I hope everyone had as good a Sunday afternoon as I did! I had the company of a beautiful girl, very sweet, everything unhurried, a perfect ten of a program ending up with us watching Get Shorty on TV and me explaining to her why everyone in the picture used the adjective "fucking" in front of virtually every noun.
And where did I meet such a lady? Two weeks ago Sunday I was having a beer in the Patna bar on Rua Augusta and she came in for a snack. I struck up a conversation with her, we drank a couple of beers and went back to my flat.
You guys can go to Romanza and get ripped off to the tune of hundreds of dollars if you want! I myself would like to sing the praises of Rua Augusta. I'll repeat what I've said in other posts. The two worst programs I did in Sao Paulo were with girls from Cafe Foto and the M-Class website; the two best programs were with girls from Cocktails and a boate on Rua Augusta.
There are probably 50 nightclubs or whatever you want to call them on Rua Augusta, starting a little before Rua Antonia de Queiroz and up to Rua Peixoto Gomide. In general, the deal is 5 reals for a beer to get you in, 25 or 30 reals for a drink for the girl, and cheap programs, usually 60 reals for a half hour, 120 for an hour (room and girl, virtually all of them have rooms on site). I'll admit that on a scale of 1 to 10, most of the girls are below 7, but there's a lot of them and you can find some really nice ones.
Instead of going into the clubs, though, I would recommend hanging out at some of the bars along the street and wait for whoever wanders in. The Patna (Bar de Chico as everyone calls it) is a great place to hang out (it's on the corner of R. Anonia de Queiroz), a lot of girls from the neighboring boates wander in and out. It closes around 2:00 AM, though, and at that hour I would go for the appropriately named 24 Horas lanchonete a little further up the street. There's also a little bar right across the street from it, next to a boate called 822 or some such number, which has a great juke box. There's another joint further up the street with video games, a little bit before Peixoto Gomide. All these bars have girls wandering in and out at all hours of the night.
Further up Rua Augusta you can find a lot of streetwalkers in the area between R. Antonio Carlos and R. Fernando de Albuquerque, going over to R. Bela Cintra. There are some cheap hotels at your disposal, the best of which is the Savoy on Rua Augusta near R. Matias Aires.
Rua Augusta is worth a visit just to check out the scene. It's beyond words, but suffice it to say there's a host of colorful characters. And, as I said it an earlier report, it's a lot less dangerous than comparable locals in say the USA.
I might add that if you're in the mood for the equivalent of an American all night diner (meaning food, not girls!) the B and H lanches, further up R. Augusta, either one or two streets before Av. Paulista is the place to go.
Next post if I get around to it I'll describe some individual places, but for now I'd recommend Novo Maison and Biblyos, close to the Patna lanchonete, and Night House a little further up the street. In Night House, by the way, is a statuesque mulatta named Ellen who does a killer striptease, I highly recommend it! Also Vira Virou, the last boate as you get up to R. Peixoto Gomide.

Went back to Francebel again. not as fun as with Veronica. I had wanted to see one garota but she wasn't avaliable so I went with another. shouldn't have second guessed but I did. Saw Denise. Any of the clubs usually have a few girls that like to go in pairs. Be advised though, that most normal hotels do not allow two guests in Sao Paulo. If you want to have two girls outside of the club atmosphere, you will have to go to a love hotel. The girls know where they are.

You'll probably want to stay in central -- which is o.k. as far as crime goes. It's a somewhat rough area, but there's no real professional tourist-mugging class like there is in Rio. I've been ALL OVER Brasil, and Copacabana is the only real place that puts me on my guard.
I've stayed in S.P. three times (about a week each), and have walked everywhere downtown at all hours of the day and night and never have had a problem. I have, though, felt like I was being cased once or twice, and ducked around a few corners -- but I was probably just being over-vigilant.
As always, focus on the women and you'll be fine. Take a cab if it's a real concern.

Apparently there were 2 main reasons for the closure:
1. They were off regulations
2. They were having problems with a civil servant that was their neighbour.

Now I was surprised to see on foodand wine that they had been to Love Story because I see it mentioned many times on this thread. I have never been to Sao Paulo but from what I can see Love Story is a place like Help in Rio, is this correct? Is Love story a dance club with normal girls and later programmas come in after working in the boates? If one of you have time please give me a little back ground.

Love Story is similiar to Help in it's operation, but is only about 1/4 the size of Help. It opens at 0200, but does not really get going until after 0400 and later. It closes close to noon.
You should experience it at least once, as it a great place to have some fun, and you will not believe the quality and amount of garotas entering the place between 0400-0500.

My Love is a good place to hang out before Love Story opens and is just around the corner on the street behind the Centro Hilton with all the neon. Drinks are R11 for men and R15-25 for the girls. No entry fee. Girls dancing on the center divider posing in front of the mirrored walls for you to enjoy. Motion over the one you like and you are off to a love motel or your hotel for R100 -R150maximum for all night or just a few hours. Even open Sunday nights. If you had to boil down 2 nights in Sao Paulo as to where to stay/nightlife then my take on this would be stay in Jardins and at night go to Cafe Photo and Love Story. How would I be doing with that? With only 2 nights I don't have much room for error so I want to be able to go to the best places where the best quality of girls can be had in the most efficient way.

Friday and Saturday nights are the absolute worst. For two nights, go Tuesday/Wednesday, or Wednesday/Thursday.
You should hit Bomboa as well in the late afternoon, early evening before Foto and Love Story.

For me, the best SP action (considering price, beauty, zesty sex and good atmosphere) are the clubs up the street from the Hilton (e.g. Kilt, etc.). Cafe Foto should be seen, and Love Story experienced, but the former is now too expensice (600R for a twist) and the other starts so late (3 a.m.+) that they're sorta oddities.
I've never been to Bahamas and I personally felt Bomboa to be over-rated. Fuck it. Go to Foto and be the guy who sneaks one of those sports-illustrated models out of there for 250R. You can do it -- but it'll probably mean talking to over 15 girls. Remember also, that alot of the Foto girls end up at Love Story (and are a little discounted -- but not as much as you might think).
Either way, you're going to find out that S.P. beats the living shit out of Rio for sex. Hallelujah and pass the ammunition!

