Hey fellas,

Thinking about going down to Tijuana during Christmas week. How is the action at Adelitas and HK? Is Tiucan still the best place to grab a room close to the action?

Hey fellas,

Thinking about going down to Tijuana during Christmas week. How is the action at Adelitas and HK? Is Tiucan still the best place to grab a room close to the action?I'm a newbie, but I was somewhat disappointed with Adelitas & HK. I was looking for a petite young girl who'd give me GFE, but I couldn't find it.

HK is full of greedy waiters & annoying loud music.

Not knowing exactly what yuu taste of a Santa's Premium Chica I would say yes in the broad sense. The Premium Chica might not be around but many others will be available to fill the void as it is a big family holiday too, Expect to provide "propina (tip)".

Budget is Aqua Rio hotel just a block north of Ticuan. Ticuan is four star. I am not a big fan of Ticuane anymore.

Is Aqu Rio is owned by the Ticuan group?

Slow period in Zona Norta but lots of activities on 6th Avenue / Revolution or Las Pugas (dance place) any more.

Ticuan is four star. I am not a big fan of Ticuane anymore.Ticuan is not four star. It is 3 star, perhaps at best 3. 5. There is no way Ticuan is on the same level as Sheraton, Hyatt, Westin, Omni etc. You will not find down comforters / pillows, luxury mattresses, large screen televisions, fancy toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, pool, jacuzzi, spa, turn down service, etc. It is a nice hotel, very comfortable, but four star is a bit of a stretch. Expedia rates them as 3. 5 star, which I consider generous.

HK is full of greedy waiters & annoying loud music. If you want petite GFE, try tropical across the street. They might not be as hot as the HK girls, but 99% of the time it's just a bunch of makeup that is the difference. You just got to be willing to put the effort in.

Hey fellas,

Thinking about going down to Tijuana during Christmas week. How is the action at Adelitas and HK? Is Tiucan still the best place to grab a room close to the action?Honestly, I wouldn't bother going in the two weeks leading up to Christmas to two weeks after New Year's. Most of the girls are back home with their families, and the ones left tend to have bitter attitudes and prices to match. They don't want to be there, it's a seller's market, and there are way too many chances to get hosed.

Try going the first week of December. It heck, even Thanksgiving weekend. Had a pretty decent time last year.

And the room service is great when hungover in the morning.

A weeknight now goes for about $75, a weekend for about $100. Which, BTW, is ridiculous. I used to like this place a lot, but one half of the hotel is worthless for sleeping if you go to bed before 4:00 am, all rooms but the Master Suite have an 11:00 am checkout time (Really? If you're on a "medical tourism" floor you'll probably be woken up very early by those numbnuts congregating in the hallways and talking at the top of their voice, etc. , etc.

They have no policy concerning guests, as long as you don't have more than 2 people in the room.

As Phordphan mentioned your biggest problem at Ticuan is finding a room where the noise level will not affect your ability to sleep. Probably a good idea to request a room that faces Constitution.

The $57/ night can be found on Trip Advisor. I don't really care about the noise I am a heavy sleeper. I will definitely get a room facing Constitution. So I like threesomes. I guess if they say anything I may have to pay for the 3rd person.

I wouldn't stop at the desk and ask if it is ok. Probably just head straight to the elevator and act like you own the place. And like you mentioned the worse case scenario you might have to pay a little extra, should be worth it.

I am working in the San Diego area over the Thanksgiving holiday and am thinking about going to Tijuana. I don't care for turkey and some village near the area is famous for lobster. Are the girls around the area on Thanksgiving? I realize it's not a Mexican holiday but didn't know if the girls went home that week because of a slow down.

Expedia rates are $59 per weeknight but $70 after taxes. However many stars you give it, it is a very nice hotel. If it were in San Diego Gaslamp quarter, a standard room would be about $140/night for a slow period or more than $300/night for a prime period. As far as I'm concerned there are only two problems with Ticuan: the late night noise on the east side and confusing air conditioner controls. If you don't learn to use the A/C properly you could either freeze or roast. Also be aware that there are some upgraded rooms that don't have an exterior window.

I used to stay only in the very best and most expensive Ticuan rooms. Now I find that I'm plenty happy and comfortable in any standard room on the west side facing Constitution.

ThanksJust another weekend / and Thursday! No effect on Chicas! They KNOW it is a major Holiday in the USA. Well did we know that yesterday was a Major Holiday in Mexico? Revolution Day! Does not effect us. So we probably don't care! Thanksgiving in the boarder towns with family in the USA, there might be a lot of BORDER activity on Wednesday night and Friday and Sunday, those visiting friends and Family in the USA. Oh BTW. I will and have for the past 3 years, be bringing my Favorite and her puta amigas Pavo and trimmings for comida on Thursday. (they know it and have asked me about it already!) My Tijuana "family is WAY more important to me than my "actual" family! Jajaja.

ThanksActually Thanksgiving starts the busiest part of the year for the Zona. Many of the chicas go to their home towns for Navidad so starting around Thanksgiving they work crazy hours so they can earn enough to pay for presents, airfare, etc. Up until the 3rd week of December. Then availability declines dramatically until about the 2nd week of January.

Sorry for the silly question. In regards to the ready line. What is the best approach? I have had the passport card for several years and had no idea I could use the shorter ready line and found out by mistake on my last trip once I was up to the main building going back.

For example when the normal line is backed up a mile are we good to walk around all that head for the ready line? And where does it begin in such a situation and how is it marked? Not a newbie to Tijuana but have been totally ignorant of the ready line and using my passport card to use it is new to me. I just never noticed it before.

Thanks.

Thanks.I am assuming that you're talking about the pedestrian lines and not the car lines.

When the general pedestrian line is all backed up, the general line will spill over into the lanes marked "Ready / Sentri. " In this case, the only way to get up to the front into the Ready / Sentri lanes is to walk in the lane where people are entering Mexico going the opposite of the way you are trying to go. So, you are sort of walking against the flow of people like Salmon until you get up near the front of the big mass of people. Near the front of the huge mass of people, sort of closer to the building itself, the general line doesn't spill over into the Ready / Sentri lanes because there are guards there that you have to show your credentials to if you want to get into those speedier lines. This is the place you need to work your way up to if you have a Global Entry card or Ready / Sentri card.

Public Service Announcement: Don't forget to read this post if you're ever even thinking about getting a room at Hotel Cascadas in the Zona (to avoid their scam): http://www.internationalsexguide.info/forum/showthread.php?2231-Hong-Kong-Club-Reports&p=1627367&viewfull=1#post1627367

If the lines are backed up. You should notice 2 lines on the sidewalk next to the businesses. The one closer to the stores is for the ready lane and the one closer to the road is the general line. If there is nobody waiting in the ready lane you should be able to walk on the sidewalk between the general line and the stores right up to the turnstyle. This is Mexico so the signage is not that great.

As Ultra Happy stated if you have a sentry card or need the handicap line the best approach is to walk upstream against the people coming into Mexico, and head straight for the POE building.

Factoids from my Tijuana weekend Sat. & Sun. Had only 1 sexo experience (I spent most of my time betting on football games) with a MILF (30's) close to Hong Kong. She gave me a culo finger wave while doing a covered blowjob. The BJ wasn't that good.

I saw several white American gals on the streets. Most looked pretty ragged and worn out, but one blonde looked pretty good. She was wearing some fishnet black stockings. I should of jumped on the opportunity cause when I came back later she was gone.

Crossed the border at 4:15 am on Monday. Took 40 min. In general public line. A buddy of mine drove across at 4 pm Sat. Took him 2 HR.

For old farts like me the senior fare on the trolley is $1. 25 one way. Enjoyed the Mexican food.

At the trolley station at 10:00 am it was 13.44 to $1 at the McDonalds! Almost ALWAYS BUY the pesos IN the USA! ThanksOnce you get on the trolley you need at least 1 1/2 hours to get to the airport from San Ysidro by public transportation. You need to figure in the wait time for the trolley once you cross the border and for the bus connection at America Plaza.

ThanksI had a 10:00 am flight two weeks ago on a Friday. I left at 6:00 am (after a 5:30 quickie). I gave myself extra time because I had to stop at the USO to pickup my suitcase. I still had almost two hours to kill before the flight. Three hours should be plenty of time to be at the airport one hour before your flight, It took me less than 30 minutes from Cascadas to the trolley. With the SENTRI card there is no waiting in line, just walk past everyone until you get to the SENTRI entrance at the boarder. When you make airline reservations, be sure to enter you SENTRI number so you will be pre screened (less waiting for airport security).

You can get a better rate from Mexican ATM's if you have a debit card like Schwab that refunds all fees.

The talent available is much better than over Halloween. Am here right now and met a couple of Americans down here in Hong Kong. Definitely not their first rodeo in Tijuana. There aren't all that many of us down here but it's the middle of the week and an impending holiday where mongers spend time with their families. Will have a few tacos for you.

I had a couple scams happen yesterday, but none too serious.

First, the waitress at the restaurant had "forgotten" I paid for a drink prior to deciding to eat. No problem since I was going to tip her and simply didn't since she had in essence tipped herself.

Second, one of the vendors in Hong Kong bumped me and removed about five or six one dollar bills from my front right pocket.

Third attempt was by a "tour guide" who was in Hong Kong with an American client. He sat next to me at the front dancing bar with his client on his left. He tried to get me to join his tour and indicated he could get me back to the border safely and quickly. Moved to the other side of the bar and a few minutes later so did they. He was charging something like $25 an hour for his services. Tall Hispanic man, about 35 or 40, short wavy hair with gray in it. Good physical condition but don't remember the name.

Fourth attempt was at the back bar where the girls do the shaving cream dances. An old American with an unkempt appearance was sitting next to a young man who said he was US military. Were there a bit and the young one asked if he could borrow a dollar to tip a dancer while he waited on change. Let him have one but then a waiter asked a few minutes later when he was going to buy a drink. He kept asking for money which I declined. The old man said that I should expect to spend money at a strip club. I responded of course, but for drinks and girls, not leeches.

Early this spring I stayed in LZ for five straight weeks from early February to mid March. My MO for this extended trip was to offer 100 p simple BJ sessions and see if I could build an entirely new rotation of walker regulars to service my various desires when staying at the comfortable resort known as the Hotel Leyva.

During the first four weeks I had only one girl reject my 100 p offer for a BJ. She is called Chayo (she also goes by the names Mari and Rosalvia).

The first walker to accept 100 p for a BJ was Norma, who often hangs at the doorway to LOS Monitos. She was definitely the "start" to my recent walker adventures and has served as the anchor to most of my adventures this trip. Norma was given immediate rights to cum knock at my Leyva door anytime (and she does show up at all hours of darkness and light). Norma has brought many friends to meet me the past few weeks, suck me sin condom, and collect 100 p. In order of appearance, her guest associates have been:

Fannie / Estephanie,

(gorda) Guadalupe,

Lety,

Scary Cindy and.

Nancy.

Fannie / Estephanie has returned on her own to knock at my door. Estaphanie has also brought with her additional 100 p guests to meet me. For the life of me I can't remember the name of her first cohort, but her second "invited guest accompanist" was a second, different (also gorda) Guadulupe.

All of these "guest chicas" took turns at BBBJ sucking 100 p dick with the exception of the Guadalupe brought in by Norma (this Lupe only allowed my groping by hand while Norma sucked like a Hoover vacuum) and Nancy under identical circumstances.

Other walkers (who I met on the street) accepting 100 p and delivering quality BBBJ's were as follows (also in order of appearance):

Black / Philpina Elizabeth.

Flaca Renata (although hup in the room she only was offering a covered BJ for 100 p and required 50 p more to go eco friendly).

Jasmine and.

Anna (she might be the best BBBJ of the group).

Walker Anna was 'paused' at the northwest corner of the intersection of Coahuila & Constitution when I first met her (in front of the Adelitas clothing store). Norma can usually be found at the entrance to LOS Monitos or in front of the Tecate store. Everybody else was found on Constitution, at or within fifty feet of the Leyva's parking lot entrance. I believe the best place to look for walkers are the two east corners of the intersection of Coahuila Ave and Constitution Ave.

So at the conclusion of my five week stay at the Leyva in February & March my score was as follows:

Accepting offers in the street for 100 p (five out of six).

Behaving like good invited "guests" of fellow walkers (currently five out of seven. Although I suspect Nancy would have, if asked. She just gave a great lap dance I liked staying with for the 11 minutes until I popped in Norma's greasy hands after her BBBJ).

I probably wanted to make a lot more initial offers to new (to me) walkers, but servicing this new rotation and my old SG rotation has left me more than a little thin and drained.

The emerging star of that month was Lety, who apparently will let me do anything to her, anywhere but her ass, for however long as I want, for the very reasonable fee of 150 p plus regalo por toda. Norma offers me the same dealio as Lety, but as a typical alpha female, Norma also delivers her offering with a constant state of drama attached. (Drama that is refreshingly missing, so far, from Lety).

I suspected that I might also get the same fulfilling toda services for around 150 p from Black Elizabeth, Jasmine and Anna (If I ever find them again for a second cita). This prediction turned out to be true in later months regarding two of the three. Estephanie also provided me "toda" for 150 p, but she arrived carrying her own condom for me to use for fucking. That rebellious act has kept her earnings capped at 100 p per cita for a while until she decided to go with my fully bb program. In subsequent months I found myself having session with fewer & fewer street girls because most of my existing SG regulars offered lessor services and / or wanted higher fees than the walkers I was finding.

The names and information above covered the first four weeks of my stay from February to March. My next post (if board interest exists) will add more chica names and details regarding my later trips to LZ in year 2014.

On another board I reported supplements to my AlleyScat #50 report. I'll combine those supplements here in a single posting.

Supplement#1.

Now that I've returned for subsequent trips to Tijuana, I realized that I never gave a final report on my 100 pesos offers for simple blow jobs during "Walker Month" that ended March 12th.

When I last reported here, I had made 100 p offers to six walkers, five of whom accepted. On March 7th I made two more offers:

Laura, who is a girl that was knocking on the door of one of my Leyva neighbors (two doors down) that appeared to be drunk & crazy. Laura required "protection" in the form of a condom from my nightstand drawer, which is a negative, but then she sort of let me sort of fuck her in two sort of positions. Don't ask, just count it as a sort-of-plus.

And plump, black Roxanne, who I met as she was sitting at the news stand outside of Los Monitos' front door. Roxanne also wanted to use a condom, but agreed to BBBJ once I agreed there would be a propina. She was lazy overall and propina hungry, asked for a "dinero propina" after the cita. She appeared perplexed regarding the regalo gift item. From me Roxy received 10 p plus one regalo (when most walkers have been getting two). I will not repeat with Roxanne, she's not my body type, and I don't like her overall attitude. Roxanne has been seen often by me with her Amiga, Alejandra. For months I wanted to make her a 100 p offer.

Norma brought another guest BJ queen up to my room with the stage name Nancy. The first time Nancy came up with Norma, she gave a quality 'lap dance' on my chest. So good that I popped while Norma worked my shaft. When Nancy and Norma returned to my room later the same day, Nancy provided a highly skilled BBBJ.

So for the "guests" that Norma & Estephanie brought up (of their own accord) I was able to revise that stat upwards since I now received BBBJs from six of those seven walkers.

I made one final '100 p suckie' offer during walker month on Saturday, March 8th to Mari de Guadalajara. She countered with 150 p and I accepted 150 p for "toda".

Once in my Leyva room, Mari wanted to see a condom. When I was willing to produce one, she decided that she wanted 50 p more instead.

So while I consider a 200 p BBFS deal to be a success, it cannot count as a successful 100 p suckie offer. So at the end of walker month my sidewalk 100 p offer count now stands at seven acceptances out of nine offers.

Supplement 2.

Ever since my "Walker Month" in February-March I have made five subsequent trips to La Zona. I had a two day stay at the Hacienda de Santiago followed by a week at HDS (that was extended to 10 days due to my run-in with Ratera Estephanie). I also enjoyed two different week-long stays at hotel Leyva and also just finished up a two-day stay at the Leyva on Wedbesday.

My regular walker rotation (Norma, Lety, Estephanie / Fannie, Elizabeth & Renata) always spot me within an hour of my arrival in LZ and they generally fill up most of my dance card when I am in LZ. So I haven't been making many new offers-shit I haven't made an offer to a bar girl since January! Every new girl has only been offered 100 p for a BJ, but even those offers have been few and far between in my subsequent LZ visits. Yet I think now would be a good time to give an update, complete with these walker's stage names & revise my "success rate" numbers:

During Walker Month I wrote that my "cien pesos por suckie" were accepted in seven of nine offers. Since then I have only made three new 100 peso offers to three new chicas on the sidewalk. I started my week-long stay at the HDS with a 100 p offer to (psycho) Loreno and she accepted. While her basic BBBJ techniques were solid, she started whining and acting like my time was nearly ending after only about 5 or 6 minutes of cock gobbling. I asked "por mas" and got only another minute or two of BBBJ. So I then asked for "poquito mas" and was "granted" another minute before she started acting up again with whining sounds of exhaustion. So I called the session without popping (rare for an initial session of a trip) and paid Lorena 100 p To be a good guy, I even gave her one regalo item. Weeks later Lorena knocked at my door at the Leyva when Elizabeth was in my room. I sent Lorena away at the door and told her my HDS cita with her was "no bueno".

