The one time I got plucked, was when I let my guard down and got out of my own comfort zone. It was two in the morning on classicos disco dancing. It was my second DR trip several years ago. After 12 Cuba libres I was felling good dancing with two girls, one in front one in back. The chic in front was grinding my dick the one in back was hanging on me for the ride. My eyes were closed as enjoyed the feeling. The girl in back was giving me a reach around thru my front pants pocket. The next morning when I did my official count I was 80usd short. Two days later I saw the front girl on the beach and told her I know you got me. She denied it and acted as if I was loco. Flash foward a few years to now, I still see that girl in sosua and I still look and point at her like I'm crazy. The fucked up part is that I'm not sure shes the one, but being I got caught slipping I have to blame someone. Here are my new rules when partying in sosua(1)Always keep strange girls hands above my shoulders. (2)establish a comfort zone around me, when its violated go in defense mode. (3)take only drinking money when out at night. (4)always leave passport in room safe, I have the photo copy with me. (5)stay away from male street hustlers nothing good comes out of it, they want to get close to size you up. (6)Be mysterious with strangers. (7)never tell strangers what hotel your at. (8)Stay around crowds if your alone and isolated you are vulnerable.

I have said it many times. My ex was Dominican. She still says Haiti is safer than the DR. I have never had a problem in Haiti but had many close calls in the DR.

The United States Department of State agrees with your ex-wife. Their statitics says crime rate is two or three times higher in DR than Haiti. Average official murders in DR is 2500 per year but an estimated similar amount goes unreported so murders per year are near 5k. My brothers wife is dominican and she agrees with this. She says that in isolated areas murders goes unreported. A person is killed, nobody files anything, body is buried and thats it. A lot of times a person dissapears and nobody never knows more about him/her. Are you a stranger? a foreigner? Next time you return they are going to remember you. Onedazz story is a good example of this.

Thanks in advance!!Sosua Bay Hotel seems now to be called Sosua Bay Beach Club, same rooms in their webpage that I used over 6 years ago. It was an inexpensive good all inclusive hotel years ago. The prices for their rooms according to their webpage are 80-100 dollars per night (appears no food included for that price). The hotel is located behind the new casino. It really doesn't have a beach. They have about a 30 foot section of sand near the parking area at the start of Sosua Beach (be careful of the rocks and cement blocks under the water near that location as well as the sea urchins throughout sosua beach, you don't want to step on a sea urchin in bare feet). Snorkeling towards the right of this hotel is not bad. It is a pretty hotel inside, some nice iron work (railings and light coverings). Pool is adequate. Victorian House shares the same property. Victorian House was supposedly built for some sugar baron many years ago.

When I stayed there in the past with the all inclusive package I always met other guests, most guests mingled with other guests there. I have stayed at the Casa Marina all inclusive in Sosua and for whatever reason the people who stay at the Casa Marina do not like to mingle with other guests.

The rooms at the Sosua Bay Hotel were dated the last time I stayed there a few years ago, from the photos on their webpage appears they haven't changed the rooms. The location is about three blocks from Classicos. 100 dollars per night for an ocean view, seems a little expensive to pay that for what is probably a dated room in Sosua.

trip 8 or so coming soon...but I am sick of staying in that dump Europa. New Garden was booked...but is there actually a nice place to stay with friendly visitor policy...3 nights, so I dont mind paying more than $50 a nite...but I could use a nicer setup within walking distance to action in El Batey...

On my last trip I too wanted something more than Europa and NG was booked. What I found was a villa super nice and not far from the action but I always rent a car. The villa was rented to me by hispaniola real estate which I found on this forum, just search the name on this forum to get the information. I will be in their villa again the end on this week.

So do you have to pay guest fee for that floor? Do you take your guest thru a different entrance? 80$ is for a room with a/c?
New Garden is almost that price ($75 for a room with a/c in new wing). From what you say its not a bad idea to try a resort hotel by the ocean for the same price.

thx..

There is a new hotel called El Rancho that just opened in Nov. From New Garden take a right up to the ice cream store intersection and continue across. It's just past the massage places and laundromat. Rates are $45. Seabreeze is right next door to it. Both these area little quiter as New Garden can be noisy at times. Not quite as much action as New Garden but always an option, you can always hang at New Garden for a beer/breakfast etc.

Thanks.Considering New Garden charges 75 per night, Sosua Bay Hotel oceanview might be worth it for 100 per night. I would confirm before with Sosua Bay Hotel that those rooms are gust friendly before paying. In the past with the all inclusive package I always reserved a a garden view room and was given an ocean room view. A propina (small gift) sometimes works.

Hello, Gents,

I was wondering if anybody could help. I'm arranging a trip for about 12 of us and and looking for somebody who might know of 2 villas for rent close together? Some guys don't mind sharing a room, so two with 4 bedrooms would do as long as everybody gets there own bed. I plan on calling amberguardian but what areas should I be looking at and where should I stay away from? Any other rental agencies who might be able to help? 400-500 a night per villa would be great. I know some places only rent by the week as this will only be for 2 nights. I promise to provide feedback after the trip and let you know how it went.

Thanks in advance!

Rocky's and Don Antonio, neither check, but you are putting everyone at those hotels at risk by bringing someone in without one. There are reasons they don't have one, none are good.

Wrong!

A large percentage of Haitian chicas, the majority of them perfectly well-behaved and good at their job, don't have cedulas because obtaining one is a lengthy and expensive process for them.

If I refused every haitiana without a cedula my mongering experience in the DR would be much poorer.

Obviously the responsibility is on me to ensure they are of age, so I pass on anyone remotely marginal.

I agree that security or the front desk holding the puta's cedula is a disincentive to them causing trouble but my güatchiman won't let anyone leave without my OK and I have only ever had trouble with dominicanas.

I agree your comment is on point for dominicanas.

I've been in Sosua the last 2 years for New Year's eve. The amount of chicas on the strip on that night seems to be lower than usual because if the girls have family close by they will be with them. Later on it seems more chicas come out. Your best bet is to line up a chica you know or you might be disappointed with the selection.
I noticed more guys at Merengue bar than usual this year and not the usual amount of chica's. I remember last year Dec.30 was a fantastic night for chica action but New Year's eve was pretty quiet till 2AM or so.
Even though we all have holiday time at Christmas/New Year's, it doesn't seem to be the best time to be in Sosua with respect to # of available chicas. This year was definitely slower all around than last year due to the economy I would think. Just some observations from the last two NY's trips.

He was from Quebec City, checked with friend in that city last week-end. The info he got was that the Guy was already an "Angel" or Angel related before leaving us. Hope he's not in Hell. Sometime when you scratch the paint there is more that what is visible to the naked eyes.

I agree with FunintheSun that it was slow. IMHO, I didn't see it pick up even late. In my 30-40 trips, I have never seen a worse ratio. lots of guys and few single chicas. Seemed to me that every good looking chica came in on some guys arm. Thank God, I had my novia in town with me b/c I thought the next night sucked almost as bad. It really didn't seem to pick up til Sunday night which was excellent especially in light of the rainy weather.

I would bet otherwise - I expect that there will be a big influx of Haitian women over the next few weeks who desperately need funds, and some place to stay with a roof over their heads.

I would respectfully disagree. If so, then there would also be as many Hatian men coming across the border. Those people in the affected area cannot even get water, food or transportation at this point in time to cross the border.

Neither PauP nor Petitionville are anywhere near the border. Study the local geography. Indeed it is a human tragedy and I will be putting some of my money where my mouth is. Hopefully others on this site will too. May God bless many many souls there and those that are going there to assist.