Follow-up question. So given that Friday and Saturday nights are the worst (totally agreed, Tue-Thursday are the best in SP) where would one go on a Friday night. Looks like that is my only option this week and want some input on where to go. Which place maintains the best amount of quality selection?

You can still have fun at all the clubs on a Friday night, it is just that the selection is the best Tuesday-Thursday. Bomboa is not open on Saturday night, closes at 9:00 p.m.
You still might get lucky at Foto, as a friend of mine pulled out a beautiful and super nice girl on a Saturday evening, and has been friends with her for a long time.
Love Story is open every night/morning.

I visited Brazil late last year. Hit Bomboa about 10pm, the place was packed. Due to ATM trouble I had not been able to get cash, but the management said they would make an exception and let me put it on a credit card, provided the girl agreed.
There was quite a long wait for rooms which meant that although there were plenty of girls in the club many were actually waiting with a client for a room to come free.

I was in Sao Paulo for three days in late March and wanted to post a report. First night which was Thursday night, I visited Bomboa. It was very crowded with mostly local guys and it was about 11 PM. Only one member of the staff spoke limited English and none of the girls appeared to speak much English at all. The girls looked young and attractive for the most part but the guy/girl ratio wasn't good. I picked a girl and negotiated with the help of the English speaking staffer and had to wait about 30 min. for a room. For one hour with BBBJ, anal and multiple beers, it cost me little less than 300 Reals.
I went to Millenium on Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Again, no English speakers except one girl working reception and couple girls. I may have been the only non-Brazilian there as well. Better ratio and less crowded but plenty of girls to choose from. Friday night, it cost me 150R for one hour, 50R for the room and I think like 60-70R for several drinks including one for the girl. Saturday, I got there around 4 PM so it was dead, I was one of three dudes. There were only about 10 girls so when I asked the staff member brought me a book containing pictures of all the girls. I choose one and they had her there in 15 minutes. Again, 150R, 50R but they charge me only for like one drink. Both girls provided BBBJ and I did not ask for anal so can't say if they would have.
The quality of girls were the same for both places but I preferred Millenium for the less crowded factor and the nicer staff. Can't say much about the girl's performance since this and my trip to Peru were the only times I've been with Pros. I can say though that I wasn't complaining after each hour.
Anyone has any news on the second place opened by Bamboa bosses.Clinica Vision?

Here is my report from SP.
Got there Sunday after spending the weekend in Rio. As I had worked a girls all night from Help I decided to go to bed and be rested for Monday morning in the office (big mistake as I later discovered that I should have headed to Kilt or somewhere else in the Rua Augusta area). Did both of them at the same time, took turns and came twice with the last fininsh CIM. We all left happy and maybe next time in SP I will call one of them.

Speaking about Foto, I don't believe they are charging 600. Most places you find girls where you can negociate between 300/350 to 500. Maybe some of them start at 600 just to have more bargain. In general, they charge US$150 and if you "cry a little" ( Brazilian slang which means asking for lower price ), maybe they accept for about R$350/450. Better if you pay them in Reals ( Reais ) because you could find great rates in hotels, tourism agencies, etc. So, don't forget to negociate with them only in Reals. It prevents excuses like "I don't have time to exchange the Dollars in the down town and this house charges me 20% to do that ..." Ok ?

There are a bunch of ATM's in the Airport when you get through Brazilian customs. They are located between the two escalators that take you up a level to the connection terminals. The ATM that I found to work the best is the Banco 24 horas. I use Bank of America in the US and didn't have a problem using it. Just make sure you call the bank to let them know you are going to Brazil or they may cut off your service.

There are bunch of ATM's along with money exchange windows as you leave the custom area. You look around and then you will find them all over the arrival area.
There are withdrawal limits which are vary from bank to bank and depending upon what day of the week or time of the day. I think weekends and late evening would dispense less Reais. You should be able to get at least R$300.00 regardless of time or day.
There are only two ATMs (as far as I Know) that accept American Express card. You will see AMEX stickers on these machine if you are to use AMEX card.
It appears that Visa is the most popular card in Brazil while AMEX card is reasonably accepted but at more larger and entertainment geared establishement, generally speaking.

Airforce Bum, Re: Bank ATM's
In Brazil, not all ATM's are created equal. The Banco 24 Horas accepts cards that others don't, but they're hard to find. If you draw from an American bank, you can go to Banco do Brazil, but you need to find the machines with the Visa/Master Card stickers on them. There's usually an attendant there you can ask for help. Citibank always and HSBC usually work. I never had much luck with Brazilian banks other than Banco do Brazil. Hope this helps.

Just remember that all ATM's in the city close at around 2200 hours, so when you need money get it earlier in the day. Also, some networks shut down during the day at various hours, so do not wait until the last minute. HSBC banks are usualy reliable, as is Citibank.

Citibank has an ATM on Paulista that is open 24 hours. Otherwise you might try ATMs inside shoppings or super markets after 10pm. There is one inside Pão de Açucar on Brigadeiro Luíz Antonio (Jardins side), that accepts VISA and Mastercard and they close at midnight.

ATM machines dont shut down. What happens is that after 10pm due to too many rapid kidnappings, they only let you withdraw up to 500 reais.
When you look for a machine to work with your card, check which system your card is affiliated to. Visa, Mastercard and Amex are separated from the overseas so you should check system. In the back of the card, it shold have a print. Cirrus and another one I can't remenber.
Thank you very much for the responses, I feel better already about coming to Sao Paulo. One of the things I never noticed is the back of my card, which has the names Cirrus and Star, so I should be able to use those ATMs. On another note, I won't forget to call the bank and let them know not to cancel my card.

Actually, there're two ATMs just to the right of the downtown Hilton (as your facing the front door) -- right in between the Hilton and Love Story. They go all night long and you can withdraw all the money you want to (in my experience).

ATMs will let you withdraw as much you want but in intervals.
It will let you take 500 and then you have to wait 1 hour for another withdraw.
The reason being there cases of people being kidnapped to make withdrars. I had a case in my family. My cousin and her friend were kidnapped and spent most of the night driving around. After she made a draw, her friend would be taken to do one and then wait 1 hour for another turn. Thanks God, there was no actual physical violence but it was quiet dramatic spending most of the night being taken around by 2 kids.
In my casa I never carry a credit card with me and when I did, I usually ask to have the Atm service to be cancelled. I rather have them take whaterver cash I got and thats it.