During that HDS stay, in the early morning hours, I made a 100 p offer to Ratera Estephanie, who said she wanted 200 p. She agreed to provide F / S for the 200 p and the rest of that eventful cita is detailed in my AlleyScat #55 trip report (from her grab 'and dash to my exchanges with the Tijuana policia).

This Monday night I found a new, attractive walker near the karaoke bar. Her stage name is Monica and she declined my 100 p offer without making a counter-offer.

So my new (year 2014) numbers for 100 p offers is eight acceptances out of twelve offers (two of the declined 100 p offers resulted in 200 p BBFS sessions, the other two resulted in failed negotiations).

The big change in my YTD tally has to do with chicas that were brought to my door for BBBJ threesome & foursomes by one of my 100 p BBBJ regular walker rotation members.

When I last did my tally in the prior post to this T / are thread, six of seven chicas brought in as invited guests provided BBBJ in exchange for 100 p + regalo. Those YTD numbers have just about doubled!

Firstly I realize that my original Walker Month report posts missed one girl. Sandra came as a guest of Norma back in March and performed well, even if she did hangout in my room longer than I wanted after the sex. During my long HDS stay Norma also arrived at my door with Priscilla for one BBBJ threesome. During another visit at HDS Norma brought in Teresa.

Teresa gave me the best BBBJ I have ever experienced & I look forward to repeating with her to receive more of her excellent deep throat abilities. Priscilla has returned on her own to my rooms at HDS and Leyva for BBFS sessions for which I pay her 150 p + dos regalos. The first time alone with Priscilla I paid her 150 p she asked for more money, but I declined to pay her more than what had been greed to. I think I was right in that decision since she has returned on her own three more times to get ravished for 150 p+reg again and again and again.

Another time I ran into Norma when she was standing in front of LOS Monitos with two of her amigas. Norma explained the program and all of us (Norma, Mary Lou and Sonia) went up to my Leyva room for a 100 p BBBJ foursome. Mary Jo made a repeat visit with Estephanie / FannieNorma Tuesday afternoon.

Later on Tuesday Mary Lou came a knockin' almost on her own. (Abuelita) Mary Lou had brought a very tall, much younger chica named Michelle with her.

Since Elizabeth was already in my room, I enjoyed a foursome fluff cita that progressed into a very nice session with Elizabeth after MJ and Michelle left with their 100 p and earner gift.

This particular foursome (with Liz, ML and tall Michelle) was interesting for several reasons. About a month earlier Elizabeth had told me that she did threesomes but nor foursomes, so I got to tease her at how easily one of her "rules" got broken.

During the foursome, Michelle was a little resistant. I think she wanted to just remain clothed and suck my nipples. But after just a little initial resistance, Michelle allowed and participated with my DFK advances. I think Michelle would have preferred to slip into the background during this foursome, but I wasn't going to let new-to-me talent off the hook that easy.

I was alternating DFK with Liz on my left and Michelle on my right (as MJ sucked) when Liz excused herself to get a second fruit juice and to bring us all cold jugo boxes. With just MJ and Michelle in la cama I asked them to switch positions. It seemed that Michelle was also not planning on taking her turn in sucking on my lollipop! When that happened I told Mary Jo that Michelle apparently was not going to earn any regalo. Mary Jo explained / translated that to Michelle, who immediately decided to get gobbling.

Estephanie / Fannie has also brought new talent with her to my room for 100 p BBBJ threesomes, namely her amiga Jessica. I've also been introduced to Mara when I stayed at the HDS. I can't recall if it was Norma or Fannie that brought Mara to my door. Things got confusing in the swirl that brought Mara to my room. Her "sponsor" left when Elizabeth arrived at my door, so the initial threesome with Mara had Elizabeth (not her sponsor) as the accompanying chica. By sheer coincidence Mara has participated in two more BBBJ threesomes, both of those also with Elizabeth.

So my "good behaving' invited guests" count is now 13 successful 100 p BBBJ group sex citas out of 14 attempts.

Supplement 3.

I enjoyed a one week trip to LZ that ended on the first Wednesday in August.

I made two more "suckie por cien pesos" offers and both were accepted (the drugged out skank Marianna and Alejandra de Obregon).

Additionally Mary Lou brought up Tall Michelle again and this time she was all in on the cheap BBBJ program right from the start.

So this brings my year 2014 count up to ten acceptances out of fourteen offers.

No entirely new-to-me BBBJ artists were procured by my freelancers during this last trip, so my "good behaving invited guests" count stood steady at 13 successful 100 p BBBJ group sex citas out of 14 attempts.

I wonder if I should be offering a fee or propina to my gals for their procurement efforts?

When I had a three-person discussion with my QW and Elizabeth about how Norma and the others have invited guest up to my room to meet me, they both expressed a belief that the new chicas are likely paying a commission to my regulars in order to accompany them to my room.

Oh yea if you find your self headed to Tijuana and you are passing through Oceanside I recommend a pit stop at Tony's Sportsbar start your trip off with the best bloody mary this side of the Pacific.I met Tony himself on Tuesday night. He was waiting in line at the border crossing with his family members and friends.

Tony told my amigos and I that his bar mixed the best Bloody Mary's in San Diego along with 220 different beers. He told us to stop by that evening and he would have his bartender pour us free drinks.

Well you can't tell that to an SUV full of Tijuana mongers without having the prospects stop in immediately.

We tried to collect on the offer, but by the time we got out to Oceanside Harbor. Tony's Sportsbar was closed for the evening.

I am reviewing crossing times for the border tomorrow (have SENTRI) and the Blue Line train times. Not sure either are correct as it two nearly two hours from American station to the border when I came down this week. They are claiming it's a 45 minute trip. Has anyone ever crossed back into USA with small baggage? Not sure if it gets scanned, etc.

Thanks

ThanksAll bags go through the machine once you pass immigration. DO NOT bring anything questionable back. These guys will find it.

I had a couple scams happen yesterday, but none too serious.

Second, one of the vendors in Hong Kong bumped me and removed about five or six one dollar bills from my front right pocket.
Two words: "Cargo Pants. " I used to wear simple jeans or khakis and constantly worried about pickpockets. Now, I've switched to cargo pants (or shorts) with at least 6 deep pockets that can be securly closed with a zipper or button. It certainly isn't 100% secure, but it is a lot better than normal pants.

I responded of course, but for drinks and girls, not leeches.About 5 years ago the military started imposing limits on Tijuana travel. I don't believe there is an all-out ban, but I think those trips need to be preapproved with different rules for different people. I'm familar with one ship where E6 and below require completeing special paperwork while E7 and up (including all officers) just sign out and go whenever they want. I don't see too many people that look and act like US military. If anybody knows what the US military rules really are, I'd be interested in seeing them. As far as I'm concerned, the US has gotten too pollitically correct. The bravest men we have are not allowed to sample pleasures of the flesh even when traveling to places where it is legal (think Tailhook and Secret Service in South America).

When walking over the border yesterday morning about six fifteen, the border was backed up for hours. I stayed right by the shops and passed all the folks in line since I had SENTRI. After finally getting to the US area there was no line in any lane. The Mexican authorities had closed the gates that lead to the general line. Absolutely no passengers in the facility when I arrived. They allowed me to pass with the SENTRI identification as the right lane door was open. Can't figure out why the Mexican authorities would cause such a backlog since you don't go through their people when leaving the country.

Society in general is far too sensitive these days. Anyway, here is summary of the order dated 2009 and still in effect for military.

Violence by criminal activities in border towns with Mexico raises concerns. As such, if you want to travel, regardless of rank, you much complete a leave request form (no going over the weekend without taking leave). A brigade commander (O-7 or above must approve all requests). Risk management will determine requests and look at things such as visitation of family members. The members involved must have completed anti-terrorism training in the previous twelve months. The traveler must check-in with the duty officer in person upon return (A long-standing courtesy is that officers and senior enlisted non-commissioned officers can usually do this by phone).

With the computer systems around today, I would not want to risk it if I was active duty military. The border patrol definitely knows who comes in the USA. Some computer somewhere has to be tracking that information.

Happens all the time.

Sorry if this doesn't belong here, I didn't see anywhere else to ask this. Outside of mongering if one were going on a trip for a little over a week, what sites are there to see. What else is there to do but P4P? My Spanish is terrible so that would need to be considered LOL.

Thanks in advance.

That rule is clearly more restrictive than I realized. Most ships operate with an O-5 or O-6 in command. I must be mistaken when I thought one ship allowed E7 and up to travel just by signing up for it.

No wonder we don't see US Military men in Zona Norte.

Thanks in advance. For me it's just going back in time to a more simple society, that's what I like second most. In Tijuana there are great places to eat, everybody loves the taco stands on the streets, me too. My favorite right now is Caesars Restaurant on Revolucion.

There are casinos, dog racing (fun), Rosarita Beach (20 minutes), Revolucion Blvd, and cultural stuff (never been).

Go further south (30 minutes) and there is the Baja wine country, Valle De Guadalupe, which has great wineries all over, been there and was happy I did.

Further yet (1 HR) you will find Ensenada which is a nice town w / great dining and better beaches than Rosarita's. Ensenada is a stop for cruise ships so the town is set up for tourism. On the south side of town there is an attraction called, The Blow Hole, it's a rock formation on the coast.

Other guys should know much more than I but will they help you, maybe.

That's what I got, have fun.

New to this kind of action. The wife and I would like to visit Tijuana in the future and was wondering if these bars are wife friendly (Hong Kong and Adelitas)? Also anybody tried taking their own wife or girlfriend for some fun there? And if so, how hard was it hard to find a Chica that would be down for it? I know money talks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Newbie on this board, but Senior on the US board looking for a little advise.

I've been to Tijuana several times, enjoying Adelitas and HK.

However, I'm looking for a couple things different this time:

1. BBBJ. Every time in the past, it has been covered.

2. Two chicks. Preferably really into each other. For a threesome.

My Spanish is limited, so it's hard to communicate directly with dancers. Instead, in the past I've given the guy who serves me ten dollars and said I wanted him to bring me the hottest, sweetest chick. So far, that strategy has worked well.

Will that strategy work to get me what I want, or do I need to go other places or try something else?

Thanks for your help.

I've seen a shit load of couples in the bars. Mainly HK. Just have your wife bring her ID. Some places won't let her in without it. If you got the right cash and chemistry you will defidnetly get a chica to join you and your wife / girlfriend. Have fun

So far, that strategy has worked well. Those waiters will bring you the hottest, sweetest girl in the place just because he wants a $1 tip when you buy her a drink. Or, just point out whoever you think is the hottest and he will bring her right to you. Giving him $10 really isn't necessary, but it sure made his day.

Starting off, I want to apologize in advance for the length of this post. Also, I'the like to thank all the posters on this and the USA Sex Guide site. I RTFF from several years back and there really is a wealth of information. The recommendations of streets, bars, and hotels all came into play as I made my maiden voyage about 1 month ago. I need to confess that I have a few distinct advantages in Tijuana. Most importantly, I am fluent in Spanish. Also, I am young enough (and look a bit younger than my age) to relate to lots of these 20 and 30 something year old girls. I don't want to dissuade any older gents from going to La Zona Norte because the bottom line is that money talks. I am just realizing that for the next few years, I'll be in a unique position to relate to the older and younger girls. I'm not really a wham-bam type. I like a little conversation, a sweet personality and THEN a good screw. This report will focus on my most recent trip, Sun Dec 16th to Mon Dec 17th. I choose Sundays because I don't want to deal with long lines at the border, higher prices for pussy / hotel, and bars that are standing room only. I understand that the hottest chicks are available on weekend nights but I don't usually go for the perfect 10's. I like cute girls. Girl next door types. Still attractive, just not the bombshells that bend everyone's necks as they go by. I made a couple of scouting missions in the last month (all Sun to Mon) that laid the groundwork for this trip. My original goal was to break my personal record of having sex with 4 different women in a 24 hour period. Thanks to a little help from some pharmaceuticals, I blew that record out of the water.

I decided to stay at the Hotel Leyva, next to the Chicago Club. It has free parking and is 1 block away from the madness that is Ciahuia and the alley. Noise is not as big an issue there as at hotels next to and above Hong Kong and Adelitas. I crossed the border and made a beeline for the Zona giving the TJPD as little chance as possible to pull me over. I have never walked across the border. I figure I'the rather sit in my car listening to my radio and screwing around on my smart phone than stand in line. Check out time at the Leyva is 1 pm and I usually leave around noon or 1 pm. The border wait on my 3 recent trips was 20 min the first two times and 2. 5 hours the last one. I didn't realize that it was a Mexican holiday to celebrate their revolution and I'm guessing this caused the traffic jam because lots of Mexican citizens with visas were crossing into USA on their day off. My non-holiday border wait times were quick so do your homework and consult a Mexican calendar. A parking option if you want to drive into to Tijuana but do not have a hotel is to park at the Plaza Rio. It is an American style shopping center with secure parking. It is 24 hours, gated, and you need your parking ticket to exit which makes it very secure. It is about a 5 dollar cab ride from the Zona. The time I parked there, I only parked there about 4 hours and it was reasonably priced. Anyways, this time I arrived at my hotel around 6 pm paid 320 pesos (approx $23 USD) and hit the streets. I always change money to pesos as this will definitely save you money in the long run. Being a Spanish speaker also gives me an advantage because I can build a rapport with the cabbies, bartenders, taco guys, and most importantly, the chicas. I'm hoping I'm avoiding getting the gringo prices.

I popped a generic Cialis and hit a local non-brothel bar (El Taurino?) on Constitution / Artculo 123 for 20 peso beers ($1.41 USD! While I soaked up the super power from my pill. I then went looking for a couple of girls I had fun with a few weeks ago. They work near a small upstairs hotel on Constitution. Carla is a very petite, fair skinned, innocent faced spinner cutie who is around 25 yo and 100 lbs soaking wet. Mariana, 28 yo, 5'9 with tan skin, long legs, and a nice set of see-cups is her friend. I had a 3-some 3 weeks ago with them but I was pressed for time and knew it would be much better if we were to meet up again. This was our time! They totally remembered me and we chatted for a couple of minutes. We agreed on 600 pesos for them and the room fee was 120. (9 bucks) As I learned in this forum, tip the counter girl to avoid a quick knock at the door. We went upstairs and these girls and I just clicked. Joking and talking for a bit, we started to get undressed and these girls were really at ease with me. I had already committed to a 100 peso tip if they were sweet to me and this definitely helped my cause. I laid back with one on each side and for the next 5 minutes rubbed asses, boobies, and pussies while they stroked up and down my chest, torso, cock, and legs. Then Mariana applied the cover and started to give me a CBJ with fantastic suction. I popped my thumb into her and she started to grind on my hand. Meanwhile I sucked away on Carla's little be-cups and eventually found her wet spot with my other hand. Mariana took the initiative and decided to take a seat on my dick. She started with a slow grind and eventually turned around to face me using her nice long legs to ride me good. Carla stayed close at my side and we were all moving in unison. I flipped Mari to mish and gave her a good pounding. I basically repeated the same sequence with Carla except she is so small that she is very easy to handle and hold. While Mariana rides like a true Mexican cowgirl, Carla likes to lie on top, put her arms around my neck and be fucked from underneath. She bounced her little ass in rhythm and really liked when I guided her waist, butt, and thighs with my hands. The whole time Mariana was kissing my neck and chest. I laid Carla in her side and went for the finish. One arm around her and one arm around Mari who was lying right next to her. It was a total turn-on making eye contact with Mari while I pounded her friend. There were boobs and butts bouncing all over the place and I finally blew a huge load. We cleaned up and had a sweet group hug before walking back to the lobby. We all agreed that it was a super erotic experience and we should try and see each other again. I threw down the 100 peso tip I promised. This brought their total to 700 mx. ($50 USD) A great start to my night!

I walked down the alley of love and scoped out the talent. I then had my only scary incident since I started going to Mexico. I walked into the Valentina Bar to take a peek. It was dead and I decided to head out. As I was leaving, a big drunk Latino in full cholo gear approached me by the bar. He looked like a typical So Cal gangbanger and spoke English like someone who was from East LA or another ghetto area. He was a big guy, maybe 6'3 260 lbs and he tried to get me to stay. I told him I was looking for my friends and headed outside. I thought I was in the clear until I heard his voice in my ear. He had followed me outside and was asking if I wanted to score some drugs. He was really drunk and aggressive and I did my best to keep my distance. I just kept walking and eventually he lost interest. About 10 steps later, I saw 2 TJPD officers and thought about turning him in but decided to keep my mouth shut. I just avoided that side of the alley the rest of the night and assumed that the guy would talk himself into jail at some point. The last thing I need is some Tijuana drug guy after me. I would have to classify this as a freak occurrence. There are way too many cops for troublemakers like this to thrive in the Zona. I had a couple more beers at Karla's Bar then headed outside again. In front of the Cascadas Bar I saw a girl-next-door type with curvy hips and dressed in jeans and a long sleeved shirt. Her name is Lucero and we quickly worked a deal and went upstairs. I'll admit, she looked really cute fully clothed but was a little loose around the middle when she stripped. Nothing too bad, just not as shapely as you can find everywhere in the Zona. She gave good service though and I enjoyed her nice CBJ and bent her over doggie style. I was still recovering from my threesome and realized after 20 minutes that I might have to call it quits. I faked my finish and she wiped me up. I know it's a marathon, not a sprint and decided to save my energy for later in the night. Either way, I got my money's worth because I was getting fucked and sucked the entire time as promised. Total for the girl and the room was 400 mx. (approx $28 USD).

