I didn't share because I want a pat on the back for a job well done. I was trying to point out the inappropriate generalizations that you were making about Black people and the Black men that go to the DR. There may be some 'thugs' that go to the DR, but there are also successful folks that go to have fun too. Let's just be careful of how we generalize about others, that's all I'm saying. If you read my earlier post carefully, you will see that I said that by far the majority of AA mongers that you will meet in Sosua are middle class with respectable home lives, decent jobs, etc. I said nothing about "thugs" whatsoever. You are upbraiding me for not claiming that many of the AA mongers are upper echelon people like you, but I'm still not really convinced it is so.

The question I was interested in is why there are so many, relatively speaking, AA mongers in Sosua considering that AA men are a minority in the US. Another way to frame the hypothesis, which I am sure that you as a Ph. D. Will appreciate, is that there are relatively few Caucasian American mongers in Sosua? Why are they probably outnumbered by Germans? There must be some cultural or economic factor that discourages them.

We could examine the hypothesis that they prefer to visit other places in the DR (or other countries) , and I am sure they do, but not in large numbers. Certainly when I am on the plane, whether flying to and from Santo Domingo, Santiago, or Puerto Plata, I don't see many single Caucasian men. Most of the passengers are Dominicans.

Another hypothesis might be that many Caucasian American men don't find Dominican women sexually attractive, but I find this highly improbable. Highly.

5. To be a monger and travel to Sosua requires that you have a passport and a reasonable amount of money. This rules out convicted felons and the poor and makes mongering basically a middle class pursuit. While you may see guys in Sosua at the weekend wearing basketball shirts, baseball caps on backwards, and earings, chances are that they are respectable citizens-corporate employees or civil servants-in their day jobs, or that they have some kind of responsible uniformed job-cop, firefighter, prison guard and that they are playing the part of "hip-hopper" as a kind of fantasy fulfillment.
To Frannie.

*

Interesting attempt to explain why so many Blacks go to DR, but I have.

Comments:

*

Transportation- this assumption is flawed because anyone willing to deal.

With a layover in Miami or Atlanta can get to the DR, thus all Blacks that.

You see in the DR aren't from NY (I live in Maryland and go frequently).

*

Tolerance of paying for sex: Your assumption that the Black Community is.

'more tolerant of paying for sex' is ignorant and borderline racist as is.

The assumption that military Blacks 'developed a taste for paying for sex.

Over seas. '* My family and closest friends are absolutely mortified that I.

Go to the DR for that purpose, but as a single man, I make my own.

Decisions. * I see no need to hide what I do from anyone, as the only one.

That has to live with my decisions is me. * To cast such malicious.

Assumptions about a whole group of people (e. G. That the Black Community as.

A whole is fine with prostitution) is not only offensive, but absolutely.

Idiotic. * For the record, research has shown that Blacks are among the most.

Spiritual races on the planet, and that spirituality does not embrace.

Prostitution.

*

Hip-hoppers- I do agree that mongering is a middle class activity, and that.

Your assertion that you can't assume anything about a Black that you see in.

Sosua who is wearing baseball caps, athletic jerseys and the like is.

Correct. * However, its interesting (in a distressing sort of way) that the.

Best you would assume for a Black Man in the DR is that he is a 'corporate.

Employee or civil servant in their day jobs or that they are some kind of.

Responsible job-cop, firefighter, prison guard, and playing the part of hip-

Hopper as a kind of fantasy fulfillment. '* Unless you are a sociologist.

That studies Black Men, I'the suggest that you leave the generalizations to.

Social scientists because you sound like a bigot. * I am Black and a monger.

That happens to hold a Ph. D, makes a six figure salary, owns my own home.

And has 2 cars (both paid for) and when I go to the DR I am on vacation.

Thus I wear baggy pants, my ear ring, my hat on backwards, etc. * All of.

That is because I am relaxing. * Also, I am not playing the role of a hip-

Hopper, that is part of my culture and I choose to fully express it when I.

Am on vacation. * Please stop assuming that you know everything about Black.

Life. * It sounds ignorant. * Hell, I am Black and I wouldn't assume that I.

Know everything about Black life. I actually agreed with Frannie's summary. I tried to read your repudiation as something that would be thoughtful and informative, but every other word you make it a point to refer to Frannie as "ignorant" or a "bigot." I see that you are calling for a separate "cultural sensitivity thread", but for someone with a Ph. D you could at least keep your responses civil.

That is an interesting observation that I don't see many Caucasian A mericans in the DR. I would be curious as to why that is. Given that on any given trip you may see a lot of Black men around Sosua doesn't neccessarily mean that a lot of Black men go. It could be a sampling Issue or merely a popular weekend like superbowl that attracted a large number that time). I would like to hear from any members that spend long periods of time their at a given time or even have lived there. It could just be that a few Black men are going over and over again (I met a Black guy that goes back every other month).

The cultural sensitivity thread was an attempt to introduce levity into the situation. Underlying the attempt is still the fact that there have been several comments (not just by Frannie) that I feel are inappropriate characterizations of Black men and finally decided to voice my opinions. I didn't attempt to attack Frannie nor did I call him a bigot or racist. I also don't think I need to sit quietly by and allow it to continue unchallenged.

I just had another thought about the great question that you raised. It may not be valid after all. Let me explain. When I go out to Classico on an average Saturday night, I may see 40 Blacks and only 8 whites in the club. Initial impression could lead you to say that there are a lot of Blacks (and relatively there are). However relative to the number of Blacks in the States, the number 40 is insignificant (I believe there are something like 7 million Black men in the US). Even if a new group of Black men came in every week of the year (which we can agree isn't the case) the number still wouldn't reach significance. It's just impossible. Even if you curved your number up to 1000 new Blacks each week (which it clearly isn't) you'd only be talking about 52, 000 Blacks out of 7, 000, 000. It's a faulty comparison to make assumptions based on relative comparison in this situation.

As we are told as children, we are always going to have give 150% to the rest of the worlds 100.

It seems this thread rubbed you the wrong way, and I can see why, but like water on fish, just let it roll off.

We will always have to explain ourselves when other cultures do what the "world" deems immoral or normal or whatever when we enter that venue.

I'm from Oregon with the black population at only 4. 5, I drive the city bus, decent income, homeowner, but it's like driving for "Miss Daisy " everyday, with the comments and ridicule.

I went to Sousa for the first time in 2009 for 3 weeks. I wanted a closer place because the plane trip to Thailand was wearing me out. I had a blast, only visited the bars a couple of times, because a Motorbike taxi guy and I hooked up and I got to explore his hood with him, that's how I met my women, in his neighborhood.

My spanish has improved since then, so I have 3 women in 3 different cities, waiting for my call when I get there in 3 weeks I met on DominicanCupid.

But every comment on here I have heard in every country I've been too, who cares. I bet you get talked about in your own city don't you?

It's our world like everybody else's.

Go where you want, do what you want, be who you are.

Criticism often stems from insecurity anyway, don't play the game, make your own game. I do.

Overpaying will ruin the experience for everyone else. We do not want DR to turn into CR. Pay the normal expected price or don't come to DR.To be honest, I pay what I feel the chica earns. I tell each chica that I'll pay a base amount for ST or TLN and if she does a great job, I'll pay her more. That seems to work all the time. It does cause a conversation about the bonus at the end of the night but by then she's leaving so a small bonus or a big bonus ends the same, she's leaving.

I don't believe that enough guys overpaying chicas is going to change the rate for the rest of us.

Another hypothesis might be that many Caucasian American men don't find Dominican women sexually attractive, but I find this highly improbable. Highly. My hypothesis is simply that they don't know the place exists or are not aware of the scene or they don't want to get away from their comfort zone (usual mongering place). That goes for any race.

1. My first time in Brazil I was with my then wife. We went to Salvador and Rio. We stayed right on Av. Atlantica in Copacabana and I still didn't know about the scene there until I returned over a year later with some friends of mine who already knew about everything.

2. I would go to Bangkok often and hang out on the scene but I didn't know Pattaya (which is the biggest scene on the planet in volume and area and only one and a half hour away from Bangkok) even existed until I met a guy in the hotel lobby who said he was waiting for a bus to go there. I asked him what was there. He said it was like Bangkok but better and cheaper. I still didn't go there until 3 or 4 trips later and I haven't looked back.

3. My first few times in DR I was in Boca Chica because I had gone with another friend who had led the way. We didn't even know Sosua existed until another friend of ours told us.

I know many guys who like to go to Costa Rica and Panama. I tell them why not just go to Colombia or DR since that is where all the girls come from. Go get them at the source where it is cheaper. The only reason the girls go to the other countries is because they can make more money than at home. You think the guys have even considered changing their pattern? No. Because they are comfortable. The same goes for my friends who would only go to Rio in its heyday and wouldn't try other places.

Americans are used to going to Florida and maybe the Bahamas or Jamaica. Germans are used to venturing out of Europe and setting up "colonies" in warmer destinations such as Sosua and Pattaya. They don't just go to monger, but bring their whole family along. As Frannie said, most of the people on the DR flights are Dominican with the exception of a few white families (throw in a few missionaries as there was a large church group at Sosua Bay Hotel last week) who will be going to resorts in Punta Cana and occasionally Puerto Plata.

For the last several years, whenever I have gone to a new place, I get into a taxi and ask, "Where are the women?"

These racial flames, but ill be damned, if I'm going to take a opinion, from a non african american,

Anymore, than I will give opinions to white, or asians etc, They have no clue, on what its like being.

Black, and I don't have a clue, on what its like, being white, so please, save it, but I will take general.

Advice, that is color or gender nuetral, that will help me grow, Failure can be a success, if.

You learn from it, I've been black 44 years, and I'd be damned, if ill listen to some black advice.

Coming from non blacks, and also, I won't listen to a plumber, on how to a fly a plane.

I don't think you are a racist, just very educated and opinonated. But you have to be smart enough not to wade into racial topics unless you want to be questioned. No I don't mind being questioned at all. Anyway my household consists of me. 1 black woman. 1 Mexican woman. 1 black child, a puppy. 2 cats (1 black).1 rabbit (white) , and 3 fish (gold). More than 50% of my coworkers are African American, (but as far as I know, none of them are mongers).

I just asked a question about why there are a lot of African American mongers in Sosua.

I explained how I first got involved in mongering and how I eventually reached a stage in life where I paid for sex in spite of social stigma against same, and I mentioned confidentiality issues.

I wondered if paying for sex was more acceptable among African Americans, since those I have met in Sosua were often traveling in pair or in groups, which would mean that there were people in their home communities who knew about their mongering. I wondered if some African Americans might have gotten into mongering via military service. This is often the case with Caucasians, some of whom of my age like to reminisce about the girls in Vietnam. (Also note that the whole tourist sex industry in Thailand developed because of the Vietnam War.)

Answers I have got include:

1. There are not many African American mongers in Sosua.

2. African American communities profoundly disparage mongering.

3. A Ph. D can tell family and friends that he mongers, but this does not affect him professionally. (Interesting to me, because if anyone in my job knew about my mongering, my position with the agency would probably be untenable.)

4. Military experience is not usually a precursor to mongering.

5. African American mongers travel to Sosua from all over the Eastern US.

5. Caucasian mongers don't know about Sosua.

No one has offered any explanation as to WHY there are a lot of African American mongers in Sosua, many of them younger. How do they find out about Sosua? What enables them to overcome the taboo against prostitution within the AA community? What about the risks of exposure for people who are in professions that would frown on mongering activity?

Not that it is any big deal, but it makes for an interesting discussion.

Not that it is any big deal, but it makes for an interesting discussion. As long as it is an interesting discussion I can deal with it and assist your curiosity, but on a racial confrontation level I don't care to indulge (its negative energy). One thing I can agree with you on is my personal military experience started my mongering experience. After being at sea for three months then hitting Olongopo Philippines with saved up cash, buying pussy was on the agenda. Basically it was the same with every port. But there was a difference. Most women would fuck us for free to lock into marrying a military man. But others understood it was money until then next ship came in.

An older player once told me"you arent a real man until you learn how to buy pussy". It took years to understand this. Sure to some people working a job and paying bills and being responsible is what a real man is about. But dealing with a woman on the most primative level for something you want, and negotiating a fair settlement for your sexual gratifacation is man basics 101. Some so called men "take it", some smooth talk to get it, but it takes a real man to negotiate her"worth" for you sexually.

One of my boys that I work with decided to try and shine at a company picnic. He also happened to be AA and 80% of the people at the picnic were also. He said publicly that" I go to the Dominican Republic to buy poor pussy" which pissed me off. Well before I could catch myself I said" You haven't fucked your wife in six months, maybe you need that trip". Needless to say, both of our secrets were out and his wife is pissed at both of us. But thats cool because none of the "sistas" don't like my Thai girlfriend anyway. My point is that the stigma in the black community about foreign women, I don't give a fuck about.

