IMHO Hong Kong and Cascada are the most convenient sex venue, totally dedicated to mongers, sex and the poor working chicas. I have never found a more convenient arrangement. PreCovid HK used to be fun and sexy with more than 100 hot girls partying every night, but now down to about 40-50 girls partying at night on 7th floor.
Besides sleeping and fucking, you would spend most of your time partying in the bars anyway, so hotels should not be a major factor for mongers. Cascada is nice, clean, quiet, recently remodeled with new beds, new sheets, sexy mood lights ect. HK girls naturally prefer Cascada for the convenience. You are more likely able to get girls to stay overnight. Cascada lets you bring in unlimited number of bar, street, escort girls. You can party with girls on the 7th floor and take them to bed or pick up girls off the street. Recently guys who stay in Cascada were doing 4,5 girls a day between drinking and partying. It's not possible if you stay in hotels off La Zona. You will waste lots of time and sexy opportunities going back and forth to the hotel.
Azul's serves good food, also does room service to Cascada. Near Cascada There are many good food carts and a few other restaurant that are open for dine-in: La Perla and Kim Mon. Other good dine-in places like Churrascaria do Brasil, Sr. Pampas, sea food places on Calle 6 etc are all within 2 miles and a quick ride from La Zona.
Hope you will make the best use of your time and energy in La Zona and have a great time. Tell us how it goes.
Or a few lines might do the trick in Houston. St. James (not sure if it's still open) strip club in north Houston was known for chicks who would do just about anything for some white lines. Yeah el copeo is cheap but at night they want a cover fee sometimes, and the security guy asked me too many questions the 1 time I went alone around 6 pm. Wanted to know who I was with, why I picked this bar, if I know people in Tijuana. I finished a beer in 4 minutes and left. I didn't know what his plan was. It's also much further up the block. El museo, is at the arch, you can watch the people walking around from inside it feels like a authentic Mexican experience it's been around decades. The staff is always the same and reliable and it gets gringos.Dude,

Another safe solution would be girls in an open area like there was in campo allegre, curacao where girls keep safe distance or buildings with flats of girls waiting like in frankfurt Germany.Campo Allegre is in debt to the tune of just under 4 million USD per news reports. Back in the zona after a couple weeks away and it seems things are opening back up in Tijuana. Got in around 5 pm and the girls at HK were significantly hotter than the last time I was here. The new hallway they have set up feels like a good way to get corona but it is definitely a nicer vibe than the fishbowl they had earlier. Apparently there are two shifts, a morning shift and an evening shift which starts at 7 pm. El Copeo is probably the most lax place on Revo. Great environment. Not a monger paradise. But the questions he claims to have been asked don't even make sense. If you know people in Tijuana. What? Personally I feel safe going to the bars because I think I already had covid in March, plus even if I do catch covid I live alone and work from home so I'm not around any people that I can spread it to. But for people who are around family and co-workers going to crowded bars might not be worth the risk.
There's far less risk hooking up with chicas on a one on one basis.

After dining on putas, you can dine with them. Kim Mon Chinese restaurant at the West end of the alley is open for dining in. Putas love Chino food. Take them there. Just assure them perritos are not on the menu hehe. Or take them to La Perla, which is convenient and serves sea food with beers and liquors, but its ceviches and cocteles are way less fresh and tasty compared to street carts. One time I had visitors from overseas, anxious to try Mexican food, but the brass band playing in La Perla was way too noisy, we had to run out. La Perla has done very little business for the last 10 years and has changed owners a few times. The place is so empty now it's depressing.
I took the foreigners to the mariscos cart but they scoffed at the sanitary conditions and refused to try. We were too hungry to drive downtown so I bought 2 six packs of beers from the little tienda on Ninos and went in Kim Mon. Kim Mon no longer serves beers, so they let us drink with their food. I usually bring my own beers to my favorite food places that don't sell. Never had problems. Just tip them well.
Kim Mon's food is actually very good, fresh, tasty. Keep in mind Kim Mon serves large portions. A mod at the old monger site and I went in Kim Mon. I ordered a plate of seafood fried noodle which we shared. At the end there was half a plate left over..

I liked Cascadas hotel rooms pre-COVID to get away from craziness of HK, rest after sessions and have good meaningful sessions without knock on the door. I bought the rooms for the day. I would go into HK mostly in the afternoons and early evening to get takeout, finger the shave cream girls and watch some men eat them out on stage in front of everybody. I luv that! Now however the smaller rooms may be safe but with activities up above could get one with COVID particles from folks before.