I grabbed a couple of tacos from the place on the corner closest to the north entrance of Hong Kong Bar. The street cart and the one on the corner are the same place, same owner. I've never gotten sick and the tacos are really tasty although I skip the onions since the chicas don't like strong breath. I crossed the street to the Tropical Bar and ordered a beer. This is one of the many places that has 2 for 1 beers. It is geared more towards local clientele and doesn't attract many gringos. I doubt there would be any issue for a gringo but the music is definitely in Spanish. I had about 4 beers while surveying the scene. There were some slim cuties with nice bodies but one girl stood out for me. She was a bit curvier and thicker than most and was really dressed down. Most of the girls were wearing short skirts and high heels which is the norm all over the Zona. My girl wore sandals, jeans and a loose fitting top. She is about 5'4 140 lbs but with a pretty Latin smile and big brown eyes. A little thick but I liked her curves. I wasn't even sure she worked there. I made eye contact a few times and she eventually she got the hint and came over to me. We chatted for a few and I bought her a drink. Super sweet and engaging, we talked for about 30 min. I asked if she'the like to go somewhere else and she explained that she was working and obligated to stay until 5 am. The deal was made and I (falsely) explained that my time and funds were limited for the night. We worked a deal for 550 mx ($40 USD) for her plus the room fee. The bar offered a take out fee of 100 USD which I politely declined. I played the naive guy with no Zona experience with her and she bought in completely. I think that is why she gave me a good rate. That, and the fact that she was getting absolutely no action from anyone else. I think the room was 150 mx but I was pretty buzzed at this point and I'm not positive. Once the door closed, we hugged, and started making out. She had previously lived in the US so we had really had a nice chat at the bar and I think she was kind of digging me as a person. I'm guessing that's why she tongue kissed me because that was the first time that has ever happened to me while mongering in Latin America. I slowly peeled her out of her jeans and sat on the edge of the bed for a better view as I lifted up her loose top. My eyes popped out as I revealed a beautiful set of DD's. The loose top camouflaged them well and I spun her around to undo her bra strap. I unleashed her beautiful juggs slowly and kissed and sucked them slowly. She rubbed the back of my head and started to moan. Fellas, these were big, round, full tits. The kind you can see when she is facing away from you! To top it off, she has big brown areoles with nipples as big as my pinkie finger. Worthy of the pages of a big boob magazine. We laid on the bed and she wrapped her boobs around my bare cock and I was in heaven. We applied the cover and she hopped on top of me and asked me to suck her nipples while she grinded on me. We fit together perfectly and she worked my dick deep into her while I smothered myself in her chest. This girl bucked her ass and hips for 10 minutes before I flipped her over to doggie. I had to see those tits bounce while I pounded her from behind. Finally to mish then put her on her side. I hammered with all I had while watching her ass and tits moving to the rhythm. I finally dumped my 2nd load of the evening in this beauty and laid next to each other for the next 5 minuted until the knock came at the door. We exchanged numbers and plan on seeing each other on her off day. Weak in the knees, I staggered across the street checked to make sure my girl wasn't watching me, and walked into Adelitas Bar to catch my breath and have a nightcap.

I rolled in about 1 am about 10 beers deep. I always sit at the bar in these places because I hate being pestered by the obnoxious waiters. I try and be nice because life in Mexico is difficult and they are trying to make ends meet like the rest of us but damn, they get on your nerves after a while. My solution, find a place at the bar and deal with the bartender only. I posted up at the bar by the main entrance and watched the stage show. A sexy brunette named Esther approached me. She wore a short black dress and jet black hair walked by and made eye contact. About 30 yo, she was curvy and sweet. Sure enough she sat next to me. I was in no condition to partake but she tried hard. Sweet and seductive, she purred into my ear and I have to say, Cialis is amazing! My dick started to swell and she rubbed it to full attention. I wanted to avoid the full price and asked her what time she was off. 5:30 was her response and I invited her back to my room. We exchanged #'s and made an early morning date. I needed to recharge my balls and sleep off the 12 pack I drank. Here's another hot tip. Buy a base model prepaid Telcel phone for 300 pesos at the Oxxo or 7-11. It comes with 100 minutes (I think) and is a small investment for mongering and safety purposes south of the border. Since my USA cell doesn't work in Mexico it saved the day as I wouldn't have been able to contact my Adelitas girl.

Esther was a woman of her word. She called me and came right over to my room. What service! I was a little groggy but she was cool and patient with me while I woke up. She seemed relieved to be off of work and we ended up talking up a storm. She eventually got under the covers and her sexy curvy body got my cock hard once again. She disappeared under the covers and gave me a nice covered BJ. It was nice seeing my sheet bob up and down while the sun was starting to rise outside. She rode me reverse cowgirl then made a move where she wrapped her legs under mine and pounded her ass up and down. A true pro. She made sure I got my nut by giving me multiple positions. I finished in doggie and she took it like a champ. She definitely wasn't a GFE but not robotic either. I doubt there are many GFE types at Adelitas Bar. Too high volume for that in my opinion. Esther was nice and gave good service but I preferred the street girls and my Tropical Bar girl. The cost was 800 mx. ($57 USD) That is the reason I like street girls. Still good service for a fraction of the price. Esther was sweet though and I'm glad I tried her. She said she was going to the gym and I went back to sleep bringing an end to my first night / morning. Day Two to follow.

Because my travel plans changed for the Thanksgiving week, I decided to spend more time in Tijuana; not a bad option. Monday afternoon, I had some cash, so I was checking out the three cambios closest to the walk-in border entrance. I stood where I could see all three cambios, all within rock throwing distance, and I noticed that the one near Mac Donald's and the other near the immigration exit were both at 13.34. But for whatever reason, the one closest to the walking path, in the market, was at 13.46. But still there was a line of people at the one near Mac Donald's; WTF? Guess where I changed my money?

Checked in at the Ticuan, got the room, and then waited in the bar for my "Better late than never" favorite girl. After about 30-40 minutes, she called in a panic saying that traffic was bad and she would be later than ever. But, I was in a nice bar watching Monday night football, so it was no big deal. Once she showed up, we settled in the back corner. She explained that her taxi driver got stopped for speeding, but he was lucky enough to pay Tijuana's finest for the ticket.

We had a couple of drinks while looking for a new restaurant on Trip Advisor to try after rack operations in the room. She liked the pictures from Villa Marina, so I wrote down all the information for the taxi driver. After a great session in the room, she tells me that she was hungry, but I already knew that. It's Monday night, why not have a taxi fiasco night? I asked the driver if he knew where the restaurant was, and he kind of said that he did. The key words: kind of.

It was clear that he did not have a fucking clue because he walked over to talk to another driver. The other driver gave him precise directions, I knew that because he was using his hands and pointing! So the adventure started! We traveled over the mountain and through the woods to find grandmother's restaurant; no luck! Soon the cabbie was stopping people on the street and asking for their expert advice; no luck again! So I just happened to have an idea, I thought, "Hey, why don't we just call the fucking restaurant!" The restaurant gave directions to the driver on my cell phone; BINGO!

We finally get to the restaurant and I gave the driver the agreed amount, and no more! We both liked the restaurant and the food. My girl got a butt load of seafood soup and I got the stuff chicken (not a seafood fan) with a sweet mole sauce. I also had the black bean and shrimp soup. With three adult beverages and tip, it was less than fifty bucks. She called her driver and headed back home after he arrived. I grabbed a different cab and headed to my second home; la coahuila.

For a Monday night, I was surprised of the amount of chicas available in la coahuila; clubs and streets. There was a lot of talent in HK and AB. I met a couple of new girls in BT and Playboy. Usually I don't stop in PB, but I decided sit at the bar and check out the girls. There were a couple of lookers in the bar, but not enough to keep my attention. Final stop was CC, and yes, it was quite deader than normal; if there is a normal. Just chatted with who I think is the best bartender in the cantinas, and headed back to the Ticuan with my designated taxi driver that sits outside the club.

Just a reminder to all, this is the holiday season and the folks in la coahuila become more desperate than ever; this includes the girls, rateros, and the wonderful police officers! Watch your back and never let your guard down! And for christ's stake, do your best to think with your BIG head!

So IMHO, Mondays don't suck in Tijuana!

Seriously, sometimes these taxistas have no brain. It's directly opposite the Hotel Lucerna, isn't it? About two blocks from Office Depot, home of the best damn taco truck in Tijuana.

I've driven past it a zillion times. How is the food. Is it worth a repeat?

Those waiters will bring you the hottest, sweetest girl in the place just because he wants a $1 tip when you buy her a drink. Or, just point out whoever you think is the hottest and he will bring her right to you. Giving him $10 really isn't necessary, but it sure made his day. Thanks for the feedback. In my experience a good tip to the waiter up front pays off. There were several girls that I thought were hot that he said not to touch. The one's I've end up with have been beautiful with a great attitude. Ten bucks well spent in my book.

Both 1 and 2 shouldn't be a problem at HK a bit more of a challenge at AB. BBBJ is common at HK the past few years. Would say 2 our of 3 if not more do it. Would advise not trying to get the best service at a fair price from a main stage dancer, especially a pole artist. Those that dance the bar or small stage are easier imo.

Or even the ones who just stand around or sit together. Despite their being highly obnoxious the waiters can be your best friend but you have to weed them out like you do the girls.

Thanks for the advise of the board to point me in the right direction!

As a review, I was looking for two things in Tijuana:

1. BBBJ.

2. Two girls, hot and into each other.

My journey:

Things got off to a suck start as it was raining pretty hard, and I had no umbrella or even coat with a hood.

The walk was longer than my last trip (maybe a year or two ago?) as they have re-routed where you enter Mexico. I parked in a lot that used to be convenient (near duty free) and found it now sucks. As you must cross over a pedestrian bridge. Once you get in MX, you've got to go over another pedestrian bridge to get to taxi spot. Altogether, lot of walking in the elements!

Started off at HK.

I was bum-rushed by the red haired dude with two girls within 5 min of sitting down. The two girls were only average looks, so wasn't tempted to try to get them both to the room (I'm sure they would have). I shooed them away, and walked around for a bit.

I forgot how sexy the shaving cream girls are! One was 8/10 and the other 7/10. Free reign to play with their clit or penetrate for a dollar. Lot of pussy grinding etc. Altogether, quite hot.

Note: My first waiter was very slow bringing back my change. I approached one of the to the jefe's (dude with the walkie talkie) and within about 2 seconds dude is back with change. I had forgotten to look at his number when he took my number, so I may have been screwed. Just a reminder to note the number of the guy serving you.

No specific girl caught my eye, and I was a bit hungry so I decided to head toward Adelita.

I stopped at the Montecarlo grill between HK and Adelitas. The Carne Asada, Rice, Beans and Salad were great. All with a drink for ten dollars. While I was eating, a smoking hot brunette in black and white thigh-highs and a trench coat walked in with a fashion magazine. She was chatting with the cash register girl. More on this chick later.

Adelitas was a bit slow, but I decided to grab a beer and look around. I tried my trick of tipping the waiter to bring me the best chick, but this time it really didn't work. He was a bit of a newb, and not very helpful.

After a trip to the banos, I spotted thigh-high girl next too another smoking hot spinner with bleached blond hair.

Thigh-high girl's name is Angela. 5'4", 25 ish, 110 lb, SMOKING ASS, and bolt-ONS.

Blondie's name is Nichole, nearly the same proportions, but nice sized naturals.

Operation commenced! I made the command decision to sacrifice #1 (BBBJ) if need be, as these girls are 9/10 - serious model quality.

The verdict:

6 each. Total $. 2.

The bodies of both girls exceeded my expectations, and both were super sweet. Little bit of PSE & GSE.

However, no BBBJ. And I couldn't go directly from one to the other as I imagined. They each wanted to use a separate condom.

Also, while they feigned to be into each other, this really didn't extend beyond playing with each others boobs. I was hoping for some sweet lesbian action.

So I got a CBJ and CFS from each, while directing the other to masturbate, show me her pussy and ass etc.

Altogether, it was a blast and not something easily attained in the States. (Certainly not with those looks at those prices).

I'd recommend either Nichole or Angela (with a slight edge going to Angela because of her unbelievable ass).

Best of luck and hit me up for advise if travelling in the states.

Phordphan, either you have some basis for your statement or you're an idiot just making stuff up just to hear yourself talk. Let's examine:

Where exactly are these eagle-eyed finance gurus employed by the puta bars that so closely monitor FX rates? Does each bar's delegation monitor independently or do they work in collaboration? What floor does HK's finance dept occupy in One World Trade Center? Or perhaps HK's delegation is too and important for NY so they are HQ'd in London's Canary Wharf? You must know them personally in order to make such a statement, right? They must be so important their identities must be kept in secret because not one of Tijuana's 1. 4 million residents / tourists have ever seen or heard of these guys. So who are they? Are they friends of yours? Surely they must have PhD's or at least MBA's right? Harvard educated? Or perhaps Oxford or Yale? Do these finance gurus have any influence in the global FX markets? Do they send a delegation to Wall Street? Or perhaps Central District of Hong Kong? So that would be a delegation from the Tijuana puta bar Hong Kong in the city of Hong Kong. I wonder if it leads to any "Who's on First" moments. Or does HK just utilize a more economical but just as effective strategy and just pay a homeless guy 20 pesos to sit in front of the nearest casa de cambio and report any changes?

On December 9, 2013 the peso traded at 12.85. And today it trades at 14.36. With countless fluctuations in between. HK's rate was 12.5 then and, hold on, let me make sure this is right since it changes so much. Ok. 12.5 now! So since then the dollar has appreciated 11.75%. So, exactly how many thousands of times has HK adjusted their tipo de cambio since then? 1000 times? 5000? Wait! I know the answer! It's ZERO times! They so closely monitor the FX rates "like hawks" so they can adjust their tipo de cambio ZERO times? I must be blind but I've never seen the FX rate ticker at HK. They must have one because they are so sensitive to FX fluctuations that they conduct all their business with real time calculations, right?. Where exactly is it posted? Have you ever paid for a drink and when the mesero returned with your change, which of course you counted correctly with relish, was more or less than you expected due to the FX rate fluctuation in the previous 2 minutes? Or have you ever taken a chica upstairs and she demanded more after the encounter due to the amount the peso depreciated during the session?

Please, Phordphan, enlighten the board on HK's FX rate policies since obviously you are an insider with tons of valuable knowledge. Or is Phordphan just a phrivolous dumb phuck who lives in a phantasy world phull of phiction who's phorte is writing phake phables? Quite phunny.

Not much to talk about, but I figure I'll post an actual TR just to show that I'm not all show and no go.

The rain had eased a bit on Wednesday, so I headed down. I was to meet one of my regulars, we'll call her Mrs. Jones. Like the song, we meet in the same place, same time, etc. , when she can get away from hubby.

I stopped at a BevMo, or someplace, and picked up some "airline" bottles of tequila. Yes, it's cheaper in Tijuana but not as convenient.

Of course, I was on time, she was late. So, I wandered Revu for a bit, snagged a generic vitamin V, and hung around. I asked Bozo the pharmacist to cut the pill in half. So, he went in the back, broke it with his hands and gave it back. It looked like about a 60/40 split. Bienvenidos a Tijuana. :)

Mrs. J showed up and we split. I decided on someplace besides our usual Mansion haunt, so we headed out Via Rapida to another place. The Villa Dorada and Via motels are nice changes of pace. Tijuana is crawling with such motels, but these ones are rather nice and convenient. I'm always surprised at the quality of the food in these places, too. It's not Mision 19, but not bad considering you're a captive audience.

BTW, does anybody have any info on Motel Paraiso on 9th in Centro? I was going to try that, as it's close to our pickup spot, but it looked closed due to the rain.

I'd picked up some Patron Anejo, Arrogante Anejo (never had this before) and some Cazadores Anejo. Well, Mrs. J Bogarted the Patron and I only got a taste. She hated the Arrogante, but I rather liked it. It was smokier than the Patron, more like mezcal. Cazadores is OK, but doesn't hold a candle to Patron, or Don Julio.

After a couple of sips we couldn't contain ourselves and started in like a couple of horny high-school kids. What Mrs. J lacks in looks she more than makes up in sheer passion. Damn, if these Mexican chicas aren't passionate. That's one thing I like about these chicas.

