Hello all,

I'm so lost please help. How do I get from San Diego airport to the trolley? Will the trolley take me to the Pedwest crossing? And about how much will this all cost to go from the airport to the border? I think I read something saying if I take a cab or maybe it was a bus to the trolley then my ride on the trolley is free but I don't know. I would appreciate any help on guiding me from the Airport to Pedwest. Or if you know a better way to cross let me know how to do this Please. This web forum has been very helpful and I was a paying member up until about two months ago, Thanks.I went back to VegasGambler9's original post, so I could answer what you asked. It seems as if you want to travel from San Diego's airport, to the trolley, and then to Pedwest. Overall cost is a concern, I know, a lot of gamblers in Las Vegas are strapped for cash. I assume that by a better alternative, you are asking for cheaper route, not necessarily a faster route. I also assume that you specified PedWest, because that is a short walk from Pedwest to LZ, not needing further busses or taxis. Afterall, for the fastest way you could just get a +$50 cab ride. To help end the confusing noise found in the dozen or so posts attempting to assist you, let's start by getting rid of the ClamSlammer noise. Practically ignore these parts of his posts because they are incorrect.

The cost of the bus is $2.25 I think. Trolley costs $2. 50. You have to pay, there are no free rides.
I would have to respectfully disagree. The above is not sound advice. Actually it is horrendous advice if directed at a newbie who's never crossed before. Crossing into Mexico on foot, PedEast is rarely congested. Sure, the line at PedWest may be 30 seconds shorter than PedEast, and thus may be preferable to cross at if you're arriving at the border in anything other than the trolley. But if you're taking the trolley, PedEast is BY FAR the superior option. Get off the trolley, walk to the Customs building, get cleared, then walk to the taxis. Why complicate matters and waste 30 minutes in order to save 30 seconds in a slightly shorter line? You have to wait for the shuttle / Uber / Lyft to arrive, then the ride over to PedWest can be quite long during rush hour, and you have to waste money paying for an unnecessary ride. Plus PedWest closes at a certain hour. Additionally, directing someone to walk from PedEast to PedWest if an even worse piece of advice. It's not a short walk, and it's even longer if lugging a duffel bag or suitcase in tow. If you're taking the trolley, do not even think of crossing over at PedWest. It's a complete waste of time / money / effort and you're guaranteed to be worse off for it.It seems that ClamSlammer is concerned about the cost of the $1 shuttle bus, but not about the $5 cab ride from PedEast to LZ.

ClamSlammer wants you to pay $9. 50, but I think it can be easily done for $3. 50. From the Airport, take the FREE shuttle that goes from the airport to the Trolley's Greeline Middleton station. Then for $2. 50 take the Greenline, transfer to the Blueline onto PedEast (end of line) . Then take the $1 shuttle from PedEast to Pedwest. You can walk the rest of the way to the Arch / La Zona.

Does anyone know if there is any private buses that go from downtown to San Ysidro. I believe there is a Greyhound bus. I know there is a lot of buses that the Mexicans take from San Ysidro to Orange County and other locations. I would like to find website that lists the various bus services. ?

Just laughable! It seems Scatman doesn't seem to understand the most basic concept: veterans of Tijuana aren't on here asking for the cheapskate route from the airport to ZN. No one is asking for the absolute cheapest route. Yeah, if you want the absolute cheapest route with no regard for time or your personal safety, then listen to Scatman's advice. Newbies are asking for the optimal route, balancing time, comfort, convenience, safety, simplicity and cost. Something Scatman has miserably failed to consider. Scatman obviously lacks the mental capacity to consider that many newbies will be arriving after dark. And he is recommending that newbies walk a mile, at night, lugging a suitcase through one of the most dangerous sections of Tijuana, a city with the 5th highest murder rate in the world. A gringo monger flush with puta-cash walking with a suitcase towards ZN will surely attract the attention of rateros and policia alike. And why take this risk? Because Scatman's route will save you a grand total of $1 USD! Why take Scatman's $1 shuttle from PedEast to PedWest and then walk a mile through Homicide Row when you can just take an Uber or bar shuttle from PedEast to ZN for $2 USD? You'd only be spending $1 extra and saving 45 minutes along with possibly your wallet and life.

So a question for you newbie mongers. What sounds better to you?

1) Get off trolley, cross at PedEast, take $2 Uber and arrive safely in ZN. (ClamSlammer).

OR.

2) Get off trolley, wait for $1 shuttle to PedWest, cross, then walk a mile with your bags and a pocket full of cash through one of the most dangerous sections of the #5 murder capital of the world in order to save $1. (ScatMan).

Does anyone know if there is any private buses that go from downtown to San Ysidro. From downtown Anaheim? Azuza? Or Cucamonga?

Of course a convenient way to go from downtown San Diego to San Ysidro is to take the BlueLine Trolley. That would be faster and cheaper than any bus.

I personally have not taken one but someone who did mentioned they leave maybe from Seaport Village Area?

What I would do is call up a high end hotel downtown and ask the receptionist the same question. They would probably know from dealing with tourists all day.

With all the horror stories on the forum such as runners, starfishes, no BBFS, no BBBJ, no CIM, no GFE, no PSE, no photos, no video, and mechanical experiences, we mongers need to be constantly be on our toes to make sure we get what we want. In this post, I will outline some sure fire ways that should get you what you want most of the time. Of course, there will be some loss causes. With these ladies, no matter what you do, how much you pay, what you say, or how you act, she will still deliver a bad experience.

Number 1, look nice. Out with the flip flops, tank tops, running shoes, old clothes, scuffed up shoes, unkempt hair, bad hygiene, bad breath, and bad odors. Use deodorant, put on cologne, and buy some decent clothes. A well dressed and well groomed man garners respect from a Thai girl. If you look healthy and successful, your chances of getting what you want will increase 10 fold. The girls will be more comfortable and less inhibited with a man like this, you will get that BBFS / CIP encounter you are hoping for. The ladies will want to spend time with a man like this. She will let you go BB, cum in her pussy, fuck her ass, give you multiple pops and so on.

The one I usually take they say the last bus leaves at 8 pm but in reality is 7 pm. I'm strictly a day time monger so for me is a fit. Anyway there's all kinds of bus companies behind McDonald's. And is not only Mexicans that take them. I transition from my car to car rentals to buses in my La Coahuia trips. I'm thankful for these buses cause I've passed out on my way home.

Hi all,

Planning my next visit. Is Palacio Azteca Hotel chica friendly in terms of agencias and having the girls come upstairs?

Normally at Premier and Ticuan the front desk will ask if I am expecting a visitor or in my case a chica and I say yes and they let her up.

Is this the case with Palacio Azteca? Will they cause trouble? Will they be too straight laced. I've heard this place is out of the main entertainment hub and seems more for other things outside of the sex world.

Hi all,

Longtime lurker but it's been probably 4 years since I've been to Tijuana. Will be in SD soon and trying to find out what the new rules are when crossing on foot. I've backchanneled the posts and see that it appears you now have to present your US passport to Mexican officials when entering via PedEast? I'd like to avoid having my passport stamped with a Tijuana visa if possible. Do they always stamp it or is it up to the official? Anyway around this outside of the passport card? I remember the past where you would just walk right past the Mexican officials who really didn't seem to care about anything. Thanks in advance.

With a Passport card they do not stamp it. They still record that you crossed however. Not really sure if stamping is mandatory. But my guess it is.

If you enter late at night you are more likely to be just waved through with no paperwork. And if you find a way to be driven in there is no check for passport.

Thanks for the feedback on the passport stamps. One last question. What do I tell the taxi driver when leaving the Zona to make sure I get back to PedEast? Most also understand enough English to know "Old Border" and "New Border. ".

Some locations in Tijuana favor paying in dollars, but most favor paying in pesos. When you know both the pesos and dollars costs, you can make an informed decision as to which currency to use. Sorianna grocery stores are one of the few Tijuana businesses that favor using dollars to shop.

Been searching in the forum, has anyone stayed at the ibis hotel Tijuana? From the map it's a 25 min walk to Hong Kong and 7 min car ride. Is it too far away from center of the action? If it was not your first time, I would suggest that you simply verify that the hotel is puta-friendly. However, you cannot beat the convenience and benefits of having a room in a Zona hotel.

And I recommend that you do not walk anywhere outside the Zona after dark, and there is a lot of fun to be had after dark. Taxis are cheap and fairly safe, even if you are going short distances it is cheap insurance. Uber is also available.

But 7 minutes by can isn't all that far. I guess it depends on what "center of action" you mean. There's lots going on in that area, but nothing in the way of hookers. Frankly, I wouldn't stay in a Zona hotel on a bet, but that's just me. I'd stay at the Ticuan and walk, or cab, depending on your fear level.

The Ibis isn't even open for business for another week. I've seen the pix and the prices. The rooms are new, but seem incredibly small. The price is an indication. I see between $40 and $50 per night. That is at the low end of the spectrum of Tijuana hotels. For your first time, I'd get a room at Ticuan. It'll cost you double, but it will probably be worth it.

The exchange rate should be posted, and if it isn't one could ask the cashier. Then convert the dollar amount into pesos by using the in-house exchange rate. This level of mathematics is taught around 2nd grade I believe. If you were at a dealer and just curious about a new car, would you actually buy the car just to figure out if it's cheaper using pesos?

All are a very short walk from Ibis. However, I'm not sure if Ibis is open yet. Last time I took a good look and it didn't seem to have opened yet. Perhaps by the end of June it will be ready.