Tijuana, BC. -On Monday night, some bars in the North Zone in Tijuana that were operating were closed despite the fact that Baja California is at a red light.
The State Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (Cepris) carried out an operation where they detected these functioning spaces.
Yesterday in the "morning", the state governor, Jaime Bonilla Valdez, reported that they received several complaints about these places operating, so they acted accordingly.
"They reported to me that many bars are open in the North Zone, we sent Coepris and last night they closed. They were disguising them, closing the front door but they were entering from behind, "he declared.
He considered that with these actions they only put their workers and clients at risk, so they do not deceive anyone.
Uncertain reopening.
He acknowledged that they have received hundreds of requests for the bars to be reopened in the Entity because many people depend on these spaces, but said that this is not the time to do so.
"The bars have a very serious problem and we have talked about it to the point of exhaustion. In an upturn, it has been monitored in different countries that the contagion has been precisely due to the bars, that is what increases the contagion," he explained.
The state president recalled that in the United States the bars are closed, so if the bars are opened in the state, many foreigners would come to the entity.
"We know that there are many people who live from that, but if we do not take care of and control the contagion, it will drive us crazy. We have Ensenada that has not yet come down, we have Mexicali that is going down but has high cases, "he added.

The translation was incorrect. The Spanish version meant "entering from a clandestine entrance."
Visitors were checked out before being directed to the party rooms. In Cascada, visitors have to get past a few stages of security guards before taking the elevator to the 7th floor. But most likely Policia Estatal had undercover agents go to these clandestine bars and recorded evidence before raiding them.

Monday State Health Authority raided Cascada, found it operated as a strip bar and shut it down. Death threat was made against state officials so someone will be investigated and arrested. The article mentioned inspection and closure of of La Caretta and Garcia, but Rizzo de Oro and Jalos also have suspension notices on their doors. Ibiza was not raided and is still pen for business.
Cascada is closed but I found a few HK chicas still living in the hotel wed afternoon. 2 very hot, fresh, sweet-looking, smiling spinners in street clothes were buzzed in through the puta door in front to the lockers room on HK's 3rd floor and chicas' dormitory rooms on Cascada's 4th floor. Tijuana, BC. - Despite following Tijuana at a red light, hotels in the North Zone operated as bars and presented unhealthy conditions in their facilities, so they were suspended.
This as part of an operation carried out on Monday night in Tijuana by the State Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (Coepris), where they also detected women offering sexual and stripper services.
The first place visited was the Hotel Cascadas where there was no operating announcement, without protocols to avoid Covid-19 infections and without a sanitation log in rooms.
In the inspection, they detected that in some rooms there was an agglomeration of more than ten people, guests smoking in rooms and corridors and they also found articles and waiters belonging to the Hong Kong bar with beer buckets.
The owner of Coepris in Baja California, David Gutiérrez Inzunza, reported that said establishment was an annex to a club.
"This hotel had private shows, had liquor sales, all the activities related to a club, because if the club was closed it was easy for them to carry out the activities at the hotel," he said.
As a result of this discovery they went to other hotels, detecting similar irregularities in Rizo de Oro, De La Carreta and García.
He assured that there will be fines against these establishments, but it will depend on the list of irregularities, so they could range from 200,000 to 500,000 pesos, and even closure.
In these operations, Coepris personnel were threatened with death, so they will file a corresponding complaint with the State Attorney General's Office (FGE).

I know several HK girls personally. Well enough to visit them at home, with family, etc. Yes, these girls make above average salaries in Mexico. Despite that, they do not live the lavish lifestyles implied by Dogers, our resident know it all that has everything wrong and claims problems with every single interaction. I've grown to laugh at his imagination. But these chicas are not world travelers, jet setting between Europe and the Caribbean. I am about to check this out. VIP host here says HKTJ has nearly 200 girls who came to work but can't because the bars are closed HKTJ was raided Monday. So they are out on the streets or calling anyone they know. Most don't have $ to fly back home. They are at least getting rooms to stay in. They need your $. Post later. Went to HK last night around midnight. Was back to what it use to be on the 7th floor but they actually opened up a couple more rooms to make it bigger. Still way too packed though with no place to sit and constantly having waiters push you aside to deliver their drinks. Left after a lap around since it was too crowded. I'll check it out again a different day.