Right in the middle of making out my phone rings. I have caller ID, but it doesn't work in Mexico. So, I can't tell if it's a telemarketer or somebody important. So, I always have to answer. I did. It was a client and I needed to take the call. I'm standing there discussing their issue when Mrs. J decides that she's bored. She comes over, kneels down, yanks down my chonis and proceed to administer a rather nice BBBJ. Unfortunately, it made it very difficult to concentrate on the task at hand. She kept pausing, looking up and smiling, and then starting back to work again. I finally got off the phone, not a moment too soon.

I won't bore everybody with the remainder of the sordid details. But when we finished both we and the tequila were exhausted. After a quick 5 minute nap, and a quick shower we got ready to go. Man, 3 hours goes by quickly when you're having fun.

After I dropped her off I crossed via a rather short SENTRI line and headed home. Traffic sucked and it was a long drive. However, vali la pena. Total damage, outside of fuel, was the price of the motel, the tequila, and about 120 pesos for room service. You got to love Mexico.

The dollar has gained 10% against the peso over the past three months but no one has mentioned it. So I'm curious. Does that mean that most of you don't bother to exchange your dollars for pesos when you're in Tijuas?

Does that mean that most of you don't bother to exchange your dollars for pesos when you're in Tijuas?I have been using pesos all week. You are more likely going to get a better rate at an established cambio than individual businesses that make up their own rate IE. A hotel minus a few exceptions like Soriana Xoxo and some gas stations.

And HK has not adjusted their tipo do cambio as of yet. In fact, I think they've may have adjusted it once, if at all, the past 3 years. So basically it is a proven fact that HK doesn't care at all about FX rate fluctuations. But curiously there seems to be one member of this board that seems to think HK monitors FX rates "like hawks" in order to basically take no action at all in 2-3 YEARS.

Hopefully you guys can bury the hatchet and move on from attacking each other so that the rest of us can use this board as intended.

BTW, there is a new club next to the Seafood Restaurant half a block from Tropicals. I think it's named Dolce & Gabanna for some stupid reason. Pretty girls and nice layout. Unfortunately, they designed the club so that there isn't much privacy. Everyone sits at the outer walls facing each other. And there is too much lighting. It feels like you're at a shopping mall. On the other hand, the girls are young and attractive and the ratio of men to women tend to be low, even on a Saturday night. It seems like a nice place to get away to after the Sausage-fest battle at Hong Kong on a Weekend. It is what one would consider a "Classier" place.

There are some dimes in there but its basically following the pricing like the girls in HK. You can negotiate just like HK. Their hotels are about 3 notches below Cascadas. I stop there because the drinks are 241. Don't fall for the VIP room crap here. You don't get to fuck the girl there unless your brad pitt or have repetoire with the girl.

BTW, does anybody have any info on Motel Paraiso on 9th in Centro? I was going to try that, as it's close to our pickup spot, but it looked closed due to the rain.

Rents for 200 pesos 6 hours if you ask for the promotion, week days. No wifi, no climate control, lousy tv but who cares. Test the bed first, some are way saggy.

Expect another adjustment soon.

What is the charge for a Saturday stay at hotel leyva.Their cheapest singles (located in the oldest part of the hotel) rents for 340 pesos plus a 20 p key deposit on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

They are 60 pesos less on the other nights of the week. Weekly rents are probably around 1,700 pesos.

I also recently rented a double room in the (relatively) newer tower portion of the hotel for 450 p on Friday and weekend nights and 60 p less the other nights.

Weekly rates for the doubles are either 1,950 p or 1,875 p.

Singles in the tower are priced in between these two other options.

Yes I have stayed other places but just have some comfort level knowing the place for so long.

Have fun!

The last time I went down to Tijuana was back in June. As I stated then, my biggest issue is the alibi. This time, I did some planning. I also made sure I had a Passport Card so I could use the Ready Lane. I needed to make sure my wait time was short enough that I could go down and back in one day. I live 100 miles north of the border. My goal was to be down at the club at about 10:30 am and leave in time to be home by 6:00 pm.

Traffic going south starting at 8:30 isn't too bad. By the time I got to the northern part of SD county, it was after 9:30 and most people were at work. I parked at the same place as last time, behind the Jack in the Box and crossed over around 10:45. When I got to the spot where you pass by the line going back to the US, there wasn't anybody in the Ready Lane. So I thought I was going to be in good shape when I came back in the afternoon.

I walked over the bridge to the taxi stand and said, "Hong Kong". He actually dropped me off in front of Adelitas. I paid him $5 and headed into Adelitas. I looked around and it was pretty quiet. But that is what I expected. So I wasn't disappointed. I saw one tall girl that I liked, but didn't want to settle in yet. So I looked around a bit more and headed back out, knowing that it was early in the shift and that I could probably find her later. I knew I was early, so I wasn't in a rush to sit down and drink or start negotiating.

Then, I walked into Las Chaveles. It was what I expected. Saw 4 girls. None were of my liking, so I turned around.

Finally, walked into Hong Kong. This is my favorite place. I just like the atmosphere. It's more lively than Adelitas. I sat down and ordered a beer from the mesero. He asked me if I wanted a girl. There was't too much selection, but I saw a cute one at the bar. As she walked over, I saw that she didn't have a great ass and she had a little pooch in the stomach area. But I wasn't going to marry her so I bought her a drink. We had a pleasant conversation despite my really terrible Spanish skills. It was the same conversation I had with all the girls. Como estas? Como se llama? Cuanto tiempo trabajar aqui? De donde? Cuantos hermanos / hermanas tienes? Te gustan musica? That is why I love Mexico. I don't need game. I just need to try. I bought her one drink and used my time to enjoy her small natural tits. She had a really cute face. But after the drink, I told her that I had just gotten there and maybe I would see her later. I didn't even try to negotiate, because I wasn't ready to go upstairs.

I did the same with another girl. She said she was 21 and I believed her. She was wearing a nice short, red dress. She looked good, but didn't have easy access to her tits. So after our drink, I thanked her and moved on.

After that, I couple of girls came up to me. I turned them away because they were both bigger girls. One of them was walking around only wearing a thong. I did grab her tits and tipped her a dollar. I like tits.

Finally I found a girl that I spent more than one drink on. She did a good job rubbing my cock while we drank. I ended up negotiating with her to go upstairs. She started at $70, but I got her down to $60. When we got upstairs, she asked for the money first. I told her I would give her the money afterwards (despues). I don't think we should pay up front. It gives the girls too much power. I was very clear with what I wanted prior to going up. I just wanted to make sure she delivered. We went back and forth for a while and I finally just got up, dressed, and left. I was out $17 bucks for the room, but I wasn't going to let her have the upper hand.

So I decided to go back to Adelitas and see what they had to offer. When I walked in, I wasn't too impressed. But then, I never am. Like I said, I like the atmosphere at Hong Kong better. But I knew that not all of the girls had to be good looking. I only needed one. So I walked around a bit and I did in fact find the perfect girl. She was thin, nice ass, natural tits, cute face. My perfect girl. She walked into the bathroom, so I stood just outside waiting for her to come out. She must have gone in just to check her lipstick / makeup because she came out right away. I smiled at her and grabbed her. We sat down and I got her a drink. She wasn't as touchy-feely as the girl I took up from Hong Kong but she was a real looker, so I bought her a second drink. As soon as I did, she sat on my lap and started grinding on me. During the second drink I asked her how much for going up? She quoted me $60 and I countered with $50. She accepted and I made sure she knew what I wanted. The only thing she wouldn't do is lick my balls (chupa mis bolas). I also made sure she knew that I would pay afterwards. We went upstairs and we had a great session. This girl was hotter than the girl from Hong Kong, she had a better attitude and I paid less. Just writing about it now gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

It was probably around 1:30 when we finished. I had planned on being back to the border by 2:00. But I wasn't totally satisfied coming all that way and only coming once. So I went back to Adelitas to see if I could find the tall girl I saw in the morning. I did see her, but she was sitting with another guy. So I planted myself with a beer and waited. While I was waiting, a few girls came up to me. I turned them all away. Except one. She had a hard body (she worked out a lot), big fake tits, blonde hair and braces. I'm not a huge fan of fake tits, but I liked the hard body. I bought her a drink and got straight to negotiating. She started at $60, but I got her down to $50. We went up and I had another great session. She had a great attitude and let me do just about everything I wanted. I enjoyed myself as much the second time.

As soon as the session ended, I went to the curb and grabbed a cab to the border. My cab driver spoke perfect English. He grew up in So Cal. He took me to the border where I found a very long line. I freaked out a bit because I was expecting to cross back fast. The Ready Lane was longer than the General lane. So I ended up standing in the General Lane. I should have spent a couple of minutes figuring out where the Ready Lane ended, because although it was physically longer, it moved much faster. In the end, it took me about 1 hour to get across. If I had gone in the Ready Lane, I think I would have shaved 15-20 minutes off that.

I was on the freeway by 3:30 and got stuck in traffic near Del Mar. I didn't expect that. I thought I was early enough. But despite the traffic, I reached San Clemente by 5:00 and was home before 6:00 easily. Since I am not used to drinking during the day, I was pretty tired. I guess I could have ordered waters, but I felt like I should be drinking while mongering.

It is getting close to the Holidays, so I probably won't go back down until February. The memories will have to last.

Hello everyone!

I wanted to take some time to introduce myself, I'm from Colorado, honestly a sex prison within sex prison, but you can read my reports under the same handle at the USA boards. I'm hoping to become an international monger in this life starting with Tijuana! Thanks to all of you who have contributed over the years I'm very prepared. I'm going primarily for the girls and the food (A special thanks to Phordphan and Tomjackin for the food recommendations, I have it all listed), some gambling too, and to learn a little Spanish. Oughta be an adventure! I'm not much of a drinker, but I am budgeting for alcohol to treat some of you Mongers to rounds. Would love to meet some of you guys cause finding monger friendly pals is a pain, there's this whole moral objection thing going.

Got everything ready to go, just trying to figure out the timing. The only time in January I could go is the 15th - 19th. I know that after the Holidays it is slow for a couple of weeks, would the girls be back in force by then (third weekend of the month)? My only other option really is about mid to late February if you guys think that would be better timing, let me know.

Either way, you'll be seeing me around and I look forward to being a contributor on this board.

Well about a block and a half East of Revo.

Phordphan had mentioned the place looked closed when he went by. As an after thought, it will always look that way as it is a typical sneak in and out with the neighbor's wife kind of place.

That overhead door opens into a parking area kind of a court yard setting, nothing fancy but it works. Just drive on in to the door and order up a room at the window. 200 pesos or $16 US they use around 12.50 to a dollar so best use pesos. Gives you an uninterrupted 6 hours with your honey. Can someone tell me what type of animals they have caged up near the desk? Cute little things whatever they are.

Next door to the West or left hand side is a Chinese restaurant, haven't tried it but rumor has it almost all customers are Chinese so maybe it's good. LOL.

This being such a slow moving board with the majority of members sub listless. LOL.

I did some research & think these 2 cute animals are muskrats or in that family. Hardly noticeable but very cute and I've never been one to take to hamsters or rats that have been so popular. Would not be surprised if it is illegal to keep muskrats captive in the politically correct United (repressed) States.

Sorry for the delay, here's day two! I rolled out of the rack around 9 am and knew I needed to get the ball rolling. I exited the Leyva and turned left passing in front of the Chicago Club. I crossed Calle Coahuila and hit "schoolgirl" corner. That look doesn't really do it for me so I slowly cruised up the street. I didn't want to go too far and hit the Hotel Irma where my threesome girls hang out. It was an awesome experience the night before with those two but I wanted no repeats. I bought a snack at a small store and turned around and headed back up the street. I saw a nice set of toned legs attached to a 5'5 115 lb cutie who flashed me her big Latina smile. Alondra has what the old timers would call "nice gams". She wore a red dress and I have to say that her thighs and calves were perfect. I chatted her up a bit and we negotiated a 250 mx ($18 usd) son ropa session. Went upstairs, tipped the counter lady and went into a very basic room. She let me undress her from my seat on the edge of the bed and I took my time peeling off the layers of dress, bra and panties. She is about 24 and has a pretty nice bod for someone who has a kid. The midsection was not as perfect as her gorgeous legs but still pretty nice and her boobs were misleading due to a padded bra. She's still a looker in my book though. She started with a covered BJ then I had her spin around and rubbed her tight ass and beautiful legs while she sucked away. It's funny how girls get turned on by different things and she really and truly liked her ass rubbed. I reached up between her legs from underneath and she started to grind her pussy on the underside of my arm while I rubbed and squeezed her cheeks. It got to the point that she was grinding on my arm more that sucking my dick but I was cool with it. If I can get a sex worker turned on, it leads to higher mileage for me in the long run. Her pussy was nice and moist and she spun around to ride me. I kept a firm grip of her ass and slowly lowered her onto my tip. It was nice and warm from the arm grinding and since she has been broken in from her profession, I slid into her quite easily. She had pulled her long brown hair back in a ponytail and looked really sexy as she bounced around on top of me. I flipped her into doggy for a bit and then she asked me to lay on my side. She slid in front of me in a spoon position and used her ass to fuck me in a circular motion. This felt awesome and I instinctually reached for her ass cheek and pulled her into me as she worked me towards climax. We cleaned up and I walked her to the store and bought her an OJ. We hugged and said goodbye. No phone so I'm not sure if I'll ever see Alondra again but it was a nice time for sure.

I really need to try and expand my horizons regarding food. I have tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The little place between Adelitas and HK looks good but I have yet to partake. I ventured a little way outside the Zona to try and expand my horizons but nothing caught my eye and I retreated to my trustworthy taco stands. I ventured back to my room at the Leyva, brushed my teeth, watched a little bit of TV and rolled back out around 11 am. I hit the alley and saw a girl who was just my type. I walked the length of the alley and circled back around on the other side. I know this risks losing my girl but it was a Monday morning with little competition and I always like to make a lap to make sure I'm not missing out on anything better. I didn't see anyone who compared to this delicious babe and crossed the street (alley) and went in to close the deal. Gabriela on the north side of the alley. From Constitucion, she would be about 30 paces down. She has a cute face with a medium dark (morenita) complexion. She doesn't really have indigenous features, just a bit on the darker side. I would say she is about 25 yo, 5'5 130 lbs. Her crowning glory are her thighs and her delicious rear end. It is the type of Latina shape that drives me crazy. She has a Coke bottle shape topped off by a nice set of see cup boobies. I also liked that she wears jeans instead of the cliché Tijuana hooker uniform of spandex or a mini skirt. I know fellas. It's a hooker zone but I don't like when they dress like hookers. I'm a strange bird at times. She invited me to the hotel for 250 but I was able to get her into my room for 1 hour sin ropa for 400. Off we went and within minutes we were back at the Leyva and she was letting me undress her. It's kind of a fetish of mine. I love to peel the layers off my girls before I screw them. Especially when I expose their tits. I'll take my time kiss them, and see how they respond. Some girls don't like it, and some girls like the fact that you are treating them like a normal person and taking the time to try and stimulate them erotically. Gabriela seemed to be ticklish so this didn't do much other than make her giggle. Anyways, I rubbed her up and down and helped her take off her jeans and panties. Her skin was so soft and her beautiful brown skin make her curves smooth and super hot. Her thighs and ass could get her on a Mexican variety show if she tried. So sexy to me. We did various positions and I quickly learned that she much prefers missionary to doggie. She seemed uncomfortable on top. I picked up on this and switched positions. I started slow and saw her gyrate her hips to the rhythm. I finished with her on her side and enjoyed the view of her ass and thigh in my hand while I pounded away. No complaining at all about time or anything else. I barely had anything left in the tank but somehow managed to soot a decent load into her. I got her number and threw her a cuveball. I asked if she would let me shave her pussy sometime because it was a bit hairy and I thought it would look fantastic hairless. She was a bit surprised but said we could figure out a price because she had always wanted to try it. Something to look forward to!

By now it was around noon and my time was running out. I went back to my room, packed my things and headed to the front desk to turn in my key and get my deposit back. Check out time is 1 pm at the Leyva and I was right on time. I put my things in my car and walked over to change the rest of my money back to dollars. As I walked up Constitution, I spotted the tiniest girl in front of Malquerida (or whatever that place on the corner is called). Liz is about 4'9 and 95 lbs. Practically a midget. I have a short girl fetish and love seeing their tiny bodies riding my fairly wide pole. She was dressed in a tight pink top black pants and despite being very petite had a fantastic set of natural tits. She looked small but when she stepped out of her heels, she became absolutely tiny! We worked a sin ropa deal for 300 mx and she got to work. I can't believe I was still getting a hard-on but the pill worked great. I was on my first dose and although my body was exhausted and my balls were drained, I had no problem get it up. She rode me cowgirl and her little body was a total turn-on. Her big boobies bounced around and I had her lean forward to put them in my face. Problem was when she leaned forward, all I saw was the top of her head! A true spinner! Haha. I did her doggie for a while and decided to have her on top again to watch her bounce around some more. I faked an orgasm and she laid on top of me while I massaged her from her neck to her ass. She liked this and we finished our time this way. She was a bit mechanical at first but warmed up to me. I sealed the deal when I massaged her body. I got the digits and she let me take a pic. I truly hope that no one on this board will show this to her and screw it up for me. I'm hesitant to post it because I know people have been burned before for doing this. She is wearing super high heels in the pic and is still barely below the TV stand. What a cutie! I said goodbye and proceeded to change the rest of my pesos.

