I've been meaning to post this much sooner but holidays, travel, chasing up other international pussy, meh, you get the idea. So I was at HK for NYE's. For the past several months, I just read posts here. Today, I would share my experience.
For the past 4 months, I went to Tijuana and visited HK club for over 20+ times. Generally, I like this bar. That is the reason I frequent it. However, it changes my mind for my recent experience.
My biggest concern and complain is "bait and switch". Generally, I would negotiate very clearly with the girl beforehand. However, some would not honor what is agreed once in the room. One girl once even told me the I should end earlier since she needs 15 minutes for shower during the session. What? I am not paying to see your shower! I did not complain for sympathy since I later know she has a 1 year old baby to support.
I first complained it last Nov (or Dec). When I was in the room with a girl. They knocked the door and announced: time's up. It is just about 10 min (since I saw my watch). The girl would not continue. I yelled back to the staff outside. But again, just barely 5 min, they bothered me again. Now, the girl left. I was mad with it and complained to the front desk. However, they denied SB. Did so and even told me the manager was not present. It is better for me to come back later. I was not satisfied with their manner. Finally, they called in a captain in charge. The captain said I might make mistake: possibly the staff was knocking the other door and I mistake it as mine. Although, the hotel and the club belong to the same group, they are managed by separate administration. Dissatisfied with it, I came back 2 days later and finally saw the manager (A). The manager seems nice. He called in another guy (B) and finally offers me one night stay for free. Although, the manager gave me a voucher (free stay), I did not use it even now. Actually, I am not asking for compensation, it is just their manner that matters!
In between Dec and mid Feb, I also visited HK several times and everything seemed fine.
In late Feb, I went to HK again and went to the hotel with one girl. We negotiated everything beforehand. But the trick happened again. In the room, she would not allow kiss just a few minutes later. Actually, she approached me several times when I was there before, asking for $120-100. I just shrugged off it. This time, she approached me again and promised that she would offer me the best time for (1400 peso + $5). I also specifically told her "beso con lengua (french kiss). She told me that I can do anything upstairs. Thus I agreed. I was not happy since she refused to honor what was agreed. I left $5 on the table (1400 peso already paid once in the room), saying I would complain it. She stopped me and yelled outside. In a while, the guy (B) in the uniform with"security" showed up. He would not listen to me and just claimed that I was a trouble-maker since it is the 2nd time. What? I've visited here for over 20+ times in barely 5 months, that is barely 10% complaint rate. He dragged me in the room and talked with the girl in Spanish. I totally had no idea what they were talking. Suddenly, the girl charged forward to hit me on the chest. I pushed her away, asking her to calm down. Then, the security (B) suddenly acted in mad, saying that I was beating the girl. I asked him if he saw the girl hit me and I just defended myself. He said he only saw I was "beating" the girl. Then, he dragged me outside, pushing hard my arms upward and forcing me against the corner. He even threatened to put me in jail. In the mean time, the girl robbed me another $5, since she claimed that I did not pay her the remaining balance. (I've already paid 1400 pesos, why would default a small $5? She tipped the guy (B) and kicked me and left. Of course, the guy (B) ignored all this. It was not until another staff showed up that be finally behaved normally. They called in many other persons and talked in Spanish and did not even give me an opportunity to explain the situation.

You speak Spanish and got the agreement for "Beso con lengua. " Any girls, who agreed to specific services and refused to deliver, should be identified so the bros can deal with them properly.

Once the money leaves your hands you have lost all control of the situation and you have little or no recourse if the whole situation goes south. Grow a pair and stand up for yourself, but BEFORE the fact. Once the money leaves your hands you are effectively powerless.

Once the money leaves your hands you have lost all control of the situation and you have little or no recourse if the whole situation goes south. If she demands money up front, the odds is that she is a ROB (exceptions exist). If she does, you politely leave. NO tip. Tell the guy at the desk she tried to rip you off, demand your money back. Grow a pair and stand up for yourself, but BEFORE the fact. Once the money leaves your hands you are effectively powerless.

