Hello guys,

I want to combine a visit to next week Tijuana's RLD with some errands. My question is will a key place in Tijuana make a copy of a key marked "Do Not Duplicate", with no questions asked? Is this type of key available in Tijuana?

Thank you.

Thank you.Yes & yes.

Two key places that I've been to in LZ charge between 10 and 20 pesos for a duplicate, depending on the type of key you need. They both have a decent variety of blanks.

One is a few steps north of Chicago Club and Hotel Leyva on the same (east) side of Constitution Ave.

The other is on the west side of Martinez in the sloped part of the street between 1st (Primera) and Coahuila Ave. This small free-standing (stucco) place on Martinez is a little more difficult to spot on the weekend since Martinez is the swap-meet street.

Hello fellow mongers,

I m planning a trip in late March. I will be flying into San Diego. Whats the best route to get to the border? Cab, bus? Etc? Me and my brother plan on staying at either Cascadas or the hotel above the Tropical bar. Are these the two nicest hotels on the strip? What hotel would you guys recommend for a 3 night trip? We want to be close to the action and be able to bring chicas in and out with no problems. Definitely getting two separate rooms being we will be hammering 3-5 units a day LOL Also is there a pharmacy in zona norte to get some Viagra or something similar for this 3 day banging trip. I feel we may need a pick me up after a few days of hammering these brown spinners LMAO I've been doing my research and learning a lot about zona norte although any suggestions and advice much appreciated. Take care and thanks for advice.

Take a cartel guy to your home, show him your safe, and let him open it for you free of charges.

Thank you. There are several key makers in the centro area. Just walk around Avenida Constitucion between Calle 1 and 7 and you will see several. I highly doubt someone will turn the job down unless they don't have the type of key you are looking for. People are pretty good about recommending other places if they can't do the work themselves.

My question is will a key place in Tijuana make a copy of a key marked "Do Not Duplicate", with no questions asked? Is this type of key available in Tijuana? I have never had a problem getting one of those keys made in the USA. Do Not Duplicate is merely a suggestion and/or deterrent. Do you really expect key copiers to take orders from a key? I was somewhere a couple of weeks ago, I think Walmart, where you put the key in the machine and make it yourself.

Hotel Rizo de Oro (above Bar Tropical) is only better if your hot for a Bar Tropical BG.

As for buying generic Viagra, I recommend a place one block outside of La Zona: Piri Pharmacy.

Just walk one short block east from the arch on the pedestrian path, and you will reach the Tijuana Wax Museum. Piri is on the Ped, path, across from the museum.

If you pay in pesos, most pills sell for the equivalent of $1 or less if you buy more than one at a time at Piri.

I remember having one made in NYC years ago and I was charged a lot (more than a couple of dollars) without any questions.

The T.all Man.I would recomend keeping your options open. Although changing hotels can be a bit of a hassle. Cascadas would definitly be a good place to start. But its not run like a real hotel. So probably not a good idea to pay for 3 nights upfront anyway. I have heard of guys paying in advance and then the guy you dealt with is off duty and all of a sudden there is no record of you prepaying.

I agree being in the heart of the action is important and Cascadas will do that for you. Myself I don't think I could last 3 days at Cascadas. I get that Vegas syndrome where I just can't sleep because I think I'm missing something, and find myself wandering around during the wee hours and not able to get any sleep.

One option I like is to break the trip up with a night at hotel Ticuan. While it is not in the Zona, it is a short cab ride away. This will allow you to catch up on your sleep in a REAL hotel with comfy beds. And despite what some say about it being hard to get a girl to leave the zona to come to Ticuan it is not always so. If you should find that girl who you have some kind of connection with, they actually enjoy getting out of the zona and enjoy being in a nice place.

My business forces me to be in the USA every day to check export controlled material, so I usually just sleep there while taking care of business. When I can spend the whole night in Tijuana, I usually stay at Ticuan.

For me it is well worth the expense of having two hotels per day. Sometimes my ZN hotel is an all night rental at Cascadas, sometimes it is multiple short term rentals at Cascadas and/or another hotel. The advantage of the all night rental is it gives me a quite place to rest between sessions. The disadvantage is I want to get clean towels and to clean the room for the 2nd and 3rd girls; in years gone buy the cumboys did that for a small tip (about $3, if I remember correctly), but last visit they told me to go to the front desk to arrange it (I didn't bother).

You all know about the busy taco El Pastore stand at the corner of Coahuila and Nino.

But after changing ownership a few times, the store with the sit down table at that corner now serves tacos El Pastore that are far more tasty and juicy than the stand. I was very impressed that their tacos were very good, and I can sit down at the table away from the beggars, shoe shines, miachis and vendors who are always begging me when I am eating.

They also serve grilled brisket, tripe and various offals which I am not brave enough to try. The brisket is deep fried in oil then stir fried on the pan? It was hard like shoes!

Only their taco El Pastore is good. Try it.

Depending on what time your flight arrives.

Before midnight the trolley from San Diego to San Ysidro is still running and is cheapest, but slowest, way. Take a city bus from the terminal to the trolley station. Trolley to the border at San Ysidro. Follow the crowd heading to the pedestrian border entry behind the infamous McDonalds where a horny guy with an SK-47 mowed down 2 dozens innocent people not too long ago.

Cab to the border would cost about $60, Uber probably $40.

If you want to bring lots of girls into the hotel, Cascada has no match. The front and back desk guys, Miguel and Armando, were waiters in Hong Kong, good, honest guys. They were telling me I can bring in 100 girls a night and it would be OK with them. You should tip them $1 and tell them your name, shake their hands. It makes them happy if you have any extra services.

After wiping off the drippy-wet pussies of 3 to 5 hot girls, you may need to exchange towels. You now have to bring it down to the front desk for exchange, because apparently people have been swiping Cascada's towels drenching wet with pussy juice for souvenirs. But I could also swap it when the cleaning guy leave their carts in the hallway, and give the guy $1.

Hotel Cascada is newer, remodeled, cleaner, sexier, more fun, while Hotel Rizzo de Oro above Trpical is old, dank and dark for the same price. Single rooms are now $65, double rooms with 2 queen beds were $80, may have gone up. There are coupons something like 50% off on Monday and Tuesday for VIP card holder. Look into their websites. The areas around hotel Cascada is busy and well-lit with security cameras, so there has not been any crimes or shootings. Behind hotel Rizzo and Tropical bar is a dark drug alley, where lots of shit happens. Don't go into any alley day or night or you risk getting robbed, may even be knifed.

There are many Farmacias near the arch, where you can get generic Viagra pills for about $1 each. I cut them up into 8 pieces and only take a very small sliver if needed, just so that my body won't become too dependent on the drug to get arouse. I want the girls to look pretty and act sexy and do good jobs to resurrect my dick, not pills. Hehehe.

I left cash, lap tops and cameras in Cascada rooms and did not lose anything.

However, for peace of mind, he can leave his lap top at the hotel's front desk, or with Miriam, the coat girl at HK and tip her when he gets it back. She holds all sort of nasty, kinky things stowed under her ass in that little cubicle.

I see a fair amount written about the VIP discount. Go to the Las Chaveles web site (shared links with Hong Kong and Cascadas). Print the coupon for 50% off for free. You do have to by a bucket of beer which you take with you to your half priced room. The bucket cost about $20 for 10-12 beers and you get a half priced room Sunday-Wednesday. To me that is a better deal than paying more for a VIP card for the same discount. Did I mention you get the beer! There are also BOGO drinks and free limo rides from Hong Kong on the Hong Kong link.

Your right the hotel above tropical looks awesome on the website but you say dark and ddanky. Def staying at the cascadas. Does at&t cell phones work in this area? Or do I have to get international coverage? Really need to have coverage to keep the girlfriend at bay with some texts. Hehehe. Def not hitting the alleys for no reason. Appreciate this insight as well. That was always the case in Nuevo Laredo as well. Sounds like the alley behind Cascadas is safe during the day. Is this true? Maybe find a diamond in the rough for a $20 spot? That would be killer! By what I've been reading and researching on this epic site is I ll be back and forth between HK and ADelitas. Is there any good restaurants (sit down) in this area where you can order some tasty seafood? Seen your post on the new taco place. Thanks for info on Viagra as well. I'm 34 and in decent shape but will def cut them up and try them out if needed. Take care brother and happy mongering!

I set my cellphone to "home" and do not allow any roaming in order to get spotty US domestic service and no linking to Mexican cell towers. You'll just need to see how good of a signal you get.

The alley is one of the safest places in LZ, despite the rampant drug selling in that area. Steer clear of strangers that approach & try to talk with you. You do not need anyone's help in finding a girl in La Zona. The Tijuana Policia like to stop, interview & search monger / tourists that they see talking to know drug peddlers.

You will fare much better if you pay for most things in Tijuana (especially chicas) using pesos instead of dollars.

La Perla restaurant (on the NW corner of Coahuila Ave. & Nino Heroes) has the best seafood dishes in La Zona.

...Does at&t cell phones work in this area? Or do I have to get international coverage? Really need to have coverage to keep the girlfriend at bay with some texts.... I've used AT&T cell phones in Zona Norte for years without a Mexican plan. The AT&T coverage is spotty, but you will always have an option to connect via another network. My phones have all given a clear display when AT&T isn't available; the display shows the name of the provider to which you are connected.

I get reliable home network coverage on the street. Marginal coverage in AB or Cascadas (perhaps better coverage on upper floors at the northern end of the building). I have never gotten home network coverage inside Hong Kong.

Some have reported that callers hear a different ringing sound if you are in Mexico on an alternate network. I don't know this first hand, but I still keep my phone turned off in ZN unless I am going to use it right then.

https://www.crossborderxpress.com/There is no parking near BOTH SAN and Otay. They are miles apart.

As Tom said, those 2 links are good options. I've used both.

The first is within walking distance of the foot crossing at Otay Mesa.

The second is too far to walk and would require a taxi, or something, to get to the Otay Mesa crossing. Maybe there is a shuttle, not sure. The cost of the Long Term parking at CBX is $10/ day. I just returned from a trip to Tuxtla Gutierrez and I used CBX.

Phordphan

I looked at the CBX site a few times already. How many days are considered long term?Anything over 24 hours. The long term is hard to find. You have to go into the regular lot, then make kind of a loop up to the front of the lot, then turn left and go to the back and you see another gate. You put the ticket you received at the regular gate into the long term gate and it gives you a different ticket. Total cluster fuck, no signage, and I found this out the hard way.

On the positive side, it's not busy, you breeze right through check-in. It's a bit of a trek across the skybridge into the airport, and some semi-confusing hoofing around through the departure area of the airport. But there are quite a few people to point the way. Buy your ticket on-line and you must have it with you (they scan it when you cross to Tijuana and again when you cross back) and, on return, you MUST, MUST, MUST have your boarding pass for the flight you took into TIJ (nobody tells you this). I damn near tossed mine, but at the last second I kept it. Phew!

Lusacell is the network AT&T recently bought out for roaming in Mexico. Lusacell owned the old Nextel infrastructure. The service works great in La Zona. From what I understand they are the second largest network in Mexico behind Telcel.

After getting so much out of this awesome site for a year now I decided to man up and get a subscription. It sounds cliché but it's time to give back. I also would like to get to know some of you!

Last year four years of divorce finally sent me on a solo jaunt to Thailand. I fell in love with a non-pro who I met on line and had more than my fair share of fun on the side in Bangkok and Pattaya. It was a magical six weeks and I went back a few months later for another 5 wk stay. But this past weekend I decided to try somewhere closer to home: Tijuana. I'the been there before with friends in my twenties but we went golfing and ate lobsters in Puerto Nuevo. None of this stuff. So Thu morning at 10 am I drove down from LA and by 1: 30 I was at the Border Station Parking lot which is the first parking lot on the corner you see when you exit the freeway for Camino De La Plaza. I took my backpack and hoofed it up over the bridge, through the turnstiles and was in a taxi in Tijuana within half an hour. Bit of a sweaty walk for a 43 yr old but I managed. Very easy passport check, stamp. Fifteen minute taxi ride and six dollars later I was at the Hotel Palacio Azteca. Tipped the cabbie 3 bucks. Tipped the doorman 5 bucks, the check in clerk 10. As usual when in a new place solo I go overboard with tipping out of nerves. The hotel is OK but I don't really recommend it. They were all very nice there but it's a straight-laced business hotel in a nothing area. For the next four days I was trying to romance a 26 yr old model who I met on line and it was ultimately with middling results and ended with saying adios. Day 1 around 3 PM we had lunch and made plans for the next day and I said bye to her and took a taxi to Avenue Revolucion. Found my way on foot to the Hong Kong Club. It's not that easy to locate frankly but I enjoyed the mystery of the meandering, slightly maze-like twists and turns of the zona roja. It looked just like the YouTube videos. Bit edgy vibe, bumpy sidewalks, many SG's quite attractive ones loitering in doorways and alcoves. The ambiance is definitely not like Thailand where the red light district is all out in the open, in paradise no less, just another Soi, another part of the city. But in Tijuana you are suddenly in a dark part of town. Keep your wits about you, look like you have a purpose and if in doubt hand someone a dollar and ask directions. Some basic Spanish is essential. Memorize the standard greetings and expressions of gratitude.

Found Hong Kong club and once inside immediately my anxiety ebbed. It's like a US strip bar. Big, glossy, bright. Clean, TV's. It was a semi-quiet afternoon but still enough chicas bonitas grouped together in booths on their phones, standing around and one or two dancing. Lots of guys of all ages, most of them on the better side of 35. The difference with the Thai go-go bars was immediate: first of all, there are all kinds of girls, not just Asians; next you notice all the big boobs (and asses) everywhere instead of skinny Asians; and in general the women are definitely more attractive in a Western, Playboy porn star way, rather than a Geisha girl way. This is all obvious I know. The English is a bit better too in general and there's no prejudice against any guy who isn't a fat rich Japanese businessman like you get at Baccara (in both Bangkok and Pattaya! I sat at a table and had a beer, relaxed. Order a tequila. Looked around, did what I usually do wait for a girl to choose me or at least smile my way. Letting her initiate versus you dragging someone off is almost always going to result in a better session. This sweet 25 yr old came over and after two drinks and a very easy discussion of details upstairs we went. Persuaded her to forego condom for the BJ for a promised tip and the rest went reasonably well. She was young and nice but ultimately not that hot. It was my first Tijuana hooker and I silently vowed to be more selective next time. Paid $80 as agreed on, $20 tip and $5 for the guy outside and I was off home. Passed a SG who looked hot but I just didn't have it in me. Four hours later I got a CIM BJ from the girl I was romancing, which was unexpected. Two chicas in one day, one 'free' (if you don't count lunch). Day 2 I chilled. Day 3 was Valentine's Day and a disastrous lunch with the CIM GF potential. I disagreed with her about Uber and she started crying, saying we weren't right for each other, so I said goodbye and popped a Viagra. Twenty minutes later I was at Adelita's. I liked that place more than HK Club. Went arriba with a hot 25 yr old blonde with huge but not the most artfully done tit job. She was nice and fun. Nothing out of the ordinary. 1000 pesos, so lot cheaper than HK. Tipped her 300 pesos and left happy. Drove back in the morning around 9 am, took a lot longer to get home. But border was easy to walk over. In general the whole experience was a lot less stressful than I thought. It was easy to get there. My car was where I left it. Everything in Tijuana was cheap. 3 chicas in 4 days, 25,26 and 25. There is a lot of amazing food there, even tho the town is a dump. And the girls in HK and Adelita's are hot. I'll be heading south again pronto.