When I arrived back to the Leyva parking lot, I hopped in my ride and presented my signed ticket to the attendant. He informed me that it was now 1:20 and that since check-out time is 1 pm, I owed him a parking fee. He charged me a buck for going over! Oh well. I headed home with tired muscles, in need of a nap, and balls as completely drained as they have ever been in my life. 8 girls in one day! Shattered my previous record of 5. I spent in the ballpark of 3300 mx (approx $225 usd) on the girls. This does not include room fees, beers, tacos, condoms, or gas. For 8 different pussies, and a multitude of boobs, thighs, ass cheeks, and legs, I think that is the deal of the century. If I lived in San Diego, I think I'the go broke. Haha. I can't guarantee a trip like this for any of you or even for me again, but the stars were aligned and I had a fantastic day. We all have different standards and although some of my girls were hotties, I won't claim that I banged nothing but perfect 10's. Mostly 8's with the look and style that I like. Hope you enjoyed my post and sorry if the length bothered any of you.

Stay safe!

ClutchGreat read, thanks! No you are not a strange bird at all. Only guys who have a fetish for hookers like all the paint and wild clothes (or lack thereof). Walking up to a chica presenting herself as a hooker is not my cup of tea. Like shooting fish in a barrel.

At least those dressed more like civilians fit the fantasy of, well. Doing a civie. The natural aphrodisiac is spontaneity and why civies are much more lucrative than painted ladies dressed in garter belts.

For sure you are not alone in appreciation of chaparitas (short ones) either. LOL.

Only if they are a PLM (pathetic loser monger) in "luv" with her and not getting to 1st base. (it won't score a PLM even half a point with her BTW).

At least he blocked out most of her face but saved the sweet smile. For sure she appreciates that much in case some mole does leak it back to her due to some sick fantasy of helping her or scoring points. At least it should help direct a few paying customers to her with the glowing report therefore making her remain available for any would be PLM. lol

Don't overestimate many of the guys who follow ISG.There is a guy in the Dubai section who found a good anal provider over there. He posted a picture of himself fucking the girl in the ass LOL! No faces or other identifiable features were shown. Well anyway, it's not easy finding good anal providers in Dubai, so the guy was willing to share the tute's contact information privately with his brethren mongers who were interested. So, he did that and guess what? One of the asshole dolts he shared the contact information with attached the picture when he contacted the girl! WTF? Why would anybody do something so stupid! Well, the girl got pissed at the generous monger, who in turn got pissed at the asshole who sent the pic as part of his "introduction". It could have been more than one who did that too, but I don't recall. I know it was at least one. After I read about that, I have to agree with you 100%. Hey there all my fellow brothers,

I too am a new member from Colorado who is visiting San Diego for a few days. Not my first trip here, spent two days in the Zona last June. However I didn't venture beyond HK and Adelitas. Wanted to see if any locals were interested in meeting up and broadening my horizons. Going to the football game Sunday, but available anytime after that till Wednesday night.

A little introduction to who I am.

Early 30's, self employed, play in Denver as much as possible, but selection and price lead me here. Like to drink beer, but hard booze typically makes me sleepy. When it comes to girls I'm not too picky, but what I am really looking for is a good anal girl, and to beat my record of 4 girls in a day. Don't think I can touch Clutchs record of 8 but willing to give it the old college try.

Anyway went ahead and bought my membership so PM me with any help.

So my day started with bottomless mimosas and ended with Mexican hotties, add into the mix a great football game and my vacation has started off great.

Woke up Sunday morning, met up with my football buddies for breakfast and tailgating fun. Now I'm not a big drinker but something about sea-level and champagne makes for easy drinking. From there we headed to the stadium, watched my Broncos take down a hated division foe, and talked up the virtues of Mexico to my friends. But alas all three forgot their passports, so after a power nap to refuel my batteries and a double-double animal style I headed south. Parked at the Jack in the Box, and was at HK by 10:00.

Just my luck the shaving cream show had just started, so had my first drink with a Barbasol chaser. Did a lap looking for a good target, groped some boobs, but was initially unimpressed. Went next door to Adelitas, and found my first girl of the night. You will have to forgive me as I remember no names, but she was a tall blonde girl, mid to late 20's, curly hair and a nice set of bolt on tits. Bought a drink and discussed terms. She was unwilling to have the anal sex I was looking for, but accepted my 50 offer. Good service in the room, but god damn the hallways and room itself were cold.

Back down in Adelitas found myself talking to some other Bronco fans when I caught a glimpse of who would be my second chica of the night. She was a raven haired beauty with a nice girl next door body. Asked her to sit and have a drink, but then something kinda hokey happened. No sooner had our drinks hit the table when she turns to me and says something about a friend and leaves. A total "what the fuck" moment if there ever was one. My waiter saw what happened and went to investigate for me. Turns out my that one of the other girls had gotten into a fight and my chica was her friend. Soon enough she was back on my lap sipping her drink with my hands all over her lovely body. This girl spoke next to no English, and my Spanish is limited to job site slang but that didn't stop me. Had a better time with her in the room, but wasn't able to negotiate off 60, but was well worth it.

My third and final chica of the night was from HK. Lapped back here to see if the talent had improved, and made eye contact with this little spinner. Maybe 5'2 and 100 soaking wet. At the table she wad really sweet and frisky, complaining about how slow Sunday night was. She spoke great English, and soon whispered in my ear how horny she was and hadn't gotten fucked yet. Casacadas was better climate controlled then Adelitas hotel, and this made for a better experience. I still had no luck finding a girl willing to let me fuck her ass, but my spinner did allow finger probing for a small tip (70 total).

After that it was 2:30 and I didn't want to get stuck at the border with the early Monday morning commute, so grabbed a taxi and hit the line. Luckily not a single person in line, had a nice joke with the border agent, and was back in San Diego by 3:00 am.

All in all a great day, but really want to expand my knowledge of the Zona and all its pleasures.

I stayed at the hotel Leyva this past Saturday. It has been recommended many times by fellow mongers. I stayed in room #3. It was a older room and not one of the new ones. I cannot recommend this hotel at least the older rooms it has. It reminded me of a lesser version of the alley side Adelitas hotel rooms that you take a street girl to. It had HBO witch was the few thing I enjoyed from this place. The checkin was easy as hell and the people here where nice as can be. As I was leaving I took a shower and I see it giant cocrach scatter as soon as the light came on. Not good. I check out and head to the border where on a Sunday at 8:10 am the line is ridiculously long. At least a 3 HR wait minimum. I see this as the taxi is dropping me off and I tell him to take me to otay. The Otay wait is 35 to 40 min. I catch the bus and onto to the trolley and back on the bus to the airport. I'm off to the airport for my 11:30 southwest flight that was surprisingly on time. I might need to see a newer room from the leyva to even think about staying there again. If you need a room to chill for a couple of hours and leave your stuff then this is it IMHO I might give this place another shot if the newer rooms are to my liking.

Yes, just use the Sentri line. This assumes that the holder of the Global Entry Card activated their card online within 30 days of receiving it. Failure to do this means that the border entry card will not work at car / pedestrian border crossing (even though one's passport still works for Global Entry Kiosks at airport border entry points).

Just something to check to avoid any surprises.

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel by the Playa (beach)?

Doesn't have to be top notch. Just clean, safe and reasonably priced.I cannot give you a name off hand but I do believe there are one or two right along the Malecon. Be aware though that you probably won't have Heat or AC if that matters to you. I recommend going on foot and seeing the places before you commit.

You can take the Playas Bus Route #1 I believe from Calle 3 and * roughly Ninos Heroes. If you get confused look for guys with a clip board and tell them? Playas / Malecon and they will direct you to the right bus. Get off when you see the big bull ring. Walk left along the Malecon from the bull ring.

Staying in Playas would be a good long term place but for short mongering trips may be too tedious to return to at night. I also believe there are check points there on the weekends so if you get loaded and drive back be very careful. Taxis would run you roughly $8-10 each way.

There is nothing to do in Playas!

Doesn't have to be top notch. Just clean, safe and reasonably priced.Hacienda del Mar fits these criteria. It's a family-type location. Rooms are clean, a bit on the small side, they do have heat and a / see although I recall it being rather noisy. It's within walking distance of Plaza Monumental (the bull ring).

Downside is that it's roughly 100 p each way (to / from Centro) for a cab. We were able to negotiate 90 during the day, but at night 100 was the best we could do.

There's not a lot to do in playas, but there are some really good seafood places and the prices are reasonable.

The exchange rate in HK changed from 12:1 to their current 12.5:1 during the first half of this year (2014).

Expect another adjustment soon.I wrote this on December 9th and as I recall, the peso was still under, but heading towards an actual 14:1 ratio. If I'm wrong someone please correct me.

I was in La Zona from Saturday through Wednesday and for all those days Hong Kong was using a well displayed rate of 13:1 nowadays (when the fix rate during those days was mostly above 14.5).

It's been my experience that HK does eventually catch up with major changes in the exchange rates, but they tend to favor pesos more than foreign exchange markets do.

Catering to gringos, they know they will receive most of their money in dollars. But, technically, everything is priced in pesos. Inferior exchange rates favor dollars (from their standpoint) and cost you more money. They also profit on the back end, if they choose, by playing the spread between their rate and the official rate.

I think you have that backwards, unless I misunderstood. Catering to gringos, they know they will receive most of their money in dollars. But, technically, everything is priced in pesos. I don't agree with your statement. When HK moved their tipo de cambio rate this week or last from 12.5 pesos to 13 for the dollar. The price of a Cervesa moved from 50 pesos to 52 pesos.

So their cervesa's in that particular establishment is priced in US dollars, which stayed constant. It was the price in pesos that fluctuated when the exchange rate changed.

I didn't think that my original post was either hard to understand or backwards. On December 9th I posted a prediction that there was exchange pressure for HK to raise it's tipo de cambio rate to a number higher than 12.5. My prediction was correct and about a week later the TdeC rate notched up to 13.

Furthermore I said that HK chooses a TdeC rate that favors pesos.

HK does this by requiring less pesos for the dollar than current market exchange rates, like the Fix, require.

I believe that is a correct assertion.

If I had that backwards, and HK didn't favor pesos in their Tipo de Cambio exchange rates for customers paying in pesos. Their posted rate right now would be something like 15:1.

Well that was awesome. I've been going to Tijuana a couple times a month and actually was kinda getting burned out with the same old stuff, hadn't found any gems lately. I was thinking if I was making the right decision as I walked across the border. It was really crowned this Friday, 12\19 and I've been going on Monday or Tuesdays to avoid crowds.

Anyways, grabbed 2 beers at LC which was fine, but nothing caught my eye. Went to HK. Super crowded. Plenty of hot chicas but it was really hot inside. No where to sit either.

On to tropical. Nothing catches my eye but I sit down for a beer. As I'm sitting there these 2 girls in front of me are dancing and kissing each other, playing around grabbing each other's tits and crotches. After a couple minutes I invite them to come have a seat. Now mind you, neither are my type but I'm thinking out of the box. I've had a couple threesomes in Tijuana before so I'm aware of the possibilities. So I'm sitting between them, their hands are wandering and they are taking turns kissing me and each other. So I negotiate un trio for 50 each, we finish drinks and head arriba.

Close the door and I'm immediately making out with one while the other guys to the bano. This is awesome. She undressed and I start eating her pussy. The other comes out to see this and they start kissing. On guess the rubber. OK now the girl is squirting up a mess! I have a knack for making girls squirt and she was a mess. Took turns on them, using 4 rubbers total. Spent easily 45 minutes in the room. I tipped the guy $2 and a wink before we went in the room, so no knock ever. I'll never forget that experience. Like I said I've done threesomes, but never when the girls were so much into each other. Sorry I forgot their names LOL!!

Then I went to Adelitas and met 23 year old Mara. Brunette and hot! She's never had kids and her body is tight! Good DT and just everything. She was $60.

Anyways that was an awesome time good luck guys and keep an open mind you never know what's going to cum your way in Tijuana!!

With the peso sinking fast, I'd expect another hike soon.

I have been noticing recently that the cops have been stopping and frisking people for no apparent reason. Usually they will drive through pick up the drunks and question people that look like criminals. But I have seen them stop and search Mexicans that look like clean and normal. The police were hanging out by Nino's Hero's and Cohuilla street and stopping quite a few guys. I saw them stop at least 4 or 5 people.

About 3 weeks ago a cop stopped and asked me where I was coming from and if I had been drinking. I told him I do not drink and he let me go.

Gentlemen, 'tis the season to enjoy with your family, your wives, girlfriends, kids or a good porn site. The cops are out in big numbers, looking for their Christmas "tips". They have to buy presents too. Be prepared to be bothered. Be prepared to pay for the slightest irregularity. Additionally, most of the chicas are headed home to mom, kids, friends. The selection is quite thin, from this point through the Kings Day celebration January 6. I suggest you find something else to do until the middle of January, when the girls will be back in town, and needing to pay for the trips they just took, and the gifts they bought.

I agree with your last two comments, but I cannot agree with the first line that you wrote.

To clarify why I still disagree with you, I will rewrite your first line, but instead make a correct statement:

Obviously Hong Kong Bar is showing preference or favoritism to their clients that spend with pesos by giving them such a terrific cambio rate for their pesos. We agree that these days, with the peso dropping rapidly against the dollar, that one can get something of a bargain in HK when paying with pesos. But I meant what I said about HK "preferring" dollars.

First, I don't believe that the HK management is deliberately showing favoritism to the small subset of their clientele who use pesos (I. E. Locals). If they were, they'd probably leave the price of a drink at 50 pesos. But that's neither here nor there. I admit that I have no inside knowledge of how HK's management thinks. If you do, I certainly will defer to you. I submit that this peso advantage is simply a happy coincidence, a by-product of HK's poor exchange rate and the falling peso.

As I said, I don't have any insider knowledge of HK's management decisions, but I do know something about how a business is run. All successful business are "run" by gimlet-eyed bean-counters. Profit is squeezed out of every available segment. I submit that HK, as a successful business entity, prefers their clients pay in dollars. Here's why:

Everybody knows that HK is a US-style strip club with Mexican contact rules. As such, the vast bulk of their clientele are American. (Imagine HK in the middle of San Diego. There'd be a line 3 hours deep.) These Americans overwhelmingly bring dollars to spend, not pesos. So, we've established HK's target market.

HK is unique in Tijuana. There are some want to-bes, but the product that HK is selling isn't offered anywhere else. (Locals tend to roll in a completely different manner, and I'm not sure there are enough gringos to support two HKs, but I have no idea). Therefore, until another HK springs up, they are under no obligation to try to be competitive. For example, imagine an OXXO and a 7-Eleven, side by side. Oxxo offers 13:1 TC, 7-Eleven offers 14:1. Obviously, the 7-Eleven is going to get ALL the dollar business. Oxxo will have to up their TC in order to remain competitive. But, as I said, HK has no competition. They're the only game in town and you'll take their rate and like it.

So, a customer walks into HK and orders a beer. That'll be 52 pesos, please. OK. I pay with pesos that I got for 14.5:1 (more or less), so I paid $3. 60 for my beer. But they don't say "52 pesos" unless you ask, they tell the customer "$4. " The customer hands over $4. He's now paid roughly 58 pesos for the same beer. This represents a "buyers premium" of around 5 pesos, or 10%, because the customer paid in dollars. It seems like very little, but multiplied over the thousands of beers they go through in a week, it's big money.

Now there are loads of business who would love to tack on an extra 10% to everything they sell. Many industries have spent tons of money figuring out ways to increase their transaction value. HK has done it and they don't even have to ask "Do you want fries with that?"

A side benefit, if they choose to, is that HK can then take these dollars they got at 13:1 and make a bundle on the spread. Whole industries are devoted to making money on playing the spread of a few centavos. HK gets a whole 1. 5 peso spread to play with. Again, I have no idea what they do with all those dollars, but they'd be idiots if they didn't do something like this.

That is why I assert that HK "prefers" that their clientele pay in dollars and why they offer a poor exchange rate. It's not altruism aimed at the peso spenders, it's good business aimed at the dollar spenders.

I have no inside informant from Hong Kong Bar.

Over the years I've been always been aware, on a daily basis, as to what the market rate of exchange is between the US Dollar and MX peso.

Every time I have visited HK and observed their posted Tipo de Cambio rate, it always was a rate that required less pesos for one dollar than the current market rate was.

With that much consistency in giving customers who are pesos spenders a break.

To me it seems that this one action is one intended to court and encourage people who have pesos to come in and spend them.

I think that US citizens that visit Mexico without acquiring pesos and are content to just spend their dollars all over town probably don't give a rat's ass about the exchange rate.

I think HK's owners realize this, so they and many of their customers are happy to have Tipo de Cambio rates that are crappy if you are spending dollars.

