Is there a Ticuan equivalent at La Playas? I'm not expecting the Ritz Carlton, but hoping for something a little more decent by the beach.
Also here is an interesting tidbit about how this travel ban occurred in the first place. I have found the Whats up app a great way to message and phone a chica in Mexico. I would always delete all conversations and pictures that were sent. However after it was to late I discovered that any picture you receive on this app are automatically sent to the gallery photo section of your phone as a download. I hope this info will help someone in the future.
(Mexican pants = jeans with the hidden pocket) . But since I got back to her 15 minutes after she left the message all was good.
.I have been burnt with that before, was caught with couple of naked pics in the photo stream. From then I don't take any more pics. Memories are the best reminder.
Why do you need a Mexican Pant? I have been mongering in Zona for quite some, been outside also to Pulgas and La Manison. Never felt unsafe. Though I do feel up my wallet every 2 minutes to make sure.
And when his wife does his laundry and finds out that 100% of his pants have been turned into Mexican pants, she's going to have questions. LOL.Since when do American wives do fucking laundry? You must be Asian or something.

Cost me a couple hours lost. CBP. May hassle you a little bit, but they will let you back in.

On one occasion I found myself close to the border without a passport and after a bit of deliberating I said what the hell and crossed over. Yes you do spend some time worrying about crossing back but it was no big deal. I just walked up to the agent and said this is really embarrassing, but after I crossed I realized I didn't have my passport. I didn't even get sent to secondary I made it through just as fast as if I had my passport. Same thing happened to another buddy he flashed his DL and his Ralph's card and he went right through.
I think that as long as you are in this country legally (citizen or green card) the Feds has enough info on you in their database to verify your identity. Of course it would take a couple of hours and they'd be pissed at actually doing some work other than smack talking each other behind their counter.

They let me through with just my DL.
Wasn't sure about the D. L. Thing. I have heard that a passport was a "must" and really did not want to risk the "hassle" thing.
Anyways, will be sure I got it all together before my next visit in a couple weeks.

Looking for advice and input on a trip I'm planning to Tijuana Zone. Here's my details. Any and all input very much appreciated.
I will be heading to Tijuana on a Friday afternoon, probably arriving between 3 and 4 pm I don't intend to take much valuables with me, just my passport, some cash, and a tooth brush. I am only staying for 1 night. I will park on the north side of the border and walk across. I will get my money exchanged on the north side of the border into pesos.
Just before heading across the border, I will take a Cialis pill. I have a prescription, so I won't be purchasing any in Mexico. I'm not sure if I will take 10 or 20 mgs but plan on connecting with 2 to 4 chicas.
Once on the Mexico side, I will take a taxi to HK and walk around a bit to get a feel for the area. I will also check into a hotel. I'm not which hotel to check into but based on previous posts, I'm thinning either Cascadas or the one beside the Chicago club. I like that it's cheap and they're chica-friendly. Recommendations?
Throughout the night, I want to check out the main clubs (KH, AB, Chicago and Tropical). If nothing else, I will poke my head in before figuring out where to spend most of my time. I don't drink alcohol so I'll be buying bottled water. I will bring plenty of $1 bills for fun with the girls.

If you are doing this Saturday morning, you should be fine. On work days, you'd be stuck for hours (in that case, you need to go for 2-3 am, but that's workable when you have a motel in San Ysidro). Always study the waiting time averages (use google) and plan your re-entry time. No point going there and standing for hours in a line (unless you have a fancier priority queue pass).

I don't ever recall a SG with bolt-ons. Most of those work in AB. Also Chicago is going to be one giant disappointment. As for international negotiating skills, raise up 4 fingers and say "everything."