Mucho gracias Tijuana!

Thanks Daniel for taking the time to write up a great report. I always enjoy reading about others adventures in Tijuana. But I'm sure there are those cheepskates like me who are going "take it easy on the tipping. You are raising expectations down there and ruining it for others". But its your money and spend it however it makes you happy.

Here is a tip for you next trip go to the bank and get a bunch of 2 dollar bills. They will remember you, and its considered a good tip. And lay off those $5 and $10 dollar tips. Hahaha

While in La Zona, You may have signals from US carriers. You send texts and it looks like they went out. But as far as I know texts from At&T and T Mobile are all delayed 1 to 2 days. I would get my wingmen's texts 1 to 2 days after arriving home.

If you try to keep your GF's from suspecting, be careful with the text delays.

I had to go to downtown SD Tuesday afternoon. Considering that already takes me about 60 percent of the way to Heaven on Earth, the implication is that I shall traverse the remaining 40 percent immediately thereafter. After my obligatory tacos and shoeshine, I enter Hong Kong around 6:30 PM.

After getting my ticket for a VIP free drink, I ask the customer service girl if she has any other work-related responsibilities here, and she says no. I ask her if she's sure she doesn't want to make some extra money upstairs, and she's sure. I thought it might be a nice experience to go with a girl that isn't normally a puta, but oh well. In the bar, there seems to be about three guys per girl, but the ratio gradually reverses itself over the course of the following three hours. A real hottie, all natural and toned, athletic morena with past-shoulder length, real curly hair is dancing and has my complete attention, even while another girl tries to seduce me and rubs my nether regions. The dancer seems detached when I tip her, which practically kills my interest.

I eventually head out at a point when the girl / guy ratio is about even, walk up and down the alley about four or five times, and Constitucion a couple times. There is a really sexy girl standing in the doorway of Hotel Porton, looks like she could work in HK. I try talking to her and she has a shitty attitude. I give her a couple extra tries each time I pass, but the attitude persists, so I go with the girl next to her – Marahi. She looks kind of like a manager I used to work with, so this could be a nice fantasy.

She's initially really friendly so that seals the deal. I won't repeat with her, though. The act itself was fun but she has an all business attitude most of the time. And she rushes to get dressed and leave as fast as she can as soon as I finish. She's done for the night and has to catch a cab. I tell her to relax; there are hundreds of cabs on this block. She says she has a safe one waiting for her. OK, whatever.

Back in HK, the girls now appear to outnumber the guys. I went into the night with two options for action plans: stick with the 1150 pesos and 28 dollars in my pocket, chill at the bar, and have a nice, efficient weekday romp with a street girl, or use the ATM card if I feel an overwhelming urge for a second session with a bar girl. Most of the top level talent is working now, so a magnetic force draws me to the ATM up front, but a guy cuts in front of me as I approach it. He takes forever and that's enough for me to overcome the urge. I still have some money left though, so I go back in for another beer. The urge creeps up again, but it's almost 10:00 and I don't want to be a zombie at work tomorrow. There's always the weekend. Until then.

What you guys need to do is purchase a local SIM card. I have Telcel in an unlocked phone. I can call or get calls from the USA (via T Mobile) and do the same when I am in SD. SIM costs roughly 110 pesos then you pay as you go.

Yes, this is true. Artistyp does know what he is talking about and this information is correct. For the 110 peso cost, it is a very worthwhile investment.

As HugoTheMan is aware, I generally am not "cheap" when I visit Tijuana. It is a trip that I only make about 4 times a year, so I do enjoy going "in style" per se. As for tipping, I admit that coming from Vegas, tipping $1 or $2 is deemed as "cheap" and it has taken me some time to get used to that in Tijuana. I still (after a number of drinks and lovely company) tend to tip a bit higher than I should, but it has served me fairly well in terms of service, attention and other benefits. Still, HugotheMan does make a solid point here that many of us could learn from. There is nothing wrong with "Taking it easy on the tipping". You can still have fun and receive solid service for the $1 tips etc. The down-side (I have learned) from tipping in the $3 to $5 range is that the meseros begin to "bug" you and that becomes extremely annoying. Not to mention costly. Thus, point well-taken Hugo. And it remains a work in progress for myself in future visits.

I just basically turn my phone "off" when I am in Tijuana unless I want to snap a photo or whatever. I also tell other people (at work or in my personal life) that I am away for a few days and really don't want to be bothered. It seems to work. Quite well actually. As for the strategy with cell phones, well. I am just glad I am single. .

Yes this is true that ring tone thing has busted me on a couple occasions over the years. I have been told to keep your phone in airplane mode when you are not using it and that will just send the calls straight to voicemail. But I can't guarantee that.

I did bring mine once or twice, but never really found much time to use it. I imagined using it on the balcony in the early AM a couple days, but I was rarely awake until Noon the next day, Thus, the laptop got little use. I guess it does seem a bit risky to bring it (whether it is taken or not). The safe has served me well there, but I don't really have a need for the laptop while I am there since I view Tijuana as a total "getaway" from work and everyday life. This includes computers and such. So, those are my thoughts.

Here is a post that I definitely wanted to touch on. First, I did stay at Ticuan (pre-fire) and enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food and the comfort of the room. As a matter of fact, it was the best night's sleep I had in Tijuana during ANY visit over the past six (6) trips. Cascadas is cool in terms of location, but the rooms are marginal at best. Actually, I cannot stand the comforters, and the AC during the warm months / summertime is a crapshoot - it sucks really. HugotheMan is definitely on target with the fact that changing rooms is a hassle, but changing rooms once during a trip is not so bad. I am fully in favor of spending the first day in the Zona and staying at Cascadas. I enjoy waking up and hanging out on the balcony chatting with other visitors about their current experiences. Then, I like to store my bags in Cascadas or Hong Kong for the day and check into Ticuan around 3 pm or 4 pm. This gives you ample time for a shower, a cold beer or cocktail at the bar and some quiet time in a classy joint. Then, the night is free. And as Hugo said, your night is free to take a taxi to the Zona (short cab ride for $3 to $4 if you choose). Or, I actually like the idea of finding a girl that will be willing to join you (me actually) at Las Pulgas for a bit of dancing, then some dinner at Ricardo's (Is that the name? And then back to the hotel (Ticuan) for more fun. It's a stylish and classy move which is also relaxing. Then, offer to put the girl in a taxi and call it a night. A good night's sleep then follows as you wake up the next AM feeling refreshed and away from the touristy area. Thus, I do support HugotheMan's comment about lasting 3 days at Cascadas. I could never do it. Now, I am not knocking the Zona here as it is a blast indeed, but it can be a bit too much after 24 hours. One night is fine, but the change of venue is very awesome for the mind, the body and the spirit while in Tijuana (in my opinion). And yes, the girl will most likely apppreciate leaving the Zona (if you have built a level of trust with her) and staying in a classier joint away from the hustle and bustle of the Zona. Bada bing, bada boom. Those are my thoughts, and I hope they are helpful for any of you who are new to Tijuana or are looking to alter your visit somewhat during your future trip.

I would recomend keeping your options open.

Wowie. Rocketman IE. Werner Von Braun IV, will hit Tijuana. I know a few old guys who claimed they drank with the original Dr. Braun at strip clubs in El Segundo, back in the day he was consulting for Rockwell International.

The Furher once told me, that Spanish and Mexican girls are far more pretty, feminine, sexy and passionate, better than German and Russian girls for sure, that he already had his eyes on those countries. LMAO! I mongered in many continents, still find in Tijuana some of the prettiest, sweetest, best-looking girls with loving sex and very low costs.

If you are buying I will be drinking. Will be in HK near bar Kowloon Friday night after 8 PM, when the best-looking chicas show up for work. Ask the coat girl, Perla, or any of the manager in suits and ties, to take you to El Capitan Solo. They know where to find me, unless I happen to be parking my face in a pretty chica's sexy crotch upstairs somewhere. Hehehe. Give her a propina when she finds me.

Tijuana La Zona is safe, fun and sexy. Mexican guys welcome guys who appreciate the beauty and femininity of their girls. I keep running into group of partying local guys and girls, who would be howling, cheering when they find me in HK. Locals and HK management do read reports in ISG, and El Capitan is fairly well-known among locals, hehehe.

Relax, have fun and enjoy the companies of the sexy, loving chicas. Treat them like your own brothers and sisters and you will do great.

The waiters at this bar will rob you if you are not paying attention. They do this by failing to bring your change or by short changing you. This has happened to me many times. I date a girl that worked there for a year and she told me all the tricks they pull. One thing she says they do is to put some sort of pill in you drink to make you drowsy and then reach into your pockets to steal your money. This happened to me one night when I wasn't with my girl and I realized I was 200 short the next morning. Guys, this is no BS. Pay attention or stay away from this place.

Last month I brought a rather drunk girl frm Chavelas to Hotel Ticuan. I coul tell that the two desk girls were ticked off and me bringing this stumbling drunk girl to my room. The next morning I got a call from the front desk claiming that I btoke the TV and had to pay 500 dollars. I told them that I had the TV on and thst it was working fine. After realizing thst I was being set up I grabbed my bag and got the hell out of the hotel via the stairs. My girl was knocked out so I left her there. An hour later she texted me saying that the police had detained and handcuffed her. She had to call a lawyer who helped get her released at a cost of 200 dollars, of which I reimbursed her. Talk about a scam. Take note and beware. I csn, imagine what wuld have happened to me had I not high tailed it out of thre. My credit card company filed a claim because the rip off hotel automatically charged my card snd I won and got my charges reversed. I have stayed in this hotel many times without problems until this.

My friends took me to many huge saunas in ShenZhen. The girls, even their stars, were old and not good-looking. I took a star and just did not enjoy her methodical licking, rimming, sucking and fucking like a machine. But last time at a sauna outside SZ, I met a 18 YO girl who was so pretty and sexy. She was pampering me and I enjoyed every minute. I fucked her 4 times bare back in 90 minutes and had to pay extra.

Relax about Tijuana. Prostitution is tolerated in La Zona Roja so you can have a good time. Mexicanas are healthy, fully-grown and sexually developed, so they look very sexy and attractive. My Chinese friends went crazy over Tijuana girls' attractiveness and friendliness. It will be very hard to find anywhere in the world, where good-looking young girls hang on to you, pleading for you to be gentle, slow down and do it longer, clawing your back, biting their lips, eyes rolling white, talking dirty as they get their orgasms.

Definitely try to get hold of me in HK. Will give you a few easy hints how to quickly become the darling of all Mexican girls. Hehehe.

ThanksThe street girls in front of the hotel are not girls; get the idea?

Many swear by the hotel, I personally do not like the place.

Most of the SGs in the alley will not walk to the place, even though the hotel is not that far away. The SGs rather use their hotels, especially for security and safety reasons.

Just my 2 lousy pesos.

Hotel Velario is in a dark and sketchy area. The bros have reported being choke held by rateros, robbed by the trannies and picked up by policias in that area.

Hotel Cascada is very convenient. Most street girls would walk to it, but it's kind of pricey at $65 a night.

A good alternative is hotel Mini in the middle of the alley with wall mirrors. The rooms are old and worn but clean enough. It's $15 a night and you can take as many street girls as you want.

Hotel Leyva on top of Chicago Club. The rooms on Constitucion are new, large, airy, comfortable, some with 2 queen beds, for about $22 a night, car parking is $1 extra. This area is well lighted, nice, clean and safe enough with squad car and policia on foot patrol at that corner. Just don't linger out on the street too long and become a target. I had a few girls walk all the way on their high heels from the alley to this hotel for fuck sessions. So it's easier.

Hotel Hacienda de Santiago on Coahuila is $25 a night with fridge, but that area is known for robberies, still much better and safer than Velario.

Hello:

Saw your posting and thought I would respond. You should be very excited about your first visit, but be sure to follow most of the advice you read on the forum here. Most of it is quite accurate. Adelitas: Enter about 1:30, chicas are much more than mongers. But few are good looking, and they are not as active as HK chicas. So I was just sitting there. Uh. For about 15 minutes then left. Yes I was shy, this is my first time Tijuana.

SG: When I arrive at 10:30, there are a lot sgs, but when I came back on 1:00, most good looking ones are gone.

HK: Enter at 11 pm. There's this awkward drink: a girl look so alike Max in two broke girls, so I just grab her and offer a drink. Then, found out she doesn't speak English at all. I forgot all the Spanish I learned 2 months ago, so we just sat there awkwardly.

Then I found this lovely Jasmin, she's not best looking, but her boobs are real real and big. We go for a drink with lots of lap dance and DFK, so off we went for 1000 pesos. She is a joy at bed and really enjoy sex. After we're done she told me she likes me, uh, OK. And she keep asking me why I don't have a GF, well, you should ask those girls not me LOL. Then she said she will be off work at 12 am. Of course then I ask if she want to join me in hotel Ticuan to enjoy jacuzzi, she said sure. Then we went down and I told her I will wait for her outside when she took shower and change. Yes, that weird little Chinese who stand in front of HK for an hour stupidly is me. I believe she didn't heard me and leave through back door. Yes!

After I came back to Ticuan at 2:30, the disco place is really loud. Thinking people getting laid down there and I was alone, packed and off to HK I went again. It's not that packed at this time, and some girls are tired. In the second floor I saw this dancer who gave me a smile from time to time, and dance very sexy. So I went downstairs and slip in a dollars to feel. Then directly ask her 800 pesos, she said no 80 dlls, so I offered 1000 pesos which she accepted. Her name is Britney, she is a true spinner with a stunning face, and she is crazy in bed! Either she is an Odcar level actress or she just enjoy sex. Oh and she's really tight. After finished we chit chat a little bit. Her face is really beautiful. She told me she have a baby chino and she likes Asian guys. Honey I can give you a baby Chino as well LOL. (Actually after written down this, I started to seriously judging my life path, why am I so stupid enough to go to bay area for work).