Drove down there Saturday. Like usual, there was traffic at Ocean side. Got there at 5 pm. Took a cab over to the zone after taking a Cialis. I'm not sure this works for me as well as Viagra. But I was willing to try it even though it cost $20 a pill, which is 4 times as expensive as generic Viagra. So I started by walking up the Alley. There was a noticeable absence of Alley gals. After a conversation here and there, I was told that some girls were on their holidays and will not return until late February. In an attempt to drown my sorrows, I went to the Valentina Bar where I experienced the same thing. Many of the better looking gals were gone.

So I ended up at the Hong Kong club. Tipped my favorite doorman a little bonus ($3) for Feliz Navidad. He works his asses off in the cold. Poor dude deserves it. However, I don't do it normally because I don't want Hong Kong to start charging us for a pat down. They are remodeling the 2nd floor, to add a third floor. So it was a real ***** to walk around with all the Mongers. If you thought that it was crowed weeks ago, wait till you see it now. Found a favorite gal who I knew a while back. After two slow drinks that took about an hour, I took her upstairs where we went at it GFE style. What was interesting was that like many other HK gals, knew nothing about what Tropical and Las Chevelas is about, and was extremely interested in the other clubs. She tells me that she was paid better at HK by us Mongers. However, the competition here was incredibly tough. Looking around afterwards, it was certainly true because the ratio of guys actually going upstairs to the available women was about 1:4.

Afterwards, I took a slow walk to some of the other clubs. Actually all of them. The two Across from La Valentina Bar was decent. The only annoying thing was that the waiters greeted you outside the club and followed you everywhere inside. I had to ask them for a little "freedom" to roam. There were a couple of gems here and there. After dinner at the Seafood restaurant on the corner, I went to Tropicals where I ran into a stunning long legged beauty that was way out of my league in the real world. She was the type of girl that I would pay good money to walk away from me just so that I can be memorized by her ass. But then. I'm not in the real world. After about 3 hours of conversation, we went upstairs at my suggestion. Funny but she didn't even bring it up. Got to love these rookies. GFE she was. These Latinas. Geez. Once they like you, they are so freaking incredible in bed. Complete out class all the pornstars on screen. Ok I'm not supposed to fall in love with these women. But man, it is soooo difficult sometimes.

One thing that I noticed. The more reserve a gal is downstairs, the more GFE they are upstairs. And the more slutty they are downstairs, the more boring they are upstairs. It's an interesting inverse relationship. After Tropicals, I finally decided to go home. Finally got to the border at 4:30 am. The line took forever. Kids puking in line. Got to my car at 6 am. Too tired. Fell asleep in my car till the sun woke me up. And drove home in pure Happiness.

Happy Holidays everyone.

To me it seems that this one action is one intended to court and encourage people who have pesos to come in and spend them.

I think that US citizens that visit Mexico without acquiring pesos. And are content to just spend their dollars all over town. Probably don't give a rat's ass about the exchange rate.

I think HK's owners realize this, so they and many of their customers are happy to have Tipo de Cambio rates that are crappy if you are spending dollars. We're saying the same thing. But you ascribe their actions to them trying to court a very small percentage of their clientele: those Americans who pay in pesos, or locals who pay in pesos. I ascribe their actions to yet another way to squeeze additional profit from their overwhelmingly gringo clientele.

I don't cotton to the "courting the peso spenders" philosophy because first, if it's Americans paying in pesos that they're after, the number is so small I don't believe it's worthwhile to pursue. If it's locals they're after, their pricing model is wrong. 52 pesos for a beer is outrageous by local standards. The most expensive place I can think of, offhand, is Pancho Villa in Plaza Zapato, where beer is 40 pesos (but they have a live band). The heavily popular with locals club, La Cueva del Peludo, has 17 peso beers. Most clubs' beers are priced in the 25 peso neighborhood. Courting the locals with 52 peso beers isn't going to bring in too many locals. The well-to-do ones won't mind paying that price, but, again, the numbers are very small.

I believe in the "squeeze more from gringos" philosophy due to the way management behaves in other areas. They have absolutely no respect for their clientele, they can treat the sex-starved gringos any way they want and said gringos will come back for more. We all know about the short-change and not-returning-with-your-change-at-all scams, the palming half-consumed ficha drinks and asking you to order more, the chips and cheese plate scams, the "robe fee" scam, etc. , etc. With this history, how big a stretch is it to believe that the poor TC is, as I put it earlier, a buyer's premium for those gringos who pay in dollars, and yet another revenue stream for HK?

Oh, and off on a tangent for a second, don't think that HK management doesn't know about every one of those scams. They turn a blind eye until somebody complains. I can't think of anyplace in Tijuana, that caters to locals, where these shenanigans go on.

Big bummer, just landed in SD and realized that I forgot to keep my GC. I have good colored copies of my GC and NJ drivers license which after 2 hrs of research does look like having "Real I'd" features like RFID. Bar codes etc. Had planned OTC with my Favorita. Now my question is it worth the risk to go tonight with limited documents. Just feeling like kicking myself. Your wisdom is much appreciated. Las time I was in TJ was around 8th Nov.

The one at the JFK airport in NYC answers the phone every time. It doesn't matter which office you use.

To be honest nobody on here will know until it happens. Why miss out on a trip if you aren't 100% sure what the deal is. They might accommodate you some how or they might advise you against it. Spend a few minutes and call the GE / Sentri office.

I'm thinking of taking my first trip and visiting Hong Kong, or the other bars. My question is; is it not worth it to go this time of year? In a previous post someone mentioned that the police had upped the harassment, and another said that the girls tend to return home during this season.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I spent the last couple days in Tijuana. I do seem to like being down there in the days leading up to Christmas, I enjoy the festive atmosphere. Once again I was able to avoid the corrupt Policia who have been working very hard to hit up us gringos for there Christmas bonuses. While most of the time was spent outside of the Zona. We did hang out in the bars getting pretty drunk and watching the football game Sunday night. It was no problem finding the game on in any of the bars we checked out.

Only a couple small problems first while sitting in LC the MBGF spotted one of the gentleman who sends her a moneygram every month to keep her from being in Zona Norte bars. She looked scared if he sees her, there goes one of the pay checks. She quickly hatched a plan to send one of her amigas over to distract him, and when his face was buried in a set of tits she made a hasty getaway. It must be nice to make a living just by staying out of Zona Norte bars. But then on the other hand you couldn't pay me enough to stay away from those bars.

The other problem while extremely minor it was something that really pissed me off. Upon leaving the Zona we hailed a taxi, as I always do when dealing with the taxi's I don't ask how much. I tell them where I'm going and what I'm willing to pay 7 out of 10 times they will ask for a little more and I will start to walk away and they will then accept my offer. In this case I offered 3 dollars to go to a Hotel in Centro. The driver agreed right away, upon arriving at the Hotel I paid him the $3 dollars, as I was about to exit the cab he says no es $5 as I was about to get in an argument with him I decided to pull out one more dollar and told him that was all I had left. And that was the end of it. I know it was only a dollar but the whole thing pissed me off I think next time it happens I will have the number to reach the Transportation or taxi police in my phone and call his bluff. So I know this isn't the first time this kind of thing happens when dealing with taxi's just curious what others have done in this kind of situation.

Also I have walked past the cart right in front of La Gloria numerous times and never ate there. Check it out if you are looking for some killer shrimp tacos covered in melted cheese or maybe it was a quesadilla, but whatever it was it was damn good.

I'm in San Diego now and I took a short trip to Tijuana yesterday. I must say, although the number of girls was lower than what is typical, I was impressed at the quality, both of the street girls as well as the girls in the clubs. It was definitely worth going down, at least on the 23rd. Also, the exchange rate right now is great, I believe I got 14.4 mxp to the dollar, and I could have done even better if I would have shopped the rate.

A couple points I'd like to include:

1. My first stop was to La Casa del Habano to get some cigars and a new cigar cutter. You can smoke inside the store while watching tv. Being a Californian this is a big kick for me to be able to smoke inside. A very cool place to relax and smoke before you hit the zona.

2. I'm into legit massages, but it seemed like the prices ran about $30 at the massage shops on Revolucion. That's about the same price as legit massage joints in California, so I didn't bother going in. Anyway, I'd rather get a massage from an Asian chick than a Latina.

3. The zona was slower but still good. Hong Kong was fun and if anyone saw a young guy in a grey jacket with shaving cream on his face yesterday afternoon, that was me! The talent was high at hk and the $1 grope is always fun. Unfortunately, Hong Kong's exchange rate sucks at 13-1, so bring plenty of one's.

After getting worked up at hk, I left and got 2 street girls. First one was Daniela from veracruz, 300 mxp for everything naked. She was standing near the beginning of the alley to the right. One kid so some baby damage, but nice tits. Second girl was at Eduardo hotel, don't remember her name but she is 20 from Guadalajara and she has a piercing near her right eye. She was all business but for 200 mxp it's hard to complain. I forgot the rooms at the Eduardo don't have bathrooms in them!

Today is noche buena, so it will probably be even slower; having said that, it only takes a few girls to make it worth going down. So, should I stay in San Diego and work on my tan by the pool, or head back down to Tijuana. What say you, mongers?

After reading about the renewed shakedown policy by the Tijuana cops, I was pretty careful during a recent visit yet still got robbed.

I had finished my mongering for the night and stopped in to that new food place opposite Adelitas, had a beer and an excellent.

Chicken burrito. All done, and heading the last 150 m to the Santiago hotel at say 00:15 or so.

A pair of Tijuana's finest pulled a U turn and waved me over to the kerb. Long story short, while one of these scumbags rifled my wallet in front of me asking me to explain what every card in there was for, the other went through my back pockets, extracted my cash and quickly pocketed a 500 peso note. I kept trying to turn to catch him doing it (I knew he would) but the one in the truck kept telling me to "look at me".

It's to the point that I am hiding from these bastards as I travel to and from the hotel. Other than that, a nice visit save the long wait at the border at 04:00. It seems that there are thousands of migrant workers commuting at 04:00, whereas at 02:00 it's plain sailing.

I was thinking of making a return trip to stay overnight as part of a layover from a Hawaii trip but upon reading reports like this, I'm really getting second thoughts. The local police should be there to protect the people, especially tourists like in many other destinations, even like in Cuba.

But when they start getting so darn corrupt and even towards us tourists, whom the local economy depends on, it's only going to hurt them in the longer run. I think I will forget about Tijuana for now.

I think I will forget about Tijuana for now.I'm going down tonight and staying the whole weekend. It has been happening more frequently because its the holiday season. Of course it happens during the regular days too but I don't hear it as often. They hit people where they know there is no cameras. I try to stay in clubs as much as possible and just go in and out only to go to the corners to get some food. They know that they are more likely to get away with it if there are no cameras. If you come after the holidays, I'm sure your be OK. Plus if your in a group, they don't harrass you because too many witnesses and the clubs will complain about lost revenue. So try to stay in a pack even if you are by yourself. I try when I leave, to see if a group of guys are walking in the same direction as me so I walk in their group so I don't get singled out. It mostly happens when they spot someone they know is by themselves. Easier prey. Good luck.

Your post appears to be conflicted and self contradictory.Scatman, you are absolutely right. But you should have realized by now that our mathematically challenged friend is absolutely clueless when it comes to numbers amongst a plethora of other topics. There's really no point in trying to argue with him. I mean, he actually thinks HK can profit off a "spread. " In a pathetic attempt to sound sophisticated he writes:

"A side benefit, if they choose to, is that HK can then take these dollars they got at 13:1 and make a bundle on the spread. ".

First of all, there is ONE and ONLY ONE way you can make a profit off the spread. And that is if YOU ARE THE ONE OFFERING THE SPREAD. The spread is defined as the amount between the buy and sell prices. HK does not offer a spread. Therefore, it is impossible for them to make a profit on it. Casa de cambios have a spread. Banks offer a spread. HK does not offer a spread.

HK does not get dollars at 13:1. They get pesos at 13:1. And they are LOSING a TON of money because they are not adjusting their tipo to cambio to market conditions. HK is a dollar based business. Might as well be USA Based. Their prices are dollar based and do not fluctuate. Their prices in pesos fluctuate although very rarely. So if their TdC is now 13/1, then they receive $52 mn for a beer. If they adjusted their TdC to market rates, say 14.5/1, then they would charge $58 mn. They are LOSING $6 mn for every beer they sell for pesos because their finance team doesn't know what they are doing.

Dollars in Mexican border towns are always worth less than in the rest of the world because of the dumping of drug profits. If a dollar is trading at 14.5 pesos interbank, it will trade around 14 at casa de cambios in border towns. This is due to the fact that it is illegal for a Mexican business to accept more than $100 dls in a transaction unless it is within 75 miles of the USA Border. Dollars are harder to spend in Michoacáand, Sinaloa, Guerrero, Zacatecas, than it is in Tijuana. Therefore, the cartels do not want dollars and dump them for less than market value at the border towns. That's why you see international spot rates outside the casa de cambio spread.

If HK was smart they would do the opposite of what they're doing now and charge in pesos and float the dollar. They could make millions in extra profit over the course of a few years because of the permanent arbitrage situation that exists in Tijuana.

Such as maybe booking an hour with her before and if the chemistry is there extend it or arrange for her to return for the total night. Chemistry is the key for being together for an extended period. As far as what to expect if she is competent, well if you have any kind of sex addiction issues you should be cured for about a week. You will be so drained you won't even want to think about sex for a little while.

.Ok. I was offered the V. I. P. Room $45 for 45 minutes, the girl I was with told me it would really be an hour. She also said she would have sex with me in the V. I. P. Room. So, I go for it as it sounds like a deal, plus you get 5 beers. Well, the minute I get in the room, the girl I'm with leaves to use the bathroom and is gone for like 5-10 minutes. She comes back for a few minutes, then after a little while tells me she needs to leave again to use the bathroom a second time. She's gone for another 5-10 minutes. After 20 minutes the masero tries to kick me out of the room. I tell him its only been 20 minutes and my girl has been in the bathroom the entire time. He gets her for me and she's with me for another 10 minutes during which time I try to get her to have sex with me like she promised. She refuses but allows me to take her top off and proceeds to give me a hand-job, without any lube. After 30 minutes in the room, the masero tries to kick me out again and the girl agrees with him that my time is up. I consider this a scam as I did not get what I was promised or offered.

I broke my one drink per girl rule! One drink then sex.You were scammed because the waiter lied. But you got what you paid for because $45 is the standard price of a VIP room with a bucket of beer. The girl blew you off because she was expecting separate payment. At least this how it has always been quoted to me.

Ok. After 30 minutes in the room, the masero tries to kick me out again and the girl agrees with him that my time is up. I consider this a scam as I did not get what I was promised or offered. This is good info. Thanks for it even though you were a victim of scam. This may suggest to the rest of us to stick to the more reputable places like Adelitas and HK.

Thank you for posting but this is a classic example of "If it sounds too good to be true, it.... " $45 for an hour of sex in the VIP room with 5 beers thrown in. Seriously? Are you a newbie to the zona?

Just curious if anyone has been to a place located across the street behind the Hong Kong Bar called Bar-Gold. I got scammed at this place. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?

I think it is bad form to blame the victim.

A lot of bars on the alley offer beers for around $2, sometimes even less.

So I think he had a right to expect more than he got for his $45 expenditure.

Chator, you were victimized by both the shifty mesero and that ratera chica. They were obviously working together to cheat clients.

Thank you for reporting on this scam.

If you don't speak Spanish in the zona then you will have a target on you. It'll be up to you to have them miss the target. Alcohol won't ever help from being scammed. I'm mexican American and I speak fluent Spanish and they'll even try to scam me to earn a buck.

Promise extra time, but deliver 45 minutes. You must pay the girl extra, the money you pay the bar covers the ficha drinks. Basically, not worth the money. Go to a hotel.

So for $10 more, you get a private room.

I figure that this is best for you favorite girl, someone that you already have a special affection for. It's definitely not for a new girl unless you want to deal with "I changed my mind" syndrome.

Hi guys.

My wingman and I will be travelling to Tijuana for the first time. Both of us are pretty experienced in other parts of the world. I have been reading the forum but would love to meet up with someone experienced to show us around, share stories and have a few drinks together. First drink is on us.

Our flight reaches San Diego on Friday 16th Jan at around 8 PM so we should reach to the zona around 10 PM. Staying at Hotel Cascadas. Really excited to see the clubs there /.

Please PM me.

Through years of research I have developed a list of 50 different types of characters you will encounter in the Zona. I will share my thoughts about each of them throughout 2015. You're opinions may differ. Here are the first two descriptions.

Hong Kong puta.