That hotel is located close to a lot of the action on Rua Augusta and very near the Kilt and surrounding clubs, as well as Love Story. It is a short cab ride to the other places.
The hotel is friendly, just register the guest, and they probably will not allow two guests.

Report on Cafe Millenium;
So based on some recommendations I decided to check out Cafe Millenium. I went there on a Friday night (it was only night I could go out that week otherwise I would have opted for a Tue, Weds, Thursday when the clubs are best). I thought the place was hard to find!!!! maybe because I just don't know that area. Was a bit nervous driving around but seemed like reasonably safe enough but I was worried about getting back to my apartment post the event!
So they do check your ID there and seem to log you into their computer system. You are given an number for purchases and off you go. The main area had a pool table and then a couple stages for girls to dance/strip and a long bar. Was in pretty decent shape (few bar stools were looking like they needed to be replaced). There was around 80 girls which I would rank as majority of 5-7s. I didn't see very many 8-10s although there was one stunning blond but she was already in heavy discussion with another guy (bummer!). Moondog (and anyone else who knows). I found that everytime I brought a girl into my hotel in Sao Paulo, I got billed about 35 reals for the visit. It was explained to me that this was the difference between a single room and a double. Do you know what the policy is in Sao Paulo hotels if you have two girls visit you in a day (not together, but one after an another)?
For the group experience, incidentally, both Bomboa and Millenium were fantastic. Millenium was more upscale by far, but the girls were about the same in quality (the range was from kind-of pretty to dazzling), but the rooms were much nicer. The food at Millenium was pretty bland compared with Bomboa, and it takes about a half hour to get to in a taxi from the center of the city. In order for you to rent an apt in SP, you would go thru a lot of burocracy and there is minimum time you can rent the place for. I would suggest a flat.
It’s more or less difficult to rent an apartment. The minimum time you have to rent it is mostly at least 1 year. Also you need a guarantor, etc.

IMHO the Parthenons (Accor chain) are the best options for apart-hotels in town, even for a short-time stay : nice and upscale one bedroom apartments with kitchenette, safety boxe, air cond, swimming pool and often a 24 hours restaurant ..... quite cheap too (90 to 120 reals) ...

There's almost 20 of them in all SP ; I could strongly recommand, for having already stayed there, the Parthenon Privilege and the Parthenon Colonnades (Moema area, quite lively and very nice part of town, close from Itaim and Vila Olimpia where some of the trendiest restaurants, regulars bars and good discos are located, the famous after-hours Lov.e included -different with Love Story downtown-), and the Parthenon Les Jardins in Cerqueira César.
There's one Parthenon in the Bomboa's street (Rua Capote Valente), in Pinheiros ; this area is also a very lively part of town, with many regulars pubs/bars, most with live music, and with a more laid-back atmosphere than in Vila Olimpia/Itaim ;
All those are close from Congonhas airport, very practical if you come from and go back to Rio with the air-shuttle.
BTW, as you're more interested by Rio, the new Parthenon Queen Elisabeth is really nice, with a perfect location between Copa and Ipanema : I stayed there, it's clean, very modern ... and guest friendly ... they also just opened last month the "Parthenon Botagogo Long Stay", which seems really good ;

if you are looking for shopping, restaurants and clubs, I would reccomend you check out Itaim, Vila Olimpia, Vila Nova Conceicao, Moema and Jardins. It all depends on what time you plan to hit the streets. If it's during the day, I would reccomend Vila Nova Conceicao and Jardins. Moema is not a very good choice even thought the are is quiet nice. Problem is that is too close to the airport and so is noise that comes with it. You dont want to be waken up at 6am with an airplane taking off.

I've been a swing club in Moema area my last trip to SP. I have a quick-write up but have not posted on this board. I'll post it soon.
It had been a while since last visiting Sao Paulo, especially going out with a good friend. I hooked up with Astroglide and other friends one Saturday afternoon, and we headed out to Bomboa. A few extra $$ will go a long way to making their next visit to this country or any other country a lot better.

I used the Gol airline two times from Sao Paulo last fall. They seemed to have the newest equipment and good service. I think they were about $5.00 more than the Varag airline. My cost I think was $240 R.
I checked out some fares on line and it looks like $160R to go from Rio to Sao Paulo and $160R for the return. So that is about $100 US.
Booking online might also save you some money and time standing in line.

Thursday was fun day for all of us.
Tony and I had another full day of work and I accomplished more than I expected. Work finished at 5:30 p.m. or so. Tony and I agreed that we deserved nice pampering. We went to Clinica Antares for massage. Traffic was worse than horrendous at 6:00 p.m., right middle of evening rush hour which was further aggravated by relentless rain. I said “what a silly question! Please let her come and have dinner with us”. This made Tony happy. Amanda arrived in about 30 minutes by the time we finished our dinner. Amanda apparently knows a couple of swing clubs in SP and she took us to Marrakesh in Moema. Entrance/cover was R$77.00 per couple. The place looks like a normal bar or restaurant. Even if after you step into the place, you would still think it is a bar with a dance floor. It has a floor layout that a small dance stage that is surrounded by tables. The place has a fair size section kept in dark behind the dance floor. There are a couple of rooms with bench chairs against the walls and these rooms are for partner swapping, having sex in public or watching others making out. It was fun to watch others making out each other or advance to others to invite them to be part of their action - kissing, touching or fucking – I saw all!
And then there are at least half dozen or so of small rooms where two people go in and have sex. Some rooms can be seen from outside through shaded window. A couple of rooms were occupied by four people and minding own business. Sitting in the orgy room and watching the action made me and Juliana horny but we refrained ourselves. There were a couple of advances to Juliana but she said no.
The place was not clean, somewhat smelly and too dark. If the place was run like more high-end swing club (i.e. locker rooms, clean and spacious rooms for couples, foursomes and orgy with beds, showers and the stuff like that), I might have partaken into action or two.