Well one thing I don't like Hong Kong is meseros are so pushy. Really really really pushy.

I'm going to check out tropical and Adelita again today. HK meseros are so pushy.

Love it! Yesterday when I came back at 3 am, not many people watching the soap show, the chica wave me there, pull my hand to FIV her, and keep en courage me to move faster and harder! Threw about 5 dlls total. And she was also drinking my beer. Love this girl, so regret didn't take her up.

I confirmed that a dipshit mesero in Tropical took my $20 bill then conveniently forgot to bring back change. I waited for a while, not remembering his face, but I flagged down another mesero and complained. The cabron finally came back with my change.

I bought drinks for this extremely attractive young spinner, Araceli, then took her upstairs to fuck. She turned out to be a hardened crack head lesbian who did not like to fuck guys and was jumpy like a monkey. Finally she extorted $20 extra from me. I complained to the big, fat, mean-looking managers in the bar's office. They called in Araceli with her lesbian friends and had a trial in the office. Ariceli was very upset, accusing me of all sorts of nasty crimes in rapid Spanish, which I understood jackshit. Her lesbie friends were supporting her by DFKissing, Squeezing her boobs, groping her crotch, making out, humping her on top of the manager's desk. WTF? It was funny to witness the gangsters' antics in this bullshit trial. After everyone has aired their grievances, the big, fat managers told the lesbies to leave. Then he intructed a mesero to get $20 from the bar to refund me.

But since then, I did not feel like drinking in Tropical or spending money on its girls. Of course Tropical is a rough bar and most Tropical girls look bad and odd. I always go in to check the talents, but never found any girl worth fucking.

The same cheating problems have been reported of chicas and meseros at the other small seedy bars: Golden Palace, Playboy, Las Glorias, but have not heard any complaints against Hong Kong and Las Chevelas.

Hong Kong is owned by the same guy, but is designed to appeal to gringos. The chicas in HK are top notch in beauty and flirtsiness. It also has much better sound equipment and stage lighting. HK's meseros are also professional and polite. Once a new mesero took my $20 bill for change and forget to give it back. It was about 9 PM shift change and first shift was going home. I did not even remember the guy's face or name. I went up to 3rd floor to complain to the owner. He had the head mesero, Manuel the Bull, hold up all meseros so I can identify the perp, but I was pretty drunk could not. So he took a collection from all meseros to refund me $20. HK is a very straight operation.

Thanks for your thoughts. Do Mini and Leyva have private bathrooms in each room.

Thanks.

Glad you got good, sexy pussies so quickly and easily. 1000 pesos for a pretty HK girl, like Britney, is the standard rate locals have to pay. So you did well.

The girl may want to go to the hotel with you all night but got distracted. You should look for her before shift's end, remind and stay with her.

There is a lively community of Asians and bar girls couples in Tijuana. Some of the young girls are pretty like dolls. They seem to enjoy family life with babies.

Meseros have to pay for their job, so they are aggressive trying to make money. They make about $100 in tip per shift, much more than chicas make with their fichas. Chicas have to go upstairs to fuck to make decent money. Don't worry about the meseros. They cannot make you buy. If they approach you just flick the wrist to chase them away. If someone harass you, complain to the security guys or managers. HK make sure you feel protected and relaxed in its club. Use your client's privilege and have a good time in that club.

The Bay area is dead and boring. I would never want to live there.

In support of LIAB and Phordphan's comments, Lieutenant Uno's' abrupt dismissal of the smaller clubs does a disservice to us all, and especially any newbies contemplating a visit to La Zona. I've NEVER had a problem in Las Chevalas or Tropical Bar, and in fact, enjoyed some excellent, more memorable sessions in these places. And one of the very best TO experiences I've ever had in all of Mexico was with a true MILFY little sweetheart I pulled out of the Playboy Club.

As always, don't act a drunken fool while down there, and exercise some damn common sense as a guest in another country.

Guys, you're missing half the fun of Tijuana if you only stop by HK and Adelitas.

Thanks again.I don't think that Hotel Mini has Wifi. But the last time I stayed overnight at the Mini was like 3 or 4 years ago, so things may have changed.

For instance, when I last stayed at the Mini, the overnight rooms cost only 200 pesos and they charged joiner fees of 50 pesos for each chica after your first.

A poster to this board recently reported that the Mini is currently not charging any fees for extra chicas (albeit that poster is somewhat unreliable with much of the information he posts). Newly renovated hotels (almost) next door and across the alley from Hotel Mini most likely have Wifi.

Hotel Leyva has Wifi, but the signal strength varies greatly from room to room. The same could be said (from my past experiences) for Cascades, Hacienda de Santiago, and Hotel Rizo de Oro (located above Bar Tropical).

Signal strengths seem to be improving in LZ, although not at HDS.

I stayed in a room on the top (5th) floor of HDS for three nights in early February. I was picking up a lot of (mostly weak) WIFI signals from about a dozen sources other than HDS.

Over half of the signals were from sources I could identify (like Hotel Coahuila above Adelitas, Rizo de Oro, and numerous signals from Cascades. Although the signals were too weak to use from the 5th floor of HDS, I expect the signals were now very strong at the host hotels, since these other hotels were all more than a block away from HDS.

Those descriptive terms are largely opinion and much of this is a matter of personal taste. One of my lifetime mongering goals is to do at least one hooker from every bar in Zona Norte, so far I've been successful at every bar except Playboy. Just can't find something to my liking, but I can understand how many men would enjoy it. I'll be there this week and will certainly vist Playboy and maybe check one thing off my bucket list. Last Friday Golden Palace had a very good-looking young girl out front trying to lure in the dicks.

Playboy's women look old, skanky, some toothless. They look scary, but some guys like their gum jobs. Hehe.

I don't have time to waste. So I would stick my head in to check them out. If I don't see any girls I like, I would bail in 30 seconds.

Hey guys,

Planning my 3rd trip down to the Zona with my buddy and we're planning to stay at Cascadas from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday morning. I've paid for the lots near the border and end up spending $24-30 a day to park.

1) Any cheaper parking options you could recommend? Maybe getting an uber from some other lot over to the border? I don't want to drive across.

2) Should I be tipping these ladies over and above the $80 fee? I didn't tip the first time and feel bad about it because she put in a much better performance than other HK girl I dealt with. I'll post in HK's section about my experiences there.

3) Will Adelitas chicas go up to Cascadas?

Bottom line is I had a great experience back in October at HK with "Leah," who had the Spanish equivalent of "Only God can judge me" tattooed across her shoulder blades. I saw her dancing on stage and spontaneously said to myself "Jesus Christ. " A guy and his girlfriend grabbed her up when she got offstage, but I found her again closer to 4 AM on a Saturday morning. Fantastic body like a go go dancer and very pretty face. I'd rate her a solid 8-8. 5 - well beyond my high expectations. Decent enough English and a really sweet girl. I bought her a drink and we chatted as she gave me a little lap dance and encouraged me to feel her up. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable given that it was my first time and I was visiting solo. She said she had two kids, but I think that's physically impossible based on her flawless physique. $80. No kissing, but she made that clear before we went upstairs, and she wasn't thrilled when I tried FIV, so I backed off, but on the whole she was otherwise very fun, especially compared to the colder chica I dealt with about a month ago (didn't get her name, unfortunately). I need to go for a personality / fun match over trying to find the hottest chica in there (although with Leah I had a great mix of both, but I couldn't find her again last time). Lesson learned. The next day I grabbed a blond chica from the alley and she was very sweet. I paid $20 for a BJ only and tipped her $5 and paid $5 for the room since I had already checked out of Cascadas. Also a nice girl, but no English or real interaction. I'll do a better job next time of getting names and more details.

Thanks all! Have fun!

Thanks for the information. Do you have names of any newly renovated hotels in the alley? Also, what is HDS?

Thanks.HDS = Hacienda de Santiago. HDS is a 5 story (48-room) hotel with gold-painted Domes on its roof. Located on the NW Corner of Coahuila Ave. And Revolution (exactly one block east of Adelitas' clothing store).

Double rooms cost 585 pesos (about $33) on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. No extra chica joiner fees. Double rooms cost around 140 pesos less Monday through Thursday nights.

Single rooms at Hacienda de Santiago are around 60 p to 80 p less than doubles. Weekly rates are much less than their daily rates. Most, but not all rooms at HDS have kitchenettes. Rooms come with free parking.

The hotel above Bar Maliqueria (on the SW corner of Constitution and the alley) was newly renovated and I believe it is called the Ibiza Hotel.

1. You can park in a trolley lot, but it may be a bit of a risk. IIRC the signs say no more than 24 hours of parking. Park in some mall's lot and Uber to the border, or to a trolley station.

2. No. $80, regardless of what people pay in HK, is top dollar for a paltry 30 minutes. She doesn't require a tip on top of that. If you like her service, the best tip is to simply repeat. If you just can't get over not tipping, $5 is plenty. But resist the temptation. They are not expected, nor are they mandatory.

3. No.

I will try to answer your first question for you. I used to park (my first 2 or 3 visits) in those $20-$30 per day spots, but then I found a new location on my last couple of visits that I like to use. It is called "Holiday Motor Lodge and Parking". The fee is about $6 or $7 per day, and I have not had any issues yet with this spot. It is near the border (5 minutes or so) and a Cambio (money exchange) place as well which is convenient. The address (I believe) is 672 San Ysidro Blvd. And they allow you up to 2 days at that rate I think. So, you might want to give this place a try based on the both price and location. Hope this helps -.

Hello folks, been out a while, nice to be back.

Parking. On the last exit prior to Mexico, the first parking lot when making a right charges $7 Mon.-Thursday, and $15 Friday-Sunday. It is very secured with private security doing patrols in the AM hours. The catch is that it tolls from 10 am -10 am regardless of when you park. Good luck crossing the border in the morning and making it back in time. (can't remember the rate for Sunday, it is either $7 or $15).

Bars other than HK or Adelitas. It is best to park yourself on the bar. If you like a girl, pull her to the bar. This area belongs to the bartender and the waiter will leave you alone. Actually, this is preferred at HK and Adelitas also, at least by me unless I am dealing with a favorite waiter.

Complaints are to be reported to the proper boss which is the club manager and not security. Please complain. If not, you are promoting that type of behavior. And you will be taken advantage of again because they know who to pick on.

HK Coupons are honored. So cut them out. However the appetizer is actually a bite of the food on the naked girl that is wheeled around HK. Probably want to bring Pepto Bismo because a hundred filthy hands will have been on the appetizer before you put it in your mouth.

HK Quality is probably the best. They actually have a weight limit because I have met girls in other bars that were "sent down" for being over weight, and returned to HK once they lost weight. Just know that the darker lighting a bar is, the uglier the girls are. But if you're willing to have sex with the lights off, then who cares right?

Kissing upstairs is almost guaranteed if she kisses you in the bars. A statement that she will give everything upstairs is a lie. Trust me on this one. Latin girls are not shy about public affection.

Tropical waiters are assholes. Exception are the females waitresses and a short dude number 25.

Tips are mostly disregarded by the girls. Unlike the waiters who live on tips, the girls I've been with don't care. They will take it, but you can tell that they feel kind of cheapen by it. If you want to make an impression, offer her dinner which is about $5-10. There is something magical about dinner and sex I guess.

Hope this helps.

Tastes are subjective to say the least. Some like older more reasonably priced Chicas at these clubs. Or else they would cease to exist. And by reasonable I mean bottom floor prices for the same services you can get at the other well know clubs.

Playboy has been my de-facto club for several years. Horribly mis-managed, no set schedule for the girls to dance on stage, Extremely super aggressive meseros, old furniture, etc. But the main reason I keep going back is due to the amount of extras for just a couple of beers. By extra I mean you can practically give these girls a full body inspection with barely no resistance at all. Except if you try to finger them, jajaja.

Usually Mon. -wed is super slow at the Playboy, and great bargains are found! Upon entry go straight to the bar PERIOD. This throws off a stalking mesero in his tracks. Buy the ficha beers downstairs, therefore just 1 beer minimum for the gals and not 2 upstairs.

I can write a book on this place, but it is up to you my fellow mongers to have the balls to pull these things off.

First thanks to the guys who post in this forum. I am a la Republica DominicanA vet so first trip to Tijuana.

First question. Amazon sells a Telcel sim card with minutes and data for $40, is this the way to go?

I am booked for 4/7 - 4/11 at Hotel Ticuan. I know it is off the strip but I prefer a quiet place which I hope it is.

Question two. I am not into the let's go upstairs thing so where would be the best place to find a lady that would enjoy coming to my hotel, a drink in the lobby before we go upstairs.

Question three. I know, simple crazy question but what items does one purchase to bring back stateside?

Thanks to all, just some newbie Tijuana questions.

Thanks for the replies about parking & tipping. I'll write up a report once I get back from the Zona next week. I'm interested to see how things are on a Sunday & Monday, since I've only been down on Fridays so far and everything was pretty packed. I checked out HK around noon on Saturday before I left about 3 weeks ago and was surprised that there were still plenty of good options, and it wasn't so crazy busy.

If you're looking for ladies to meet, have a drink, and go to your room in Ticuan, you're barking up the wrong tree. None of the bars in the Zona allow the ladies to leave during their shift, and they must use the hotel associated with said bar. Some (a very few) of the alley girls will go to other hotels; my educated guess is that none will venture as far as Ticuan with somebody they don't know. If you must do the lobby / drink think (and, personally, I prefer that, too) you must either get an escort or book a lady from Craigslist.

An escort is much easier to use, but you will pay a rather hefty premium for convenience. There are about a bazillion CL ladies who will be glad to meet at Ticuan, have a drink, go upstairs. I, and many here, have done that many times. If your speak Spanish it will be a definite plus. Expect to pay from 800 pesos to 1500 pesos for an hour + with a CL lady, depending on age and weight. Probably 2 x to 3 x that for an escort.

Mexican liquor is cheaper than the states, so things like tequila and Kahlua are good to take home. If you poke around you can find good leather items, if you're into that. I used to wear cowboy boots and always picked up mine in Mexico. For something more portable, have a photo taken of you and the striped donkeys. You can't go wrong with that.

We've all had wild taxi rides in Tijuana, yesterday's ride to ZN was the scariest of my life. He hit 60 mph in several sections and grazed another taxi on the circle without flinching. The worst was on Negrete when he accelerated to 60 mph and blew the horn to clear a J-walking mother as she dragged her kids across the street, coming within about 3 feet of wiping them out.

As he dropped me off I tried to look at the driver's side damage, but he drove off too quickly. I have no idea why so many drive so crazy. It probably saved only 1 or 2 minutes
and now there are 2 damaged cars. It could easily have been much worse.