Looks like HK is back in business and loaded with guys and girls having fun. But it is in hotel Cascada, not the old club, so the governor did not cave. HK, Adelita, Chicago are just defying his order to close.
If HK is back in Cascada then the new operation claiming to be HK in hotel Tropa last week is a new and separate operation, worth checking out. Would be nice to have new girls and more competition.

But I think their overnight rate had held steady at around $35 until lately.
So if they are now charging $80 a night, maybe they might now have their pricing in line with the demand for the small number of overnight rooms there.
For years typically they sold out of their overnight rooms almost as soon as individual rooms became available (despite having no reservation system for regular mongers).
Speaking from experience, the kid IS American, all they need to do is go to the American consulate and apply for a consular certificate of birth.

In La Zona Sunday 1 pm. HK is open again discreetly on 7th floor. Door guys were very cautious denying HKis open at all. But go to reception on North Side HK security will direct you to 7th floor. They all look scared.
Adelita and Chicago are also open with 4 or 5 girls each.

By no way is this a way to discourage any guys from going down south, but Thursday once again I experienced the classic shake down steps from johnny tortas. Consider it part of the "taxes" you pay for cheap women and beers.
After a quick Wednesday trip from 730 to930 pm touring the streets, hk and tropical bar I decided to call it a night. Usually I would take Hks vehicles, which none of this would have happened had they been there or an uber, but taxi was right there in front of hk so why not. Orange marked corolla.
This taxi was driving slow, took me ciricles to end up on a freeway exit only to end up back by colorful parking garage. Weird way given he" is" a taxi driver. He Ask many questions about my job, work and how much girls cost, how many I banged, which I stayed mum and said very little. Trying to start a conversation of some sort. Then he calls on his phone and said something which translated to "yes I am on the turn".
Next thing you know, flashing lights. Wtf. I am. Looking at johnny tortas. Cops asks me to empty my pockets, wallet cell phone. Etc ask for any drugs and weapons. Etc I told him to please wear a mask for your saftey because I am from California. This has happened to me in the past near chapparral as I was going to hk rather than leaving but I pulled out my HK VIP card and flagged down the HK limo and they saved me. Circa 2019 precovid. The reason he pulled me over was for a seat belt violent and its on camera. Total bullshit. Saying its a 1,500 P fine. Or $100. Exchange rate way off. And I would need to go down to the station to pay the ticket. I say ok lets go but he then proceeds to look in the taxi supposedly to look for drugs according to the taxi driver. Now I said crap, how do I minimize the damage.
1. I offer the cop $20 cause that's what I had showing with a couple $1's. Thought about it for a sec and took it and let me go. Same cost as a paraditas which makes him a puta.
I walk away towards johnny tortas, and flick off the taxi as he passes by. Total waste of 10 minutes. I hadn't paid the taxi which is obvious he was in on it.
Always keep $100 in your sock or extra change maybe a $20 in your pocket. Be patient. I guess don't sit in the back of the cars. It seemed that I was literally the only one leaving the block that Wednesday night at 930 so I was eaay pickings. Don't try to jump out of the taxi which I considered.