A few comments on your posting – first is in the context of being smartass (I think I know you enough so that I can afford to do it right?) while second is more of editorial. So here goes.
After Bomboa brag (hahaha) could bring you and your buddies to Café Photo to kill your early evening time until you are in between J’s tits (hahaha again). The Photo would be definitely slow on Saturdays but not a bad place to kill a couple of hours.
Let’s talk about a guy (“Cheap Bastard”) who would not give anything at least for expressing his gratitude for the garotas’ efforts for a couple of hours, not to mention touching and kissing during that time. The Cheap Bastard earns good salary (six figures?) which is completely misaligned with his socioeconomic behavior which he should have shown regardless of the situation (i.e. tipping waitress for good services in a restaurant, or tipping garotas for good services). If the Cheap Bastard pays 10% tip for a waitress in a restaurant (I would not think he would give no more than 10%), the Cheap Bastard should have given some Reais to those garotas servicing him.
I have gotten reasonable share of flags from fellow mongers on this and other boards by having similar sentiment of yours towards working girls. Their account (which is valid from their perspectives) is that select assxxxx like me (or you Moondog) may raise price or garota’s expectations on gringos. I go frequently from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro and I always travel by VARIG.
They go every 15 minutes and the ticket is “open” and valid for 12 month. There is no need to book your seat in advance. Just go there and if the plane is full you can take the next one. That’s pretty good because of the traffic in Sao Paulo it is quite difficult to be on time.
The VARIG one way ticket during the week cost 319R$ and for the weekend 212 R$.
The GOL ticket cost during the week between 249R$ and 269R$ (some 163R$) and on Saturday and Sunday 163R$

If I knew what Marrakesh was like, I would have not gone there, however it was my first time in a swing club in SP and so I was OK with it. I would not go back there but would take your advice on other better places. In fact, Tony (my local staff) did like the swing club so much, he did collect substantial information on swing clubs in SP area. A couple of them are very clean, roomy, high-end clubs so both of us will be inspecting the places on my next trip.
Juliana (assumed name only used in Cafe Photo) had briedly worked there as parttime base, mainly Friday or Saturday about almost two years ago. I had met her there shortly after she had started at there and subsequently she had retired from the parttime job and since then has been on her regular job.
Since Juliana is alway around me when I'm in SP, I need to be more creative to have 'side fun' and other than that we have always had great time together.
Other than small gifts (mainly nice perfumes) she has not asked any 'out of line' requests (money, buy me something) for almost two years. And I do treat Juliana the way I would do (some times better) with my fulltime one back home. So I guess she is my girlfriend in Sao Paulo.

I can't believe that somebody making a six figure income would give a girl a mere 150 reals for virtually a day. I'm definitely on a budget and I look for a bargain, but cheap like that, never. Note that tipping is usually not expected. If anything, you'll find yourself in a situation where a cab ride might be say 12.50 and the taxi driver is happy with 12.00. In restaurants, ask if the service is included in the bill.

The music is quite boring there and doesn’t invite you at all for dancing. Actually the only thing you can do is going upstairs. The average age is much higher then in the others clubs.

I think Moondog is slightly mistaken. Cafe Millenium and Cafe Millienari are different boites. Based on Moondog's reports, I went to Millenium several weeks ago, and (also thanks to Moondog) I visited Bomboa twice. The cab driver wanted to take me to Millenari instead of Millenium stating that it was much closer than Milenium (but probably because he gets a small gratuity for bringing customers there).
Incidentally, Millenium and Bomboa have a lot in common. Overall, the experience at these two boites were nearly perfect. Bomboa has the advantage of being centrally located, but the rooms are a little older and less upscale. Millenium is fantastically beautiful, but takes 25 minutes to get to by cab from midtown (eg, MASP museum in Jardins).
The cover for Millenium was 110 reals; Bomboa was 130 reals. A girl at Bomboa is "negotiable", but always was 200 reals for an hour. Two girls for an hour are 150 reals apice. A girl at Millenium was 170 reals (non negotiable), but there is a 20 real discount if you pay cash (I mistakenly paid the first gril 170 reals because I did not know about the cash discount). The rooms at each are 50 reals. Both give you 4 free drinks or 6 beers and dinner for your cover. The food is definitely better at Bomboa, but I didn't go there to eat anything but pussy. Both have lots and lots of really hot ladies. Smoking hot!
I recommend Julia (a little baby fat but incredibly great BBBJTC, beatific face, enthusiastic anal) at Bomboa and Isis at Millenium (perfect body, nice face, a little bit pro in attitude but very enthusiastic, great BBBJ and sex in all positions). I want some extra info and recommendations on the MP or 'Clinicas' scene in Sao Paulo. I have been to 'Sexdreams.com.br' and took advantage on printing out some of their promotional discount coupons to use at some of these clinicas. So far, I have only been to Antares (which I recommend highly) and American Center (so-so talent but it was 2 blocks from where I am staying so I could not resist). I would like to try the more high end ones (ie. Celcenter, FranceBel, Belfrance, etc) anyone have any recommendations? I am OK with looking at the photo book to choose the massagista but would prefer a place where the girls came out and presented themselves to you one after the other ;-) ... its like a "parade of poon" ! I have heard that at the high end places, that you have to pay the girl more $R for FS. That you are supposed to negotiate that with the girl personally. But do I give the girl the cash or do I pay at reception after? Anyone that can shed some light from personal experience would be greatly appreciated.

Even though I have not extensively explored the clinicas in SP, I think BelFrance is the best from the perspectives of facilities and quality and quantity of the lineup available. You pick a girl from many pictures of all girls posted on the walls in separate room - professionally done. "Officially" full service is banned at BelFrance and the girls at there only can provide FS strictly based on agreement between you and the girl.
Therefore, money is exchanged in the room after the business but before leaving the room. I think I paid R$140.00 for masaage which I paid at the counter when I left and gave my girl R$100.00 for FS. When she agreed to do FS, she did not mentioned what she wanted for the service. When I gave her R$100.00, she seemed quite happy.
She wanted to make sure that the front office would not know about the FS she was providing to me.
If you are not on budget, I would recommend this place.
AdvanceVIP in Brooklin area is another clinica where I had good time. Again, the place was reasonably good size and clean. This is the place where all available girls are parading before your face. You pick one of them and then she will take you to a room. Their version of FS is handjob finish. Cost of standard massage with handjob varies from R$100 to R$140 (my memory is fuzzy but around these numbers) and higher price would get you bigger and better equipped room while the service remain same.
I talked to my massage girl about my version of FS and she wanted to have R$100.00 for additional services. I did not take it as it was lunch time massage and I was planning to hook up with my SP girlfriend. As FS was not mentioned at the lobby, I assume money would be exchanged in the room.
Both places are definately better than Antares and American Center from the facility's perspecitve. I don't mind to pay a bit more for comfort and clean facility.
If you go back 9 to 12 months on this board, you may find active thread discussion and more information about clinicas in SP. Just a thought.

