After reading through a few months of info on the forum I knew I had to try Tijuana out and thus headed down last night from San Diego. This wasn't the case. Anyways, I arrive at Cascadas and check in. Note that despite receiving a confirmation email that said that VISA and MC were accepted the check in desk made me pay for the room in cash. Not a big deal, but just good to know since it differs from what the confirmation said. Hoping this is only a rarity due to all the Americans going to Tijuana now due to restricted world travels and not a trend. Maybe because later at night too. Looks like crooks in Mexico intercepted internet transmissions and stole my card's data. Schwab is more security alert than other big banks. But now Schwab would not let me draw cash in Tijuana, even with my travel advisory to them specifically about dates I would be in Tijuana. I drew cash from the Schwab card all over Asia in 2018, had no problems, but Mexico and central America are no longer safe. It's just too much work to watch for fraudulent charges.
The ATMs on Tijuana streets and convenient stores were far worse. My and wingmen's cards were all hacked and cash withdrawn, products bought at various locations in the US within 1 to 2 weeks. Big banks were slow to detect frauds and just had to eat the losses. I had a Visa card that was hacked in the US, crooks bought about $18 K worth of appliances in So Cal. The bank told me they would just split the losses with the stores and not bother to prosecute.
For merchants, security checks by cards processors are a big joke. They would quickly approve any transaction, like a transaction worth $80 K for a highly resalable product by a crook using multiple cards, to be shipped to a freight forwarder in Singapore. Lucky I searched the internet, found out this Singapore freight forward fraud and had Fedex hold up the delivery in time, otherwise I would be out of $80 K and would never be able to recover it from the stupid card processor. I alerted the freight forwarder but they did nothing. The FBI Internet Fraud section told me to report it to the local PD. Local PD fat asses would never do anything about international frauds. They prefer chasing cars and arresting prostitutes on over time.
Years ago before credit and debit cards were widely accepted overseas, I used to carry a load of American Express traveler checks and cash them out in banks for local currencies. You can also cash personal checks at friendly banks. Why leave your digital foot prints in mongering places? Lock the checks in safety box and cash them as you need.

After reading this post I removed money from my checking acct and locked the ATM card. Which I use only for travel and I only have a very limited amount of money linked to that checking acct. I can easily move money from my brokerage acct to checking acct as needed.

Last Saturday I was sharing a table with a couple young guys in HK. They bought me 2 T shots of cheap Jose Cuervo Silver from Speedy. The young Mexican guy, who crashed my table, was drinking 2 Don Julio 70 bottles by himself, invited me to a few large shots in plastic cups down with lime wedges. Anyone else feel like the HK experience is going downhill? Is it just COVID shit? I made a trip down south this past week. Decided to hit up HK on a Thursday night. From past experience, I've had some of my best fun on Thursdays.
Walked in, maybe only a third of the club was open, and it was packed with dudes and not too many chicas. Maybe about 10 girls sitting around in Chavelas as well. Ended up finally finding a girl from Sinaloa, nice body, and dark curly hair like I love. Got a table to buy her a drink and start the screening process. The fucking meseros these days literally will not leave you alone. Literally, every 2 minutes no lie. Same thing with the food guys. Like MF, if I wasn't hungry 2 minutes ago, what do you think has changed.
Literally, over the course of 10 minutes, the food guy came by 4 times. At one point, I had 4 meseros surrounding me, all jockeying for position. It's always been annoying, but this was especially trash. Really ruins what could be a good experience.
Ended up taking only 1 girl up to the room that night. Sweet girl making her first trip to HK and was excited about the jacuzzi. Wanted to do a bunch of cuddling in there. Finally got things moving along, and had an ok session.
Stayed at pueblo amigos Friday night, but had plans to return to HK. Ended up not going, and tried out Deja Vu for the first time which was across the parking lot. A few cuties, not many, and not HK level by any means. But at least it was a zero pressure situation with little harassment from the meseros and I was able to relax. Unfortunately, I think the prices to take a girl up are a bit much for the talent. Really wish there was some competition for HK.