Decided on a week-long trip, but ended up cutting it down to 3 nights due to a conflict coming back for work but still had an amazing time. See details below.
1. Flew into and out of SD. I took an uber to San Ysidro. Rookie mistake. Take the 998 bus from the airport for American Plaza and then the train down to the border. $2.50 total instead of the going $50-60 bucks for an uber. It's also faster without traffic due to the rail line. Just take the train unless you are rolling black car level and feel like wasting time for a car to show up, traffic, etc. Also. FYI The airport is still totally on lockdown entertainment wise. Security is minimal with so few flights, so don't get there too early or you will literally be sitting for hours. Lounges and bars are also closed, so keep the flight windows tight if you can. Also, be ready to wait at least 2-3 hours if you are returning back into the USA. Pay the 7$ and get on the "shuttle" which will just let you sit in the AC and drop you off up front on the line. Took me about 45 min total with that.
2. The border crossing was easy. They asked how many days, asked reason and I said "dentist". They gave me the visa (no charge) and was on my way. I arrived on a Sunday mid-day, and there was literally 1 other person there other than me. It took 5 minutes to cross the border total. Grabbed a cab outside the border and $5 to HK. I told him I know the way so please drive direct, and was "on the phone" with someone the whole time to avoid any shakedown / etc from the driver. Look and act like a gringo, get treated like one. If you are in a group, call HK for the limo shuttle the second you pass security before you go outside.
3. $60 (plus whatever you feel like tipping as they will tell you) for the HK VIP. Get it, it's worth the money if you are going to stay there on property. Right now it's only really good for 20%/70% off the hotel + 20% Azul but the Azul was hit or miss with the discount. Sometimes they took it, sometimes no. I got the upgraded suite on the alley side. $110 USD, but with the discount it was $33/$88 respective on the days. Nice hotel. New vistor tip, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING. Don't assume like US hotels they have nice shampoo conditioner, hand towels, etc, etc. I like my room cleaned daily, so flagged the guys down and had to tip every time. The rooms have US power outlets, and I hear they all include a safe. I had the suite so my included one for sure. They are safe during the day and have modern hotel locks, so next trip I would feel comfortable bringing nicer electronic gear as this trip I did bare bones. FYI. The hotel wifi is doable if you are a WFH person. Work during the day, fuck all night.
4. Food wise. No real reason to go anywhere else besides Azul. Average breakfast was about 12 USD (240 pesos), lunch and dinner ran me 17 USD (340 pesos). Am I fat, no, but I like to eat well and drink well. Sure, I ventured a bit to a few local places and got lunch for 80 pesos con una cerveza tambien. But if you don't know Spanish, stay on the property. The food is amazing. Get the orange juice, that is fresh squeezed for 45 pesos and the steak aranchera. Just get it, it's steak and full scallions on a sizzling skillet. Fucking unreal for less than 10 bucks.
5. Tons of street girls are out, even on the slow days of Mon / Tue. They would start as early as 6:30, and go all night. Going rate is 400-500 pesos for sexo sin ropa multiple posisiones and 90 pesos for the room. Take them back to HK to save 5 bucks, but then have street girl sweat on your sheets. Your call. The club girls I saw working the street as well before their shift; They would stop around 4 pm, go eat dinner, and then change and go up to the club. For those of you who are hating on SGs, the price just went up 4 x as much once they hit the club, and all the fichas too. Be prepared to simply just pay for the drinks. Find a girl you like, buy her a drink and make her dance and earn it for you. Same way with the waiter. Most of they are pushy as fuck, just ignore them, and don't just follow the first one who grabs your attention when you walk int the door. YOU pick where you want to sit, not some random asshole. Find one you like, tip them well and they will take care of you and keep the other fuckers away. If a girl walks up and you are not interested, just wave them away or avoid eye contact. Being polite means nothing and it makes it awkward for you and wastes their time. Very few of those girls give a fuck about you as a person, as you are a mark; Some are very sweet though, so find one, and have an amazing time with them and treat them right.
6. Most of the club girls are sitting around just waiting for some gringo to fall for their looks and do a 1/2 ass job in bed. Fuck that noise. Find a girl you like, make them work for it in "club" since it's a makeshift speakeasy, and if they do a good job, you know they will do a great job in bed. Girls who are lazy upstairs, don't become fucking magical once they hit the room. Negotiate up front. Don't ever take a girl to the room without saying what you want, and for the price. I always err on overpaying but am clear with what I want. Some girls will do it, some girls won't. I would rather overpay by $40 and get great fucking service than skimp and get half-assed serviced from a warm hole.
7. I spent the most money in the club one night when I already reserved a girl "as my girlfriend" for all evening and night with a sleepover. I had this girl dancing in a thong on the pole with her friends, tipping them both, buying drinks, it was fucking awesome. $50 in fichas and the fucking door guys want a tip for the coat. Something new, but just give them 50 pesos and move on.
8. I can't stress this part enough. If you want to see how a girl will perform in bed, put them on a pole and make them dance, not just grind in your lap. If they just wiggle and do nothing, then it's a pretty good indicator they don't really like what they do, they are just doing it be / see they have to or can do minimal effort. Once they dance and you like it, buy them a drink and order a water for yourself since it will be 1/2 the price. Share with them and if they drink after you, then you know that DFK is on the menu already. Being a gentleman while still wanting a stripper in the bed is a great way to get good service. I had a girl on the pole who had like 10 guys and 10 girls watching her in a TINY room and then she comes over to me almost naked, sits on my lap, and french kisses me in front of a group. Talk about an amazing night. I had the waiter bringing over other girls for my friend who was there, and overall it was fucking amazing. (shout out to NAK who is cool as fuck).