This was taxi Libre, has anyone figured if they are worse drivers than the others?

Question three. I know, simple crazy question but what items does one purchase to bring back stateside?

Thanks to all, just some newbie Tijuana questions. At the USA border you are allowed to bring in one carton of cigarettes. Name brand cigarettes, like Marlboro or Camel, tend to cost around $55 and up per carton in the United States.

But be careful where you buy cigarettes in Mexico. If you go into a grocery store, or a liquor store (or just about any brick & mortar establishment) you will be buying cigarettes manufactured and packaged to be sold in Mexico. "Mexican Market" cigarettes are easy to spot. Their packaging looks different (contains pictures of people with diseases from smoking) and has different health warnings in Spanish.

But the "Duty Free" cigarettes, which are sold in duty free stores near the border (And by sidewalk vendors on Revolution Avenue) are packaged exactly like how the brands appear in USA Stores (except for the "Duty Free" additional printing on the. I buy a carton of cigarettes to bring back on every trip I make to Tijuana.

I don't smoke, but I have plenty of friends, neighbors and co-workers that do. They have all hated the few "Mexican" versions of their brands, the few times I bought cigarettes in Calimax. And they all tell me that the ones in "duty free" packaging are identical to what they smoke domestically.

Sidewalk cigarette vendors on Revo these days want about $28 to $35 for cartons of mainstream major brands. The guy with the sidewalk glass case at Caesars (selling duty frees) generally wants $5 to $10 more than the sidewalk vendors.

Last time I was in Tijuana, I bought generic Viagra which was obviously fake. I want to buy a genuine pill. The guy in the bathroom at adelitas was selling one for $20. Where is a good place to buy real Viagra and what is the going rate?

Its my first time on the west coast and staying here for a couple of weeks. On Monday I finally escaped all my responsibilities and made time to visit Tijuana. I had done extensive research on the places I would visit and how much money I was going to spend and pretty much knew what to expect with all the descriptions and stories I had read from this site. Even though my expectations where pretty high Adelitas and HK (the only two bars I visited) reached my expectations.

If you are new to Tijuana as I was here are some things that I didn't necessarily expected:

1-crossing the bridge: I parked near the bridge and it cost me 7 dllrs which was part of my budget but I didn't expect that it is a kind of long walk to the other side, there are a lot of people buses and stores around the border that it may be confusing where the actual crossing path is but just follow the herd of people. The other thing is, and someone correct me if I am wrong, if you are American they would ask for your passport and give you a kind of permit on which they take down your info and they would write how long are you staying and some other stuff. I don't know if I am suppose to give that permit back or just throw ir to the trash.

2-Tips Tips Tips: Be prepare to tip everyone, even the guys that only put on the robe on the girl when you are taking her upstairs or the guy who just knocks on the door when you are done. It may be only one dollar at a time and you may refuse to tip everyone but as a beginner I wasn't aware that girls and guys would come out of everywhere for those singles.

With those 2 things put of the way here is my real report:

I went on a Monday around 3 pm, decided to first enter Adelitas as a warm up since I heard it wasn't as food as HK. Sat near the stage, it was pretty empty but I was surprised on how many good looking girls where there. About 3 girls approached me, blew the first 2 and decided to buy a drink for the third one. Her name was Brenda, great tits and even better ass, with dark hair and real tall. We chatted for just a few min and out of nowhere she asked me if I wanted to go fuck, the price was 60 for 30 min. Declined since I wanted to spend my money on HK. She left the my table and I finished my drink and left to HK.

At HK As soon as I walked in they got me a drink, walked all the way to the foam show and sat down next to the bar, a waiter came by even though I already had a drink, he started recommending a girl for me and some other shit, so I told him to bring over this girl he was talking about. The girl was about 20 yrs real slim petite and tight body, 9/10 girl, her face was real pretty too but you could definitely find prettier girls in the bar. Her name was Haley or something like that. Chatted for a couple of minutes bought her a drink and tipped her two singles to just touch around, which is one of my disappointments of my trip because I kept watching other guys with girls literally dancing on their faces and making out, and here I was just doing some over the bra touching while she drank her beer. Don't get me wrong we definitely got along and the chat was fun at least, so I think it was just that I wasn't confident enough to grope around more. After she finished her drink took her upstairs for 80, straight to FS and finished real quick tbh haha I had been waiting for that day too long haha, but fuck it at least I enjoyed it while it last.

Came back downstairs and as I walk in the waiter from the beginning was giving the 'that's my man' look, motherfucker must give that look to everyone at the bar. Sat down and enjoy the view while the girl spend the last half our of her shift with me just chatting. I finished the drink and left quite happy but somewhat concern on how much money I had spent. I regret not staying a bit longer to do a second round but Its for the better cause now I have the cash to go again next week.

I'll be there next Monday or Tuesday, I go alone cause I made trip by myself so if any veteran is going those days let me know and I'll buy you a drink in exchange of some advice.

Thanks. If you have a Costco membership in the United States, you can bring your card to the Costco in Tijuana and get genuine Viagra in the original Pfizer packaging for around $10 to $11 for a 100 MG pill.

I used to get genuine Viagra at Tijuana's Costco, but now I just get generic Viagra at Piri Pharmacy for around $2 a pill (or 4 for around $4). Piri's storefront faces the Wax Museum, one block east of the Arch.

Medication is probably the best thing to bring back from Mexico. They have a very well developed health care system down there and the meds are much more affordable. I recommend Piri because the owner speaks great English and is domicile in San Diego which is common for many Mexican professionals, and the store itself is large and tidy unlike many of the hole in the wall pharmacies in Tijuana.

Taxi race car drivers are probably the biggest hazard to tourists other than the booby trapped potholes on the sidewalks. I tend go pick older gentlemen taxi drivers who has a family to think about before flooring his gas pedal. And I always keep my arms inside after buckling up since most of the streets do not have lanes.

Sunday. Wednesday, the girls work a staggered shift. Its their weekend. For example some get Sun-Mon off, some get Mon-Tues off, some Tues-Wed off. But one occasionally finds a HK girl moonlighting in Adelitas and vice versa. And sometimes the club hires an alley girl as a filler. It is very laid back compared to the weekends.

Wifi can be complimentary when you buy a girl a drink and ask her to give you the secret password. I guess you do fork over money for a drink, but the password stays in your system forever. However Wifi is weak in the Zona.

Some of the smaller Bars are fun, but just be aware that they do not have an attached hotel. So they are set up so that sex is usually done in the private VIP rooms in the back. It is illegal and some have been busted. I suspect that they were late on their contribution to the police union. If you want a girl to go to a hotel, you may have to buy a bucket of beer which is the equivalent cost to a VIP room. Then you walk her to a hotel in the distance. It is a real pain in the neck to get through the red tape and I instead tell the girl to meet me after her shift is over. So look at what building is attached to a bar so you will know what to expect.

Have fun everyone, keep your arms inside the cabs, and don't step in any pot holes.

Is stopping for a visa on entering Tijuana a regular thing now? Can it be time consuming?

Is stopping for a visa on entering Tijuana a regular thing now? Can it be time consuming? Two choices. First, get a free 7 day visit each time you arrive. Second, spend about $20 for a 6-month visa and just show that visa upon re-entry. You need your passport to get any visa. Though they may not check, proper protocol requires you to have your passport or card upon each entry.

I bought a 6 month visa about 5. 5 months ago. No problems, it only took about 5 or 10 minutes. Re-entry literally takes an extra 5 or 10 seconds longer than the old no check system.

Where is everyone parking at the border and how much is everyone paying?

After the Free Duty lot closed, the greedy bastards across the street raised their weekend rates to $15 and you have to exit by 10 am which is nearly impossible. It's probably the best lot for extended stay because of their high security. But $15 feels like a rip off.

You can park at a trolley station for free for 24 hrs then take a trolley in OR you can park on Virginia Ave and Border Village drive next to KFC if you find a spot and feel safe about leaving your car in the area OR you pay big money which is what people REALLY want you to do.

I stay away from Tijuana on the weekends now. I have a hunch they will start charging more for weekdays during the summer. Just a hunch.

Border crossing in a car with SENTRI is pretty darn painless except for Sunday afternoons. But even then it's generally less than 30 minutes.

All this, of course, is predicated upon having the proper car insurance. I have State Farm and they allow me to go up to 50 miles away from the border with no additional insurance.

Otherwise, park at Otay, cross there and grab a Libre. Yes, it may cost the whopping sum of 100+ pesos to get to Centro, but Otay parking isn't $15/day.

I park at the expensive lot. The first one on the right just after you exit at the last US exit. I travel midweek. I save money on parking and hotel room. I was in Tijuana for Super Bowl.

Sunday. I park at this lot. I catch the shuttle that will take you to Tijuana for $5.40. This trip the shuttle driver dropped someone off at Palacio Azteca and then dropped me off Ticuan. It's.

Not the cheapest option, but it's the option that requires the least amount of walking.

Wow. Thanks for the warning. I expect to see $8 on Monday morning.

Who would have thought that "parking" was going to be an issue with going to Tijuana. That lot will also be close to the new entrance they are opening in 2016. I expect things to get even worse. At that point I have no idea what I will do.

I've got access to the Coaster Train but that takes forever to get to Tijuana.

Driving in Tijuana is actually easier and safer than driving in LOS Angeles, because there are fewer cars on the roads, and the drivers, including the damn Kamikaze cabbies, are fairly tame. A bro has been living and driving in Tijuana without insurance for 4 years and have not had any problems. His strategy is to use busy streets and blend in with heavy traffic, avoiding sparser, unlighted streets, so policias are less likely to target you.

Only the most timid drivers with the smallest balls would be afraid of driving in Tijuana. Just get the Global ENTRY card, buy Mexico driver's insurance for about $100 a year and drive over. If you have HK's VIP card just stop in front of HK and give the car key to the valet. He will park and retrieve your car for the $1 tip. Or you can park the car yourself at Pepe's and have the ticket validated by HK for free, saving about $5 every night.

On the way back in SENTRI lane after 10 PM there is usually no waiting at CBP booths. Just drive right through. Sunday from noon to 9 PM there is a lot of return traffic in SENTRI lane, but it would take about half hour in line at most. Sunday nights are OK.

BTW buying Mexico insurance would be cheaper in Tijuana. Can any bro can recommend a good agent near La Zona?

My new year's resolution is to be more frugal with my money and ease up a bit since I don't see myself as a monger even though I must have boinked about 50 girls last year. So I'm down to maybe once per month rather than once a week like last year.

My report is based on yesterday's (Friday) trip. Snuck out of meeting and right into traffic. People in San Diego drive slow as heck, yet somehow there are always more accidents on the freeways, mostly rear ends. Took me a while to figure it out, but it comes down to a ton of people driving 55 mph in the passing lane that screws everyone up. There must have been 4 accidents going South just in the San Diego are alone. And they make fun of us driving in LA.

The parking situation is messed up since they closed the UETA lot. The first lot on the right wanted $16. The lot behind McDonalds wanted $7 for 8 hours. The lots near the money exchange wanted $8 every two hours. After pondering I just gave in to the Parking Mafia and paid $16. I think it's because of the chill, the number of girls dropped considerably in all of the clubs.

Tropicals has really changed after their remodeling. Gone are the cozy areas where one can make out with the girls. In are VIP rooms in those areas. Now the darkest areas in the club is around the stage. The VIP room is considerably bigger than it used to be. They charge 700 pesos per half hour. I think you get some beers with it. This new VIP focus seems to work as I see it being used frequently. Me I prefer to just pay the girls 700-800 pesos plus the room and skip the VIP thing because I prefer better sanitation, a shower, real privacy, and a bed. And I prefer the girls to take home the entire amount instead having to split it with the bar when a VIP room is used.

At HK, I meet Caramel. Other than Tiffany and Winnie, Caramel is the love of my life. But she always quotes me outrageous fees. 1200 pesos. Every time I meet her she puts her hand on my heart and whispers "fuck me" and how she wants to be my only Puta. Then the price quote. Ouch. She will not bargain. Fine I thought, so I whisper back "ass fuck" to which she adamantly says No! We were at an impasse again. She is pissed and gives me the cold shoulders. I wonder what her real life boyfriend has to put up with. She must be a handful in real life. The emotional roller coaster she puts me through is torture.

After awhile I try to give Adelitas a try. There were some very ugly women there last night. Here is the trick. Wait until 9 pm. This is where the better shift comes in. It's like night and day the quality of the women. I didn't see a favorite, so I head over to Tropicals where neither of my two favorites showed. After inspecting the new architecture (see above) I move over to Chavelas for a while.

At about 2 am, I was about to leave when I run into Kathy in the alley. She looks much younger than her 20 years suggested because of her braces. For 350 pesos I took her upstairs to boink. She rushed the heck out of me but she had a nice figure. A real flat tummy that she parades by pulling her jeans down to her hips.

At 3 am, I went home.

This is the second time that I went to Tijuana so here is my report I will just get to the point and also warn some gents out there.

Girl #1 I had met her around the end of the taco stand in the red light district she was independent. Overall she asked for $20 but I countered in 200 pesos she had agreed and we went to my room at the end we spend around 45 minutes with each other all positions was on the menu. My little guy got the best of me since she had bare Greek on the menu she wanted $30 I offered $20 but she declined that had bit me in the ass because when we was finished she had took me to the fajita joint and then told me that $20 was what we agreed on (which it wasn't) so I gave it to her since she did do a good job she made a good $30 off me. Girl #2 I had met off a site she had gave me her address when I had got to her place she was nowhere to be found and she was taking a long time to answer. Long story short some guy came up and asked me could I call a number for him since he was lost etc. Etc. Since the call didn't go through he had asked could he use my phone to text her and I said no he had got pretty offended and then he just told me he just needed some money so he can just call so I gave him $2 and then he just asked for a $1 more so I gave him the extra dollar. So my best bet was just to get out of there and the nerve of that douchebag to follow me and talk to me still wanting to use my phone (the balls of that guy) Did I mention that he called me very attractive and he had a fantasy to be with a black guy? That's another story so I head towards downtown he is saying that I am racist and etc. Etc. And he will tell the police that I had tried to [CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123) him and they will take his word over mines. He then told me that if I give him another dollar he will be gone for good an officer was right there and I didn't want to get in a confirmation so (keep counting) I gave him my last dollar. Then he goes on and on how I had more money so what I did I had walked a little faster and I had made a sharp right into the crowd and lost him. I swore if he was on the US I would of punched him out since I was in their country I would be at the disadvantage and trying to explain to police officers when you don't speak any Spanish would be a bad situation.