Looks like you have done your homework. Sounds like you have a good plan. Taxi from the border to the Zona I would offer 50 pesos, most will say 5 dollars but 50 pesos will come out to about $3. 30 and when you get to HK every dollar counts. Going back to the border they seem to want a little more but it depends on supply and demand.
As far as SG negotiations you got it. Better negotiate everything upfront if you want a BJ specify. Sometimes a new girl will just hear the term sucky fucky and no not what she is saying.
As far as your description of your ideal SG look for Jimeana she is a tall skinny young girl who stands in front of La Gloria bar a few doors down from Adeleta bar.
When I go to Zona Norte I pretty much do as you describe. Cross border and get a cab to HK. Some drivers will ask to take you to some place called Amnesia. Never been. Just stick to your plan and insist on HK. Once I arrive to HK I walk over to AB. I check the scene there. I do a loop inside AB since there is no exit to the alley.
After checking out AB I slip through Las Chavelas. Most of the time any hot looking chica is taken up by someone. So I usually walk straight through and exit out the back into the alley.
Once in the alley, the best looking SG are usually standing just outside of HK. These girls actually use the HK hotel at a discounted rate ($3 cheaper I believe.).
If no luck with SG, I head inside HK. Best looking chicas in la zona. Best looking doesn't necessarily mean best service.
If no luck at HK, I exit out the front and do this loop all over again until I find what I want. Except on weekends when HK charges $5 to enter, but you are given a beer at the door as a comp.
Once last bit of advice, just personal preference, but I always check out the chica's shoes. I check to see how much height she has gained with her high heels and I try to gauge her actual height. Clothing also. Tight jeans can be really deceptive. Just saying.

It always have multiple staffs hanging around the parking lot 24/7. My preference is the real cheap rooms, which turn out to be newer, and much cleaner than the rooms on the street side. And bring your smart phone and use Google Translate to communicate with the locals.

At Cascadas, you can bring girls from HK, LC, and BT. Also many SGs will go there as well, so it is a better option.

My buddy wants to go to Puerto Nuevo first then come back and spend the night in Tijuana. That means I'm driving across. We both have Sentri and my car has the sticker. I've done it before. 1. If we are staying at Cascadas, where is the best / safest place to park for the night? I remember there was a place on Calle Coahuila just west of Ninos Heroes on the northside of the street that I've parked at before. Is that place okay? I also remember seeing another parking place on Ninos heroes just north of Coahuila that said "HK parking". What's my best option?
2. This will be my first night staying at one of these hotels and really don't know what to expect. If I get a chica to go arriba, do they come to my room? Or do we have to go to one of the short term rentals? If I take them to my room, will it be cleaned up between sessions?

Regarding question 1 . I don't drive but my GF would always use the lot you mentioned on Nino Heros without any problems. Just be alert while walking that block on Nino Heros it is known to be a little rough.
Regarding question 2 . When you are negotiating let the girl know you want to go to your room. You can bring her to your toom without any problem from the hotel. You will probably want to keep your own supply of condoms and lube. And there is no need to even stop by the desk. As far as getting your room cleaned between sessions, you will have to find a clean up guy and request for him to clean your room and you will want to give him a tip.

If you get the HK VIP card only by parking in that lot, you can get most of your overnight parking costs reimbursed. There is no better option.
If you are staying in Cascades, many SGs will agree to go to your room. Your room will not be automatically cleaned in between your sessions. But for two or three bucks you might get one of the cumboys to agree to clean it.

Pepe's does have 3 or 4 guys, plus a few Hong Kong's guys, there 24 hours a day.
Pepe's is HK's beer storage warehouse and the staging area for meseros before their shift, so there are always people around.
Ninos Heroes is dark and potentially dangerous late at night. You can take free rides on HK's golf carts between Pepe's and HK / Cascada. There are usually 2 golf carts waiting at Pepe's and going back and forth.