They will be standing along the sides, or sitting with a friend or two, hoping to catch your eye. Some of them do the soapy lesbian show. Sometimes they dance on stage, using the pole or the suspended ring. Some are superbly athletic when they do their thing on the ring. Many of them are very good looking, young, wild, with firm bodies. They will try to charge you $80-100 for a 30 minute session, but $60 is the going rate but you usually have to bargain for that. Weekdays in the afternoons is the best time for the best rates, but the selection is a little more limited. As always, discuss your desires before you go upstairs. GFE is the norm, if you ask for it. The hotel room for these girls run about $18, which adds to the expense of sessioning with them. In the club they will try to get you to buy them a drink, or offer a $1 titty or ass grope. If you see one you like, you can tell her how beautiful she is and ask her for a grope. Some are quite aggressive, and some are pretty shy. The aggressive ones will come up to you and start DFK-ing you or sit on your lap and rub your dick, or offer their titties right in your face. All in the hope of a drink, or a dollar tip, or the possibility of an upstairs session. Some work in pairs, which is kind of fun, presenting unique challenges and pleasures, but then a double grope will cost two dollars.

Pardita.

These are the girls that line the side streets and alleys. They are mostly reminiscent of cows. Not known for good service, they will probably be playing a video game or on Facebook while you're fucking them from behind. If you don't negotiate everything you want upfront, you'll probably have a girl who just pulls her pants down past her butt. They are not very good at math. They will charge you $20 American or 200 pesos for basic service. A $5 savings for using pesos. Most are pretty ugly, and most of the good looking ones have very poor service and try to upsell you for everything. The uglier or more aggressive ones will make a schhhh sound as you walk by to get your attention, or even tug at your arm or pants. There is a lot of coming and going. Someone you see today may never be there again, or may go away for three weeks before returning. There are some that are fresh off the bus from the interior of the country, and then there are some that have been in the same spot for a decade or longer. The experienced ones don't want to work in the club, because they don't like being groped for a dollar, or always hustling for fichas. The majority are ugly, jaded, or bitter, or all three. However there are some diamonds in the rough, that are good looking, friendly, and provide GFE during their 20 minute sessions. One of the most fun things in the Zona is to search for these special paraditas.

Well Mondays in the Zona seem to be pretty dead. I ended up using the LC coupon for half price Hotel in Cascadas if you buy a bucket. If you use this coupon be sure to count the beers in your bucket they gave me 8 and I remembered last time a bucket was 10 ,so I called them on it and they brought me 2 more beers. No ISG amigos met up with me to help me drink so I met up with my MBGF and her amiga. The football game was on in every bar and I had a little money on Ohio St. So it was fun. LC was an absolute ghost town even with a band playing.

Ended up checking out the other bars, HK was the only place that was somewhat busy. Nobody in La Malqurida, Valentina's or La Gloria ended up hanging out in Tropical enough people to make it fun. The amiga kept getting hit on even though she was off duty. Can someone explain why some mongers are more attracted to a girl dressed in regular clothes than chicks walking around half naked. Anyways she transformed into BG real quick and started selling a bunch of fichas at the end of the night she cashed out and everybody was fall down drunk. We went over to the old Sherry's tacos and when it was time to split up for the night the amiga was so drunk she realized she didn't have her money anymore. She looked everywhere for a half hour, even was taking her tits out and checking for the money, nothing. Now that I think about it I'm the one who probably got scammed since I ended up giving her $10 for the cab. Ohh well I also lost my ticket from Caliente. It was fun but I better learn to be more careful when drinking to much.

NSD sorry I missed you by a day you should have gave me more notice. But good luck in whatever happens.

Nevertheless I had fun.

Fichera.

This is the puta who goes around the bar, in just about every bar, trying to get you to buy her a drink. Every girl in every bar is happy for you to buy her a drink so she can pick up her ficha. Your beer might cost two to four dollars, but hers will cost you seven or eight dollars. The bartender gives her a ficha or a chip which she cashes in at the end of the night for 30 pesos each. Be careful that she doesn't order some super fancy expensive drink, which has been known to happen, which you will have to pay for. Their drinks are kind of small, and you get an opportunity to get a feel for whether the girl might be fun to take upstairs for a session. And when I say a feel, that's what I mean. The eight dollar drink ought to buy you the opportunity to probe her orifices, and see how willing, friendly, horny she can be. Try to take her to an out-of-the-way table where you can get her to sit on your hand and probe away. However, you just might find out that she is a shark, drinking fast and taking off just as fast for the next sucker. If you like the girl you might use the situation to negotiate what you and she will do and for how much upstairs. Unless you're rich, it's not a good idea to spend a lot on ficha girls. You will be spending money that could better be used in other ways.

Mesero.

This is the waiter. He can be your best friend, or your worst enemy. He is mostly just an annoying pest. His job is to get you to buy, buy, buy. His goal is to get you to tip, tip, tip. So he's not going to leave you alone. He is going to attach to you as you walk through the curtains, try to guide you to a seat, take your drink order, and expect at least a one dollar tip for each drink he brings you. If you are sitting alone, he soon will bring you a girl, who will act all friendly toward you with the hopes that you will invite her to sit down, buy her a ficha drink, which the waiter will happily go get, as he also gets a commission for selling an eight dollar beer, plus the expected tip. If you do invite her to sit, he will be back very shortly, trying to speed up her drinking, so you can buy her another eight dollar beer. In some bars the waiters wear badges with a number, to help you identify them, and to give illusions of them being honest. Many of the waiters are honest and friendly. However many of them are in collusion with some of the girls, especially when they see a customer who doesn't appear to know how to handle the situation, or is drunk and easily taken advantage of. They will try to work several different scams on you. They might conveniently forget to bring you back your change. Or overcharge, or bring drinks not asked for, or bring expensive drinks for the girls and extort you for the payment. Be careful. There are strategies on how to deal with the waiters, but a lot of it comes with experience. And some of that experience gets learned the hard way. After years of experience, what works for me is this. I walk in, like I own the place. I ignore the waiters, and walk straight to the bar, and get my first drink there. The bartender doesn't really expect a tip. The waiters will respect a guy who looks like he knows what he's doing. Usually I order a can of mineral water (more about that later). If a waiter then tries to guide me to a seat, I usually just point towards the other end of the bar, and start walking over there, and find my own seat. So the waiters don't try to attach to me, I move around quite a bit from one side to the other, and it also gives me an opportunity to check out the goods. If the waiter tries to bring me over a girl, I will politely say Hello, to her, and the waiter will try to have me invite her to sit down, but I will just keep motioning her to stand up. I want to find my own girl. But if she's attractive, when I dismiss her and the waiter, she will usually ask for a dollar tip in the Hong Kong anyway, for which I will gladly give, in exchange for a good grope of her titties and / or ass. I like to keep separate my drinking, which I can do anywhere, from my mongering, which I can only do in the Zona. That's why the can of mineral water. It keeps me more alert of my surroundings both tasty and troublesome, if I get hassled by the police outside, I am totally sober. And the biggest advantage it is in the club, when I am finished with the water, the damn waiters can't tell that I'm done and rush to get me to buy another. I'll usually go into the bathroom and refill it, of course I won't drink that one, but if a pesky waiter picks up the can to see if it's got anything in it, he'll see that it's still quite full, and leave me alone. Now the waiters can be your friend too, especially in some of the bars away from HK. You can tell them exactly the kind of girl you're looking for. And they seem to have a way to find her, even if she is in the dressing room, bathroom or just hiding out. And that's worth a dollar tip, for sure, if she in fact is exactly the type that you are looking for. It's even possible to develop a positive relationship with a waiter, who will look out for you. In summary, however, just remember, you are the boss. You buy the drink when you want to. If they're pestering you just ignore them or dismiss them with a flick of your hand. Or get up and go to a different area of the bar. I repeat, you are the boss.

This ain't church. You have the opportunity to try. If she says no, or upstairs only, you must respect that. We don't go there for humanitarian reasons, we go to take lustful advantage of the unequal economic situation. I often offer the chicas on the street 100 pesos for a blow job or a fuck.

I treat it like an audition.

In HK a ficha drink costs about the same. Many mongers treat a ficha drink just like an audition.

If the issue is that the bargirl only gets 34 pesos for each ficha drink. I think the problem is with the middlemen.

Other chicas in HK get deeply fingered for just a buck.

Other chicas in HK get deeply fingered for just a buck.$1 dollar goes a long way in HK. In hottie central at HK about a year ago I had 10 single dollar bills and I fondled 10 different chicas back to back to back to back. You get the point. I fondled, probed, and got my dick grabbed by atleast 4 of them to say the least. 2 went inside my pants and stroked my dick and I did the same to return the favor by rubbing on some pussy. After the 3rd chica the girls got the point of what I was doing. LOL. They were very aggressive towards the end of the line. It was heaven. Then onto the finger show. Wait I mean the foam show. The best $10 I have ever spent. I highly recommend doing this. $10 and all the ass and titty grabbing you could want. I miss The Zona Norte as I think about this.

Hey guys,

Just recently visited Tijuana for the first time a few weeks ago only for a few hours and had quite an experience. Would love to to return but am currently doing my homework on ISG and ask if someone could point out some of the lingo I'm coming across mean. Looked at Terms and Abbreviations and didn't see much what I was coming across. Also, if experienced monger is heading to Tijuana soon and don't mind showing me around would be great. 34 Hispanic male with limited Spanish but did ok and made the best of my money by paying attention to anyone trying to take advantage. I lived in Chicago most of my life so one develops the instincts of getting over on.

Welcome. Can you provide some examples of terms you don't understand?Hey Phordphane,

Wow, great to receive a response from you after reading some of your post and seeing that you have quite experience in Tijuana. Some of the terms I've come across that I'm trying to come up to date with are the following:

La Zona (Norte).

Ficha.

MBGF.

LC.

GFE.

Ratera.

Meteor.

TLN.

What exactly is Revulicion.

I currently reside in Phx and walked across the border and caught a cab for $18 usd from Otay to Tijuana with just my DL and had no problem crossing back but was asked if I could please bring my passport which I have the next time I visit. Only visited HK since time was limited and had to be back in SD for a job.

Are you planning any recent visits to Tijuana soon? Would really like to get together with an experienced monger to show me ropes.

Hey Phordphane,

Would really like to get together with an experienced monger to show me ropes.La Zona, more correctly La Zona Norte, is literally the "North Zone. " Tijuana is split into various zones, like North, Centro (downtown), Rio, etc. La Zona Norte is the area designated by the Tijuana government as the "Zone of tolerance. " Prostitution is legal in Mexico, but standing on the street corners accosting passers-by, etc. , is not. Tijuana has tried to keep most of the "blatant" action confined to this area of town. So, most of the hooker bars are concentrated here.

Ficha - Spanish for "card" (in this case). It's a ticket that a girl gets when you buy her a "ficha drink. " This is proof that she has earned that drink and you'll see the mesero write her name on it. At the end of the night she turns them in and receives her commission, about 30 pesos per.

MBGF - Make-believe Girl Friend. More or less what you get when you develop a relationship with a bar girl.

LC - Las Chavelas Bar. AKA Las Chubbies. The bar east of Hong Kong known for more local-type girls who often tend to be on the plumper side.

GFE - Girl Friend Experience. Can mean many things but often taken to mean kissing, BBBJ, etc.

Ratera / Ratero - A catch-all that means a dishonest person, often out to cheat you, steal money, etc. Ratero is for males, Ratera is for females.

Meteor - No idea. Check spelling?

TLN - Toda La Noche, I. E. An all-nighter.

Revolucion or La Revu - The main street that runs north / south through downtown. For all intents and purposes it delineates the easternmost boundary of the Zona Norte, and is well known for many tourist trinket shops, clip joint bars (all located south of 1st street), the famous striped donkeys, etc. , etc. In the past, when gringos ruled Tijuana, most of Revu was party central for a bazillion young partiers, as the drinking age in Mexico is 18.

I was just there on Friday last (been too lazy to file a TR, but will get around to it). Not sure about this weekend.

I spent some lovely evenings in Adelitas and the Chicago about fifteen years ago. I've not had an opportunity to get back, but might do so this May. Could anyone tell me how the action is relative to then? More women / less? More dangerous / about the same? Any new advice for an old monger?

It's been remodeled significantly. Hong Kong has taken the lion's share of the business, so, on average, AB will tend to be slower than it once was. Generally, there seems to be less silicone than years ago.

Chicago is a shadow of its former self. Very quiet most nights, some would say dead. It picks up somewhat after, say, 11:00 pm. But nothing like it was in the "good old days" when it was SRO.

It is a little more laid back than Hong Kong, not always dancers on stage. You can go and sit at the bar and relax and not get bothered. Hong Kong definitely has changed, much more upscale now, more stages, louder music, perhaps prettier girls than Adelitas. I have had an awesome time at both places. It's all about finding the right girl. I do think overall I like Adelitas more, the rooms aren't as nice, no shower generally, but lately the girls have been more relaxed. I go to Hong Kong more to watch the show and find perhaps a prettier girl, but the performance at Adelitas has been superior, for the most part.

In terms of how dangerous it is, I find that in San Diego people are mortified if you talk about going to Tijuana. I have never had a hint of a problem there, but I always go in the afternoon and am sure to be out of there before dark.

I plan on driving down from orange county very soon and enjoy the afternoon into the early evening in Tijuana. I find it always better and sometimes funner to have a wingman.

Along and have even enjoyed sharing a nice lady once. Just wondering if anybody planned on going today.

Me too haven't been there in 5+ years. Are Hong Kong girls still younger than AB, Is the going arriba still at $80 for HK and $60 for AB, the rooms were $11 and beers in AB were $3 and her drinks were $7 ea. What's the difference now? Also do they still working on the border crossing where the walk in entrance is from the 5 south by the duty free shop?

There are even a few girls who stand on the street that are worth doing to and they are $20 a pop. If you can find one that you click with even better.

Most all of the ones worth your time will accept 10 p to 1 dollar and the rate is over 14 to 1 when you exchange for pesos.

Some HK or AB chicas will accept 500 to 700 pesos, granted you will have to interview a few and best during the week than 'weak end'.

Does anyone know of a quick affordable way where I could make mobile to mobile calls while in Tijuana for a day or two in case of swapping numbers with some chicas without changing my existing plan with my carrier? I'm on Crickets simple smart phone plan for US only calls but would charge me another $15 for international calling which I think may only cover land lines also.

Past the Mc Donalds just off the trolley. Thanks I know but this is when I was coming back from Tijuana I'm talking about the entrance to Tijuana from the other side crossing the 5 fwy "Camino de La Plaza exit" I used to walk thru the revolving metal gate and walk to the pharmacist and the yellow taxi stop. Is this entrance to Tijuana still closed?

Because of this change to pedestrians entering Mexico, the foot traffic has changed dramatically. The McDonalds on the Tijuana side of the border has closed.

Hey folks,

I don't live close to the border, so I'm looking to bring some Viagra back with me. I know I can get 100 MG pills without a prescription, but to bring it back I'll need a prescription. Will a Mexican prescription work? Or do I need a US prescription? If just a Mexican one, I've heard its around $25 at some of the pharmacies?

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

If I were to bring back Viagra, I would bring a near empty US prescription bottle of Viagra with me. I would fill it with Mexican Viagra for the return.

There have been plenty of comments about good results with generic Mexican Viagra, but I'm not positive it is really the same.

Looks like I need to secure a US prescription then. Going to the same GP as my celibate wife makes that a challenge.

So what's the latest exchange rate in Tijuana these days.Exchange rate at 10 am Sunday morning, at the cambio next to Mc Donalds was 14.29 to $1. Cambio across the street from Jack in the box was 14.39 to $1. In Tijuana at the La Linea on the way back to USA was 14.12. They say no commission but I believe they take a "processing fee" that equates to 13.90 to $1/ 'tipo neto". Whatever the fuck that is! Same applies when selling pesos to $. Posted rate was 14.30 p to get $1 (not factoring 14.85-"tipo neto" (no commission / I don't know whatever they call it!

In the Zona the going price at the 3 cambios was 14.12 as of noon /1/25 Sunday. I have no Idea what the rate is at Soriana or the ATM's at Cascada or HK?

Nearly all ATMs in Tijuana use the financial markets exchange rates, which are generally 3% t 4% better than the cambio rates.

All or nearly all Cambios on both sides of the border take in far more US dollars than pesos, so they tend to make their money by offering exchange rates that are below the actual market exchange rates, and not by charging disclosed processing fees or commissions.

On the ticket it states the amount in pesos turned in. On the ticket it states the posted rate (on the board.) as the "tipo" Then at the bottom of the ticket it states "tipo Neto"(always higher amount of pesos to turn in to the $dollar to receive) I got my nifty phone calculator out and yes it was the "tipo Neto" rate and NOT the posted rate. This happened at the Cambio at the old Mc Donalds and the one across the street from Hong Kong.

I'm a veteran of Tijuana but only one or two brief visits last 5 years or so. Each trip promises surprises, good and not so good. Flight arrived SAN 3 ish on Thursday. Had a rent car because I needed it for biz on Sunday and thought it would save time and hassle compared to usual MO of bus and trolley. Wrong. My old parking lot is now Outlet Mall. Searched other side of I-5 and got trapped in traffic until wound up back on west side for $7 day, $10 weekends). Next time, back to bus from airport and trolley to Tijuana.