Long story short which is very obvious I don't even know why I agreed to try to help him. Don't talk to anyone and stay within downtown I was on a regular street trying to meet Girl #2 which I had tried to explain to her what was happening. Another helpful thing is don't carry all of your money on you I had more money on me but I had it hidden not in my pockets just in case I was shaken down the most they would get is $4 instead of the $120 cash I had hidden away. Also keep this in mind no matter who it is the street girls, the bar girls, the club guys everyone is trying to hustle you. Don't trust anyone at all. The only people you can trust is your taxi driver and your hotel guy that is it. Girl #4 (Yes I had skipped girl #3 but I will get back to her in a second) Girl #4 We was going to meet up at 8 pm me being the horny guy that I am trying to relieve some stress what happened to me earlier that's where Girl #3 comes in. She meets me around 7:30 and we have sex for 30 minutes and she left. I had met girl #4 around 9:00 pm she was an hour late keep in mind I was pretty burned out but we had sex. Girl #4 had went to the bathroom but I guess she was upset to see that I had sex prior since there was a condom inside of my trashcan in there so she had put on her clothes and left. The sex was pretty good so I didn't pay anything for girl #3 or girl #4. I never in my life had sex with two girls within an hour apart from each other.

Sorry for being so long I had tried to break down how may day went for the past two days. I ended up saving half of my money that I had budgeted for there. I just came back home today I did encounter a street girl by my hotel asking me did I want "sucky sucky" but I told her I was already waiting on another girl. Another thing that I found out from Girl#1 the girls who stand outside the hotels management pays for their boob jobs and ass jobs. Stay safe guys learning Spanish helps out a lot too.

And I prefer the girls to take home the entire amount instead having to split it with the bar when a VIP room is used..You guys living in Southern California and Southern Texas have the life. Take a quick drive over the border and hook up with hot young tail without having to look over your shoulder for LEO running some stupid sting. I was on the USA board and a fellow monger reported that he overheard two uptight soccer moms telling LEO there was a massage parlor giving more than massages to some of the dads in the community. That type of stuff really gnaws at me. Anyway be thankful that you can make that quick drive get a piece and head on back. Happy hunting.

Welcome back, Jackie. I am almost always impressed at the quality of chicas at Adelita, especially when factoring in the sure thing 1000 pesos compared to HK chicas which often tend to demand more. And yes, it's not going to be like that until about 9-10 PM.

I've always parked at the Baja Mex drive thru currency exchange after you turn right on Camino de la Plaza from the highway. It's on the left side of the street and there's a big sign that reads "Mexico Insurance". $6 until 8 AM the following morning. Or $12 if you need it later, which will get you until 8 AM the morning after. Same price on weekends. Never had any problems, since the outlet mall parking lot adjacent thereto is patrolled by security at night. It's a long walk, though, which doesn't bother me. I like to let the anticipation build.

My AAA agent keeps telling me my cars already have Mexico coverage, but would not tell me what it covers, the dumb jerk.

AAA also sells this Mexican insurance. Check it out to see if it's better or cheaper:

Grupo Nacional Provincial Liability Only Coverage Annual Policy $128.77 includes.

Third Party Liability Limit: $300 K.

Legal assistance.

Grupo Nacional Provincial Full coverage Annual Policy $261.09.

Third Party Liability Limit: $300 K.

Total Theft.

Fixed Deductibles.

Vandalism.

3rd Party Liability.

Thanks Long John. I'm going to try that parking lot for weekend visits.

Envy is relative Drf1987, I am envious of the guys who live South of San Diego who can stop for a drink after work on Monday evenings while the rest of America, like me is stuck with Monday night football in their living room.

Monti, on Friday night a local followed me and wanted a dollar. I smiled, politely said no, ignored him and entered a store. He then followed me, got aggressive, got closer and demanded why? He raised his voice "Why won't you give me a dollar! I ignored his question, got in his grill and told that I will never give him a dollar. He kept yelling "why not?" And I yelled back "never!" So as he walks away, I followed and kept on yelling. And he rapidly took off. When you're around predatory people, you need to draw the line early. As you can see, your guy didn't ask you for a dollar to get a dollar from you. He wanted to see how much he could really take from you. BTW, avoid the bareback.

Most of the pervs, who log into ISG, can live without food, but not without SEX.

These guys think about Mexican chicas with their pretty face, big round eyes, full sexy, pouty, suckable lips, firm, spongy, curvy, voluptuous bodies with big, bouncy boobs, flat abs, long strong sexy legs, bushy crotches and their wet, sticky pussies. All day. Then they dream about pussies in their sleep.

Some of these guys are older, but they are fucking young, sexy Mexican girls 2 or 3 times a day sometimes for free. One of the guys told me a sweet-looking 19 YO girl, dealer in the Caliente Casino near the swanky hotel Pueblo Amigos, Would call him up occasionally and urgently ask to come to his apartment to have her pussy eaten. Hehehe. Can't get better than that.

Look at the pictures of these beautiful little girls and HK's free 2-beer coupon just to come in to their join and watch hundreds naked young girls cruising, flirting.

A lot of these guys gave up families, kids, jobs, all worldly possession ect. To move close to Pussyland.

Today is Sunday and this afternoon I sat at a very popular mall watching women. And I cannot help think how unattractive they are in general. And this is Southern California, the cream of the crop in this country. What if I was residing in the Midwest somewhere where fat women was the norm? What a sick world that must be.

So now I daydream of one day relocating to the San Diego area. Maybe set up a business in Southern San Diego and get a place in the Playa, Tijuana. Commuting to SD will be a pain in the neck even with the Sentri Card. But after work, stopping in the Zona for cheap beer, decent food, and beautiful women before getting home to my affordable home near the Ocean. Damn. That would be a fun life. And I'm not talking about fucking every one of them. I'm talking about just being surrounded by beautiful women competing for my attention.

Wow, it would sure feel good to be at the top of the food chain.

About a year or two ago I started exchanging my dollars for pesos on the USA side. Recently I've been going to the place a few feet west of the south end of the trolley. I don't understand the rate that I actually get.

They may post rates of 17.3 and 17.6; I would expect to get 17.3 when I exchange dollars for pesos. But I've actually been getting something between the two rates, about 17.5. I'm not complaining, but I would like to understand. I'm exchanging between $250 and $300 each time.

On Friday, it was time for me to purchase my second FMM. The cost is now 390 pesos. After chatting with the agent at booth number 5, I was off to the cashier window. The cashier dude took forever and a day to process the transaction. When he finally completed the task, I went to booth number 6, because the agent at booth 5 was busy. The agent in booth 6 passed the paperwork over to the agent in booth 5, and she completed the transaction.

About that same time, this American dude that was apparently told to get a FMM started to stroll by. The young male agent in booth 6 stopped him and asked to see his passport or passport card; he didn't have either. The agent told him that next time that he crossed he would need either a passport or passport card. Then he just waved him through.

I was pissed and went off on the agent. I said, "What in the hell was that about? I just paid 390 damn pesos so I could enter your country legally. So the people that follow the rules of your country's new entry requirements have to spend their money, but you get to choose who follows the rules and who doesn't follow the rules. This is absolute bullshit!

His reply was simple, he said, "It's Friday. ".

His response left me speechless.

So after 6 months of the new requirements, there does not seem to be any set rules.

This is consistent with their bag check green / red light. Sometimes they will catch a violation and sometime they won't. This is just one small step toward controlling their border.

Yes. That last spot on the right is definitely one of the more expensive lots I have encountered in San Ysidro. I stopped parking there about 4 or 5 trips ago. You can refer to one of my prior posts (perhaps 2 weeks ago or so) for where I prefer to park now. I have had no problems there and it is much, much cheaper.

Hi. Saw your post and thought I would respond. One rate is the "Buy" and the other rate is the "Sell" from what I understand. I usually buy on the USA side as well and usually in the same amount as yourself. Around $300 or thereabouts. So, here in the example you provided, you are buying at the low rate of 17.3 pesos per dollar giving you 5,190 pesos. When you sell at the end of your trip (if applicable), you will sell back at the rate of 17.6, thus receiving only .0568 (American) cents per peso. So, when selling the $300, you would receive $294.80 resulting in a loss of $5.20, or 1.73%. The truth is, the difference is only a matter of a few dollars wherever you go, and personally, I could care less when dealing with amounts under $500. I try to spend most of my pesos while I am there anyways, and have only had to sell back once (around $100 or so). TJ is pretty darn cheap - that is a basic fact. The way I see it, if people are really worried about minor changes in the TJ exchange rate, they probably shouldn't be travelling. Hope this helps -

It happened four times ($260, $260, $280, and $150). I don't want to mention the discrepancy because I'm getting a better rate than I expected. "Excuse me ma'am, but you gave me too many pesos." As was pointed out, the difference is very small.

I'd be interested in what others experience at this same place with similar amounts.

I believe one of the better ways to buy dollars (using pesos) is usually at a Cambio in LZ (which typically make their profits selling pesos to monger and other tourists at bad rates).

From my experience, one of the better ways to buy pesos (using dollars in your checking account) is via ATMs located in Tijuana, using a Debit / ATM card that refunds all or most of the fees (like a Schwab one account). If you are unable to do that, and instead want to exchange greenbacks for pesos, you typically can get better rates from Cambios on the United States side of the border.

For the past several years my east coast job had me traveling to San Diego and working from 6:00 AM until 12:00 PM, leaving me plenty of daily time for Zona Norte. Sometimes these trips were as short as 1 day and sometimes they were as long as 20 days. The multi-year project is now completed and future trips will have to be funded personally. It was nice to have all travel and living expenses paid by work, I only needed to pay for playtime in Tijuana.

I've had many memorable experiences, none more bizarre than my May 2014 encounter with Elana the squirter in Hong Kong (HK post 3678). I saw her again a few days ago but didn't feel up to a repeat performance. Anything after the original would have been a disappointment.

My biggest shortcoming is my inability to speak Spanish (my vocabulary is perhaps 100 words). Without comfortably conversing with the girls, it is difficult to develop anything more than a relationship that is purely sex for money. There have been a few out of the bar experiences, but those are with girls who spoke decent English or with Craigs List girls who were challenging.

Overall, I find the Mexican people delightful. The smallest tips are often well appreciated. On Monday I was about to trash half a bottle of water when a man gestured that he wanted it; I gave it to him and he acted like I just gave him $10. On Tuesday I gave 17 peso tip to a waiter at LC and he also acted like I gave him $10. When I can communicate, I've enjoyed chats with the taxi drivers, food vendors, sales people along Revolution and Constitution, and just about anyone I ran into. A couple of times someone would just set down at my table for a meal, and that was always enjoyable.

During most trips I find the prettiest girls work in HK (IMHO). But this trip, AB had girls that were more appealing to me. My favorite AB girl was Jade, who gave exceptional service for 1000 pesos. My favorite HK girl was Susanna, who also gave exceptional service but she insisted on 1400 pesos. Favorite street girl was Julie, who stands directly across the alley from the wall between HK and LC; our schedules didn't overlap too much and she gets taken arriba very quickly, so I never got a 2nd chance with her.

My best experience this last trip was with Vivian of LC. Found her dancing by her girlfriend's table wearing a tight red mini-dress and a huge smile. Not beautiful, but cute and sexy. Very inviting look. I enjoyed a drink with her and then things got better: she moved the table out of the way and started dancing for me with her butt in my face and my hands all over her body. A group of 4 Mexican men had moved to the table next to us and started to cheer me on. We went arriba and had a great time.

For quite some time I had a bucket list item to do at least one girl from every hooker bar on the main streets of ZN. I finally completed the list when I found a not-to-unappealing girl at Playboy and made arrangements for an after hours session at my room in Cascadas. I've never been in some of the bars just outside the main area, for example, Lucky Lady looks too scary on the outside for me to ever walk inside.

When I first started making these trips to San Diego and Tijuana, I was young enough to do three girls per day. Now, I only enjoy the first session of the day and push myself for a second session. Time marches on.

Horsetrader.

There are a few old, skanky Gringas without health cards, who walk around La Zona and would do all sorts of nasty sex for little money.

I've been meaning to post this report for the past two weeks, but due to the circumstances, I am just getting to it now.

It is with deep regret that I inform you; my fine feathered friends, my birds of a feather that did not necessarily flock together during this short, five month run; that my work assignment in San Diego has also come to an end. Rest assured that the ever-so-brief window during which "Long Don's Love Stories" occurred occupies an exponentially larger portion of my heart. My final two ventures occurred on Saturday 2/20 and Wednesday 2/24. I finished up work on Friday 2/26 and headed to prepare for my next assignment on the East Coast, well beyond driving distance of any legal, low-priced mongering with such abundance of beautiful, friendly choices at my disposal. Yes, this is truly the end of an era: the best of my life. Who knows, maybe I will use the approaches I've developed in the ZN to engage in sexy romps with women that are not in the business, but just looking for a good time.

On Saturday, 2/20, I hung out in Hong Kong, contemplating many of the sexy options. I wanted to act quickly because Dariana starts at 10:00 and I can never resist her charm. But I've also been wanting to try something new. That may be partially due to the fact that I've always been with one or two chicas before I get to her. Funny, it ends up every girl tonight is a repeat. After ogling the beauties in Hong Kong, I eventually come to the conclusion that I'll save a lot of money with a street girl. So I head out the back and quickly find Mari behind Cascadas. I was with her on New Year's Eve and she had a really good attitude, got really into the sex. So I go up with her. She has me, like last time, manually stimulate her to get her wet. No lubricant necessary. She yells, "ya ya ya ya" with each thrust. And with her thick accent it sounds like she's saying, "cha cha cha cha".

After we finish, I go back into HK, hoping to relax and find another girl when I get my groove back. By the time I'm ready, Dariana has found me. I just can't resist her. Last time, she asked me to pay for her boob job and I was concerned she would start constantly nagging me for some sort of extra financial compensation. But she appears to have gotten the hint and doesn't bring it up. I eventually ask her if she found someone to pay for her surgery, and she says she's going to pay for it herself. She says this with utmost confidence and it leads to the mental image of her dancing to the Destiny's Child Charlie's Angels song. We eventually go arriba and have a few drinks afterward. My first time in Miami Club, and it's a nice vibe when you're just trying to hang out with your ficha chica. After a few, I tell her I'm going to get going and she tells me not to take any other girls to the hotel. I tell her not to go arriba with any other guys, kiss her on the cheek, and tell her I'm just kidding.

