What is the Haitian talent like? When I was there in 2014 Haitian hotties abounded. Most were slim and had little fat. Furthermore, their service was superior to that of Dominicans.

Yes, there are girls around, but the average street girl is to want 3000 or 4000 for an hour which is 60 or 80 usd. So for an extra 20 usd, you can get the higher class girls that come out late at night and wear dresses etc. And these are the same girls that are on Tinder looking good with nice dresses, makeup, glamour pics etc. But the average street girl is not too appetizing. Just saying.I was paying 2 K for an hour this year. If you're paying that much they must be smelling gringo a mile away. It seems to me if you go to a destination and have to stay in your hotel searching Tinder or similiar sites for hours to find something you like, why would you go there if you don't like what's available? Based on your descriptions from your previous post, you'd be better off going to Medellin and learning some Spanish. The Su is a place for guys who appreciate dark-skinned booty queens. Also, unlike most mongering destinations that are cities, the Su is a small beach town with a relaxed atmosphere, where you don't have to worry about traffic, everything is in walking distance, close to multiple beaches, and if you want to get sloshed every night and stumble back to your hotel, you don't have to worry about safety. It's easy to make friends with the locals and I've scored some great girls from their recommendations. The Su has a lot going for it even if it's not what it once was. I've been to many mongering destinations, and keeping coming back to Sosua. Learn some Spanish my friend, and go to where they have the types of girls you like.

I've been to many mongering destinations, and keeping coming back to Sosua. Learn some Spanish my friend, and go to where they have the types of girls you like.Yes, I agree Sosua is a wonderful place for convenience: 20 minutes from a good airport, good and affordable hotels close to the strip, girls everywhere, and a good beach with tours and scuba etc etc. But some things I wish they could approve on: loud bikes screaming down the street at all hours or cars with music blasting; homeless or crazy girls / guys harrassing you while you eat etc, and they want money not food; expensive restos on the strip where the prices are similar to a normal US restaurant; and many girls who speak little english.

But if you are willing to pay up, there are quality girls. 100 usd for an hour is around 1/4th the going rate for a quality girl in the US for an hour. And the street girls are not elite in anyway, but for a 60 usd BBBJ, it can be fun. If you can talk quality girls down from a 100 or a street girl down from 60 usd, then more power to you, I could not. And when I tried, there attitude got crappy fast. So if you are not cheap, fun can abound.

I heard mentioned that the really hot waitress at Rumbas was asked for a date? I can only imagine what she would want. If you spoke good spanish and could chat her up and take her out on a date etc, then who knows. But she is of the high quality I am talking about that you can find on Tinder, but they want 100 usd for an hour at a minimum. But that is the quality I want for some good one on one!

Hi All,

Heading to Sosua soon and was looking for the best way to get around. I'm staying outside the main strip so was wondering what taxi service is the most reliable / cost effective etc. Was thinking of a private driver as well, but I know that's more costly. Any help is appreciated.

Theres always 3 or 4 drivers hanging outside of the New Garden waiting for customers.

They usually drive Toyota Siennas (minivan) - ask ALL drivers what there rates are.

They will negotiate.

. . .Heading to Sosua soon and was looking for the best way to get around. I'm staying outside the main strip so. . . Any help is appreciated.Staying outside the main strip has its advantages. Best way for me to get around is on a motorbike. There's rental places all over town now. Don't kill yourself, and especially not your back rider.

Heading back to DR and going to spend a couple days in Sosua late January. Not going to make superbowl. Staying in Pyramid Plaza for the first time. I have about 24 more hours to cancel, anybody stay there recently? Just wondering about how the hot water is, and if it consistently has electricity issues? Can't wait to report. Stopped in Sosua for a few hours during the day in early December and immediately was smiling for ear to ear. Not even because I was in awe of the women. I was just happy to be back in the town and see some familiar faces.

It's been a while, 6 years, since I've been to Sosua. I used to pay 80-150 for a night for some looking girls. Has that changed? Most posts I'm seeing guys are being charged by the hour. Also, what would be the best spots to go to, besides Rumbas? Used to go to Classico mostly.

Also, what would be the best spots to go to, besides Rumbas? Used to go to Classico mostly.Tinder my friend. Most of the high class girls that you can get with 150 usd (for 2 hours) will NOT go anywhere near the strip, or Rumba's, or the casino etc as they don't want to be associated with street girls or be around cops etc. Yes, if you want to stay out later at night you can find decent girls at the Casino or at Bailees, and they might go for 150 usd for the night. But they are to be 'consistent' working girls (even if they only come out a few weekends a month). The girls on Tinder are students and I don't think they get with guys that much. They are young, tight and clean. And it feels much more like a date where you don't know if you are to get any as many of the girls will NOT discuss money until when the act has begun or has finished. Many will take money for school or taxi etc. Take them out for drinks or dinner first, and it feels like a date and feels like you are conquering them when you get them in the sack rather than renting their services. It is much more fun in my mind. Street girls are much more mechanical, in and out, and often have depressed or bad attitudes where they would rather not be doing this with you.

Also, try the girls in Blue Ice which is next to Chez Montreal which is across from Rumbas. And report back who they are. I was curious what they were looking for and never went in and talked to them.

Just my 2 cents.

I met one high class chick and overpayed for 3 hours, but it was GOOD. Tight body, great attitude, great pussy, decent BBBJ, we tried CIM, and anal (with no success) etc. So much fun. It was so good, and I liked her so much, I met her a 2nd time and overpayed once more.

Finally, I met a 20 year old with no english, but cute and tight. She was nervous and naive. We hardly talked, but after a smoothie, she came back to my room without question, but then wouldn't kiss or do anything. I said I could give her money for her school, but she wouldn't budge. She wanted a boyfriend. I can respect that, but I am 30 years older than her, and we can't talk due to language. And I wanted to advise her to NOT go to a guys room if she doesn't plan on at least kissing, as a guy will get mad etc. It was a little naive on her part, I hope she stays safe (treat these girls well guys).

It is game on there, I got the girl to give a BBBJ for 3000 tip. Yes, I overpaid, but it was worth the experience. The 3rd was a place with Dominican girls on the main drag and the parlor is right on the street. There is no HJ there, and I heard the guy in the booth next to me ask for it, and get shot down, funny! On my 2nd trip there, the girl ask me if I wanted a HJ but told me to be quiet as it wasnt allowed. Fun times. But all in all, the parlors are sleezy, dirty, the massages bad, etc. But for 1000 p or 1200 p, it was an ok way to spend an hour.

I didn't make it to the Casino or the Ahnvee as it was Christmas, And I figured they were just to be the same girls off of Tinder asking for 100 usd per hour anyway.

Fun times, and its only a 2 hour flight from Miami, so rock on!!Nice honest report. The Sue can get frustrated for many of us; especially first timers. Out of frustration many of us often find ourselves paying more just to get the deed done. We have a pocket full of money however our dicks are harder than our patients or negotiation skills.

Unfortunately you did not overpay; you have establish the standard price. I mean if you over paid her the first time did you expect her to be cheaper than next?

You overpay once. Charge it to the game. You overpay twice. It's not considered the same.

I assume having a good time meant more than wasting time negotiating. I'm not passing judgment more than I'm understanding the scenario. You are the vein that keeps the Sue heart pumping.

Newbies take note. I too have been a victim of inviting chicas to my room without establishing my expectations. You cannot be passive expecting her to take the lead or things to just fall in place. Dominican women are used to aggressive and assertive men. These are the type of men they respect. Quite often many of us lose the fish we're trying to catch because we expect the fish to jump in the boat.

Damn I would hate to see how much it would cost to fuck her. Sosua has come a long way from the days of chicks gladly accepting 1000 pesos for all night. Who ever thought the day would come when a Dominican hooker not only asked, but could actually get $100 for 1 hour? I bet they are even shocked themselves. It is like a money tree just grew in the middle of Sosua. Looks like I can't afford that place anymore even if I wanted to go.

Outside the tropics is a different story. I'm naturally aggressive, and that style worked well in HS, then girls learned about feminism, and it was like butting heads. To those of you applying US rules to the girls down here, you're just going to be taken for a ride with no respect. Take control right from the start, tell them what you'll pay, don't ask, and you'll have better sessions.

Is flying into Santiago and taking the bus still a more cost and time effective move than flying into Puerta Plata? This topic was brought up in the past but I could not find the Convo. I also realize that there is no simple black and white answer but am looking more for a general comparison for a first time visit.

I also realize that there is no simple black and white answer but am looking more for a general comparison for a first time visit. As a Delta customer, the cheapest flight for me is into Santiago (based out of Salt Lake a Delta hub) so I can not tell you the difference on price between STI and PTO. I used to rent and drive but now that I stay several months at a time I have used Caribe Tours the last several trips. Cost wise from STI to the bus station in Sosua on my last trip is was 700 dop from the airport to the bus station at LOS Jardines, 220 pesos for the bus to Sosua and 300 pesos from the bus station to my hotel / condo in Sosua. That is about $22 at the current rate. The bus leaves every hour from Santiago and will take about 1. 5 hours to get to Sosua. With the bridge out maybe a little longer than that. The first bus leaves at 6:00 AM and the last bus at 7:00 PM takes about 1/2 hour to get to the station at LOS Jardines so if you flight lands after 6:30 PM you would need to factor a hotel room into the overall cost.

Metro Tours looks like it has 2 buses a day at 1:15 PM and 7:15 PM. The advantage is that Metro drops you in Sosua near the hotels and you would not need to use a taxi for the last mile. I assume the bus rates are similar but I have never used Metro Tours.

This is my experience of taking the bus from STI to Sosua others may have a different experience than me. I you do not speak any Spanish there might be a little difficulty with the airport taxi and understanding the buses leaving the station but it is very doable.

In my opinion, it is better to fly into POP and pay a few hundred extra. It's ten minutes away from town and less of a hassle and a safer much shorter trip. I flown into Santiago and Santo Domingo in the past but will never do it again when going to the Sue. The few hundred dollars extra is well worth it.

Flights to Santiago have terrible arrival times but are much cheaper, I fly into Santo Domingo for many dollars less then POP and spend the night with ladies I know. I rent a nice airbnb with a pool and gym for 60 bucks. In Santo Domingo I go to the mall catch a movie and a casino. I do an early Caribe Tour express bus. Gets to Sosua in just under 5 hours. I make about 6 trips a year so I am very high on saving money. Saving the 300 on my flights makes possible for more trips. I fly out of BWI airport. My trips cost me about $1200 total for a 5 day trip. Flight $350, airbnb $200 ,food $100 and women 550. I have been doing this for years and have no problem using the bus. I like starting in Santo Domingo to break the ice with a solid chicas who I know who give great service. If you are doing one trip a year or have big money POP is the best choice. Sometimes flights to POP can be $600 more then Santo Domingo. I just checked a decent flight to POP under 18 hours is over 900 bucks.

Many restos near Rumbas have open access, and homeless / crazy people stoll by endlessly, and it is annoying. That "resto" in your note is intriguing!

I'm not sure if anyone else is watching this play out but it appears that the locals are a little upset with the increased Youtube coverage of the "Mangos" in Sosua. There are a few channels (PudoTV being the most prominent) who would film almost daily all the chicas working the streets and the beach and got a lot of views. This year tourism is really down according to the local business owners and they were pointing the finger at the YouTube videos scaring away traditional tourists and attracting lower spending tourists chasing the mangos. So signs started popping up in shop windows telling people to stop posting on YouTube. Obviously, all the locals know the people who are posting the videos (like PudoTV) so within the last week the YouTubers have stopped showing chicas and started focusing on the beach and traditional beach vibe content. I'd be curious to hear how those conversations went between locals and YouTubers but in general, the less public it is, the better for those who want to continue to enjoy the scene and not risk public pressure on the government to make things change.

