Some of you guys are having trouble getting to that massage place. It is actually easy though, they don't have any signboard but just a poster that looks like a footreflexology thingy or something.
Kompleks Ruby consist of 2 building connected by sort of a skyway on the 1st floor (2nd floor), I'll get back to you with this in a short while. The MP is in the building where the nail saloon is not.
To go there, park anywhere nearby the building, go to the one with the poster on it(if plaza pudu is on your left then it should be the building on the right, nail saloon is in the building on the left), look around and you'll find a staircase and an elevator. If you take the elevator, press "0" (which is the 1st floor) and you'll walk straight to the end of the corridor. The MP is on your left, locked and you cannot see inside. Assume that RM410 = Rps1,000,000 so you need to find accomodation at less than Rps375,000. Check www.goindotel.com for hotels around the Kota area. Someone told me that Classic hotel rooms go around that rate but the girls there will cost you more than your hotel room. Be prepared to go further than a short walk for a lot more prospects.

I suggest you decide on which areas you want to "visit" say if you are there for 4 days you can spend 2 days at Blok M, 1 day at Kota area and 1 day at clubs, for example. Then you decide where to stay. You can take taxi to go to and back from these places. Safer and faster.

I know there are Kaha and Indotel booths at the hall where you collect check- in luggage, which by the way, is crazy.
Oh BTW, Golden Boutique Blok M is a business people hotel, smack right in the street where there are many Japanese karaoke (with sexily dressed hostesses, yum yum), Japanese restaurant (again with sexily dressed hostesses) .... It is just 100m from the infamous Maribaya Pub at 6th Floor of Melawai 1 Hotel. I did walked from Golden B to Jalan Falatehan (where all the pick up joints of Mybar etc are), it took me 20 mins.

Just a heads up to a continuing scam going on in the Chow Kit area of KL.
Wandering around the area, approached by a tout offering massage and BJ with young girls. Tout takes you to a small shop house where you pick a girl out of a tiny room/fish bowl. She takes you to a small room that has a cubby hole for your clothes and a mattress. You strip and lie down; she doesn't strip and starts to massage your back.
Whilst you begin to enjoy, guy behind a panel reaches in and goes through the pockets of your trousers. 5 mins later, they shout that the cops are coming and to quickly get out. And they shut off the lights after you grab your clothes.
Once outside, you realize you've been scammed, but what can you do.
This happened to me on 3 Nov. 2006. I had read about it somewhere about a year ago, so was wary. Luckily, I had put half my money and wallet in my shoe and kept that away from the space for the clothes.

In other KL news, tried the Green Elephant Health Centre in Bukit Bintang, near the LRT. I visit this place everytime I get to KL. Usually a great experience. This time was just ok. alex the okt came and sat next to me. it is easy to spot okts at this place as they all wear black jackets. alex spoke good english. he sat patiently next to me while i nursed my guinness. i enquired very casually about the number of girls available at 3 in the afternoon. he said i have more than enough to choose from. he explained that it is rm 240 for a maximum of 45 minutes. he said, “once you sperm, game over” i almost aspirated my beer. i like this guy but i am seriously regretting not picking up procomil.

Sorry to hear of your not so happy experience. I would like to counter that yours was quite exceptional. If you did read the forum carefully this would have been prevented. I prefer that you do not judge KL after 1 bad experience, which is clearly due to your newbie experience of KL! Nova is not the top place to find WL and to top it off, the middleman is out to make lazy money off tourist like you. By gosh, RM50 for a taxi ride from Swiss Garden to Nova!! (These 2 hotels are just 400m apart)
Get the simple KL map from Swiss Garden, get to Bukit Bintang Road, and go to places such as Imperial, Green Elephant, SkyRiver, Genesis, Corona Hotel HC, Federal Hotel HC and so on (their info is over at FAQ thread), by foot. Yes these places are that near. Any 1-hour HC experience should not set you back more than RM250, btw.
If your are still not a satisfied customer after 10 days here, that is too bad.

I don't remember reading or hearing that there is a spa with extras available at Swiss Garden Hotel.
Anyway, as the opening rate was RM250-RM300 I believe extras were on the table. However, something must have happened and she withdrew her services.
As for the taxi tout, you really have been taken for a ride. Nova is just a 5 minutes walk away. As for the one-shot and game over, yes that's usual.
What's unusual was the price. The taxi tout got a nice cut on top of the RM50 taxi fare. Sure sign of this was he brought you to the basement. He wasn't there to show you the way, he was there to claim his cut.
Next time you come this way again, do some reading beforehand. Or post, I am sure some bros will be happy to help you out.

What are the places you have been to?

Thanks MDII and DaThinMan...I have been to Beach Club, and something I believe was called Mi Casa or Su Casa or both, and another HC near Beach Club.