Pepes is a world class dump. Probably one of the grossest hotels next to The Rivas and San Jose (which I use) but it has porno on the TV's. Hell even Cuartos Teresas is cleaner than that place. It also isn't a safe hotel for newbies to take girls. There is no security besides the front desk lady who couldn't give a rats ass what happens to you AND it is right next door to a mission that hosts recently deported convicts.
If you want a decent SAFE hotel to take a walker or SG use Hotel Ceci directly across the street from Playboy. 60 mx 30 minutes. One of the cleanest SG / Walker hotels in the zona.

Calmete, Pepe's is a parking lot not a hotel.There is both a parking lot named Pepe's and a Hotel Pepe in La Zona and they are about two blocks away from each other. Artisttype simply didn't realize we were talking about the parking lot, which is owned by the same family that owns HK, BT, Rizo de Oro, LC and Cascades.
As I mentioned before, Pepe's parking lot is sort of the official parking lot for Hong Kong Bar. If you buy a HK VIP card and want to take advantage of the 'free parking' benefit offered by the VIP card, you are required to park in the Pepe's parking lot. Back when I had an active VIP card I would park at Pepe's and then take my parking lot ticket to HK's customer's relation desk. The ladies at customer service would issue me a reimbursement receipt that I could take to bartender and receive a $5 cash reimbursement. At the same time I would typically get my daily free beer ticket from customer service and tip the CS desk lady fifty cents or 5 pesos. I would present both tickets to the HK bartender and tip him 10 pesos for everything (the $5 reimbursement and free beer). Pepe's parking lot is located on Nino Heroes in the middle of the block between Coahuila and Baja California. As Clamslammer noted, Pepe's is on the east side of Nino Heroes. Another way of describing the Pepe's parking lot's location is to say it is behind Rizo de Oro or directly north of RdeO. I will include a picture of Pepe's lot taken while I was standing on the ground floor inside the North annex of Hotel Rizo de Oro.
On the other hand, Hotel Pepe is located on the north side of Coahuila Ave, pretty close to Revolution. Hotel Pepe is next door to the Hacienda de Santiago and the other picture is of Hotel Pepe.

To the immediate south of Pepe's lot are some run down businesses in commercial storefronts with guys on the sidewalk selling tools.
To the immediate north of Pepe's lot are two story small apartment buildings and mixed use buildings (businesses on the ground floor and housing units above).
There might be some one story houses on that east side of Nino Heroes, but I've never noticed them, just the two story structures.
And again, I've never seen any street girls standing on the block of Nino Heroes between Baja California & Coahuila.

Last few times I used it there were dirty sheets on the bed and water on the bathroom floor. The allure of that place was the decent rooms with porn for a very affordable price.

Ignore the "flying pussies" and fear mongers on the board. The Zona Norte is probably the most dangerous place in Tijuana, square-foot for square-foot, thus requiring so much police presence. By comparison, Revu at night is a cake walk and even more so during the day. Don't forget to get your picture taken with the Zonkeys.

I've probably walked in that area more than 100 times during the day and have never felt threatened. The biggest danger during that daytime walk is twisting your ankle on the uneven sidewalks.

Also ran into an amigo who claims he got into a beef with one of the bar girls, said he ended up in the managers office where he was slapped by the manager and told not to come back to this bar. Wow slapped, I have heard of many disagreements in the bars, but an assault that is some poor customer service.

Also, I am wondering if anyone here has experience swimming in the water at playa Tijuana, and also Rosarito. I have read that sewage dumps into both but not sure if that is still the case. I guess I could judge if others are in the water when I go, it's just that I'd rather go to the Tijuana beach as it's a lot closer, get a good workout in the water all day, then have some adult fun later on in the evening after resting up. I'm also wondering if anyone has experience with solodivas escorts. They have some real cuties up there but that can be misleading. I have gone with other agencies and have rarely been disappointed. Any info will be much appreciated. I found a great deal on a round trip flight to SAN this summer thru southwest and can't wait to sit on the beach with some drinks and soak up the sun.