That's why I think it will take 2-3 weeks before the influx really hits. It will take a couple of weeks for there to be any sort of transportation available from PauP toward the DR. I also wouldn't be surprised to see the DR try to put some more clamps on the border than normally have existed. And I agree that some Haitian men will also try to cross - but they do not have the built-in means of generating cash within the DR that young adult females do.

And frankly, while I certainly would not advocate this, in fact it's more than a little bit repulsive to me, there is absolutely a market opportunity created by this tragedy at this instant in time for someone to come in there from the DR with 4WD vehicles and basically indenture carloads at a time of young, attractive Haitian women into working for them in the DR. The fact is, the catalyst for this sort of trafficking is invariably economic desperation, and a disaster like this is most assuredly the sort of thing that greatly increases economic desperation among those who are trafficked.

So, how is Sosua doing these days? Would like to know... people seem to be "scared"? What about the Haitians in front of Classico's?? Business as usual? ;)

What about the Haitians in front of Classico's? Business as usual?
There were loads of them last night and it was raining. They still have to eat, earthquake or not.

But I saw many of them crying and hugging each other in groups as they exchanged what little information they had.

I took one home. In the middle of the night I was woken up by her sobbing, and she is one of the lucky ones who, though from P-a-P, had heard that her immediate family and her home were safe.

Imagine what the other P-a-P girls are feeling. The majority of them won't have a clue about their loved ones.

Let's hope no guys are stupid enough to try and take advantage or make thoughtless comments or attempts at humor. Apart from being very cruel that might be potentially dangerous. Some of these Haitians must be on a short fuse these days.

As always every trip is a way to make new friendships. The sea was choppy, a lot of rain, blackouts and no special festivities. On the Eve there was no countdown, Pasións closed, After One empty after one. Viva Clasico’s Square balls drop!

Hotels:

Hotelelranchososua.com at Calle Dr.Rosen #36
$45 taxes included cash only dollars or pesos on double occupancy without breakfast.
Wifi, electronic safe, fridge, very small TV

The pool is very small. The whole building makes you feel claustrophobic. Quality of construction is doubtful. This hotel is discreetly GF.

Casa Cayena: the patio is long gone changed into a parking lot, same fashion as Waterfront did with its pool. Only two bungalow rooms were remodeled, the other rooms remain the same with only a touch of paint. There is also a construction nearby.

If anyone stayed at Pyramide Sosua on Alejo Martinez c/Davis Stern opposite Don Andres Hotel, please post.

Terralindaresort.com at Calle Dr. Rosen #26
Promotional $50 on single occupancy and $70 on double with breakfast taxes included and no CC charge. If you book single but have an overnight guest from 11 pm then the charge is extra $20. Very good rooms (only con is keyed safety box), great pool. Location is perfect. GF with a cedula.

If you are looking for a small pool party with a friend and 4 girls check out Fred’s Cuba Libre Bar at Clisante #156 (same side as Pasións but a step further): 809-963-7641

Girls:

There are a lot of working pregnant girls. One night I’ve seen at least five.

Look-alikes are available: “Halley Berry”, “Shakira”, “Rihanna” etc.

There are at least eight chicks with dicks: one plastic ass cheek moves and another stays frozen, so be careful out there :)

Public transportation to/from Puerto Plata is until 4am and takes around half an hour, that way you can always call a girl or a tag team from Puerto Plata and pronto! If she is late she was fucking someone else and is lying to you.

Lessons learned:
Mistakes can me made. You might think you recognize the girl, even know her name and her story from the previous trips, but you were wrong, it was a different girl.

Same girls may quote different prices to you on different days. And as long as they remain professional, meaning they don’t recollect anything or remember you, go try again if she is a looker.

Haitian spin:

I knew it. Exactly two weeks before. The days of Port-au-Prince’s and Pétion Ville’s strip clubs like Extreme, Ballade and Millennium with occasional dominicanas are pretty much over.

Don’t dismiss haitianas. They may be passionate, intelligent and gracious women, of course, not without gold digging. The only request is please stop feeding them all day long as they become bloated with potato chips, loose the testosterone and snooze like holy cows.

Considering New Garden charges 75 per night, Sosua Bay Hotel oceanview might be worth it for 100 per night. I would confirm before with Sosua Bay Hotel that those rooms are gust friendly before paying. In the past with the all inclusive package I always reserved a a garden view room and was given an ocean room view. A propina (small gift) sometimes works.

I emailed Sosua bay and Arline replied saying guest friendly garden view room is $65 and ocean view is $80 for my dates. She also said its $10 more for breakfast for the guest. I mentioned ISG forum and asked if I get a discount and she sounded like she did not know what it was. So I hope she understood what i meant by guest or should I be more specific.. do they hold the girls ID's like other hotels?
These are surely not all inclusive rates, so I guess it only includes breakfast.

Thanks for the info guys.

It is not a New Garden scene, and yes you can bring a working girl in. I am not quite sure what happens with the Cedula, my buddy uses this spot, and only changes novias 3X in a week!

You are really not doing a service to the cyber monger world IMO by mentioning ISG to a hotel clerk that is not exactly in the loop. ONLY breakfast is included at that rate.

Thanks for the info guys.An Italian guy owned Sosua Bay Hotel, the new casino and Classicos (he may still own these properties) . He may have sold the new casino to an American, I read in Sosua News that the boss (owner?) of the new casino was an American. The Italian guy knows the scene in Sosua, he would sometimes be at classicos at night and at After One checking up on his bars. I would imagine when they say their hotel is guest friendly, they know this is not disneyland and therefore know why guys are staying in that particular part of their hotel. I believe they are trying to get a piece of the monger business.

In the past when I stayed at Sosua Bay hotel, years ago, they checked the cedulas of chicas. I do not know what their current policy is. A hotel that makes a copy of a chica's cedula can be useful to you, if the chica steals something. With the cedula number the police can try to track down the chica, if she steals from you.

I agree.
If anything, it is a time to be a little more generous with a Haitiana,

How convenient is it during the day to take chicas in? I presume you have to walk thru the lobby and public areas. Would they have problems if I got in 2 or 3 per day. Any inputs appreciated, else I would have to find out myself.

Just chica watching one last time. Uh oh! I see this chica coming up from Rocky's on the other side of the street. She crosses to my side. Hola! Hello. I give here a story about a bad chica. She's touched. Well. Back to room for the last time. Stellar performance. Here's 1100pesos all I got left. Get the phone#. Done Never a problem anytime at the New Garden. At anytime you stick your line{or Rod} out to the street and pickup!

I would not use this facility that way, one a day might fly, a propina here and there and you might get away with this, there is a side entrance on the beach road seperate from the main hotel.

To all married men, your alibi has been compromised. The other side has insider information. Two popular womens magazines are reporting in the Febuary edition about Sosua and Boca Chic. I got a call two days ago from my wingmans wife asking me to stay away from her husband. She said I tricked him for the last time. What? The jive turkey threw me under the bus, confessed all, and said it was my fault. Going to the Domincan Republic to play golf with the fellas won't work anymore? The same wingman asked if he could stay at my house a couple days while he and his wife worked thing out. Hell no I said, I'm not getting in that married shit. Damn I'm glad I'm not married.

I stayed there for one night before heading off to BB's for another planned 6 days. This place was just finished, even has that new construction smell to it though the facility design is intentionally "stressed" looking. Its owned by a nice Costa Rican lady who speaks good English. It is indeed chica friendly and $45/night though she has one small apartment and a few larger rooms that I didn't get a chance to look at. These are a bit more expensive of course. I think she told me they had about 22 units or close to that. I'd stay there again, easy to walk to everything yet the side street its on is much quieter. Decent restaraunt right across the street. The security requires chicas to have a VALID cedula. They have a little bar out back and I remember seeing a breakfast menu but we had plans to eat elsewhere so I have nothing to say about their food. Coffee was decent though. Address: Calle Dr. Rosen #36. Directions on this post are correct. Enjoy

I'm going to be arriving in Sosua on Feb 23. Since the Earthquake, award seats for the minimum 35K miles on Delta have opened up for dates in late Feb.