Being raised in DC with a strong family background, interracial dating was not acceptable. And being a true Mommas boy I fed into this taboo for the first 35 years of my life. But now I'm to old (40ish) to give a fuck. Its about what I want to be happy. And to me being happy is traveling to a foreign country, enjoying their customs, drinking their liquor and along the way getting my dick wet.

As an African Amererican I fine the DR women to be very attractive. They are mixed with many ehnic groups and are incredible beautiful. Many white guys are not into dark women.

It is my experience that white Americans are not comfortable when they are in the minority. When blacks move in prodominantly white neigborhoods in the US they move. Of course this is a generalization. For us brothers DR women are a God send. They have great attitudes and will screw your brains out. Our home girls can be very hard to get along with. So the DR women provide everything we want and for a great price. It is also a matter of taste. Whites guys often preferr white women. The DR is not the place for them. No big deal! DR women seem to like African american men. They know we think they are beautiful and we have money. A great combination! The women experience with gringos is different I think. I think as a black man I relate better to DR women. (my thoughts) I have had conservations with DR women on the subject. It is much easier for me to pull off the GF thing with a DR chica then a gringo. DR chicas think that a relationship with Black American can happen not so much with a gringo. Just my insight from many years of watching.

Tiger Woods, Lamar Odom, Seal, Kobe Bryant, what color women do these guys like? I think you are way over generalizing. Plenty of Dominican chicas have relationships with guys from Italy, Spain, Canada and guys from other countries who are white. It is matter of personal taste. My father and I had vastly different tastes in women.

I live here and am lily white. The people here do not see things as 'black and white', it's the thickness of the wallet. I love this country. It's color blind.

no one has offered any explanation as to why there are a lot of african american mongers in sosua, many of them younger. how do they find out about sosua? what enables them to overcome the taboo against prostitution within the aa community? what about the risks of exposure for people who are in professions that would frown on mongering activity?as sovereign said there aren't a lot (relative because your "a lot" may be 10 and mine 100) of black americans in sosua. but the ones that you see are younger because the older people are probably tied down with a wife and family so they do not have the resources and are not accustomed to traveling, especially internationally. as far as a taboo against prostitution, that exceeds racial lines. i think it's more of a cross gender taboo and has nothing to do with race. men, no matter what race, do it, have always done it, and are going to continue to do it. but they don't want women to think they do it or approve of it. just look at the politicians and preachers. they are always against it in public, yet always end getting caught up in some bullshit about it.

when i was 17 and in high school my dad knew that i was hanging with the pimps in our red light area. when i graduated from navy boot camp me, my dad, my uncle, and my cousin went down to tijuana. my dad told me if there was anything i liked it was on him. my dad has been to rio and thailand with me. my brother has been to sosua and thailand with me. my best friend and cousin have been to rio and sosua with me. these things can be freely discussed and are quite acceptable among all the male members in my family and peer group. but they would not dare be brought up with a female. as far as they are concerned we are just "hanging out" and not on binge sex trips with more hookers than you can shake a stick at.

from http://www.ncjrs.gov/pdffiles1/nij/grants/182859.pdf, "while earlier studies estimated that 69% or more men had patronized prostitutes during their lives, recent methodologically sound research provides a very different picture. the national health and social life survey, conducted in 1992 using a nationally representative sample, found that only about 16% of men in the usa had ever visited a prostitute."

actually i would agree with the 69% (if not more) of the earlier studies.

from the same report, "though whites make up a majority of offenders in all three cities, minority offenders make up about 40% of offenders in san francisco and las vegas. ages of arrested clients ranged from 18 to 84 with a mean age of 38 and a median of 37."

this data would lead you to believe that there is no taboo solely on the male end of the spectrum. when males are alone or among other male friends let the games begin, but when males are mixed with females it better be taboo or else. think about a bachelor party. the code word "stripper" actually means what in guy language? hooker! but it has to be watered down to stripper because we can't let the female better halves know we will have easy access to a hole that does not belong to them. we have to pretend that we will only look at titties. the same as strip clubs these days. most of the girls at the clubs in my majority black city are available for fs for an extra $40.

as far as exposure for people who are professionals again it is the same thing. there is no problem if other guys know. shit they are doing the same thing. but you can't let the females in on it.

Respectfully speaking but your statement shows you are not qualified to comment on race relations in the Dominican Republic. The only person living in the DR, and is color blind, is you.

Have you not noticed the Dominicans hatred of Haitians? Or the hidden racism between light skinned Dominicans and dark skinned Dominicans. Charles Pooter lives there and has his eyes open and knows.

you raise some interesting questions frannie (maybe you are a sociologist after all lol) and i'll give my 2 cents. but first a few questions of my own. are there really a lot of aa mongers going to the dr? what does 'a lot' mean? on a typical night in sosua, what percentage of total mongers to aa's make up? i just don't think that there are. anyway.

yes, i can tell family and close friends about my mongering trips but that is still a relatively small group of folks (i'm sure my mom is curious as to why i've been to the dr 4 times in the last year, but she won't ask and i certainly won't tell lol). it would be professionally detrimental if my white female boss knew that i went, but the 3-4 male coworkers that i share the stories and pictures with get jealous. i'm judicious with the info, sharing it with people who really know me and thus won't confuse what i do with who i am (everyone that knows about my trips would still say that i am a good man with absolutely no hesitation). my female friends believe i will simply grow out of it and maybe they are right.

i don't think that the great majority of aa men know about mongering opportunities. i stumbled on sosua by luck after overhearing a conversation in a bar about the beautiful women in the dr that were available. before that i had been curious about mongering but lacked any real intel about how to go about it. still not knowing where in the dr to go, i merely googled 'dr and prostitution' and sosua popped up as a place 'infested' with hookers and my decision as to where to go was made for me. i drafted one of my friends into the inaugural trip and the rest is history. on our next trip in june, we have added two more newbies who after hearing our stories are eager to go. maybe that's the black and white difference, we tend to share our stories more with our peers and encourage those who can to join us, thus the number of aa's grows and you see so many groups of aa's. . word of mouth seems to be the best advertisement for the dr (that and the promise of all of the pu$$why that you can handle).

another reason that the dr tends to appeal to aa's has to do with the rampant problems that exist in the romantic relationships between black men and women (i admit that that's a pretty big generalization, but a lot of brothas would agree). dr women are socialized in a way (embracing traditional female roles) that many black women are not and thus dr women are very attractive for more than just their looks. my boys become intrigued as much from my stories about how chicas treat and relate to me as they are from the butt nekkid pics.

i just asked a question about why there are a lot of african american mongers in sosua.

i explained how i first got involved in mongering and how i eventually reached a stage in life where i paid for sex in spite of social stigma against same, and i mentioned confidentiality issues.

i wondered if paying for sex was more acceptable among african americans, since those i have met in sosua were often traveling in pair or in groups, which would mean that there were people in their home communities who knew about their mongering. i wondered if some african americans might have gotten into mongering via military service. this is often the case with caucasians, some of whom of my age like to reminisce about the girls in vietnam.

Needless to say, both of our secrets were out and his wife is pissed at both of us...That is exactly the reason why I have never told any of my male friends ANYTHING about mongering. You cannot be sure that they won't tell their wives, or some woman they are trying to impress.

If anyone ever asks me about prostitution in the DR, I will just say that prostitution is legal in almost every country other than the USA and that it is legal in the country where I was raised in Europe. I may also say that there are so many Dominican women looking for boyfriends or husbands that prostitution would be pointless for anyone who speaks Spanish.

Then I would leave it at that, because people who don't know anything about mongering don't know anything about mongering, and it is best to keep it that way and not to fuel their imaginations. Clearly your friend who had not had sex with his wife for 6 months felt jealous and insecure because he imagined you having sex with all kinds of babes.

Anyone know?I last heard was that John went into real estate. If you do not know John did not have all the licenses to run the hotel so he was paying police under the table. He was not even paying taxes. Santo Domingo found out and the evidence they had for all the activity at his place was on sites like this. He tried to sell the Palace for a million but no buyers. He then tried to move away from it being a hotel and what appeared to be renting apartments (I do not know all the details of this.). He failed. I do not know if he ever sold the place. Last I heard he was in Florida. I was talking to someone several months ago, who knew him. If you are interested in more details just pm me and I'll find out from some people I know, since I have been going to DR for many years now and know some of the regulars. Back in the days it was a hell of a place!

From the comments I've read over the years around this time (just do a thread search for April 2008, 2009, 2010) your friends couldn't have picked a more worst time to visit, especially post-crackdown. What are the top three massage parlors in sousa? Please consider price, looks of the girls and extras offered.Varies, just walk around and they will invite you in. Massage places open and close erratically.

Mostly the girls in massage parlors are not stunners. Often they are a bit older (I. E. Over 25) , but you never know your luck.

Extras may include air-conditioning or an electric fan, lampshade (unusual) , cold towels, a hook or nail to hang your clothes on. Prices start at 300 pesos for half an hour.

La Passion is probably the best, except that really it is a brothel and whatever massage you get is perfunctory. The girls are not diploma trained masagistas. At Belki's salon, you can get a haircut, pedicure, or any kind of sex. There is, or was, another massage place close to Casa Marina with some Haitian girls. Again you can get manicure, pedicure, haircut, massage, sex, but if you want sex, better to make a date to see the girl later.

Sometimes girls will approach you in the street asking "masaje?". This usually means sex."Masaje completo" (complete massage) also means the same as sex.

With the exception of La Passion there is no set menu as to what is on offer or not on offer. It is just a question of what you negotiate with the girl.

I had legitimate massages for more than two two years from a sweet girl who had just turned 18 when I met her. She was a virgin and a Christian. She was keeping her virginity for her wedding day. Eventually she did get married, but her husband was not satisfying her, and a few months later I had full sex with her a couple of times and she was one of the best I have ever had.

All this goes to prove nothing, except that you can never know what to expect. Which is what is so great about Sosua.

I think you guys may be underestimating how observant people around you are, and these days with the internet and all that.

Do you really think it is not obvious what you (we) are up to travelling regularly to DR, Thailand (or Brazil, Colombia). I mean, how much sightseeing can you do in the same place. LOL.

Thanks. PM sent.John of the palace was a very likeable guy. He had very few enemies and I met him on my maiden voyage. I stayed at the Palace several times but he was letting it get run down. The workers and the on site chicas were getting careless. I had made a complaint to him about all this. I did get to know his wife, who was a fine woman but partial to the chicas when something happened between them and the mongers. Perhaps he should have taken care of his business matters better (although I do not know all the details) but he was a great human being. It was comical when a chica was in a monger'rs room yelling and screaming, trying to tear up the place. When John was called he was so calm as if he has seen it all before. After all the drama was over he would just simply shrug it all off and say that the chica would probably forget about the incident the next day. Those were the days. Thanks Rick!

Respectfully yours Ricky Rapido, Bobbsthrobbinknob or any other handle you have on ISG. Yes, there is discrimination towards Haitians here in the DR. But, I wouldn't call it racial in the sense of skin color. Rather, it is a cultural thing. Haitians are inferior culturally to Dominicans. Enmity goes back to early times when the country was run from by a Haitian french speaking president. Then the spanish people revolted and formed their own country. Today Haitians are another class of people here in the DR. They take the lowest paying jobs, are not allowed citizenship, and even their children who are born here are not citizens. What I find ironic is that many Dominicans are just as dark in color as the Haitians. Americans think of racial discrimination along color lines. That is the difference.

Can someone recommend a good villa / house rental in or very near Sosua? ks!I stayed at Hispaniola Villa (you should be able to google it) and loved it. Ita a straight shot to Classicos, on the other side of the major street running thru Sosua. You may want to rent a car (it's a 8 minute walk to the front gate of the gated community, and the community itself is rather hilly, making for really tired legs and a grumpy chic if you have to walk). Each villa has it's own pool, wifi, daily maid service, free water, and is reasonably priced (my buddy and I paid about $70 each a night for a 3 bedroom. Good luck.

We then rented another villa somewhere else, I forget the name of the place but we were thrown out of there too for the same reason. Lesson to be learned, if you are going to party until 3 a. M. Thanks to my brother from another mother Mr. G the directions he PM me were right on point. As I took the Samana Hwy there were a few people trying to thumb their way in my direction. I saw a nice twenty something with a cute bunda and my monger sense went off! Picked her up and played the dumb turist visiting and "old amigo" in Rio San Juan. She said not a problem and that was in her direction so off we went. I threw my mack and by the third toll booth she was ready. Went to some cabanas in Nagua and did the deed. She was very helpful! Dropped her off and gave her some "taxi" fare. Now, this part is not cool. It got dark and was pouring cats and dogs. That's cool if your in the house but not on the road in DR! Ok, so I manage to not kill any of the local wildlife including motoconchos on the way. Got in late and threw my bags down and went to get something to eat at PJs. Ok, so I manage to not kill any of the local wildlife including motoconchos on the way. Got in late and threw my bags down and went to get something to eat at PJs. As I'm walking around 10PM I bump into an old flame Mr. G introduced me to from Four Roses. We ate and she did a TLN with me. More to follow.Nice post. I usually see chicas on the side of the road, looking for a ride, but never stopped. Nice to see you had a good time with one. Driving in a heavy rain in DR is not fun.