So they want people to stop showing what a major part of Sosua is really about in order to draw more normal tourist, that when they finally see what a major part of Sosua is really about, will then post reviews of what Sosua is really about? Think I would take my chance with the girlie videos if I was them, rather than have people come and be shocked and start spreading bad reviews. This is not going to go how they think it is.

Showcasing the hunnies is NOT the problem. You can easily go back 30 yrs and youll see the ladies plying their trade there. And the craziest part what no one EVER talks about is the fact that folks with family and kids has been coming down there as well as its honestly been the perfect blend. The best way that I can get folks to visual understand it, is how you constanly see baby strollers on the las vegas strip or kids hanging out in the casino in Vegas. Its been that way for over 30 yrs now as well so having the hunnies being showcase on YouTube is NOT the problem.

But I'll tell you what the problem is. Its these airline prices to fly into Puerto Plata. 900 dollars to fly from BWI into POP😡. These mouthafuckas are on the crack pipe. Meanwhile I can fly NON-stop for $550, down and back to punta cana. And folks are taking notice of these ridiculous price surge to POP and are choosing cheaper destinations.

Imagine telling your coworkers, girl, or family members I am going to Sosua and when they google it, all they see are young girls booties. Then scroll some more on youtube and end up clicking on a video of someone talking about women abuse etc.

Its not a good look, and those videos are the evidence used against sosua by people who want to change sosua.

I love youtubers but its ok to see one or two creep videos of a place but for the case of sosua there is way too much creep videos that it makes it hard to get the discreet monger.

Because in regard to that little beach town we call Sosua that ship has sailed! Everybody and there mother knows what Sosua is about. Trying to hide and be discreet about what's in Sosua is like my 7-foot tall ass trying to to play hide and seek at a lazor tag arcade🤣. When you go to Angeles City and head to the walking street everybody know what it is. Same in Pattaya. Or Vegas with its gambling and its high priced hoes. Trying to put lipstick and skirt on a pig to cover up the fact that it's not a pig has been done and failed miserably.

So who cares at this point if folk want to highlight the pig in all its glory for the world to see on YouTube. Let the pig do what it do as they should be more focus on keeping the pig play pen safe for when common folks want to play in the mud AND to also keep folks coming back for more with cheaper flights flying into POP.

I think the creep cams are one of the reasons Sosua is in such bad shape right up there with the police crackdowns that started in about 2015 is that chicks use to tell family members that they were going wherever now they might end up on a video in Sosua selling ass so they don't want to go.

I've been out of the loop for quit sometime. Getting back into it now. Got a few questions I'm hoping the vets can help me out with. What is the update with Passions? Is it still gone or did someone reinvent it? Is Sinatra's restaurant still alive?

Thanks for your help.

I did this and didn't quite get how bad a problem "the bridge" being out was. I'd heard some references to it for awhile but didn't get that buses are not getting from Santiago to Sosua. There are fewer times but they sell you a ticket to Sosua. The bus just hits a line of traffic in Montellano and turns around. It is possible and kinda terrifying and dangerous to take a Moto from there on. If you know what being on a Moto in heavy traffic is like it's doable. Get several for luggage too. There is the mountain road to Santiago but buses don't take that route.I took the bus from Santiago to Sosua Wednesday (1/11) without a problem. The route through Montellano adds about 20 minutes to the trip. The condo where I am staying is near the bus station and it appears the yellow busses are arriving from and leaving Sosua quire often. Maybe you just had bad luck with your trip.

Hi guys!

I am a former regular punter, who like many, got sidelined during COVID. But I am back, and am thinking of a trip.

I was cruising the forums and online and heard about Ahnvee. The last time I was in the DR was about 8 years ago, so this place is new to me. My experience in the DR is Blackbeards twice. I have also cruised Sosua on Saturday nights, as well as visited Oxygen in Cabarete way back in the day.

How does Ahnvee compare to Blackbeards? Is it like Blackbeards where the girls are vetted for psychos? Or is that pool bar area wide open to anybody? Is there a set price? Or does each lady negotiate on her own?

What I like about Blackbeards is that the girls are screened, and there is an incentive on the girls being good patrons, as ripping someone off or stealing will get them barred.

Thanks in advance!

I you do not speak any Spanish there might be a little difficulty with the airport taxi and understanding the buses leaving the station but it is very doable.Appreciate the reply. I will be flying from Houston and using Spirit with the Super Bowl weekend the target dates. Any lodging tips? Airbnb vs Hotel and things like that.

I just checked a decent flight to POP under 18 hours is over 900 bucks.Appreciate the response. Will be first time trip and short 5 day trip during SB weekend. Flying from Houston so STI and SDQ are comparable in price whereas POP is much more but closer. The budget you laid out us the exact same I have calculated for my 5 day trip. I am unsure how to send direct messages here but even without direct messages I'd be open to further advice such as Airbnb vs Hotel and things like that.

I made over 40 trips to Sosua in 12 years. In my opinion, it is better to fly into POP and pay a few hundred extra. It's ten minutes away from town and less of a hassle and a safer much shorter trip. I flown into Santiago and Santo Domingo in the past but will never do it again when going to the Sue. The few hundred dollars extra is well worth it.I can dig it. Once I get my first trip in the rear view I can make better future plans for the best airfare dates etc. Seems like that is the main thing with POP is to have as much advanced time as possible. I am not sure how to message but with so much good experience I would love to get whatever input you think is beneficial.

Thanks for replying. This will probably be my route as well. Any tips you have for a newbie are appreciated.I flew into STI a little over a week ago and not much has changed. For a newbie it will be much harder than POP for sure all depending when your flight arrives. Remember the last bus to Sosua is at 7:00 pm and you are at least 20 to 30 minutes from the bus stop. If you get in late the Hodelpa hotel is an expensive but nice place to stay and then catch the bus in the morning. I usually stay there when I leave because they have a shuttle and my flight is 6:00 AM. Something to think about when you leave.

Not sure about tips for a newbie but:

Get some money from the ATM to pay for taxi and bus. There are ATM's on your right as you exit the terminal. I take the max of 10,000 pesos.

If you look to your right you can see where the cars are paying to exit the airport. Across the street will be taxis that can take you to the bus station at Caribe Tours LOS Jardines. If you do not speak Spanish, you should print out "I need to go to the bus station Caribe Tours LOS Jardines" (Necesito ir a la estacion de autobuses Caribe Tours LOS Jardines) should cost around 700 pesos. I paid the driver 1000 pesos since he did a good job. Maybe you have the bus station location already in Google maps so you can make sure he takes you to the right place.

At the bus station, go inside and buy a ticket to Sosua. Look on the ticket for the time the next bus leaves and get on the bus. You will stop twice on the way to Sosua in Santiago and Puerto Plata. If there is no problems with the detour around the bridge, you should be there in a couple of hours. If the detour is plugged could take much more. From reading on DR1 dot com it appears the detour is ok unless one of those big trucks breaks down in that case some people are saying 2 to 3 hours for the detour otherwise 15-20 minutes for the detour.

Getting to the bus station and on the correct bus should be the hardest part of getting form STI to Sosua. Use the translator if need be and make sure you ask the price for the taxis before you get in. Should be around 700 pesos to the bus and 400 peso in Sosua. Have them show you the number if you do not understand. Biggest rip off is them over charging after you arrive at where ever you are going. Of course that applies to almost all transactions in the DR.

At Sosua if you have big luggage you can get a taxi. They will rip you off 400 peso to take you to your hotel.

I agree that flying into POP is less hassle and maybe best for short trips. I prefer to save the money and stay much longer so which ever works best for the person.

Hope this helps.

At Sosua if you have big luggage you can get a taxi. They will rip you off 400 peso to take you to your hotel.Definitely a rip off. That is like a 3 minute ride. Uber has the price from Los Charamicos where the Caribe Tours bus drops off as 112 pesos.

s.Sorry for asking questions that may have been answered already (I did a quick scan and couldn't find any though). For a 3-day stay at BlackBeards, would a budget of around 1 k USD be adequate (nothing extravagant)? Are the prices for chicas still the same (50 USD)? Thanks in advance.

Not sure about tips for a newbie but:I would not recommend Caribe Tours to a newbie (other than the fact that they have much more frequent trips to Sosua). To my mind, for a newbie, it makes a lot more sense to go the Metrobus terminus which is actually a stone's throw from Caribe in Santiago.

https://www.metroserviciosturisticos.com/horarios

That bus will take you to the heart of downtown Sosua and hence no more negotiating with some auto / taxi driver, that would be necessary with a Caribe bus trip and best be avoided for someone linguistically challenged as a new person might be.

From STI to Metro (or Caribe) bus station in Santiago should cost 300 pesos and another 100 pesos if one wants to tip. 700 or 1000 pesos? If you wish to splurge, fine!

Santiago to Sosua by bus: ticket price should be between 300 and 400 (Metro is slightly more expensive).

Either way they take the detour. Not usually too bad. About 15-20 minutes but it can be 3 hours. The big trucks can really fuck things up- honestly I would spend a couple hundred extra and fly to POP if you are going to Sosua.

All right guys. I'm an ISG vet, though most of my experience is limited to Havana. It was a difficult scene to maneuver in the best of times. But post COvid it seems that everything there has gone to shit. So I'm considering Sosua for my first post-Covid Caribbean sojourn.

I appreciate all the 411 from the OGs on Sosua. But with the wide range of opinions, I am a bit perplexed.

Bottom line: can I find girls that measure up to the quality of the attached pics (my Havana regulars) in Sosua if I visit in March?

I will be coming a long way (from Eastern Europe) so any info is sincerely appreciated.

Been to Thailand 2 times, on the second time there I found out that I don't get attracted to the thin and flat asses of Thai girls.

After I saw a lot of videos of Sousa and punta cana, I want to plan a trip to dr.

Before I buy the flight tickets, I want to know how much are the regular prices for Sousa and punta cana for a long time and a short time.

I know the price can vary from girl to girl and what she looks like, but I'm personally interested in young girls with nice ass, but I should know the limit prices for a hot girl.

I would appreciate the answers.

She asked me how much cell phones cost in the USA (as if she was in the market to buy one.) I told her that I did not know, but I assume the same as everywhere else there are different models for different prices. I told her that she could look online to see.

Then she sends me a picture and says her screen is cracked and asked if I could buy one for her. I said no and told her to go to the store to get the screen fixed. Then in textbook Dumbminican DaMe she claimed it was just a test (as they all say to avoid embarrassment when you say no to a request) and said she does not have any money. What is she going to do, steal one? Then she called me a miserable asshole and blocked me.

I get what I want for the price I want. I am not looking for free pussy in the DR and I have never pimped women. My girls give me satisfaction and I love Sosua. Mr E almost never goes to Sosua and fronts as an expert. I go 6 times a year and love every minute. The vast majority of girls give decent service and this why so many guys keep coming back. From my many visits Dominican women out number the Haitians 4 to 1. On weekends there are several hundred girls trying to get paid. The scam chicas are easy to peep out. I am sorry that 1500 peso pussy is no longer on the table but you can always go to a cheap casa and fuck on a dirty couch.

Unc,-V.You can find hot girls. The trick is finding hot girls that give good service.

Most of the Hotels have good 24 hour security.

I always tip the night time security 20 bucks a week during my stays.

He gets the message and I get a little peace of mind.

The New Garden security is good plus the location is excellent.

My biggest complaint about New Garden is the noise level being generated from the morning breakfast crowd, motor conchos and the Little League baseball field spectators.

Check out the Sosua Hotel forum on this site for more specific info.

Does a domestic exchange spot offering 51.1 Dom pesos to USD beat what you actually get after fees if you wait until in DR?