If you're hoping for a Caribbean-style beach, with umbrellas and waiters bringing you Mai Tais, this ain't the place.
Lots of locals go to Playas on the weekend. Mostly to walk along the "boardwalk," stroll the beach, eat in the seafood joints overlooking the beach. Some swim, but most do not. The water really isn't all that great. I don't think there is much raw sewage these days, but overall it's not a great place to swim. I'm not saying don't, but it's mostly a wade and splash sort of experience. I don't remember seeing any changing facilities.
Rosarito may be a better choice, but I haven't been to that beach in ages. I think somebody else can chime in with a Rosarito update.

There are no waste treatment plants for cities and towns in Mexcico. Sewage just go straight into the ocean years after years. Ocean water along Tijuana ad Rosarito is polluted and smells putrid.
Further down South half way to Ensenada, about 50 miles South of Tijuana, where there are no towns, housings or inhabitants, there are a series of nice, clean beaches with nice, clean sand and clean, fresh water, worth taking a drive.

According to this report, Tijuana does not have its own waste water treatment.
Tijuana is using the plant in Imperial Beach and raw sewage still flows into the river valley.
1997 After extensive planning and dialog from community activist groups, International Boundary and Water Commission puts into operation the International Treatment Plant with a capacity to treat 25 million gallons a day of Tijuana's sewage. Effluent is now discharged down the South Bay Ocean Outfall distributing treated waste water 3 miles offshore in 90 feet of water.
Today Even with the International Treatment Plant operating pollution continues as raw sewage from system failures and un-sewered portions of Tijuana flow into the river valley. Various options and ideas are still being proposed for future resolve. Available concept known as Bajauga proposes to construct and operate a treatment plant in eastern Tijuana and use the effluent as reclaimed water.

To double down with the misinformation that cities and towns in Mexico have no sewage treatment plants and simply pour their raw sewage into the ocean is pure ignorance. I would refer to give accurate information that is not 25 years out of date. Here is an article from April 2010 reporting the opening of a sewage treatment plant Inside Tijuana with another Tijuana sewage plant scheduled to open a few months later in year 2010.

Ensenada at the same time (2010-2011) had three different sewage treatment plants in operation.
I have visited Tijuana's Playas four or five times this past year. Not many, but certainly some beach visitors go into the surf. But just like in the United States, most people at the beach are not in the water. And most people that are in the ocean water are just wading in the water, with the surf below their waists, just like at US beaches most of the time.

I've done it a million times, day and night. If you're drunk on your ass when leaving the Zona it's better to take a cab. Of course, a lot depends on what you mean by night. If you're heading back at around 4:00 am, or later, drunk or not, a cab is probably best.
I wouldn't walk straight down Revolucion to Coahuila at night. The stretch between Primera and Coahuila isn't as vacant as it once was, due primarily to Premier, the large gay bar on the west side. But the stretch on Coahuila between Revolucion and Constitucion is pretty sketchy. Personally, I go down Revu until 2nd, then cut over to Constitucion and head down Con to Coahuila.

With all due respect, the AB guy deserves nothing. Tips should be voluntary. Commensurate with the level of service provided. The AB guy is demanding a tip by shoving his box in your face. A huge, classless breach of etiquette. Tossing a wet paper towel in his box is a harmless way to let him know his antics are not appreciated. I have no problem tossing other attendants up to $1 for handing me a towel but the AB guy will never get a tip from me.

SMD offered the best advice on dealing with the bathroom attendants. They do a job that nobody here would do and, although I can't speak for the guy at AB, most get no salary and subsist on the tips they generate in a night. Any poster that suggests insulting or belittling the attendant probably has their own personal issues. You've traveled in Asia. Much like in Asia, getting bent out of shape, insulting people, etc. , is most definitely uncool in Mexico. On the bright side, speaking of Asia, the Tijuana bathroom attendants aren't nearly as irritating as the bathroom fairies in Bangkok. The ones that grab you as soon as your Johnson is out, try to give you a massage and play amateur chiropractor all at the same time. Then all 5 of them demand a tip. I'll take the AB guy, any day.