Came back to Tijuana after 5 years.

Waiting in Marriott Hotel for Angie from MusasTJ.

I have a flight to catch from San Diego tomorrow afternoon at 1 pm.

Any suggestions on what time I should head over to San ysidro border pedestrian line?

5 years ago it used to be an hour max in normal pedestrian line.

But with current immigration issues in US, I need advise.

Report of Angie to follow in a couple of days.

Newbies should keep it as simple as possible even if one has to pay a couple of dollars more. I would use dollars only. I would stay at one of the hotels right in the middle of the red light district. I would eat in a sit down restaurant in the red light district. I would leave all contraband in the USA (guns, drugs). I would not drink excessively because I know that my waiter, chica, and local police would line up to steal my money if I was drunk. I would use Uber / taxi for transportation. I would avoid walking as much as I can especially in the dark. I would avoid all locals that speak perfect English (desperate deportees that can't find a job). I would screw only bar chicas only at the main clubs like Hong Kong, Adelitas, Chicago, Chubelas, Tropical. I would never follow anyone anywhere because they seem like nice people. And lastly l, I would avoid the waiters.

I constantly read about mongers leaving Tijuana and trying to not bring pesos back into the United States. We know what the dollar price for Cazadores is at the duty free store thanks to StRoberts reporting ($15) as opposed to stores in the US. I've never been inside that duty free at the border, despite passing by it scores of times. I don't know if they post their current exchange rate or not. I often make small purchases in Tijuana stores to find out exchange rates, rather than just be an annoying hyper-questioning tourist.

Maybe its just my observation of Tijuana vendors, but I've seen them look at act annoyed by questioning tourists who have no intention of buying anything. Maybe you've never noticed.

When something in Tijuana is shown at a cost only in one currency, with no posted exchange rate, I would rather test the merchant with an actual transaction. I find that more desirable than asking a clerk for their exchange rate. That's for small items, as I previously said.

Of course, you have to be disingenuous when trying to make points in a discussion, in this case by bringing in an example of a car purchase.

My guess is that you get lots of irritated looks by experienced vendors, who know to show them to other customers, but behind your back.

All are a very short walk from Ibis. However, I'm not sure if Ibis is open yet. Last time I took a good look and it didn't seem to have opened yet. Perhaps by the end of June it will be ready.I called the hotel they say they are open now for business. I'll stick to Uber and taxi when going to and from la zona. I'll check out the container club nearby that sounds like a lot of fun too.

You may want to ask if they allow visitors before you book.

Hey guys,

I'm going to be meeting a former AB bar girl (she currently isn't working at any club) this upcoming Monday and I was kind of wondering what the protocol is. Naturally, I'll pay for whatever food / entertainment we do. BTW, any ideas for that? I was thinking of a movie at plaza Rio and then let her pick a place close by to eat. Anyways, what should I do after that? Should I book a regular hotel room or just head with her to one of the love motels for the night? How much should I pay her for her services? Also, how bad is la linea on Tuesday mornings? I always leave around 3 AM to avoid the lines but I'm not sure if I might want to just sleep until morning. Thanks.

I've been using La Mansion as my go to place as they have mostly been reliable, available, somewhat cheap and have clean kept rooms. But lately they are taking "short term" literally as they are only letting me use one of their rooms for 4 hours on weekends. Not too long ago, I remember getting there early morning on a weekend and being allowed to stay until 8 pm. That was like 12 hours. Then it went down to about 5 pm, and now they are strictly enforcing use of their rooms for 4 hours only and the clock starts the moment they charge me because once the time is up, there's already someone literally knocking on my door. This is a real let down as I would count on them for use of a nice room for a good amount of time. And when I mention that they used to allow longer they just say they can't because it's the weekend.

What other hotels are there that don't enforce this greedy rule and still have decent rooms for a fair price at a minimum 6 hours or more?

Also, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question. Move this post to the necessary location if needed. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ventured back to Tijuana after a 4 year break so wanted to leave some notes based my findings and summarize what some others helped with.

There are now 2 crossings. PedEast and PedWest. I took the blue line trolley from downtown San Diego to the San Ysidro station which is right at the PedEast border crossing. There's a path you follow (follow the crowd) and you eventually get to some rotating steel gates. Each time I make sure I still have my passport and then go through the gates as this is the entrance to Mexico. After going through the gate, you are in a customs building. Mexican citizens stay to the left, and foreigners stayed to the right. I entered Mexico 2 times (Sunday around 5 pm and Thursday around 6 pm) and had the exact same experience each time. There were about 3 people ahead of me in line, and 2 Mexican border agents. Wait was less than 5 minutes. Both times I got the same agent (who was an attractive female) and she asked me where I was going. I told her Revolution Ave both times. The first time she asked why I was going and how long I would be there, so I told her for some food and only for a few hours. The second time she just said "go ahead". I did not receive any stamps in my passport.

Next you go through a security checkpoint where you have to run any bags you have through an airport type x-ray machine. I didn't have anything so I simply walked around them and out of the building. You then follow a path for a few minutes until you get to another metal gate. Just on the other side of the gate is a ton of Taxi Libres, still charging $5 to the Zona Roja.

After my fun in Tijuana, I took a taxi and told them "Old border. San Diego Trolley" at the advice of other members on this board and it got me back to PedEast perfectly. Both times I came back between 9:30 pm and 11 pm and the lines were about a 5 minute wait. US border patrol asked quite a few questions but nothing to be scared of. For me the worst part is the trolley ride back to San Diego which takes 30-40 minutes.

I'm an East coaster but already looking forward to a return trip! Going to miss this place for sure.

Unless you cross on a early weekday morning before 9 am then crossing should not be a problem. I cross Pedwest it is a 10 minute wait at most when I cross.Thank you for the advise. Crossed on Sunday morning at 10 Am within 15 minutes. Hardly any queue.

Was mesmerized by a gringa round ass walking in front of me 😀.

The taxi driver didn't understand PedWest for some reason and dropped me off at the old crossing, but looking at the queue asked him about Chaparral (Angie from Musas) taught me that word.

He took me to PedWest and the rest was smooth as ever.

Many thanks again!

Any comments appreciated thanks. If you go to Chicago Club across the street you will see Blue and White Taxis. There should be 3 Moises / Miguel / or Coco are the drivers. They are the most trustworthy in the zona. Tell them a friend from Hotel Leyva recommenced them to you. Many guys use them.

Much safer than random Taxi Libres.

I will be around Saturday afternoon and into the night. You could always stroll into Gold Palace bar (located in the alley across from hotel cascadas) and ask the DJ if Hugo Sanchez is around?

I believe early afternoon we will be conducting a tour of Tijuana's shitty bars. But most likely be back in Gold Palace around 7 p.m.

St time in Tijuana in a yr. I'm staying at Roadway inn. 1st time in yrs. Room is still a dump, but no parking issues, and short walk to border. Bud shop right across the street. Walked to border at 800. Realized the slightly changed how to get to the entrance. Only 1 line in. Asked if I was usa, LOL, and passport. Told me next time ide need a 60 day pass. Taxis are on both sides now, not just the line.

Coming home, l used ped east. 130 am, no line at new bldg. Asked where I was going. Couldn't remember hotels name, LOL.

Hello,

I am thinking about heading down to Tijuana for the first time after reading all of your great reviews. However, the one thing that has me concerned is the effect that Trump's border policies will have in regards to crossing back and forth? If any? Should I not be worried? I am a citizen and am planning on bringing my license + passport, of course. Thanks! Please forgive me in advance if I'm being a little paranoid!

I went into this bar for the first time. As expected, not that much to look at. I just wanted to drink a beer and see the place. The mesero guy kept bothering me, tried to run a girl over. Then he got out his phone to translate to me. I think he asked me about drugs, pointed to someone near the bar. I was only in the place for like 5 minutes. That crept me out and I got the heck out of there. I'the worry about them tampering with your drinks. Be careful.

Just take Uber. Uber is about half the cost and have never had problems.Last time I went to Mexico I crossed San Ysidro and when I got to the street it was pretty chaotic. I had a VIP from Hong Kong that gives me a limo, I called but after waiting lost my patience. I instead go in the long taxi queue and eventually after 20 min in line get a taxi. So I am looking at the Uber option can you find your Uber easily in all that chaos?

Also I am hearing mixed reviews on which crossing is quickest to take back to the US. I guess it depends what time you are crossing. What is the latest?

Also, there is no Lyft in Tijuana.

Adelita's and Chicago now have shuttle service back to the border. I don't think there is a fee, but I tipped the driver a fiver anyways. Just handing over a $5 bill is easier, IF you carry dollars. For some of us, once we cross the border, it's all pesos, all the time. Once you begin doing that, you'll learn it, live it and love it. It's the first step in learning to think like a local.

My experience is quite different. I got off the trolley and actually walked away from the border to cambio when I received text message saying welcome to Mexico. Telcel coverage is really good in Tijuana, full bar in most places.

The advantage of good coverage is that Uber can be called any time and is readily available, even at odd hours or odd places away from populated areas.

How many pesos does a BBBJ cost with FS for an hour in my hotel generally? Is Mileroticos or Twitter a good place to find them? What about streetwalkers?

Is there any conglomeration of independent girls that have an apartment (depa or departamento) where you can see them first outside of bars with fechas?

Any hotel recommendations in the 700-800 peso price range? Thanks.

Is there any conglomeration of independent girls that have an apartment (depa or departamento) where you can see them first outside of bars with fechas?