Thursday once again I experienced the classic shake down...Thank you for posting your experiences and alerting the board as to the perils of falling victim to the corrupt Tijuana LE establishment. I do feel though, that you posted in the wrong subforum. It would have been better served if you would have posted in "Crime, Safety, and the Police" rather than "Hong Kong Club Reports. " Hopefully, the moderator will move your post and my reply to the proper subforum.
Anyhow, this is for those newbie and intermediate mongers who aren't quite sure how to deal with the cops. This is long, detailed, and advanced, written by the hand of a monger who's been stationed on the front lines for over a dozen years.
Just about every one of you know, or should know, that Tijuana cops are corrupt as hell. Their only concern is to rob the public. Any other duties they happen to perform are just inconveniences that get in the way of their real purpose which is stealing. It makes me laugh when mongers report that they were stopped and searched for no reason, then let go and the cops were "just doing their job. " How idiotic can you be? The cops weren't doing their job. They were committing a crime. The one and only reason they stopped you is because they wanted to rob you. Whether they actually steal from you or not depends on a variety of factors including you, your attitude, witnesses, how desperate for money they are, etc. The corruption is widespread, nonetheless the cops are quite careful when robbing people and take care to avoid the eyes of potential witnesses. This leads me to believe that there is some sort of accountability and they are indeed afraid of potential retributions if caught.
Before you leave the house:
1. If you have to carry lots of cash, hide most of it in your shoe. Cops rarely search shoes.
2. Write on the back of a business card "Sindicatura 664-973-7273" and "si te robaron marca 911" and place it in a prominent spot in your wallet, such as the transparent ID compartment. Or place it along with your cash. Make sure you put it where the cops will find it. In most cases, this will be all you need to scare the shit out of the cops and be let go immediately.
Sindicatura is the anti-corruption internal affairs department of Tijuana P. The. They actually do almost nothing against police corruption, but somehow cops are still afraid of them. And the emergency number in Tijuana is 911 just like in the USA They take the calls seriously here for some reason. I can't figure it out, because the corruption is rampant here, from top to bottom, but they still take 911 calls seriously. If you get robbed by the cops, call 911 immediately and report it. Make sure you provide the police vehicle number which is displayed on it. It usually starts with a "P" such as P-5051. A police supervisor will be sent to the scene and chances are decent you'll get your money back.
Now there are two basic scenarios in which you will be stopped and searched for no reason:
1. While walking or as a passenger in a vehicle that you do not own, such as Uber or Taxi.
2. While driving in your vehicle or vehicle of someone known to you.
I suspect most mongers will fit within category #1. If you are walking or in an Uber / taxi, the cops obviously cannot threaten to tow your car. Also, they cannot fabricate traffic infractions and ask you to pay the fine on the spot, with the exception of seat belt violations. So they lose a tremendous amount of leverage. This scenario will result in a straight-up robbery rather than making you pay a bribe. When you get called over by the cops, immediately grab your cash and hold it in your hand. Do not let them touch it. You can let them see it, and show that you are not hiding contraband, but do not let them touch the money. Once they see that you know what to do with your money, they will identify you as a Tijuana veteran and much less likely a target for theft. If you forget to grab your cash, the chances of getting robbed increases dramatically. What they will do is make you put your hands on the trunk of their car. There will be one cop in front of you, questioning you and keeping you occupied. The second cop will search your pockets from behind. He'll remove items from your pockets then place them on the trunk. The first cop will then ask stupid questions hoping to distract you like "what is that" while pointing to your lighter. Well, it's a fucking lighter. Meanwhile, the second cop will be thumbing through and pocketing some of your cash. Then they'll let you go. By the time you compose yourself and count your cash, they are long gone.
If you're driving a vehicle, this makes the situation much more complicated. The cops will threaten to tow and impound your car for any minor infraction, soliciting a bribe on the spot. Unfortunately, most mongers fear dealing with the headache of retrieving an impounded vehicle so they just pay an agreed amount, usually around $50 usd. Cops will usually quote an exaggerated amount of the fine, but they almost always are willing to negotiate. Your best defense is to know the law, and let them know you're not a scared tourist. If they threaten to tow your car, tell them legally they cannot, and ask them to write you a ticket and that you know that Tijuana P. The. Has a P. O. Box in San Ysidro where you can mail the fine. Many times the cop will insist that you follow him to the police station to pay the fine. Agree to this. The cop will be surprised and keep giving you the option of ending the ordeal by paying a fine on the spot. Insist that it is okay to go to the station. This has happened to me a dozen times and not once has the cop actually arrived at station. After a block or two, he'll stop, approach your vehicle and give you another chance to pay the fine. Politely refuse. He will then let you go because the last thing he wants is some gringo at the station complaining about being harassed to pay a bribe. When they suggest that you pay a fine on the spot, tell them you have a friend that works at Sindicatura and he advised you that paying cash to a police officer is a crime, and that you cannot pay him because you do not wish to commit a crime. You'll likely be let go with mere mention of the word "Sindicatura."
Other tips:
1. When you get pulled over or stopped by the cops, try to stop in a well-lighted location with lots of witnesses. A place that is sure to have security cameras, such as a bank, is ideal.
2. They will ask where you live or where you are going. Tell them you're headed to your apartment in Tijuana. Just make up a location. I can speak from personal experience, cops are far more likely to back down when they think you live there. The last three times I was stopped, I actually heard the cop say to his partner "he lives here" then they both proceeded to get in their car and leave.
3. If you are stopped for actually committing a crime, or if they do find contraband on you, then you're going to have to pay. You might be taken for a ride handcuffed to the back of a police pickup, or in a squad car if you're lucky. If you did indeed commit a crime, then just offer to pay a reasonable fine on the spot and skip the handcuffed tour.
4. Do not use taxi's when leaving the Zona. There have been multiple reports of taxistas in cahoots with cops to rob passengers. Uber / Didi is a far safer and lower cost option.
5. Tijuana has an English-speaking tourist assistance hotline that can be accessed by dialing 078. I'm not sure if you can access it from an American phone roaming in Mexico. Anyhow, if you get stopped, immediately dial 078 and advise the officers that since your Spanish is terrible, you need the assistance of the tourist hotline to help facilitate the encounter. Knowing that the entire detainment is being reported and recorded in real time, they will likely just let you go rather than deal with the hassle.
Despite the deep level of corruption, the cops are surprisingly civil when they rob you. They rarely will rob you for everything you have. They usually take about $50 usd or so. I have not heard reports of them stealing jewelry, watches, wedding rings, cell phones or other valuables. Likely because those type of items are identifiable and traceable. I'll end this with one last tip. When actually handing a bribe to an officer, he will discretely take it and quickly put the money in his pocket without counting it. If you agree on a $500 mx fine, you can get away with handing over $250 because by the time the cop finds a private spot to count the cash, you'll be long gone.
By no way is this a way to discourage any guys from going down south, but Thursday once again I experienced the classic shake down steps from johnny tortas. Consider it part of the "taxes" you pay for cheap women and beers.
After a quick Wednesday trip from 730 to930 pm touring the streets, hk and tropical bar I decided to call it a night. Usually I would take Hks vehicles, which none of this would have happened had they been there or an uber, but taxi was right there in front of hk so why not. Orange marked corolla.
This taxi was driving slow, took me ciricles to end up on a freeway exit only to end up back by colorful parking garage. Weird way given he" is" a taxi driver. This has happened to me in the past near chapparral as I was going to hk rather than leaving but I pulled out my HK VIP card and flagged down the HK limo and they saved me. Circa 2019 precovid. The reason he pulled me over was for a seat belt violent and its on camera. Total bullshit. Saying its a 1,500 P fine. Or $100. Exchange rate way off. And I would need to go down to the station to pay the ticket. I say ok lets go but he then proceeds to look in the taxi supposedly to look for drugs according to the taxi driver. Now I said crap, how do I minimize the damage.
1. I offer the cop $20 cause that's what I had showing with a couple $1's. Thought about it for a sec and took it and let me go. Same cost as a paraditas which makes him a puta.
I walk away towards johnny tortas, and flick off the taxi as he passes by. Total waste of 10 minutes. I hadn't paid the taxi which is obvious he was in on it.
Always keep $100 in your sock or extra change maybe a $20 in your pocket. Be patient. I guess don't sit in the back of the cars. It seemed that I was literally the only one leaving the block that Wednesday night at 930 so I was eaay pickings. Don't try to jump out of the taxi which I considered.

