Policia was just playing with you, shaking you down for some loose change. There is nothing they can do to you. You should have been very firm, denied all charges, insisted on seeing a judge, enjoyed the scenic ride and refused to give them any money. They would sooner have to let you go.
Think of Tijuana policia as a bunch of local hungry but harmless meatheads who can get reamed if their superiors find out they have been harassing and shaking down tourists.

I got a chance to bribe some police officers. As noted in this forum one should always bring the ID to minimize risk of police trouble. At one point at 9 PM at night I was stopped 30 meters from my hotel Velario. Of course the officers did not want to listen to me and refused to let me pick the ID / passport at the hotel but handcuffed me, drove me around for a while in circles and asking all kind of questions about sex drugs and rocknroll and how a bad boy I was and how many 500 peso working girls I had fucked and what a dangerous place I was in.
Finally they suggested I dropped 600 pesos in the car. I did so and they let me go. Stupid rookie mistake to have actually read this forum and seen resorts of actually the exact thing happen but hey. 600 pesos is cheap compared to what I spend in HK and Adelitas. Sometimes one make mistakes I still had an OK time in Tijuana but after this I was actually really scared of all the police cars driving around, and my lust of going back is slightly lower.

So yes you are required to carry ID papers at all time. But enforcement is another issue. I personally carry a copy of my passport with me and lock the real thing up in my room. If the police have a problem I can direct them to follow me to my room to see the real thing.

Theoretically you can't get into Mexico without a passport, but there are exceptions.

Tijuana's policia is very understanding and flexible with those who have money. Pretty much all minor infractions and crimes can be paid off on the spot. As you know car drivers into Mexico have never been asked to produce passport or any IDs, despite the new laws.
Policia rarely stop tourists and demand passport. But if they stops you, they will likely ask for passport and lacking one you will be extorted, may be even taken to holding cells in playas a few days, waiting process to be deported. Someone reported recent raids and holding of illegal dwellers at hotel Leyva. This is a new trend. Perhaps they will start checking passports more often.
Also how do you figure to return to the US without a passport? CBP will hold you up for hours and give you shit for missing a passport. Why not just apply and pay for a proper passport and avoid all the hassles?

I wouldn't chance anything when it come to law, rules or regulations. Consider your source. Are you comfortable with that?

You need an ID + passport? I usually just leave my license back in the car and only take my passport.When a pedestrian / toursit is stopped by a Tijuana Policia, generally only one form of ID is needed, like a drivers license or passport.
I have both a passport card and a regular passport. I obtained both at the same time in January 2010 and they both expire on the same date in January 2020. I misplaced my passport numerous years ago and I also misplaced my passport card after a trip to Tijuana in November 2016. So for more than a year I have no passport card or passport to give to officials. In the past 12 months I've visited Tijuana around 8 or 9 times, including a one week trip in September 2017 where I attended a three day seminar in San Diego (I entered Tijuana on four separate days during that week in September).
Every time I entered Mexico these past twelve months, I did so in a private car (my car or my quasi-wingman's auto). I never had to present a passport upon entry into Mexico because I entered by car. If I drove my own car, I also entered the United States by car. But if I came in QW's car, we would always split up for re-entry to the US because QW has Sentri. So when we leave Mexico I would head to the border on foot of by taxi about two hours before QW began his 15-minute drive to the border (We'd meet up at Burger King because there's ample free parking).
When entering the United States via my car I always tell the CBP that I do have a passport, but failed to bring it with me as I handed the agent my current driver's license. They always punch in my DL number on their computer and can instantly determine that I do have a current passport and current passport card. The fact that I was not in possession of either my passport or passport card when attempting to re-enter the United States has never been an issue. The same is true for the numerous times this year when I re-entered on foot. I'm writing about the approximate dozen times crossing back into the US during the past year.
As I said, the CBP agents can tell from their computer that I have a current passport-So I've never gotten any lecture about needing to get a passport, or even a comment that I need to find my missing passports. When I have less than a year remaining on my passports I plan to renew, but for now the fact that they are both lost has not been a problem (not even a hassle when re-entering the US). I just can't enter Mexico by foot.

I can verify first hand that you now need a passport to enter Tijuana. Mine was expired and they wouldn't let me in, and sent me to the back to see the manager. I gave my current license and at first she denied entry and said I needed a current passport. After a little begging and proof on my phone that I had a doctors appointment and hotel reservation, she said she would let me in but I had to do my fingerprints on the digital machine. Don't take the risk of not having a passport or a expired one. If you live in San Diego its not as big a deal since you can just go back home but if you are coming from out of state get your passport 100% to be sure you are getting in.

The last time I was there I took a girl there from Chavelas. She was drunk off her butt and staggered in the place with me. The next morning I received a call from the front desk claiming that I broke the television from staying the night before and that they wanted 475 dollars to replace it. They told me the policia were coming up to my room to make sure I paid. I grabbed my bag and exited down the side stairs in like two minutes with the chica. Got out and never looked back. The hotel charged by debit card and I had it reversed as being fraudulent. This is a trick many third world hotels play on gringos. Just make sure the girl is presentable and not drunk off her butt. I would stay at La Villa Zaragoza. Not as nice but terrific staff.