Haitians are NOT culturally inferior to Dominicans. Perhaps you could have phrased it "Haitians living in the DR are mostly poor and uneducated". I do hope that is what you meant.

Hey Manizales911 next time just get a villa at Casa Linda. Just tell them that you want an secluded private villa where there won't be a problem if you party well into the night. Had no problems at all the couple times I stayed there. Thanks Coolie I will try them on my next trip.

I think RR was just being sloppy with his use of English. Perhaps it is not his first language in which case we can forgive him.

Looking at what defines culture across the centuries and across the world I can think of four main drivers:

- History.

- Language.

- Religion.

- Art.

Haïti has a short but extraordinarily influential history, inspiring liberation movements across the world, especially in Asia and Africa, not to mention its decisive role in the European power struggles of the 18th century and Napoleonic era. So long as France enjoyed the wealth pouring in from one small island it was top dog in Europe economically and military. Having lost Haïti, it was never no. 1 nation again.

The Dominican Republic, on the other hand, has no history to speak of, other than "local" history. Just a continuous series of meaningless brawls between gangster-like leaders from which nothing has ever evolved.

Haïti has its own language and a rich literary tradition. The DR does not, just using debased Spanish with minimal literary tradition.

Haïti has its own religion which is extremely rich and complex. DR does not, preferring a perfunctory and imported Catholicism, braindead "happyclapping" or a watered down version of vodou called santeria which most Dominicans are ashamed of, and many deny exists.

Haïtian art is famous all over the world and was particularly influential on many giants of European art of the C20 like Picasso. The best Dominican artists would struggle to get their work represented even in a small town art gallery in any other country.

Funnily enough, you will see Haitian paintings hanging on the walls of the most racist Dominican individuals and institutions so even Dominicans recognize there is no contest in that area.

Now if RR had chosen to say that the DR is a tolerable country to live in (after all, I chose to move here from the UK) whereas Haïti is such a desperate shithole that only a popular revolution can now change it, he would get no argument from me. But that is a whole different issue from "culture".

Can you post the direction on how to get from Santo Domingo To Sosua. ThanksI posted some images from my GPS software of the road from SDQ to Puerto Plata. These might be of help visualizing where you are. Trip took me about 3. 5 hours depending on traffic. Make sure you have money for the toll booths.

The saga continues. I have confirmation that one of our girls Mr. Gogo and I know is prego! This time I took it a little slow since I've been chillin with a novia. Shit! Can't lie. Ok so she works during the day which leaves me all by my lonesome so I bumped into Vicky and yeah! I tore it up. Took a nap and then took the novia to eat. After I trew some food down her throat I told her I'd pick her up at 11PM. On the way back to NG I bump into these 38DDD and she starts mouthing off on how I always ingnore her and she's always looking at me yadda yadda so I told her I never seen you before but let's fix that. Off to the room. Nice bod and all natural twins. I should've taken a pic but I was kinda pressed for time so I balled her for 45 mins. Ok bye, see ya. Picked up novia and friend and went to Cabarette. There's a club on the beach called Bambu and really had a crowd. The strippers were fine as hell too and putas all over the place. Stayed till 2AM and told novia time to hit the sack! I'll be leaving in the AM for my drive to SDQ.

In two weeks I will be headed back to Sosua. Anyone going to be there may 2nd thru the 6th? I'm going during the week because that is all my schedule will allow me. I will be staying at D' Piero again. I think its a nice place and a good bargin for the money. Hopefully the airline doesn't loose my bag this time. I plan on taking it easy this time, but last time I was there just this past March I went to a concert which was pretty cool. Anyway, just checking to see who will all be in town while I'm there.

But that is a whole different issue from "culture". I read Dominican Today online the other day, an article about arrests and deportation of Haitians from some barrio in Santiago. Reading the comments after the article, gives a disturbing view of how some Dominicans think about Haitians, excerpt from the article and one of the comments; http://www.dominicantoday.com/dr/poverty/2011/4/13/39249/After-barrios-threats-Dominican-agents-arrest-hundreds-of-Haitians

"Santiago- Immigration Agency inspectors helped by Army soldiers detained and later repatriated 254 undocumented Haitians to their country during raids in several south Santiago barrios today, just one week after inhabitants had threatened to expel the foreigners living illegally in their communities."

One of the comments: "Written by: CarmenReyes, From: Dominican Republic, Santiago: Get rid of these creatures and save our country"

There are beautiful beaches in parts of Haiti, labor is inexpensive in Haiti, food costs are probably high, seems to me that it would be possibly to build all inclusive or beach front resorts in Haiti, that could at least get some of the Tourism dollar that goes to other countries like Jamaica or Dom Rep.

I have been many places in the DR and I can say honestly that Sosua is my Favorite. When I go anywhere else I feel lost like I'm alone in another country but when I'm in sosua I feel right at home.

I arrived Sunday the 10th of April and checked into Sosua by the sea resort. Substandard motel 6 quality rooms and incompetent staff ultimately had me seeking another location to sleep. I did use the safe and left most of my clothes there. I walked out my room at 3pm and the first thing I noticed was Sosua was as dead as a cemetery. Nobody was on the streets not even the motochonco guys. My first rule of business was to see if there were any women at new garden. At the desert shop on the corner next to the baseball field were about four girls lounging. No women at new garden so I doubled back and got one of the cute ones. New garden wants 70 American for a room. The website says different but I was more concerned with the chica. She showered and we started. She didn't want to do anything claiming her throat was sore, her vagina was sore. Figured I was a fool so I asked her to leave. She still wanted 2000 pesos. I did manage to get some oral from her and about 15 minutes of doggy style from her. I gave her 1000 pesos and she left. I have 2 photos of her I'll post under the name 'lazy girl'

I walked back to the ice cream spot but the chicas have dispersed. One of the motochonco guys drove me to la passions which had a very disappointing selection. Three girls and they seemed less likely to perform so I declined. One asked me how many chicas you need. I said 10 and all at once. Big laugh! The same motochonco guy told me he had a good chica. And he did! She was a stallion! Big ass and breast. Came in my room at new garden washed up and got to it. She did a reverse cowgirl that was amazing. I came in her mouth. She wanted an extra 500 pesos as propina. I declined. The extra pesos were what she had to give to motochonco guy for the score. She told me to tell him I gave her 1500 pesos. I'll post a picture of her under the name 'cow girl'. Afterwards I walked around looking for a phone which I never found. I bumped into my Haitian buddy from my original Sosua trip. He carried me to Cmp. The Lite skin chica I had from my previous trip was waiting on me. I promised to buy her way out and we'the spend two days together. Once I arrived I noticed another lite skin chica I wanted so I asked her to wait until she got off and to come to my hotel. 2500 pesos with no budge room. I accepted and we went to the room. She honestly wanted to hacer la amor more then me. She was all cowgirl and I was asking her about a possible phone. She was disturbed. I came on her belly as she requested. She gave me her number but I actually asked for her phone. Ahh well!

Now in order for my lite skin Cmp chica to reach me that night I would need a phone. She gave me hers and said wait for the call. I agreed. I used her phone and called Gucci girl from my previous trip. Gucci girl leaves in Sosua so I just dropped by. She reacted like I proposed to her. All smiles and hugs. Gave me her I'd and her cell phone because remember I didn't have one yet wink wink. Now I have two phones. We agreed to meet at New Garden in an hour. I walked up to El flow where all the women were. Darkness brings swarms and swarms of chicas. Hot ones! I ordered the chicken wings and French fries from Rumba bar and walked around asking for numbers. A few chicas grabbed me and refused to let go. Ahhh Sosua! 15 minutes later food was ready. 200 pesos and I proceeded to walk back new garden. Gucci girl arrived shortly afterwards. Got a salad and water and we headed to the room. Probably the best oral sex ever. She was extremely tight so sex was a little limited. I came 1500 pesos she left and I remained in the bed. 10:00pm I walked out my door and the same motochonco guy from earlier had another Stallion for me. No thanks. Got her number and proceeded back to calle.

Classicos wasn't open yet but the street was packed. I walked into Latino's but it was empty. I was being pursued by a few aggressive chicas. One threw ice at me for ignoring her. I sat down at the bar below classic and watched all the beautiful chicas arrived dressed to impress. I purchased a beer to please the waitress. Chicas blew kisses at me and shook my hand but I was all tapped out. The chica I sat beside was gorgeous or at least all the guys that seen her picture think so. She was from Puerto Plata and claimed she was looking for a husband. Then she said 1000 pesos for an hour and 1500 for todo la noches. I tried to work the gratis, estoy buscada para una esposa pero she wanted money. We left for new garden. She delivered the goods and left. 1000 pesos. I got her number. I passed out shortly afterwards. Remember the Cmp chica who gave me her phone? Well she called like 20 times but I was out cold. Woke up at 5am and noticed all the calls but its too late now. Walked up to classicos but everything was done. A motochonco guy took me to another spot. Saw a chica outside. Pretty decent so we rode into the sunset. When I arrived at new garden I didn't have change to pay the motochonco but a fellow monger was outside paid the 50 pesos. He also wanted my chica. He delivered a slew of Spanish lines and got her phone number before I could get her in the room. We did the deed. I took a few pictures of her which I'll label 'late night chica'. The service was todo la noches mostly because it was 5am. She was a great provider. Performed and went to sleep. Day one

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labadee

Better than nothing, but they would need a 100 of those to make any impact. The other problem is that visitors get a "Disneyland" impression of Haïti. In fact, the cruise line downplays the fact it is in Haïti at all, for fear of frightening the passengers.

A good place to restart the tourist business (it used to be massive) might be Jacmel in the South where cruises used to stop, but they would need a complete new harbor.

This is a good live show on prostitution in the DR. Good? That was [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) poor. Who is this character and who turned them loose with a video camera? We did a better job of journalism when we were 13 years old running around our neighborhood with a video camera talking to people. He made too many assumptions and did too much speculation. The girl's phone rang and to him it must be someone who wants to fuck her for money? I think he just got a kick out of repeating the word prostitute. Welcome to the real world.

P. S. I would have lasted about 2 minutes before I would have put that camera down and started fucking one of those chicks.

SSI just watched the video. Since I have not been to Sousa yet, it was interesting. Not for the author's take on prostitution in the DR, but for what the streets look like.

How would you rate the appearance of the chicas in the video? The 2 in the beginning? The fat one in the apt? The one's in the brothel (anybody know where that was)? The 3 in the apt at the end?

Day one

Anyone have any comments on this place. Good or bad?

Just booked my flight. I stayed at NG before, but I am considering Terra Linda this time around. I asked for some home villa / rental ideas, but nobody responded. Thanks Fellas!

Mr. Gogo,

If you happen to be around during those dates, I still have that drink or three ready for you.

Ah. The heydeys! Thanks Jao for reposting. Is it anywhere close these days?Mr E would be in a better position to answer that question, (compare the video to how Sosua is, when Mr E was there recently). One difference might be, is that the bars supposedly now have partitions, that supposedly block then from the sidewalk.

Good or bad?I am not sure whether the ManTour Hotel is a specific hotel or just a generic name for wherever he can get the best deal for you (and himself). No harm in that.

And if he does own his own hotel, I would guess that to be in Puerto Plata rather than Sosúa.

Could someone, preferably "the Man" himself, please clarify?

The other places (Merengue Bar, Hotel Central, etc.) are the same.

Thank You, He missed that paert when he posted it, but knew what he was doing. I have people taking about it already! Are you talking about me?

There seems to be a bit of illiteracy here. First, that ATH person begins talking about the moms, dads, popes, etc.

What does that mean?

I doubt if most normal people have a problem with the video. It is MONGERS (can't use the W-word on here) who have a problem with it. I posted the link and then the website that had the link berated me for posting on this site. So I asked for it to be taken from this site. That was all I said. Add to that the fact that the MONGERS on here said the video was crap, then what is the big deal? Everybody happy, right? The website is happy and the MONGERS on here should be happy that a video they all hated was gone. Life is back to normal!

Now, one guy is talking about people searching for the video and now BKGEE is saying I "knew what I was doing" What the FUC* does that mean?

Yes, I meant to post a video, because this forum is basically dead, thinking you all might want to know what information about the DR was being put out to the public. Instead, people on here brought negativity (though most of you don't post shit anyway!). Then the linked site said take it down, because it wants no connection to MONGERS.

Some of these replies are just damned stupid.

"I knew what I was doing?" What the fuc* does that mean?

Stop with the negativity. You come off like a loser. Nobody is trying to start trouble. A dead forum gets a relevant video posted and people begin crying like babies. The video gets removed and they cry more.

This is some stupid crap! Seriously.