Got screwed even before that at San Ysidro money changer when I did not realize the a-hole hit me for 10% comish. No wonder he was paying 4% more than competition. My fault, head up me arse. Let my guard down. Finally got to Cascadas about 6 pm for room reserved on line. Good service on line as well as check in. And the rooms are SO much better than before. $50 Thurs, $60 Friday for "basic" room with double bed. 6th floor fairly quiet.

Stashed stuff to make it more difficult for visitors to steal money or puter and headed down to alley side exit. Again, my goodness, much cleaner than I remember. Ambled to left, away from HK, to find a cheap beer and see if any hope for appealing SGs. Almost immediately saw Carina just past Valentinos (I think) in front of a little bar tended by a 50-something Americano named Tomas (big gray beard, nice guy). Carina has flat belly, not much makeup. But I wanted a beer. Very pleased upon exit that she was still there. Said she had to give 50 pesos to her place if she went to my room. Tomas confirmed that was likely true. So here's 50, I wait, back she comes and off we go. Some discussion about money, good English. Don't get mad guys but I agreed 400 pesos, no prisa. And she was delightful. Wonderful slender body, perky tatas, hard to believe she has 2-yr-old nina because no marks I could see on this mid-20's Veracruz (I think) girl. She would not go for DATY (too bad, I'the have loved to make her squirm) but took her time, very relaxed, stayed wet, all very pleasant and polite.

Ready for chow after long day of work and travel I went to the little place next to Adelita (left if walking out of the bar) where they have the best liver and onions. Great meal, but too much food. Wandered around afterwards, drank a few beers, nearly persuaded to take a HK girl who nearly begged "I don't want to stay here. $140 all night". Then $100. But I've seen that vanishing act before and, mainly, I was still miserable from too much food. That said, there were several flat bellies in HK and another couple appealing SGs. In my room asleep by 11. Getting old, eh?

Friday morning breakfast at Hotel Nelson. Even the walk up there was cleaner than I remembered. Walked around a bit then back toward Cascadas when there's Carina standing where she was night before (works 11 to 9 I think she said). Chatted a bit, I walked on, had couple beers and decided why search when she's so good. So off we went again, maybe 1 pm. I gave her 500 with no discussion of money (c'Mon., give me a break, I was trying to be atypical, hoping for rewards). She was marvelous again but still no DATY. No rush, she seemed to enjoy, certainly I did. And she said "thank you" before leaving, noting that biz had been slow.

After a couple hours of reading in room, time for a walk-about. Peeked into Adelitas (nothing), HK (not much), and wound up at a little hole in the wall around the corner from Adelitas (right out of Adelita's, around corner, past Glorita's or similar, next place I think, walking toward alley). Pretty much a shithole place but the hawker out front had been polite and friendly when I'the walked by earlier so I went in to be polite in return and have a cheap beer. Here comes Sara. Slender, pretty in face, good English (my Spanish is OK but so much easier if they do Ingles). Sara was eager, outgoing and I figured she deserved a fiche. Did I say she was slender? After I bought her a beer the inside hustler tells me "$48 for bucket of beer and private room with everything" and various suggestions of sexual delights. For reasons unknown, after conferring with Sara, I agreed. Got an extra beer for me and what the hell are you kidding me? The private room was separated from main bar by glass windows. We could see out but bar patrons could not see in. I think. Anyhow, good gawd, assuming I'the agreed to something that I'the regret, I was stunned at how quickly events heated up. Sara's children have wreaked havoc on her 31 yr old body (saggy tatas, wrinkled belly) but the whole thing was just the right combo of seedy and sexy. We went at it like drunk monkeys and I was past point of no return when I realized it was all bareback (oops). Anyhow, no symptoms yet. Check back with me in a month or a decade. We washed up with water from bottom of ice bucket (classy, eh?) and no indications that the guys at table just outside were watching us when I gazed out at them. This was among my top 5 seedy / sexy encounters around the world ever, right up there with a few in Jakarta, Gili Islands, Vietnam and wrong side of tracks as a kid 50 years ago.

Out the door, money well spent, ready for another beer or two and nap before Fri night. Dinner at little place in alley that is part of HK, Cascadas empire (starts with "P", right next to Cascadas, Praga maybe). Had coffee there Fri morning. Nice people, good food, 50% off with coupon from hotel check-in. Then walked area a bit, Friday night VERY different than Thurs. Adelitas and HK jammed. Chicago empty. Enjoyed couple beers in HK including free one with card they'the given me earlier and was amazed at so many flat bellies. Far better quality than I remember. But nothing tripped my trigger, at least not for the money they'd want. It had been good day. Keep my money and go home early again. But damned if a SG did not accost me outside. Lily. Said she usually works over by corner near Glorita's (around corner from Adelitas). Perfect English, kind of pretty, certainly playful and eager. Said she's American, assume hiding out in Tijuana. Too good to be true. But I took the bait. I thought she said $25. In room it became 35. OK, maybe I did not hear well. Showered, no hurry, very pleasant. Nearly stuck her arm up her arse to elbow while washing so clean seemed likely. In bed she's equally enthusiastic, gets off on the DATY. Said she really likes anal (I don't, not much). Recites something about $65 for anal and $45 for "sex" which I translate to a recitation of normal rates for vaginal and anal. She asks for Hershey Highway so I oblige her, not for me. Then she reminds me of prices. OK, I'm done. Sorry, babe, I'm not ordering ala carte from your menu. You can go. I had given her $40 (the 35 plus advance tip in my view). She changed tune, made excuses, apologized and said "finish you off BJ, you pay me what you want". Fine, take off the cover. She did and she was good. Annoyed as I was with her, my dick was very happy. I gave her another 200 pesos and reminded myself it could have been worse.

Final comments. Most beautiful girl I saw was bartender Friday afternoon at the little place I mentioned where Tomas, the Americano, worked (sorry I did not notice bar name; 2 small Coronas for 30 pesos). This 28 yr old from Oaxaca who says she just tends bar and would not even agree to meet after work for dinner or drink (she works til 6 pm and has 3 yr old, lives with Hermana). Lord I'the pay big just to see her undress. Dark skin, beautiful teeth, visible hair on her forearms and lower back so got to be a wonderful Bush down below. My eyes are glazing over now. Oh well, maybe you young guys can make progress. Her name is Lourdes, goes by LuLu. And finally, finally, got taxi to border Saturday morning, 30 minutes to cross at 9:30 ish, total damage $110 for room, 1000 pesos for double stroke of Carina including 100 to her alleged room obligation, about $50 each for the Sara and Lily encounters, equiv of 50 to 100 bucks for food and alcohol, and back to SD for nice day before heading north for biz on Sunday. Back to Texas midnight Sunday. All's well unless irrational exuberance with my afternoon delight has delayed consequences. Tijuana is fun again. Saw lots of policia but all seemed for show. No masks and AKs in back of technical. Just clean cop cars and motorcycles. Presume drug lords have taken over area as they diversify their biz?

This was Playboy Club. I'm not so stoked on this latest "remodel" (and I'm using the term loosely). They love to push the VIP room, but, as you saw, it's no great shakes. They have a similar deal, IIRC, with a nearby hotel. My question is what did you pay Sara? Normally you fork over the $48 (IIRC, 6 ficha beers x $8), it just covers the room and you pay extra for the girl. Was your experience different?

I am surprised that you got a double room in Cascades for only $50 on Thursday and $60 on Friday. I was under the impression that Cascades' double rooms cost $70 on weekdays and $75 on Friday and Saturday nights. The prices that I mention are what they displayed as their rates at the Cascades front desk (I took a picture of their stated Cascades room rates) and also what they show on their website currently:

http://hotelcascadas.com/hotel-rooms.php#doubleroom.

One tip that I want to give fellow mongers regarding Cascades and Rizo de Oro rooms is that many (but not all) of the rooms are equipped with safes. Cascades publicizes that their Master Suites have room safes, but a large number of the regular rooms also are equipped with room safes concealed in one of the nightstands. For example, a few months ago I stayed in Cascades single room #605 and it was equipped with a room safe. I am also adding a couple of pictures of a double room at Rizo de Oro I rented on Halloween night. It had three built-in nightstands and the one closest to the bathroom had a safe. The dark wooden front panel is sometimes a hinged door that hides the room safe. If you discover after checking in that your room is equipped with a safe, all you need to do is go to the front desk and they will give you a safe key if you give the desk a refundable 100 pesos deposit for the safe key.

Lastly I want to comment that you probably ran into Tom working the bar at La Capirucha (was he tall & bald? Tom does not work behind the bar serving beer much, he is an American and usually works at La Capirucha doing clean up around the bar. He was a long-time resident of the Leyva, but now he lives and works at La Capirucha. I cannot attest to whether he is a good bartender, the last time I was in La Capirucha was before Tom began working there. But I can attest to him being a very honest and straight-talking Hombre, since I've known him for nearly four years and can vouch for his good character overall.

La Capirucha Bar is located on the north side of the alley, wedged in between the entrances of two street girl hotels: the Hotel Mini and the El Porton.

If are someone that bar hops, but never take street girls into their host hotels, but only go into bars. La Capirucha Bar is in between La Valentina Bar and Hacienda Bar on the east end of the alley.

Excuse me Okie.

I misread the part of your post when you described the cost of your Cascades room.

You said that you got a "basic" (single) room with a double bed (not a double room).

And if you paid for the room in pesos instead of dollars, it would have been the equivalent of $50 US on Thursday and $60 on Friday.

Hong Kong Bar and Cascades use an exchange rate of 13 to 1.

So if you obtained a $55 single room on Thursday night, but paid for it in pesos, the guy at the front desk would have asked for 715 pesos before the key deposit.

Since you can get better than 14 pesos for the dollar at current cambio rates, the conversion back to dollars would have been around $55 (I. E. A built in discount of around 10% just by paying in pesos).

The rate chart I posted was on the Cascades front desk on December 15th, 2014.

My understanding is that they have not yet changed their rates for single rooms.

But Cascades did increase their weekend rates for double rooms, Jacuzzi rooms and Master Suites.

Currently the rates for double rooms on Friday and Saturday nights has increased from $75 to $85.

The rates for Jacuzzi rooms on Friday and Saturday nights has increased from $110 to $120 and weekend rack rates for the Master Suites rose from $135 to $145.

I would recommend that anyone planning to stay in Cascades for more than two nights should probably purchase a Hong Kong VIP card before check-in and get an additional 20% or more discount on rooms at Cascades or Rizo de Oro. The VIPcard sells for or $50 (or 650 pesos). Between the room discounts and the one free drink per day in HK. The card will pay for itself in just three days. Yet it is good for four months.

Thanks. Nice TR.

Was your experience different?Yep, Playboy sounds right. 10-4 on remodel. But we've all been in worse dives. Well, hell, I hope I did not rip off po little Sara. As if that's possible, eh? But no, I did not give her more than immaterial tip and whatever she got from the the $48 room, beer bucket etc. I honestly don't remember what I gave her, her hustler and the bartender. Couple bucks each, maybe 5 or nothing for her. She seemed quite happy, certainly did not indicate in any way more $$ expected. I'm inclined to think she really does (or did) like the sex. But my ego has run amok before. At least she liked the beer! Her hustler insisted we had the room for an hour. We were not there that long and he was at the door as we were putting clothes back on. Oddly, although I fully expected to be victim of full on hustle, it was all dandy, no hassle or hustle, all friendly all around. Beginners luck probably. Hmm. Maybe I'm now performing on an Internet porn site near you! That would be the shits. I'm curious about experiences of others there.

Scatmando,

Yes, we're both right. I think. About room rates at Cascadas. I stated I had a double bed, not double room, but confess I did not pay attention to nomenclature. But now that I see your price list it was their "single room" el cheapo. I expected to pay $55 and $65 per website. But they charged $50 and 60, as stated. I paid each night separately, never knowing whether I may want to bogey out after one night. Paid each with see-note so clearly saw change. I assumed it was discount for booking on line. Again, not worried that they're cheating themselves as I would with typical dingy cashier in USA Where I'd say "uh, you did not charge me enough". Excellent advice on the safes. Common in Asia. Should be Tijuana too. But shower and bano have glass doors so not much chance for visitor to rifle thru stuff if you're somewhat conscious. I certainly did check lock on window for when gone, for what that's worth. Fact is, dozens of trips, I've never had a problem with thieves here. Luck I'm sure.

I believe you've got the location and person spot on. As to Tomas the Gringo and wedged between 2 SG walk-ups. Tom was cleaning and, Thurs eve, out front making some effort to get warm body with wallet inside. Friday afternoon bartender was my heart throb, source of all future wet dreams. There was a working girl inside Fri afternoon who was pleasant and pretty face, big but not fat. Not my type but would likely have been quite nice.

Currently pedestrians entering the United States and entering Mexico both walk on the east side of the autos.

Because of this change to pedestrians entering Mexico, the foot traffic has changed dramatically. The McDonalds on the Tijuana side of the border has closed.Hey Thanks for leting me know, so what's the best way to enter Tijuana by foot?

I need to park for overnight, can I park on the west side parking lot and cross the FWY overpass by foot I have no experience parking on the trolley side, I haven't been in Tijuana in more than 4 years, I used to take the "Camino De La Plaza" exit and go straight all the way to the last parking lot I paid $8 for 24 hs.

Go through the turnstyles / through the Mexican building past the Mexican customs. Just a joke really. Unless you have luggage and you push the stop and go signal and green you go, red you get checked! (only with luggage / usually just breeze through with a back pack.) Down the stairs and down the path. Up the stairs. Across the bridge across the highway and down to the Taxis. (or you can walk to the Zona. Strait ahead 1/2 mile. Over the river and strait on Primera to the arch.).

The large lot is called the UTEA lot (it surrounds a duty free store by the same name) and the cost is now $7 per 24 hours if you enter on a weekday (demand for that lot is less since the change in the pedestrian entry). When you exit the UTEA lot by foot you will see a white footbridge that goes over the freeway / car entryway to the east side of the freeway emptying across the street from the trolley.

As you walk to the end of the (trolley) rail line you will see signs directing you a little to the left.

If you miss the sign. Just pay attention to where everybody walking south to the Mexican border is going.

I haven't been there in years everything has changed, I think I would still park on this side and walk the foot bridge, so I guess now I have to walk double the distance by crossing the foot bridge in my way in and out.

Thanks again!

This my sound stupid to some, but last time I went to Tijuana in my way back I stop at the San ysidro McDonalds off the 5 fwy next to a motel then at home I went to you tube because something came to my mind that made my stomach sick seriously. Tell me I didn't had lunch at the same McDonalds of 1984 that I remember watching on tv back in Anaheim, if you're old enough you might remember what I'm talking about. Is this the same restaurant please tell me I didn't eat there? The McDonalds that formerly was in San Ysidro was the site of a horrible mass murder.

That McDonalds was torn down and that piece of real estate is now a park.

The current McDonalds on the US side is an entirely new building in a new location.

Having just gone through misery of traffic and parking, if you're able to walk a bit and particularly if staying more than 8 hours, I'd park on west side of freeway, north side, adjacent to south bound exit from freeway, called Border Parking. $7 for 24 hours if out by 10 am During the week, 10 bucks weekends. The Jack in the Crack place told me 7 (or 8?) per 8 hours. Dang the Outlet Mall.

Good luck

The current McDonalds on the US side is an entirely new building in a new location.I need to correct myself regarding the land use of the former McDonalds (that used to be near the existing Jack in the box, and was closed ten days after the July 18th shooting).

I looked up the event on Wikipedia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Ysidro_McDonald%27s_massacre

"Within two days of the mass shooting, the San Ysidro Boulevard restaurant had been refurbished and renovated, and was again open for business in the hope that—as one employee commented—the restaurant would become "just another McDonald's. " The newly renovated restaurant was razed on July 28. McDonald's later built another restaurant nearby. The same day the restaurant opened, McDonald's announced a commitment to donate $1 million to a survivors' fund. Following the July 28 closure of the restaurant, McDonald's donated the ground to the city, with the stipulation that no restaurant be constructed upon the site. For over four years, alternate plans to convert the site into either a memorial park, or a shrine to the dead failed to materialize, although several makeshift memorials were built and torn down. The land upon which the McDonald's restaurant had stood was sold in February 1988 to Southwestern College for $136,000, with the agreement that a 300-square-foot area in front of the campus extension they intended to construct upon the site building becoming a permanent memorial to the 21 victims who died in the massacre.

In front of the school, there stands a memorial to the victims, consisting of 21 hexagonal white marble pillars ranging in height from one to six feet and each bearing the name of one of the victims. This memorial was designed by Roberto Valdes, a former student at Southwestern College, who said of the sculpture: "The 21 hexagons represent each person that died, and they are different heights, representing the variety of ages and races of the people involved in the massacre. They are bonded together in the hopes that the community, in a tragedy like this, will stick together, like they did. " Every anniversary, the monument is decorated with flowers and on the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead, candles and offerings are brought on behalf of the victims. The monument is at 460 West San Ysidro Boulevard. ".

Then they built another up the road a ways, IIRC.

Man, 77 minutes. I realize that nobody had cell phones, etc. , in those days. But it took the cops 77 minutes to drop the doughnuts, get their asses in gear and shoot that guy.