I was in Adelitas last week on Thursday and smelled reefer. I looked in the back corner and saw an gringo smoking a joint. It was kind of slow and I guess he thought it would not be a problem. After about 30 seconds, two policia ran over and literally yanked him out of his seat, handcuffed him and hauled him out.
He is probably still in a Tijuana jail as we speak. I can't believe how quick they arrested this dude. Be advised gentlemen.
Just spent a long weekend in Tijuana and wanted to post a few things in a brief trip report.
I booked a suite on airbnb.com for $31 a night plus a small booking fee. The apartment complex is on calle emiliano zapata, down the street from the Carl's Jr on Revolution, but closer to Av Constitution. Overall, I was satisfied with the suite, if it had heat it would've been prefect for me. Super fast WiFi and great location. I would stay there again but if you're used to staying at nice hotels it might not work for you. I will include some pictures below.
I only go with street girls while in Tijuana. I went with a handful of them; the best experience was with Samantha, she's 19 years old, no kids and works out of hotel Ibiza in the alley. She's got just the look I love with firm tits and a pierced belly button. I actually repeated with her the next day.
The worst was Gladys, another 19 year old on Av Constitution, about halfway down on the right side if you're walking towards the alley. I thought she looked cute, especially for an indigenous girl, but the performance was lame and she got tired very quickly. Avoid.

I have a feeling you could get a hand job here but why bother when you're in the Zona?

Tijuana is a weird hybrid. In virtually every country in the world, your DL is of no value. You must have a passport. However, in Mexican border towns your DL has been good for ID for decades. These days, however, you can't get into Mexico, ON FOOT, BY PLANE, or BY CRUISE SHIP, without a passport. But, if you drive in, there is no practical way for them to check every car to ensure that all passengers have a passport and fill out the FMM paperwork.
So, if you drive in, it's best to have a passport AND a DL. If you're walking around and are jacked up, you're passport's your best bet because it's one less reason for the monkeys to jerk you around, although your DL would probably work. If you're pulled over in your car, you will be asked for your DL & registration, and not your passport.
There are weird exceptions, as SMD illustrated. You can sneak in as a passenger and have only a DL, or no ID at all if that's the way you roll. Getting back to the States is your responsibility.

If an American shows up at the border with no passport or any ID America has to let you in. I've read it someplace. Google it to be certain. If that's correct. And you don't mind doing a interview at the border you could likely go to Tijuana. And come back. Without a passport.Yes this is true. It MAY cause a little inconvience like a trip to secondary but you will be allowed entry. I once took a trip with an amigo who after crossing he realized he forgot his ID and the only thing he had was his Ralphs card and he got sent right through with no delays. I guess as far as how easy re entry will be depends on the officer you have to deal with.
Now as far as entering Mexico without a passport or passport card. They can certainly deny you entry. Last I heard was you just plead ignorance of there requirement and they will fingerprint and photograph you and let you in with the warning next time you will not be allowed entry without the proper documents.
But keep in mind we are talking about entering mexico by foot. When driving in they do not ask for a passport.

After all my years of experiencing everything there is to experience in Tijuana. I was present for my first Tijuana Bar raid.
So Sunday night after a few hours of hanging out in HK my amiga wants to go to a bar we could dance in. So we ended up at Valentina bar around 12 a. M. The place was pretty empty 10 customers at the most. Shortly after PD Suave joined us we were drinking our beers when they played (Thinking out loud) a great song to slow dance to. We were the only ones dancing and all of a sudden the music stops and the lights come on and we are surronded by masked swat and miltary guys. Not sure what you are supposed to do but we just sat down and waited to see what's up. While some guys went to the bar they were carrying big binders not sure if that was some records they were taking from the bar or something they brought in.
The police started questioning a couple guys sitting at the bar and 3 local guys sitting close to us are asked for ID's. But they never said a word to us or the girls that were working there were never questioned either.
And then after about 20 minutes they head out, lights fade to dim and a favorite song starts right up (Sweet child 0 mine) The whole thing was surreal. I guess even the local dudes are relievd and ready to party they follow our lead and start playing there air guitars.
Yes, that was a classic way to end our weekend before heading back to Ticuan. Awesome time for sure. La Linea could have gone a little quicker on Monday, but time went fast listening to the sexual escapades of our newest amigo (Sendition? In line with us! Jajaja.

They will most likely want to see the girls ID. If you are looking for an enexpensive room outside of the zona for sleeping and bringing a girl probably your best bet. But you do get what you pay for. If you are looking for a nice place and don't want to be to far from zona norte try Pueblo Amigo or Ticuan.
If you are planning on spending a lot of time in the zona and are just worried about having a hotel you can bring an escort tol. I would probably stay at Cascadas in the heart of the zona. And when its time for the escort make plans to use a love motel outside of the zona such as La Mansion. There you will find a very nice room for 4 hours at about $27 .
Hope that helps but if you are more specific on your plan and budget we can probably provide the right info.

A group with a similar name we used to call the "Street Girls Union" when we would see a group of SGs gathered around a speaker on the corner as they were advised of various dangers or for a family searching for a missing daughter. But this is a group out of Bakersfield CA it appears, not related. Nice to know there are churches that are actually helping the outcasts of society (mass culture). Nice to see something positive for Mexico as it and Mexicans have been under fire at every opportunity under this "administration".
This Christmas season, Magdalene Hope, a local non-profit that reaches out to women who are being trafficked through sex trade, has decided to bring the holiday cheer to the impoverished children of Tijuana, Mexico.
For the first time, the organization is holding a toy drive called Toys for Tijuana, and is asking the community to help make Christmas a little more joyful for the kids living in the slums of northern Baja.
Pastor Doug Bennett, founder of Magdalene Hope Ministry, who is leading the drive, has proven his dedication to the cause.
Bennett plans to dress up as Santa Claus for the kids and will be accompanied by Mrs. Claus, another Magdalene Hope volunteer who will be acting as his translator.
Not only is he putting on the outfit, but he has been growing out his beard, for the first time in his life, since August, and has bleached it just for the event.
"I'm going (to bleach) it again next week, and it's going to be white like snow, like Santa," Bennett told The Californian.
He said he prefers this method because he won't have to deal with a fake beard, which can be "hot, sweaty and itchy. ".
Bennett said he wanted to help the children in Tijuana because he has seen first hand how impoverished the kids are.
"We have a presence there. I'm compelled and pulled to that city," Bennett said. "It's a very poor country, and any time we can bless them, we do. I have strong desire to help them. ".
Magdalene Hope has partnered with five churches in Tijuana, and those churches will help distribute the toys to the children.
Bennett is hoping to hand out 1,000 toys to the children in Tijuana and so far the goal looks promising. Bennett said one of his vans is full of toys right now, and the organization has rented out a storage unit in San Diego to store the toys before transporting them to Mexico.
The deadline to donate a toy is Dec. 13. Bennett and his team will head to Tijuana Dec. 15. Don't know but he said he was "drawn to the city" as I recall. LOL As long as he doesn't get a megaphone and start preaching the wages of sin and repent, I have have no problem. There are always a few SGs who can't be home for Christmas due to recent return from vacation, lack of biz, or planning to go home in January as you know.
I haven't stayed there since it was remodeled but yes I understand it is chica friendly.