As I walk around the corner, two condom girl outside Hotel Garcia wants to talk to me. She asks me why I always tell guys about the two condoms when they're talking to her. I tell her because it's bullshit that she would make someone do that. She starts kissing me and telling me she'll let me have sex with her with one condom. She has a really banging body for a street girl. Nice, big, natural boobs, and a sizable round ass, nice caramel skin. Not such a great face but everything else makes up for it. We go up and she keeps making me stop for her to adjust herself and coax out the tiny amount of lubricant that is left in her tube, and she has a shitty attitude still. I get my leche out, but I head back home with a bitter taste in my mouth due to the last session.

The logistics of my final week in San Diego County were such that Wednesday 2/24 would be my last opportunity with the lovely Latinas. I head straight to Hong Kong after work, and I eventually make my way to the back and the HK version of Ximena walks right past me in her red bikini. I follow her with my eyes; she catches the hint and walks right back to me. Same build with a tall, thin athletic body. But she has a bubble butt and synthetic be or see cups that are perfect for her frame. Her face and hair are also similar to the moody street girl. We sit for a drink and while I'm chatting with her, and I make eye contact with Dariana who puts her hands over her mouth with an expression of shock as if I was her actual novio and she just caught me cheating on her. Aliza, Ximena's twin, asks me what I'm smiling about. I tell her my friend just saw me and she's not happy about it. I make my move to take Aliza upstairs, and she asks me why when I name my price of 1000 pesos. I tell her it's a good number and she says OK. She asks if I want to go out the front or back and I tell her it doesn't matter. She suggests the back and it adds to the intrigue in that she creates the impression that we are having a sneaky affair since the route to the back avoids Dariana.

We go up and she starts with BBBJ, my first time such a girl offers me this. Oh my God, this feels amazing. It's been a long time since I got any of that. I could just let her finish like this, but I want to enjoy her body. First it's time for me to have a snack, and she loves that I'm dining on her. Then I give her la verga and she seems to really like it. I finish the job, and she said she's finished too. We shower separately, then lie down together in the bed. We cuddle and she starts playing with junior again. I ask her if she wants more and she says yes. Wow, I love this girl. She's really creative the second time and we go in all sorts of positions outside the ordinary. Spooning, then bending her over in front of the sink. That's a good one, getting to see her in the mirror. It's going to be hard to finish a second time in a 45 minute window, so I make it kinky by imagining she's my sister in law, about whom I've fantasized about nailing many times when my wife really pisses me off. It helps get me closer to the finish line, then she stops and says no more. I start pleading with her and she's serious, so I tell her I'll give her a really good tip. She proceeds to let me finish the job. That was sneaky, but I can't argue with her. She originally agreed to 1000 pesos, but she's earned the compensation of an elite HK girl so I give her 1200 pesos and 10 dollars.

We go back downstairs and part ways. I head to the front and Darly propositions me. She is so hot and I've been really looking forward to another session with her, but I have to tell her no mas leche. So sad. I continue to the front and Dariana's dancing on the front stage with the multiple circular bases where there's usually four or five chicas. I tip her for a few feels and she asks me to buy her a drink, to which I oblige. She asks why I went with the girl, and I tell her because she went with the guy that was grinding on her while I was with Aliza. She says no she didn't, but I'm in no mood for arguing so I just say ok. She eventually gets me hard again, so I take her up and once again it takes a long time and she struggles through it. I tell her that this is our last meeting before I move away and I don't know when or if I will be back. We exchange phone numbers and hopefully one day we can reunite and relive the glory days. But I don't know, it's not financially reasonable for me to take long-distance mongering trips. Perhaps one day that will change.

On that note, I will wrap up my final report of Long Dong's Golden Era. As Phordphan recommended, try out the Duolingo app. It's a solid learning tool. The chicas will show you a lot more affection if you can make a deeper connection with them through the art of conversation. Tell her in Spanish that she is the most beautiful girl here, "Eres la mas bonita de toda aqui." Gently caress her forearms, inner thighs, and along her back as you sit for a drink. Give her a brief shoulder and back massage if you finish upstairs with time to spare and she decides to stay with you for the remainder. Let the Legend of Long Dong live on past his physical presence in the Zona Norte.

I love Mexican girls.

I don't even know which hotel is Monito. For my street girl bucket list, I used the following classifications:

* East side of Constitution.

* West side of Constitution.

* South side of Calle Coahuila.

* South side of Callejon Coahuila.

* North side of Callejon Coahuila.

* North side of Articulo 123 (it wasn't easy to find something there).

* East side of Ninos Heros (this was my most un-nerving situation but turned out OK).

Anything outside of those streets was just too sketchy for me. Now, where is hotel Monito?Again, someone is jerking your chain. LOS Monitos is a down and dirty place full of drug users and sometimes me. Sometimes some of the not so great women will stand at the door and offer you anything at a cheap price. Some will sit in the so called outside lobby area. If you want to bring your own SG in the place, it is 100 pesos for an hour. I used the place many times with some of the SGs that stand outside Bar Gloria. It is safe, but yet very trashy.

It's a joke.

There are a few old, skanky Gringas without health cards, who walk around La Zona and would do all sorts of nasty sex for little money.

They live in hotel Monito a few doors South of Chicago Club. Not recommended. That corner is unnerving to me. I feel perfectly safe just across Coahuila and Constitution. I shy away from Chicago Club partially because I don't like walking by that corner.

That reminds me of a really great CBJ I got from a Chicago Club girl. She held a good chunk of ice in her mouth before she started. I never before felt that cold sensation and it was great.

Wow. It's sad that Long Dong can no longer come down to Tijuana and warm up a few girls for us!

It's true that there are no other places in the US that the bros can have such fun and satisfying sex with so many nice, young, clean, beautiful girls, costing so little. Ariza is a very good find offering BBBJ and 2 shots for 1500 pesos. Have to look her up.

The tip about simple affectionate Spanish phrases is very helpful. The chicas do respond warmly to words and acts of affection. Instead of learning Spanish from scratch in Duolingo, I would take the short cuts via Google and translate a bunch of the most loving phrases known to mankind and memorize them. Hehehe. They would add great values to the sessions with chicas.

Hope Long Dong will have good, sexy times where he's going and to meet him some days when he's back in Tijuana.

Horsetrader and Long Don,

I'm going to miss you guys. Your posts have been not just been informative but funny as hell. Hope you guys come back soon. Maybe you guys each should start up a "consulting" business to legitimize your travels to the West Coast. I almost took a job in Florida this past December but in the end, I turned it down due to the lack of chicas. I suppose a weekend trip to Cuba or the Caribbean would fulfill the gap. But nevertheless it is highly inconvenient compared to a quick car ride to the border.

In my experience pretty much 100% of chicas seeks tips as their preferred source of income. Perhaps not $1 tips but tips are definitely the #1 choice for all the chicas. A dinner invite will be rejected in the overwhelming majority of cases and will quickly be dismissed.

1.5 GB valid for 15 days, starts at your arrival in Mexico.

The SIM comes with a Mexican mobile number with free incoming calls.

The SIM can be refilled anywhere and reused for future trips.

Extremely reliable plug and play product with fast and dedicated customer support.

Nano sims are LTE capable (when LTE network is available). There's probably at least 50 places you can buy a Telcel SIM card within walking distance of the zona. The Amazon price is a rip off. In Tijuana they sell for the equivalent of around $8 USD. The only thing is you have to activate it before use. In order to activate by phone you need a Mexican SSN. If you don't have one then you can't activate by phone. If you buy from a cell shop some of them will activate it after purchase but Oxxo and non-cell stores will not. In which case you will have to visit a corporate Telcel store with your passport to activate the SIM. At least this was the case when I bought my SIM five years ago.

It's true that Telcel SIM cards are cheap. However a lot of them are old cards and not LTE compatible. What kind of connection speed are u getting with your 5 year old sim card? Also you didn't address the cost of 1. 5 gigs of data so your price comparison is misleading.

So to all the seasoned guys, what are the other places around the world that have a giant go-go bar like HK, similar in quantity and quality of girls?HK is way too small compared to Las Cucardas and Trocadero in Lima, Peru. Also a lot cheaper. There are a few smaller ones too. Fixed price sessions with the girls.
Jakarta, Indonesia has whole modern hotels setup for sex and there is some naked dancing to keep the guys occupied while they are chilling out from sex sessions. At Hotel Classic ,you can screw one girl for 500k rupiah for an hour, about 36 dollars and can have for 525k rupiahs / hour (about 40 dollars). Different floors have different setups. Was there last November. It was so much fun. The government is now doing some cracking down on red light districts and awaiting to see what they do with a expensive sex hotel Alexis in Jakarta. If they do close Alexis, then not so good news. May be asking for more bribe money.
Many other places around the world.

" You simply cannot beat these prices. There are so many girls and the rooms are big with a big clean bed, shower and clean towels provided. The hotels have a whole cleaning crews that clean the rooms after your session. On some floors, you can have a massage with full service. I cannot remember the prices at Las Cucardas, Lima as it was a couple of years ago. You can read my FR. I think it was less than 20 dollars and the exchange rate was not that good at that time. Would be even cheaper now.

Paying approx. $32 usd for less than 1. 5 gb of data that expires in 15 days is a rip-off no matter how you see it. Downfall is that most people in Mexico can't call your number, but that's where whatsapp comes in handy. But for 50 bucks a month, its not bad at all.

What is a good way to get internet service in that area?

Would appreciate some tips.

The same SIM card works in SD. When I cross over to SD for the day I bring my Tijuana phone in case anyone needs to get in touch with me and I can still access my emails and web for any american contacts.

Thanks for the tips, guys.

A search in the net did point to Telcel as the only ISP in Tijuana. The service is scrappy with up to only about 1 Mb per sec. Apparently Telcel internet service is much better in other states with reliable 10 Mbit P.S. People have been pushing Telcel to upgrade its back bone to improve the speed and reliability, but nobody knows when that will happen.

I will probably sign up for a package, telephone, mobile, internet ect. These guys who have pads in Tijuana are fucking a lot of sweet young girls, sleeping with them all night ect. I am jealous. Hehe.

Any bros wishing to share a pad near the border with internet service, let me know.

Very Simple.Do you have any idea of the cost of a TelCel SIM card when purchased in Tijuana. As I posted earlier Amazon and TelCel website has a Sim card with 1. Gb data, phone calls, which expires in 15 days for $40 USD. The price seems steep to me but if this is the current market value I just have to bite the bullet and buy one. I don't plan to use it much. Maybe a few phone calls and possibly Google Maps.

In other words, they will buy one of your American Dollars and give you 16.625 pesos in return. If you walk up with pesos you can buy one American Dollar for 16.925 pesos. Comprende?

So I haven't been to La Zona in a while since I no longer live a close as I used to but, I'm making it this coming weekend. In the past I've just paid in dollars and didn't normally bother negotiating down if the "standard" price was offered (e. G. $60 at AB and $80 at HK). I noticed the exchange rate is now more in our favor (almost 18 pesos per dollar). Is it worth exchanging to pesos to use at AB & HK? If so, how would you go about it? Where to exchange? How to negotiate in Pesos (what are the going rates in pesos)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Thank you.If I were going for a single day, I wouldn't bother to exchange. For multiple day trips, I exchange currency. That $80 HK girl also asks for 1400 pesos, so no savings. That $20 street girl may either ask 200 or 300 pesos, so you might get some savings. If you can get 17.5 pesos per dollar, the local businesses are probably using an exchange rate of 16 or 17. That taxi will want $5, he may accept 50 pesos but I more typically pay 70 pesos; so some savings there.

If you are going to worry about every penny, make the switch. If you don't switch, you may spend an extra $10 or $15 per day, depending on what you do.

Everybody accepts dollars, so don't worry about your money being accepted.

No, the rate has been changing by the minute; no worries. This is Tijuana not the trading room at Citigroup in Canary Wharf. The rate NEVER changes by the minute. If what Baxter is saying is true then he most certainly did get ripped off. But he was obviously confused on what the buy / sell rates really meant. Every CDC posts two rates, the compra (buy) and venta (sell.) These rates are always denominated in pesos for the purchase/sale of dollars. The higher rate posted is how much the CDC sells their dollar. The lower rate posted is how much they will pay in pesos for your dollar. Since the rates are posted in PESOS, the buy / sell quotes are for dollars. For example, no one is gonna buy one peso for 16.925 pesos and no casa de cambio is going to sell 16.625 pesos for 1 peso. The sign said buy (pesos) at 16.925 which is the equivalent of selling dollars at 16.925. That is, the CDC is selling one dollar for 16.925 pesos. Assuming Baxter was buying pesos and not dollars that rate does not apply. The rate that applies for the customer buying pesos (selling dollars) is the BUY rate, which was at 16.62. Thus Baxter did not get ripped off. That spread at. 305 is huge though. I would avoid that casa de cambio in the future.

Yes, I would agree mostly with what Horse Trader is saying here.

Still, I usually make the trip 3 to 4 times a year, and I actually "like" having the option to use pesos or Dollars while I am there. So, I usually bring about $250 or $300 in cash (dollars) and I exchange for the same amount in Pesos at one of the border places in San Ysidro (Camino de La Plaza). Having the option gives you the best deal for whichever situation presents itself during your visit. Hope this helps -.

Thank you.

I'm not a fichia buying kind of guy. But some how I ended up in the tv room at La Gloria with 2 girls buying double fichia's. It didn't take long and they had my deek out and they were both going to work on it. It brought back memories of the old days in the Unicorn club on revo. Anyways it got kind of funny when they started having a conversation with each other and I kept hearing the word limp. I interupted WTF are you saying my deek es limp no duro (hard) After a lttle confusion one girl pulls out her translater and shows me limpia means clean. Just sharing a funny Tijuana moment.

First off, on Friday afternoon, the border parking behind jack-off-in-a-box was almost full at 4 pm; something was happening in Tijuana for sure. Going through the immigration building was simple, until I got to the push the green / red light button. All the locals with bags had to press the button. But, I was directed straight to the x-ray machine. I stopped and asked if I could push the button, but the agent said no. I told the agent everyone else pushed the button, why not me? I'm sure it had something to do with me being a Gringo and the others were not. I told the agent, "No es justo" and put my bag in the damn machine.

Because the Ticuan was sold out, I booked the Hotel Real de Rio. I used the hotel a couple of times while the Ticuan was closed. The desk clerk was a real dick and he asked if I was staying alone. I told him I had a guest with me and he insisted that I write down her first and last name on the registration paper. Perhaps another Gringo issue? I had a date with a couple of girls later that evening, so I had some time to kill. I grabbed a cab and headed to HK. The best part of the night was having the best street taco this side of the Mississippi. At around 4:30, HK was already packed. I grabbed a booth and enjoyed the view for a couple of hours.