Haven't decided where I'm staying yet. Last time, I stayed in New Garden, but their prices have increased noticeably since my last visit. Will probably go with either SeaBreeze or El Rancho, and may spend a few days at Blackbeards in Costambar.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I've decided to go with the Sea Breeze - $40 a day cash, newly renovated, has AC, fridge and in-room safes, great location, GF, and an excellent reputation for how it's managed.

The reason I chose it over the El Rancho, is that from their reply to my inquiry, I got the sense that El Rancho were chica tolerant, like Casa Valeria, rather than truly chica friendly. Sea Breeze was explicit that they were very chica friendly. The location of both is the same, about a block closer to the beach than the New Garden along Dr. Rosen.

I would say that New Garden is like 2 blocks closer to Sosua beach than Sea Breeze.. Sea Breeze is in the back by the Pizza joint and New Garden, you just need to go up a half a block to Pedro Clisante and make a right.

Does the earthquake in Haiti affect mongering in Sosua for the next weeks? How will it affect regular tourism?

I just got back from Sosua....my flight arrived from Miami and landed in POP about 4:20pm. Since me and my wingman only had carry on luggage we were out of the airport and in are waiting SUV within a few minutes. Like most mongers I made a bee line to La Passions to check out the new girls. At approximately 8 mins to 5pm we were getting out of the SUV and was walking in La Passions when it started. The ground was shaking and the water in the pool was swishing side to side. All I can is as horny as I was........ I really wasn't thinking about getting a massage anymore. A few Presidente (hours) later we were back on track. As far as the clubs are concerned it was business as usual. From what I was told from some of my local friends the Dominican Government has sent more troops to Haitian Dominican Border.

Been here for a few days and having a great time. Weather cleared as I arrived so good for the beach and diving and chica hunting......just to clear up the controversy.....I´m staying at the sosua bay hotel, but in a part called the Sosua Bay beach resort....same place, but buildings 5 and 6 are not all inclusive and I showed up with NO reservation (place is about half full, if that) and got a seaside room for $60 a night, includes breakfast and totally chica friendly. Girls must have cedulas for entry. This place is the BEST I´ve stayed at here, and I´ve been to the dump Europa and Voramar by comparison. RIGHT on the beach and classy service. Essentially it´s the ¨¨monger¨¨ section of the all-inclusive sosua bay resort.

I´ve had OK luck with the chicas but the chica union is very strong.....RD 1500 minimum for one hour, mostly non-negotiable. I do not do toda la noche. Plenty of ladies in town and the place is busy at night....no problem with supply.

I also stand by my previous comments that chicas on the beach are not avail if in swimsuits, very available if wearing street clothes. I don´t want to hear from you, Buscemi!!

Pics to follow in a couple days.

The United States Department of State agrees with your ex-wife. Their statitics says crime rate is two or three times higher in DR than Haiti. Not according to to what I have read in the OSAC Crime and Safety Reports. Haiti is ranked as critical while the DR is ranked as high. You can Google them. Having spent a considerable amount of time in both capitals, Port-au-Prince and Santo Domingo, there is really no comparison. Haiti is much more dangerous, particularly if kidnappings, police harassment and random shootings are your idea of dangerous. If being hassled by typical street thugs, ripped off by taxi drivers, or getting into a fight with a hooker is your idea of dangerous I guess the DR is dangerous.

I'd say you're in much more danger or actually losing your life in Haiti, but the DR is not without a lot of sorry hassles, that's for sure. But so is everywhere that's really tops, Rio is dangerous as hell and go ahead and Google Colombia + Scopolamine. That's about the scariest shit I have ever heard of.

The owners of this country (i.e., Government, huge corporations, organized crime rings, drug cartels, ect.) take great pride in the fact that the American people will believe anything that is shoved down their throats. Be it by the media or some poll that they can create. Many which aren't worth the paper they are printed on. I have been all over the DR, I rented a car and drove over a good part of the country and felt much safer than I would in places like New Orleans or Atlanta. The instilled fear factor is a tool used by big brother to make an attempt at regulating anything you might consider doing. If you deem yourself worthy of taking a vacation and having some fun, don't let some bogus report that you found online stand in your way. If you disregard most of this garbage you just might surprise yourself at how much fun you will have.

I live in a semi urban area in New Jersy and a week does not go by without a killing or brutal robbery. It is hard to believe that when it happens in places like the DR it causes a panic in people who in there home area they would just shrug it off.

If one were to take headlines from all over the United States and create some type of online report this would sound like the most dangerous place in the World and we would get zero visitors come here. However those same people that create those reports about other countries market things Like Sea World, Disney World, and all of our tourists destinations to encourage foreign travelers to come here and spend money.

I'm in Sosua now. I was wondering what are the prices. I was quoted in classicos for 2000-2500 short time. This is what I considered an 8 or 9 chica. I heard from this board that it should be 1000-1500. However, some women on the street will go for 1000. I was approached by a woman from New Garden. How come all the clubs start kicking at 12am? It used to be much earlier.

This is accurate information, and IMO drinks are really not part of the negotiation, at least from the chica's POV!

If you ever pay more than RD2,000 to any chica, she best have "Toto Diamante", and include multiple pops!

Quick question. Is the Casa Marina Beach Hotel people are talking about the same place as the Casa Marina Reef Resort all inclusive place (advertises as being 5 min from downtown). Found a good deal staying here. Is it really close (safe walking distance) to all the action? Do you have any other names of close all inclusive spots near pedro clisante street?

ThanksCasa Marina Beach/Reef is one hotel. They were two separate hotels that were joined into one hotel. It is a hotel with two lobby's and two entrances. Casa Marina Beach/Reef is run by AMHSA Marina hotels:http://www.amhsamarina.com/

They operate several all inclusive hotels throughout the Dominican Republic.

I always stayed on the reef side. The reef side entrance is across from a baseball field, 100 feet from seabreeze hotel and about one block from new garden hotel.

I have never stayed on the beach side of casa marina, those rooms would be further away from the center of sosua.

Sosua bay hotel/victorian house share the same facilities, all inclusive hotel that also rents rooms that are not all inclusive.

Sosua by the Sea hotel supposedly has an all inclusive package.

I have in the past got a package deal for casa marina beach/reef through orbitz, air and hotel (all inclusive for food and drink) for 500 dollars from new york for 5 nights.

Food is ok at the casa marina.

If you stay at the casa marina you will need another room for your mongering activities, to bring a chica in overnight to casa marina would probably cost 60 dollars or more, not worth it.

You could rent a room at rocky's or hotel orchidee for about 25 dollars per night to use for mongering activities. There is also the hotel calypso, a short time use hotel.

Safe to walk back to casa marina at night, from classicos it is about 3-4 blocks, just beware late at night on the road where new garden hotel is, occasionally you will encounter chicas who will approach you and sometimes they get touch feely in the street, some of them will try to pickpocket you.

I always felt safe walking from the discos on the main drag to Casa Marina. Obviously, if you're walking very late after discos close and streets are totally empty (4am or so), just make sure noone is following you. Don't wear flashy stuff, and don't show that you've got lots of cash.
Also, be careful if there's still construction going on - watch your step. Avoid holes in the ground and puddles - they can be quite deep.