Very interesting and insightful report for a quick visit.
Defintiely recommend taking bus 998 to American Plaza and cross over to the trolley station, quick, cheap, convenient and you can see a little bit of San Diego's water front and downtown district. The trolley lines also take you to some of the best tourist spots, Balboa Park, Old Town, Little Italy with the lively weekend street market, woth exploring.
Azul's is ptretty good and convenient; steaks are good and cheap, about $10 for a ribeye over 1 lbs with trimmings. You can also take a little walk to the trinket alley next to hotel Nelson and Ave. Revo, where there are many authentic Mexican restaurants. Good Brazilain steakhouses, Churrascaria do Brasil and Sr. Pampas, are on Ave LOS Heroes about 1 to 2 miles from La Zona, a quick UBER ride.
In the bars the bros have to be asserive, not let meseros dictate to them and rip them off. Find a good place to sit and take the time to scope out the talents. Approach the girls and talk to them. If you find them nice, sweet, pretty and pleasant, invite the best prospects to sit and drink with you and try touchies feelies to figure out how intimate and sexy she will be with you in bed. Girls in the new HK are all new and look ordinary in street clothes. I could not find model-quality beauties like before. I miss some of the prettiest and sweetest girls and want to repat with them.
Interesting some girls would work the street then the bars same day. That's direct competition. In the past, girls would switch back and forth but never do both on the same day. After you clear Customs and walk to where the taxi's wait, cross the street. Most Ubers seem to pick up there, in the vicinity of Farmacia Milenia. If you're feeling adventurous and are traveling light, for $15 pesos you can hop on one of the small buses. They all drop off at the Dax on Constitucion and 3 ra, which is exactly 2.5 blocks directly south of the Zona.

