It may vary from region to region, but I think Mexican schools get out around the same time they do in the United States: May & June.

You pick up the 992 bus right outside baggage claim.
Take that to America Plaza. The trolley is right there. (If you see the Santa Fe depot, America Plaza is the other side of the street.
At the border, the trolley lets you off near the east side of San Ysidro. It's a short walk to the border. If you want to go to PedWest, there is a shuttle that runs from the trolley to PedWest. Sorry, don't know that bus number but you can find it near the fare machine. You could walk it as well. (It's a straight walk due west. There is a small incline if that's an issue).

A green card with a threatening message was left next to the body. Data obtained by ZETA report that the alleged perpetrators are four men who fled aboard a red sedan vehicle.
In the colonia Urbi Villa del Prado a male was shot to the head. The injured man was transferred to the General Hospital where he died later.
In the alley Cuenca Diaz of the colonia Alfonso Ballesteros, a man was found dead with gunshot impacts.
Inside a paper sack, a severed human head was found. The remains were located on Omega Street in the Division del Norte neighborhood, Delegación Sánchez Taboada.
With traces of violence and tied limbs the lifeless body of a male was found in the Rosas Magallon, in the Obrera colonia.
Inside a cuartería located on Socrates Street in the Camino Verde neighborhood, an unidentified person was shot to death.
The last recorded case occurred in private street Limón and avenue de Los Nogales in Fragcionamientos Paseos del Vergel, there a male of approximately 20 to 25 years was killed by firearms.

1) They likely speak English, so the guys who are uncomfortable with Spanish seek them out, especially if they have specific requests that might be hard to translate. Even if no specific requests, it's just easier to talk to someone in your native language.

It's been my observation over the years that the drop-off in the number of chicas over the thanksgiving day weekend is not nearly as severe as the drop-off in hombres present in LZ during that same holiday weekend. Many men have family & friend obligations over turkey day that prevents them from enjoying their normal weekend activity (at least early in that weekend).