Does a domestic exchange spot offering 51.1 Dom pesos to USD beat what you actually get after fees if you wait until in DR?Saturday I got 54.94 from the ATM at Banco Popular. Using my Scswab card I get the fees refunded each month.

I am sure exchanging cash will get you closer to the current 57.16 rate. There are many places to exchange dollars for pesos in Sosua.

That quoted price shocked me bc usually you get a better rate exchanging to the visiting country's currency before you get there. I just wanted to make sure that was indeed a worse rate than what I could get once in DR.

I usually go to Costa Rica or Panama City but decided to return to the DR as I had some Air Canada miles to use before the endo of March. Flying into Santiago and returning from Santo Domingo as the flight availability, schedule and cost into POP was horrible.

A few questions:

(1) How much trouble will I have finding an Uber in Santiago to go to my hotel in Sosua. I should be through immigration about 2 pm if all goes well. I have read about taking the bus but it seems like a lot of hassle and time cabbing to the station and then catching the bus. I would rather bite the bullet and just pay the extra dollars for the Uber or worst case a taxi.

(2) I booked at the Hotel Garant and Suites in Boca Chica. I stayed before at the Frio Hot and frankly wasn't thrilled with it. Anyone have any feedback. I do realize it is a block or so off the main drag but I don't plan on being out too late.

(3) I am going to take the bus to Santo Domingo from Sosua. I see two options. Metro and Caribe. Anyone have any feedback on which might be better as far as comfort, convenience, proximity to downtown Sosua or Boca Chica, etc.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks in advance for any help.Uber apprently isn't used in this area. I flew into Santiago recently. I asked at the information booth where I could catch uber, they said that Uber didn't service the airport. When I was in the Puerto Plato area, I asked several locals, they said basically no Uber in that area. A cab from the airport will be $90-100 US. If the cab employees ask if someone else can ride with you, renegotiate the price.

Thanks in advance for any help.If you can get Metro or Carribe straight thru from Santiago to Sosua take them. When I tried in January the bridge being out prevented that but there seem to be funky alternate bus routes so maybe they are operating. Find out what is really happening because that bridge will be out for months. The bus is comfortable and modern and costs about $5. A taxi costs $100 and wouldn't get you there meaningfully faster. Another alternative is get a drivers number from a regular on the forum and contact them in advance by WhatsApp. That’s what’s used by everybody in the RD. If you don't have WhatsApp get it and learn to use it. Uber operates in theory but its in app prices are way out of line with what any driver would actually accept so you have to negotiate and pay in cash anyway. You can get an Uber to respond thru the app though.

Metro and Carribe are very similar so take whichever suits your schedule better. In Sosua, the Carribe Station is by Charimicos at the other end of the beach where you probably aren't staying. Metro drops off right across from Playero supermarket and you could walk to any of the "downtown" hotels / bars from there if you wanted. Easy enough to get a Moto or taxi from either so it hardly matters.

.I have stayed at the Hotel Garant and Suites in Boca Chica twice but the last time was pre-Covid. Rooms were decent and you got a free breakfast with the room. Couldn't really complain and will stay there again if ever in Boca Chica. There were usually some girls hanging out around the hotel if you get too lazy. It is about a two blocks from the beach and up a slight hill.

Last time I went form Sosua to Santo Domingo, I took Caribe tours and then a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. If you can get the bus that bypasses Santiago that is the way to go and will cut about an hour off your trip.

There were several hanging around helping people get their luggage out of the bus. They try to pressure you to get in their taxi so be on guard. I think a couple of years ago the taxi to Boca Chica was around 1000 pesos ask before agreeing to anything.

It looks like the buses are arriving in a timely manor at the Caribe Tours station so the detour around the bridge is not a great problem. The biggest problem was when on of those big trucks broke down and shut down traffic for quite a while.

The staff at Garant will get a cab for you in less than 10 minutes.

Taxi cost appx $25 from Garant to Metro Station in Santo Domingo.

Both Metro and Caribe are very reliable. My only complaint is that there's no overhead storage area inside the bus for your luggage.

Your suitcase must be stored underneath the bus.

Just rebooked my stay at Casa Valeria directly with the hotel and saved a few dollars on the booking based on what my reservation on Agoda was going to cost. They also had private transfer from STI to the hotel for $81. I went ahead and booked the taxi to save the hassle.

The only downside booking direct with the hotel was a 10% deposit that is 100% refundable if reservation cancelled before 30 days prior to checkin. Within the 30 day period, less and less is refundable. With Agoda you could cancel with a full refund up to the day before checkin.

Quick question.

Is classicos still a hot spot on weekends.

Where's the night time action?

Thinking about a quick weekend so price watching won't be my thing.

I was going to tell you it is more expensive now as all the girl will ask for a least 100 dollars short time but will take alot less you should be paying in pesos. Was that 100-150 the short or long time rate. If the rate you gave was the short time rate they were ripping you off back then so it might be cheaper in your case now.

What about in Rhumba itself? It attracts certain clientele, and looks like a bingo parlor but is successful commercially with the prices they charge. However you can spot $100 divas there, so you fancy anyone that's the place to pull the trigger. Take a seat at the table, make an offer and off to you room.

I usually went out to the clubs on the strip and picked up a girl around 11-1 am. My driver would take us to a motel and she would stay til 7 am. Issue for me was my boy had a timeshare and no "guests" allowed. I missed the passions days by a few months so my only 2 times there wasn't that impressed so I moved onto Med. Stayed at Ahnvee (I know, I now know) big mistake. The place is a shell of what it used to be dead like you wouldn't believe. They serve no food at at all. Rooms are the bare bones, have a slight smell with the dirtiest and cheapest towel. Advice don't stay or go.

The cafe across the street is decent and Sosúa family gym gets the job done.

Ahnvee did add a strip club which had about 5-7 girls working. About 3-4 being solid. What's strange is, there is a two drink minimum that was never enforced. The girls will dance on you at your request for no tips. You can touch, etc. But they can't leave until 3 am for room calls. LOL. Just strange.

I didn't see a major decline in Sosua beach and the street that Rumba / Kings is on was extremely busy as usual.

I would say most women ranged from 5-8. A lot of fake butts and overweight women. Of course decent ones sprinkled in. I saw a few ones slim or skinny athletic with a nice ass. If they're younger, 18-24, might be worth the test drive.

One observation I'll share is, many women, if not all came out the gate quoting $100+ USD. Funny enough, if you showed you knew what the hell were talking about and (not laugh at them) but counter like you know your ass from your elbow, 3000 pesos was easy to negotiate down.

Lastly, most were willing to do BBBJ. In my experience, if I told them no, I wouldn't enjoy the BJ w / condom and just declined the whole arrangement, they got with the program.

All in all. I had a great time. Not so much for Sosúa women but the company I went down there with.

Better places to go (Colombia & Brazil) but taking any group of guys out for their first adventure, it's a great first time out the house.

If you knew you were out of cash then you should have been at the airport extra early ready to get out of there. If you did not have $100 to spare (not even credit cards) then you should not have gone in the first place.

I will take the plunge and will be in Sosua March 29-April 4. I figure the only way to understand the scene and see if it is for me is to go down and see it myself.

I am staying at Alicia Beach Hotel and have a much more expensive room (a triple -the only room they had) on standby at New Garden until I hear final confirmation from Alicia. I can still cancel a few on booking a few days before I arrive.

I am keeping my expectations low. I am ready to wife up for the duration of the trip with the first hot young chica that gives good GFE (by my prety high standards).

Plan be is to do a few STs to get the Sosua notch on my belt and just enjoy the sun, sand, rum and food.

I promise to be firm on price - 3000ST max. Negotiate form there if the girls is wife up material after the 2nd ST.

At least that is the plan.

Will post my experiences and welcome any suggestions from the esteemed Sosua vets on ISG.

Keep it simple just go to Baileys and King / Rumba to see the ladies. On the week ends the Casino is a must see couple 100 ladies sporting their stuff.

Lots of good places to eat. The beaches are nice so go to Sosua and Caberreti. Both are good but different. Take time to vet your girls. Avoid the overly anxious women. They tend me the scammers. Youi pick the girls do not let them pick you.

.Thanks, man. Yes, that is what I am hoping to do. And to be careful. I hear lots of pickpockets around and that many Chicas have sticky fingers.

BTW: I have two reservations now. Standard Kin at Alicia (all they have available) for around 300 or triple room for 500 at New Garden. New Garden is supposed to be one of the best, but I don't think it's worth an extra 200 for a 6-day stay. Do I have this right?

Only reason I am overthinking this is that I think you or another BM mentioned that there was a murder at Alecia a few years ago and some chica are reluctant to go to that hotel.

Whereas with Nana I have bene there, seen it, and remember the glory days there.BTW: I didn't complain about Nana FLs. I was talking about the Gogos there. The FLs there seem alright. Though hard for me to find one I am attracted to. I even saw a few cute ones last time I was at Hillary.

I agree with him going to Sosua. I have been to Nana Plaza and Sosua and know which one I prefer. He has not been to Sosua. Not everyone rolls the same way.Yeah but you and I don't agree about anything on this board. I have the opposite view of just about every post of yours I have ever read.

Thanks, man.

Only reason I am overthinking this is that I think you or another BM mentioned that there was a murder at Alecia a few years ago and some chica are reluctant to go to that hotel.New Garden can be hit or miss. Never stayed at Alicia beach but from what I've heard, it isn't exactly luxury. That being said. I don't think the average new garden stay is worth $200 more for 6 days. I wouldn't look to stay at either of those hotels but they are both close to the action.

I can't see how anyone who does not have a black fetish could like Sosua over Bangkok the only plus is that Sosua is cheaper but what the girls ask for is not far off. The freelancers in Bangkok and Pattaya where I live look better than what your going to get in Sosua and the price for freelancers is cheaper in Thailand where Thailand cost more is if your getting the girls from gogos.

Hi all,

Need some advice in terms of where in Dominican republic should I visit (Sosua / Santo Domingo / Santiago? What I like:

1. Lighter skinned girls: I understand that this is not Europe and not expecting white girls, but I prefer somewhat lighter skinned than dark / black girls. When I check out some of the photos as BlackBeards resort, I am not impressed.

2. High quality GFE: I am not constrained by price, and ok to pay higher prices for top quality girls.

3. Safety in a nice resort / hotel: I prefer to stay in a nice hotel / resort with good food options, and safety.

What would you recommend? Which city in DR should I go? Where should I stay? And where can I find some high quality GFE girls?

I have had the pleasure of mongering in few places in the Latin world for your reference:

1. Medellin is definitely my top choice: great girls (super GFE), white skinned (which I mostly prefer), relaxed laid back options at Hotel Mansion. I can party with the girls, go out to parque Lleras and eat at restaurants / party with them etc. Before bringing them back to hotel for whole night of fun.

2. San Jose (Costa Rica): this place has slowed down over the years, and HDR / sportsmens lodge were good.

3. Tijuana: not a huge fan of this place. Girls are transactional, is a strip club experience which I just hate.

Stay at Alicia where you have management to take care of you. Almost every place has history of murders, overdosed dead, owners kidnapped etc.

That is why I do not go near gogos, but if I do then I am getting a chick's number for when she is off work. Here in Pattaya I give chicks $28-$32 for all night. In Sosua it appears chicks are asking for $100 for short time and guys are trying to talk them down to $55-$80. I do not know what skin tone would have to do with it. Chicks are just as dark in Pattaya as they are in Sosua.

But remember that we are speaking from a perspective of having been to both places. If people have not been to one or the other then I would definitely recommend going to see for yourself.