5 pesos to use a public bathroom is very standard in Tijuana. I can't say why those guys got in free, maybe they were friends of the guard. But, in general, everybody pays the 5 pesos.
Tacos, etc. , in the Zona tend to be more expensive than in other places.
Generally speaking, the really pretty girls in Tijuana tend to offer the crappiest service. There are certainly exceptions, and everybody's taste is different. But, overall, Mexican guys tend to like their women a bit chunkier. Gringos tend to like the flaquitas. There are many fewer flaquitas, overall, so the gringos tend to trip over their own tongues chasing them. There is absolutely no incentive for the real stunners to actually perform. As with you, I've gotten much more mileage from "MILF-ish" ones.

I live on the east coast but travel to San Diego a few times each year for business. Sometimes I stay as long as 2 weeks and will visit Tijuana and Zona Norte almost every day. These overnight Tijuana trips are becoming harder and harder to pull off. But thanks to Caprese7 and some text messages that looked like we would be in San Diego for the Padre Dodger games, and due to the rooms in San Diego being a small fortune because of the Cisco conference we were going to have to spend the nights at some cheap Tijuana Hotel.
I know there are some out there that think all the reports of Zona Norte shootings are just rumors and others who believe you would be crazy to head down with all the gunfire. I personally think these days it is best to travel by cab and limit your street exposure. Upon arrival I meet up with a buddy who's job puts him out on the street 12 hours a day and the first thing he says is you just missed a shooting by a few hours. Turns out there was another drug related shooting over by the Hotel Leyva. After hearing the shot he saw 2 guys running full speed he thought the shooter was chasing another intended victim. But it turns out one guy was shot in the head but it missed anything important and more like the bullet grazed him. So much for rumors it does seem to be a pretty regular thing these days.
I have found a two day Tijuana trip works best for me. The first night I can hang out with the fellas and get drunk touring the Zona smaller bars. Its just not that much fun in either HK or AB on sausage fest nights. And the 2nd night I can hang with the MBGF and have a nice dinner and end up at Las Pulgas. So that is pretty much how things went it was just another night of drinking in La Carreta Tropical, DG and La Gloria. The only out of ordinary thing that happened was close to the end of the night with the last stop being La Gloria. My wingman who brings a few props along seemed to be getting some attention with his drunken antics from a girl sitting at another table. She was watching him and laughing and then look at me and we would both start laughing. Of course the part that got my attention was the girl was drinking regular size beers. So that added a whole new dimension to the situation. She was sort of dressed like a hooker and she was with another older lady who was dressed pretty conservative. But I had to believe she was not working since she never approached anyone and with the regular size beer I guess its safe to assume she is not working.

I ended up making it back to the room at 5:30 am So that does create a problem for day 2 with little sleep and hungover I had to head off to meet the MBGF. I checked out of Cascadas by 10 and took a taxi to her place. It turned out to be my scariest Tijuana cab ride by far. So this guy reached 90 mph on the Via rapido and with a seatbelt that didn't work I propped my backpack in front of me to act as an airbag as he wizzed in and out of traffic. I was sure my life was going to end in a Tijuana taxi.
After spending the day hanging out. With the Ticuan still closed and looking for a Hotel with parking within walking distance of Las Pulgas we checked into Aqua Rio. I never knew it before but they do have some air conditioned rooms now. $495 pesos for the night this Hotel and Las Pulgas are 15 to 1 on the pesos so not much of a bargain as other places who offer different rates. We ended up having dinner at the Italian place over on 9th and Rev. A nice little place with great food and a very popular wine drink that everybody seemed to be ordering. I stuck to lemonade but the GF ordered 3 of them and was already drunk when we left. Good thing because I was in no condition to drink. And as we hit a few more bars she didn't know it but she was doing all the drinking. I kept switching the beers around so she was drinking everything. We ended up at Las Pulgas but didn't stay to late. She became the friendly drunk while at Las Pulgas. At one point she kept staring at a couple girls at another table pretty soon she was over there sitting with them and I assumed they were old friends. Later when I asked her about it she said she didn't know them and I said what were you talking about, and she said they were very pretty and she asked one of them if she would be interested in going out with a friend of mine who might show up. So it turned out to be a nice weekend in Tijuana. Going back on Monday morning there was an hour wait. I did expect it to be worse. As I was crossing I did hear the CBP guy discussing with someone they had detained that they were giving him a break by allowing him to return to MX and leave whatever it was he had there and then getting in line again and starting over. They also told him if he tries to cross with it again he will be held for 8 hours and fined. Not sure why he couldn't just dump whatever it was there and proceed.