I checked in at 3:00 on Monday after a 30 minute wait at the desk (and a long line behind me). I ask for a remote and was told it was in the room. It was not. I also discovered the water coolers in the hall had been removed. I asked if the water was purified so I could have something to drink in the room, the guy had no clue what I was talking about. My room was called a master suite but was smaller that my previous stays in master suites. They said it was a new room and that is what they are. It also had a mirror image of the room connected to mine by an open door. They came up to lock it after about an hour. I was not comfortable leaving the room with that door unlocked so I lost some "strooling" time. I asked for the key to the safe and refigerator as well as the remote but never got it. I had to go down to the front desk to get the remote and they again said someone would bring me the keys. They didn't bring them. Since I could not get water out of the refrigerator, I went out and bought some. After a night of fun I got up late in the morning to find I had no running water. I left the faucet on and started watching a movie. About 45 minute later the water starts running, actually mud starts flowing from into the hot tub. I guess assuming the water was not purified was accurate. You know what they say "don't drink the water". After letting the water run for about 15 minutes it started to clear up and I felt it was safe to take a shower. Hopefully things will get better once the construction is finished.

About 1/3 of the times I stayed in Cascada, there was no hot water in the morning. I let the hot faucet run for half hour, still no hot water came out, sometimes just lukewarm. It was recent, after they had finished the expansion and already opened the new rooms for guests.
It pissed me off that I could not take shower and clean up in the morning. I smelled like shit and could not bring myself to embrace the pretty chicas. Damn. I came down to front desk to complain. They said they will send some guys to fix it, but nobody ever came and no hot water ever came out. I had to leave and could not wait forever. So I went down to the front desk and demanded full refund for the room. After a lot of wrangling with the old manager, he agreed to give me half off.
He promised me I would have hot water the next time I stay. I told him to stick his hot water up his culo.

I have never found Cascada's rooms cold enough, even in the winter, to require heating. If you used hot water to heat the room, it would be so damp and humid. How the hell can you stand it? I prefer nice, dry room to sleep in.

.Since the first expansion a few years ago the hot water issue has increased. I remember that hot water was not an issue no matter which room you got. Now, one of the first things I do is test if there are any as soon as I get there. I've been staying off zona as a main reason as just that.

QW and I have taken it once or twice each summer for a few years, but I don't think we went in 2017. We pick up the bus by leaving LZ on foot via Nino Heroes and walking to 3rd street. Next to the NW corner of Nino Heroes and 3rd are buses parked on 3rd. They're headed west to Playas. I think the one-way fare was 12.5 pesos a couple years ago, but may have recently gone up.

This trip is actually a few weeks old but figured I should share what I learned and how the trip went with others.
First huge props to everybody on the forum for making all the info so easy to find on how to do a Tijuana trip special thanks to Pdsuave Baxter and Clamslammer for meeting up and showing me around. I'd been hesitant and worried about the risk of Mexico for a while but eventually pulled the trigger and said fuck it when I realized how straightforward it was. Now that I've been I'll definitely plan more trips. Likely will plan a trip in middle of January again for right after a work trip to Vegas.
Logistics wise I spent three days total in Tijuana (Saturday through Monday) and had six sessions (3 first day, 2 second day, 1 the last day as a morning send off).
Definitely learned a lot and got a handle on things. In future trips I'll definitely be haggling more and also likely be more picky with my time. I realized three days was too much, a day and a half or two days max would've been enough.
I flew down from sfo to San Diego (what a cheap flight, maybe 120 $ RT, this plus how cheap Casc can be makes me highly interested in the Monday or Tuesday short one day trip option for future).
Got off the flight and just had a small roller bag for my clothes. No backpack, probably the lightest I've ever traveled. Get down the street, try uber and realize I have no signal due to phone not realizing I'm in Mexico yet. Forced to take a white libre cab I do so while committing the driver to 5 $ for ride to HK. I think he was going to bring me somewhere for cerveza likely for a kickback but I am firm on HK.
I'd booked a reservation at casc and had been planning on meeting up with some folks from the forums who said they were willing to show me around the Zona. They were an hour behind me as my flight landed very early. I got to casc and got my VIP card though realized too late I needed print outs of the coupons to redeem them. Tijuana is probably safer than downtown Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Newark, Baltimore. La Zona Roja is supposedly the high-crime area but there are lots of policias and Army patrols day and night. Just stick to the bar block and the tourist areas on Ave Revo and you are safe.
ATMs can charge high fees, especially from credit cards. Call your banks or go to their web sites and notify them your travel plans to other countries, so they won't block the debits cards. Stick to ATMs affiliated with your banks to avoid stupid charges. The Scotia ATM next to Adelita charges only 9 pesos.
Terminal fee. Your banks will then usually charge you whatever extras they want for foreign transactions.
HK has many girls who could be on international models scale. But they never asked for payment before, then tip after sessions, until the last few weeks. They seem spoiled now. It's a worrying sign. So offer them 1,000 pesos plus tip is a good move. HK does honor all its coupons. The good ones are 2 free drinks and 1 free lap dance on Monday and Tuesday. Otherwise everyday has the 2 for 1 drink coupon which is the same discount in other bars, Tropical, Valentina, Capirucha etc.