Any hotel recommendations in the 700-800 peso price range? Thanks.I can give you a strategy that I successfully employed in Spring 2014:

Hotel Posada de Santiago is located about 400 feet north of Chicago Club on Constitution Ave. They rent basic overnight rooms from around 450 pesos to 600 pesos.

On Constitution between hotel PdS and Coahuila Ave. (and about 300 feet in any direction from that intersection of Coahuila & Constitution) you will see dozens of chicas standing and strolling. Don't make the rookie mistake of going up to a chica and ask "How Much?

Instead you should make the following offer to chicas in that immediate area "Suckie por doscientos pesos?" and you will receive both yes and no replies. Little chance that you will offend a woman walking in that area. She'll know she is in La Zona of tolerance.

I did this in year 2014, offering only 100 pesos when the exchange rate was around 13 pesos to the dollar, and I got 11 yes replies and 5 no declines. I think 200 pesos offers might do even better.

I do not recommend that you talk on the street about how much time, or whether a condom will be used (unless asked by the chica). There will be plenty of opportunity to hash out those details once you two are up in the room. And graciously accept the fact that she might insist on a condom or short duration, like 15 minutes. Don't be an ugly American and argue with the chica. Just accept her service and pay her the equivalent of $11 at the end, as you both agreed to before she went upstairs with you. Square away any service disagreement when and if you offer a repeat session.

Generally speaking, chicas expect this type of session to last only 15 to 20 minutes. If she says 'time's up' just offer her "doscientos mas por doooblay" if you liked her BJ techniques and want to double her time. Nearly any chica will accept that "double session" offer when things have been running smoothly.

I know this is not exactly what you asked for in your question Topochico571, but I suspect you might like the results of attempting this strategy.

No, this is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much. I read some of your other posts previously as well. Very informative. Thank you. Most of the 11 chicas that accepted my " cinco pesos por suckie" offer went straight to sucking on my bare dick with need or inquiry about a condom. Of the 11 chicas that accepted my 100 p offer, only walker Renata came upstairs and asked me to produce a condom. The next line I have dragged and copied from my original 5-year-old trip report from another website:

"Flaca Renata (although hup in the room she only was offering a covered BJ for 100 p and required 50 p more to go eco friendly)".

Next I will drag and copy the paragraph I wrote about in 2014 as one of the declines I received:

"I made one final '100 p suckie' offer on Saturday, March 8th to Mari de Guadalajara. She countered with 150 p and I accepted 150 p for "toda.

Once in my Leyva room, Mari wanted to see a condom. When I was willing to produce one, she decided that she wanted 50 p more instead.

So while I consider a 200 p BBFS deal to be a success, it cannot count as a successful 100 p suckie offer."

Recently I went back to that website and gave a health update on myself and those walkers I enjoyed in 2014.

Thank you again. I can't seem to find this hotel in Maps or searching online. Is it south of Baja California street? Are the hotels safe to leave my cheap clothes there in the room? I pack light. Thanks.Yes, Hotel Posada de Santiago is south of Baja California Street. That hotel was renamed about a year ago, its former name was Hotel Leyva. Posada de Santiago is a little closer to Coahuila Ave. (to its south) than it is to Baja California Street (to its north).

Chicago Club shares the same building with its associated hotel, called Hotel Jalos. Hotel Posada de Santiago is the very next building on that same block, to the immediate north.

Posada de Santiago is not the most secure hotel in LZ. After its last expansion it has more than 100 rooms. But I think your clothes will be safe enough there. I wouldn't leave an iPhone in the rooms there unattended. One security weakness there is that former guests sometimes make (unallowed) copies of the room keys and the area to the immediate north of Posada de Santiago is filled with low-lifes.

I don't know how safe it is.

Immediately after the deed I use a nasal sprayer or eyedropper to put a few ML of 50% diluted Hydrogen Peroxide up my urethra and maybe wash my groin area with that same solution.

I know a medical doctor that is also a monger & he suggested this type of preventative treatment. It hasn't been 100% effective for him, but so far it's been 100% effective for me.

I visit the Orange County Dept. Of health (free clinic on 17th street in Santa Ana) usually about twice a year, and come up clean every time.

As far as the 29 chicas I mention by name, I think it was around 7 that I named in the health update on that forum, that have passed away.

Care to share? I've never gone bare with street girls and was wondering if it was as safe as slightly higher-priced escorts (not VIP). I try to briefly visually examine them prior to and if it looks a bit shady, I stick with protection.I hope you understand the difference between Street Girls and Street Walkers, since they are generally found at roughly the same locations.

Street Girls can be found standing in front of, or near in proximity to, hotels in La Zona that rent out all or most of their rooms on a short-term basis.

They have arrangements with their associated hotels to direct mongers (desiring their sex services) to these associated hotel for short-term room rentals.

Street Girls are licensed by the local health department and are periodically checked (perhaps monthly) for some common STDs, and are issued Health Cards (with a picture) under their actual legal name.

Street Girls bring business to their associated hotels. These hotels provide the SGs with some limited storage (to hold at least a jacket, purse and health card) and some level of security.

Bar Girls supposedly also are issued health cards and checked periodically. Escorts generally are not issued health cards, nor checked periodically for STDs. I don't know what is common for sex workers in massage parlors.

But some of the working girls you find on the sidewalks in Tijuana's LZ are not health card carrying Street Girls. For instance, a women who is a United States Citizen (In Tijuana selling her body) cannot qualify for a health card nor legally participate in LZ's health programs for working girls. Technically they cannot openly 'solicit' their wares. So instead, the United States citizen prostitutes need to sell their bodies discretely when in La Zona. They can't stand around in front of a hotel in La Zona, so instead of standing, they walk around. Hence we commonly use the term "streetwalkers" to describe them.

The moderators of this website do not have a dedicated thread to Street Girls, only one thread titled Street Walkers. That makes it a bit confusing to posters and readers of this site, unlike most other hooker boards that correctly make the distinction in Tijuana discussions.

I believe everyone of the 29 chicas accepting my 100-peso offer five years ago were walkers, not SGs. When Hargow is on the hunt for US women in Tijuana, he is looking for walkers, not SGs. But there are many times more SGs in Tijuana, on the sidewalks, than there are walkers. And most of the comments here on this board about Tijuana Street Girls, are in the thread titled "Street Walkers".

Is this clinic completely free? What STDs do they test for? You don't have to pay anything, even if you have insurance? Or do you pretend not to have insurance and they test you for free?I have always gone to the "Orange County Health Care Agency" and it is free to the public. It is located at W 17th street, Santa Ana, CA 92706. Their phone number is (714) xxxx787 and they are open on most weekdays starting at 10:00 AM. This clinic has been completely free to me to get STD screening. Some years I have had my own health insurance, and answered yes to that on their forms. As I recall, they don't ask further questions, like what insurance company or your membership number. The past couple of years I have not had health insurance. I always answer all of their form and verbal questions truthfully, as should anyone visiting a health professional.

I don't have a complete list of all the STD's that they test for, but I believe it is through. One time they specifically said that they tested for "Hep see", which my doctor / monger / amigo thought was impressive for them to do.

One of the things that they do is a visual inspection of your junk. I've had the nurses pinch or poke behind my scrotum, while having me turn my head and cough (Which is something I had done in High School by my coach in the 70's supposedly to check for hernias).

The toughest part of the exam is when they ask for my sexual history. I give truthful answers, including how many sexual partners I've had since my last visit. I tell them it has been with Tijuana prostitutes both with and without condoms. I get a lot of disapproving stares from some of the nurses, while others just seem unaffected (like they've heard it all before).

And yes, I give my real name, even though I have never been asked to provide an ID.

[Deleted by Admin]

And while I'm at it, let me correct part of one of my prior post here:

Most of the 11 chicas that accepted my " cinco pesos por suckie" offer went straight to sucking on my bare dick with need or inquiry about a condom. To correctly put this:

Most of the 11 chicas / walkers that accepted my "cien pesos por suckie" offer went straight to sucking on my bare dick without need or inquiry about a condom.

Let me also bridge the numbers 11 and 29.11 out of 15 walkers that I made 100 pesos offers accepted.

Many of those 11 walkers met me again on the sidewalk or came knocking on my Leyva room door along with one or two of their amigas in tow.

These walker / amigas already knew my program of paying 100 pesos and offering some parting regalo, so they came prepared to perform. 19 of these "amigas / walkers" came into my room and 18 of them performed flawlessly.

So the 11 walkers that accepted my offer on the sidewalk were joined by 18 of their amigas that behaved / performed well for a total of 29 different walkers sucking me off bare for 100 pesos in threesomes or foursomes.

Instead of trying to get around the filtering software, you could suggest that people Google the address and phone number. Or even provide a link to find out the information that we are not allowed to share here.

I know there are a few parking lots close to the border, I've tried a couple but just for a couple of hours 5 or 6 at most. I'm planing on staying 2 nights in Tijuana and I am looking at a couple of options but can't seem to find the cheapest / safest spot to leave my car.

Doing some research online I found that it would cost around 100 bucks to leave the car 2 nights at the parking lot next to the jack in the box. There is also another parking lot at the Beyer Blvd station but that has a 24 HR limit. I don't know if there are other options available.

If anyone could help or share their experience, I would greatly appreciate it.