Thank you in advance!Once you get to taxi station, tell taxi guy to take you to Adelitas or Hong Kong. They can only drop you off in front of Adelitas. This should cost you 50 pesos, or $5 if you don't have pesos.
Once at Adelitas, you have a choice of entering AB, Las Chavelas, or Hong Kong. You can venture off to other clubs in the vicinity, but that's up to you. If you want to check OU the "alley", then enter Las Chavelas bar. Walk straight through the club and exit out the rear. You will exit into the alley. This is where you will find the chicas standing next to the hotel they work for. Hong Kong also has a rear exit into the alley, but Adelitas doesn't.

This very disturbing. It's almost as if they are taking advantage of the recent rise in crime to extort bribes from people. I have heard that the best thing to do is grab your wallet and cell phone and hold them while being searched. If they demand a bribe then ask to taken to the station or speak to their captain. Ask for their badge number or write down the police cars license plate and number. Then call 066 to reach the police headquarters. I have never had to pay a bribe, but I would interested to hear other peoples experiences in dealing with corrupt cops in Tijuana.

Go before 6 pm, I think it's 6 but it might be some other cutoff time, and the prices are like 25% cheaper.
Great Sunday for me, but BAD week for my Amigas! Three of my Favorites said it was the SLOWEST week in a long time! NO gringos. They said all Americano are AFRAID to come to Tijuana! I said I am not afraid. The shooting and problems are drug related and there is just as much violence in San Diego! My amigas said yes but they still are not coming. I did notice it was VERY slow foot traffic in the alley this afternoon. Also there was NO LINE at the border. Strait to the agent at 6 pm! Fastest crossing on a Sunday in 4 years!That's because it was god damn packed at 9 in the morning Sunday. I usually go back to Cali Sunday morning and holy shit, I don't ever think it was so busy. 45 minute wait in the Ready Lane at 9:00 am. It's usually 10-25 for me.

I've eaten at a few high end restaurants around town and I can tell you *Applebees had the best tasting ribs or steak. In general red meat just isn't the thing to order in Tijuana.
The good news is the rest of the meat offerings are very decent.

The rib eye and porter house I had was dry, tough, tasteless. It's similar to and not any better than steaks served at the Sonora Grill. Their salads and side dishes were small and forgettable. Dinner with wine costed me about $40 per head.
Compare that to restaurants in BS As that serve their cheaper sirloin steaks for $5 dinners, that are far juicier, tastier and full of that delicious beef aroma.
Cheripan's beef is not Argentinian by far, not even Costco's quality. I don't know where they get their beef from, but I kept being reminded of the old donkeys on Revo. Hehehe.