The main "problem" i had when i stayed in Casa Marina was husslers on the corner just a few meters from Reef lobby during the day, and taxi/moto drivers at night. They will try to scare you with "scary stories" to get you to pay them for a ride. Also, the bracelet from Casa Marina acts as a magnet or a "bulls eye" for all kinds of vendors. You become a "mark" for all of them. I ended up covering the bracelet with my (cheap) wristwatch when i was outside.
The Casa Marina security was pretty tight. Not necessarily in terms of protecting you, but in terms of not letting guests in. I tried once but couldn't sneak in with a chica by going through the restaurant right above the beach on the Reef side. Even @3am, long after the restaurant closed, the security was still there.
Like Jaosousa has said, i ended up renting for a few hours in other hotels. Actually it's not a bad arrangement, since all my valuables were in Casa Marina room, and when i rented "by the hour" I had nothing of value that the chicas could steal.

Just wondering why most posts here are about hotels? I know they have a section for hotels. Anyway I would like to find out. Where. When. How much. Without UPing the bar. I hate UPing the bar.

Since this is my first trip to the the DR and Sosua. Here's a couple Qs for all you well seasoned mongers.

1. How much ST and LT?

2How long is ST an LT?

3. Can you get V over the counter? Where?

4. What is there to do in the daytime? Drinking beer in the surf, and making dates that nite is good too.

5. Any bars to avoid? Like the ones with the younger DR men, looking to fight.

6. Any bars not to miss, like they have the best ladies, they have the best party, they have the best expat infro. Thay have a best HH.

7. Where's your fav place to eat lunch? And what?

8. Where's your fav place to eat dinner? Low end? High end? And what.

I, am only there in Sosua from Feb 4 11. Its the shortest monger trip I've been on. Since I spend most my monger fun and funds in SEA and travel 4 weeks at a time there.

Without your help, by the time I figure it out on my own. I, ll be packing my bags.

Thanks,

SunLion

Sunlion hello and welcome. Most of the answers to your questions can be found if you dig a little deeper into this board.7 days is plenty time to learn, actually everyting will become repeticious.Heres what to not do(1)stay away from male street hustlers(2)Stay away from girls in groups that wont seperate(3)dont leave sosua with strangers(4)never tell girls its your first time. Also be a little flexible,if you got a good vibe with good sex its ok to stray alittle from the pricing structure.

hi guys,

i will be visiting sosua and the dr next month, so i'm doing my research. even after reading the last 100+ pages of the sosua thread and all the rod, i'm left with a couple doubts i hope you guys can help me with.

1 – i'm not quite clear about how the bars work: i've read a couple times of people mentioning they had to pay a kind of bar fine to the establishment in order to be able to take out the girl, whereas from the rest of the posts it would seem girls are freelance. i'm not talking about la passion, i've got that one down.

2. after visiting the bj bars in bangkok i'm now sold on the therapeutic value of a quick, paid for bj, and would like to know more about the venues which offer that kind of service in sosua.

beside la passion, there has been another name mentioned a couple times, figaro salon, but not a lot of info about it really.

so anyway, could anyone give me a quick summary of the bj places, costs, if you need to ask for anyone/anything in particular. you know.

thanks a lot in advance for any help you may decide to offer, and you can count on my full reports once back.

I heard 1000 for st was for ugly girls. most girls ask 2000 for st but will accept 1500 for st. I was quoted 3000 for lt. i guess I look like a sucker :(

Some of the women are hoping to find that one sucker. When they quote me 3000 I just laugh. There are too many women available to take them serious.

Have fun.

This will be my first trip report on this forum but my 2nd trip to the DR. The report is just my way of thanking the people of this forum for the helpful information that I was provided that I found to be great which if one would only research this forum IMHO all questions and information can be found.

My flight from Kansas to JFK was on 1/14 to make my flight to POP early the next morning on JetBlue 5 AM. Arrived in the DR around 11:45AM in and out of the airport in less than 10 min. Learned on 1st trip not to check bags lost a notebook computer taken out of my bag. Now to pick up a rental car and headed to Sosua. I wanted something more than NG on this trip and got a super nice villa from Residencial Hispaniola 2 BR 2Ba nice size pool and a maid all very upscale and private but 2x the price of NG but worth it and guest friendly if you keep a low profile. Found out my dive time had been change to Saturday afternoon and not 9AM so did not need to be up early to get to Cabarette to meet my dive master at Hippocampo Dive Center. After a nap it is off to Merenge on the main strip and it is raining cats and dogs but still lots of chicas which I interviewed with some 7-8s and my spanish is none at all but I got by okay. Still rainy, so I said what the hell and went to Passions were I seen a very hot azz looking chica name Dianna (not the big titty Diana) nice azz and breast spoke good english but also meet a cute spinner that just had that CFM look they are friends with each other so I took them both out and back to the villa after we had dinner. Both had good sexy bodies made for DATY and fucking, made them both bust nuts very good in bed on the floor, counter and a chair. We.ucked most of the night during the rain. Next day went diving at Sosua Bay not great but was good and returned back to Cabarette with the dive crew and while having a beer at the beach meet a super looking Russian Devushkas blonde big tits spoke good english said it was her day off with nothing to do so to Sosua we went to my villa had fun all night she wanted a BBBJWF that next morning we never talked price but she appeared to be happy with the 3000 I gave her. Photo's coming soon. Now, on to Costambar for the next 3 days will report in Puerto Plata forum.

I'm actually in sosua, last reports talk about prices, and put prices like 1500 ST or 2000/2500 TLN please I have never payed more than 1000 even for TLN. And found really some nice gems. She is a girls if she has fun with you this will work if she that like a bussiness it will be shure a bad bussiness for you.

They are too many girls and remember they have more need of our money than us of her sex don't be confussed about that. I told her at the end I have my hand and she don't have a money printer,.

I see some girls they ask for outrageous prices, if I have done a loooong and expensive trip from europe to monger here is no to pay the same or expesiver prices I have at the corner of my house.

In DR a girl working in a 5 star hotel doing beds and cleaning are payed 6000 pesos a month working hard 8 hours a day.

The proportion of paying 3000 pesos is the same if a girl in our countries where asking for 1200 eur por a 1 or 2 hour of sex PLEASE if a pay for that I want is 5 star service and what I get normally is being ripped off with something.

I allways agree before to go to the hotel the prices, time and # of pops we will do to be a clear "contract" they 80% of times uncomplish the terms of our contract what they want all the money. After this starts the discussion and of course finishes with a bad taste in your mouth what has to be a nice and a pleasant time is a expensive and a stress experience.

Yesterday I agree 3 hours of fun with a girl for 1000 after 1 hour she started to put her clothes and say "me voy" I tell her ok if 3 hour and you leave in one hour I'll give you 300 pesos. At the end of the discusion I gave her 500.

And if they see that this systems works this will be the most common we will find in sosua.

Peace and happy time

Neither of these chicas are Dominicanas. The 1st photo is Dianna my take out from Lapassion Evelyn was the other not in photo. Dominican

The next photo as you can see if you compare the photo's I took of the villa is in the front room. Bad with names but I did take her home, she stay's just pass the airport about 1. 5-2 mi on the way to Puerto Plata. Dominican

The next I found near elflow on the way to Merenge in a down pound of rain

Very pretty girl 2000 she is mixed don't know were she is from don't ask.

The next photo is Vicki say she is from pague or something like that she is Russian. Found her in a bar on the beach in Cabarette while hanging out with my dive club crew. She works for a AI that is private the same place Diana is at that worked at Lapassion with the big tits.