I know I've had this happen with call centers where I dial through a 1800 number to travelopod and can easily tell it's a call center but then they somehow call me back from a California us number and the connection issues and quality concerns disappear.
I only carry the cash I need in Tijuana. But if I am forced to use a ATM I stick with the global banks. HSBC has a ATM by 2nd and Revolucion and it dispenses US dollars as well as Peso's. Their transaction fee is very reasonable. I would avoid any ATM's in the clubs or in the Zona.

Tijuana is probably safer than downtown Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Newark, Baltimore. La Zona Roja is supposedly the high-crime area but there are lots of policias and Army patrols day and night. Just stick to the bar block and the tourist areas on Ave Revo and you are safe.
ATMs can charge high fees, especially from credit cards. Call your banks or go to their web sites and notify them your travel plans to other countries, so they won't block the debits cards. Stick to ATMs affiliated with your banks to avoid stupid charges. The Scotia ATM next to Adelita charges only 9 pesos.
Terminal fee. Your banks will then usually charge you whatever extras they want for foreign transactions.
HK has many girls who could be on international models scale. But they never asked for payment before, then tip after sessions, until the last few weeks. They seem spoiled now. It's a worrying sign. 1. At night, you are safer walking in the street, not on the sidewalk. I learned this lesson when I got choked out and the 2 rateros stole my decoy coin purse. If you walk on the sidewalk, it is very easy for them to jump out of a door way or alley behind you and get you by the neck. If you walk in the street, they have to run out towards you giving you time to spot and avoid them. I talked to one guy last night. He said he was walking back to Hacienda Del Sol Hotel when a ratero jumped on his back and tried to choke him out. He said he trained for boxing, so he dropped to his knees then twisted out of the chokehold, then beat up the ratero. You might want to watch Youtube videos on how to get out of a chokehold.
2. If you can, bring a wingman to walk with you. Rateros will think twice about attacking 2 guys at a time. If you are going to drink, hopefully your hotel is right next to the club so you can go directly to your hotel room afterwards so you do not get "rolled" by the rateros looking for drunk gringos.
The only semi safe street to walk is probably in back of Hong Kong. If you go in front of Hong Kong only walk towards Adelitas. The streets along side of the block are sketchy dark enough to rob you. It takes 10 seconds to choke you out steal your wallet or steal your life. Now. The streets that are not directly along side Hong Kong. You have to cross street. Those you will see cops constantly are sting people I guess for drugs. I've also seen army pull up 30 40 soldiers deep raid those little motels with machine guns. I try not to walk any street besides in back of Hong Kong. Or in front east side or on side 1st half from the front of Hong Kong. But I tell everyone in Tijuana how poor and broke I am from uber drivers to taxi drivers to the girls. Taco guys. I try and give impression I'm broke. Which is true but if you make it obvious you show up at zona norte with money for 5 chicks tips for everyone you will end up on peoples radar and should never stand outside and should be getting Hong Kong limo back to border.

I just wanted to share my experience with VivaMex massage. I was in the area this Saturday and they were giving out card / coupons for $25/1 HR massage. I didn't have an appointment but I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes before I was seen. The place was fairly clean, just watch yourself going down stairs to use the restroom, the steps seem to be shorter than normal / average.
First time massage at this place and I must say, that was a really good massage. Just the right amount of pressure and the way she cracked / popped my back felt amazing. Once the session was over, the masseuse brought flip flops and bath robe and lead me to the shower room. This was a legit massage and I was very happy with the experience.

Thanks.I live in SD and park at one of the Blue Line transit center Trolley stops. Parking is free and the trolley costs $5. Ride the trolley to the end and there you are at San Yaidro. I park at 8th street (National City). The ride from there is about 15-20 minutes. There are closer stops to the border. Never had an issue.

There is one place by Jack in the box that charges $8 a day I believe. But if you drive around the area you should be able to find parking for much less than $60.

I've used the MTS parking at 8th numerous times for day trips. I've never had any issues. But I've never left a car there for 2-3 days. I've never had an issue and would probably consider it if needed.
I always park at the Leyva or HDS, so I have no current experience in parking on the US side.

You can park free for a few days on side streets along San Ysidro Blvd, like Border Village Rd. Or East Beyer St.
Make sure you observe street signs for street sweeping days etc.
On East Beyer I have seen broken glass every time I walked by. I don't think it's worth the hassle and costs of risking your car broken into.

I go at night so the 2 limit is not a concern. There is no 2 hour limit on the cul-de-sac by the Goodwill. Just avoid parking on the north side of that street. You can also park all day on the side street on the south side of that strip mall where thr 99 cent only store is located. In the city of San Diego you can park for 72 hours. Personally I would feel safer parking in a lot.

You can park on public streets a few days but must avoid street sweeping days. If your car is in the way of the sweeping truck, there are a bunch of hungry tow trucks following it to cash in.
Also don't park anywhere near NO PARKING, TOW AWAY signs, on private properties or in parking lots belonging to strip malls and stores too many hours or overnight. Store owners will call tow trucks. It's well known that local police get kick backs from their favorite tow companies. It's a racket.
The quickest, easiest and cheapest way to cross the border is to get a SENTRI / GLOBAL ENTRY card and drive over. The horny young chicas looooooove to go out on hot dates with guys driving nice, clean cars. Hehe.