The meats tend to vary in taste and quality. I found the Spanish Chorizo good, the sirloin OK, others hit and miss. Believe it or not the grilled pineapple was delicious. Others in the party liked the chicharron. There are so many types of meat that it's hard to keep track. The price is reasonable. The salad bar is large, but not that great by USA standards. I will say that the place is always busy and very popular. Ask the waiter, if you still have room, for the "crepe suzette" cart for dessert. I can't remember the exact name of it, but that'll get you close. I think I have some pix around here somewhere. I'll see about posting them.
The Argentinian place is probably Cheripan. I've not been but heard good things. Another I've heard about, but not been to, is Asadero Argentino. It's in Otay and seems to be pretty popular.
Being of Mexican decent and a former pro Chef, Mexicans tend to over cook their meat. The local palate prefer their meat very well done, think Tacos. It is very rare, no pun intended that you will ever see a Mexican order a steak rare or even medium rare. Also, they tend to prefer the thinner cuts like flank or round. Tijuana seems to be evolving offering cuts like Ribeye New York Porterhouse ETC. The key with beef is aging it properly and also that the cows are grass fed not corn fed. Argentina beef is superior to you. S beef for mainly that reason alone among many other. Husbandry of Animals is a lot different in other parts of the world VS the you. S assembly factory line beef production. Mexico in general raises cattle a little more ethically than the USA I have had good and bad experiences with beef in Mexico it just depends on where and who produced it.

In Tijuana, forget it, although there are a select few that I would goto for good steak. Argentina across from the Grande Hotel is a very good place. As for the cow, I was told in Hermosillo that they only keep the good cows and ship the mediocre ones to other cities.

I've been told this by numerous police who try and shake me down. Yeah, this would suck if they try the fee no matter what. Wonder how long this will last when the tourist economy shuts down. The violence already reported is starting to turn Americans away. Wonder if this will affect the prices in the Zona?

I have no issues with the meat there. But I am a bit concerned about the raw veggie sides whether part of tacos or as a salad. I have yet to consume raw veggies while south of the US border for gastro safey concerns. Anybody experienced issues with the raw veggies?I eat raw things every time I visit Mexico and haven't yet had a problem. Taco sides, no problem. Salads, no problem. HK crotch, no problem. Fresh cut fruit from the stands, no problem. One of my regular stops is the fresh juice place on the east side of Constitution just north of the alley.
I agree that people recommend not eating raw foods in Mexico. Many places have no decent way to wash the produce with clean water. Perhaps I'm living on borrowed time.

Sure enough, I had the runs for a night. The next day, I saw this girl eating a full salad at the resort restaurant and did she ever pay for it for 24 hours! She ended up going between her bed and the toilet for the entire time. Hahaha.
I've been playing it safe ever since and have not had a about since then.

Admission is 100 pesos (about $7 per guest at current exchange rates) and the water park is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.

The hotel above Hong Kong Bar & Las Chevelas Bar is called Cascades. Many of their overnight rooms are single rooms and their top floor is the sixth floor. On a Sunday night the single room will rent for $55 plus refundable key & TV remote deposits (with online reservations). They do not charge extra rent money if you bring up numerous chicas, but if you want extra soap & towels you will need to tip either the front desk guys or the cumboys. Close to half of Cascades rooms have safes concealed in the nightstands that can be used after obtaining a key at the front desk for an additional refundable deposit.
Adelitas chicas are not allowed to go to monger's rooms in Cascades. Hong Kong, Las Chevelas & Bar Tropical chicas are not allowed to go to monger rooms in Hotel Coahuila. Sure there are exceptions to these cross-visiting restrictions, but they are rare & difficult to pull off.
You can make an online reservation for a room at Cascades. Hotel Coahuila does not take reservations and rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis and often sell out on Friday & Saturday nights (Sunday may not be a problem). Try to stay on the highest floor with a room in the middle, less noise. That should be easy to get on a Sunday night.

I was down yesterday and it looks like the bars are ready to capitalize on the american holiday with lots of red white and blue balloons and a statue of liberty out in front of Adelita bar.
Crossing back to the USA At 7 pm The general line looked to be at least an hour wait, however the ready lane was only about a 5 minute wait.
This is fairly typical for the San Ysidro border crossing. The lines are long in the morning due the commuters that are going to work. There is typically not a lot of people crossing after 7 pm. I am hoping to visit Tijuana sometime next week.