And for the record the video was not posted as:

1. An attempt to sell travel to the DR.

2. Representative of how all the girls look in the DR.

3. An enticement for MONGERS.

4. For any other reason than the one stated!

NowrathDO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use the cambio between El Flow and Latino's!

They will try to short change you every f*cking time you go there, the later at night you go there the more they try to take you for, I for one know enough not to walk away from anywhere in the DR before counting my change. T do this because they think you are drunk and / or don't have the balls to confront them. I went there three times and every single time they tried to short change me, the third time they tried to f*ck me out of 1000 pesos. One might ask why I went back after the first time? Well, the second time I went there a different person was working there so I decided to give him a chance and they are in fact convenient but sure enough the guy tried to short me. The third time I was a little drunk and went there with a friend of mine to show him that these guys are thieves and to bust the guys balls. Sure enough the guy tried to screw me out of 1000 pesos we both called him every name in the book and told him we were going to tell everyone we knew that he was a ladrone. To top it all off their rate sucks too!

Back from my umpteenth trip in two years, and all thanks to BBQ, Jas and gang who put me on to this place.

Nothing memorable to report this time, so bear with me while I try to put a few coherent thoughts together.

Stayed with buddy and novia this time in an upscale condo 10-15 mins walk from the strip.

Same welcome (novia holding up two Presidentes and hollering from the airport bar- she's there with her aunt) and I'm home already. I tell you, that taxi ride from the airport with a beer in my hand on the way to paradise is the best feeling in the world.

Now novia had arranged to bring in friends for buddy, but more about that later.

First things first so check in and down to Bermuda bar to say hello to old friends. Not too many chicas around except for a few regulars, but a couple of barrista friends from Happy Bar meet us there and we party. Tomas, the manager tells me he has been trying to buy the bar from the fat german, but is worried that the recent crack down has hurt the business. It'll be OK, I tell him, location, location, location.

A few more beers and we're off to Happy Bar with the barristas, but buddy can't get past Classicos, so we go up to see what's happening. It's only my second time up there, but not too crowded from what I remembered before, and a good selection of 7-8s with few mongers around.

Old friend of Novia comes up and buddy is done like dinner, then a bunch of brothers, all dressed alike, show up and take over the whole place. They know how to party. We move on to Happy Bar with novia, aunt, buddy and his new "angelface" in tow.

At Happy Bar, now the tequilas and mamaguanas start to flow and the dancing starts. Barrista #1 climbs up on bar and starts to shake it, beer bottles flying everywhre, but the Manager don't mind, she works there and the action attracts a crowd. Then novia wants to show her stuff for me so now she's up on the bar too. Buddy sits with angelface and looks happy.

Manager tells me he'll sell the bar for $50k (for you enterpreneurs out there) which is what the crazy Canadian was asking for his 3 seater down at the beach parking lot. No comparison, but, as they say, the details are in the fine print.

When we leave, its say goodbye to aunt, and four of us head back to condo.

Next day buddy sends angelface home, and we're on the loose again.

Novia's friends are calling to meet buddy so we have some logistics for him. He's discovered Classicos now so he's playing it cool. I guess the chicas are parked locally with family waiting for the call, but he's in no hurry. Who can blame him?

He's feeling a little obligated, a little pressured since it was his idea to line 'them up in advance, so we hang out again in Classicos. He figures out the best spot is at the bar at the bottom of the stairs, so's he can see the street action and intercept the fine ones before they go upstairs.

He has no spanish so he appreciates mi princessa taking care of everything, introductions, bar bills, etc.

After another bar stroll we head back to condo, and arrange for him to meet chica#1 the next day.

Next day we meet her lunchtime at the bar, and she's special, around 21, slim and beautiful but damn young, just like he ordered! Princessa gives me that "told you so look" and we're all cool. We've arranged for princessa's bambina and her little friend to come see the condo, pool and playa for the afternoon and they have a great time, especially the chica and the kids. I'm thinking she's just a kid herself, and reflect on our age differences and the mongering scene in general. But, hey, I didn't make the rules, and the second thoughts only last for a minute or so.

She's camped in Cabarette so we decide to go out there for dinner, and maybe pick up a few clothes if she stays with us.

We pick a nice restaurant, but it turns out to be damned expensive for the four of us, $400 or so. Aye, yi yi!

Our cab driver is my old motoconcho friend of two years, who has borrowed a car from his "brother". He has no money so we are stopping for gas on a regular basis. We pick up clothes and back to condo.

Next day we hang out at the bar, and the chicas say they will cook dinner for us that night so off to supermecado for supplies. A great dinner then an early night, tv novellas, sexo and sleep.

Aside from sex buddy and chica#1 have nothing in common, what with the age difference and no spanish, so we arrange for her to go home. Chica#2 is now calling on the hour, every hour.

NowrathI used an Orange sim early on in a few phones It was a problem to find minutes for me. My biggest complaint was when I took my eyes off the counterperson, they swapped my battery! I realized it later when it seemed to die in half the time. After this I marked my batteries. Since then I stopped using my cell and I bought a cheap Dr phone from Claro.

Wuts up guys? Have'nt been to Sosua in three so years. My only complaint was it was too small. Unlike the size of Pattaya where every night theres a new corner of town or soi to hit. Just curious has it gotten any bigger in size? I see from the pics the girls are still wearing the exagerated eyebrow makeup. Have they found out what a crunch is or are they still letting they're bellies hang after child birth at 15?

Then you can get a SIM card with your same cell number. I have done this twice.

You can't compare the two.

Like comparing one apple to a all you can eat fruit buffet.

Pattaya is just bigger, cheaper and much more variety, of not just woman but everything, restaurants, movie theaters, massage places, bowling, etc etc.

I was walking on the beach today in Sousa, it was packed with all sizes, shapes, and colors, much better beaches then Pattaya, but no sit ups are not a priority here, but that goes for men and woman from all countries.

My last trip LOS was last year I will return again but Pattaya is boring now to me I stay in Jomtien and hardly never venture thru walking street or Soi 6,

Just like this trip second to DR, I'm taking day trips into Santiago and La Vega and perhaps Santo Domingo, it country has it's pro and cons, DR of course is closer for me, but since my first trip LOS in 1992, It always has something to bring me back.

Each time I go, I think that this will be my last trip, as things have changed so much. But at the end of the day, how much better does it get than hanging out with good friends in the tropics. Cold beer, nice beaches, sun, music. And there are still one or two encounters each trip that make it special. Yes, I will be going back again.

Please continue with your TR. Really enjoy it. Thanks

Buddy and I took a walk up to Passions to check it out. It was just after lunch, so we didn't expect any action. Just three inmates, but one was a cracker! Young, pretty and slim (the way I like them). Chatted to the chicas and then moved on to CMP, but they seemed to be closed.

Met princessa then back to condo, but on the way past Casa Cayenna they stuffed a flyer in our hands for Bikini Contest at 2 pm. Hey, its 2 pm now so we walk in to the bar. A good crowd and loud music with tables of chicas waiting to start.

Waiting was the operative word, because we started drinking, and trying to find a bit of shade around the pool. 2 hours later, no bikinis yet and I'd had enough, was ready to leave but princessa's cousin and his eldest son who was celebrating his birthday was in the area and was coming to join us to see the show, so we're stuck! More beer and more sun, and at around 5. 30 the show finally gets started.

It was more of a shake, bump and grind dance show than a bikini parade and there were some seriously hot chicas trying to outdo each other, but they mostly looked like seasoned pros.

Another hour with lots of breaks and the winner finally gets her $200.

Now we had a new word for a boring bad time "bikini contest".

Reminded me of when I was young, and took an hour off work to see a strip show. I thought I'd timed it perfectly and nobody would miss me, but the show started with a comedian, and he went on for an hour or so before that stripper came out.

Anyway, back to the bars in the evening, and although we'd seen Naomi riding up and down the street with that permanent smile, she saw us and came over. He / she looked stunning, and had a dress on with the fron cut down to the waist. She had new tits installed since the last time, and boy, was she proud of them!

There was the obligatory family picnic at the beach in Choramicos with lots of good food and beer, then the trip was over.

All in all, I found Sosua to be still full of all the action you need, even if the BIg Show has been curtailed by the police prescence.

(As an aside, the three of us were in the bar with two Nationales hanging aroud the corner. One came up to me and held out his hand with a polite "Good afternoonm, Senor" He repeated that with buddy and princessa. WTF?

I guess it must be some kind of political PR campaign design to placate the mongers)

On another note we showed princessa such a good time here and in Punta Cana, that she has been spoiled and her financial needs are starting to escalate. Blame my buddy, but that's another story.

Both in El Batey and Chiramico girls not out walking around about alot so takes alot of effort during the day, so no longer fun in the day. The beach scene is also dead, nothing but tourists, Sunday should be interesting though. Classicos is good one night with alot of girls going from club 59 to upstairs after 11, then next night not that many. The guys that live here have seen alot of arrests which are basically to take the money from the girls and scare them back home. I have noticed no real escorting but, perhaps it might happen. I found the girls at the strip mostly pro looking to make a quick buck. None would do TLNs. One agreed to stay for 3 hours but started asking for money and propina even before the 1st hour. All promises of a message and a second time were conveniently forgotten. I also personally felt that the girl / guy ratio was not very favorable for the guys.Thank you for an honest, up-to-date, and sobering assessment. Sounds like Oakie's the only guy in town having fun. But then again, he does sleep in the same bed (novia) on every trip so that's not a fair comparison, lol.

Judging by what is happening in Santo Domingo, it won't be long until the DR is slowly morphed into the PR. So far I haven't heard of any mongering going on in Puerto Rico.

you make one intetesting point i over looked from previous trips. the lack of noise in the hotel in the morning. back in the day you would hear every 30 minutes or so the click clack of a chica walking the hall as she leaves, damn right i ran to the window to peek out like a pervert. you would also see a line as chicas waited for their cedulas. my trip in march you could actually hear the birds churping in the morning.damn man, you're going to make me break out the external hard drive, lol. those were the days!

NowrathTheir are plenty of ATM's all over Sosua. Ban Reserva, on Pedro Clisante does not charge the 112 peso atm fee but I was only able to get 4000 at a time. The 2 other banks at that intersection charge the fee but allow you to withdraw 10000 peso, which is cheaper for me because my bank charges me a tranaction fee too so fewer tranactions are cheaper.

And if the Banco Popular you are having trouble with is the one next to Bailey's, I had trouble there too. The English instructions are not translated properly. If you are trying to withdraw from a checking account, you must select savings or it will not work. I did this, selected savings even though the money is in a checking account, and got 10, 000 pesos. I pd the 112 peso atm fee and $3 from my bank, but the money came out of my checking account as it should have. Hope that helps.

And this problem is found with several other banks' ATMs as well. I have a checking account (only) with BHD but have to press "savings account" when using their ATMs.

Always worth a try if the ATM is not working for you, whatever the bank.

Your other option is to use your card inside the bank at the teller counter. I usually do this because I can then ask for small bills and coins (say 1000 in 100s, 1000 in 50s and 500 in coins). Safer too, but you will need your passport.

Thanks for the infoAll the ATM machines I used on my last trip in February. 2011 charged me $5US per transaction, then Chase Bank hit me for another $5US per international transaction fee, cost to use ATM machines for me on that last trip in and around Santo Domingo was $10US per transaction. Banco Leon ATM machines would give a max of 2000 pesos per transaction.

Thanks for the infoLook for signs that say Cajero or Cajero Automatica. Most of the ones I saw were green.

Glad to see the tip on selecting savings at banco Popular since I have never got my card to work at that bank. Scotia works best for me. I have good luck at the ATM in the wall of Surf Liquors and there is guard in the daytime.

Like I wrote, best bet is to use your card inside the bank. Safer, and you can ask for small bills. Change is hard to find in the DR.

Failing that, use ATMs outside banks. That way, if the machine "eats" your card or there is some other malfunction (much more common in the DR than in the "First World") you have some hope of getting help. God help you if it goes wrong in an ATM at a mercado or filling station because it will always be "someone else's" problem.

NowrathAbout a year ago or more, the ATMs in and around Santo Domingo would not give me money when I chose English as the language. To get money from the machines I had to chose Spanish, as the language the machine would use. Using the ATMs with Spanish as the chosen language, the machines dispensed cash. With English chosen on Banco Popular machines I would receive an unauthorized usage message.

NowrathEfecutivo or something like that on that Banco Popular ATM machines is to get cash, for checking account it is something like Corriente. Different DR banks will use different Spanish words on their ATM machines to describe checking or savings accounts.

It's been awhile since I visited this thread. But it is disgusting to read. When did this become a Gay Racist Thread. All we are talking about here is the guys in Sosua. Lets talk about what this website is here for, CHICAS!

I can remember when the first Black American Monger arrived (LA JAZZ). He was welcomed by all and we were all brothers seeking pussy. So what if now the tides have turned. I still go! And I don't care If I am the sole white monger with 2, 000 Black guys. I will still get what I came for! Mongering is a fraternity. Not about Black or White. But about getting laid. The girls there tell blacks they perfer blacks. They tell the whites they perfer whites. And guess what they tell the japanese? You got it. No matter what color the ATM, it just needs to spit out Dinero!