Bangkok and even Tijuana. Funny thing was, he got robbed in every city and I had to ask myself how is this possible? How can someone who travels to all these cities and get robbed 100% of the time. I've seen one case where the line was so long and moving so slowly that a supervisor came out and started pushing "one day" visitors past the customs area without any processing.

I've gone through multiple times and they haven't stamped the actual passport. They do stamp the temporary 7-day visa. I think they just forget sometimes. But I would not count on that, if it's important.
Also, when I have the 7-day visa, I've used the Mexican only line whenever there is a long line (more than a couple people.) And I'm certain they do not mistake my pasty white butt for a national. They glimpse at the visa and wave me on.
On both comments I have witnessed and the 6 months pass does let you go to the Mex side instead of waiting.

This is a couple months ago now, so I've forgotten a lot of names. Still, there's some useful info.
I got to the border pretty late, like 9:50. Walked through PedWest just before it closed at 10, naturally most of the staff had decided they closed at 9:30, so wasn't asked for anything on my way through. Walked to the zona, since some normal looking people were heading up to the creepy bridge anyway. There weren't really any shady characters hanging around near it either.
Bought a blue pill at a pharmacy on Revolution, single 100 MG generic Viagra was advertised at 20 pesos, I think. It worked. I'd decided to stay at Hotel Ibiza, paid in pesos at about 17 per dollar from recollection and after getting a key to the room, I went out looking. Found a street girl right opposite in the Alley who'd be happy to come to my room and would do what I asked of her, she said. But service was terrible, it was all her way or not at all, and frankly I totally wasn't into it. Didn't overspend, so whatever, moved on.

Candy accepted the offer of CAD I'd made at the start, but she didn't know where she could change them either, but by now it was Monday morning and I'd seen a bank on 4th that had a change board in the window with a Canadian flag on it too. Went there, and took much longer than any of the change places, but we (she) walked out with MXP. Fewer than she'd hoped for, I think. The same Banorte on 4th has an ATM that will dispense USD without absurd surcharge too. Although I have had a problem with a fraudulent transaction on the ATM card I used there just recently, and there's not many other places I've used it.
Border was uneventful, although I stood in the wrong line and added another 20 mins to my wait time of maybe an hour total. Car was still there when I got there, I parked (free) on Willow road and just walked 5 mins to PedWest.

Now if you have a friend with you, have him call you once he passes through and see if there are any dogs. The other way is enter by car. I think you are less likely there. A few years back, I was waiting in the Sentri car lane. On my left were 2 Chinos sitting in a bright red BMW, waiting in the slow general lanes. They were blocked in by cars on all 4 sides.
A CPB guy was walking his perrito around, a real nice union job with big pay, just walking the dog around on a nice day. The dog was sniffing all cars on his walk. When it got to the red BMW, it was walking around the car again and again, sniffing at the doors' edge, then it just stopped and sat down on the road looking at the car quietly, not barking, not moving, not wagging his tail.
Suddenly about 6 CBP guys, manning the stalls, closed their gates, drew their guns and ran towards the BMW. I was trying to hang around to see what happened next, but my lane had to move. I missed out on how CBP arrested the 2 Chinos. If any ISG bros happened to be in that red BMW, please fill me in.

Very bad idea to bring drugs to Mexico. I was just there Monday and Tuesday, there were Police all around H. K. In addition I have not seen this for a while they had a taxi pulled over and were searching female passengers for drugs.

The place has a really jamming jukebox, so you can hang out for a little while and sometimes the waiters will just come over and start smoking you up some more after you finish the roach.
Disclaimer: I only smoke once or twice a year so my tolerance is probably not the same as yours. I would not be the best source for gauging the quality of their product. A couple hits on average weed and I'm good.

One time I was coming to FLL from MDE. I had smoked plenty in the hotel room, but did not bring any stuff home. When I got near immigration a dog went crazy over my carry on. I guess all that smoke penetrated the outside of the bag. I was sent to the side, and my bag was torn apart. The officer asked me why I thought the dog singled me out. I said I don't know, and then they let me go.

The red BMW did not cross over the bumps into US soil yet. It was still in Mexico's territory.
CBP has no jurisdiction to arrest anyone in Mexico soil. Legally they would have to call in Mexico's cops to arrest and prosecute the perps in Mexico's court. I don't know why CBP agents drew their guns and swarmed that car. The first CBP agent already drew his gun, pointing at the red BMW before calling other guys on his radio. The 2 BMW guys would have to shoot their ways out of that arrest. I was a sitting duck, scared shitless in the car, expecting a gun fight.
Quite a few CBP guys are assholes. Write down their names and be careful when dealing with them.

She said they only charge short term on weekends.Love motels are all short term but yes, they all generally shorten the hours you can stay in the room on weekends and holidays. Check with them or review carefully the posted prices at the entrance.
Got into town around 4:00 PM last Friday and decided to check in on a couple of places a bit south of the Zona Norte, just for a look around.
First was New Body bar & massage, at Calle 8 (Miguel Hidalgo) & Ave Martinez. The place was clean, new, and shiny. Ironically, at the bar, they refused to take pesos, and the ATM dispensed only US dollars. But prices at the bar were lower than in the Zona.
The signs were all in Spanish, which may explain why I didn't even see where the massage was. (I wasn't ready to do that, anyway, so I didn't ask.) There were five people in the bar: a bartender, two guys who looked like they worked there, and two women who didn't look like they worked there. One of the guys kept wandering out of the bar to some unseen karaoke stage, and singing off-key Latin music.
Nobody approached me, and I returned the favor. I suspect I'll go back someday, in the evening, for a better look.