After 3 or 4 shots of all other liquors, Cognacs, Whiskeys, Rums, Bourbons, ect I always had severe thirst, headache and constipation the next morning, indicating poisons in my digestive tract.
But I was pleasantly surprised that 6 tequila shots of different brands, plus beers in 3 hours, gave me a slight buzz but no hang over, thirst, headache like with other liquors. I actually felt good, sober, alert, energetic, wide awake after sleeping 6 hours.
No more shots for me unless I stay overnight.
To the guy that got scammed by the girl Azucena, you need to treat sex in Tijuana as like renting equipment. You're paying for their time. When you're on the floor scouting for girls, focus on getting the girl upstairs and specify everything before-hand. The specification part is where you vet her, seeing if she's trying to play you with drinks or adding extra conditions to the deed. The more direct you are with what you want, the more she will respect you and give you what you want.
Time and obligations must always be specified. I have a notepad app on my phone where I type down what we agree upon in the club, and then write down the start time, ending time, and cost on a physical notepad in my room. I show the girl the notepad, I show her my watch, I validate the time, and when everything is agreed then the routine occurs.
No negotiations or changes to the agreements should ever occur after you leave the club. The girl should not be talking business walking up to the room and best case scenario for her to be silent. If she's got her phone out texting on the way up, make her put that away. The moment a request comes out of her. To change the cost, time spent, get a drink, use drugs, make a phone call, invite a friend, etc. Is the moment you need to be prepared to call things off. Preferably you call it off in the club, but sometimes you have to call it off walking upstairs.
Why? Those requests are small hooks for bigger requests she has planned down the road. You do not want to find out what big hooks she has planned for you because they suck. The only exception on agreement changes if for her to use the bathroom or take a quick shower. If she requests that then I change the times to let her know that I'm not paying for that. If it's 1:00 AM and she wants to take a quick shower, I'll write START 1:15 AM - END 2:00 AM ($80) and show her my watch. She'll get the message and you won't have to worry about getting played. These are the rules you need to follow.
Lastly, if you do get scammed or played, you need to walk away. Put your ego aside and accept you got fiddled by a pro. The small financial boo-boo is the price you pay for the life experience on how to play the game properly. Learn from your mistakes, learn from other's mistakes, and don't repeat them. Some may suggest going to the manager and complaining, I personally accept it's my 100% fault, keep a low profile, and don't make a scene.
These guys always flip out when it comes to nickel and diming. Saving 5 bucks is a good time to some. Time is money. It if she was a top girl then she's losing money. $800 over 3 days isn't much to an upper tier girl. She could have done 20+ sessions over those 3 days. Way more money over that time then 800 bucks.Sounds like it, man. I'm surprised by the responses. Yep. The pestilent meseros in HK can be annoying. They are everywhere, hitting on everyone to buy drinks, fichas and food. They should not approach clients when they still have unfinished drinks. A couple meseros did ask me to buy food while I was in HK for an hour Saturday.
It's like a low-brow swap meet, not a classy club. HK makes lots of money renting out mesero jobs so they will hire as many meseros as they can and don't care.
Instead of letting meseros run wild everywhere, perhaps HK should assign them to specific tables, so they know their clients and not asking them repeatedly.

The thing about HK chicas, and Mexico in general is the things that might seem "fucked up" can actually work in your favor once you figure out how to work the system in your favor.
One example is Tijuana traffic. I used to absolutely hate driving around Tijuana. Driving through Tijuana traffic used to give me anxiety and stress me the f*ck out. Nowadays I zip through Tijuana traffic like a pro. I learned how to drive like a local and the things that I thought were "fucked up" I now utilize to my advantage.
I've been scammed, taken advantage of by putas every way you can possibly imagine. You might notice in my posts I come across as kinda cocky and arrogant, I wasn't always like that. I learned from making a ton of mistakes.
My advice is just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again. HK and the zona is a "desmadre" aka a shit show or clusterfuck, clown circus. You just have to learn to make the system work in your favor. Once you get the hang of it you can definitely accomplish some pretty spectacular results and give yourself some truly amazing experiences.