The quality of the girls was definitely a few rungs higher then Bomboa. There were a lot of cute hot-looking thin 19-21 y.o. I would hope they would not watch the clock and cut me off after the 60mins :-) With the extra costs (entrance fee + takeout fee = $R187) making it $R487-$R537 I hope at least to get a 2hr session. Then there is the taxi costs. Definitely twice the amount of money that I normally would spend but could be worth it just to get a 'supermodel' to f*ck.
I will try to help clarify why the girls doesn´t want the front desk to know about the sex in the rooms.
At Francebel, Dr. Oyama, Le Fleur de Jour, Clinica Kali, My Way, Embassy Vip AAA, Cel Center, Center Line, The Palms, Nyshing Master, Alecenter, are not supposed to have any sex involved due to their licenses. It is a front so they don´t get caught by police and so. In those places if you ask the recepcionists about sex, they will tell you that they are a serious clinica and no such thing happens in there and if it does they girl will be fired.
People who follows the girls will notice that many of they girls will be gone from those clinicas and will show up at others that offer full package deals.

I want to save all that taxi fare for pussy instead ... ;-)

The Blue Tree next to Shopping Ibirapuera is a nice hotel. Friendly staff. Any Parthenon Apart-Hotel chains in Moema are excellent. There's a good one on Rua Jamaris called Parthenon Times Square just a few blocks down from the Blue Tree. The famous DirectTV Concet Hall is directly across the street. Very centralized -- 20min walk to Bahamas. R$12-15 taxi ride for most places in the area (Photo, Bahamas, W, MoulinRouge, Francebel).

"Take Out Fee"? Could you explain what that is? I'm familiar with Bahamas, but all the action has been up in the rooms (most girls negociable down to R$150 if you're not desperate, average: $250-300).
The girls will be happy to meet you the next day at your hotel for a reasonable price, but I've never heard of "take-outs" offered by the club itself. I assume you're talking about the fee you have to pay the club to snatch the girl out of the club for a programa back at your hotel. I have one flat where I have stayed a few times before. It is Parthenon Flats (a brand of Accor hotels which also owns Motel 6). There are a few in Moema section of SP. Daily rate is at around R$100.00 and very girl friendly.
like other flats, it does not have much of supporting facilities but has very nice rooms - clean, spacious (separate area between living room and bedroom), mini-bar, coffee maker, and shower (no bathtub). I believe the rate comes with full breakfast (not as good as big hotels').
I had brought girls many times at differnt times (11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.) and I was greeted by security guard and reception staff with smiles.
You should be able to find them on their website(www.accorhotels.com.br) which you can search based on sections of Sao Paulo. There are four or five in Moema area and one in Ibirapuera area.
I had stayed at one of Parthenon Flats in Ibirapuera area which was very close to a buddy of mine for his convenience to pick up or drop off.

The Bahamas staff was not very helpful in this information. I got the details from a pushy blonde that told me she would go back to my hotel and spend the night but I have to pay the club, R$90. Don't really know if this is the truth. On the night I went to Bahamas I got there around 12 midnight and I saw a pack of working girls live with a group of 5 or 6 men who were dressed in suits. They were all jammed in the reception area and seem to be discussing the situation with the house mom/receptionist.
I don't know why people take out when they can have sex in a room on premises either. But I have seen this happen at Bomboa as well. Men taking the girl and having to pay the $R50 normally reserved for the suite to the club. When the place offer decent facilities, I normally just do it there and take the time to get the girls number in the room. My guess is that these guys have pot or other drugs that they want to do back in the comfort of their place. Unless you are pressed for time, or want to stay and see numerous girls, there are a lot of reasons to take a girl out of the clubs without using drugs. Personally, I love having a realaxed, no rush encounter with a beautiful girl in my own room. She is more at ease, and it is a blast having them sit naked on your lap looking at their photos on the laptop. They love having a copy burned for them right away, and are more at ease with the photos when they know that they are getting a copy right away.
The on site premises facilities are fun too, and it is just a matter of preference.

Although I LOVE Bomboa, I am pretty certain I got bed bug bites there once (it was a small price to pay for a double session with my favorite, Julia. She is a blonde who offers ANYTHING I want). The place is very nice, but it is not a modern facility like Millenium.
For this reason, I decided to take out the next time I go there. My hotel is nearby, and the extra 35 reals (the hotel fee) will probably buy me an extra hour with the garota.

I know you can get Viagra and Cialis without prescriptions at any drug stores in SP. I would think that a pack of four or six would cost you between R$80 and R$100.00. I don't think they are particularly inexpensive but readily available.

I don't know about any generic versions. Since these are under global license program and patent protection, any generic out there would be more knockoffs than generic. I just returned from my first time in Brazil, and here is my report.
I have mongered the world over, and Brazil is without question the best for the hobby of any countries I have visited. People are friendly, warm and cheerful, the scenery is beautiful, and life is cheap here! Compared to US and Western European prices, goods and services are about a third what they are back home. You should get their early 2100-2200 as the club opens to gain your place in the queue and be prepared to wait until the club fills up with couples. You can certainly watch and also participate when your game and Portuguese are good. You are much better off however going accompanied with a female friend as a couple and you will find that swing is definitely in fashion as many Brazilian women are very curious to see the inside of a club.

I just got back from a biz-trip in Brazil.
I stayed only one night in Sao.