The second place I looked into was the Maria Bonita bar and massage, on the south side of Calle 8 (Miguel Hidalgo) just west of Revolucion. This place presents two doors, one for the bar, and one for the massage.
I first went into the massage, looking for the bar, and several not-ugly massage artists looked up as I entered, as delighted to see me as if I was their first customer in several days. When I asked for the bar, they directed me next door.
The bar was deserted except for the kid behind the bar. The place has an "under construction" motif, with bare OSB (plywood, only rougher) paneling. The sink in the men's room was covered with a plastic trash bag, which I took to mean "out of order".
I suspect I won't be back.

As far as La Mansion I believe you have to enter after 8 pm To get the all night deal instead of the 4 hours. Best to ask to be sure.

I have been there in the afternoon and its 4 hours. I have also showed up after 8 p. M. And they will let you stay until noon the next day and you only have to pay the 4 HR. Rate. Keep in mind we are taking weekdays weekends its 4 HR. Period.

So I don't always have a need for vitamin V. In fact, total failure is pretty rare for me. I'll tell you I use it for quality and confidence. I am no doctor! So I'll just tell you my experience. I buy the 100 MG from Piri. I buy a box, which is 20 pills, I believe. Comes out to 71 cents per pill. I cut them in half and take 50 MG. I took advice on this board (or maybe USASG). Drink with plenty of water. That stops a nuisance headache. Typically 40 min before action. I have taken 2 50 MG's when it's a prolonged day, such as 3 chicas in 8 hours. One time I told them I was staying 6 days. Thinking I could use it to re enter when I came back in a couple days. And the guy turned into a derective. He said how can you come for 6 days and you don't have a suitcase or backpack or a change of clothes. I told him all my stuff is at my GF's casa. And then he says your about as old as me, if you have a GF here you are going to need to head right over to the farmacia and get some maxifort and then he takes my offical mexican paperwork and scribbles maxifort and the dosage I should take on the form.

I'm going to be visiting Tijuana mid March for about 7 days. Does anyone have a hotel recommendation? I've been thinking at hotel ticuan it looks pretty nice. How much should I expect to spend in 7 days?I stayed in Ticuan over a year ago. I believe it was little less than $80 per night but I was in one of those rooms with hot tub. Regular rooms were around $15 cheaper per night. Nice hotel, can get to main clubs action in 10 minutes or less with $5 in cab. They call your room to ask if it's ok to send the girl to your room. Breakfast and service is nicd. There is a club next door something like Las Pugas I believe but I did not venture it. I may also be in Tijuana for couple of days in March but I think it will be more like end of March.
In the afternoon you can get girls at $60 if you want, just keep in mind that the top shelf girls work at night but you can still find something that you will like.

I'm here this weekend, actually. Rates depend on the dates. But plan $80-$100 per night, depending on what you want. The basic rooms are nice and comfortable. I like the hot tub rooms because generally I favor escorts. Weekends are higher than weekdays. I use expedia for ticuan and they have never let me down.

Went in a couple months back. Deja Vu had 3 girls working and about 20 meseros in black suits, some English-speaking, looking like gangs. There were only 5 of 6 guys in the club. The advertised free drinks on opening nights, but the meseros and managers refused to honor the promotion.

I realize now that it is better to pay in peos and have exact change. The problem with paying in dollars is that businesses will try and jack up the price and charge you more. I went to get a haircut and the barber told me it was $5. 00. I looked at his sign and it and it said 68 pesos, which works out to roughly $3. 60. A little later I went to the taco stand by Nino' Hero's and Cohulla st and the guy tells me that the taco is $1. 50. I gave him a dollar and got out another dollar. He then tries to tell me that I did not give him the other dollar. So lesson is always be care when doing business in Mexico.

Went to this bar for the first time last Friday around 11 pm. As soon as my girl and I (she is from Bar Tropical) walked into the place you could smell the reefer. Place was packed with everyone having a good time and toking. The mesero hooked us up. At around 1 am, someone in the bar told all the patrons that the police were there and everybody had to leave. Take into consideration that some CBP officers will mark it on your record and others won't. If you did bring back two cartons you could demand to pay taxes on them but I don't know at which rate they would charge you.
Last year I went way over my $800 duty free limit and only had to pay $30 on close to $2000 worth of stuff. Not a bad deal as far as I am concerned.
Bottom line is be honest. You will have a much better chance of getting things through. This includes medicine.