If anyone could help or share their experience, I would greatly appreciate it.Holiday Lodge, which is right next to Burger King, used to offer pretty cheap parking. I'm not sure what the rates are today, but like 2 years ago parking for 24 hours was $8. It's not a big lot so they fill up fast. If you can't get a spot at Holiday Lodge, then I'd just drive into Tijuana. Parking is cheap and safe. $100 usd is too much to pay for 2 days parking in the USA Many hotels in Tijuana offer free or cheap parking. The only problem is the line when crossing back. If you don't have Sentri and crossing on a Sunday, forget it. It's 6 hours. Normal wait times during the week are 1.5 - 2.5 hours.

Parking is fucked if you want to spend more than one night. No way around it.

People were enjoying life and having fun. Too good of a thing. It had to be destroyed. It is really hurting the turn out in Tijuana. Who the F wants to pay $30 a day? $20 more and you can get a nice hotel room.

Lots of BS to deal with.

If trying to keep a trip to tijuana secret, then it's best to have a card (sentri card, passport card) that you can use as opposed to a booklet passport since it's going to get stamped when entering the USA.

There are plenty of parking lots in the Zona. They are inexpensive, and the attendants make these lots safer than your average San Ysidro un-attended lot.

But it's a bad idea to drive into Mexico without Mexican auto insurance, which can run about $20/ day. Your American policy is not valid in Mexico, and driving without insurance is a criminal matter under Mexican law.

You would still have a 3 day limit before you needed to move it right ?There are a lot of streets in Chula Vista without any restrictions on parking and no street cleaning. But how long can you park without a problem then I do not know maybe 48 or 72 hours max. ?

Planning tri in Aug.

I normally stay ticuan when I go to Tijuana. Ticuan is not safe to walk in the late night as it bit far. I like the convenience of walking anytime. Are there any suggested hotels near casino which are clean and have decent internet. I feel more safer walking in this area. I know I can take taxi, but prefer to walk if there are any alternative.

Thanks.

It looks like the Foxy's website is down. Does anyone know how to contact the girls from there? I'm looking specifically for Nohemy.

Thanks.Ticuan is safe to walk at night if you stay on Revolution. For a Hotel by the Casino, basically right across the street try Hotel Espana, clean with good Internet.

Any recommendations on hotels nearest to Zona Norte. Thinking of staying at Hotel Pueblo Amigo, which has a casino and good looking clean rooms, but its a distance from HK and Adelitas.I like Pueblo Amigo. It's a bit more expensive than some other popular hotels, but it is classy and has a casino. It is farther from the Zona but a cab is about the same as from closer places and a walk during the day isn't bad. I also like that they don't make you check the girls in at the front desk -- because it's a casino they don't know if you are taking the girl to play cards or up to your room. A bit cheaper is Hotel Villa de Zaragoza, which is like an older motel, with rooms that face the outside so girls can come right to your room. Ticuan is also popular. It's a nice hotel in a great location just off Revo close to lots of shops and restaurants, but they do make you check your guests in and they don't like letting you have two guests at a time -- just feels too nosy for me.

I've never worried about walking around the Ticuan. It's the other hotels closer to the Zona that are scarier to walk around at night.

I'm headed back down to Tijuana on Sept 14-17 if anyone is interested in meeting up. Flights right now are crazy cheap. Nonstop round trip from Kansas City for under $200.

The only people that have insurance in Tijuana are gringos. Practically no locals pay for insurance.True.

And cops do not care the least bit about insurance. When they pull you over, they don't ask nor care about insurance. Not True. I've been asked. And if you get in an accident, and you don't have insurance, you can have big problems.

If trying to keep a trip to tijuana secret, then it's best to have a card (sentri card, passport card) that you can use as opposed to a booklet passport since it's going to get stamped when entering the USA.This is misinformation. I've crossed between Tijuana and San Ysidro fifty times, by foot, and never once has my passport stamped reentering the US.

It's an easy walk to the border and there are no issues with bring someone back. My complaints are that it's old and tired. I get tired of dealing with the taxis and should have used Uber. It's a twenty minute walk from the zone.

The Mexican government's policy is of no relevance whatsoever. ManFromMadera is correct. The CBP will not stamp a USA Passport upon arrival into the USA.Wrong again, Clammy! The original question was about keeping one's passport from being stamped. Not about whether CBP does it, but whether it gets stamped, regardless of who does it. And the Mexicans sometimes stamp it upon arrival. (Unless you drive in.).

Most of the hotter SG'S & SW's work in the at night & evenings these days. Things have gotten safer in the Zona within the past year or so. There is lot more police, military and private security guards in the Zona. It is still a good idea to always keep your guard up in the Zona. Always look to see who is behind you in the Zona.

Just checked my passport it's entering Mexico that you will be stamped, USA you will not my bad. Nonetheless it's not so much misinformation since you will most likely get stamped with a booklet which was my point.

Hi guys,

Been lurking on the board for awhile and I'm now finally getting the chance to head on down to Tijuana. Been reading through quite a few pages here and I just had a few questions I was hoping someone could help clear up. I'll also lay out my plan as well, so if anyone has some improvements to suggest you are more then welcome too. Hopefully this plan will be useful to anyone else considering making the trip.

To preface this, I'll be making this trip solo and am looking to minimize as much risk to myself as possible. Never been to Mexico in my life, so I'll pretty much only venture around in the immediate area around Hong Kong. From reading here its seems if I don't venture too far out, wear nothing flashy and keep my mouth shut I'll be fairly safe. Also don't plan on drinking much, if at all. Should also mention I'm not the biggest guy, so like I said safety is a high priority for me.

1. Seems the best way to get your bang for your buck is to use Pesos down in Tijuana. Is the best course of action to exchange dollars near the border, or should I look around OC for an exchange place? Also, do you guys bring your credit cards with you to Tijuana? I'm assuming everything can be paid for in cash there, including the hotel (staying at Cascadas). If you guys say it's safe I may bring 1 card with me, but as of now I'm unsure.

2. Is border security pretty tight? I'm just planning on bringing an overnight backpack with toiletries, change of clothes and other essentials (condoms, lube, tadalafil) down with me. Thing is I'm also considering whether its worth the risk to bring down a weed oil vape pen with me. It's small as hell, and I've brought it through airport security, but I don't want to cause trouble for myself if it will be an issue. I know cops in Mexico will try to fuck me over if I get caught with it, so I was strictly planning on using it in my room at Cascadas. If you guys think it will be an issue I'll drop it entirely though.

3. So I'll be making the drive down from OC in the early afternoon of Saturday. My plan as of now is to park my car at one of the San Diego Trolley stations overnight and take the Trolley down to the border. From what I can gather, 24 hour parking is OK at Trolley parking lots correct? It seems to the be the better option versus parking at a paid lot near the border, but if I am wrong or you have another suggestion please let me know. Also if there is a trolley station you recommend that is less busy and / or safer I would love to know.

4. Is there a specific border stations that's better than the other? I think I read something about Pedwest (idk if that's the right name) being better, but I can't be sure rn. I'll reread through the threads later as well.

5. After getting through the border I'll be immediately taking a taxi or uber straight to Hong Kong so I can check into my room. Do you guys have a preference between taxi's or ubers or does it pretty much not matter?

6. I'll be booking my room in Cascadas tonight or tomorrow, do you guys have a room recommendation. Debating between the regular single room or treating myself to the master suite. All the extra amenities of the master suite sound nice, and I like that I'd have a safe to store extra cash, my passport etc. Probably leaning towards the master but if it's not worth it let me know. Also, from what I've read I can bring HK girls and some street girls up to my room, but not escorts. Just want to make sure my info is correct. Also, can I pay in cash for it?

7. Is the VIP worth it? My plan is go Saturday since people say that's when the most / hottest girls are there, but the idea of getting the VIP and going Monday / Tuesday at 80% off for the room is very tempting. Is the quality of girls that much worse during Monday / Tuesday? And if I go that route, would I be able to get a VIP card upon arrival, then use it on the room I've already booked? Or is it a I can only use it on my next visit type of deal?

8. Just want to make sure my info is right here. As far as getting girls while in HK, seems the general idea is to buy them a drink (what is the avg price?) get a feel for them figuratively and literally, then if I like her take her up to the room. If I pay in Pesos it's anywhere from 1200-1500, so roughly $60-80. And if I pay in dollars it's around $80-100. Street girls are $25-35, or 300-400 pesos. That all sound right? Anyone ever pay for an overnight with a girl they really liked? How much would an HK girl charge versus a street girl?

9. What do you guys do for food? I'll probably limit myself to Azul and anything else in the immediate area, again not trying to venture too far.

10. What's the checkout time for Cascadas, the one source I found said 1 pm. Do they allow late check out? Was planning on trying to get 1 or 2 more rounds in the morning before I leave.

That's it from me for now. If you guys have anything to add, suggest, or remind me of something I missed / forgot to consider please let me know! I'll be sure to post about exploits once I am back.

You have a lot of questions can't answer them all LOL. It's safe to walk around in the day there is one of the best taco stands I have eaten at on the corner. The vip card is worth it even if you use it on a Saturday it's good to save some money even though not as much as Monday and Tuesday. And to me it's not the quality goes down it's just the amount of options. Saturday's is hella girls in HK and hella SGs. Some SGs can go to HK but most are attached to a motel that they go to. Most agencies will not send a girl to the zona but never hurts to contact the agency and ask.

2. Wear boxer briefs and leave oil pen in balls pocket when traveling around, I got caught with one once an had to pay 40 $ bribe.

3. Yes, 24 HR parking. I like the station off beyer blvd, close to the border and seems safe.

5. I've always used Uber, cheaper and no BS taxi problems.

6. I'd say anything above the double deluxe is only worth it on Mon. / Tues. Unless you have money burning a hole in your pocket.