I paid 7000 for both the girls from Lapassion

1500 for the Puerto Plata girl for st

2500 for the mixed chica but only paid her half

She change her mind for anal but I was stii happy

3000 for the Russian 5PM. 7AM and it was DDG

Can you walk to the strip from these joints? Or is a rent a car needed?Yes, you can walk to the action but I would not advise that because you would have to walk through this very upscale area with a chica and the area is all secured by fence and guards with a gate that you enter in a car. I did one daytime ST and the way vicki was dress all eyes was on me from my car to the front door. Thereafter, I would wait until dark, no eyes.

Once the guards see your car they open the gate and never ask to see the girls I.D. but the girl can't enter or leave without you. Get a car it looks better and girls walking in high heels and short-short don't look good in this area. Lots of families.

i think la passions is the only type of bar like this in sosua. the rest are just pickup bars with freelancers. you may want to look into blackbeard's adult resort or field of dreams which are both in puerto plata (see that thread for more info on both). they are not "bj bars" but they do have a line up of girls that you can pick from for bj's and more, which might be somewhat similar to your bangkok setup.

a bar fine (or salida fee) is only paid when a particular chica is working at the bar like a bartender. many chicas in sosua are freelancers, they hang out in the bars/discos just like you hang out there. you chat with them and discuss price and if there is a meeting of the minds, away you go with her.

there is a beauty salon near the bon ice cream shop (across the street, 100 feet from the corner). in the past one of the girls in that hair salon would give inexpensive bj's. the figaro place, i am not sure about.

in the past there were two other places for a bj. i haven't been in sosua in a long time, other guys would have more up to date info.

pretty much everything in sosua is freelance, and you don't have to pay a "salida" or exit fee. i would avoid clubs or brothels where you have to pay a salida, as you are just paying more money for more of the same. you will find whatever you want just by walking around. sosua is small and you will find the same girls everywhere or just on the street or in the stores and restaurants.

if you want the best sex, tell girls that you are looking for a steady girlfriend and that you don't like "putas". even if she is a puta, she will still express disapproval of putas for public consumption. make her feel that she is special. tell her she is beautiful and that you fell in love the first time you saw her because she is different from the other girls. it is all bs, but you have to play the game.

relax and have fun. it is easy.

learn as much spanish as possible before you come, even if it is just a few phrases. if you have a netbook or laptop you can run it while chatting with a girl in a translation program if you are close to a wi-fi router.

I don't believe any monger destination is the "gold standard", as that is subjective, since we all have our own tastes when it comes to women. For me I love women with curves, so a place like the DR or Brazil ranks a lot higher than Thailand or the Philippines.

Yes it is all BS, but have you ever heard of method acting? If you just throw yourself into the role and become that woman's lover for the moment, you will have a much better time than if you try to mentally distance yourself from what you are doing. If they are all booked can I still go there and mingle with the ladies and possibly take them to a cheap motel for 1-2 hours

I will have a rental so anyone knows a good cheap motel

And where can I find a sexy Russian female? You can take the ladies out of any of these places. BB's is going to charge a salida.

Alberto, the owner of FOD just built or rebuilt a cabana down the road a bit from FOD,not sure of the name but I heard it is the nicest around.

Go to freeking Russia if you want russian girls, duh.

So I read that there is Terra Linda Resort, also on Dr Rosen.

I met three women who had there own apts in Sosua. Is there any risk in going to their places of residence? I didn't partake in any of them.

Also, while I was in Classicos, there was a fight between two women. All of the sudden 20 ladies ran out of the disco real fast. I just ran with them since I was in the front of the door. I thought there was a fire or someone pulled out a gun. I think security escorted her to the police station. I think an old guy got hit in the eye or something. I'm not sure what happened.

I stayed at Terra Linda resort last 3 days. Nicest room I have had in Latin America. 2 King size beds brand new never slept in. Wi fi Great signal. Room safes nice. Free breakfast. 55 night cash. Olympic size pool. Large dresser for suitcase. Hot water. Plenty towels and shampoo. Quiewt and cold A/c

Owner even chased me to car to ask me how it was. PERFECT I replied enough said.

El Ranch Blows

Had room 16 A/C louder than a Harley room safe didn't work the red tile floor in rooms stains anything it comes into contact with{clothes}. Its too bad cause its a descreet hotel but the Owners are slackers and don't check anything before occupied. Aint my fault the owner says ya whatever. I guess in there was a filled up rubber in my bed from previous tenant wasn't her fault either. Wifi was little slow. Hot water was hot. Really loud though can hear through walls. No shampoo but soap. 2 towels.

This appears to be a brand new place. Based on it's address of 26 Dr. Rosen, it's next door to the Casa Valeria - a good location, half a block from New Garden Hotel, very close to the nightlife. As of mid-December, it wasn't open yet for business. Based on the photos, it certainly looks like a nice place - but you'd better find out from them what their policy is toward chica visitors - since they are trying to cater to families on their website. There is ZERO information about them on Tripadvisor. And there is NOTHING about their rates on their website.

No risk. One of the chicks who I deal with actually has a decent house in that section right by the beach. The first night I met her at Classico's I banged her and her aunt in a wild threesome...made them eat each other out and everything. Hell, it only set me back 2000 pesos, 1000 each. In the morning, I told her aunt she could leave but told the girl to come to breakfast with me. That mongering evolution turned into a casi-friendship. I have met her teenage son and sometimes talk to her daughter, who lives in New York, online. Whenever I am in Sosua I may call her to come by and she never even wants money from me. Try it. Never know what you will get.

I´m staying at the sosua bay hotel, but in a part called the Sosua Bay beach resort....same place, but buildings 5 and 6 are not all inclusive and I showed up with NO reservation (place is about half full, if that) and got a seaside room for $60 a night, includes breakfast and totally chica friendly.
I see on the website it is $60 plus tax. How much is the tax? I also see that an additional person is $30. Did they charge you to have a guest or how did it work? Thanks

I just reserved a room there and double checked. No extra charge for having a friend with you, price includes one or two "continental" breakfasts. If you bring in an extra girl or girls (more than one) they would charge you extra. Best rate I could get for March for ocean view is $65 a night.

Sent them an email yesterday, maybe I should have asked how much for 1 person as well:

thanks for contacting us.
The rate for 2 people is US$80 per night, taxes and breakfast included.
We allow guest but there are some policies.
When you bring the guest, the lady should leave the ID at the Front Desk, that´s for yours and our security. What you do inside the roo
keep it private, you only can have 1 girl at the same time inside the room. the behaviour of the guest is very important for us.
Any question or suggestion, just send me an e'mail.

The single person rate is $65. Other than that, I received the identical e-mail reply.

In any case, it looks like there are several new and attractive options in Sosua beyond New Garden but all within one block of New Garden's prime location. Sosua Bay and Terra Linda representing somewhat upscale options in the $60-80 range, and Sea Breeze and El Rancho representing more economical options in the $40-45 range. One thing I will say is that Sea Breeze seems to be the only one of these that is COMPLETELY guest friendly, including for multiple visitors at once.

If that's an issue for you, try the Sea Breeze. I'll be staying there next month, and I picked it for the unfettered nature of their guest policy, as well as the lower cost. Certainly, their rooms and swimming pool is smaller than Terra Linda and Sosua Beach Club, though.

I really don't care what the website says just like the arguement about Field of Dreams I posted 35 a night and you guys argued with me for a month.I was there 2 days ago.

But I think they will raise the rate once occupancy is up its too nice of place.

I'M here in Sosua for the weekend at my usual hotel, Sosua Bay Resort. I come down here around 3-4x/year and just learned something tonight which I'm not sure has been mentioned yet.

Since I don't like bringing girls into my hotel room and am only interested in ST, I've been stuck going to that dump, Hotel Calypso. I know it's only $10, but the rooms are bright, hot, and you're lucky if the bathroom has soap, or even running water.