A girl asked me to buy her a drink. The waiter opens 2 beers for her. I explain why 2? He said I gave permission. I said no. That's ridiculous. After I said It the 3rd time the girl starts putting her shirt on. He handed me my money back so I could give him more. In Hong Kong that never happens. Never seen a girl ordered drinks. At once. Before I even spend a minute with her. I walked out so they got zero from me. Spent my 80 on drinks elsewhere. 95% of the dudes wpulda just paid it I guess so I can't blame them. Another waiter kept my 3 dollars change at another club. That's never happened in 150 trips to Tijuana. I told the next waiterbi can't tip him. If you just bend over they will keep giving it to you.

I want to plus one on this. The hard sells in Chicago hotel and Tropical hotel were pretty ridiculous 8/15. I had met a girl in Trop that was new and I was willing to see what she got but she followed the lead of the meseros and my dick got soft from all the hard selling so I left with her getting 1 drink. Same thing happened in Chicago hotel.

The Casadas scene was in full swing on this Sat night. They closed down one of the elevators so the other one to the ally side was busy. Every time I was on floor 1 there was a line of girls in their best ho outfits waiting for the elevator. When going down to my room to get some things I saw a real cute girl in a gold dress going to the spot. I hunted her down later. Was able to see enough I liked we did not even get a drink went straight to my room. Her name was Isle. Did not speak much English but I speak enough Spanish to make the deal happen and use translate for any details. She wanted 80 which is kind of a surprise for a girl looking as good as she does. Maybe because a lot of girls just sitting around waiting in this new scene. Maybe because I think a lot of new girls are coming to the hotels to work. Now the best thing to do it get to the border early. By the time I actually got to the front of the line my wait was less than 60 sec.
It is a weird new world down in Tijuana. It is not as good for us mongers who saw the pre-covid times but lets be real. If a new monger went down there today they would still be loving it.

I'll consolidate two visits into one report, as they were very similar. Was really just looking for a party, moreso than arriba. Found it, both nights. First I want to thank all the bros for the advice and intel they provided me with the last few days after making my initial posting informing them that I was considering visiting Tijuana for the first time this weekend. Through the intel provided here I told him I was aware but that was going to the Hotel for a room only. After he dropped me off I he did ask / tell me it was a $6 fee and again after the intel provided I was prepared to pay $5 so I just gave him that and he let me out. I walked up to the reception desk and they asked if I had a reservation and after telling them "no" tried to get me one and also tried to sell me a VIP card to which I of course said "no" again. After than they escorted me to the 7th floor and a "mesero" walked me around till we found a table and a young lady I wanted to speak to. He then brought us a few drinks to the tune of $13; $5 for my beer and $8 for whatever it was that the young lady chose. After some small talk and touch feely again as recommended I decided to get to know this young lady better. They charged me $19 for a ST reservation to which hey kept the additional $1 for a "tip". When we arrived at the location another gentleman worker came and gave us some additional coverings and again asked for a tip another $1. Lastly and most importantly I got to know the young lady who if I can remember correctly told me she goes by "Erica" she is stunning with great features and said she is originally from Caborca, Sonora. The time was well spent and although all in all it was a bit more than I expected to spend for such a short trip I was good for a 1st time at Cascadas, HK and Tijuana. I most definitely want to go back very soon.