I read online two is allowed but at the Sentri line one guy told me only one carton is allowed.It is my understanding that the federal government allows two full cartons of cigarettes, duty free, but the state of California only allows one carton of cigarettes in tax-free. It was over a decade ago when I last declared two cartons when returning by my automobile.
The CBP agent told me this: he explained that while it was legal to bring back two cigarette cartons, he had a form that needed to be filled out in order to collect (what was then) about six dollars in taxes. He offered to waive it for that one instance, but warned me that it would be filled out, & collected in the future if I brought in two cartons in the future. I sensed that this officer considered the rule to be a pain in the ass and a part of his work he felt he didn't want to do then or in the future. From that point on I only cross with one carton.
Now about declaring ED drugs. I believe EBoardbuildeer is 100% correct about the border allowing up to 50 ED pills without a prescription. Around 11 or 12 years ago I got three prescriptions from a Tijuana doctor near the border. He initially prescribed Viagra at my request. And on a second visit to that same Tijuana doctor I got a prescription for Cialis and another prescription for 10 MG sleeping pills with the Mexican brand name of Stilnox (medicine active ingredient called Zolpidem, which is the active ingredient in Ambian).
Back more than a decade ago I would not declare any of these pills and instead sneak these pills in a good hiding place in my car when it was time to cross the border. I knew back then it would be a problem declaring them because I did not have prescriptions from a US doctor for any of those three medications. In total I brought back just a few ED druggas and a total of 150 or 180 Stilnox tablets. I take the Zolpidem pills only as I need to (occasional restless night) and in my medicine cabinet I still have 65 remaining Stilnox pills, so I have no need to get & bring back more (they still work despite being a decade after their expiration period).
But after year 2007 I still continued to smuggle back a few generic Viagras on most trips. Most visits to Tijuana are for a week. I bring one generic Viagra pill with me into Tijuana on most visits (for the 1st night) and then the next morning I visit Piri Pharmacy and buy ten new Figral 100 MG tablets. For the rest of the week I typically use four or five of the new pills and bring back five or six Figral pills.
In 2008 through 2014 I continued to hide my Figral pills and not declare them. Somewhere during this period I saw on the CBP website that ED druggas had their own special rule with CBP allowing up to 50 pills per crossing and no required prescription. Yet I continued to hide and not declare the half dozen pills I was bringing back into the USA. Then a "non-event" happened during one of my returns to the USA in 2014.
As I said, I usually hide my small amount of ED drugs, but I goofed up on one return trip. I forgot to hide my pills during one return to the US of A. I simply left them in a front pocket of my luggage instead of hiding them deep in my car. And as luck would have it, on that crossing of the border, the CBP agent decided to look in my trunk and he rifled through my luggage. I thought he was taking a very long time looking in my trunk. I noticed after a while that he was not making any noise. I eventually looked back and saw that he had left my car. I didn't know where he went, but he was gone a long time. I then remembered about failing to hide the Figral tablets. It worried me a little, but not a lot of worry since by this time I knew about the 50-pill rule. However I did regret not declaring the Figral.
After what seemed like an eternity, the CBP agent returned to my car. He quickly closed my trunk that he had left open. He handed me back my passport and said I was free to drive into the United States.
When I got home and opened my trunk I saw my two Figral boxes (containing six remaining Figral tablets) sitting out and on top of my luggage. I guess that he came across them and either was initially not sure what they were, or if they were allowed. So he must have checked with a supervisor or other agent when he left me alone with my car at the border.
From that point on I no longer hide my Figral, but instead declare it. I've probably crossed the border 20 or 30 times since I began declaring it, and only had one minor problem.
This little problem happened this last spring, when I was crossing in March or April 2017. I was stocking up on Figral and bought my biggest purchase ever, 30 pills. I still had 26 pills when my trip was over, as I headed towards the border. On this trip I crossed back via foot at the newer Ped West. My CBP agent was black officer, probably in his fifties. I told him that I had 26 pills of 100 MG Figral. Half the time the CBP agents don't know what Figral is, so often I also need to also tell them that Figral is generic Viagra. Every other time, when I declare my typical 5 to 10 pills, I get waived right through. But in this case, with 26 Figral pills, the CBP agent said that was too many pills and he told me I would be going to secondary. We talked for a while as he was preparing the paperwork for secondary. At first he told me that these 100 MG pills can only be taken every third day and I could only bring in 9 or 10 pills. I told him that the CBP website said that up to 50 ED pills at a time could cross. He said I was wrong and that only a 90-day supply could be taken over the border. I then pointed out to him that by his own statement about use every third day (which I knew was wrong) would make a 90 day supply equal to 30 pills. He refused to answer my question as he finished up my paperwork. He escorted me from his turnstile station back to the windowed office area behind him. He had me wait at the opening to secondary as he entered that area (I looked in and IIRC there were two large tables near the entrance, about ten chairs around these two tables with around three or four men sitting on these chairs. Maybe two or three in uniforms.
So my CBP agent talked to one of the seated men, and then came back to tell me to keep waiting. He went back in and talked to one of the other seated men and then returned to me. He said I could now go. I left immediately without asking him to give me the final determination of his swiftly changing interpretation of the rules. I only asked "no secondary?" and hastily took yes for an answer.
There seemed to be very little to gain by waiting around to get any clarification of the rules from someone who clearly didn't know them. He would likely be too proud to honestly admit to me that I was right and he was wrong. I also didn't post on this board about this encounter because I though I thought it was unique,. , he simply made an error that was not verified.

I flew to San Diego Airport, took 992 bus to American Plaza station and picked took Blue line trolly across the street reach the San Ysidro border. The MTS day pass cost only $7. I had a long wait catching the bus on my Saturday return trip, but I did not have to wait for blueline trolli during both trips.

I was scared of 1-2 HR wait and missing my flight, so I left hotel for the border at 8 am but by 8:30 am, I was out on US side. I took 907 bus to the trolly, instead of walking to the trolly. 907 bus has nice frequency, and bus stop is by the pedwest entrance.
Stayed at Cascada on 5th floor. Warm water, not much night noise, and stay was pleasant. They provide only two towels, and can provide more if you tip the room service guys. I flew to San Diego Airport, took 992 bus to American Plaza station and picked took Blue line trolly across the street reach the San Ysidro border. The MTS day pass cost only $7. The 992 ride took 10 min and troli took 45 min. 992 bus comes every 15 min but on weekends, its frequency is only every 30 min. I had a long wait catching the bus on my Saturday return trip, but I did not have to wait for blueline trolli during both trips.
Crossing the border at pedwest crossing during the return to US was a breeze, hardly took 10-15 min. I was scared of 1-2 HR wait and missing my flight, so I left hotel for the border at 8 am but by 8:30 am, I was out on US side. I took 907 bus to the trolly, instead of walking to the trolly. 907 bus has nice frequency, and bus stop is by the pedwest entrance.
Stayed at Cascada on 5th floor. Warm water, not much night noise, and stay was pleasant. They provide only two towels, and can provide more if you tip the room service guys. About the only sure-fire way that I've heard of is to get a ring-back tone. Then the caller will hear that, and not the international ring sound.Can you verify that this actually works? I checked with Verizon and they said it depends on the carrier that my phone is using at the time. They said Movistar doesn't play the ringback tone. My phone usually connects to Telcel, for which they couldn't provide a definitive answer.