Thats if you consider dudes in a skirt a pretty women 🤣 LOL. Everytime you step to a freelancer you most likely have to flat out ask if she's really a dude. And even then have to physically check to make sure she's not lying. We don't have that down here. We clearly know what's a women and don't have to worry about will I be banging a pretty women with a cock at the end of the night. So yeah good luck with that.

That's the biggest reason I have never been. Sosua is a 5 HR direct flight out of JFK. For the weekend warrior Bangkok is out of the question. Sosua pre-pandemic was a must see for every monger. It was a fun weekend. That being said I could see it getting boring after 2-3 weeks. Some of the best service and treatment I ever got was from the Haitians in Sosua. I had one sing to me in creole one night haha. Not my cup of tea, but made for a memorable moment. I plan to go back within the next 18 months or so, I just hope some of the pre-pandemic Sue is still around. Miss those Presidentes. Anyone think Classicos will ever return?

If it is a first trip to DR, I don't see how you can't spend at least 2/3 days in sosua. Have to. Hotels? I'the recommend casa valeria or sosua inn. Stayed at Europa recently and it really wasn't bad. Food wasn't great and facilities a little order but you have everything. Security. It even has a stove which casa valeria and sosua inn won't have. But it's probably $35 cheaper per night. Casa valeria is more quaint and I felt made more friends. Sosua inn you can have more than one guest at a time if you're into 3 some (or more) & has Bailee's downstairs. A classic. You can find the lightskin chicas roaming Bailee's or rumbas or the casino at night.

Most of the light skin chicas are going to come from the inner parts of the island even though you can find them all over. If you want to guarantee one, dominican cupid or tinder ahead of time. But I can just about guarantee you'll run into one easily in sosua. You'll run into one in Santo Domingo or even at the airport but I don't know you (or her) haha so I can't say if she'll be available to you. Sosua. 100%(99?

The DR has every kind of women you could want all shapes and colors in Sosua. Starting on Thursday there several 100 girls strollng the clubs and streets. One third of them are light skin. If your money is right you can have what ever you want. I like brown thick women. However there are plenty of light bright girls selling that ass in Sosua. Sosua is easy access from the states and everything is reasonable and negotiable. Girls can ask for the moon but you control the deals. Quality determines how much you pay. There are some girls who ask for 100 and can get it. On my last trip I had several girls who asked for 3 k pesos. Taylor made dreams moved to Thailand and states women there are not up to DR standards. Of course you have all kinds there as well but the average girls there weighs about 90 lbs. Thailand has its advantages but a 4 figure flight price is not one of them. I am a weekend warrior these days so Thailand is out of the questions. I do 5 or 6 days about 10 girls and leave a happy man. P.S. There are some great airbnb options. Keep it simple guys no need to over think things. Sosua is a layup any body can have a great time no game needed. The ladies are there and know what you want. Not to mention no need for transportation or Spanish.

Anyone think Classicos will ever return?Once those kind of places are gone they do not come back. And I think the sky is falling. When I passed through a couple of weeks ago there were more normal tourists in the area than I have seen before. And with the land already cleared for that new hotel, mongering in Sosua might be on the way out the door.

Sosua is attracting some big money. Along with the normal tourists I saw some beautiful new construction very upscale. I think the mongering is safe for the near future. The night life is not as in your face as it use to be. Closing Classicos was key to muting the monger look. It attracted several hundred clients during its hay day clogging the streets with hookers on the main drag The police are not chasing girls like they were a few years ago. Sosua has a lot of positive features that make it a nice vacation spot for a wide range of people.

Nice suggestion on Sosua inn! CHecked their photos. Looks like a pretty good set of rooms / suites. I like that.

Do girls in Sosua (or Dominican republic in general) are on Facebook as well and I can setup dates through that? What will be a good way for me to get started on Sosua girls on Facebook? I have 100's of girls lined up in Medellin, as I started with a few in Hotel mansion, and then kept adding their friends, their friends of friends etc. Any suggestions / names of girls on Facebook in Sosua I can get started with? Please feel free to DM me, and I can in exchange share girls in Medellin as well.

Thanks, guys for the comments and suggestions.

At the end of the day, our tastes and experiences are so different that reading the board will only get you so far.

You got to go and see things for yourself.

I do like to imagine Sosua being packed with beautiful light-skinned girls. Thanks Oldkool for that lovely thought.

It's hard to compare girls from different regions as they are so different and appeal to me in different ways. Sometimes I am in the mood for an Asian girl and other times for a Caribbean hottie. I really dig them both and hard for me to pick one over the other in overall terms.

Stay horny my friends!

When I was in the Sue earlier this year, there was a security guard downstairs at Classicos during the day. I asked if they were going to be open that evening. He told me they were currently closed but hoping to open in a few weeks. Not sure if I have read why they are closed.

Headed back down to Sosua March 28 for 5 nights the two nights in Boca Chica before my return flight from SDQ. Flights in POP were just WAY to much from my hometown so flying into STI and returning SDQ.

I'm more of a bar guy as opposed to the social media / dating apps. I'd give that a try but for a short trip it doesn't seem worth due to the chance of no shows.

Now I have read the forum carefully but I am trying to get a handle on the bars where I might encounter some company. My short list based on what I have read is:

Bar Central.

Rumba Kings.

Casino at Playa Chiquita (late night).

City Lights.

Plan be (some occasional traffic).

Cheers (again just occasional traffic).

I did read that the Ahnvee is operating a strip club. Is that still the case? What are the hours? I wouldn't plan to pull from there but it might be a decent diversion for a couple of hours.

Also is the bar at the Casino of Pedro Clisante still an option or have they all moved to Playa Chiquita? I was there just after Covid and except for Ahnvee it was the only place open after 10 pm.

Any feedback or information on the current bar scene would be appreciated.

Thanks.

My budget for this trip was 3000 $ and came back with 1 k+.

Wednesday:

Got settled in at the Alicia Beach Hotel and went to bailey's restaurant to get something to eat. Around 3, headed to the beach. Not a lot of chica's around and was pretty damp outside. Met a moto guy (Lets call him johnny) that spoke english. We chat and he says wanted to be my personal driver because he has a car. I said bet, pretty much a guide / translator / personal driver in one. We negotiate 250 $ to take me anywhere I wanted at any time for my 5 day stay. So we went on ran all the little errands that I needed. Helped me get cheap moble data, gave me all his insights / perspective of sosua. We were talking about the chicas and he ended up taking me to this place that's 10 min outside sosua towards puerto plata (Most likely will never do something like this again LOL). Says its a place only Dominicans go to because woman are cheaper and Guaranteed to have good service or your money back from the owner. So we walk into this place that look like a hollowed out cemented hut off the road of the main strip. Further in you can see a alley way with doors. Basically on full guard watching the 2 chicas behind me and johnny talking to the guy (Dominican pimp?) to get the girl from the alleyway. The girl johnny was raving about was a thick busty dominican chicka that looks heavier than the pictures he showed me (We obviously didn't share the same kind of taste in women LOL). Things felt too sketchy so I said I'll think about it and we headed back to sosua. Made a quick trip to Ahnvee to check it out during the day. 5 of the stripper chicas relaxing in a group sitting near the pool with their tops off. Went to sit / chat with them for a little bit. God, the sexual tension sitting in the middle with them rubbing on me was crazy. I didn't want to to stay too long so we left.

Around 6 pm it started pouring raining. Johnny says he will be back with his car when I need him later tonight. I said cool and headed to Rumba for some food, drinks, and numbers for few hours. On my way back to my hotel a chica that speaks okay english stops me. I just remember her having a cool vibe to her and being down to just having drinks at my place. Long story short, she strips the moment she gets in my room and I said fuck it to the 5 k pesos. 20 min in she started switching up and started asking if I came yet. Few minute says I need to finish. Killed my whole vibe went soft. Told her forget it and go. Had the nerve to ask for a propina. No leche no propina, and gave a sad silent walk out my hotel.

Annoyed (even though I know better and did it to myself) I texted Johnny what happend. "Told you bro bla bla bla, Sosua chicas blahblah blah". I wanted make myself feel better, so we went back to Ahnvee to have drinks and enjoy the show. Was in there till 3 am. In that time, I had a few beers, a good show and dance from all the girls and a hot private dance from my 2 favorite in the VIP in the back. The one girl Candy stood out from the rest and took her back to my place. Every bit of amazing. No complaints. Johnny was waiting to drive her back and went to bed at around 4:30 am. Spend almost 15 k pesos that night.

Ahnvee. Property seem to be getting neglected. I heard the owner started getting greedy and turned everyone off. Apparently, he would keep charging people who come in and out. Even though they paid initially for the entry wristband. Still seems like a good place to go for a night if the strippers are active, but not so much as a place to book a few nights in.

Thursday:

Woke up around 11 am and came down for the free breakfast. Johnny was there waiting at the bar. Chatted while I ate and decided to check out a few adult resorts in puerto plata. First one was Oasis where mostly average cute looking chicas worked. Chilled there for a little to see how the resort works. They all spoke only spanish. Johnny negotiated with 1 of the 12 chicas there about a all day and night deal for 150 $ and she agreed. Told her we would come back after seeing the other resort (Don't remember the name but it was in a gated community area with security drive through). The Gated Resort had a bunch of average young chicas that look new to the lifestyle. Had a good number of guest but nothing special. Seems better maintained than Oasis.

After touring the Gated resort, I got hungry and Johnny showed me a popular restaurant called "Parada La Playa". It was after eating here that Johnny started showing his true intentions LOL. The Whole ride back to Oasis, just him trying to convince me to be a investor in starting up his business he wants to start. He was literally pitching his heart out like his life depended on the 20 min ride (Puerto Plata is huge). Bye the time we got back to Oasis, I just didn't feel like spending all day with this chicka that spoke no english. Cheap price wasn't important to me, connection is everything.

After a long drive back to Sosua, Johnny wanted half the money on our agreed deal to. I let him know I didn't appreciate him changing it around now and had to let him go after giving him half.

It's 8 pm now and went to get some food, do some sight seeing, and number collecting close to Rumba. Ran into 2 darkskin dominican chicas that spoke okay english. They agreed to 4000 pesos each. They offered to drive me back in their car. I hop in and say lets start off in the car. We were at it in her black Geep for a few minutes until we decided to finish in the room.

Friday:

Spent the day exploring around sosua and the beach. Met up with Angel from my last trip and she spent the night.

Saturday:

Had breakfast with Angel. We ended up going to the monkey jungle + Ziplining. Amazing experience. Angel called and made the reservation when we were at breakfast. They tried to make me pay 7500 pesos for us both when we got there. In spanish, Angel was speaking to someone that said it was 5500.

On the way back, Angel mentioned there was restaurants at the bottom end of the Alicia Beach Hotel. I never new this. Angel couldn't join me, but jeez. That dam view! Fucking beautiful. Food amazing. 10/10.

6-8 pm, Under cover evil succubus came and took my soul. I'm going to purposely leave out some details because this person not a street girl because I met her where she worked and told me she recently got out of a relationship (Maybe she was retired? Early 30's maybe). Situation was completely unplanned and a lucky occurrence. Body A+, English A+, Banter / Flirting A+, CIM / swallow / full eye contact, dirty talking, aggressive kissing, no comdom, tit job, Femdom? (Lowkey think she was a female dominatrix in the past). Told me to spit in her mouth at one point. Full Demon. Best I ever had. Right before I was ready to blow when I was beating that beautiful giant ass from the back, she unexpectedly threw herself to the floor and sucked / eat every last drop. Bruh. My legs were literally buckling and caused me to flop on the bed trying to regain composure. She was there for a little over a hour and wanted 150 $ in pesos. Gave it to her so fast she that she couldn't even finish her sentence LOL.

Sunday:

Spent breakfast at the Alicia Beach restaurant with the ocean view with Angel. Left for my flight around 12 pm.