On a sunny Friday morning in mid October I drove down from LA and parked at the border lot next to the Jack in the Box. $8 for 8 hours. After a short walk to the border I breezed through Mexican customs who checked my passport, but nothing else. Bring your own sheets like my buddy does if you like. It's probably worth the $15, but I'm a pretty cheap bastard, and $15 goes pretty far in Tijuana. I settled into the room and took a nap, having had a long week at work.
I ventured out around 6:45 to grab a tooth brush from the Oxxo across the street because I habitually forget at least one toiletry item every trip. I picked up tooth paste, a tooth brush, some mouth wash, and a little container of chocolate milk for less than $5. I got back to the room and was excited, but nervous, and wanted to drink a little to calm down. I ended up guzzling a bunch of Jack and proceeded to get way too drunk, way too early. I went down to HK for the first time around 7:20 and there were plenty of tables, but I didn't want to sit down because I was still taking everything in. I've been taking the free HK limo for a few years, but it's come to a point where it is no longer an appealing perk of the VIP card. In past years they would just give you $5 for a cab if the limo isn't available. Now you have to wait, last night I waited 20 minutes. I typically tip the limo driver $3 or I pay a cab 70 pesos, which is only $1 savings. The limo is too long for the sharp turns going to the line, those U-turns are a bit tense when traffic is coming right toward the side of the limo where I'm sitting. That limo is not well maintained, one trip it broke down before it safely got me to the line and I ended up walking the rest of the way. Another HK customer told me that he also got stranded due to some sort of limo failure.
I'll take cabs from now on. The VIP card will still be worth keeping for the first free drink plus the longer time in Cascades. Without the VIP card the knock comes too soon. I've had VIP hotel stays last well over an hour.

We've all had wild taxi rides in Tijuana, yesterday's ride to ZN was the scariest of my life. He hit 60 mph in several sections and grazed another taxi on the circle without flinching. The worst was on Negrete when he accelerated to 60 mph and blew the horn to clear a J-walking mother as she dragged her kids across the street, coming within about 3 feet of wiping them out.
As he dropped me off I tried to look at the driver's side damage, but he drove off too quickly. I have no idea why so many drive so crazy. It probably saved only 1 or 2 minutes
and now there are 2 damaged cars. It could easily have been much worse.

I almost always go with CL girls now. I refuse to be subjected to the rip-off that HK has become. On occasion I go with chicas from other, smaller, bars and generally have a good time. But, overall, the CL girls are much more reasonably priced, tend to be better value for money, usually a better GFE, etc. , etc. Usually, but not always, the girls aren't clock watchers. If you run too far over the allotted time a small tip will usually cover things.
The love motels in Tijuana are a far cry from the dumps in the Zona. After you use a few of these you'll be hooked. For less than you'd pay for an hour at Cascadas you can have a king-size bed, shower, towels and soap, room service, large TV, stereo, sofa, etc. , for 4 hours, or overnight at some places during the week.
The down side is that you really need to know some Spanish. A lot of the ladies use Whatsapp, but a lot of them prefer that you call because they can quickly weed out the looky-loos. And there are a bazillion, mostly Mexicans dickering over price. HK, overall, has prettier girls, at least as far as gringos are concerned. A lot of the CL ladies appeal more to local tastes, but certainly not 100%. There are some lookers. Personally, I would rather have a 5 who has mad bedroom skills than a 10 who's a starfish.
One other caveat is the many lie about their ages. So, the 21 year old is probably 25+. The 35 year old is probably 40. That's not universally true, but I've seen it more often than not. There is also the risk of fake photos. One of the best things to do is to either search the pic through Chrome or use Tineye or another app if you use IE. Rule of thumb is that if the pic is obviously professionally done it's likely a fake. Sometimes the girl uses a stock photo, but those are obvious. A lot of these women need to be very discreet.
The ones who advertise to be 19 - 22 tend to ask in the $100/ hour range. Some a bit more, a few a lot more. Usually, in my experience, it's because they work for an agency. Independent chicas tend to run from $50/ hour to $80/ hour depending on age, agreed-upon services, etc. In-call is usually less than out-call. So, a chica might ask $60 at her place or $80 if she goes to your motel. Some don't have a place, others do and won't go to hotels.