7. Yes, VIP card is worth it if you can use it at lease once on a Mon. / Tues. You can also pick up the VIP card at CS desk in HK and go straight to Cascadas to use your discount. (Pick up the VIP card before going to check in).

8. Expect to pay the same in pesos or USD with bar girls, but yeah 60-100 usd is the rate.

9. I save my money for las chicas. Jk haha, azul and hk taco spot. Going to try Caesars restaurant next Monday / Tuesday when I'm out there.

10. Checkout is 1 pm. Not sure if they allow late checkout, doubt it.

Have fun!

Not that great really. Kind of depressing if you go by yourself. I recommend the Telefonica Gastro Park. Way, way more fun, better food and many eye candy universitarias on a summer evening.

Wait a minute, I hit up Caesars every time for a late afternoon meal, and I travel alone. I get the Caesar salad and French onion soup, and a beer. I find the food great and nothing has kicked back on me so far. If you sit outside it is fun to people watch. If you are alone it is important to walk and move with confidence. Enter every bar and restaurant like its an old friend.

Way, way more fun, better food and many eye candy universitarias on a summer evening.I felt obligated to go to Cesar's just for the famous salad. It was good, but not better than I make for myself at home. Dark, old fashioned dining area. Excellent lemonade.

I can't guarantee anything, but regarding safety walking around town, I can report that I spent two days exploring on foot during the late morning and early afternoons and had no trouble. I'm not physically intimidating, and getting a bit old, too. Just minded my own business and walked like I Knew where I was going. Not a whole lot to see, really. Sure looks like the tacky souvenir shops are hurting from the lack of American tourists.

I did enjoy taking uber to the Tijuana beach and walking up and down the boardwalk. Some pretty girls, for certain, but they seemed to favor their street clothes on the beach rather than bikinis.

At night I kept walking to a minimum, though. Just went around the main bar district. Nobody approached me, but I recommend not engaging with any guys trying to sell you anything. The policia are watching.

...to walk and move with confidence...Really, what's that got to do with it? It is a classic place, and I've gone there off and on since the late 60's (with others). It was a destination. Point 1) the food world has moved on. Caesar's hasn't. Point b) it's kind of boring and dark (inside). Okay if you're talking with someone, but kind of boring and alienating to me to sit there by myself and watch some idiot make a big deal out of the salad. Maybe if I drank more I would feel differently.

I'll be sure to post about exploits once I am back.1. Exchange at the money changers near the border. They have decent rates. Or, for even better rates, use a debit card that reimburses fees (Schwab, Fidelity), in the Mexican ATMs. But keep one eye looking over your left shoulder, and the other looking over your right shoulder, because ATMs attract rateros.

2. Leave your drugs at home. (or at my place).

3. Trolley lots have a 24-hour limit. I have no idea if they enforce it. Palomar and Palm are both reasonably close to the border, and reasonably safe.

4. The trolley takes you to ped east. Arrange it so you're crossing northbound really late at night, and the line will be short. Use Bordify on your cell phone to get misinformation about how long you'll have to wait in line. If Bordify says pedWest is much quicker, go for it. The walk from PedWest back to the trolley is about half a mile.

5. I drive my own car, so I rarely use taxis, and I don't even have Uber. But people I respect say Uber is cheaper, and much less likely to rip you off.

8. Your info sounds about right. Be sure to negotiate all the details before you agree to the deal, or you'll find that everything is an "extra" and you have to pay "extra". And I would be "extra" careful about defining "overnight".

I'll answer what I know.

If you guys say it's safe I may bring 1 card with me, but as of now I'm unsure.Pesos are not required in the Zona and unless you are really good with math and pay attention to conversion rates you won't save yourself much for the hassle. The bars peg their prices to the dollar and change their pesos with fluctuation, so it is rare to be able to screw them over. Right now you can exchange 18.5:1 or so, and the bars set it at 18:1, so by using pesos to buy a $5 drink will save you about 10 cents paying in pesos. If you are a good negitiator you can offer pesos to girls and they may take less, but they may want more. It's easy right now to do a 20:1 conversion in your head, so a girl who wants $80 may ask 1600 pesos (bad for you), and may take 1400 (bad for her). But she's just as likely to haggle in dollars. To me it's not worth the hassle in the Zona (outside the Zona is another story). But for you it may be worthwhile -- or even a game if math is your thing.

5. After getting through the border I'll be immediately taking a taxi or uber straight to Hong Kong so I can check into my room. Do you guys have a preference between taxi's or ubers or does it pretty much not matter?Ubers are cheaper but you would have to have internet access, which may not work when you enter Mexico, depending on your carrier and plan -- it may take some time to reset. Taxis are plentiful and safe and if you just tell the guy Hong Kong and hand him $5 at the end of the ride you'll be fine. Yes the experts will tell you to pay with pesos save $3 or that you should haggle with the guy, but it's only $5. Just pay and be done.

Also, can I pay in cash for it?Master suite is great on a Monday or Tuesday with VIP. Other days I don't think it is worth it. The girls won't care about the Jacuzzi tub, and I've never been in a Master with the stripper pole or sex swing and don't miss it. Yes, there is a bit extra room, but it's a lot more expensive. The good thing is that they don't have a problem with you moving rooms. So take a regular room and if it's not good enough, upgrade the next night! If you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs. Some rooms can be very noisy from the club, or from other guests.

Or is it a I can only use it on my next visit type of deal?Saturday is VERY busy and you can easily be overwhelmed. If you are in the zona on those days, you might want to check out Chicago Club or Bar Tropical. Hong Kong and Adelitas will be very busy and very crowded. Girls are less likely to spend time with you and more looking for trips upstairs. I avoid the Zona on Friday and Saturday nights if I can. Days are OK though. The absolute hottest girls are less likely to be working on a Monday / Tuesday, but you won't have a problem with who is working. Even the see-shift girls are great (and usually cheaper).

Hong Kong VIP is worth it if you are staying there, especially on a Monday or Tuesday. Paying $11 for an all night room that you would normally pay $55 for is great, especially when you take a girl up and don't have to pay the $19 room charge (yes, a 30 minute room is almost double your whole night. And a Master Suite for $22 (versus $110) is great! Also, one free drink a day is good. I never bother with the other stuff -- one half-price lap dance isn't a big deal, the "private waiter" is nothing. No cover is good on Fridays and Saturdays, but as I said I avoid HK on those days anyway. Yes, you can book the room online without VIP, then buy the VIP card at HK when you arrive and get the discounted rate.

You invite them to sit down and buy them a drink -- $9 is most common, but some girls may take advantage and ask for more expensive drinks. Feel free to say no, or send her away. Buying her the drink means she will sit with you until she has finished it, and how long that takes is another indicator of if you want to be with her. If she chugs it in 5 minutes and asks for another, she's not likely to give you great service in the room. You may still want to fuck her, but don't keep buying her drinks On the other hand, a great girl will sip the drink for 20 minutes, during which time you can chat (translator apps help if you don't share a language), and she will try to encourage you to go upstairs, by rubbing on you, dancing for you, smiling and laughing and flirting. It can be the best $9 you ever spent. How much she wants to go upstairs will vary but $80 is the most common ask right now. Hotter girls are asking $100 (or even $120 now), and some girls ask $70. You can bargain a bit, especially during the day or on a slow night. Paying in pesos is unlikely to save you much (see my first response). If you go up to your room she will stop at the desk to give her name, and you will be asked if you want to buy condoms and lube -- you should bring your own, of course.

Street girls will quote you $20 for 20 minutes, plus $5-6 for the room. Some of them will go to your room in Cascadas, but most won't. They are affiliated with the hotel they stand in front of and many will not go anywhere else. Some of them are as pretty as any girl in a club, and can be very sweet. But that $20 rate will likely be for them to pull down their pants and for you to stick it in them (covered, of course) in one position. If you want them to get nude, suck you (covered), and switch positions, they will add on enough that the total will come close to a bar girl's rate. But it can still be fun to walk the alley and look at who is available. If you speak some Spanish it will help a lot, and these girls will actually give you better rates in pesos generally. Often you can get 200 pesos ($12) for basic service or 400-600 for a session with the extras, so you can save some money if you are good with the negotiating.

An overnight (in TJ we say TLN, toda la noche) will really depend on you and the girl and how you click. If you ask a HK girl to stay all night she will quote you a high rate, to cover her expected wages for the night -- probably $300+. But that can totally change if you click with a girl. It's not enough of a regular thing that there is any rule of thumb, and if you don't speak Spanish you probably won't be able to pull off anything but paying for her time.

9. What do you guys do for food? I'll probably limit myself to Azul and anything else in the immediate area, again not trying to venture too far. You'll do fine at Azul and the various taco trucks. Tijuana has some AMAZING food and if you are there for a few days you may venture away from the Zona for a few hours. Revolucion Ave (the big tourist strip) is not far and an easy walk during the day. Or a $5 cab or a $2 Uber to a number of great restaurants on Revo or elsewhere in town.

10. What's the checkout time for Cascadas, the one source I found said 1 pm. Do they allow late check out? Was planning on trying to get 1 or 2 more rounds in the morning before I leave/Checkout time is 1 pm. Late checkout would require another night as far as I know, although a tip to the desk clerk may change that.

PM me if you have other questions.