Chicks at Oasis go for $60 on the premises. The gated place you are talking about is Costambar and Blackbeard's is there. The hut places has been reported on several times here by guess who? Non Dominicans. The pimp charges over $120 and will deliver the chick to your room.

Johnny figured if you were fool enough to pay him $250 and those chicks all the money you were willing to pay then why shouldn't he try to rip you off for more. You are showing up with such a large budget for the place you are going and people do not mind separating you from it.

They tried to make you pay 7500 at the Monkey Jungle + Ziplining for you both, because that is the actual price on their website! 3750 per person for the combo. Maybe the other person had a different package! Took me 2 seconds to find that.

A little research goes a long way. Come on man, if you do not even know of Blackbeard's it shows you have done no research at all. But who needs research if they show up in a third world country planning to spend $600 per day. Prime example of how Sosua went to shit due to the weekend millionaires.

Overall you seemed to have enjoyed yourself though.

LOL. Great report as usual. You told us that you had learned your lesson, but it appears not. Chicks at Oasis go for $60 on the premises. The gated place you are talking about is Costambar and Blackbeard's is there. The hut places has been reported on several times here by guess who? Non Dominicans. The pimp charges over $120 and will deliver the chick to your room.

https://monkeyjungledr.com/All these bitter condescending jabs isn't it. We get it, you have knowledge and experience. But doesn't mean you need to disrespect anyone sharing their experience with a bigger budget than yours. You fail to realize it's already over and only a small majority that come to sosua use this website for information. As we speak, the new generation of travelers are making stupid youtube videos and tiktoks titled "Sosua baddies: NO RIZZ NEEDED". Angel literally tells and shows me guys wanting to pay her 450 $. I watch dudes literally pull out stacks of cash out their money bags strapped around them. You shaming individuals in this small community of 10% isn't going to change the majority of 90% of travelers.

Now, do you really need to make it look like me or anyone else is dumb? Like really? I know its only 60 $ on the property. That was the whole point of Johnny showing me. 150 $ was taking her back with me all day and night, as oppos to paying sosua lechi mami's 5000 for 1 hour.

Jungle + Zipline, no shit its 7500 from the website, I know. The point is the prices on websites are gringo prices. Angel calling in making the reservations as a Dominican got it for 2000 cheaper.

Johnny showed his value. He may have gotten a little ahead of himself but he was literally helping me for hours translating and showing around Puerto Plata in his car. He earned what he got and only let him go when he tried to change the terms of the deal. No hard feeling from both ends, just business.

I said I came back with 1 K + with my 3 k budget, so that's almost $2 k for Food, drinks, chicas, hotels, transportation, etc for 5 days. Single paycheck for me. Could you penny pinch and made it through with 1 k? Absolute. Just be okay with going to Supermarcado for all your meals. Don't plan on drinking a lot of alcohol (if you do, only el presidente). Find one chica a day where you can negotiate down to 2500 - 3000 pesos and promise a propina for being good for a whole hour (recommend an average haitian). Don't bother going to anyone for the $60 - $120 hotel rooms, find a basic room for $25-$40. Don't bother going on any excursions. Spend all your time at the beach and watch all the beautiful women walk bye and enjoy the atmosphere. Live the experience you want, fuck everyone else. I had a budget and stayed under it. That's it.

Tips for new guys:

1) Open a bank account that have no foreign transaction fees and put your budget in that. Whether it's $1 k or $2 k.

2) Bring a backup phone (android) and get service or data on it. Johnny introduced me to a guy who gave me data for 5 days because clearo wanted me to buy 6 month service only. Didn't see a Clearo store in POP airport.

3) Never accept the 5000 peso offer. Counter with 2500 if she's average or 3000 if she's a baddie. Always pay after and promise a propina based on how good she is for the whole hour. If she pulls a leche papi, just tell her to go and give her 2500, not worth it. Just choose better next time buy feeling them out through conversation.

4) Alicia Beach Hotel still my favorite. 60 $ a night. Daily cleaning with fresh towels, free breakfast, friendly staff that takes care of you, security, chica friendly.

5) If you doing want to go out much and have everything taken care of for you and your on a tight budget then consider staying at one of adult resorts like Oasis in Puerto Plata instead of Sosua if you like them young, natural, and average.

All these bitter condescending jabs isn't it.Relax. Vets always get annoyed when other fellas throw big bucks around. Just think about folks who travel for months at a time. Idiots who pay $450 to a Sosua street girl (of course, you can be sure she did embellish a little) make it worse for everyone else, and that's a goddam truth. Why do you think these papaleches are so anxious? Because while you're pounding her, in her mind there are weekend warriors out there willing to throw money around like it's monopoly bucks.

Here is one tip if you have an unconstrained budget. Forget hotels with their lousy cramped rooms and book a pool villa or ocean-view penthouse. Vacation rentals are still affordable in Sosua, and girls love them. I'd rather spend my money on surrounding myself with a little luxury than overpaying for a pussy.

My budget for this trip was 3000 $ and came back with 1 k+.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Honestly, I can't say how well you did, as I have never been. But it sounds like you at least got a couple of memorable sessions out of the trip.

I will say that I'd be a little hesitant is taking a girl for LLT right off the bat like you did with the girl from POP. I usually like to go for an ST first. But I don't know the context. Maybe she was an absolute stunner or you may have hit it off with her right away. Life is short and in those kinds of situations it may be worth it to give it a shot.

I will be there at the end of next week for 6 days, also staying at Alicia Beach, and promise to make at least one informative post about my trip.

I enjoyed your report. You should spend your money as you please. However best practices no one needs a pimp in Sosua. I would not engage any hanger ONS in the DR. Just by going to Rumbas Bailees and the beach you see scores of willing women anxious to have sex at reasonable rates. The women have very little control of pricing. There are 3 or 4 girls for every guy and they are desperate for dollars. If yu carry your self with confidence the women will be your play things.

All things are possible however you will be looking long and hard for a decent girl for under 3 k. I pay 3500 pesos for most of my short term action. I pick attractive women with a bit of style. There are some women on the side streets who fuck for cheap but I choose not to entertain them.

If you have to pay a chick more than 3000, maybe it just means you are a terrible negotiator.Being a good negotiator don't mean shit in the SU. Its like what Bruce Lee once said in Enter the Dragon. Don't think, FEEL!! You're always "thinking" about how to secure the best deal while Oldkool is "feeling" out the person and figures giving just an additional 500 pesos more (so 3500 total) will give him a better experience or at the very least greater the odds that she won't pull the papi leche bull because he made her feel that she's still getting a solid deal as well and not feel like she's being lowball at a chopshop auto dealership.

And its funny both of yall will often get the outcome you so desire, where as you get the price that you want from a fine female so consequently more often then not youll get females asking for that quick papi leche nut with her pants halfway down her ass and a half a tit out her blouse because she got to go soon, and Oldkool meanwhile gets the better overall experience with her fully naked in bed, legs up in the air, ready for you to go balls deep all because he paid little bit more.

So you got to ask yourself is 500 peso that so important to you that you giving her a little more will greatly increase your odds of having a good sexual experience (9 yrs of NO papi leche in the SU is actually MOST impressive from Ok) OR is saving that additional $9. 14 cents absolute paramount to you regardless of it'll lowering your odds of getting good service, all because because you don't want to feel like you're getting suckered like you think the rest of your peers are getting.

These are solid girls, I have a good ST, and don't get the "leche papi". All it takes is a little effort. If their body language is shit, don't approach. If they quote a price immediately in dollars, move on. They need to wait for your offer. I feel this is common sense. Would you cross the street without looking both ways? Start up a conversation, vet the girls a little, enjoy the hunt. Guys who overpay either feel they have to for some reason, don't have self confidence, can't speak Spanish, didn't do any research, or just don't care. Unless you're looking for some specific unicorn, it's not difficult to get a decent girl for a good price.

In Medellin centro street girls can be had for 10-20 $. And I wouldn’t bang 90% of them for free.

Quality of women mean something.

Some guys look at a beat up Honda and says it does the same thing as a 100 k Bentley. It gets me from point a to point be.

It's all about what satisfies us individually.
The only thing I consider “overpaying” is if you paid 100k for the beat up Honda.

Rarely have I gone into a place and wanted to bang 90% of the chicks there no matter how pricey it is. I usually concentrate on the few chicks I like without putting emphasis on the ones I do not like. Who goes to a car lot to point out all the cars they would not buy? But you go to a mongering spot to highlight the chicks that do not appeal to you.

Last time I spent more than 15 minutes in Sosua I asked one of those chicks that I would not fuck for free how much, and she said the same $100 as everyone else. Whenever I walk into a hoarhouse every chick from the one I like the best to the one I would not fuck for free is the same price.

The price someone paid tells you nothing about the chick or the experience. If that was the case someone could put a bunch of 10,000 peso chicks in a room and you would go in to pick with a blindfold on. But I seriously doubt you would do that.

They will give you a sim card with 200 pesos on it for 700.200 is lots for 5 days data. That is what you want. They all use Whatsapp. You can recharge the phone at the same store. You can probably tell them to do the internet for you too, but if not then you just press *111# and do it yourself. I always add my credit on etopuponline before I go since I already have a number, then when I land I do the *111# deal to activate my internet.

I see a lot of questions about where to get the sim cards locally and so forth. Just for the newbies, if you have a T-Mobile phone (and of course if you are from the US), your phone would be switching over to the local network at say tentatively 3 G /4 G speed. This means you do not need a new sim card, a second phone and money to charge the card. Once you are at the hotel, the wifi would do the job. That's that. Attention: if you are using the phone to call someone, that would be pricey (20 cents a minute if I recall it used to be), using T mobile voice which is easily skirted if you use whatsapp for your calls / texts even internationally, which means essentially you are using data only and not voice.

I am afraid I do not know if AT&T or Verizon has similar deals internationally but I have had T mobile for ever and it is one less hassle, ever since they launched the international connectivity part.

You may need to talk to them before leaving to ensure it's available to you. Connectivity in 210 destinations. It works in DR.

You can unlock your phone to add a local SIM to it once you get there but should have service to call Uber or use WhatsApp to text your chica. (you would want to unlock the phone before leaving the country. Can be done on AT&T website through a request).

Is this sound advice? In Plaza Colonial (Next Door to Banco Popular on Alejo Martinez) it's in the rear left side of the plaza. Passport not needed. Exchange at WU in the plaza across from the Playero Supermercado, or The Inside of Playero Supermercado. Bring passport.

You could also exchange at Caribe Express next door to Super Pola Supermercado. Bring passport. There is an exchange office / booth as you walk on that short street from Bailee's towards Pedro Clisante. It's on the right side of the street. ATM's in Sosua is risky, or the exchange rate on your money is not good. Definitely do not use the ATM at Banco Nacional across from the big Playero Supermercado, your card may be compromised. Several people have reported their card being compromised when they used it in the Supermercado. As well. I'm thinking a card reader was used.

Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay can be used at the cash registers in the big Playero. Thats a safe option for making large purchases, and keeping your pesos in your wallet. Also recommend having a fee less debit card as your travel card. One that reimburses you for ATM fees, and does not charge you foreign transaction fees. Charles Schwab is such a card.

Once you exchange and get your pesos, try to pay for things with your larger billsso you can accumulate smaller bills for tips, and motoconchos. Try not to give up your smaller bills unless you have to. Don't take a moto or taxi and then whip out a large bill and expect them to change it. Unless you ask in advance if they can change your bill, have small bills on hand and get the price of the ride upfront. Try to have exact change, because you may still have a driver claiming they can't give you change from your payment.