Cost between $85 and $105, including her and the hroom. Plus any beverages, food, etc.

Is it worth it??I have the card and have never even rented a room there. It's worth it for me just for the free drinks. Basically 12 drinks and you have your money back. Plus you can have multiple entries and weekends when they have a cover and don't have to pay a cover each time. I used to use the free parking but now I don't drive near the zona it is not worth it the cops are way too aggressive now I just pay $1.40 for an Uber.

Been going down to HK for the past 6 months about 1 time a month. I normally go during the week during the day. I go with at least one friend. Ideally I like be in the bar by noon and leave by 5 pm. I normally drink 3 to 6 drinks and buy about 3 to 5 lady drinks. If I really like the girl and I want to get her tipsy I buy her 2 to 3 tequila shots. This works like a charm because they get comfy and the chemistry level really goes up. The bedroom experience normally is much much better when the girl is buzzed and hot from the tequila.

Give the managers at the door propinas sometimes and introduce yourself. Soon they will call you "paisano. " Once in a while I would give the security guy $1 or 20 pesos.
And 50 pesos to the managers. In exchange, when I ask, the managers would tell bar tenders to comp me their $5 beers. So I actually make out better.
I have seen a HK manager tip the parking attendant $1. So experiment and learn how you can influence people and organizations with your propinas.

His party boat fee is $60 but I was able to haggle him down to $50. He also charters boats for party of 6 for $450, all inclusive, to cruise ship passengers, leaving at 9 AM, returning 3 PM. Sergio speaks English. Call him up and ask for joining bookings by cruise passengers. You may be able to split the charter costs with them. Dozens of fishing boats bring back their fresh catches to the fish market through out the days, especially in the afternoon. For example, when I rented an all night room, I asked for a room on the 6th FLOOR. And I asked for a quiet room in the BACK. If you simply ask for a quiet room upstairs, you may get a room on the 3rd floor. While infrequently used, I generally use my VIP card to get access to those rooms for sex. Why the 3rd floor? This Saturday I bought a VIP card for 800 p. Got good value. Got 20% off Sat & Sun and 80% of Monday room rate at Cascadas, and 3 beers (1 per day), got a lap dance for $11 (1/2 price) plus I tipped her $5. If you knew anything about business you'd know that permanent price reductions are the equivalent of management admitting they made a mistake. And their egos will prevent that from happening. They're not going to lower prices across the board. The damage has been done. You just have to basically wait for inflation to correct the mistake of raising prices in the first place. Lowering beer prices won't help that much. If mongers wanted cheap beer they would buy it at Costco and drink it at home. The only thing that might help is lowering ficha prices. $9 fichas are definitely not at equilibrium. I believe they could maximize profit at around $6. HK management doesn't have to worry about altering its price structure on weekends as it has no problem filling the seats. The problem is Mon / Tues and perhaps slightly Sun / Weds. They have to increase the only thing that gets mongers to come in the first place-putas. If they upped the ficha payout on Mon / Tues from $34 to perhaps $50 or even $60mx that would entice more chicas to work thus increasing the number of mongers thus increasing revenue and profits.
There are ways around management admissions to poor pricing such as having a "special one time only April Promotion providing $3 off on all fichas," then rince and repeat the following months. "$9 chica drinks are now only $6!" can be widely promoted.
The three key factors of whether I visit HK are the 1. Arriba pricing 2. Fricha pricing and waiter service, and 3. Girl quality.
Arriba: $80 for 30 minutes is too much. I walk away just out of principle. 1000 pesos is my absolute limit.
Frichas: $10 ($1 tip) is even more outrageous particularly when one has to deal with an asshole waiter and his fucking games and constant interruptions. Shaking her drink before its empty encourages me to get a new waiter, not order more drinks. Gets my defense up very quickly.
Girl quality: I can't complain. Variety is about the only thing I'd change. I keep seeing the same girls over and over in the same bikini. They should promote more theme days such as "Cowboy Monday" where girls all dress in Daisy Shorts, or "Revolution Tuesday" where the girls dress up in sexy traditional outfits. "Sophisticated Wednesday" where the girls dress up in cocktail dresses. " Change up the themes every day.

