to Rio and all the friends I have been with I can barely count on one hand the times our tastes conflicted. Most of the time I look at my buddies picks and just don't see it, just don't understand it, I just can't see what they see in her. I lived in Rio for three months in 2005 and I still cant' forget the most amazing time of my life.
Just for comparison Medellin comes as close second in my opinion. Although there are more beautiful girls in Medellin the attitude towards service is what keeps Rio at the top. In Rio most of the time i never had to worry about either the girl is going to provide BBBJ or not and anal was offered much more than in any other country in the world. DFK was never a problem in Rio where as in many other parts of the world you would have to check on each and every service. In short the service quality in Rio is way above board.
In the end for those who have mongered all over the world but if they have not had a Brasilliera then i am sure they are missing some of the best in the world. I'm with you on the VM thing. I've been a few times and it's just intriguing, I admit it. And when you find something of a jewel who just somehow doesn't get that she can fetch 7 times the money elsewhere, then it just makes you want to "take action", but why are you paying R150 for TLN? That seems a bit steep, especially for a VM girl. Hell, that's the very highest I'd ever pay for a Help girl. I don't know, I know many guys seem to have issues negotiating prices and maybe there is something to it when you get up in years, but I think you're just taking the easy way out. You can do better on these prices, because once again, it's the brazilian market that you're working with, no the tourist monger one.
I'm sure some VM chicks don't want to just go out of their comfort zone, so they're hard to pry away from that place, but still.. what you're basically doing is making her Demi Moore with that indecent proposal, offering her money she can't turn down. Perhaps that cash would be spent better elsewhere? For instance, I got a terma chick for TLN for that same price last year. It can be done.

Overpaying is normally the reason. The running rate for a girl in VM is 26 reais, 20 to the girl, 5 for the house and 1 for a bag.
When would they do it? During the negotiation? Would someone jump in a car and follow the taxi to see where he is staying? Or would they have to hope that he comes back another day so they can beat him up then?
As I noticed particular member frequented in VM getting the girls, so locals would assume that he'll come back. Thus one of the repeat visits may end quite badly.

The trouble is that if a gringo keeps going to VM and taking a girl to a TLN session, the house doesn't make any money with that particular girl. If you want to pay to the house too, that could easily reach another R$ 50 or so.
As far as I'm concerned, please do go on your activities in VM, but be adviced what may happen.

I haven't been to Brasil in over a year, and I'm probably not going back again for a while (for various reasons) but I just wanted to give my opinion on doing TLN with a VM girl.
I'm not an expert about VM either, but you definitely DO have to give the house a cut; although it sounds like Tom is treating VM like it's another MP or Balcony, it isn't like that at all. You can't just walk into VM, ask a girl for TLN and then leave with her like you're in Copa! VM is a completely different environment. The guys that go there are almost all locals, and are there for a quick, cheap screw, not GFE or TLN. Likewise, the girls work for (or "with" depending on how you look at it) the various bars in VM, and they of course get a cut from the girls each time they go with someone.
Tom mentioned he paid R150 for TLN, and another member (Rosine) said that this was way too much, but Tom didn't specifiy if the R150 covered both the girl AND the house fee. What I got from his posting is that he paid R150 for TLN *total* for both the girl and the house fee (maybe it was R100 for the girl and R50 for the house, or something like that). This sounds more or less fair IMHO. But if he did pay R150 just for the girl, and then more to the house, then I agree with Rosine that he overpaid.
As far as being beat up by the locals/bar owners for doing TLN or overpaying, I've never heard of anything like that happening personally, but I wouldn't be suprised in the least if that has happened before. Again, I think the best way to approach VM is to just enjoy it for what it is. I don't think the locals mind too much that gringos come to VM to fuck their women for cheap, but once you start taking them out of VM (especially night after night!) I could understand problems arising from this. Like I said before, VM isn't a pick-up joint; besides, would you really want VM to become another Balcony Bar/Veranda Help??
In my own personal experience, I've only done TLN with a girl from VM once, and I wouldn't make a habit of it. I don't remember what exactly I paid at the time, but I think it was R40-50 or so to the bar just to be able to leave with her, and then R80 for her for TLN. Of course the cab fare back to Leme was another R25 as well, so factor that into the equation and I think I agree with Rosine that you can do just as well for the price in Copa; although perhaps not right now during high season!

Not all VM girls will accept doing a TLN in Copa. Some of them will not even go to the nearby motel. They prefer the safety of the casa.
Most casas in VM will let you bring their girls to the nearby motel, but might not let you take away their girls to Copa. It´s up to the casa and the girl.
I "dated" quite a few VM girls in Copa, but almost all of them came by in the afternoon before going to work at VM, or on their day off. The new girls have been satisfied with R$ 50. The repeat-girls have done it just for free or for some snacks and bus-money. They seem to be just happy with their little "romance" with a gringo.