NOW LETS TALK ABOUT CHICAS AGAIN!

The lack of chica talk is probably due to no one (including myself) being bold enough to brave the new Sosua for fear of possibly having a shitty time. See Gringo7900's recent reports from 4/23/2011.

All chica info has been done, just change the names, of course nothing beats on the ground reports,

I'm waiting for the weather to clear in Santo Domingo where I have a day trip planned starting there, stopping in Santiago on the way back before hitting Sousa

I have 2 dates set up in Santo Domingo, and 2 in Santiago, these will all be sexless dates, just women I have corresponded with online thru DominicanCupid, I get to see some sites I want to see and have someone I kinda know with me, also gives me more time to practice my spanish.

I know not the graphic performance talk one wants on this site, but it does help for other purposes.

I've been here a week, haven't been to Classico or any other place, been to the beach everyday, last holiday weekend it was packed, but as some people on here have said lots of families, which is cool with me since I'm not in the hunt, but the weather here has been outstanding, and there is at least one other person having a great time here,

He woke me up the other morning with his chica yelling bloody murder, so I guess one could say there is still action to have yes

I recently had the pleasure of traveling to Sosua in March. It was my second trip back to this lovely paradise. I resided at the New Garden Hotel and found it quite pleasant. Jenny at the front desk took care of my every need and I had no issues or concerns with the staff. They were all wonderful. During the day things were slower, than my first trip in September. Obviously, the crackdown has moved much of the trade in-doors during the day time or to neighboring towns. But of course, after 10pm Sosua is back in business!

My regular nightly routine: Pregame with the fellas at 9pm, head to the local casino, hit Caribbean Men's Paradise for small drinks and a look at the talent (wack booo) , then to La Passions where I could spend all my life and pesos (I love this place) , then off to Ground Zero 'Classico's! ' Now if I don't pick anything up here, then my last resort is the Sosua Bay Casino down the road. The casino has a 2 level nightclub inside to the right and boyeeee are the women plenty in there too!

Overall my 9 day trip was fantastic. I met tons of people at the New Garden Hotel and even enjoyed their breakfast in the morning. The only thing which bothered me at NG was the rowdiness of the patrons at the hotel I. E. Playing loud music, cursing, yelling, screaming etc. Maybe it was just a bad crowd towards the end of my stay. In addition, several of the guys I met at NG had plenty of difficulties with their chicas. I had none.

I heard plenty of chica's over charging, ripping off / stealing from their clients, having to be dragged out the room by security by their hair. Is it getting that desperate for the chica's now- a- days? One of the chica's tried to cut a friend of mine in his room with glass in the morning after a feud. There needs to be some type of regulation or code of conduct at NG for these chicas, before it becomes UFC! Licencias don't cut it anymore. LOL

Towards the end of my trip, I met a few fellas from the states who ended up being awesome. They had connections everywhere from La Passions to the Puerto Plata night club scene. This was their 7th trip together and while they were much younger than I, they treated me like a brother. I tagged along with them to Crystal's one night in Puerto Plata. Damn that place is amazing! The women almost rip you apart when you enter the door. One of the younger guys in the group passed on some solid knowledge to me. I was catching some feeling towards a chica and the situation was becoming useless as her family needed financial assistance for everything. My new friend told me, 'age doesn't matter in Sosua, money does. And never EVER believe its love with a chica (from Sosua) because you'll end up broke and dumb. ' New guys please carry these words as they have been written and stated before on this site. Sometimes the pussy is that good and the kryptonite can weaken you.

Anyways, I'll be traveling back to Sosua in the beginning of June (Yes I'm addicted) and came across a new establishment in Sosua, as I'm looking elsewhere to stay this time. The accommodations look beautiful and the services appear excellent. I emailed them the other day to inquire about the packages. The rates seem fine for what they offer and the location is great compared to others like Blackbeards and Oxygen. They provide on-site female companionship as well. This is critical to me, because of the shortage of talent during the day in Sosua. I'll admit it, I'm an older man, and I need to fill every void and maximize my trip day and night. I don't mine the massage parlors during the day, but damn if I can get 8's and 9's consistently at one location for around 2, 000 peso's without having to wait until 10pm, then why bother going anywhere else. LOL

The website is www.blackopscaribbean.com. Anyone have any further information on them? I'm considering reserving with them for June. They appear new and could provide a fresh air to the Sosua scene.

Hell of alot of money if you ask me! Prices are for four nights, appears food is not included in the price. Chicas not included. A shared condo works out to about $225 per night, per person ($450 per night for two guys sharing a Condominium apartment, the photos of the apartment looks nothing special).

Much better deals on Condominium apartments can be found using other sites. That site gives no physical address of the condominium or villas.

From their Questions page: "Food and Beverages, On-sight food, beverages, and mixed drinks will be served at our Cabana Tiki Bar for a nominal price. We will serve an array of international and local cuisines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A recommended food budget per day is $20-40 USD per person. At the Moment, the Cartagena Condos will only serve beverages on-site. Additionally, several restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores can be found only a short taxi drive away from each location.

Full payment of reservation is required (7) days prior to arrival date.

Black Ops Caribbean doesn't physically own any properties in the Dominican Republic. All accommodations are rented from reputable Dominican based real estate management firms.

Depending upon which package you select, we will then send you a confirmation email stating that particular locations physical address."

Hell of alot of money if you ask me!Especially as you would be trusting your money and your precious vacation time to guys with nil track record and every indication they have no business plan (like lame attempts to get free advertising here and other boards, posting pics of chicas totally unrepresentative of anything they could come up with, posting a picture of Cabarete beach at night to suggest Sosúa has a thriving beach night-life. Yeah, druggies, muggers and shoot-on-sight cops).

Nice website, though, and a standard of literacy that puts every monger board to shame. I am sure Mr Jackson approves of that, at least. The actual writing style is a bit pink and fluffy, rather like the lifestyle articles in those free magazines the superstores stick in women's trolleys.

The actual writing style is a bit pink and fluffy, rather like the lifestyle articles in those free magazines the superstores stick in women's trolleys. The writing stinks like Fabuloso detergent. It is what I used to call "pastel prose" which is the official language of Caribbean tourism. Every breeze is 'balmy', the flowers are 'tropical' and 'lush', the food is 'delicious' and 'spicy', the women are 'sultry', the music is 'tropical', the nights are 'starry', etc, etc.

Instead of writing: "Our place is in a barrio on the edge of town down a rutted road surrounded by abandoned half-built condos. You can get snacks and there is a convenience store a few hundred yards away if you can stand the loud music. If you want a local prostitute, we can pimp one for you."

It is written: "Our luxury condos are situated in a quiet, leafy neighborhood on a tranquil lane in an area of great charm. Light refreshments are available for the discerning gentleman, or you may stroll down hibiscus fringed pathways to the local 'colmado' and share a beverage and a joke with the local residents or sample hand-prepared local delicacies and fresh local cuisine while listening to local folk music known as bachata. Many charming mementos are also available from strolling multilingual vendors who will be happy to show you their wares. Should you require the company of a dusky local beauty who can interpret your every need, we would be happy to effect an introduction to one of our team of sultry, swing-hipped maidens who will introduce you to nightlife Dominican-style. Who knows, if you ask nicely, they may even stay for a tasty, home-cooked breakfast".

Hey fellas, in addition to being a filthy but proud monger, I am also a degenerate gambler (poker). I know about the casino where After 1 is, but are there other casinos with poker (I can't always find a poker game at the one spot that I know). Can anyone point me in the right direction for poker in Sosua?

Hey Guys How is Sousa Like Around Memorials Day?

I'm THinking about planning a trip to DR later in May, Is there alot of new chicas around that time, Or should I go around JulyNo one can say for certainty. Things were a lot different around this time last year (pre-crackdown). I was in Sosua last May (2010) and although it was not as busy as it was just a couple of month before when i went in March (2010) I still had a blast and the chica parade was still out in full force.

Now it's anyone's guess as to how Memorial Day weekend goes down in Sosua from here on (post crackdown).

I have been to 4 casinos withing proximately to Sosua. After One, Playa Dorado, the old Casino at the east end of Sosua (towards Voramar) and in Cabarete. I don't recall seeing poker in any of them, but then again I wasn't looking for it. I only play craps and black jack.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for poker in Sosua?Link for Ocean World casino in Cofresi, near Puerto Plata, probably an hour from Sosua: http://www.oceanworld.net/index.cfm@organization_id=107&section_id=1542. Htm.

"Ocean World Casino is located on the second floor and has already gained the reputation as the most exclusive Casino in the Dominican Republic. Guests can experience Las Vegas gaming in the setting of a true Caribbean paradise. Open daily, guests enjoy a variety of slot machines, table games including Black Jack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Craps. 3 Card Poker, Roulette and Texas Hold 'them all in luxurious surroundings. Complimentary drinks, snacks and cigarettes are available to all players."

Years ago there was a Casino (with a disco type bar) in Cabarete (15 minutes from Sosua) , not sure if it is still open or whether it has Poker.

Lighthouse Bar in Ocean World, I was told was a nice bar, not sure if it is still open.

These pics if I remember correctly were taken in the disco attached to the playa chiquita casino, sosua.

I couldn't agree with you more,

I am as black as they come, and I paid a whopping 3200 pesos, for 4 straight days!

But also add in dinner at new gardens, she had to eat, so to generalize all blacks, is.

Stupid, all blacks don't eat watermelon, or play basketball, but I do. LOL. My spanish.

Is horrible at best, like my typing skills, but a huge at, makes them, tend to forget.

But, this puta did try, to black mail this black male, she told me, if I wanted to keep,

Her away from sosua, I needed to send money, every week, well if thats the case.

That puta needed, to move to sosua, and become governor. But I must admit.

Day 2.

Sorry for the delay. My internet was down. Thank you Comcast.

My todo la noches chica did the walk of shame and I headed to Sosua by the Sea to wash and change clothes. I went to the Atm and orange and got me a cell phone. An easy way to see if a girl is puta asks her how she learned English. The girl that worked in orange was smoking hot and she blushed all over me but I wasn't interested. Hopped a motochonco and proceeded to find another chica. Nothing in sight so, I headed to Classicos. The same disappointing selection but I did manage to take plenty of cool photos. The motochonco told me he had a chica. She was in an apartment above a grocery store and barbershop. She was a brown skin cutie (I'll post her picture under brown skin cutie). Arrived at New garden and, my same monger buddy, from the previous night, wanted her too. At the bar was a girl from a previous trip and I actually wanted her more. Well I went in the room and my chica didn't want to do much. I made her leave. She was upset but kcuf her. I got my chica from a previous trip and she knocked my sock off! I'll post her picture under previous chica. She left and I remember I still have my light skin CMP chica's cell phone.

I went to CMP and dropped it off with one of the guys there and told them to tell her I'll be back later. Let my phone number with them for her to call. I walked around ate a burger then proceeded to meet the chica I had meeting me at Barceló Resort in Playa Dorado. She was a short light skin chica with blonde hair. More incompetent workers at these resorts then you can shake a stick at! My room had a TV that didn't work and it dated somewhere in the early 90's. No flat screen, no Jacuzzi, no view nothing! We had sex immediately. She claimed it's been months and judging by her urgency and tightness I wouldn't disagree. Her oral was intense. I'm ok looking but jeez! Was I Clark Gabel to her? We both climaxed off of oral. We ate, watched friends, drank champagne and went to sleep. My light skin CMP chica called me at 12am but I was out cold. 20 times she called and left an anger voice mail.

Day 3.

Woke up and had breakfast. Barcelo has pretty good eggs and cheese. Told my chica I need to go visit my amigos in sosua. I travel alone but I like to say I'm with friends to have a reason to sneak away. She wasn't buying it but I didn't care. Hopped a cab back to Sosua at 11am. Ahhhh! Home sweet home. Went back to new garden and the same two mongers were there lounging but the pool. New garden is hypnotic. A couple of chicas were there hanging out so I sat with them. Very nice and very nice looking. They ordered a spaghetti dinner that had salad and garlic bread with it. I wasn't hungry though they offered multiple times. I took a picture. One was light skinned and the other was brown. I wanted them both. When I asked they gave a awww Come on sigh but agreed LOL. My motochonco buddy came and ask if I wanted a chica. I agreed. She came back with a girl who didn't want to be treated like puta but I turned her down. Gave him 200 pesos for the introduction and he proceeded to return the merchandise for more goods. Gucci girl arrived and all my threesome action went down hill with the girls with spaghetti. She hogged all my time and then complained about only receiving 1500 pesos for the loven.