My Hotel was the Sol Meliá Office Park located in southern São Paulo. The drive to the hotel was around 90 minutes and took me through the most incredible poverty I have ever seen since being in Asia. Tin shacks and crumbling buildings were home to Brazil’s lower class. I have to admit I was a little worried about what my hotel was going to look like and be surrounded by.
Arriving at my hotel I breathed a sigh of relief as it was very nice looking and surrounded by many office buildings containing companies I was well acquainted with. My company had already arranged for payment of my room so checking in was very easy, just a quick showing of my passport and signing my name. I did not know what to expect on my first trip to Sao Paulo. What may have appear to some as a fantasy, I assure you it was real. I suppose SP is an "anything goes" type of city.

Left the hotel and took the short walk to the Cafe Gauguin behind the Hilton (btw, it is now required to use your card for EVERY floor at the hilton. it was only required for the exec suites a couple of months ago. just in case)
I was a little early (8.30pm) but I had read here that Thursdays were supposed to be active early on. Anyway, the girl at the front desk kindly explained to me that they had a R$60 minimum consumption fee (in either food or drinks) and since there was hardly anyone inside she showed me the place and suggested that I returned at 10.30 when the shows started and all the girls had arrived.
Of the few girls inside I didn't anything worth noting, although they were pretty enough.
Actually, I liked the front desk girl the best, but guessed she was not available.
This place had "Arabian Rooms". Little private rooms with pillows on the floor and a sofa-bed. Also a stage surrounded by tables to watch the shows in the first floor.
Didn't impress me much so I returned to the hotel to eat and headed out again at around 10 pm. I asked the taxi driver which one was the closest place between Bahamas and Photo. He suggested a place called Romanza instead, which is now called Whiskeria Rosa (in rua 9 de julio I think).
R$162 entrance fee (US$60) that gave you 3 drinks.
The place was small, 3 floors, no stage, but a dance floor in the 3rd floor. All 25 girls and about 5 patrons where in the first floor around the bar.
I liked Gauguin better, and the few girls that I saw there were much better looking than the ones here.
Anyway, I had already paid. I found a girl (and her friend) who at first asked for R$500 (R$400 each if I took her and her friend).
She was not that hot but I was tired and couldn't find much more so we finally settled for R$300 (which was still high for me, but what the heck, it was for TLN).
To get her out (no rooms here) I had to pay R$10 for her to get her purse out and another R$10 for condoms.
She took me to the nearby hotel Grand Cavalier. A room with shower was R$55. They would have also charged the girl's fee to my cc so they must have some kind of arrangement with the club and girl.
At the end she got her R$300 AND asked for cab fare. The experience was not really worth it (and I had even tried the US$40 perfume gift tip, but didn't do much for me).
All this added up to about US$230 incl.the gift. Not bad, but not worth it either with this girl.
Next time I come back to SP I will stick to Gauguin and try to get the girl to the hotel or to Bahamas and I will try to improve my selections. Any tips on how to politely reject the girls who approach you?

Tough day as a monger,

Your question is hard to answer because it is very relative. It all depends on personal taste. There are many options in Sao Paulo. Some of my suggestions are:
Bomboa; all kinds of girls
Jardim América; usually beginnners
Donna Cafe: usually gets better after Jd America closes;
Cafe Photo; try to go with a local or a frequent client;

I highly doubt any are from agencies - as it would drive the prices up for the porn companies. Going to SP for the second time. This time is for strictly business..and some fun after hours ;-) ... If possible...
First time was a one-night stopover before a week in Rio. Just to check the city out.
A complete disaster...everybody trying to ripp off the gringoes ( we were 3): Parthenon Manhattan ( looks like it does not exist anymore) charged 35% more than agreed rate; their front desk taxi driver was not able to find a decent place ( terma, boite, strip joint, whatever!!!!) open on a Thursday night ( we paid him top money for driving us around for 3 hours at SP night). This same driver stole my camera ( which I forgot in the back seat). Next day he said he didn't see it. Finally, a lousy dinner ( with lousy/ rude waiter) at (supposedly) high-end italian restaurant in ront of the hotel for which I paid top $$$.
Problem was I did not discover this forum until after that trip...Pretty bad. I used the info at the world sex guide which was minimal and not up-to-date.

The place is in Goiania Brasil, about 1 hr and 40 minutes fly from Sao Paulo. It is along the highway which runs from Brasilia (the capital) to Goainia. I have not been to this place, but to one a few miles further south the highway, it is called Cassanovas
Basicly, these places are strip shows, where you can also select a girl to take to a motel. Prices to take the girl are R$ 250 (R$ 150 for the girls, R$ 100 for the house). Also, you pay about R$ 70 to enter.

My world was changed forever last April on my first trip to Rio.

I enrolled in Berlitz here in San Francisco. This is a great method. The teachers will only speak Portugese, and my class of 3 went out a few times.
At he same time, I got Rosetta Stone. (www.rosettastone.com). This CD-ROM program is AWESOME! You get to do repitition like you can't at Berlitz. There is a voice analyzer that compares the native speaker and you. You can repeat and repeat until you get it right.
I believe Rosetta Stone has brilliantly figured out the science of learing a language. I start some lessons doubting I will remember most of it. Then I find myself coming up with phrases out of the blue all during the day.
I am returning in a month. One stop is in Sao Paulo for a medical conference, and there will be no translation service. THAT will be the trial under fire.
But I'm sure I've got enough to completely freak out the Garotas in Rio and Recife.
The problem is that when I go to Buenos Aires for the last week of the trip, I'll have to "re-boot" my mind, as it can be a bit confusing between the two.

Sao Paulo & Buenos Aires are definitely the best places in South America for women! English is a general problem in South America. To chose between Sao Paulo & Colombia, I would 100% go for Sao Paulo, a lot more choices on the menu, and the quality of the menu is also better!

With all due respect to the Colombians, trying to decide whether to go with Colombia or to the thriving city of Sao Paulo is like trying to decide between a taco shop and a full course meal at an upscale churrascaria. It's a no brainer. Giving you an idea of what kind of girls there are in Sao Paulo by a couple of photos would be like trying to send you photos that would cover the overwhelming diversity of fish prevalent in the Atlantic ocean. It's impossible. Sao Paulo is the big melting pot of Brazil, and you can find anything from black mulatas to blondes who have Asian mix blood. They got everything. Compared to Rio, there are a lot more European looking women in Sao Paulo.
The big problem will be the language. I'd say most if not all garotas (except for a handful) will not speak English. I highly doubt Colombia will be much better. Rio on the other hand will probably be the most "English friendly" due to so many gringo tourists.
Trust me on this one, hands down you won't find better than Sao Paulo when it comes to mongering.