I was exchanging texts and pics with an HK girl that was returning to Tijuana to get lipo and will be out of commission for 2 months. I had to walk over to Pueblo Amigo and the bellman helped and actually let me use their phone to call my regular, but she didn't pick up. So they provided me the WiFi password and bam, my WhatsApp was up and running. I tipped them $2 each and they offered a cold water. She picked me up in a private taxi and we were headed to LOS Olas. I wasted 30-45 min. Trying to fuck with the cell tower transition even resetting both phones multiple times with no luck.
On our way to LOS Olas I noticed the shanty towns that others were talking about built into the side of the hills. All it is going to take is a strong rain and your house is down the river. I also noticed a lot of new construction and shopping centers, but I haven't been in the area for more than a decade. I always wondered why international investment hasn't reached Tijuana like it has in Pattaya or other tourist destinations. During the ride we were rubbing each other's legs, junior, kitty, and really wished they had a transport service like a bang bus with beverages and large couch / bench seat for fun. We got to LOS Olas without any accidents and dropped our bags off on the room. I really wanted to bonk her brains out, but she was hungry and wanted to go to Poseidens restaurant in Puerto Nuevo. So we jumped back into the private taxi and headed to Poseiden and in the parking lot I thought the driver was going to wait for us so gave him $5, but the miscommunication was the ride was $50 total and he would be departing. I tipped him $10 and we were in the restaurant.
The restaurant is massive with 3-4 levels. It was open air, but had windows facing the ocean. We were sat next to the window and the sun was setting, but bright if you were sitting on the wrong side of the table. We were contemplating what to order and the waitress brought comparisons between what a grande, medium, and small lobster looks like. We picked the grande, but spit it since I wasn't too hungry. I got a Sangria, lemonade, and she got a mojito. I also ordered the clam chowder since I usually get that when at a seafood restaurant like Brigantines. The waitress looked exotic between an Indian / Mexican women, but I wasn't trying to just stare at her. She looked envious of my regular, but it could just be her hospitality. A mariachi band showed up and my regular asked what my favorite song was and I told her I've been digging the LOS Angeles azures lately, even though I don't understand a word of what they are singing. So she says she is paying for 1 song, $10, so I am serenaded by the band. I hate to be the center of attention so having the band play a song just for me felt awkward, but hey, I'll go with the flow.
I give her a $20 so she can get another song and she gives me the 200 peso note since she wanted to ensure she was paying for one song. I guess this makes the regular feel like it is an ordinary date, but I've had similar situation in Thailand at a seafood restaurant on Walking Street where a regular laid for dinner, but I made sure to compensate her for the kind gesture when it was time. The food came out and the clam chowder was bomb, best I've had. My regular loves lobsters so she was making lobster tacos for me with the flour tortillas, which I don't mind, but prefer corn. We walked around and browsed the shops and asked one of the workers about a taxi to LOS Olas, which he was able to secure for us. So during the night, I was restless and kept thinking to myself if I am really in Mexico, next to a sexy chica, and why the waves were crashing so hard. The Uber ride felt like we were going to die between the weaving in traffic and transmission that probably is on its last leg.
We arrived at her place and it is an apartment inside of a gated complex. She takes me to her apartment and she shares it with her cousins, but she has her own room. The place was decent, but didn't have AC as you all know I sweat like a pig. She turned on a fan and the small room fit her king size bed, large 55-65" tv, makeup desk and mirror, and not much else. We get comfortable and put on some Netflix and chill. I ask if it is ok for me to take my shorts off as I didn't know the standards in the house. Great advice.Yeah, being in the moment is harder as you get older with more responsibilities. People rely on you for their livelihood and some for their housing. When I was a kid, it was easy to just focus on having fun and not having the numerous what-if scenarios running through your head. I try so hard to make sure I live a life worth living as when I was 23 and in Iraq, a soldier in our unit passed away and he was only 19. To this day I still have guilt they didn't get to enjoy more to life.
Whenever I traveled when I was younger I was into photography and tried to take the best photos of the world wonders and forgot I was standing in front of the pyramids or standing on the Great Wall. I was so focused on getting the right frame and settings. Most people here seem to lose focus on what really matters, but to each their own. I guess I have too much time to self reflect after my divorce, but so far enjoying not being nagged incessantly. Enjoy it while it lasts and don't live with regrets.