I love sosua so much I just walked around enjoying the atmosphere, taking pictures. I decided to go back to barcelo after a while. I called a chica I met online and she lived in costambar. I took a 45 minute cab ride there. Cost me 30 american. She was ok looking, very shy and very thin. Went to a cabana with her and again the tv doesn't work. Is this a practical joke? Made love while looking at it through the mirror on the ceiling then dropped her off. I gave her a 100 pesos for the motochonco and went to barcelo to meet my chica. She was in the room dancing like a 13 year old. I bathed and we ordered a pizza hut pizza. How do you say stuffed crust in Spanish? Not even the front desk knew. Thin crust is it. We ate and made love watching friends. Once again I brought my PS2 to watch dvd's and judging by the cheap as rooms I needed it. Since she was so tight I was unable to rip her a new one but she enjoyed the oral. My CMP chica once again was calling. Lo Siento bonita estoy occupada. Finished the pizza and we laid down at 8pm and I didn't get back up.

Hi I'm planning on going to Sosua in July 2011. I was there about 6 years ago and stayed at the Europa.

There were plenty of chicas and the price I think was around 40US.

How is it for pussy at the minute and at what price. I've read about a crackdown in 2010. Has this blown over yet?

Many thanks Daffy

Many thanks DaffySosua is the same, and I don't think you'll ever seen a 'crackdown'. I was there recently, and there are thousands of women. I don't like to negotiate or directly ask a chica, 'how much', but I paid 2000 pesos, and they were very happy. One girl actually said 1500, and I said no. 2000. There is so much competition. With the dollar getting almost 38 pesos, you're talking about $53. Be sure to visit La Passion Massage, where the prices are set, and there is some talent. Nice rooms onsite.

Yesterday I got a text from my novia about our mutual friend Naomi, but as usual her spelling sucks so Google's translation was all fucked up.

Now of course it makes sense, and I'm sorry to hear she's dead.

I'll remember that permanent smile, riding proudly on her new bike up and down PC, and only a couple weeks ago proudly showing us her new breast implants.

I'll also remember, as a half drunk newbie, going to a cheap hotel room with her one afternoon, before realizing she was a trannie. We always laughed about that whenever we met, and my novia always jokingly told friends that Naomi was my first true love.

But I also realize that the world she frequented is a dark, dangerous and a more complicated place that that of the average puta, and these thing happen in that world.

Anyway, I hope she is in a place where that smile can go on forever, and we'll always remember her with affection.

Forgive me for crossposting this to the Sosua board.

She is always outside marching up and down the block and sometimes in latinos. Who is she? The dj in latinos told me she had a friend and not to talk to her. I figured a transexual. First off, I owe The DJ at latinos a as whooping! You have no idea how much I wanted her! She was probably the best looking chica I seen there."IMO of course" I spent all night at classicos thinking damn she almost got me. When in actuality she was a she. Player hatin as mofo. Well even more upsetting is I took two pictures of her and deleted them after reading back in feburary about naomi thinking she was naomi. You see when the DJ said she had a friend I figured HIV or something but when I got home I figured she was naomi. I had two very cute pictures. I have to take a trip back just to fuck her! I saw her in April marching up and down the street with short hair this time.

I'm happy you guys dropped all the racism talk that has pledge the boards for weeks. Who cares about black and white on a sex forum? Especially when all the women we are discussing are black.

I will be going to Sousa later this month for the first time. What hotel in Sousa gives you the most "bang for your buck" as far as ammenities, location, chica friendlyness, location? I've read the thread and several people have mentioned Rockys and / or Hotel Orchidee. From looking at the websites, I'm not really impressed with either of those. They don't look very upscale at all. Terra Linda looks very nice but also cost 80=100usd per day. I don't mind paying that price if thats the best I can do. The most important thing to me is that I want to be able to bring multiple girls back to my room, fuck the hell out of them, without managment / guests giving me a hard time or charging me extra or threating to kick me out. It would also be nice if the room was upscale, kinda like a 4 star hotel in the united states. Any recommendations?

For their rooms, that in itself should tell you everything you need to know as there isn't a 4 star anywhere on the planet earth for that price. I recommend the new wing section of the New Garden $74. A night if paid in cash.

Rooms are generally clean although starwise I will give it 2 star. Sometimes the problem is the lady at the front desk allows only one girl at a time.

They do have apartments on the opposite side. I have stayed there many times. Some are very nice. They do have a guard there. But most of the time you can sneak in as many girls as you want. The price for apartments were $30 / night. You can bargain also.

Only 4 star and 5 star accomodations you get are all inclusive resorts. They are not girl friendly but will allow the girl if you pay fee for the girl per day for food and staying.

Any recommendations?I am no Sosúa expert so I will let other guys recommend specific hotels, but it is seems obvious you expect too much. You want an upscale hotel but you don't want to pay an upscale price. You want an upscale hotel but you want to party with multiple putas like a rock-star. It should be obvious to you that the more classy places, like Residencial or Waterfront, will expect their guests to behave decently.

That does not invalidate your question but it is clearly a question of the best compromise rather than ticking all your boxes with 10 out of 10.

For comfort and privacy certain villas would fill the bill, but to afford those within your apparent budget you would need to share with friends. (If you have any).

Any recommendations?During off season the monger friendly part of the Sosua Bay Hotel, might be under $100 per night. I don't like the Italian owner of the Sosua Bay Hotel (Armando).

Condominium apartments are another way to go. El Neptuno, two bedroom, two bathrooms are nice, (located near Sosua Bay Hotel / Victorian House). Tradewinds apartments (one bedroom) are nice for the money, but Tradewinds is not in the center of Sosua. Tradewinds apartments can be rented from Marco at Rockys.

Rocky's or Orchidee upscale? Of course not, they charge $25. And $30. For their rooms, that in itself should tell you everything you need to know as there isn't a 4 star anywhere on the planet earth for that price. I recommend the new wing section of the New Garden $74. A night if paid in cash.PM me and I will give you the skinny in this place. I have something available in your price range. This what you are looking for and the other guys are right by the way.

I'm heading to Sosua May 21. May 29th. I was thinking about staying@Don Antonio for a few days. How do you guys rate that place over Rocky's? I'm a little torn between the two for my first few nights there.

This will be my first time in Sosua, DR for my bday and I'm planning to be there in July. I'm staying at the Sosua Bay Club and I have a few questions.

1. Does Sosua Bay Club allow you to bring guest?

2. Do girls let you take pics of them in clubs, on the street, on the beach, in the room?

3. How do the girls look? I like them with nice size beast, slim, decent size ass, and pretty face.

4. Where's the best place to meet them?

5. Do they hangout at the beach?

I do short excursions. I don't stay as long because I get home sick very easy. Plus after about 2 days I'm all tapped out. When I was in Boca chic back in December, I stayed for 6 days and regretted it. Which is also why I hate staying at resorts with chicas. THey try to hinder your fun. They're Clingy, selfish, Jealous and greedy.

Woke up about 7am and my chica attacked me like a horny gorilla. Completely took advantaged of me. Afterwards we ate breakfast and took some pictures. Check out at barcelo is at 1pm but I still need to check out of New garden and Sosua by the sea. One last shower, changed clothes, big kiss and we checked out. I gave my chica a 80 dollar perfume set I brought in miami. I gave her money for her sick madre in the hospital "I know it was bull" and a vacation, from working at a nail salon, in a 5 star hotel. She wanted me to pay her taxi too. I declined but had my driver drop her off at the plaza in walking distance from barcelo and proceeded to sosua. My cabby popped in a Cd and the song took me by surprise. The emotion I felt summed up my whole trip and pretty much my feelings about sosua and the DR. Eliane Elias-Manhattan. Probably the most beautiful song I've every heard. It suited the moment wonderfully as we drove from playa dorada to sosua. I brought the Cd from the Driver.

Reached sosua about 11 and proceeded to new garden. The usual suspects but check out isn't until 1230? So I lingered around hoping for one last shot. No such luck. I walked around and took it all in. I love this place! Well I went to sosua by the sea, after not being there the entire trip, and was reminded how stupid the staff was. Usually the hotel contacts your ride to the airport and knows when your departing right? My last two did. Well they didn't and refused to call unless I paid 10 pesos a minute. I asked for a internet card to go online but they refuse to accept payment via card credit. Then the damn internet service was down when I arrive to use it. I squared everything away and noticed I still had 45 minutes so I walked back to El flow. Nothing much happening so I took pictures of everything. Cab showed up at 1pm. 15 ride to the airport and my flight left at.

I will be in Sosua, DR for the first time for my 30th birthday in July. I'm staying at the Sosua Bay Club, and I have few questions is anyone can help me out.

1. Does Sosua Bay Club allow me to bring guests?Yes, but you must register them with the tourist police for your safety and make sure you get a signed receipt.

2. Will girls let me take pictures of them on the street, in the clubs, on the beach, and in the bedroom?Yes, but film only. Digital cameras don't work in the DR.

3. Where would be a nice spot to celebrate my birthday?Chuck e Cheeze.

4. Do they still have the bikini contest at New Garden on Sundays?Yes, but you need to register in advance and pay the fee to the guard out front. $20 USD.

5. How do the girls look down there? I like them slim with a pretty face, and either big breast or big a$$ or both.Down where? Most look like Fidel if U-turn your head a certain way, but some others might resemble a clam. I haven't seen too many slim girls with big A$$'es.

6. What beach have pretty ladies that hangout there? The ones on the Pacific side of the Island.

Hope that was helpful.

Thanks

I was watching Mad Money tonight. Jim Cramer had an interesting interview with the CEO of Zoo Travel, which has seen tremendous upturn recently in stock valuation. I was curious about the stock and company and found some wonderful deals in Sosua.

Casa Marina Beach Resort is having a huge sale. They're offering deals from $26. $59 per night for 3 star accommodations. For this price you really can't beat it. Its location is great and only a few blocks away from all the Sosua action. But bringing chica's into the resort may cost extra and provide an inconvenience factor.

It's a great idea for an extended 1 on 1 with your novia, but not for the warrior monger. Plenty of deals to be had in Sosua.

Yes, but you need to register in advance and pay the fee to the guard out front. $20 USD.LOL. Good post CH and about what the OP deserved. You had me fooled with your first answer until I read on and realised you were taking the [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140). (Do they say that in the USA?)

It did remind me of the last time I entered the New Garden though. I normally avoid the place. Something about the layout of the place reminds me of an open prison or mental hospital (and some of the guests reinforce those ideas) but on this occasion I went round there to meet someone I had exchanged friendly posts with and who wanted to meet me.

Wandered in, sat down, ordered a round for all at the table, and two security guards came over and demanded 1000 peso cover fee as a non-resident. I am not suggesting the management devised or condoned this attempted scam but they are responsible for the actions of their security staff.

Needless to say that hotel has not received a peso from me since at the bar. Anyone else I meet we do it any venue in Sosúa except there.

2. Will girls let me take pictures of them on the street, in the clubs, on the beach, and in the bedroom?

"Yes, but film only. Digital cameras don't work in the DR."

Go digital all the way. Only been to Sosua twice, but have over 300 digital photos. Most important, ask the girls first!

3. Where would be a nice spot to celebrate my birthday?

"Chuck e Cheeze."

Depends on your taste, Passion and Classico are quite different venues. You could do Passion in the afternoon and Classico in the evening; would be a nice blow out birthday.

4. Do they still have the bikini contest at New Garden on Sundays?

"Yes, but you need to register in advance and pay the fee to the guard out front. $20 USD."

It is not every Sunday, last time I was there it was once a month, and it is 20 bucks for hotel guests. Just e-mail the hotel and they will let you know.

1. Does Sosua Bay Club allow me to bring guests?Yes, in their guest friendly wing. Ask for it.

3. Where would be a nice spot to celebrate my birthday?Classicos, ofcourse.

4. Do they still have the bikini contest at New Garden on Sundays? They still have them. Not sure what days. Just go and ask.

5. How do the girls look down there? I like them slim with a pretty face, and either big breast or big a$$ or both. All kinds. Its like this you like them or you don't. Or you soon learn to like them.