I am afraid I do not know if AT&T or Verizon has similar deals internationally but I have had T mobile for ever and it is one less hassle, ever since they launched the international connectivity part.I have been using the same T mobile international plan. It is about $95 per month. They have just increased the roaming data allowance. It is one less hassle to go anywhere in the world. Besides you are connected just like you are in US. Calls are $25 cents a minute. I use WhatsApp, messenger, Skype etc to make calls. Most often use hotel wi fi. Nowadays almost all restaurants, massage places etc have wi fi.

Almost all girls have Android phones. So it is easy to arrange meetings. Just check the bill monthly. One time I got charged $25 for calls I did not make. They credited my account.

I'm asking because, I became a T Mobile subscriber back in 2021. I have a 55+ plan for $50 a month. I went on a 5 country traveling spree, and added international service to my plan for 30 days. For an additional $50. But after 30 days, my plan went back to my $50 plan. I only needed international coverage for 3 weeks of those 30 days. Like you, I use other apps which keeps me stay connected to the US. Google Voice for example, and of course Whatsapp.

I have been using the same T mobile international plan. It is about $95 per month.Which plan are you on? It sounds like the Magenta Max. I do not know how old you are, but there are discounts for being over 55, being a first responder, or being military or veteran. I am a veteran so I pay $70 for that particular plan.

I had an option to go to Sosua or Havana, sorry Sosua peeps, but the chicas in Havana are just more cleaner, cheaper and tighter.

Don't get it twisted, the ease and beauty of Sosua will always have a piece in my sack. My last visit was Jan of 2020, and Ahnvee was great.

I'll be back eventually.I've never been is it worth my time?

WhatsApp is free. I was with T-mobile and went to DR, was charged a roaming fee for the whole trip of 4 days, over $1,000! I got no help when I called to complain, so I switched to Verizon. Now I get charged $10 a day with Verizon, whenever I am in another country. Not the cheapest, but it works.

I visited the Dominican Republic from March 28 through April 5. I spent 6 nights in Sosua and the last two in Boca Chica. This report is for newbies, the info below will be common knowledge for the DR vets.

Transportation.

I flew into Santiago and flew out of Santo Domingo. I would have loved to fly into Puerto Plata but the prices were outrageous from my home airport as American is the only carrier to offer decent flight times. I ended up on United as I had some Air Canada miles I had to use before May. The conversion rate for pesos was between 54 to 54.8 to the USD.

The United Airlines flights were alright as I was able to get Business Class on my outbound and their premium economy on the return. Outbound connection through Newark was OK but they had a temporary United lounge as their main lounge is being remodeled. It was pretty dismal but at least it was close to my departure gate. Returning through Newark was a PITA. Had to change terminals which means leaving the secure area and catching a train and then going through security again. Even with TSA precheck it was about a 30 minute wait. We boarded on-time but then sat at the gate for about 40 minutes when we finally pulled out to get in line, we were number 15 so another 25 minute wait. We ended up being about an hour late.

Had a friend who lives in Santiago pick us up at STI and drive us to Sosua. The route was very convoluted due to a critical bridge being out but at least there wasn't much traffic. We made it to our hotel in a little less than 90 minutes. I would not recommend anyone rent a car and try to make the drive unless you are very familiar with the route. I saw a prebooked taxi online for $70.

We decided to take the bus from Sosua to Boca Chica. We got a taxi quote for $180 (discounted from $200) and the bus was 545 pesos (around $10). Add on to that the taxi from the Santa Domingo station to Boca Chica for 1500 pesos. There are two bus options from Sosua. Metro and Caribe Tours. We chose the Metro as we could walk to the departure station and to get to Caribe Tours it was a short cab ride. In hindsight we should have opted for the Caribe Tours bus as it has routes that bypass the Santiago traffic and also many Santo Domingo chicas were on the 3 am bus to Santo Domingo.

In the DR there are taxis available and none that I saw had meters. Be sure to confirm your fare before you take off. There are also motos available but I don't like to use them unless there are no other options. For rideshare there is Uber, Didi and InDriver. The problem with Uber is that the app always quotes a fare that is unreasonably low so the drivers always message you and try to negotiate. You then have to cancel the ride and then check and check to be sure you didn't get hit with a cancellation fee. Didi worked well for me but was cash only. Didi to SDQ airport from the hotel was 1800 pesos. Hotel was quoting $30 for a taxi. Didn't try indriver as the app kept trying to sign me up to be a driver.

Hotels.

Sosua. New Garden Inn.

Nice little 3 floor hotel on DR Rosen, just a short walk to the main drag on Pedro Clisante. I had room 15. It was a Deluxe king on the ground floor. I think all of the rooms face the pool. The room was big enough but was definitely due for a remodel. King bed was comfortable and plenty of closet space. Good AC and fan. Included refrigerator but no coffeemaker. Not a lot of electrical outlets. Shower had plenty of hot water but it was very difficult to dial in a comfortable temperature. Free breakfast, a lot of options and it was quite good. The onsite bar / restaurant serves food and a little over market prices but was pretty good.

They had a small and VERY clean swimming pool.

This hotel caters to our hobby. Girls (not many but a couple of very cute ones) do hang out in the bar starting late morning. They are openly in the game and will ask you for your business while you are sitting by the pool or outside your room. No restrictions or charges for guests. They do have to leave their ID with security. If you want to go to sleep early, this may not be the place for you. Guys are outside at the bar or the pool, drinking and partying until about 11 pm. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Book early as this place does seem to fill up quickly. If I go back to Sosua I will definitely stay here again.

Boca Chica. Hotel Garant.

This hotel is about 1 1/2 blocks down hill from the main drag by the beach. Nice rooms, I had room #1, a two room king suite. This room was recently remodeled and based on the onsite construction, all of the rooms are going through a similar remodel. Again a fridge but no coffemaker. Nice smaller pool. Decent included breakfast but didn't sample and lunch or dinner in the restaurant as I never saw anyone else eating there. Staff was good but sometimes hard to find. Might have been because the hotel was only about 1/3 full.

We saw a couple of girls hanging around the hotel but it didn't look like they let them inside the gate unless with a guest. Hotel totally guest friendly, no fees or restrictions that I could determine.

Food.

Sosua.

There are many dining options so I will just list the highlights:

(1) New Garden Inn. An excellent and reasonably priced wood fired pizza. The medium is too large for most people but if there are two of you, split a large.

(2) Mosha's Reggae Lounge. I had the jerk chicken and it was one of the best dishes I have ever had. The hole in the wall place is right on DR Rosen before you get to Pedro Clisante. It is a one man operation and he doesn't cook everything on his menu every day. Walk by early afternoon and ask him what he is cooking today and when it will be ready. The jerk chicken takes four hours to smoke. We waited 3 days for our schedules to align with the jerk chicken availability and it was worth the wait. The price was very reasonable for what you get.

(3) Flip Flops. A walk through bar / restaurant at the entrance to the road to Sosua Beach. Very good tacos, sandwiches and very cold beers. Prices a little high because of the near beach location but incredible and funny wait staff.

(4) The Beach. There are probably more than 100 little bar / restaurants on Sosua Beach. The best place to get fresh fish in Sosua. Walk by and see what other folks are eating. Prices are somewhat inflated for being at the beach but not outrageous like Boca Chica. Stop down late afternoon for a couple of cold ones and to watch the chicas.

Boca Chica.

Walking down the main drag in Boca Chica, 90% of the restaurants are Italian. We did eat at one Italian restaurant but I don't know the name. It is just a hole in the wall kitchen with outdoor seating just west of the FrioHot hotel. The owner is an Italian and the food was very good and reasonably priced. We didn't want Italian on our second night so we asked a couple of expats at the bar where to go. They both said Casa Greco. It was a bit of a walk but eventually we did find it. Pretty much everything on the menu is grilled meats. It was inexpensive and very good (I got the local filet not the Argentinean). Unfortunately the name on the place does not say Casa Greco so I will include a trip advisor link to help you find it. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g147288-d3835082-Reviews-Casa_Greca-Dominican_Republic.html..

While you are walking down the main drag, you will be accosted by well dressed guys with an official looking card hanging from their neck. They want to take you to one of the beachfront restaurants and they guarantee they will get you a great deal. I fell for this the first time I went to BC and a fish sandwich and a beer ended up costing me around $30. Ignore these guys and unless you have to eat on the beachfront avoid those restaurants. Food and drinks are double or triple what you would pay one street north.

Bars.

In Sosua we didn't go to far away from the main drag, specifically DR Rosen, Pedro Clisante and the street Bailees is on. We meant to hit the club that is in the Casino at Playa Chiquita but didn't make it.

On Pedro Clisante, most of the activity is on the street and in Bar Central or across the street at King / Rumbas. I prefer Bar Central over Rumba / Kings but that is just personal preference. Beers were 200 pesos in most bars. There were plenty of women around in all shapes and sizes, some young and good looking and some a bit long in the tooth. This trip it seemed like there was a lot higher percentage of Haitians over Dominicans though for me that isn't an issue as I find the Haitian girls to be a bit friendlier and less businesslike. The women were asking between 2000 and 5000 pesos but it was easy to negotiate as there weren't that many gringos in town being the week before Easter.

After 11 or so there is a newly opened club (new for me) a bit further down Pedro Clisante (toward Ahnvee) on the right hand side of the street called City Lights (Sosua Lights). This is more of a nightclub atmosphere, well decorated and the women that frequent it are primarily Haitian. We arrived pretty early, just around 11 and it was just starting to fill up. We were standing, drinking at a table and two women walked up and started talking to us. In about 30 seconds, the waitress it there, wanting to know if we wanted to buy them a drink. I swear she was there quicker than a Bangkok mamasan. We finished our drinks and headed back to Bar Central.

You will also find a few small hole in the wall bars on DR Rosen near the corner of Pedro Clisante. Occasionally you can find a winner in these. In almost all of the bars in this area, there are stools right along the street so you can talk to the girls as they walk by.

In Boca Chica we spent almost all of our time drinking in a bar on the main street called Amigos. Beer was 150 pesos and most of the women that were out, made their way inside during the evening. The quality and quantity of the women was less than that of Sosua except for one woman I saw who was absolutely stunning. Dominican, flaca with good tits and incredible legs. Face looked like a young Salma Hayek. I tried to engage in conversation but she was too busy taking selfies and posting to Instagram. I'm sure she was way out of my price range anyway. Girl prices quoted were the same as in Sosua.

Conclusion.

I had a good time but I look it as a once or twice a year venue when looking for a change of pace from Costa Rica or Panama. My friend who is a Colombian regular finds it way more expensive and a lot less attractive women. If you can get good flight prices, especially if you can get in and out of Puerto Plata at a reasonable price, it's definitely worth a week or so.

I will be in Sosua for a week starting April 22nd. I'm staying at the hotel Alicia.

I used Tinder and found many attractive women that met my retirements of think, attractive, under 25 years old, and allows anal and photography. Most were agreeable with 8000 pasos for 2 hours or 12000 for four hours. I don't want anyone sleeping over night.

I found that using Google translate on tinder got me much better prices. If I spoke English, then it was $100 an hour or $250 for 4 hours.

I now have over two dozen names and numbers, but I have a few questions. And yes, this is my first sex tourism trip ever. I have spent many hours reading this forum, but some things are not clear.

1) Is it a bad idea to bring a woman back to your own room? I see some mention of shirt term room rentals. Why do that? What would be a good choice?

2) is it mandatory to have the girl drop off ID at the hotel front desk? Does the Alicia limit the number of guests in per day? Do they charge a guest fee?

3) Is there a better girl friendly hotel I should look at instead?

4) do some of the girls expect to be paid first?

5) if you are paying after and the girl wants to leave early, what should I do? Or is this a rare occurrence?

6) if we meet for drinks first, is that considered part of the time?