I heard that in colonial days, no-one drank water for fear of contamination or disease so they drank beer or hard cider instead since the alcohol kills bacteria. Although I suspect Mexican tap / sewer water has a rich flavor with small brown specks floating in the yellow colored water. He might grow to like it!

A Mexican monger friend mentioned Mexicali now has lots of pretty girls day and night on the street about 1 mile from the border. He said the quality is even better than Tijuana in clubs and on streets, with many Asians, black, Haitians. He said there is a large population of Chinese descendants in Mexicali, the percentage is the highest in Mexico.

Well this is my first report in this board and my first time going to Tijuana. I've been to a couple of countries to dabble in the fine arts (mainly Colombia) so I kinda know a little bit of the game. Bought a Tecate ($3) and sat at the bar to see what was going on. I do understand it was Wednesday night and it might be a little slow, but there were very few chicas to dabble with so I just had a couple of beers and walked away.
Kept on walking down the main street and ended up in La Gloria club. Big mistake everything there was really bad for my taste and expensive ($5 for a beer). So after that beer I just got out of there as soon as possible. Now I decided to look around for a nice chica on the street. To my surprise there were a couple of good ones just outside the club. So I talked with one and she asked for $250 MXN ($15 USD) for a 30 minutes. I said sure and up to the hotel next door we went ($85 MXN). Chick pretty fine with the wand. After that session I went straight to Hong Kong.
Hong Kong was pretty awesome. For me it was more than awesome. It was packed on all floors and to tell you the truth there was at least 100 chicas just walking around. Pure Heaven. I grabbed a beer ($5) and just walked around. Just admiring beauty after beauty. When I was just walking I bumped into this gorgeous female. "Nirvana" was her name, and she was just my taste. We sat down and just talked for literally a couple of hours. She was doing tequila and mineral water ($10). I said my goodbyes and went straight to the hotel for literally a five hour nap and walked back across the border.
Now for me this was a very inexpensive trip. I do have the benefits of free travel but when I am short on mulah and can't get to Colombia, Tijuana will definitely be my go to place. This was more of a scouting trip for me. To look around and see what there is to do. I am still in awe of Hong Kong and the quality of chicas. I will definitely be going back real soon. Like real soon.

Colombia is more directed toward what they call prepagos (prepaid), which are escorts. You can also find them through facebook and sites like Colombian Cupid. The women are out of control beautiful, sexy, and love to fuck. A decent looking gringo with a few dollars in his pocket can do VERY well just picking up chicas in the clubs. It's amazing how many amateurs they are- even the office girl you're buying drinks isn't above hitting you up for some cash before she takes off.

Pics from the bros show Colombian girls hot and pretty. But girls I met in Cartagena, Baranquilla were huge, dark, pear-shaped, grossly overweight, extremely unattractive. I an planning to be in Tijuana after wrapping up a conference in vegas in March. Is there a cut off time in the evening to cross the border safely or anytime is good? Also, if I have a big carryon backback with me, does that raise any concern with the border security guys or is it considered normal? Yes I will be crossing on foot.There are 2 ped. Entrances from San Ysidro. Ped west the one located close to the outlet mall closes at 10 pm For entry to Mexico. Ped. East the one located close to the trolley is open 24 hrs.
As far as safety taxis available on the Mexican side a safe distance from your point of entry. I would STRONGLY reccomend taking a taxi to your location rather than walking.
You will initially make contact with one of them and she will have a bunch of friends in her FB. And start building up from there. Is not really that hard. I just send them a request and tell them you are coming down and you wold like to meet them. They are pretty straight forward.

I could never find hot girls for my taste in Thailand. They are just to skanky and mercenary with too many stinking dead-fish pussies that turned me off. You should see free-lance girls late at night in Thermae Cafe, smiling sweetly at high-rolling Japanese then immediately turning nasty, swearing, cursing at the cheap Euro trash who try to find bargain sex. Thai women are just too skanky, diseased and mercenary for my taste.
Go down South of Thailand near Malaysia border, Hatyai ect. There are lots of hot Chinese girls working in Karaoke joints and bars.
But Southeast Asia is OK. The Phil has lots of sweet girls, speaking English, who would stay all night for $30-50. I really like them. Actually Vietnam is a gold mine of nice, soft, sweet, pretty young girls, far better than Thailand and the Phil, but they cater mostly to locals, foreigners are kept off limits due to their socialistic pride.
There are so many other destinations where girls are nice, sweet, pretty, gentle to bother with those places I rated at the bottom. We should be asking about the 5 best places instead. One of my favorite mongering place is Foz Do Iquacu in Brazil, a small quiet town in the middle of the jungle with lots of hot girls, also a short ride to Cuidad del Este in Paraguay where there are lots of hot, young Latinas, costing not much. Of course I like the sweet pretty girls of Argentina and Uruguay.
South Americans tend to think Central Americans, like Colombian, Panamanian, too rough and unculltured.

That list and comments are very biased. Fat girls in Thailand is funny. I sure there are some but few and far between. Mexico has more fatter, huge, blimpy, grande, gorda, gigantic, large, humongous women than Thailand.

I never said Thai girls were fat. Thai working girls are just old and skanky. The hottest girls usually turn out to be transexuals. They just don't look as nice, fresh, healthy, sexy and wholesome as most HK girls.
This expat Gitotti ran a hotel on Soi 33. Livingston's Lodges, allegedly with girls on the premises. I stayed at his hotel. The girls turned out to be old and thick middle-aged women. Damn. I would never touch those over the hill beeches. I pulled a nice girl from Soi Cowboy and had a good session.
Livingston Lodge was nice, clean, managed to European standards. But despite supports from his ISG friends, he never got enough business and eventually had to close.

Not sure you'll see any agency promote CIP. I do think you hit it on the head. Money solves it all. And I think one hundred would be more than enough to convince a chica.