Really, what's that got to do with it? It is a classic place, and I've gone there off and on since the late 60's (with others). It was a destination. Point 1) the food world has moved on. Caesar's hasn't. Point b) it's kind of boring and dark (inside). Okay if you're talking with someone, but kind of boring and alienating to me to sit there by myself and watch some idiot make a big deal out of the salad. Maybe if I drank more I would feel differently. The advice on walking was for getting to the restaurants and moving around Tijuana. The original poster indicated that they were alone and didn't want to stand out (we all stand out).

I am sure your salad is great, for me I need to head to Caesars. I stay for five days so I will hit several places. I have not been to pampas yet.

If you guys say it's safe I may bring 1 card with me, but as of now I'm unsure.I have found, after many trips to Tijuana, that usually the cambios (currency exchange vendors) on the US side of the border tend to offer slightly better exchange rates vs. The cambio windows on the Tijuana side of the border. No need to bring a credit card with you to Tijuana.

I'll reread through the threads later as well.If you use the Trolley as a leg in your travel to Tijuana, it will drop you off at the older (Ped East) border crossing.

Also, can I pay in cash for it?Many, but not all, of the regular rooms also have room safes hidden in the built-in night stands. Just confirm with the desk clerk that your regular room has a safe. Master Suites are generally the size of two regular rooms. The issue of escorts going to your Cascades room is an issue with the agencies, Cascades welcomes all chicas that have ID. So if you want an escort to visit you at Cascades, work that out with the agency.

The VIP is worth it. Especially since newbies are drawn into making their second trip within 90 days of their first trip. A second follow-up trip from as close as Orange County should be easy for you. The number of available chicas is much lower on days other than Friday and Saturday. If you are not too picky, any day of the week should be fine. It is best to make your Cascades reservation without any mention of an HK VIP card. When you arrive in Tijuana, go straight to the HK customer Service desk near the bar's north entrance off Coahuila Ave. (not the south alley entrance) and buy your VIP card. Then go up to Cascades and give your reservation number with your HK VIP card concealed. When the desk clerk says your room is ready and asks for payment in cash. Then wip out your VIP card. Guys who walk up to the Cascades front desk waving their VIP card sometimes are told their reservation, or an available room, can't be found.

How much would an HK girl charge versus a street girl?I have done TLNs with chicas that I already knew. I would not recommend a TLN with a new-to-you chica. You might notice from your own fee estimates that paying chicas in pesos is cheaper, and even more so concerning street girls. Your expected ranges are accurate for a newbie. If the chica wants more dinero, politely take a pass.

9. What do you guys do for food? I'll probably limit myself to Azul and anything else in the immediate area, again not trying to venture too far.

10. What's the checkout time for Cascadas, the one source I found said 1 pm. Do they allow late check out? Was planning on trying to get 1 or 2 more rounds in the morning before I leave.La Perla is a good restaurant for breakfast. La Perla in located on the Northwest corner of Coahuila Ave. And Nino Heroes. Best taco stand IMO is kitty-corner to La Perla, on Nino Heroes. Both are pretty close to HK's north entrance. Sushi One is a good Asian restaurant, located almost directly across the street (Coahuila Ave.) from HK's north entrance.

10. What's the checkout time for Cascadas, the one source I found said 1 pm. Do they allow late check out? Was planning on trying to get 1 or 2 more rounds in the morning before I leave. You will have an easier time by simply getting up early to finished your desired rounds (as opposed to a likely futile attempt to arrange a late check-out).

I think the whole issue stems from what others around will think about you if you eat alone, but you know what, fuck them. As long as you are enjoying your time alone then I don't see what's so depressing about it. I've gone to different cities alone and I've eaten in an area full of families and couples, do I feel like I stuck out, nope. Personally some of the best times I've had was by myself, I control my time and every aspect of I do. Obviously, anyone alone or group will stick out if they act clueless, paranoid, or are on their phone. It's called being aware and street smart, something people don't understand.

For those who usually park here, half of the parking has been taken over by the hospital in next to it. Obviously there are other trolley stations so this is more of a heads up.

Hey Guys,

I have been here for a week now, leaving on August 10 so I have a looooot of time still.

Do any of you guys have good recommendations where to meet people in general and of course women that are into partying? I have tried a few clubs and have been doing OK in las Pulgas, few makeouts here and there but even though the place is huge still seems like a huge challenge if you are out solo. I see a lot of girls in two pairs, unfortunately wingmans I make on the fly tend to be not very communicative with their girls so it tends to crash soon and bad.

I also tried coko bongo which looked just filled with american horny chicks (great) but I found they only twerk with their group, not sure why but I did not see anyone hooking up with anyone outside groups.

Yesterday I hit up "Plaza del zapato" but did not find a place where I could go without a table, so I ejected from there.

Today I'm going to try "El alebrije" which looks pretty cool from the pictures I've seen.

Anyways, looking for advice in this department. Even though I like the fun at HK I think I have to give it a rest and hunt for real a little bit.

Thanks!

Hello all,

I have a friend who decided to come with me to Tijuana but he has no passport. He said it'll be fine he'll bring a birth certificate and ID. Will he be stuck at the border or just have a hard time coming back? I'd love for him to come but it won't be a good time if he can't get in or come back.

Will he be stuck at the border or just have a hard time coming back? I'd love for him to come but it won't be a good time if he can't get in or come back.He should be able to get into Mexico as they haven't once checked my passport going into the country. The issue will be trying to get back. Officially he needs a passport to return and as such he can be denied entry until such a time his citizenship can be verified, I've heard stories of people coming back with no passport but I can not tell you what will happen. Depends on the officer, the current security level, federal policy, and how busy the crossing is at that moment. I don't suggest risking it.

Thank you TinyTrucker. It is a risk that he is willing to take and if the worse that happens is a fine or wasted time in secondary I'll let him assume the risk. Hopefully me having one will help his case and we don't get a cbp who is bored or on a mission. They have better things to worry about. I'm being selfish by letting him come for a wingman as he is a chick magnet. I have no social skills until 10+ minutes into a conversation where I thrive.

Legally, if you can prove you are a US citizen, they must allow you reentry into the country. ID and a birth certificate should do it. How much grief they give is up to them. Also, they keep records. I don't know that it would happen, but you could get flagged on return trips.

Typically, crossing into Mexico without a passport results in a $22 fee and some grief about having a passport next time. The Mexicans are not much on keeping records, so it shouldn't show up or give you grief later.

If I didn't have a passport, I wouldn't cross, as I don't need the grief. And with the current administration, it is impossible to predict the policies hour to hour.

YMMV.

The best thing to do is go to a passport processing office and apply for a passport. They will give you a receipt that shows proof application. The US & Mexico immigration service will accept this as proof. I have heard where the Mexico immigration service will deny you entry into the country without a passport. This happened to a friend of mine. You can go either to SD county administration building downtown. Or the better option is to stop by the UCSD passport processing office. There is a much shorter line at the UCSD processing center. Be sure and check the hours since they both have fairly limited hours.

Hello all,

I have a friend who decided to come with me to Tijuana but he has no passport. He said it'll be fine he'll bring a birth certificate and ID. Will he be stuck at the border or just have a hard time coming back? I'd love for him to come but it won't be a good time if he can't get in or come back.

Hello gents,

I'll be making my first trip this weekend. I'll probably arrive at the border around 8 pm.

Do the paid lots near the border fill up quickly?

How long might it take to cross into Mexico around that time, by foot?

How long back into US Saturday around noon, by foot?

Thanks.

Following instructions they gave me over the phone, I went to the passport agency with a letter from my employer stating that I had business travel into Mexico several times a week. It jacked up the fee, but I had my passport the same day.

It also works if you can show them a plane ticket for travel out of the USA coming up real soon.

Thanks. The parking lot referred to as Border Parking is your best bet, its just off to the right of the last US exit off the freeway. There is always room to park. It will run you about $30 or so a day on the weekend. My vehicle will be parked there tomorrow night about that time. You need a credit card and that will act as your ticket when you swipe it. It only takes about 15 minutes to cross into Mexico via Pedeast if you have a passport. Go past the vendors and across the street to a taxi stand. Give them about $5 and they will take you to the Hong Kong. On Saturday when you cross back its anyone's guess. Use the Pedwest crossing.

Hello everyone!

Quick question. I am about to start choosing rooms for my first Tijuana visit, and I was wondering if smoking (mostly just e-cig / vape) was allowed in Hotel Cascada rooms? Also curious about Hotel Ticuan and / or Pueblo Amigo, but those look like high-end hotels so I doubt they allow smoking in the rooms. Thank you guys for your help! Greatly appreciated, my friends. Sincerely, TequilaNPussy.

But a couple girls have in my room without issues (other than a stinky room). I've never done a short-term room but would guess the same since a decent amount of the girls smoke.

Whether or not they'll do anything if you're caught is probably at the officer's discretion. You decide if it's worth it.

Quick question for you guys: I'm headed to Tijuana for the first time tonight and don't speak Spanish. I'll be getting in at about 11 pm. I'd like to pick up some Viagra before heading to Hong Kong or Adelita's. Would you all recommend just cabbing to a pharmacy and asking the driver to wait for me? Which pharmacy would be good and safe that late at night?

Girl?

Saturday nights are the absolute worst. Don't listen [Deleted by Admin] about all the hot girls come on weekends, they might come but never to be found. Every Saturday night I'm there I only see the uglies walking around and a thousand guys. Thursday nights are probably best but even Monday or Tuesday nights are popping with tons of hot girls working and not taken.

9. What do you guys do for food? I'll probably limit myself to Azul and anything else in the immediate area, again not trying to venture too far.

Sushi ONE across the street from HK is your best alternative to Azul once you get sick of the same thing. Its super safe and tons of girls eat there during their breaks or after shifts.