But tonight, at the request of a hot 21-year-old spinner I just met at Classico's, we went next door to Bar Central. We walked to the back of the bar, I handed $400 DOP to a manager-type, and we were taken up some stairs to an air-conditioned second floor lined with rooms in what appears to be a refurbished hotel which sits above and behind Bar Central.

It wasn't the Waldorf (or even a Holiday Inn Express), but the room was freshly painted, had what looked like clean sheets, was well-ventilated, and the bathroom actually had a light, running water, and soap! And you can't beat the location.

Just thought I'd let you guys know.

I won't try the Sea Breeze after reading so many bad stories etc. I'd rather stay at Rocky's and have basic but cheap rooms.

Curious, I've NEVER heard a bad word about the Sea Breeze. But I'd be very curious where you did hear them and what you heard, since I'm booked to stay there in a bit more than 3 weeks, and I would surely make other plans if need be.

There is nothing wrong with The Sea Breeze!
It is clean, chica friendly with very basic, new rooms for $40-$45.

The owner Jihad is a great guy, just don't let him know any of your business, or it will be all over Sosua as fast as a chica drops her knickers.

If you like a waitress, sit at the bar and chat her up, ask her if she wants to hang out after her bar closes or the next day during the day. Useful to have a cell phone with you, so that you can call her later that night or the next day. Some of the waitresses will give you no play, others will give you play. Some of the waitresses are available for pay 4 play, others may just want to hang out and drink a few beers and dance.

I have read here before on this site that the waitresses at Baileys are generally not available, unless you are somewhat well established in the Sosua area.

There are some rich folks tooling around in Dominican Republic, (driving a 60k Range Rover SUV, with a 700k home in Sea Horse Ranch). I don't recall the waitresses at Baileys, but Baileys usually has some expensive SUV's parked outside. Maybe the waitresses in Baileys would be more open to dating those guys driving the expensive SUV'S with the expensive homes in Sea Horse Ranch. Anything is possible. There are enough chicas in Dom Rep to keep us normal non-super rich guys happy.

Every single female in Sosua bartender, waitress, club girl is for rent in one form or another. Regardless if the have a "boyfriend" or not. In a matter of fact the Bartenders are counting on "take out" as a mends to supplement their incomes.

A bartender on PC makes around 5,000 - 6,000 pesos per month when working 6 days a week. That should give you a first inclination as to pricing.

Suffice it to say that an officer w/ Politur makes less than that.

If you guys are looking for non/semi puta action, then lunch time at Bailey's is the spot. During lunch, many of the chicas who work at banks & offices go there for lunch. RD$140 lunch deals. It's very easy to chat them up and get a number for later. Plus their WIFI is pretty good. Out of all the places that serve Dominican lunches, I believe Bailey's is the largest and most popular.

Residencial Hispaniola is really not the spot to get nuts, you are better off renting an entire hotel and being upfront with your intentions, Try Hotel Coco, or Field of Dreams for the actual party. If you have big stacks try Sea Horse Ranch, and you can't go nuts there, but there is a bit more privacy than Hispaniola, which is very open.

The homeowners in Hispaniola are well connected and DO NOT want bachelor parties in the hood. One or two chicas fine, loud party with many chicas is asking for it. They will evict you and keep your money, and possibly get LE involved.

My first choice in Sosua would be Terralindaresort for 55 cash a night Remodeled Hotel WI/fi Breakfast included Good hot water. Owners also accomidating. Great location. Parking is ok. My first choice if prices stay the same.

New garden should never come in 2nd because it is also very nice at 55 night cash for old room which am not bad with 2 beds. WIFI Breakfast included Good hot water. Not to mention this is the Blackbeard type with girls coming into the pool. It is more of the Social type of Hotel. Where the Legends hang out. Owner always nice and accomidating. Parking not an issue. My second choice while prices at Terralinda stay low.

Sosua Bay I am not sure what their rates are at this moment it was 55 night and on the water. Wi fi Breakfast included my 3rd choice.

Sea Breaze I love Jihad but he needs to update his room safes. 40 a night is cheap for a room but without breakfast. Wi fi included. Hot water I never had any. Can rent cars and Motocycle and scooters from owner. Parking is a issue if you rent a car not enough space on street and Jihads parking is tight. My fourth choice.

El Rancho at what 45 night? Nice hotel but red tile floor that stains everything that comes into contact with (clothes etc). It is rather loud you can literally hear through the walls so if you had a late night good luck sleeping. Hot water enough to burn you. Wifi weak signal. A/C and ceiling fan louder than a Semi truck with Jake brake and the room safe did not work. It is a New Hotel and the owners are nice people but they need to check the rooms before renting them. More of a incognito hotel if your on the down low. Parking not an issue.I don't know if I would stay here again.

Another choice for me is Hispanola but I travel too much to budget 120 a night for Villa.

One of my friends also has largest apartment on Charmico side of Sosua Bay. Its awesome 2 bedroom two story apartment with awesome view very private WIFI and maid but he wants 100 a night I am too cheap. LOL

Alot more hotels, apartments in Sosua but the only ones I have stayed minus the Europa which I do not recommend at all.

I saw two more hotels going up back of baseball diamond by New garden and another nearby.

I just gave my "bump & grind" gringa my unlocked motorola razor last night because she lost her phone. I usually use this phone for mongering, but now it's gone (call it the "cost of doing business with gringas" ;-)

So my question is this: Has anyone ever used their iPhone in Sosua without having to "Jailbreak" it? I just want to be able to go over to the Claro store and get the activated SIM card, but not if I have to Jailbreak my iPhone though...

iPhone needs to be UNLOCKED (either factory-unlocked and sold w/o carrier subsidies for $500-600, or by the end user) in order to use another company's SIM.
I don't mean to sound too technical, but "jailbreaking" only allows the iPhone to execute unauthorized code, which, among other uses, can "unlock" the device. So, in order to use a "foreign" SIM, your goal is not jailbreaking, but ultimately unlocking.
With a "locked" iPhone purchased outside of DR your options are either roaming or using VOIP apps such as Skype and WiFi (just make sure you're on WiFi and not roaming on the data network.) The first option can become really expensive really fast (it would be much cheaper to buy an unlocked tri- or quad-band phone on ebay) and the other option is somewhat inconvenient because you're obviously tied to a WiFi hotspot (sort of like having a cordless phone rather than a mobile.)

How about the waitresses at Rockies? They don't speak too much english and seemed not happy. Are they available? :) They seem cute.
Why not just go talk to them. I used to converse with the girl who worked during breakfast when I would go in. She was married and seemed to be a pretty nice lady. I seriously doubt that Rocky waitresses are hookers.

I knoooowwww you are joking about giving your phone away to an AW! I would say just go buy one at the grocery store. The whole package is only 500 pesos. However my wingman was down the other day and he said they no longer sell SIM cards to foreigners. He did say however that locals are selling them on the street now. Go figure.

Take your passport to Orange, buy a new locked Orange phone and keep it ( I got mine for 1,200 dop ) and a SIM card from 125 peso. Take a paid plan in days, annual one or even one that allows roaming that way you can use it in Colombia, Jamaica etc. Credits can bought online from DR, with US credit card or from Spain. 1 SIM card = 1 phone number and they are not limited.