I seen a customer get scammed yesterday, and I won't hide the waiter's name. I think the customers were Mexicans, but they were quite white, but spoke perfect Spanish. I couldn't figure out why she did this, until just now I figure she did this to mark the bottle. A new bottle of beer won't come with a bunch of napkins wrapped around it.
To make it worse a different waiter comes in 1 minute later and tells them to buy a new drink. Now, even the drunk guy paid attention to this and got pissed off. And his friend and the girl were arguing with the second waiter. He eventually left.

I've been hearing for years that a common weekly wage there runs from about $80 to $120 per week (not $25). But even at that higher wage level, prostitution is much more lucrative.Yes, prostitution is more lucrative for many pretty girls. But lower pay would make it less desirable and some would leave HK for other bars or leave Tijuana or leave the business all together. HK may be packed on weekends, but most guys are just look loose. Most, like 90%, are not even tipping strippers, much less buying other more expensive offers in the bar.
Probably only about 10% would tip strippers, 5% would buy a ficha, and may be 1 to 2 % would take a girl arriba.
In my estimate, about 80% of the girls are just hanging out all night, not getting any tips, not selling any fichas or arribas. I knew many girls who could not break even in HK after paying for the double room in Cascada. The supply seem to be a lot higher than the demand. Presently prices are left to the chicas to negotiate. But perhaps HK management has better business sense than the chicas, and can suggest to them to better price and market themselves. About 3 years ago I was able to find many chicas who would do 500 pesos or $40. Now I can't even get one to go at 1000 pesos. They all want $80 or 1300 pesos firm. A lot of guys can find equally attractive, young and sexy street girls for 200- 300 pesos, some are even better in bed then HK's rubber dolls. They also have competition from freelancers posting in CL and BP, who take away a big chunk of their local monger market.
If HK and Cascada adjust their prices down, and likewise convince chicas to go lower, or be more flexible, with their prices, perhaps revenue and profit would both increase for them.
If more girls get some revenues regularly, they are more likely to stay and more new girls may pack in, offering more choices and better price points for the bros.
Perhaps HK should raise it's cover charges to keep cheap guys out, and split some of that income with the girls or clients with some innovative incentive schemes.

When the taxi driver drops you off at La Linea, get out of the cab. Point in one direction and ask the cabbie "This way to La Linea?" before you pay him in pesos.
Best advice I can give you about what direction to walk when you get out of the cab at the current taxi drop-off is to walk uphill, not downhill.I agree with asking the cabbie. Disagree with the "walk uphill" direction. It's tricky to explain how to walk that path. If the cabbie drops you off a little beyond the ideal position you will have to walk downhill and make a very sharp left turn (maybe 150 degrees?) to get on the proper path. The taxi will continue to drive uphill and cross a bridge, you do not want to cross that bridge.
There will likely be many other people going exactly to where you are going, so you can often just follow the crowd. Another way to consider it is if the taxi drops you off at the normal position you will have to walk about 30 degrees to the right of the normal taxi facing direction. Keep walking with many small shops on your right, soon you will see pedestrian signs for various lanes to cross the boarder.

About noon Saturday, I headed over to Tijuana after doing some business in San Diego. The sun was very hot with no breeze. It was very nice to hide in the cool club.
