I don't think there's a rule. Find a girl who speaks English and seems intelligent and then negotiate. I've got a regular who 'teaches English' when she needs extra cash and doesn't want to admit to being a GDP. I found her somewhere you really don't want to go, but there are many girls in all the regular spots.