Fellow mongers. I am sure many of you have given to the help organizations but there is one thing you can do that will assure your money gets used properly. Water is a big problem and it is going to get bigger. One of the ISG members just brought 9 small units to purify water. It will purify 1 liter of water every 90 seconds but the advantages are that it only requires 2 each AA rechargeable batteries. If you are coming to Haiti or the Dominican Republic and if you don't come you could get them to someone that is coming it would go a long way. They cost $60. You have probably spent that much for one night with a Chica or even more for less. Just go to this sight

In june '09, Orange store in Sosua (2 blocks from Casa Marina) sold me a prepaid SIM and a recharge card after i showed them a copy of my passport. initially the salesman (who looked very young and new to this job, probably a trainee) didn't know if it was allowed to sell SIM cards to foreigners, but the manager said no problem. he did write down the passport number during the activation. he said in broken english something like "we are not allowed to sell SIM to you if you take it out of the country", but i told him that i'd throw it in the trash at the airport before boarding the plane to the States, so the SIM will never leave DR. i thought that he understood the joke, because he was smiling.

I can't verify it, but I did read on another board almost a month ago this was going to happen. There must be quite a few phone numbers floating around that have only been used a week or two while someone was on vacation.

Strange thing is the 829 area code is at the most four years old. Did they run out of numbers that quick?

I inquired at the Claro store about a week ago about activating my unlocked phoned and the guy said no problem. Cost is 700 peso and included in that is 350 pesos worth of air time. The guy spoke decent English so I don't think I misunderstood anything.

I have a question about new garden. How do the girls work there? I walked by and saw some women sitting at table with guys and some by the pool. Do these girls approach you? Or do you invite them to eat with you? I saw one called Blousey or something like that. She was willing to take 1000 for a short time. I declined however. Is that the going rate at NG?

I have to weigh in on you guys and your phones. Foreigners are allowed cell phone SIM cards. I have bought 3 in last year at Orange stores in Sosua. Sounds like a dork at the store. I have taken mine out country 5 times in a year with the SIM.

You can purchase phones by the street vendor for 250 pesos with minutes he walks around with them.

I don't understand why you would pay 700 pesos for Unlocking your Iphone when you can purchase a new phone for 250 pesos at Orange store by the Texaco. Iphone are probably most stolen objects in DR I have 3 friends have theirs stolen there one by knifepoint, one at stoplight first day they had it another by a girl at a Hotel.

The women there come and go as they please and set their own rates as they are not beholden to the hotel like say Blackbeards. If you stick around long enough you will see women coming and going all day. Some pop in, hang around for a bit to see if they can get a session, and if not they leave.

Yes, some will approach you, but for the most part they just sit around waiting to be approached. You do not have to invite them to eat with you. If you are interested you just either go to her or motion for her to come over to where you are, chit-chat, negotiate a price, and then do the damn thang!

It also really helps if you are staying at the hotel as well. If you don't see anything you like lounging around at the time you can just go up to your room for an hour, come back out, and will now literally have a fresh new lineup to choose from :-P

I have a question about new garden. How do the girls work there?

It's a free for all in The NG, some mafiosa chicas, like the Santiago Sisters still try to get RD3,000 from newbies, you just need to stick to your guns with the pricing. There is an occasional diamond in the rough new to the game in there, but a rarity.

There is no etiquette there, just hiss if you like one, and keep them AWAY from your table, they will order Coronas, and espaghetti con camarones! These are street rats, they will extract anything they can from you. Watch your telephones, iPods & cameras around the pool area, I mean it.

No need to ever pay more than RD1,000 for a quickie, especially to these New Garden Ratonas!

Just to add what the other posters stated, the chicas during the afternoon looking for "Happy Hour" clients will usually stake out certain turfs like the New Garden pool area, the smoke shop attached to Sea Breeze, the swings in front of Europa, El Flow & the German Bar on the corner or the colmado area on the beach leading to the middle entrance to the beach off of the highway. Or simply just walking up & down & up the block again.

Some of the chicas have favorite spots

Well guys another chapter closes for the Sabor in Sosua! I have to say I had a really good time. I had the honor of meeting Mr. Gogo and his wingman and they took me under they'er wing. A car was rented and we went all over so the next time I go (there will be a next time!) I will definitely rent wheels. Mr. G took us to various locations and got to meet really cool people outside the Sosua city limits. I bagged a few 9/10 and must apologize to Mr.G's wingman for keeping him up for an hour or two. Not my screams either! A few things I learned this trip.
1. NG chicas should be a last resort. I banged a few there and they quickly gained confidence and started knocking on my door! One had the audacity to interupt me and Mr. G while we had a nitecap with our dates at 2am! Really ghetto stuff!
2. Alcohol consumption should start after 6pm however I did say should!
3. The place next door Terra Linda looks promising however NG will be No 1 on list.
Fellas all the info is here, RTFF! You can get oriented in 15 mins in Sosua! Besides there are always other Mongers there to provide you the info.

Many Kudos to my Bro Mr. Gogo!! Also Jaded Man who was on the premises.

So true! My wingman had one NG chica on retainer for the day (3,000 RD for all day + food) and we left to go to the massage center. We came back and his chick had ordered Spaghetti Lobster for the both of them (how thoughtful of her) on his tab. The look on his face when they handed him those two big ass plates was PRICELESS!!

Well, if a girl sits at your table while your eating how do you politely ask her to go away or not order food on your tab? I guess NG is sort of like a Blackbeards in Sosua. I curious as to why there aren't more hotels like NG in Sosua.

I was staying at Casa Marina had my breakfast there then ventured to New Garden to have coffee.I would plug my mini laptop in connect to the WIFI shoot the shit with my friends, pay for my coffee then leave.Owner there has kind of come on in attitude.Come in for a beer, breakfast, coffee or whatever just to get a chic.I think his attitude reflects why his hotel is almost always full.Lets face it people have friends everywhere staying in town meeting for breakfast @New Garden is popular meeting place. There isn't more probably because some people like the incognito thing(under the radar). For me other than sleeping and breakfast I was never there when I stayed @ New Garden.I never sat at pool ever or shoot the shit with anyone at the pool other than a friendly hello, never picked up girl there either. Some people like to sit by pool and never leave the property.I rent a car and go almost everywhere within reason.Don't be afraid to stop there even if staying somewhere else, the owner encourages it.

Shit, I nearly posted the exact same thing - except I got the skinnier sister down to 1500 for ST - but that was like 2 years ago. They each must have been run through by over 1000 dicks since then. And have each probably made $50-60 grand over that timeframe.

I am glad you posted that picture.

Both girls will go through the act albeit horrible.
Both girls will ask for big money if your new. Then at least the one on the left will beg you not to tell the others you gave them $1k.

During my stay, there was not a single guy who was satisfied with either of them for the services they provide. Word spreads fast among the guys and when those two girls see their business has come to a halt, they leave for about 5 days until there is a fresh turnover of guys. Then they start their shenanigans all over again.

I got a kick out of this almost always mellow-mannered guy from Mississippi tell me his experience with the one on the right. Told his story in a stressed out anger and when he finished he sank back down back to his laid back demeanor… Jekyll and Hyde like.