My guess is that they run a sort of operation out of this apart hotel.
I saw different girls and guys in suits coming in and out while I waited for my ride back (ride back took me 30mins. and same fare 'cause I asked the hotel cabbie to pick me up, even though the area looked safe and upscale enough).

I think you'll be able to find much of the information you're looking for if you just scroll back to the archives. It must have been mentioned a hundred times by now in the forum that Photo is among the best of Sao Paulo with model quality women (while maybe a bit stuck up), while Help is the mass gathering place for below average girls desperate for cash.
There's tons to do in Sao Paulo, but of course, no beach. For the sake of having to repeating everything and typing for another hour, I suggest you do a little research before asking the same questions. This isn't meant to offend, just pointing you in the right direction. Best of luck!

Cafe Foto in SP is totally different than Help in Rio. They have a dining area with great food, an intimate bar area, live entertainment after 11PM, gorgeous girls and the girls can not approach you.
They have to be invited by you to make any contact. This rule is strictly enforced.
They also enforce many other rules to make this Club a step above others as well as justify what they charge.
I watched two girls who were dressed nicely get sent home to change since I saw them later in different outfits. One had a pair of slacks that look too much like denim in the dark light. The other
had a top on that if she raised her arm the side of her breast showed.
I believe in July the entrance fee was 110 R$. Which included 3 or 4 drinks. We had dinner and then watched the parade of very pretty girls.

Nothing compares to Help and surrounding areas just outside.
That being said, if you want that type of atmosphere, then go to Love Story which is about 1/4 the size of help an does not get going until 0400 or later, or go to Bomboa. Bomboa is a much smaller and more intimate club, but a lot of fun, live band, dancing, sushi bar, saunas, and rooms on the premises.
Cafe Photo is like going to a party at the Playboy Mansion, and the girls are dressed to the nines. Take out only, but beautiful girls. Get there around 9:30, make your selection by midnight, as the best will be gone by then. YMMV.

My next trip to Brazil will be early in November. I currently have plans to fly into Rio and out of Rio but from reading this board and asking some questions several months ago I am now seriously considering 2 days in Sao Paulo.

Ok the Rio string always has a discussion about pricing but this string it is less mentioned. From what I can see things in Sao Paulo cost more money, is 400 reais more normal in Sao Paulo for TLN? S.P. is cheaper than Rio (in my experience). The marquee clubs cost more, but there's sooooo much more action in S.P. that you can easily avoid paying 200R+ for a girl. Really.
Foto and Love Story are about 30 min. apart (with no traffic). Stay near downtown (Centro) -- that's where all the action is (Foto is in a suburb w/ nothing really to do around it).
IMO, the guys who dominate the Rio board don't really know what they're talking about. Rio is unique in Brasil -- expensive with not much variety compared to its size. Shit, I think Fortaleza has a better scene in Rio (in both cost and sheer number of working girls). Anyway, that statement aside, there's no comparing S.P. to Rio -- S.P. crushes it in everything but the termas. Problem is, S.P. as a city SUCKS. But I love its sex scene so much that it doesn't matter.

SP has the biggest and most diverse sex scene. Generally speaking prices are lower in SP than Rio, although this partly depends on your negotiation skills. However your taxi budget is likely to be substancially higher in SP as the venues are further apart than in Rio. Usually I never spend more than R20 on taxis in Rio when i go from my hotel to a club/terma. In SP this may well be R100 as distances are longer and traffic is worse.
You are also more likely to find the best looking women here - that does not mean the women in Rio are not beautiful but if being with a model (lookalike) is important to you go to SP.
A favorite in Rio is of course the termas. The worlds best gentleman clubs. SP does not have termas, but several clubs open in the afternoon and has onsite rooms, so the difference is not too big.

Cafe Photo has gone downhill the last few years. It's certainly not the best Sao Paulo has to offer nowadays. W used to be great, but now it closed down. Try Jardim America. It has the finest girls of Sao Paulo. The downside however is the price. Entrance fee and the price of the girl and everything combined will run you R$800-900 if I remember right.
I would recommend staying in the Moema area of Sao Paulo for the best play. Downtown is considered quite 'trashy' and while it has a ton of activity, the quality of the girls will drop dramatically.
Love Story is alright, but it's not identical to Help in Rio so don't expect that. It's a place where girls wind down and possibly look for last call clients. A lot of local guys get pussy for free there. Portuguese is a must. The area around Love Story is also considered to be very seedy and dangerous especially at night so be very very careful. As it has been said many times here, FORGET about finding english speaking girls. What does it matter anyway? What do you want to do talk to them or fuck them? But seriously, you should be more concerned with speaking portuguese. I have found that the women respect you a lot more and you can really enjoy the girlfriend experience when you can communicate. Love Story is in the heart of Centro. I don't think that the S.P. hotels have any garota restrictions. Since I'm not a 'Senior member' yet, my response will probably be posted long after your questions have already been answered by everyone else, but I'll give my two cents anyway.
Clinica Francebel has the best quality of girls working in Sao Paulo. Bar None.
Most of them, you dress them up in an elegant night gown and they would be better looking than most girls working at Photo. They are knockouts, with great personalities to boot. I can't recommend Francebel high enough. The pricing listed on their website, and also as you enter the clinica, is only for the massage. Sex is strictly prohibited at these clubs (which is the stupidest thing in the world), and tips for FS is done strictly under the table directly to the girl. While it is so obvious the girls provide extra service, the girl will literally be fired if they find her with a condom in her purse.
The going rate for FS is the same rate as the massage. So you would be handing the girl R$130 in cash in your room, on top of the R$130 you pay the clinica on your way out. R$260 total. It's not considered normal to negociate with these girls, so unless you want to be looked at as a cheapskate gringo, R$130 should be a must. If you don't want to pay the extra, a manual 'hand' release is usually included. The girls will provide the condoms, and hand the used condom to you neatly conceiled for you to throw away discreetly upon exiting the clinica. Stupid I know, but that's just the way it is at Francebel. But don't let all this discourage you, it is the best clinica in town.
The best time to go is as early as you can when they open. You will be waiting for at least an hour watching a football game in the waiting room if you show up after 5pm when all the local businessmen are stopping by on their way home from work. It's aprox $70 USD equivalent for a one-way walk-up ticket on all of them.

