So I have been watching a lot off videos on YT about Susua. I am just curious what is the going $? I am mainly looking for 1 HR and 2 shots. What are the ladies asking for these days?

3) Cafe Mamawana -- Great Dominican food and inexpensive. I had the Chicken Guisado, rice, beans every day for lunch -- 250 pesos.
4) Moshas Reggae lounge. Good Jamaican food.
Unfortunately Pirates Bay closed and chef returned to Italy. Baileys is terrible and overpriced however I do like the interior layout. Its the equivalent of a Houlihans.

The food is generally good. Certainly, there're few eateries compared to Rio, but how many restaurants does one man need?
Affordability. I've rented pool villas and penthouses in Sosua that I wouldn't be able to touch in Rio.
I'm not looking for tourist attractions when I'm in Su. I can fill my limited days with the beach, food and night life.
CONCLUSION.
If you have less than 10 days, go to Sosua. If more, try Brazil.
Unless you don't like to travel and see new places. That's nothing to be ashamed of. Different strokes.

You can contact them about room availability for short time on the day you will be in Puerto Plata. Read some in the Blackbeard's forum. You can use USD at most places but you will get a poor exchange rate and change in pesos. I recommend exchanging your money but it depends on how long you are there and how many transactions you make.

If you are on a cruise and have limited time, I would recommend Blackbeards in Puerto Plata rather than going all the way to Sosua. How much would a person expect to pay for 18 holes with a cart? I just played in Thailand where transportation, greens fees, cart and caddie were between $50 to $80 depending on the course. As for ladies Sunday to Thursday, there are plenty in Sosua but you have to look for them. The massage places can have some nice looking ladies and in my experience many will give you their number and meet up with you later when they are not working. In Sosua there is no need to rent a car. It is a very small town. Driving in SD is a night mare did it once will not again. I like to keep a low profile. Reminds me of my first days in Colombia when I would ask Colombians where is the the best beach. They would all say Santa Marta. So finally I went to Santa Marta and imagine my surprise when I saw how shitty the beach was. Well I quickly realized that was the best beach THEY knew. It certainly was not a great beach for people that have been to Destin, Cancun, Aruba, Maldives, and the likes. Sosua is the same. Not too many people that know mongering in other places sing its praises.

If you are looking for cheap transport and do not have big bags you can walk to the main road and catch moto or line taxi cheap. From the airport you are at the mercy of taxi mafia.
Why would someone get angry when a foreign destination is criticized? It cannot be because they get good pussy there. Personally, I have been to, out of the "great places" you cite, to Maldives and having lived in Singapore, have been to the well known beaches / Islands of Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, not to speak of beaches in Southern Europe. On the other side of the world, I have been to some beach places in Aus / NZ and most importantly, have been to French Polynesia that few anywhere will have visited, with first / business class air travel, mostly Singapore Airlines, courtesy of my employers. Coming from that backdrop, I find Sosua to be perfectly fitting for my needs. Never picked a woman from the street. Women (blanquitas and morenitas and all in between) visit me at my convenience and have always had pleasant experiences (shared with a handful of people on this forum) beach, food and woman wise plus the color of the water, often a languid turquoise, three and a half hour flight away. What can beat that? I hope those that do not like Sosua, stay away but curiously the name reverberates even on the ISG forums of distant shores.

These drivers are ripping you guys off laughing all the way. A cab from PP to Sosua cost 20 to 30 bucks at most. They have the port locked down so you guys think they are the only options. Your driver was keeping others from ripping you off because you were his pigeon. Locals pay 1 dollar to travel between PP to Sosua. Sosua is full of cab drivers to bring you back. Glad you had fun but no way should you have to pay $200 for transportation. Day time action at the time of day you were there is a challenge. Glad you were able to fine some.

And look both ways (twice) on one way streets as, again, it is merely a suggestion as to the traffic flow. Lastly, motos can come at you from any direction, including sidewalks.