Decided to head down from LA to Tijuana after traffic calmed down on Thursday evening July 2, 2015. No problem parking in that notel parking lot ($14. /24 hours) next to the Jack in the Box. Coincidentally I recall actually spending a night at this run down cock-roach invested notel back in the mid 1990's. Walked into HK about 10:30 pm and spent the next 6 or 7 hours in the bar. My night ended at 4:30 am when I retreated to my room spent from the work day and night playing and drinking.
First off I was very surprised to see the number of guys, HK was busy all night. IMHO the quantity and quality of the girls was very well BELOW par. Yes you could find some fun (I found a decent enough fun gal to spend my time and money with) but you could not be picky. There was NOTHING in HK that stood out.
The same was true on Friday evening. Busy yes but both the quality and quantity of putas was well BELOW par. Oh yes I found a suitable fun gal again but took a while and had to work at it.
I was able to get a room at HK on Friday afternoon so I moved. All the rooms were booked solid. Damn this hotel is truly a fuck hotel, I did the numbers in my head and realized the efficiency and ROI the hotel owners make. It puts any 5 Star US hotel to shame.
So Friday late evening / early Saturday AM (12:30 AM) I made my way over to Adelita's and was very surprised to see many fine looking girls. IMO the ratio (girls to guys) and looks was far ABOVE the girls at HK. Go figure. So I spent the next few hours drinking and playing and ending up taking one arriba. If it was not for AB selection I would have been overall disapointed with the ratio and quality of the selection in Tijuana.
Was thinking of spending another night (July 4th) in Tijuana but when I awoke at 11 AM on Saturday I decided to head back being a bit weary and tired of the scene. After almost 20 years visiting I find myself getting worn out.
I did walk through Bar Trop a few times during my stay but saw absolutely nothing suitable which would entice me to spend even a 2 for 1 beer special in here.
I noticed that the SW quality and quantity numbers were down. Nothing special other then a few of the regular SW that you see every time.
With the steady decline in quality Tijuana girls over the past 4 to 7 years now only reinforces my belief that it is best not to have any expectations when making a trip down so you don't have disappointments. It is what it is. Yes I will be back as my visits fills a basic need to enjoy life and women.

My impression is that the quality and number of SG's has been about the same this year. About 2 years ago there was a big uptick in the quality of SG's. Many of the better looking SG's come out in late afternoon and in the evening around from 6-8 pm. I have not been down in a few months, but am hoping to visit this week.

Just wanted to give an update on Hotel Ticuan. This is still my favorite place to stay so far and they were still doing the remodeling since the fire back in December. Checking in on Thursday and walking down the hall to my room there was no carpet installed. But the next morning at 9:30 am the carpet guys were hammering away at the carpet tack strips, which woke me up after a long night of parting. Upset and hungover I had no choice but to get up out of my room. By the time I came back they were almost finished, so me and my friends took a few pictures with the guys, who turned out to really nice dudes.

This spot is my favorite place to start out the night. There are about 10-112 girls here at any given time and 30% of them are decent looking. I usually hit this place up in the early afternoon before I hit the big clubs. My buddy enjoyed his time with this girl. I don't remember her name, but she had some nice naturals!

I have been there at least 2 x a week and have never had a problem riding in a Taxi. Only problem is when one said $8 after I gave him 50 pesos which is the norm. I told him he was crazy and told him I have been coming for years and I'm not a stupid gringo for his games and walked away.

5 bucks will get you pretty much wherever you want to go. Border to HK / AB and vice versa. SET your price before you enter the cab, not AFTER.
Then jump in the front seat like you own the fucking cab for the ride!

The last time he escaped it took something like over 10 years to capture him.
Point is. What will this do to the level of cartel activity and resulting street violence in Tijuana.