What I am not getting, is that if the scene is so big in SP, why are most of the posts related to the same 5 or 6 places, (besides MPs of course)? I’m spending most of my time in Rio and can’t really hunt around SP for the 2 or 3 midweek nights I’ll be in SP, so I was hoping to kind of find the best of the best and hang out there. Everybody seems to like Bomboa and that is definitely on the list to hit. Also, I’m sure I’ll be hitting Love Story for late night fun and games. I figured Café Photo would round this nighttime activity out. I’ve read enough bad posts on Romanza creaming your bar tab with drinks you never ordered to know I am not going there. My bar tabs are high enough on my own excessive partying and drinking. W sounds completely out of the universe with those fees. Who wants to pay those rates? Bahamas, Kilt, Cocktail, I know it’s the hit or miss, the right time right place right girl kind of thing, but I’m just looking to line up the probabilities.
Knowing that I have already read all the posts and done the research, and am not just looking for easy answers, my question for the real experienced mongers of SP is,
If you were in SP or headed to SP for this Tues, Wed, and Thurs night where would you definitely go besides Bomboa??

Here's the S.P hot-list for me. I've probably spent a total of 3 weeks there over two trips. I've never been to Bahamas, Millennium or Jardim. I don't like Bomboa or W (too expensive/no talent) and Photo is really more a place to flirt (or scoop out a 9.5-10 girl if I feel like spending the money).
My favorites:
1: All the clubs around Kilt (there're 4? 5? Can't remember).
2: Walking the road that continues up the street from Kilt (one sorta-half-street-over -- you can see Big Ben club from Kilt).
3: Love Story.
4: The clubs below the Hilton (running down hill directly behind the downtown Hilton).
Bahamas is probably pretty good -- I'd check it out (though it's gonna be on the expensive side).
Soooo, this little cluster around the Hilton (Kilt clubs, Love Story, Big Ben street and clubs directly below the Hilton) should give you access to 500+ girls in a 4-ish block radius. All of these clubs are cheap, with prices ranging between 75-200R. Manymanymany pretty girls in this area, many sex motels in the area, too. I usually found no need for Photo, etc.
If you scout this area for one hour before making your choice, you will find enough flesh to fill 20 sultan's harems.

Good for quick flight between RIO and SP among other areas. The only problem is that they only take Brazilian credit cards only so make sure you have enough cash on hand.
The other option is VASP. Their rates are decent too and they do accept international credit cards.

I think JWadd has a good hotlist. The clubs he mentioned should definitely be on the to-do list to get a good idea of Sao Paulo. I've been a big fan of Augusta (the street going upward next to Kilt) over the years, some nice lookers to be found there in the past, but I have to mention that there have been some violence reported there toward gringos the last couple of years, so be very very careful. Augusta's always been a safe hooker-avenue, just until recently. The local thugs finally caught on to the idea that there are a significant amount of gringos strolling down this dark road, and they become easy targets (this warning was also in the local paper). Perhaps a good thing for you to do would be to take a cab down Augusta to scope the scene, and if it looks promising (it's a nightly hit or miss), you'll have a better feel of the place before walking down the street at 11pm wandering around looking for girls. If you see somebody worth stopping and feel comfortable enough, ask the cabbie to turn around and drop you off near the girl, and off you two go to a nearby motel for R$80-100.
The boates and sauna mistas on Augusta are a waste of money in my opinion. Better looking girls are found outside on the streets, and although very cheap, you'll rarely find gems in those clubs. These boates often pick the best looking girl of the club and have her stand out by the entrance to lure customers in only to find dogs inside, so don't be fooled. If you do find yourself strolling down the road, you'll notice that these clubs have guys standing outside bugging you to go in. Ask them if you can "dar molhadinha" (to take a peak), and 9 out of 10 times they will let you poke your head in to see the talent without paying an entrance fee. If they refuse, the chances are, it's probably dead inside. I've found that you can do this with about 80% of clubs in Sao Paulo. Give it a try!
There are a ton of boates behind the Hilton and the surrounding areas a couple of blocks away from Republica, but this area also, is only mere blocks away from one of the most dangerous downtown areas of Sao Paulo, so be aware of your surroundings and use your common sense. I don't mean to constantly sound so negative with the violence of Sao Paulo, but I used to live there, and the only two times I've seen somebody get shot were gringos in downtown Sao Paulo. It isn't a myth, it does happen, and I just don't want people to come to downtown Sao Paulo expecting Ipanema, because it isn't. Just treat it like you're in downtown New York in seedy side streets at midnight, and you should be alright. I just don't think some people realize that.
The areas behind the Hilton are also notorious for Sao Paulo's best transvestite streetwalkers, so unless you're into that kind of thing, don't stop! Don't be fooled, because from a distance, these tv's are hotter looking than most women (no joke). You have to see to believe. You won't realize they are guys until you see their faces up close. You can stroll around just for kicks, but just remember that the SW's behind the Hilton, 90% of them, are tv's. I've even spotted a few guys in guy attire (normal looking guys) standing around waiting to get picked up for some rainbow action. Stay on Augusta for the 'real' streetwalkers.
These places however, are the 'cheaper' areas of Sao Paulo, and quite frankly, may as well stay in Rio if you want cheap action. There may be more variety in SP, a lot more, but what makes SP such a great place for mongering, at least for me, is the hot model-looking 10's from Southern Brazil that you can't get in Rio. SP swarms of unbelievably hot girls if you know where to look. And they are NOT in downtown. Hit the clubs near the Jardins, Moema, Vila Olympia, and you'll find the hottest women you've ever seen in your life. Splurge a little, have some fun with girls you can't get elsewhere. Hit the "top clubs" at least once to judge for yourself if it's worth it for you. Overall the variety of girls downtown haven't been much better than Rio IMHO. Sao Paulo is for two things: the amazing variety, and for the beautiful 10's you can't find anywhere in the world. Contrary to popular belief, there are some trophy 10's in Sao Paulo who can definitely out perform the sex-crazed beach girls of Rio.