Yeah, being in the moment is harder as you get older with more responsibilities. People rely on you for their livelihood and some for their housing. When I was a kid, it was easy to just focus on having fun and not having the numerous what-if scenarios running through your head. I try so hard to make sure I live a life worth living as when I was 23 and in Iraq, a soldier in our unit passed away and he was only 19. To this day I still have guilt they didn't get to enjoy more to life.
Whenever I traveled when I was younger I was into photography and tried to take the best photos of the world wonders and forgot I was standing in front of the pyramids or standing on the Great Wall. I was so focused on getting the right frame and settings. Most people here seem to lose focus on what really matters, but to each their own. I guess I have too much time to self reflect after my divorce, but so far enjoying not being nagged incessantly. I'll say this and I truly don't believe anyone on this board fits either of these profiles. But given this incident and others, I wanted to voice my thought. Most guys go to the zona for all the right reasons and the right mindset. It's fun. It's not real life. I think there are two types though that are a bit dangerous. I will preface it with this: no chica deserves to be on the receiving end of any violence. Period. So what I am saying in no way absolves these abusive assholes of responsibility. That said, I do think chicas also play a dangerous game at times too.
Type 1: You have the jealous boyfriend type. The type that falls for a girl and believes he's the one. This type probably starts as a normal, fun-seeking visitor. He finds "the one". She plays up the fantasy. Possibly lying to this poor sap. He provides her money over time. We all know the story. He finds out she's lying to him and well, it doesn't end well. Safe to say that this is a worst-case scenario for falling for a girl and definitely a word to the wise.
Type 2: We have some bad dudes in this "hobby". I admit that I don't understand the allure of pain and other kinks in that manner. But I think there's at least a percentage that take pleasure in some dark shit. Why I bring it up? Because there are comments written here often that they are "just putas". I think that mindset is dangerous. They are humans just like you and I. I think where you have a combination of a sick sadist and they have access to less than human putas, well, again, that may not end well.

Now here is where things start to get fucked up. I see Azucena with this guy who is buying her drinks and having a good time. Maybe this was a mistake, but I felt obligated to let this dude know who he was partying with. So I went up to him with her on his lap and told him: "be careful because she scammed me by $200 and didn't put out and I just wanted you to know" he nodded and I walked away.

I've only had this happen in the US doing an outcall. I paid a young Asian college student $250 probably back in 2011 or 2012 at my hotel. She knew my real name as she "verified" me for her security purposes. Then she proceeded to try and talk to me for 10 min. about her love of college rugby and I asked what else we were going to do and then she said it was for her time. I just politely told her she is free to go. Another time I did an incall in Waikiki and the provider gave ok service, but then the police were waiting in the lobby and said I need to vacate the premises and hotel 86 d me. Not sure for lifetime or years? I was in the military at the time and they had no evidence so just walked away and the providers got 86 d as well.
I have not been taken advantage of in the Zona. I've had times where I didn't get off within the allotted time and or just didn't have chemistry during session and then we just parted ways. When you find ones you have good chemistry with, then try to stick with them and build up a list so one should be in town during your visit. Even then, they may have an off day or myself and it isn't as spectacular as previous sessions, but hey we're all human. Hope you can get back on that horse and if it isn't for you, then plenty of other monger destinations. HK walk ups are fun and so were the Macau saunas. Not sure if they are closed down, but I know my favorite Thailand is slowly dying. They are having riots at the moment.

Next time, for $60, I'll drive you myself in my convertible.It was private taxi. Uber back was $12 from Rosarito, but most drivers either didn't pickup the trip or cancelled last minute. I will probably drive next time as well since Ensenada and Rosarito doesn't seem to have as many drivers. A short drive from Poseidon Puerto Nuevo to Rosarito was $15. I didn't mind as I just totalled my raptor after putting bead locks on it and the insurance company paid me $10 k more than I paid for it 3 years ago. I spent $140 on taxis.
I have a stick sports car that I don't think would be good in MX as it is low and I usually have it at triple digits. I might consider bringing my electric car since it would only be Rosarito and Ensenada.
Also not holding my breath on the visa, but some do get it. I met a girl at HK named Calypso and she asked if I was married and she was heading to Vegas. I was like no and no. She was a true Pro and will probably rake in that crazy Vegas money.

One guy was continuously late so we made him wear a big wall clock on his chest and show up in different uniforms every 15min. and walk in a square pattern. Most times they just burn you out by making you do tons of pushups and mountain climbers. If still cant get right, then chaptered out of military.
Always surprised at the whales that work for DHS when crossing the border. It is like they dont even do PT and not sure how they are going to catch anyone. I think they said only 3 out of 10 people would be eligible to join since people are either too obese, cant pass pt test, or medical issues. Wonder how we are going to deal with China? Too many snowflakes that get their feelings hurt in the U.S.

We did combat training every year during our field exercises. We also did PT as a unit three times a week. And would do three mile formation runs. Allways fun. I do miss it at time, the people and the travel.