Just spent my first night in Tijuana and had a great time thanks to all the advice and details I picked up reading this forum. I don't speak a word of Spanish, for what it's worth.

Tried to get a room at Cascadas, but they told me they were booked. I asked about other options, and they pointed me to the Riza across the street. I got a room there for $70.

Then went to Hong Kong and holy hell. If you haven't seen it, it's hard to describe. They have every kind of Mexican girl you could want, and some of them are legit 9's and 10's. Guys here recommend buying them drinks, and you can, but you can also just walk up to them, grab their asses, slip them a dollar and ask them, how much? I personally have zero interest in getting to know them, so I was fine with a 30-second chat to make sure they'the do what I wanted.

Found one I thought was hot. She wanted $100, I countered $80, she accepted. Took her across the street and had a great time. She let me do pretty much whatever I wanted. She said she was 21 and it was only her third day there, who knows if either of those things are true but the age did look about right.

Did a lap about 30 minutes later around the block. And while Hong Kong is incredible, that's where the value is. Most of the girls are not interesting to me but I found one who was a 7-7. 5, very short, maybe 25. Damage was $30 plus $6 for the room. Her menu was somewhat limited, but I just pounded her as rough as I could to get my money's worth.

Walked down that back street and had some street tacos for like $1 each. Delicious.

Then realized if I was going for round three, I'the need some help. So I Ubered down to Roma and picked up a Viagra. I wouldn't really recommend doing this in the middle of the night, like I did. It was fine, but without speaking Spanish I felt a little too far from the main entertainment zone.

Anyway, went back through Hong Kong. Lots of options. Also went out back just to check. Found a girl who wanted $20 plus $6 for the hotel. She said she was 20, and was skinny, a 7. 5 to me, the kind you have to pay like $200 to fuck in the USA. When we got to the room suddenly she had lots of rules, and it took another $10 to get what I wanted. Should have walked out, I know, but I was rock hard after that Viagra, and it was still a good time in the end.

Dropped the room key off, offered a taxi right out front $5 to take me back to the US border, and that was that.

Just so you know, if you are in need of an immediate Viagra, they do sell it in the bathrooms of most clubs. It will be more expensive than at a pharmacy, but probably not any more than the cost of the taxi and your time.

FYI, you can get Viagra and other chemical assistants in HK. Typically the toilet trolls sell it and some meseros. More expensive, but less hassle than going out late at night. Many pharmacies close when it gets dark, so unless you know where you are going, there is a risk for getting into a bad situation.

Been reading site for hours and still, Old Dave is confused.

Can someone explain PedEast vs PedWest? Seems different folks talk about going both ways.

I have Nexus since been going to Canada for about 15 years (mostly Toronto) I think I understand that it equivalent to Sentri or same lane if I walk across the border. But if come by car it has to be preregistered. But I plan to come by Uber from San Diego airport (forget public transportation I will have too much with me) But then I read if you come by car you don't even show a passport at least by some posts. I need to renew Nexus by January so thought should also get Sentri but seems I do not need. I will never be renting a car coming into Tijuana. Nexus includes Global Entry which worked in Frankfort returning from Germany.

If it was easier I could have Uber drop off at the border and walk in if Nexus would speed up the process.

I plan to avoid busy weekends and probably arrive Sunday night and leave Thursday. I assume there is a lot more travel on Friday so should avoid.

Am also confused on return. Uber can not easily go from Mexico to the US. So assume I Uber to the border, cross and order Uber once back into the U.S. to take me to San Diego airport or a hotel.

Thanks.

Both Pedwest & Pedeast are pedestrian border crossings. There is rarely any wait at Pedwest. The only time there is a line is in the mornings from roughly 6-10 I believe. You cannot cross the border in Uber. I prefer weekends because there is better girls working.

You cannot cross the border in Uber. I prefer weekends because there is better girls working. Thanks for the info. My flawed research includes Uber RideGuru shows Uber from SD airport to Tijuana fare is $39 - 23.8 miles. There are also articles about why Uber can go from the US to Mexico but not in reverse. The primary reason is commercial insurance laws which state the country of origin is where a commercial vehicle has to be licensed I. E. US. But would require Mexican insurance if trip originated in Mexico which Uber is not going to do.

HOWEVER, based on your comment I did more research and it looks like this was 2016-2017 info and as you suggested Uber discontinued this. It seems the best way is to take Uber to PedWest and cross so glad you led me to update my research!

From reading many strip club reviews seems weekends are really packed at the good ones. I don't need the most gorgeous dancers and have more modest tastes. I have no interest in big breasts prefer smaller not over C naturals. and seek more sexuality, more than just raw sex. Also turned off my all the hustle, tipping all over etc at clubs which is why am doing more research on escorts/agencies. Also most websites of agencies indicate to some extent English speaking for those that are. So I choose to be more selective than just the mass stuff especially on weekends it seems at the popular clubs like HK

They are going to drop you off at the same place public transportation is. Then you have the long walk across the border. Only difference is that where the airport bus drops you off, you have to walk across the street to get to the trolley. Other than that you will be lugging your stuff the same distance. You will save about an hour taking Uber, but you will be paying $40 more than if you took public transportation.

I figure Uber could go from US to Mexico, but the driver would have to have a passport on him and I seriously doubt that he is going to sit in all that damn traffic going over and crossing back.

Sunglasses / Cap removed and hands out of the pocket.

Secondary CBP PedWest: walk in front of CBP when told to follow. Wait as a key pass is used. Open area seating available no texting or use of phone. Follow instruction when provided. No privacy. Good luck with the matter of concern. Rx in this case. Required CBP supervisor review prior to disposition. File record: Warning!. Bring a valid Rx from an USA doctor for the generic formulation or brand? To avoid future issues.

Quantity limit does apply based on Rx quantity specified.

But for Tijuana plan only 4-5 days so may use smaller luggage!

$40 for Uber to me is small price to pay for convenience and safety but may reconsider. I always get mid-scale hotels like Ticuan. I like more modern and newer. Great hotel in Frankfurt was about 100 euro and usually do Best Western Plus around $US100 (after big exchange discount).

I was amazed how much less expensive escorts are in Tijuana at $US80-120/ HR via most agencies. I realize different economy and probably a huge exchange rate advantage.

You can get a cab or uber from PedEast just as easily. The only advantage to PedWest that I know is that the HK limo stop is near there, but a cab is not much more than tipping the limo driver, or you could call the limo to PedEast. The safe question always makes me laugh. There are tons of pharmacies. Just walk in and tell them what you want. If you do not like the price leave out and walk into another. Don't make brain surgery out of it.

Last week I stopped into a pharmacy to get ampicilina. The lady told me that I had to go to the doctor next door for a prescription. What kind of scam shit is that? I walked out and went to another where I bought it with no problem.

I get the less-popular 5-MG daily dose variety, in boxes of 28. The first time, I told them what I wanted, and they said they could have it the next day. I've been buying from them every month for over a year now. Calimax is a big chain, and your experience at any of them should be similar.

For generic Viagra, a lot of the guys go to the Piri pharmacy, across from the wax museum. They're only open in the daytime, which is just as well given the sketchy nature of the neighborhood. They may have the best deal on sildenafil, but for my Cialis, not so much.

Good luck. Let us know.

One question I have is, when I'm ready to head back to the border, what should I tell the cab driver if I want to get dropped off at Pedwest?Tell him that you are going to Ped West then hand him 50 pesos when you get out. I am a Ped East guy. Too much walking involved for Ped West. Then with Ped East I am out right at the trolley. No shuttles to take or long walks to make. I guess if you parked a car close to Ped West. Other than that why would you want to go there?

Last week I stopped into a pharmacy to get ampicilina. The lady told me that I had to go to the doctor next door for a prescription. What kind of scam shit is that?Former microbiologist here. It's a legitimate concern within the medical community that if anybody who wanted to were allowed to go and buy their own antibiotics whenever they wanted when a medical professional would consider it unwarranted, then pathogens would develop resistance over time, eventually rendering said antibiotics obsolete. This is standard practice, even in Mexico. But of course, in Mexico you are more likely to find someone who is willing to deviate to make a few pesos.

Seeking advise from you, who are so much wiser than myself.

What is the general consensus on making loans?

I have a pretty strong feeling I know the answer but want some back up.

I've received preferential treatment from an independent for some time (lots & lots of extra free time, etc). She's a nice person, as well.

She says she's really embarrassed to ask but she's hitting me up for a loan.

I have no desire to become a walking ATM. But I would like to maintain the preferred level of service, even if the loan is not made.

Any advice?

Thanks!

If you never want to see her again, give her a loan. She won't have the money to pay you back, so she will avoid you. If you want to see her again, make it a gift, with a discount on her services till the gift is repaid, for example 1000 pesos instead of the usual 1500 pesos. I've done that with chicas successfully. Get them gifts they want from San Diego, like laptops, cellphones or Juul vapes, but I get preferred customer treatment. One hand washes the other. . . You never want to be in the position of turning into a hated debt collector chasing deadbeat girlfriends.

What is the general consensus on making loans?Treat any loan to a chica as a gift. If you get it back in cash, that's amazing. If you get it back in trade, that's great. If you get anything back at all, that's a miracle.

One question I have is, when I'm ready to head back to the border, what should I tell the cab driver if I want to get dropped off at Pedwest?Don't take a taxi. As a guest of Hotel Cascadas, when you are ready to leave just walk up to the desk on the sidewalk in front of HK Tell them you are going to Chaparrel or the new border. They will give you a limo ride right to the border. Its free and safer than a taxi. Tip the driver a couple bucks and all is well.