7) I have a travel safe I'm bringing with me. Nothing valuable will be left out ever. Any other safety tips?

8) are there any common cons or scams I need to look out for?

9) if their ID says they are over 18, can I trust that?

The peso amounts are when I used Google translate to message them. But I did miss type that. 2 hours with anal and pictures for at most 4000 pesos. The night was 8000, and a whole day was 12000.

- Good choice

I used Tinder and found many attractive women that met my retirements of think, attractive, under 25 years old, and allows anal and photography. Most were agreeable with 8000 pasos for 2 hours or 12000 for four hours. I don't want anyone sleeping over night.

- This is your vacation; we don't do any 'sex tourism'

1) Is it a bad idea to bring a woman back to your own room? I see some mention of shirt term room rentals. Why do that? What would be a good choice?

- No. You can go to a motel but this adds costs

2) is it mandatory to have the girl drop off ID at the hotel front desk? Does the Alicia limit the number of guests in per day? Do they charge a guest fee?

- In most cases but not in every. No limit. No extra fees.

3) Is there a better girl friendly hotel I should look at instead?

No.

4) do some of the girls expect to be paid first?

- Yes, very few. Don't do it.

5) if you are paying after and the girl wants to leave early, what should I do? Or is this a rare occurrence?

- It happens. If she has taken her clothes off, pay her.

6) if we meet for drinks first, is that considered part of the time?

- No

7) I have a travel safe I'm bringing with me. Nothing valuable will be left out ever. Any other safety tips?

- All common sense

8) are there any common cons or scams I need to look out for?

- Stay away from hustlers, 'friends'

9) if their ID says they are over 18, can I trust that?

- Not always. If she looks too young, you have to ask questions about her, her family etc before you actually see and verify an ID. The right answer here not to partake in case of a doubt.

See above in your post.

5) if you are paying after and the girl wants to leave early, what should I do? Or is this a rare occurrence?

Really? Why? Even if I pay for the night and she leaves after an hour? I certain would want to pay her something, but not the full amount we negotiated for the night.

I found that using Google translate on tinder got me much better prices. If I spoke English, then it was $100 an hour or $250 for 4 hours.Yeah them lady sharks are coming for you. My monger brother you are about to be taken to the cleaners. 100 dollars an hour and 250 dollars for 4 hours to a woman you've haven't even met yet let alone sniff her hair and you call that better prices? Got damn man eaters are ready to come eat you alive and it won't be pretty. So here's a a few tips.

1. Start learning some spanish (Even basic spanish helps alot).

2. Be willing to negoiate. NEVER negoiate in dollar even when speaking in english. ALWAYS negoiate in pesos. Theres no set price point but all the OG Mongers can agree upon is that those price that those tinder girls are giving you are BEYOND ridiculous. Rahsta gave you a good starting price point and here's mine. At the time of this writing a 100 dollars is 5487 peso. That should be your MAX amount in spending with any female. Hell push it to 5600 pesos in being a nice guy but that should be all night long aka toda la noche (tln). So for a 2 hours I start with 2500 pesos and be flexible to 3500 max for short term.

3. Now Ima be the devils advocate. If you don't want to learn the language, your time is short down there and you don't won't to haggle then fuck it let these hunnies take a bite out your ass while you get your nut and pay the $100 and $250 prices. You won't be the first or last guy to get suckered into paying those prices because those hips and thighs got you mesmerized. Its your money and your vacation and if you're having fun then fuck it.

4. NEVER pay upfront. I repeat. NEVER pay upfront. You pay when service is rendered. So do not send money to the tinder chics beforehand and don't give her no pesos until after you skeet skeet in that ass.

5. If they look young check their ID. Then on their ID ask them whens their birthday. If she says a date that doesn't match the ID then you know for sure that this isn't her ID. I got a youngin one time using this method. She going to tell me this is her sister ID but she's still legal tender. Yeah ok. Told her to run along but have a nice day.

6. You can and probably should meetup with the ladies from tender first at a coffee shop. Matter of fact even if you meet a female on the street take a sec to get to know her first. BTW did you video chat with these tinder ladies to see if she's even real. Anyway you want to get to know a female first. If you do this method with the tender girls and you find that you don't want to take her up to the room then give her an smal exit fee if needed (200-700 pesos) max. You're NOT obligated but giving her an exit fee is a small gesture of good will, like hey she came all the way to see you but for whatever reason we don't click so here's some gas money to get back home.

7. Definitely keep all your valuables locked up at all times. Don't trust no one in your room. I don't care if Sister Mary Clarence was in your room keep you valuables locked up and safe.

8. Color photo copy your passport and drivers liscense. Lock up the original and keep the color copies on you.

9. Do NOT have any female randomly come up to you and start touching you on the streets or at the bar. Those lady sharks are going to smell new blood a mile away as youll have random females trying to get close to you in order to steal your pesos. Ooh and I shouldn't have to say it but do NOT wear any jewelry. Don't pull out a big wad of cash out for all to see and for Gods sake don't get caught up in the moment and be the make it rain type baller in the club because that will only draw attention. The wrong kind of attention. So yeah don't be that guy.

10. Forget your mindset from where ever you come from and just be like water and flow with whatever situation that may come. Most of your plans will go awry with better instant plans coming together right before your eyes. Also you can do all the right logical things and sometime things can still go wrong. You negotiate the price (since its your first time make sure you have the price negoiate thru text so theres no misunderstanding and you can prove to security that this was the price), she agrees and then afterwards start a fight in you place to try and get more. Do NOT react and hit her or get mad just calmly get her things, get security if need be, record her as she leaves and get her out the door. Be prepared to throw a little extra peso out the door so that you can get her out.

Folks that come across these lady shark type often talk about its the principles and that you should not give her 1 more peso to get her out well remember you are in another country and PEACE trumps principles. I one time had to give a nutjob an additional 1300 peso (almost 25 dollars) just to get her the fuck out even though we agreed upon a price beforehand but the peace afterwards was priceless. So yeah do what you got to do and space from that nutjob quick fast and in a hurry. Afterwards tip the security for helping you kick her out and have un trago de tequila, smile then go lounge at the beach because itll be your rights of passage into Sosua. As this situation has happened to all of us.

Down there its when crazy shit happens with a female and how you handle the situation that defines you and builds character. No need to get mad or frustrated just continue to make it a point to screen a female better.

11. Trust your instincts. If you got good instincts then listen to it at ALL times. Something don't feel right but you can't figure out why don't try and figure out the why, just listen to your instincts and leave it be.

12. Finally make sure you write a report back. We always like to read a newbies perspective of Sosua. Its a breath of fresh air in this forum.

P.S. If you want some advance course on preparation with the hunnies you should look up my previous 2 post on watching the percentages with the ladies, To hedging your bet so as to NOT get any STD's. Its in the thailand, general report thread but its definitely applies to Sosua as well.

Carribean Champagne Dreams and Psychotic WTF Madness can hit your ass ALL at the same time as they still have old testament diseases circulating down there. So have your fun but be safe.

Peace.

Really? Why? Even if I pay for the night and she leaves after an hour? I certain would want to pay her something, but not the full amount we negotiated for the night.Because you are in for a world of trouble if you do not. Consider yourself lucky if she does not ask for more than you agreed on when she tries to leave early.

I guess this is one time when I would actually recommend guys going to watch youtube videos. Search for the ones when the girls wanted to leave early or wanted more money than what was agreed to. You are getting into street shit and there is no honor among thieves.

I certain would want to pay her something, but not the full amount we negotiated for the night.Don't take her for a night until it worked out well for an hour. Simple rule. If everything goes well and you prefer her to stay longer, just make an offer and add the same prior rate till dawn. Some will accept, some won't for their own reasons. How about a short time and back to the strip for another short time girl? If everything goes bad at the immediate start (request for upfront pay or some other crazy shit, I used to hand her 200 pesos and send her off. Also, being firm and being a gentleman helps, you are on a date. I don't negotiate, just make a subtle clear proposition of how magically the pesos from my wallet may find a new owner and this new owner might happen to be her as well, or something in this nature.

Also, a quick note to the original poster, Coolie High's comments are detailed and relevant, follow them but do not overthink it either. It is legal there. A big difference and the place is just about ten blocks long three blocks wide. You can walk and find all the women available out there and similar kind (women you showed in pics) are available for a lower price, where you can actually see them, get a feel for their persona by talking, invite to a drink if you need to and then make a move. Much better than calling someone in, unseen and unproven or hold off calling them until you have had a little time to take the place in and formed some judgment.

Do you know if there's an ATM at the Santiago airport. There were two outside the terminal, one was a Banco Popular and I don't recall the other one. Unfortunately for me neither would give me cash. It said the limit was 20 K pesos, I asked for 10 k and it said there was a network error. Same with the other machine. Maybe the lines were down.

I ended up waiting until I got to Sosua and used the Banco Popular machine across the street from Bailees.

Got to Santiago, wee hours in the morning as is the norm for Jetblue. A young man drove me to Sosua from there. It was very hot, especially middle of the day and I coming from snow bound land. As a result, I stayed in the room during those hours. Of course, the visitors came by as usual and it being somewhat out of the center, and quiet, is always better for those who do not want to flaunt it.

There was a new middle eastern restaurant in the Hotel Europa area. Displaying such Turkish specialties as Doner Kebab (also known as Shwarma in Arabic), Falafel and Baba Ghanouj. Those that think that there is life beyond a bloody hamburger, could try somewhat different. I also noticed a Jamaican place right opposite the big Canadian Hamburger place but it was always shuttered down so no luck with a Jamaican goat curry, which to me is scrumptious.

Evenings were rather pleasant with a nice breeze and it was feasible to step out and go for long walks. The place is alive and as usual, there are plenty of visitors. Once I was eating dinner at New Garden, a whole host of women were showing up and being escorted upstairs by the guests. I of course, have long stopped picking people off the streets. Indeed this time, there was one new addition: someone visiting for the first time. Eating together is common and drinking is not, bar a beer at times. Girls like to eat a pizza (wonder why) and so went to the Pizzeria next to the German restaurant off the Main road.

This time, returned home via Santiago (Puerto Plata has only one direct flight to my city per week) and it was 225 pesos by Metro bus. Went to my favorite goat restaurant in Santiago at night and once again the young man came to pick me up at the hotel at 2 AM, dropping me at the airport.

I have to say this: I am getting lazy. Once upon a time, I would rent and go see places but nowadays, mostly that went out the window, otherwise, no complaints.

P.S. : Pineapples were good. Succulent and sweet, mangoes not!

Don't know how long you actually get it for. Never stayed longer than an hour. You just go to the bar and ask for a room - 400 would be a 2019 price. Might be more now.

Happy fishing to all my bros in here and thanks for the reports. Hope everybody is having an awesome trip to the land of tits.

I would like to ask everybody to enjoy Sosua responsibly:

1. I noticed that the majority of girls are asking US cash. Please ignore these quotes. The currency here is pesos, use it, you're in another country with no price equivalency to your own as far as cost of living. Do no get scammed this way.

2. If a girl is asking more than 2500 to 3000 for ST and 5000 to 6000 LT. She doesn't like you! She doesn't want to sit on your dick, you will have a bad experience! Don't pay to be disappointed! DON'T DO IT! I.

3. Get quotes in writing WaP or txt, if there's misunderstandings or any douchbaggery along the way.

4. Enjoy the beach and ocean and keep them clean please.

Happy fishing to all my bros in here and thanks for the reports. Hope everybody is having an awesome trip to the land of tits.

1. I noticed that the majority of girls are asking US cash. Please ignore these quotes. The currency here is pesos, use it, you're in another country with no price equivalency to your own as far as cost of living. Do no get scammed this way.Tell the girl you only have pesos and ask her to quote you in pesos. They may give you a lower number. But they will be forced to give you a number that allows you to compare it to the amounts in #2.