You seem to go during the daytime. When I go to Hong Kong its usually 7 pm o 12 am, and the girls are not in street clothes. I went up 7th floor Tuesday about 5 PM. There were about 10 guys and 20 girls, no music, no strip chow. Only 3 guys were drinking with girls; half a dozen were watching soccer on TV in the last bedroom. I did not see any buckets with those groups.

Considering the airtight bar well known as the best places to spread virus, I had more fun cruising the street, found many hot, young, sweet street girls. I know my reports are a little different than most. They tend to be a little longer and are usually just my steam of conscious thinking. Not sure if it's still the same from when I went a few years ago, but I remember a chica that turned into a temp GF during my stay saying that they only paid a flat house fee of $300. Granted, this was like 3-4 years ago. If they're also taking a cut of from going upstairs, then that's pretty messed up. The retail price of a bottle of local beer in OXXO runs around 17 pesos. Under $1. The wholesale price is going to be maybe half of that, give or take. HK sells one for $5. I am told by the relative of one of the bartenders that the ficha beers are free to the club. A sort of "bonus" for buying lots of Tecate, or something. I don't know. Anyway, they sell each for $9, of which they kick back a paltry 30 or 40 pesos to the girl (or whatever pissy little amount it is now). The gazillion meseros running around don't cost them a centavo. Every mesero who works there has to pay to work. How that's legal I have no idea, but it's true. Technically Cascadas Hotel is a different company, but that's a polite fiction. " But in Mexican mongering circles the word has become synonymous with "puta drink" because with the purchase of a puta drink, comes a ficha in which the puta cashes in at a later time. Every time a puta is bought a $9 usd drink, she is given a ficha by the mesero, who writes his mesero number or name on it along with the puta's name. Fichas usually have a serial number and date either stamped or written. HK pays out $34 mx for each ficha. And there is absolutely no ficha quota. Whether a chica earns 100 fichas or 0 fichas, there is no bonus or penalty threshold. I've attached a photo of some fichas from Amnesia, CC, Tropical and HK for review. HK and Tropical use the same fichas.

So the exact opposite is true of what you said. HK doesn't pay the meseros that you see working. The meseros pays management. Managers, security and cleaning crew get paid wages / salary. The meseros are in the hole the second they start their shift.
Funny thing how you mention selling drinks in NYC. It actually weakens your argument instead of supporting it. Because you don't consider the cost of doing business in Tijuana vs. NYC. Rent is a fraction of the cost in Tijuana as in NYC. Labor costs as well. A janitor at HK may earn, what, $15 usd daily? Same job in NYC is probably $120 daily. Rent, labor, utilities, maintenance, overhead, business licenses. All much cheaper in Tijuana so the markups on alcohol don't have to be as high. Don't forget the bullshit glass of pineapple juice with no alcohol for $9. No NYC club has prices that high. Monger beers and bottle service, yes the markup isn't near as bad as a NYC club.

Girls definitely give money to the house, both directly and indirectly, probably way more indirectly. Many of the girls stay in the Hotel for weeks at I time or longer, they eat all there meals at Azul, tips, and spend money at the Hotel. Many hardly in leave HK or Hotel. Then you have the drink tickets. As I have said before I think it is sliding scale and loosely enforced, so there is 2 sets of rules, maybe more. Yes, they definitely know who is producing and who is not, just not that hard to track. HK is a business and very good one. True the girls do not pay directly like in the states, but the girls do pay, probably way more then we will every know.
As far as tipping. When I started tipping it became a way better experience. I tip the when I check in to the Hotels (Trust well worth it, those guys give me drink tickets and other things now), Security and bartenders. A few years back the spinner America got HK's awards as the highest fichas seller a couple months in a row. Her picture was posted in the girls' locker room on third floor.
She was good with her bullshit. One time she knocked down 10 fake Tequila shots while sitting with my wingman about 1 hour.