If you are taking the trolley, why not use PedEast? It's right there, no shuttle needed and a lot less walking. You can get a cab or uber from PedEast just as easily. The only advantage to PedWest that I know is that the HK limo stop is near there, but a cab is not much more than tipping the limo driver, or you could call the limo to PedEast. It's often there picking up other guys anyway.

I give him the two dollars I'd give to Uber, in order to avoid having to find a street without cabs cause cabs know you are waiting for Uber and are angry about it. Plus standing on streets for two minutes for Uber is begging for a problem from cops, muggers, beggers. The cabs must hate the limo but they should not charge five bucks for the border.

Just like refusing to change money to pesos and paying street chicks in dollars. What is the big problem taking a taxi? What is your experience bringing extra pills back into the USA Without a scrip? I'm not talking about large quantities, just a few left overs that you might be saving for next time instead of scarffing them. Do you declare them? If so, what happens? If not, what's the worst case scenario? Asking for a friend LOL.

I bought both genuine Cialis and Figral (generic Sildenafil) in Tijuana this week. I bought the Figral at Piri opposite the Wax Museum. 10 pills of 50 MG each was the equivalent of about US $4 (I paid in pesos).

Costco in Tijuana had a buy 3-get 1 free deal on Cialis. I paid US $368 for a 4 boxes (containing 8 pills each) of 20 MG Cialis.

I was in San Diego for work for 3 days and crossed over every day to Tijuana for a few hours. I bought the Figral back on day 1 (only 1 box of 10 pills) and declared it to the CBP officer in the Sentri lane. He waved me through without further questions. The same thing happened on day 3 - got waved through after I declared the 4 boxes of Cialis (32 pills).

I took half a Figral (equivalent of 25 MG) on day 1 and day 2 with great results. The only side affect I noticed was a dull throbbing at the back of my head which appeared within the hour of taking the pill, but gradually disappeared after I consciously drank at least 8 ounces of fluids (mostly water) every 30-40 minutes or so.

I took one Cialis (20 MG) on day 3 with great results as well and no side affects at all.

BTW, I took both Figral and Cialis on an empty stomach with a bottle of water (8 ounces).

Did 2 chicas on each day with about an hours gap between the successive sessions. With both Figral and Cialis, I had a stronger boner, lasted longer than usual and the recovery time between sessions was much shorter than usual.

Is it under the bridge to the right on exit?Yes, after exiting on the Mexican side, make a right, go past the taxi line; cross under the bridge to the other side and walk around 30 yards to your left. The HK limo stop has a lounge where you can wait if the limo is not immediately available. Carlos, one of the drivers, showed me around the lounge this week. I used the limo thrice around noon this week. It is cheaper than a cab from PedWest in my opinion.

If not, what's the worst case scenario? Asking for a friend LOL.I've had a lot of different experiences in bring Viagra and generic Viagra back with me to the United States. I got a prescription from a Mexican doctor in Tijuana back in year 2005 or 2006 to carry some on my person while in Tijuana during a time when policia shakedowns of mongers in Tijuana was extremely common among posters to Tijuana hooker forums. But no Tijuana policia has ever stopped me while I was carrying any provocative items. I have never obtained a Viagra prescription from a United States doctor.

From around 2005 or 2006 up through 2011 I typically hid the three to nine pills I was bringing back to the United States deep in my luggage and it was never discovered. At around 2011 or 2012 I discovered on the CBP website that I could legally bring back up to 50 dosages (without a US doctor's prescription) so I began declaring them when I returned to the United States on foot or via my car. I would declare I was bringing back nine or sometimes 15 pills of Figral to the CBP agent. Almost always the CBP agent would ask "What is Figral?" And when I would tell them it was generic Viagra, I typically was immediately waived through.

In the last three or four years there were only two notable events. Maybe three or four years ago I was driving back and bringing back about a dozen Figral pills. I decided not to declare them, but I also didn't hide them well. They were in a zippered outside pouch that was part of a soft luggage bag that was right on top of all the crap in my car's trunk. The CBP officer went looking in my trunk and then he left the area and disappeared for around 16 to 20 minutes. He eventually returned to my car, he didn't say anything to me, and just waived me through immediately when he returned. I'd never had such a long delay at the border before or since. When I got home I opened my trunk and saw that the dozen Figral pills were out in the open-now outside of my luggage in my trunk. Heck on top of my luggage. So the CBP officer certainly had found them. My guess is he went to a supervisor or another CBP agent, who probably told him that a dozen undeclared Figrals was not a problem to concern him.

But the funniest event also happened about three or four years ago when I was returning to the United States on foot via PedWest. I was carrying the largest amount of Figral I ever brought across: 28 Figrals-all 100 MG. I declared them to the dumbest CBP agent I have ever encountered. He seemed shocked and concerned and told me I had much too many pills than the allowed amount. He said I could only bring back with me a 90-day supply and that these pills could only be taken once every three days. He was a heavy-set black man that looked like he might be around 50 years old.

I politely told him that.

1). He was incorrect, and.

2). The CBP website said I could bring back up to 50 pills, and.

3). That if I took one pill every third day, that I still had less than a 90-day supply.

The veins on his neck and forehead began to buldge as if they were going to explode. In a raised voice he informed me that I was going to secondary where they would deal with me.

At Pedwest, the foot-traffic secondary is directly behind where the first CBP agents sit. The first CBP agents sit behind a three-foot tall stainless steel permanent counter with each CBP agent having his or her own turnstile. The agents in secondary are all in a large area behind a wall of floor to ceiling frosted glass. The dumb first agent had me stand at a large doorway leading into this "secondary" area, but just outside of that "secondary" area. I was maybe ten feet behind the first line of agents sitting behind the three-foot tall permanent counter. As I peered through the doorway looking into secondary, to the left there was a mid-sized conference table that had about six or eight chairs around it, but no agents sitting around that conference table. To the right there were agents milling about, but since I was looking through frosted glass I couldn't tell if they were sitting at desks or tables. And only a few of these agents were walking or standing. Most seemed like they were seated.

The stupid CBP agent had me stand there for ten or fifteen minutes. The the dumb agent alternately would disappear, and then return to confirm I hadn't moved. I never saw an agent in secondary. Eventually the dumb first agent on one of his returns told me I was free to leave. I wanted to challenge the dumbass to admit he was wrong about what he earlier was barking at me about. But instead I kept my mouth shut and simply moved my ass out of there and into San Ysidro without saying anything more.

I asked the CBP agent about bringing back 10 pills without a script. He said you must have an Rx signed by a Mexican MD. Now, how well they enforce this? Who knows. Maybe when driving through, they won't hold you up for a few pills (I think the max is 40. Could be wrong). But walking? Depends on what kind of day they are having. I wouldn't take a chance at losing my sentri card for this. From what I hear, it's up to the CBP to yank it from you. Besides, I found another mail order source via an Indian pharmacy. I just bring over what I need. Done is done.

I'm always curious about what's up with some of the less-famous bars in the Zona. Last Wednesday, I had a couple of late-night hours to kill, and decided to take a walk-about. I had one or two beers in several bars.

(Spoiler: This isn't much of a trip report, but it's all I got. I didn't go arriba with anyone.).

Playboy: Pretty topless dancers 8/10 to my taste*. I'd read that they had private booths, and wondered what was happening on the second level. It looked private, but I only saw girls going up there.

Gloria: Has Taxi Dancers. 7-8/10. Private booths.

Burro: Deserted.

Golden Palace: Hard to get away from the blinding lights. Very pretty topless dancers. Friendly ladies. Monse was NOT the prettiest, but very cuddly. She said that, in the private booths, she would dance nude for 50 dollars, which would include 5 LDs. Sex negotiable. I was tempted, but passed. Has anyone ever tried it?

Dulce Gabana: Pretty 7-8/10 topless dancers.

*I like natural-looking women: friendly faces, hairy, be-cups, no bolt-ONS.

Would think it won't take that long. Did you check around like in Otay for a shorter wait? Or has that location stopped processing them? Mine is still good until the 1st of 2021 hoping the wait time is down by then.

It was not active on the last visit. Tuesday.

Do you mean La Malquerida (https://goo.gl/maps/iCMyrnMNdZ53JVM5A)?

I'm guessing this is supposed to say:
La Malquerida at the alley corner may interest you. I pay 90 pesos for two beers and 180 pesos for the chica drink. Tip: Watch out for the chica bucket and waiter/chica hustling."

Did I get it right? That's quite the advice there.

La Malquerida is known as an after-hours place. Lots of girls go there after their shift. I've seen lines out the door on a Sunday morning at 5 or 6 am.

If you go to Chicago Club across the street you will see Blue and White Taxis. There should be 3 Moises / Miguel / or Coco are the drivers. They are the most trustworthy in the zona. Tell them a friend from Hotel Leyva recommenced them to you. Many guys use them.

Much safer than random Taxi Libres.Do you have a way to contact them prior to my arrival to schedule a ride from boarder?

Do you have a way to contact them prior to my arrival to schedule a ride from boarder? If you had senior member status I could most certainly pm you a phone number for those guys. Do you speak spanish and do you have $20 to give our fearless leader Jackson for the privilege of doing so?

Anyone have any preferred place to buy lube and / or massage oils?

I've read reports of guys just bringing their own lube but I'm packing light.

Will be going with escorts while staying at Ticuan so no HK bottles for me.