2. If a girl is asking more than 2500 to 3000 for ST and 5000 to 6000 LT. She doesn't like you! She doesn't want to sit on your dick, you will have a bad experience! Don't pay to be disappointed! DON'T DO IT! I.This advice is dead on point and in my price range. But I will add the level of activity and time of the night can affect things. I have gotten 3 2000 DOP offers walking home from dinner at times. And between 2 AM and 4 AM I have paid no more than 2000 DOP every single time (and one time as low as 1000 DOP). I don't do overnights but make sure the morning fuck is agreed and the morning departure time.

3. Get quotes in writing WaP or txt, if there's misunderstandings or any douchbaggery along the way..You can do this if you want. But my advice is to not show those messages to anyone. Ever! They are proof of nothing. The agreement is not an enforceable contract in the Dominican Republic so who are you going to appeal to in case of a dispute.

Let me tell you gentlemen that you are on vacation so your plan should always be to descalate the situation. Remember the girl is in your room and on her home turf. You do not know who she has in her back pocket. Now there are those who beat on their chest and talk about how they handle their chicas. But that is because it starts with mutual respect from the beginning. These girls you are pulling from the street have an agenda. And it is not to please you. Deescalate the situation. Are you really willing to blow your vacation up over 500 DOP (do the exchange rate amount in your currency)?

If a girl threatens you, call the security of the hotel you are staying at. If you are doing it AirBnB style you are flying solo. But when the police show up. All bets are off. And if she makes a claim of domestic violence you are going to jail. Showing those messages of your agreed payment for sex is not going to help you one bit. And may hurt you a whole lot. Remember you have the right to remain silent. If you act like you can do the time and are uninterested in paying any money. If you get arrested don't start screaming like a girl. Go peacefully. And hopefully one of your boys will reach out for help. Stay calm. If the charges are trumped up you can beat the rap. It will not be a pleasant experience. But hold frame and take it like a man.

One tip that the security guy a the place I stay at in Sosua gave me was to always take a picture of the girl and her cedula together. Now that may spoil the mood for you romantics out there, but please keep in mind that at the base you are engaging in a business transaction. If you want GFE find a girlfriend. These girls are giving up their cedulas all the time to get into hotels.

Now here is a cultural tip. There is currently a campaign at the highest political levels to remove prostitution from Sosua. Remember despite the lack of criminal law against prostitution in the Dominican Republic it is not looked upon as beneficial at all levels of Dominican Society. And if you get caught up in the legal system guess the level of society you are going to be dealing with, a higher level. No one has to run scared here. But pay attention. Keep your situational awareness on high alert. And avoid police encounters if you can.

Day 1 on the ground and my friends and I are finding the following:

- ALL the ladies are quoting dollars.

- ST: 100 USD LT: 200 USD; 5000 DOP TDL doesn't exist.

- Prices tend to go down as the evening goes on, but folks are paying these prices.

Had one street pick up this evening and she was flat terrible: Lazy CBJ, restricted missionary and she squeeze her cheeks as hard as possible in lazy doggie to get me to cum quickly. It was a friggin disaster. She had the nerve to claim six of my condoms. I reclaimed them before she departed.

Will do an experiment and pay higher rates, but control for better, GFE experiences. Heading to Playa Chiquita now.

Just a quick live report."The term "bid" refers to the highest price a buyer will pay to buy a specified number of shares of a stock at any given time. The term "ask" refers to the lowest price at which a seller will sell the stock. The bid price will almost always be lower than the ask or "offer," price. ".

Girls are giving you bid prices. But will take the ask. That is your counter offer. Make the deal in DOP. What has been your counter offer brother? Have they taken you up? My philosophy is: "Focus on the deal, not the girl". It is Friday brother. They are going to be holding out for the big money over the weekend. Hold frame and pay what you want to pay. Many, many, many girls up there.

I am afraid I do not know if AT&T or Verizon has similar deals internationally but I have had T mobile for ever and it is one less hassle, ever since they launched the international connectivity part.Dead on point Mr. T. Just got T-Mobile service and it is 25 cents a minute internationally. I plan to take my prepaid sim and see if they can convert it to e-sim so I can keep my Dominican Number and still have local prepaid service.

Getting an expensive education here. ST is one shot unless you specifically negotiate otherwise. Time has no concept here. Must negotiate for outcomes. If you want two shots, you need to state that very clearly as you communicate to her what you will pay.

My buddy took a lady for TDL. I booked the lady's friend for ST (thinking I was going to get two nuts out of her). Damage: DOP 4000. Had a decent session: CBJ, DATY, played with her tits sucked on her nipples. Then straight back shots for the next 30 minutes. Will give her credit: she took it like a champ. I came, she showered, gave me a massage and was on her way. Of course, not without asking for a propina. I agreed and tipped DOP 600. She then asked me to pay 500 for a taxi (an Uber, which I offered, cost 100). I flat out said no, you have money. Have a goodnight!

Don't think I'll be back to Sosua. The haggling and chicas constantly trying to get over on me is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Too much variability in the price you lay (my fault, I know) and the quality of service provided (their fault). Any tips from the crowd on finding women here who actually enjoy sex? Does anyone negotiate BBBJ in their discussions? These CBJs are not it!

Regards,

Snake.

P.S. It feels like Rumba is the new spot. There is a constant flow of chicas being let into the space. The DJ was very good. Also, the ribs there are pretty darned good!

P.S. It feels like Rumba is the new spot in place of Classicos. There is a constant flow of chicas being let into the space. The DJ was very good. Also, the ribs there are pretty darned good!I can tell by those pics that girl would give you a hard time. You have to know what you're looking at before you even pull the trigger. Secondly, if you can't speak Spanish, these girls will be 100% transactional. Language skills let you vet the girls first, observe their personality, see how they respond to you. Stay firm in your negotiations. Remember where you are: Latin America. This is a machismo culture, so you need to act accordingly, or they'll walk all over you. These aren't femi-nazi bitches from the States. Take control of the situation, and you'll see their attitude change. During negotiations tell them everything you want up front, like BBBJ. This will save any surprises once you get in the room. Sometimes you inevitably get a bad one, but vetting them minimizes that. As for tips, if you feel they deserve it, keep it to 200 or 300 pesos, no more. And, forget about that taxi bullshit. They're just trying to run you. Sosua can be fun once you figure it out. I'll be landing there tomorrow for a week of good times.

And, forget about that taxi bullshit. They're just trying to run you. Sosua can be fun once you figure it out.You are keeping it 100 brother. Most girls if they are in Sosua will arrive by moto. And they will often ask for 100 DOP when the actual ride price is 50 DOP and 200 DOP at night when the actual price is 100 DOP. For perspective, I have girls that come out of campo to see me by moto and they are never more than 200 - 300 DOP each way.

Tell them how it's going to be and they can take it or leave it. BTW, if you want to link at Rumba's to say Hello, that would be awesome.

LOL. You gave an extra 600 pesos for a CBJ? It seems like you have mongered in other places. There are only a couple exceptions of guys that have mongered in other places, but continue going to Sosua. You saying fuck this place tells me you have had better experiences elsewhere, which people who have mongered in other destinations can sympathize with. Most experienced mongers will not continue to put up with the place because like you said that ain't it. $84 for short time with CBJ. SMDH.I've mongered in Johannesburg, Bangkok, Medellin and a hidden gem. Madrid. This is my first trip back to the DR in over 5 years and things have changed for the worse. That's OK, I'm learning the patterns and the Chica mentality. When it comes to my next sex-fueled destination, Sosua will be lower on the list.

Will keep you guys posted.

By the way, I had a morning session with a lady my buddy took last night. She was there for the love of the game and gave a spirited performance. 3000ST.

SMDH.LOL, and yet I keep coming back to this thread over and over again. Su has 4 greats. Great beach, great food, great selection of vacation rentals (that's my thing, though) and great flight time from the States. The last one is a real differentiator. We're talking 3. 5 hour flight from NYC to POP vs. 10+ hours to GIG. Girls' attitude is the only thing that sucks in Sosua unless you take your sweet time for vetting.

When I was in Santiago a few months ago, me and the girl I was visiting drove to Sosua for the day. Sosua is a good place, it is just that the mongering is fucked up. And guys in the Cartagena thread ars complain of how the folks that ruined Sosua are now there doing the same thing.

I am happy that I got to experience Sosua in the good old days. I am saying 10 to 15 years ago. The last time Snake was there was 5 years ago and he reports an even drastic change from then. The place has done a 150 degree turn from when I first started going. 180 degrees would be if there was no mongering at all.

As mentioned in a previous report, I started the day with my buddy's Chica for 3000ST. CBJ, DATY, Doggie, Cowgirl. Very pleasant, bubbly girl.

Went to the beach and saw some decent talent, but didn't get any numbers.

Came home and hit Tinder. Layed out my terms with this sweet 19 yr old Chica: BBJ, kissing, DATY, una leche. Offered 4000ST. She accepted and was at my place in 20. She redeemed my trip. Not only did she honor the terms, there was some DATO on offer as well. She also too dick like a champ. I started out with DATY, made her orgasm and then slipped it in doggie. I felt the leche coming, so I stopped and DATY / DATO. She was so turned on and couldn't get enough. Proceeded to alternate nailing this chick and and eating her out for the better part of an hour. No complaints about it hurting, no begging for leche papi. She just took it. She came 3-4 times and I had an amazing, trip altering eruption. Tipped her well, and sent her on her way.

Appreciate the advice, gentlemen.

Snake.

Most experienced mongers will not continue to put up with the place because like you said that ain't it. $84 for short time with CBJ. SMDH.I was on a trip to Sosua and I met a fellow monger from New York City. Older gentleman like myself. We struck up a conversation about Sosua and he told me he had been mongering all over the world for 16 years and Sosua it the place he keeps coming back to. He said: "There is no place like Sosua". I agree. Some people just can't get it though their head that their own personal preferences may not mirror the personal preferences of others. I have mongered in other places in the world. But I do not go to Sosua to monger. I goto Sosua on vacation. I do not rely on street girls alone for my sexual partners while I am there. And I have a great time and no complaints.

Well actually only one. It is too far away for me to enjoy on a regular basis.

Couple years ago guys who bad mouthed Sosua would be pounced upon by certain posters. Those posters are now silent. Seems like Sosua has really gone down.

Couple years ago guys who bad mouthed Sosua would be pounced upon by certain posters. Those posters are now silent. Seems like Sosua has really gone down.More than a couple of years ago, guys pounced on my statements that Santo Domingo was better than Sosua. Now, look at the Santo Domingo thread.

Things change. And for mongering Sosua is going to continue to go down as long as the current administration in the Dominican Republic stays in power. The Minister of Tourism has Sosua in his sights and is focused on removing prostitution from Sosua and making it a safe place for those visiting with BIG MONEY. Don't believe me, check out the twitters and the instagrams of the Minister of Tourism.

I am surprised at how people stay stuck in the past. Memories. Life is lived in the present. And if mongering in Sousa is bad for you then don't go there to monger. For me Sosua is on the uptick. I enjoy the place more now than when I first visited. But I don't travel anywhere with mongering as my focus. First exception is going to my my trip to Thailand.

Seems like Sosua has really gone down.Yea it has I was in Sosua for the first time 10 years ago and it was great. Took some time away and came back in 2021 during covid was going to move to Pattaya but it was closed so lived in Sosua from 2021 until 2022 the chicks were ugly all wearing the same thing spandex and doing CBJ it was horrible. I live in Pattaya now and the only bad thing I can say about the place is that go go bars are expensive but you can easily aviod that with tinder freelancers thai friendly and clubs.