6. What beach have pretty ladies that hangout there? There is only one beach. And pickings are slim these days, if you get a local to go with you he can spot them for you but its going to be tough to get rid of him. Actually, I have seen quite a few charamaico hotties there, but many of them are "barely legal", so use your big head.

thanksspeaking of "barely legal" chicas, i was actually wondering has anyone ever gotten in legal trouble for unknowingly fooling around with a chica under 18? i am not a **** and the thought of messing around with a kid doesn't turn me on in the least. but these days, you just can't always tell! i saw this one girl in the southern us a few months ago and i was like "wow. i want to pound that nice round ass right now!" so, i asked about her and as it turns out, she was 14. ouch. so, how do you avoid the jailbait in sousa? with all the money to be made from "hookin'," i'm sure that their are several **** girls out on the prowl. do you guys card every girl you see? even if you do, i'm sure that there are lots of fake ids.

i suppose one of the biggest advantages of going to bb, or passions is that you wouldn't have to worry about that stuff.

many girls who are **** do not have id. some have fake i. the. the people at the hotel checking are not really bothered. they just glance at the id only.

long time ago i met a girl in sosua. very pretty girl with big boobs. i was pretty drunk because i was having a good luck at the casino gambling. i casually asked her how old she was when i complimented on her tight body and perky stand up boobs. she was she is 17. needless to say i left in a hurry. i saw her again the next night at the same bar. but i ignored her.

yes, there are set ups involving young girls. to protect yourself tell the security at the hotel to make sure the girl is over 18. do not go to her place or her suggested place. pay money and get out of trouble if in the morning she threatens or yells [CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123). there are scams involving threats of [CodeWord123] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord123) as well.

set ups are not prevalent in sosua luckily.

i know there are people who kicked girls out unceremoniously but i would suggest gentle approach and not get police involved.

i suppose one of the biggest advantages of going to bb, or passions is that you wouldn't have to worry about that stuff.i card almost all of them except the ones that are clearly over 18. when in doubt, card them. i do this for my wingmen too as i speak spanish. some of the chicas will use their friend, sister, mother's id, etc. look closely at the photo on their cedulas (pronounced like: said-you-lah) the government issued cedulas are actually fairly well done by american standards. if the cedula appears damaged or altered, toss her. if she looks young and claims she lost her id, toss her. many of the night security staff at the chica friendly hotels in town will not let her in without a cedula or if they think its not her i'd. plus, the younger chicas generally aren't as much fun as a slighter older ones in their early 20's, for the most part. ymmv. be safe.

i suppose one of the biggest advantages of going to bb, or passions is that you wouldn't have to worry about that stuff.i like my chicas as young as legally available, but you are right that ages can be deceptive and that there are lots of fake ids around. young girls could easily borrow their big sisters cedula (with or without her knowledge) and chicas are rarely recognizable from the pictures on their cedula.

so my answer is, in the absence of other reliable evidence, to leave a "safety margin" and go for chicas who look at least 22.

i imagine it is extremely rare for anyone to get into trouble for having sex with post-pubescent chicas where both parties were willing, but your big danger is getting "set up" by the chica along with her chulo / or a bent cop / or a bent lawyer. however unlikely that may be, the consequences are so severe, and your chances of pleading innocence so remote, that you should never chance it.

you are right. that is a plus point for blackbeards and passions. possibly i would trust cristal and el bohen to screen their employees too, but i cannot think of anywhere else on the north coast that i would blindly trust offhand. many popular venues routinely employ **** chicas and make them available for salida.

for what its worth, i supose i'll attempt to id every girl as well. as for as only have sex with girls that look older than 21, attempting to do that would be very hit or miss. when dealing with women of african / latin decent, as i stated earlier, once some of these girls turn 15, 16, its damn near impossible to tell how old they are by looks alone. there asses and tatas are so big / round / curvy they could just as well be 23, 24, 25. plus you would miss out on a lot of good pussy.

as for as taking pics of chicks i always make convo with them, be nice and respectful to them then ask if i can take their picture. i don't like sneaking around taking candid pics of girls and if i get caught she would make a big scene. yea. if she look too young to me i'll probably would take a pic.

I'm betting this trend will reverse now that the New Sosua is in full effect. Brothas don't dig the whole "Euro Vibe" as you see where it has gotten us in the New Sosua. Brothas don't go to the beach just to lay around in the sun baking like beached whales; when brothas go to the beach that want to see tits and ass in bikinis. Having the beach in Sosua was nice, but I don't know of any brothas (including myself) that would hang there. I had two bros take me to the beach once. We walked from one end to the next and that was enough for me. It's a tourist trap and we were smart enough to avoid it. I'm thinking if the beach was elsewhere, the old Sosua would still be there running on all four cylinders.

Also, only with Americans do you see blacks, whites, asians, etc. (and even Canadians!) all hanging together and trading chica stories with no problems. The Euros don't like mixing it up with the brothas (trust me, I've seen this up close and personal just asking about the menu at NG) , so brothas will start to do their own thing elsewhere. Only the young knucleheads in our community that haven't yet gotten the memo or are too lazy to pick up Spanish will be stuck in the Sosua Cycle. I for one will not be taking my black ass back there anytime soon.

I personally know too many brothas that have been navigating the island behind the scenes for years and know to keep their mouths shut. The game is to be sold, not to be told. This was something I saw coming several years ago and I remember wanting to enjoy Sosua as much as possible before the wife beater crew would come along and "make it rain" in Clasicos. When I first came to the Puerto Plata area, the novelty was still there and you felt like Michael Jordan walking the streets. It didn't take much effort to get some ass by just hanging out with a chica and showing her a good time. The internet spreading trip reports and pics, now Youtube vids, and cheap flights from places like NYC on carriers like Jet Blue pretty much changed the scenery. It wasn't this dramatic but it reminded me of how I saw the US housing crisis forming before me as cheap available money / loans changed neighborhoods.

As far as overpaying, what do you expect when you have people with a pocket full of money and nothing to offer (not even convo) but their money and they often rationalize by saying "well its about what it would cost back in the ATL." These are the same folks that teach people in these other countries about propinas. In CR, the white guys on pensions had this same effect on the putanomics and economy, in general.

I also agree with the statement about white guys probably preferring other destinations because of the type of women and I would add the availability of resources. As some of you know, Sosua pales in comparison to the talent in other parts of the DR. In fact, I've had better looking Dominicanas in CR than Sosua. I think many of the older AA Mongers that have loot still travel to Rio, which is head and shoulders above Sosua in terms of talent. White guys tend to like the lighter skin and Asian babes so they go to those places. A place like the Del Rey in CR crushes anything I've seen in the DR in terms of diversity and talent level. MDE is also big now and the women tend to be much finer than what you will find in a place like Sosua.

Some of the places cost a lot more and take longer to get to, which may not make them as desirable to some people. However, when you go to these others places you tend to see a lot more white guys and they tend to have loot and maybe even own business. You see some blacks as well in this same mode. But whites tend to have the numbers which probably shouldn't be a surprise when you consider the economics here in the USA. When I say white, I'm talking about Americans only.

I came in her mouth.Hey Jfreg,

I searched your posts and never saw the pic of "cow girl." Did I miss it somewhere? She sounds like my type of girl, big ass, big breasts, and she lets you cum in her mouth. You can't beat that! BTW, how do you ask a girl if you can cum in her mouth in spanish."leche in la boca?"?

[/QUOTE]I see your new and welcome. You went back in the forum to reply to a convo about race, that had been covered. Atlest you spent some time reading the forum thats more than I can say about most new members.

But to say the Del Ray in Costa Rica crushes Sosua, I don't concur. Del Ray is more diverse because they ship in talent from other countries. But most of these girls ask for 100usd an hour before giving you their name. In sosua you get a girl for 80usd all night. In Del Ray the girls look and act trashy, with a strickly business attitude. In Sosua at night the girls have that spanish style that comes with sexual energy. Del Ray girls mostly do CBJ, in Sosua they mostly do NCB.

Most of the older AA that travel to Rio now, have some kind of permanent connection. Living there, wife, kids, buisinesses, speak the language, regular girlfriends etc. I don't see anybody going there now with the close of help and 4x4, and with the crackdown in preparation for the World Cup and Olympics. Thats why the MDE board is hot and the Sosua board has alot of ex Brazilian guys, they are looking for the next brazil. These ex Brazil guys are mentally fucked up because they are looking for the next "fuck fest". But it came and went with Brazil.

MDE is my favorite spot in the world, but its not the old brazil. But most brothers won't do well there. Some brothers as you say"like walking around feeling like Michael Jordan", that won't fly in MDE. MDE women are the finest I have ever seen as a group and have a unique style. You can't make eye contact in MDE and be fucking thirty minutes later. In fact the women won't pay brothers any attention, and most brothers will take this as a hit to their ego's. Sure you have the casas, strip clubs, and the internet to meet fine chicas for sex, but outside these venues brothers won't like MDE. My regulars in MDE do low key things to fly under the radar and to respect the city. We don't go on dinner dates, we order a pizza. We don't walk down the street holding hands, we stay in the house watching TV and fucking. MDE doesn't like its trash being paraded around. Low key is the way and we will see how this developes. But bringing to much attention to yourself in MDE will get you fucked up.

My first trip to Rio De Janeiro was the year after help was closed during carnival. There was still alot of pretty ladies sunbathing and chillin at Meia Pataca. I met a couple of folks from the US and England that been going for years when Help was there and they all comment on how it's not what it use to be. I was surprised alot of people was complaining and some was mad in some cases. Since that was my first time going I had a wonderful time. Maybe if I went to Rio when help was open and after it was closed I may have been alittle disappointed too. There's other places that pops up, but they're tend to be too small and its the same desperate folks there.

I'm black and heading to Sosua for the first time. I'm not a wifebeater or make it rain in the club person. Just a person who like to travel and experience new things. So I'm guess by reading a few reports majority of the ladies don't like black men or if I'm not flashy with my money or the ladies would jack up the price cause I'm black. .

Hope I'm wrong.

[QUOTE=Mr Gogo; 1155893]I also agree with the statement about white guys probably preferring other destinations because of the type of women and I would add the availability of resources. As some of you know, Sosua pales in comparison to the talent in other parts of the DR. In fact, I've had better looking Dominicanas in CR than Sosua. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED BETTER DOMINICAN! CHICAS IN CR!

DEL RAY CHICAS ARE HARD ASS, POOR PROVIDER! In Sosua at night the girls have that spanish style that comes with sexual energy. Del Ray girls mostly do CBJ, in Sosua they mostly do NCB. TRUE!

I see your new and welcome.

Good post Mr. Gogo. I had to check the date on my original posting. Yep, posted back on April 11th, LOL.

But same here: No none I've talked to are going down to Rio strictly for P4P. Not when garotas de programma are asking for (and receiving) $200usd+ per night. And this is outside of the termas. I am absolutely positive I could bang strippers at home for about that much and save myself $1000+ and 14+ hrs just to do the same thing in Rio. Economically it makes no sense to me, but I'm not one to tell a man what to do with his money.

I'm still scratching my head over the attraction of CR. $100-150usd per hour and CBJ is the same thing you can get in your own backyard, LOL.

As some of you know, Sosua pales in comparison to the talent in other parts of the DR.

No argument with you there. If anyone doubts this statement then just take a look at the photos Jaosousa posted of the Eagle Sports Bar chicas in Santo Domingo (I don't think they are pros though).

Yeah everybody says it "green" the color of money but that's everywhere, big deal.

I'm black second trip to DR, main base Sousa, because the condo I stay in is close to everything, and has view of the ocean.

I joined DominicanCupid. Com before I got here so I had about 10 to 15 contacts from Santo Domingo to La Vega and Sanitago.

I settled on 3, 1 from Santo Domingo I went there to meet her and family had a great time, I was disappointed with the Zona Colonial, thougt it would be more like the old town in Cartagena, Colombia, but nice to see a different part of DR, liked the Monument in Sanitago where I had a evening date with another women.

The other from Santiago didn't want to wait and visited me here in Sousa, nice girl but I liked the other two better, more relaxed and nice, less hoochie about them.

I've been here a month, research for retirement, speak a bit more then basic spanish but avoided the Sousa woman not my style, so if you want to do some work, it's worth it for me, but you'll have no problem getting attention or offers, for what amount I can't say I didn't partake, but from what I saw of the black guys dragging girls back to the condo day and night, they were getting all the attention they could handle

NowrathI live here, retired, and suggest you do as I have done, find a small town to live in. Once retired, life goes into the slow lane. Ever been to Alta Mira? Easy to get to by guagua from Santiago, right on the way, to Puerta Plata. There are many more to discover. I love it here and I ain't going back.

I hear you loud and clear, I do my vacation's like I'm retired now, live as I do back in the states minus work of course, The clubs don't do it for me anymore, I like my time relaxed and no problems.

I enjoy DR, but with 6 years left of work I want to see a few more countries while I'm not on a budget.

Thailand is still one of my first choices, because of the cost and medical, I love the food, been over 12 times, love the culture.

Colombia also is a strong contender, next year for me is a Argentina, my first time, looking forward to it, but I've know since my first trip international in 1992, I was going to retire somewhere out of the USA.

Glad your living the life, I can't wait to get there in 2017, I'm already counting the days.

Comparing it to somewhere like Clasicos would be a joke. I don't know how your game is, but you can feel up, get hand jobs and all kinds of stuff from dime pieces and not even take them. As far as that cien starting price, I would never pay that as you can grab the same babe for much cheaper at Key Largo or some other places or even in the Del Rey, depending on what kind of chemistry you develop. I'm speaking from my experiences so others may be different. I admit that I don't like some of the plastic surgery of the girls from Medellin, but I like the different looks of Dominicanas, Nicas, Ticas, Colombianas, etc. Also, you can hit a lot of the casas that mostly Ticos go to and get great prices. This is why dudes with intel wind up tappin 4 or 5 dif babes a day in CR.