I headed back to the hotel and tried to use the WiFi on the 4th floor; didn't work. I took my pad down to the bar, the WiFi sucked there as well. The girls showed up separately and each time I went out to pay for the taxi. The three of us settled in at the bar and had a couple of drinks. Things were going great until we left to go to the room. The desk clerk dick stopped me and ask to see the ID of the girl I wrote down. He continued on and said that both of the girls could not go to the room, only one, and the one I listed on the registration. I told him they were not staying the night, but that didn't make a difference. I was pissed and I went to the room to drop off my pad. When I returned to the lobby, two security monkeys suddenly appeared.

I promised the girls dinner after the hotel, so I cut my losses, and we headed to LOS Arcos. One of the girls ordered the mango shrimp and the other ordered the Puerto Rican shrimp. I ordered the stuffed crab off the English menu. My dish didn't taste anything like stuffed crab. The girls tasted my food and both said it was fish. They seemed to enjoy my food, so they ate most of my so called stuffed crab. I asked to speak to the manager, but instead I had 5 meseros come to my table. One of the smarter meseros figured out I got the stuffed fish. They all seemed amused with the mixed up order; I wasn't amused whatsoever.

One of the girls called her taxi and they dropped me off at the hotel. I could not stand another moment in that hotel or Tijuana as well. Went to the room, grabbed my stuff, and got in a cab and headed to the border. The taxi driver said it was Friday night and I should stay and party. Nice thought, but I was too pissed to party anymore.

I normally don't have a bad night in Tijuana; I guess I was just overdue for one.

Is it correct to assume that you paid the girls, since the unaccommodating accommodations were your call?

Did you consider taking them to a love motel once the desk clerk gave you shit? I think La Maison and another love motel are pretty close to Hotel Real de Rio.

Don't understand why you would come on here and ask vets for advice and then say you plan to ignore the advice you're given even though you acknowledge the advice is correct. And then ask again the same question in which you were already given a very clear answer. Not quite sure why you posted the above. I may have overlooked it but I don't remember a reply of the cost of a SIM card if purchased in Tijuana compared to buying online. If the cost is insignificant I may go the Amazon route. Only replies I remember was the price at Amazon is a rip off. Can't remember an X $ amount for a card purchased locally.

As you can see by my post count I'm new to the forum. Great info here and I've read a lot of it. I'll be going to Tijuana for the first time Mon / Tues. While I kind of know what to expect, I wanted to see if anyone wanted to meet up for a beer on me to just kind of get me comfortable with the surroundings. I'm guessing I'll going to get dropped off at Hong Kong as the first stop. Apologies if this is the wrong thread for posting this.

So today was my first time crossing since August I had not seen the new border crossing. They have to lines one for Mexicans and one for foreigners. Since I went into the foreigner line along with my buddy and he had to fill out s form. I however did not bring a passport since I've never needed one to get in. Long story short they sent me to talk to one of the supervisors on the side. He said I needed a passport or passport card. I only brought my sentri card. He said that is only good for going back in and he just kind of ignored me thereafter. I noticed the Mexican nationals just walk through so when my buddy got his paperwork I just walked with him and got by fine when the guy wasn't looking. I was born in Mexico.

Anyhow, my question is. What do you normally do? Do you bring your passport? Or passport card? Or or do you just walk in the other line? Ever get hassled? Not used to this.

HugotheMan and I made a recent trip (24 hours thereabouts) down to Tijuana. Left Vegas at 6:00 am, picked Hugo up around 9:30 am as we made our run for the border. We arrived at about 11:00 am and parked at our usual place for $6 a day. We grabbed a bit of lunch in San Ysidro, then grabbed our bags, and got some cambio. The rate was around 16.8 for a dollar. Hugo was approached by a San Ysidro local selling him items, and Hugo was kind enough to asked if she was selling earrings. Still, no purchase was made. The border crossing was made with ease and as we made our way to the Taxi line, Hugo and I were immediately met by some drivers offering to take us to the "ligna" for the tremendous rate of $10. We marched on and found a Taxi to take us for (thanks to Hugo) the bargained rate of $4. The driver took us into town, but never said a word. He was likely sour about the price we agreed upon. We passed "Happy Teeth" which gave Hugo and I a thrill as well as a backup if needed (inside thing). Hugo also reminded the driver of the time I "walked" the Tijuana freeway about 4 trips prior. The driver was emotionless. After checking in for the $50 rate at Cascadas and getting our remote for the TV and the A / see controller and safe keys, we made our way to the 5th floor. Hugo forgot his room number immediately thereafter. To Caliente we went as we crossed the street. Wendy smiled. Our Sweet 16 wagers were made for the 4 pm and 6 pm games and we soon left after I got my horse racing losings back on the #4 dog at Caliente in the 3rd race at 4/1. We entered some tiny bar and Terry and I had a good laugh at my attire. My "sweats" per se. Terry said that they were ideal for lap dances. I still worried a tad about my appearance. Ahem*. Terry then played the "I bet you I can guess your exact birthdate" game with the waitress who later told us it would cost $150 to take her out of the bar and to Cascadas. So, we drank a few (I had 2 Tecates), laughed a little, Hugo requested th DJ to play "Compania" and we moved on. Hugo then said he would meet me at Las Chavelas as I went to the room, grabbed a shower and changed clothes. But, not before Hugo sampled a few colognes in order to play the two-wrist game. At Las Chavelas, Hugo might remember my entertaining our female company with a bit of "slapping" at the bar. Everyone was entertained. Good times. Then we began the hunt for the proper Direct TV channel at a $1 beer bar with horrific looking women. Hugo enjoys this spot. He feels genuine there and likes the beer prices. As Hugo was given the remote after the bartender tried to find the NCAA game for 10 minutes unsuccesfully, Hugo finally found the game on channel 112. We watched A&M get destroyed to Oklahoma, but we cashed tickets on the Villanova game "Over" in the first half. Hugo then found a female in the bar with an ass the size of the TV we were watching. And Hugo danced with her. Pretty face and a nice smile, but that was about the extent of it. At the end of both games, and after spending a total of $2 in the joint on "Sol" beers, we left the bar as the sun was beginning to set around 6 pm. To follow would be my viewing of the librarian on the side street who I had taken notice of (and shared a few moments with on a prior trip) wearing a sexy blue outfit with black heels. As we returned at 6 pm the same direction, she had changed clothes into white jeans and an orange top. I asked her the price and she quote "double" what I had paid on a prior trip. Hugo and I discussed why the rates had climbed so much. Was it a Good Friday weekend thing? Were the girls getting wiser to the peso / dollar conversion rate? To follow were the following sights: The guy with the ears on his head in the mini-mart, the Hell's Angels in La Calle, and a trip to the balconia to discuss the plan for the evening. To add, at this point, we had still not seen the "piscinas" in front of the bars that Hugo referrred to for Spring Break promotional purposes. We learned that it was a Saturday thing. As nightfall came, we left the balconia at Cascadas, descended to street level again and walked around the block. We saw how the "Tropical" bar had renovated and we were quite impressed. I also liked the interior of the "New York Bar", but it was dead inside as the manager said it did not really "open" until 8 pm. So, with my free drink coupon (something I never use) and 1/2 off lap dances at the HK club, Hugo and I decided to venture on in around 7:30 pm. Beautiful women were all around, but there were many males there as well. About and even ratio. Sitting was at a premium as we walked around and scanned the joint. We landed at a table next to the stage and asked If the 6:45 games were on any channel as soccer and WWF was showing on all channels in the club. We finally got a remote which I proceeded to drop and the batteries flew everywhere. A pair of beautiful girls approached us to help find the batteries, and we were fortunate to find both. However, the cover remained lost, but the girls said that the mesero was lying and the cover was never on the remote. Intriguing really. Nonetheless, We drank a couple of cervezas and offered a couple to the girls. They were quite beautiful as mine said she was from Mexico City originally. Soon, we found ourselves being led by the girls hand in hand to the VIP area as we paid the mesero for our lapdances ($11 each with the discount). The room had glass doors, and the room was quite dark. We each sat down on a comfy seat / couch and the girls began to strip right in front of us while dancing. Hugo and I looked at each other wondering what was to follow. What was to follow was full-on sex in the Private room. We couldn't believe what was happening and how fast it was happening. The room remined steamy and the girls were extremely excited as we could barely hear the sounds of the club outside the room. What were we supposed to tip? Lots of things were runnning through our minds. Once we completed the act, there was a knock on the door (remind everyone of something) and the girls told him to go away for a few minutes. The girls put their clothes back on and we all laughed a bit. The girls then asked for $50 which turned into $60 somehow, along with $3 for the mesero / room attendant. So, with fichas, lapdance price and the VIP experience, we were out around $100 for the hour or 1. 5 hours in the HK club. To some this was probably a "hustle" in a clip joint. And that is true. But for the first time experience in the HK, we felt that is was, well. Probably worth it The night moved on and we went to eat at Azul next to Cascadas. Hugo had the Ribeye steak and a baked potato. I ordered some rice and a caesar salad. The food took 40 minutes to arrive. Rice? A salad? Hugo said that his steak was what took the time, but the mesero apologized and said the his cooks didn't show up for work, so nobody was there to make the rice. So, my question was, "Then who made the steak?" Ridiculous really. And the food was horrific (A Caesar salad made with avocados and a dressing that tasted like Ranch. The service was even worse. Would absolutely never return. We moved over to Adelitas for a bit and then back to the Tropical Bar where we found that there was an excellent "girl to guy" ratio. Remember the referee girl Hugo? Oh they were plenty in there. Hugo spent some time with one female in a flower dress (breaking out of it really). I found a couple of gems myself, but the girls kept moving around the bar, so it was difficult to settle on the right one. We stayed for 2 hours or so until around Midnight. Or 1 am. Two girls approached us and began to order fichas lleft and right as they kissed all over us and asked for $70 to go to their rooms upstairs, or $100 to go to Cascadas. We thought about it, but Hugo asked why the price was so high and felt that the amount we spent on fichas should be applied to the overall rate. That deal didn't exactly pan out. So, I gave Hugo the look, excused myself to the restroom and proceeded to leave the bar without the girls noticing. I texted Hugo, and we met about 30 minutes later at another location. La Gloria bar perhaps. Hugo remained in there a bit as I walked around a bit looking for a "nightcap" on the street per se. I found a girl on a side street with a black and white outfit, and we went inside the Riviera Hotel. Dumpy little joint. We agreed on 250 pesos, but it made its way up to 400 pesos after the session was complete. Fully satisfied, I left the area, and headed back to find Hugo at La Gloria bar. At this point it was around 3:30 AM and I decided to crash back at the hotel for the night. I mentioned to Hugo that we could head to the Ligna and not risk the long line the next day. Hugo decided to go find another girl and that we should just sleep, check out around noon the next day and leave. Getting rest was the right idea, but taking that risk for the "ligna" felt, well. Like the wrong move. As I set set my alarm for the next morning for 10:45, we met at Caliente after checking out at 11:15 am (Hugo lost his pager. Yes. A pager). We then got into the taxi only to make our way to a ligna that was reportedly a 1 hour wait. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes as we finally made it to the front. Lesson learned: I will never, never leave Tijuana again unless it is between Midnight and 3 am. That is a guarantee. We met two ladies in line who said they just had some great tacos during their visit. We let them in front of us. We also told them that our purpose for the trip was the tacos. They laughed. We then made our way to the front of the line and in the last 5 minutes, a girl (Tijuana local, but American) began to chat with us about her life in Tijuana married to a Mexican man. She was on her way to a "perfume" counter interview as I told her she looked like a "flapper" from the 1920's. Hugo laughed. And I proceeded to inquire with her "why" women were turned on by men. Because we see men as being just "horrible looking and unappealing in all facets". She loved it. Ate it up and agreed that she finds women much more attractive. We agreed. Headed to the car after I changed my $3,500 pesos for $204 and we hit the 805 North. Trip over. A good time with good company. Hope you all enjoyed the report!

(Hugo lost his pager. Yes. A pager).I talked to Hugo, and he didn't lose a pager (WTF is a pager) he left it on the night stand and it looks like someone entered his room and stole it. He also said earlier while he was in his room a couple employees with a clipboard knocked on his door. When he opened it they just said never mind and walked away. I have heard stories about employees having easy access to the rooms so I would be real careful about what you leave lying around. I don't even know if I would trust the safes there. Of course the funny part being they stole a pager. I'm sure if they were under 30 years old they probably didn't even know what they were stealing. Just looked like some kind of electronic gismo.

And as far as HK why didn't you fellas just take them to the room for $80 or a bunch of pesos. But as far as strip clubs go full service in the VIP room does sound kind of exciting.

And last but not least thanks Caprese 7 for an entertaining trip report.

"Losing his pager" was just a term used for the purpose the of trip report. The pager wasn't really a focus. At least I don't think it was. As for HK, we had the 1/2 on lap dance coupon (I rarely, if ever use coupons anywhere. Especially Tijuana), and we felt that it was something we would "try". Based on what ended up happening, looking back, there was no need to take really them to the room.

Yes, the girls took pesos. We used both dollars and pesos on the trip. I had 50/50 in my wallet etc. We paid for food with pesos, company with pesos and only made sports wagers with dollars. And yes, the experience was (in hindsight) worth it. Still, it was probably a "one-time" thing.

Yesterday was Monday and I was going into Tijuana for some dental works. It was cold and drizzling. But I figured that afterwards, I could kick back at HK and relax a little. Rented a room with the VIP card for the first time. It was worth the 80% off, which amounted to $11. Requested a quiet room and got one on the top (6th floor). The nice thing is that I later took a chica (s) up, and no one ever monitored my time. So for all you guys that hate being rushed and worry about the dreaded early knock, this may be your solution. I could have stayed in the room until the next day had my Chica agreed. I think that should I ever be re-interested in Adelitas, I would just book a room for the night and not have to deal with those asshole clean up guys. The line to return to the US was horrible. When I arrived at about noon, the line to re-enter the US ran all the way back to the Taxi line. From personal experience, that's about a 3 hour wait. Several people commented that this is normal for a Monday because many folks spend their weekends in Mexico. Heaviest time to try go get back is actually 4-10 pm. If the noon wait was about 3 hours, I would hate to see what the rush hour wait was.

Also, while waiting in line one Border Patrol Officer said that if you have your US Passport, you can use the Ready Lane. Someone asked if this was new, and he responded that it's been in effect for 3 months. So gentlemen, take out your passport and get into the Ready Line. It would have been nice had they posted this on the wall so that those of us who are literate can take advantage. By the way, the Border Patrol is turning into the US Postal Service. It was remarkable that if an officer had to close his stall to take a suspect in for questioning, they don't even bother to send another officer to replace him. I watched as there were NO ONE working at any of the stalls for 20 minutes while there were about 7-8 officers in the back enjoying their donuts. Joke all you want about Mexican Border Patrol. Also, while waiting in line one Border Patrol Officer said that if you have your US Passport, you can use the Ready Lane. Someone asked if this was new, and he responded that it's been in effect for 3 months. So gentlemen, take out your passport and get into the Ready Line. It would have been nice had they posted this on the wall so that those of us who are literate can take advantage.I think what he was trying to tell is if you have a newer passport that has the chip in it you can use the ready lane. Look at the front cover of your passport if there is a small gold square, towards the bottom that indicates it has a chip.