The one on the left, her body looks nice in a dress. Out of the dress she starts to look like the Michelin man. You can see it better when she is in her blue dress. This next photo makes harder to believe… but its true at least IMHO.

arrived at mia airport gate e-9, and as usual my wingman is at the bar getting fucked up. he offers to buy me a drink but i decline. after touching down at pop i call renee(the taxi guy outside europa)he arrives 15 minutes later with two presidentes with the napkins stuck in top. on the way to new garden i say stop at 4 roses. as we get out my ex that works there starts yelling my sosua name, noemi, romanita, and big tittied maria are behind the bar, two girls at the bar run over and hug us in the street, dudes put the drinks down and look at us like"who are they", the german guys at the bar look disgusted like"damn he's back". we have a beer and my ex comes from behind the bar with this"you have to many chicas never time for me"speech. after 15 minutes its off to newgarden. after we check in i see a dude with a bottle of brugal on the table smoking a cigar. he gives me a point and i point back, sabor i persume. we go to his balcony and start hitting the brugal. we all seperate and agree to meet at el flow at 11pm. i leave new garden at 11; 15 and walk towards rockys, then to the corner, hang a right and boom. el flow is overflowing. i can barely walk through but i see sabor there and he is going gaga over this chic sitting at this table with other people. he tries to show her to me but its so crowded i'm thinking get my ass to latinos where i can have some room. latinos have melina and her sister working one side and jovina and her crew over by the pool table. i order a cuba libre and melina brings me acuba libre and mamaguana. after about 45 minutes sabor joins me, and we star drinking but he is not there mentally. he is like a hawk not to be distracted from getting his prey. sabor is watching this fine girl(he posted pics)on the other side of the bar with dudes on both sided begging. i'm thinking they are in a bidding war and sabor is ass out. then out of nowhere he says"nows the time"and goes over. two minutes later she's back with us drinking. after a couple hours drinking and looking at her fine ass i figure i'll go to 4 roses and get my ex that gets off soon. so the three of us leave latinos hang a left and wow. my beach bunny(previous report)is standing there with her hands on her hips starring at me looking good. fuck four roses and hello, new garden. we all decide to have a nite cap when out of nowhere comes another girl. sabor got pissed and cuts her off before she could get to us. we retire but i tell sabor tomorrow me and my wingman are going to the bario in puerto plata at 1pm and he is welcome to come.

day 2 later.

I was hanging out at Bermuda bar this evening right on the corner of Dr. Rosen and PC. I was looking for someone to snack on before the big festivities tonight. I don't know what the hell is going on here, but they are starting at 2500 and 2000...and that is just for 2 hours. But I vowed to find someone who would go 2 hours for 800, and that is what I did.

At first it was cool. She told me, "It's your money. We do what you want." But after 33 minutes of fucking. You guessed it. "I have to leave to feed my daughter." I told her that she is welcomed to leave with 500, but to earn 800 she still had an hour and a half to go. She called me a bad man. I told her that she was a bad woman because she agreed for 2 hours and now wants to leave after 30 minutes for the same 800.

After bitching and moaning she finally got the point. She woke me up at the hour 45 mark and asked if it was okay to leave. I told her yes. We got dressed and I walked her to the desk to get her cedula.

Hey Sabor,

It was great meeting you and hanging out with you and Mr. Gogo. You definitely know how to show the ladies a good time. Trust me I heard, one night my girl wanted to break in because she thought there were issues. I had to assure her it was just sabor being sabor. Let me know next time you're in town so I know not to get a room next door to you. Seriously you and Mr. Gogo are great people. Looking forward to hanging out on next trip.

Be safe!

Mamaguevo, mamar is to suck, guevo is penis, I guess mamaguevo is dick sucker or maricon or homosexual.

Maldita madre cuero is bad, not sure of the exact translation.

Grillo is cricket, supposedly an insult as well.

Dejame en paz porfavor. leave me in peace please.

Tacano is you are a cheap bastard, hahaha.

Viejo gordo feo = old fat and ugly.

lol

My two cents:
Maldita = Damned (Maldita sea! = Damn it/you!)
cuero = wh-re
tacaño = cheapskate, stingy (n is pronounced like first n in mañana).
Largate! = Beat it!

Another favorite is "Hijo de puta!" = Son of a wh-re!

Interesting. In peru "cuero" means a good looking guy. The word cuero, not slang, means leather.

In the D.R. there is also another expression "cuero de cortida" which you use for welloff people.

The word cuero, not slang, means leather.Like the word guapo, in some latin countries guapo (masculine) or guapa (feminine) means pretty or good looking. In the DR guapo can mean angry. Porque tu eres guapo conmigo? (why are you angry with me?)

In literal translation it does mean leather. In some countries "Cuero" is an extremely crass term men might use to describe unappealing, older women. It would translate as a "piece of animal skin", etc. It would be like us calling a woman, "meat" for instance.

after ecorting my beach bunny out, i go next door to see jose. i tell him to have the crv ready by 11am. i go back to new garden for breakfast and see my wingman(kutha)and his girl departing. he says hes going to siempre sol to see herman, i remind him we are leaving at 1pm. sabor comes out to join me for breakfast and has coffee. vicky(sabor previous pic)stops by to chit chat but we don't bite. its now 11am and i tell sabor i have to go check on the buisiness in cabarette. he asks if he can go because he wants to purchase some product and see cabarette. in cabarette sabor hangs out at the biz flirting with my female employees and relaxing. we meet kutha at new garden at 1pm he says vicky told him we left him and he should be with her, i'm glad he didn't believe her. we head to puerto plata and we give sabor a tour of the malecon and the fort. exiting malecon, past cristals up the hill, around the circle completely, then hang a left at the basketball court. we go deep into the heart of the dominican bario. we pull up to my amigas home and her fine ass comes out smiling, followed by mamasan and her two beautiful daughters peeking around mamasans knees. they bring out chairs for everybody, we go get 5 large presidentes, potato chips, and candy for the kids. my amiga call two stunning friends over in case we want to partake. the day was beautiful and my boys jumped in with both feet. sabor as you can figure out was sitting next to the finest chic. he was chatting with mama, and mi amiga, had one daughted on his knee and a plastic cup of beer in his hand. kutha decided to go in the street to help this little boy fly his homemade kite. he gives up after ten minutes and walks to us with the kids kite wrapped around him like a snake. the kid gives us a look like he was doing better himself. domincan women are not shy and didn't hesitate in mid conversation to pull out a titty and breast feed her daughter. i looked at kutha and sabor and you could see the envy in their faces. they wanted to be that little girl. we all had flash backs for the next three days about those tittys. after 2hours it was time for fod, i gave mama 50 dollars for her hospitality and sabor and kutha showed there gratitude as we said our goodbyes.

Guys, I'm going to be in the DR in 3 weeks... what to expect? When I was there in August 09 business was very slow, a buyer's market. When I was there in Dec 08/Jan 09 people were everywhere.

What's the situation now? Latinos & Classicos, are these places full? How about la playa? I know that New Garden is full. So I had to make a reservation at Terra Linda..

New Garden has been full a lot lately. Let us know what you think or Terra Linda? Im thinking of trying the Sousa Bay Resort. It's suppose to be girl friendly and have ocean views. I'll post a report if I stay there.

Be Safe, Rider Jay

And I'd like to see a real picture of the Sosua Bay room with the ocean view. I thought about staying there too...The Sosua Bay Hotel is very nice inside. From what I have read the mongering section is closer to where the public parking is located for playa sosua. I have stayed in numerous rooms at the Sosua Bay Hotel. My first time there I had a room near the parking area. Those rooms will not have the best view of Sosua Bay, still should be a good view. The other rooms I stayed at where more in the middle section of the hotel closer to the victorian house, they had a nice view of Sosua Bay. I will find my photos of the Sosua Bay Hotel and post them.

Guys:

I will be retuning to Sosua shortly. Just wanted to check with guys who have a bit more recent experience.

What is the current "market rate" for Short Time (e.g. 1 pop, or 2 hours),
and for over night (T-L-N).

Your input will be greatly appreciated.

A "Cuero" in Dominican Spanish is a prostituta!
Also, the word "cuerno" is used to describe a woman who cheats on her boyfriend/husband. Usually when they say it they will place their index fingers on their head to indicate devil horns.

Your reports are by no means boring. I feel one of the problems on this forum is that people do not get involved by posting. I don't think you can find out the number of times a report was read on this site. I know if you click on a picture you can tell how many times it was viewed. I have posted a few pictures which were viewed over 300 times with only one or two comments posted.

Members should get more involved. Sometimes a simple "nice report" posted might motivate others like yourself to continue to post reports and information.

Thanks for reporting.........