As far as Sosua, there are some nice chicas there but you don't have the numbers and certainly not the dimes, which is why a lot of guys often grab a babe and keep her. The girls in Sosua tend to be more like little girls with motoconcho scars compared to a greater proportion of women in CR or even Colombia. The great thing about Sosua is that it is like fishing in a bucket and low hanging fruit without having to be locked into one spot like Barba Negra.

Don't get me wrong, I love Dominicanas more overall because they are more freaky that chicas in a lot of other places, in general, and less business oriented as you implied. But blame the business part on the stupid gringos that went there are ran up the numbers. Hopefully, the New Sosua will not see runups on the numbers as well.

I agree with you observations about MDE. MDE, in general, is pretty conservative. Thy have some pretty women, no doubt, but you don't get your ego stroked as often as you would in the DR. Cuba took this a step further for me the few times that I visited. Cuban women were even more ready to get busy that Dominicanas, if one can even imagine that, LOL.

I think the key is to hit as many places as you can to keep things fresh. I know guys now that go to MDE all the time like they used to go to Sosua or Rio. People find a place they like and stay in their comfort zone and take advantage of familiarity. Every place has its pluses and minuses.

But first let me state what I don't agree with.

If a girl is letting you feel her up and giving you a handjob in public, maybe she is the one running game. I don't even know if game applies in the DelRay where women are on a one hour clock. If you go into a casa and a chica sits on your lap, then you leave, are you really running game?

Its not like the DelRay girls invite you over for dinner, or offer you a day tour of the city, or try to spend the night. And free pussy doesn't apply in the DelRay, so where is the game?

In the old Sosua all this applies. You had to pay them to leave but they never really left. From staking out your hotel, to bribing the security guards to checking your hangouts. Try playing'hide and seek' in Sosua, that takes game. From taking the back streets so you don't get ambushed to arranging new dates by text so you don't have to answer your phone. Having 4 chics put a BOLO (Be On the LookOut) out on you and thinking ahead of them to avoid a scene, thats game.

I will take Classicos any day of the week over DelRay. But the rest of your post especially about the gringos fucking up CR I agree with. But I hate to say it but the 'New Sosua' is on that path.

As a newbie to Sosua, you will probably have a lot of fun. CMP and Passions also exist in Sosua. Passions has a website with photos.

Facebook, Hi5. Com, badoo. Com, sexyono. Com, tagged. Com are free sites that have Dominican chicas. DominicanCupid. Com is a pay site, you pay a small fee for something like a three month membership, they probably have longer term memberships.

Just in case anyone else missed our history lesson we had on the board a few weeks back, I am reposting the PBS Documentary "Black in Latin America: Full Episode: Haiti & the Dominican Republic: An Island Divided."

It's free to watch the full episode:

http://www.pbs.org/wnet/black-in-latin-america/featured/haiti-the-dominican-republic-an-island-divided-watch-full-episode/165/

In the Dominican Republic, Professor Gates explores how race has been socially constructed in a society whose people reflect centuries of inter-marriage, and how the country’s troubled history with Haiti informs notions about racial classification. In Haiti, Professor Gates tells the story of the birth of the first-ever black republic, and finds out how the slaves’s hard fight for liberation over Napoleon Bonaparte’s French Empire became a double-edged sword.

This should help folks get a perspective on the country's history regarding race, especially for first time visitors to the island.

Also, I think the term "Wife Beater" comes from the old movies from the 1940s-50s. Anytime a guy was beating his wife, slapping her, or yelling at her in a movie he was sometimes wearing a white tank top (especially if he just came home from work), hence the name "Wife Beaters."

Hey guys, first time poster long time lurker.

I'm planning my trip to DR and got a ticket to Santiago for June 9. 12.

I was planning on staying at BBs or New Garden but it seems like they are booked solid for those days. I ended up getting a room in Tierra Linda instead. I've been on mongering trips before but mostly in Thailand, Cambo, the Philippines, CR, and Medellin but this is really my first time alone in a Latin American country so I need a little intel.

How is Sosua for noobs? I was looking at shooting fish in a barrel at BBs or NG for a few days until I get my bearings straight but it seems that I don't have that option. Can non-guest still hang at the pool at BBs or NG, and can I do take out at those places? Also, what's good for daytime action? From the board, I've seen La Passion and Classicos as MPs. What nightclubs and bars are recommended?

What nightclubs and bars are recommended? Passions is a MP, that has takeout also. CMP (Caribbean Mens Paradise) has chicas onsite. Sosua is very small, you can walk around the El Batey section of Sosua in 30 minutes or less. Sosua has two parts that are separated by about a mile long beach, Playa Sosua. On the west side of Sosua Beach is Charamicos, Sosua, where many Dominicans live. On the east side of the beach is the El Batey part of Sosua, which is where the hotels and bars are located.

Classicos is a bar on the second floor, located above another bar. Classicos usually gets going later in the night. Can be useful to collect cell phone numbers at night, to call chicas for daytime action.

Passions Massage is open in the daytime.

How is Sosua for noobs? You will have a great time. If you have done MDE and CR you will have no trouble. I suggest first day you hang at the popular monger meeting places (Rocky's, Shark Bar if open, New Garden, Passions, Black Box on the beach, etc) and talk to other mongers. If you are an agreeable person I guarantee you will find guys only too willing to show you the ropes. It is only human nature to enjoy parading our relative expertise. If, on the other hand, you are a braggart, a drunk, you don't like to pay for your own drinks, or have a personal hygiene problem you may have to cope alone.

I ended up getting a room in Terra Linda instead.Good choice. It's between the New Garden and Rocky's (two places where you can meet mongers) and two minutes walk from the main strip. In fact, almost everything of interest in Sosua is within walking distance.

Can non-guests still hang at the pool at BBs or NG, and can I do take out at those places? Also, what's good for daytime action? From the board, I've seen La Passion and Classicos as MPs.You are a bit confused here.

BB (Blackbeards) is not in Sosúa. It is an hour's ride, the other side of Puerto Plata. With only four days you might want to give it a miss unless you run into other guys with a car keen to go there so you can share costs.

You can certainly hang as a non-resident at BB and NG but you wouldn't want to take out. At BB's residents pay a premium for the convenience of having the chicas on site. As a non-resident you would have to pay for a room there or elsewhere. No point in taking a Blackbeards chica back to Sosúa. If you are willing to pay inflated prices you might as well go straight to Passions, no hassle.

The chicas hanging at New Garden are generally regarded as hard-core and towards the bottom of the barrel (with the occasional exception). Again, their value is as a convenience for residents who are too drunk or lazy to stagger out and find better chicas at lower prices.

Clasico Disco is not a massage parlour. It is the leading night-club and pick-up place. Doesn't get going until about 11. 00pm.

Daytime action is a problem since the December crack-down on prostitution. Your best bet is to collect phone numbers of chicas you fancy when you meet them at night and ring them during the afternoon (most sleep all morning). They will be glad to make some extra cash in the day. Pay 1000 to 1500 pesos short-time and never pay in advance. Your first day, before you have collected any numbers, I would visit Passions or CMP.

I will be there the about the same time as you and staying at the NG. We are flying back on the 13th. PM me as we get closer.

I think Sosua will be perfect for new people. BB's even better, but unless you plan on renting a car, you are pretty much stuck there unless you find other people with a rental car. Cabs can get expensive going back and forth from BB's to Sosua. There is no Bikini contest there that weekend, but a Ms Universe which I never been too. I have been fortunate enough to always be in the DR on bikini weekends. The nice part of BB's and Passions is the salary cap, or fixed pricing. Its not the cheapest, but these girls will generally not rip you off, and if there are any problems, you can report to somebody. I have never been in a situation where I had too.

If, on the other hand, you are a braggart, a drunk, you don't like to pay for your own drinks, or have a personal hygiene problem you may have to cope alone.Asia can get crazy but I got by luckily. MDE and CR, I have done with the benefit of some Spanish speakers. I took 4 years of Spanish in school but remember very little. For this trip, I am going with an even bigger noob so I'm afraid we'll have bullseyes painted on our backs. Will check the above mentioned places to meet like-minded people.

Thanks for clarifying CMP vs Classicos BTW. Thought those places were one and the same.

I'll be in Sosua June 3, for a few days, then heading to BB. I'll be at BB when you get into DR. Come on up and introduce yourself. BB does allow outside folks to come in and partake of their beauties. For a small fee of course.I have been curious about BBs since I've checked out this board for DR. Do you know if they have some ST rooms there and how much they typically charge? I guess my heading out there depends on whether my wingman is up for it.

Here's our chica from Sosua. I found her on youtube randomly.

She always does that tongue that and poses the same always.

I guess my heading out there depends on whether my wingman is up for it. [/QUOTE]Unless you are a guest at BB's, you will have to pay for take out, and either bring them back to Sosua (and most likely pay for a cab back unless you have a car) PLUS the rate of the Chica, which is pricey. I forgot how much it was to take out of BB"s but I know it was high. This was to prevent outsiders of poaching all the girls for the guests of BB's.

You can still eat dinner and drink there as an outsider, but they DO NOT have rooms for short time like other places. I used to stay there often, but not have gradually moved on to Sosua and other places in the DR. On previous visits, on a 4-5 day weekend, I spent one or 2 nights at BB's but on my next trip I have not reserved a room, and will ask when I am down there if they have something last minute for one night.

BB's is great, its almost a one stop shop of mongering like a super walmart. They have all the food and booze you need, great service, pharmacy and grocery store right down the street, and you are on the beach. It is in a gate community and is very safe. I would suggest signing up for the newsletter.

The problem is the more you go there, the more you see the same chicas over and over again. I would say 85-90% of the girls are the same every day I am there. I liked the shift changes so you can see the whole staff around 5pm you will want to be around the bar area. You will never be out numbered and have plenty to choose from, but after all the newsletters and being with many of them, it seems like there isn't too many rookies. Also I am a late night guy so unless you have a car, when BB's is closed, so are you. I always rent a car, so I have options.

Yep that is her. How ever did you find that video? If you get to her before I do bust one for me!THAT * IS CRAZY!

I promise you do not want any dealings with that chica. Didn't I warn you guys about how she flipped the fuck out on me at NG? And she is a lesbian, which made it all the more exciting (not). Also told me she is from Santiago and is a stripper and has one daughter.

5 monger points to anyone (who has been with her) who can tell me what the tatt is of on her lower back (smiles)!

And no, I am not trying to bogart this chica for myself. In fact, I avoid her purposefully on every trip I run across her. I am just putting the warning out there. She is a certified psycho and carries a razor under her tongue. Banged her twice and got a preview of this the first time around. I thought it was cool to have a psycho stalker, but that effect wore off the night after leaving Classicos with her. I should have known something was up when the bouncer smiled and patted me on the shoulder as I exited the club with her (she was actually there waiting for me. She had told me during our first romp during the day that she would be at Classicos and would be waiting for me. Said she would beat my ass if she saw me with another chica. As she said this she stomped her foot on the ground, slammed her fist into the palm of her hand, and motioned with her finger across her throat).

Apparently, I was the only foreigner in all of Sosua who didn't know this was a crazy chica. Tread carefully.

I've got videos too, but we've got WAY too many snitches on this site. I'll probably get knifed with this pic alone, LOL.

No doubt she is crazier than a bag of angel dust, and the average monger should not attempt it. But does she fuck like a maniac or what? What a seasoned monger has to do is to check her from the start. After I gave her that 1000 pesos and wouldn't buy in to her bullshit that I had to give her more because she isn't Haitian, she took a liking to me and started calling me mafioso. And the next night in front of Latino's she was trying to get on my good side but I continued to show her that she wasn't shit to me. She kept trying to play mad because I was looking at all the girls who were passing by. I told her that is what I came to Sosua for, to check out the women, so she could save that. But I did applaud her for acknowledging who was running shit and ended up buying her a beer. And I NEVER buy drinks for a chica. That mf was so damn sexy that I really wanted to take her again, but it was the principle of the thing. I tell you when we will fuck and how much I will give you. You don't tell me.

LOL at trying to keep her for yourself. Man I know you know as well as I do that those women are for everybody to enjoy, but if you are not a heavy hitter then that one is sure to cause you problems in the likes that you don't want to see.

She brought me chocolates, but she said she ddnt want to fuk. Just wanted to take a shower. Etc. Then of course she put my dick in her mouth. LOL. And then got mad when I gave her 1000 pesos. I like seeing chicas in a white tank top t-shirt with no bra, even better when their nipples are hard.

That role in that movie is the definitive image of the "wife beater", although I don't know when the expression came into use. Maybe much later?

In the UK they are called "vests" and were traditionally worn under shirts because of the usually cold, damp climate. Dying out nowadays, except among the old, because considered not "cool" and because homes and work-places are better heated and ventilated. The traditional question asked by anxious mums when their offspring left for school was "Are you wearing your vest, dear?".

When middle-class movie-makers wanted authenticity in their movies about working-class heroes, they always depicted them sleeping in their vests, an unhygienic practice abhorrent to decent people.