Yesterday was Monday ...But I figured that afterwards, I could kick back at HK and relax a little. Rented a room with the VIP card for the first time. It was worth the 80% off, which amounted to $11. Requested a quiet room and got one on the top (6th floor). The nice thing is that I later took a chica (s) up, and no one ever monitored my time. Those $11 all night rooms are great, too bad the deal is available only on Monday and Tuesday. Another area has also improved over the last year: towels and sheets. For a while they made me pay extra at the front desk for more towels. Now I just ask the cumboy to trade 2 used towels for 2 fresh towels and a clean sheet to cover the bed. I tip him about $2. I'm happy and he is happy. Works for me.

I have complained to Senator Dianne Feinstein about the wait times for USA citizens who have the chip passports but no passport card while anyone, including grand ma's, babies, non citizens can use the Ready Line with rfic documents in the Ready lane and are treating with respect. I disputed that a USA citizen should have to carry a chip passport and a passport card as it can only be used at some land crossings. I had suggested that the code be changed for the Ready lanes to read the chip passports also as these machines are at airports and also there is a separate line for USA citizens. If not possible at land crossings, I had suggested that USA citizens be able to use the Sentry or the Ready line too. I have not heard back from her since I last wrote about 3 months ago. I wonder if she had got in touch with the Home Land Security and asked for changes. It's good to hear and would like to see someone try it.

Just book the room online then show them you card when you check in? Thanks amigos.Hong Kong Bar's Customer Service desk is located just inside the bar's north entrance. At that desk you will buy your HK VIP card and it is also where you will go to get your daily paper slip for your free beer, daily 1/2 priced lap dance slip and / or your reimbursement slip for some of your parking costs at Pepe's lot.

You simply show your HK VIP card at Cascada's (or Rizo de Oro's) check-in desk to receive your room discounts when you check-in & pay for your room. It is not necessary to mention the VIP card when you make your room reservation.

Personally I would skip the lap dance. You can grope 10 different women for the same price.

There has been a change in procedures by the boss.

You now buy the VIP card at the bars, either Kowloon or the other bar. Pay $50 or 550 pesos to the bar, get a blank card.

Bring the blank card to Miriam or Perla at customer Service counter. She will take down your info and activate your card.

When walking between the bar to the CS counter, make sure you hold on to the blank card tight, or shifty mongers may be tempted to lift it. Hehe.

I don't remember the exact peso figure, about 850 pesos, not 550. It works out to be about $45 at the present exchange rate.

Hotel Cascada is also using the old exchange rate. If you pay with pesos, the rooms are cheaper.

(WTF is a pager) A pager (also known as a beeper) is a wireless telecommunications device that receives and displays numeric messages and / or receives and announces voice messages. One-way pagers can only receive messages, while response pagers and two-way pagers can also acknowledge, reply to, and originate messages using an internal transmitter. Pagers operate as part of a paging system which includes one or more fixed transmitters (or in the case of response pagers and two-way pagers, one or more base stations), as well as a number of pagers carried by mobile users. These systems can range from a restaurant system with a single low-power transmitter, to a nationwide system with thousands of high-power base stations.

Did you see a sign or you just decided to walk in the Ready Lane with your USA passport?I had initially communicated with the Border Control when this first started and they showed me a finger and just stated what worked for Ready Lane. I asked again for changes and they said that the Government gives budgets for projects and I will have to contact my Congressman if Homeland Security are asked to make any changes to the machines or processes. I contacted Senator Dianne Feinstein about 6 months ago as she is my Senator and also works on USA Security. I explained everything to her about improving the respect of USA citizens to be same at land crossings as it is at air borders when passengers arrive. I do not have to stand in lines for 4 hours nor have two documents as I travel by air a lot too while almost no people I have seen in the Ready lanes so far should have fast access. About 2-3 months later I got a reply and her staffer did some work and that's how I know that the Ready lane documents, including the passport card use RFID (Radio Frequency) technology and the Passport chips use a different technology. I got back to her requesting the easiest of changes if they could not incorporate the changes to the Readers to include the USA passports with chips. Easiest was to allow the USA citizens with passports to use the Ready or Sentry lanes. She has not got back yet. It would be nice if the USA passport is included in the screens at the top so that everyone knows at the San Ysidro border crossing.

They have general dentistry too. They also pickup from San Diego airport and also used to pickup from the border crossing close to McDonalds. But now the Tijuana San Ysidro crossing has changed, will have to ask where they will pick you up or take a short taxi ride. I have had many implants done here and recommend it. They all speak fluent English and have clean facilities with modern equipment. http://dent-artcenter.com/.

This Dental Arts in Tijuana advertises $1500 per dental implant. That's higher than many ads by dentists in LOS Angeles area.

The implant involves grafting cadaver's bone into the jaw and wait a few weeks for them to heal and bond to existing bones. The dentist then drill a hole and screw in a titanium anchor and wait for it to heal. The a false tooth on a stud is then screwed into the anchor. To do it properly it takes many visits to make sure the graft heals and bonds. The best dentists in LOS Angeles would want about $1,000, some even advertise for only $500. A lot of the bills for medical and dental cares are negotiated for steep discounts by insurers or cash-paying patients.

Dentists in the US can be sued for negligence and can face prison terms for gross negligence, so they have good incentives to do good work. But in Mexico who are you going to sue? There are many reports of horrible botched surgeries in Tijuana that went unaccountable. Mexican doctors and clinics just play tough games and ignore all complaints.

Last time I researched dental cares in Tijuana, their costs were higher than those in Southern California, and I also have to spend lots of time, doing long drives and waiting around for them.

With comparable costs, higher care quality and possible civil / criminal liabilities for negligence, the choice for US-based dentists is obviously wise. Search the LA, San Diego market for good offers.

With comparable costs, higher care quality and possible civil / criminal liabilities for negligence, the choice for US-based dentists is obviously wise. Don't know who you have had your implants done from. The implant is a two visit process and NOT multiple visits. You obviously have been to the wrong doctors. First visit is, if you have a tooth already, it has to be extracted. You will need Extraction, Dental Implant, Bone Graft, PRGF Membrane, Healing Cap. The USA dentists will charge for each item plus other additional costs for the first visit and you would more be in the range of being out of pocket by $3-4,000 for the first visit. Next, you do NOT wait for a few weeks to have the crown placed. You have to wait for the dental implant to heal and set in the bone. It takes a minimum of 3-6 months depending upon how each person heals. Then for the second visit, the cap is removed, abutement is measured and screwed in. Then a crown impression is taken and in Dent Art's case, you can have a crown same day or wait 2-3 days as they have facility on grounds to make crowns. In USA, you will be charged extra for abutement and also charged about $1500 to $3000 for a crown. Your total costs in USA will be in the range of $5000 - $10,000 depending upon where you live. I have had some really bad implants and crown in USA that came off and cost me a lot extra to have them replaced. I have never had any issues with Dent Art over the last 6 years. My current general dentist in the USA sends patients to Dent Art as she knows the costs in USA and she has seen the good work Dr. Lugo does at Dent Art. You talk about Ads, not reality. Dent Art price has just gone up to total $1500. It was $1200 for a long time and I will be paying just the remaining $500 for the abutement and crown plus he will tighten a abutement/crown for free, bad work from a USA dentist. That would have cost be another $3000 in the USA. Know your facts before posting crap.

Some dentists work mostly in California then work 1 or 2 days a week in Tijuana. I'm not sure why. Perhaps they just get paid cash in Mexico and avoid some taxes. Or they want to keep their license up to date in Mexico.

I crossed in to Tijuana on Thursday and this is the first time I seen the new Mexican procedures for the tourist card.

I didn't remember how many days are allowed to be stayed in Mexico for free (It is 7 days). So when the lady asked me how many days I would stay, I said 3 days. And I gave her a name of a hotel. But, I was thinking of staying 4 or 5 days.

On the FMM she wrote 3 days. I don't think I'll have a problem, but does Mexican immigration check your FMM when you walk back to the USA?

I know the bars are 24/7, but I like just about any other city in Mexico, or other countries because I can walk around and see something interesting. The beach isn't nice, and not much else to see in Tijuana. I was sleeping in late, eat, come back to my room until night, and go out, come back late, and repeat. Perhaps my Tijuana diet of greasy Mexican food didn't help. In a city like Guadalajara I can walk around for hours, and see something interesting.

I ended staying 5 nights by the way. I left yesterday afternoon.

Frankly, Tijuana is considered by many Metropolitan Mexicans as the back of the woods frontier town lacking in culture and dignity. Another option is to stay in the South San Diego area and visit Tijuana only in the evenings.

I ended staying 5 nights by the way. I left yesterday afternoon. When I sleepover in Tijuana, there are two things I always bring, my Chromecast and some marijuana. I would enter Tijuana very late, say after 11 pm, there is hardly anyone on duty at the Tijuana passport control making it easy to bring some killer buds. My routine during the day is to hang out at this stoner bar zacazonpan on the corner of Primera and Constitution, as you enter you head downstairs, grab a giant bottle of beer for 50 pesos and sit down and roll your joint. Everyone there, even some gringos are rolling or smoking a joint. This is a BYOB (bring your own buds) joint, but if don't have any, just ask the masero, he will find you a joint for a couple dollars tip. After an hour or so there sharing joints with near by tables, I would head to Maamut brewery on 3rd Ave between Rev and Constitution. The place has craft beer, good pizzas and burgers. I like to sit out on the roof top and relax. If it's still early, I walk around the corner to caliente. Around 8 I would head back to my room, cast movies from uverse to TV from my phone or music and take a little nap before hitting the bars.

YouTube was my friend in Tijuana. The Caesers Hotel on Revolution has 50 inch TVs with 2 HDMI inputs. I might poke my head in Zacazonpan next time I'm in Tijuana.

Finding a new restaurant per day was about the only day activity for me. I wouldn't mind seeing a bullfight, but I'm not sure how often that is. I love San Diego, but I dread crossing the border. Once I get in to Tijuana I stay there. Except for when I use to have to go back to work in San Diego.

Bringing weed into México is about a 17 on a 1 to 10 scale of stupid. Again let me remind everyone about the méxican system of justice. 1) Napoleonic code so guilty until proven innocent. 2) No jury trial. 3) No right to bail. 4) They don't feed you. 5) 'La Ley de Fugo' = if you run from a cop or attempt to escape custody they have the specific legal right to shoot you in the back.

It just ain't worth it. Buy mediocre dope from a trusted taxista or other local source.

Hey guys,

I know has been discussed before but I couldn't find the report. But I'm going to be in Tijuana this weekend and I'm in search for vitamin V. Does anyone know of a legitimate pharmacy to buy the real stuff. I've purchased one before on Revolution and it was a fake and it cost me $22. I know there are many pharmacies but how do you know which ones won't rip you off?

Mexico decriminalized drugs, for almost all drugs, including cocaine, heroine, meth, acids ect. , for personal use since Aug 2009.

For marijuana one can carry up to 5 grams, or about 4 joints, without fear of prosecution.

Mexico Legalizes Drug Possession.

By the associated press Aug. 21,2009.

Mexico City (AP) — Mexico enacted a controversial law on Thursday decriminalizing possession of small amounts of marijuana, cocaine, heroin and other drugs while encouraging government-financed treatment for drug dependency free of charge.

The law sets out maximum "personal use" amounts for drugs, also including LSD and methamphetamine. People detained with those quantities will no longer face criminal prosecution; the law goes into effect on Friday.

Anyone caught with drug amounts under the personal-use limit will be encouraged to seek treatment, and for those caught a third time treatment is mandatory — although no penalties for noncompliance are specified.

Mexican authorities said the change only recognized the longstanding practice here of not prosecuting people caught with small amounts of drugs.

The maximum amount of marijuana considered to be for "personal use" under the new law is 5 grams — the equivalent of about four marijuana cigarettes. Other limits are half a gram of cocaine, 50 milligrams of heroin, 40 milligrams for methamphetamine and 0. 015 milligrams of LSD.

President Felipe Calderóand waited months before approving the law.

Some of our bright amigos have clouded brains! Bringing drugs INTO Mexico. Come on! Anon, Isn't Captain your amigo? I hope he did not give you that advise!I know its dumb to bring pot into mexico, I calculated the risk. After 11 pm, there is hardly anyone on duty. I would never do this during the day. I have a lighter with a false bottom, impossible to access unless you know how or smash it. I don't do this every time, just when I sleep in Tijuana and arrive after 11. Before 11, I would not risk it and just smoke it before crossing or just go to the stoner bar and get the masero to get me a joint for a couple of dollars. I have never met the capt. So can't say he's my friend. If I do run into him, I would buy him a drink like I would with anyone here on the board.

I am not a pot head, have never been. Had enough expensive addictions without adding another one.

One rainy afternoon I drove a wingman across the border. I was wearing a cap, partially hiding my face, so we got pulled into inspection. A fairly attractive female agent walked over, smiling. She checked the trunk and asked to see the car's registration. I produced the California registration. She checked it against the VIn # on the car, and would not let me go, asking me many questions which I did not understand.

She was very interested in the car, walking around, talking to me, checking in glove box and doors etc. It dragged out for about 10 minutes. I was getting worried until I figured out I had given her registration for a wrong but similar car. Meanwhile my wingman was standing next to us with 2 joints tugged on his ears, which he had not told me. He was also worried but could not think of a smooth way to take down and hide the joints. His T shirt had no pockets anyway.

I found the correct registration, showed it to her. She checked it against the VIN in the windshield, smiling broadly, waving us through.

Apparently she was more interested in catching illegal cars than finding the joints on my wingman. He was sheepishly telling me he needed the joint to get his little guy up to salute the chicas. Hehe.

I would not recommend the bros to carry drugs, even marijuana, across the border, as they are still illegal in the US, may be caught by our own CPB, and could be an expensive headache.

So as we were passing through the check point they guys at the counter stopped him and asked" where is the weed at"? I assumed they smelled it because I could smell from behind him. He pulled it out of his pocket and handed it over the the policia and they told my buddy, "don't bring this into our country ever again". That's it, end of story. Maybe he got lucky, but he always bring in weed and never a problem. This time it was because he was failed to take the time to wrap it securely. It was medical marijuana, so I'm guess the guys who took it enjoyed themselves after their shift was over.