Ive had private taxis in Egypt and Thailand as well. It was a silver Chevy 4 door car. Why does it even matter? Are you going to provide taxi service? Thanks for the reports on your time in Rosarito, it's always nice to find girls that aren't tied down with a BF or kids and are up to just have fun and do whatever. Anytime I listen to LAA it takes me back to sitting for hours in Adelitas watching the girls dance. Thanks for the reports on your time in Rosarito, it's always nice to find girls that aren't tied down with a BF or kids and are up to just have fun and do whatever. I had better luck with that in my younger days as now I don't have much in common with the young girls anymore. The talents in HK is unpredictable week by week. Some weeks it has lots of the hottest girls, some week it does not. The FMM is simply the immigration form that you have to fill out when you enter Mexico. It is no different from when you visit any other country around the world and the flight attendants give you an immigration form to complete on the flight for when you arrive at your destination. You can use the link listed below to complete it in advance and bring a printed copy with you for when you cross the border. It is supposed to be free if you are visiting for 7 days or less, and then its $30 if you are visiting for 8-180 days. There are some people who have been forced by MX border guards to pay for a 180 day FMM opposed to the free 7 day FMM during the time when travel was supposed to be restricted to "essential reasons" only, however, it appears that in recent weeks this practice has mostly stopped.

Nothing wrong with that. Every individual is different, and every situation is different. The main thing is if you have good judgement as to who you can trust. Some guys have poor judgement and they allow a chica to lead them down the wrong path. Only you truly know what you can handle and what you can't handle.
Years ago I was in Medellin Colombia and a puta I was hooking up with on a regular basis wanted me to go spend Christmas with her family in some poor barrio. She was a total sweetheart but there was no freaking way I'd feel safe hanging out with some hooker's family in some poor barrio in Colombia. That was just way out of my comfort zone. The chica kinda got offended by that and afterwards things were never the same between us. I would like to visit Medellin, but my Spanish is nonexistent. My ex wife's brother married an American Colombian and she was psycho. I'm sure it isn't a good comparison as every once in a while you'll run across one and like you said, just set your limits like in investing or gambling. So far they've all been genuine and truly know how to take care of you like Thai women. I just don't have to travel half way across the world for it. I am going to see how things go with her after the lipo. I hold out hope it is still the same, but like you, know that shit will probably not be the same.
Yeah I never listened to Banda as my ex hated it. I do enjoy listening to the various music that the chicas like as they are from different regions. Sinaloan chica liked Banda and a Sonoran liked cumbia. I don't have knowledge of Mexican music other than what they play in the USA I try to get their favorite song and add it to my workout playlist and I can workout and hopefully recall the specific lady.Yeah Banda is something that grows on you and is definitely more of a guys sitting around drinking music as compared to the romantic stuff that the ladies like. Most of what they play in the US is the same. I grew up on the stuff going to parties in the OC so by the time I went to Tijuana air was all the same.
I recently watched the Selena series on Netflix. It was actually pretty good. I'm surprised how many songs I was familiar with because of Tijuana. They must play her music a lot in La Zona.Agree, I really enjoyed the first season and how much more they covered compared to the movie. I personally don't hear her music in Tijuana much anymore. But all the chicas know the songs.

I think you are on the right course. You should keep on doing the things you are doing.Sorry if offended, but they provide a service that fulfills my need and I provide financial assistance by paying them when I leave. They say they have fun and so do I. Just have to make sure no one gets serious feelings for each other. I was riding down to HK in their limo and met a guy from Temecula. He brought his regular roses and I asked where he has been and hasn't been to Thailand. I told him Pattaya is a whole city of P4 P and his eyes lit up. I told him ZN is just a couple blocks, but Monger destinations have whole cities of P4 P bars and clubs. I also mentioned the Macau saunas and the HK walk ups. I said they have whole buildings where you can just knock on the door and see who is behind it. Sometimes you find a Russian, Chinese, Ukrainian, etc. Fun times and I miss traveling.

Look unless you are really serious about a girl I can understand not wanting to see her family or hometown but don't let be just because you have certain standards. We should all try to get out of our comfort zones from time to time to see what else life has to offer. I spent a week with no running water a / see private bed but it was a great experience to see how other people live and get by. Also they were very happy. It made me appreciate what I had in life but also made me realize how little in life we really need. For me that's the part of Mexico I enjoy discovering and the people.

Been awhile since I've been to HK. Was just wondering if we need to get that FMM to go into Tijuana now.If you read back through the forum you will see its hit and miss. All depends on the agent you deal with. If you are walking in just be prepared to spend the $30 for the 180 day fmm. Don't do the $20 bribe, best to spend the extra $10 and insist on the 180 day. That is if at least you think you will be back again in the next 6 months.
