I've booked a hotel in San Diego for work, and planning to head over to HK club. How much is it to rent a room in HK? I was told that is the new rate. Too much hike!Is that for overnight or 30-45 minutes? If for overnight room, then pretty reasonable to me as long as they have hot water and WiFi works.

The discussions about $570 pesos are for the short term rooms. 3 sessions with an HK girl will run you about $90 in ST room costs, which is about the same price as the VIP card and an overnight room on Monday or Tuesday.
If I'm in the Zona on a Monday or Tuesday, I always get a room at Cascadas, even if I'm crossing back across the border that night, or staying overnight at Ticuan.
30 min, just a regular room of Oro de Orzo.

So I ate at Farmers Table in the Zona Rio New City complex and it was fucking delicious. I got some pork dish and the rice was lovely. Bill came out to $38 with tip. I got a mixed drink and cappuccino to end it. With time to kill, since it was only 930 pm, I decided to see HK after being away for a month or more since the regular is back home in Sinaloa until Thursday. I walk into HK and it isn't very busy. I notice it is pretty empty, but decent crowd. I prefer not having to elbow my way through the crowd or smell BO from sweaty mongers and chicas. The only annoyance was the thick smoke drying out my eyes and they need to invest in a better ventilation system. So I go and sit at the bar by the second stage on the upper level. While I'm sitting drinking my drink, some guy comes out of nowhere and shakes my hand and says I'm handsome. I'm like wtf and ok and he is on his way. I continue watching the chicas, but nothing interests me.
I walk down and sit at the seats by the restrooms and enjoying the view of the main stage and front pole dancers. Random chicas come by to introduce themselves and they have "pro" written all over them by how they talk and act. I decline their advances and tell them I'm looking around. All of a sudden the same guy appears and sits next to me asking questions if I was ever in BUDS and how many times I failed until I made the seal team. I kept telling the dude I'm not in the military and he just kept talking to me that he doesn't like working girls. I tell him "cool, I'm watching the ladies" and point a few out that are interesting. He then proceeds to tell me how he would kick all the other dudes asses and I'm like go for it. It is a free country and he is a free man so kick some as if you want. I get a text on my WhatsApp from my regular asking why I haven't responded to her question and I wasn't aware she sent me anything as cell coverage is spotty in the club. He gets up and tries to put the beer in front of my face and I walk away. He is a weird dude and probably in the wrong club. Hope you're not a member here as you need to find a boys club.
I eventually left as I didn't find anyone that I felt I could connect with and made it back to my Airbnb. Clubs just aren't the same without your regulars DFK you in the booths letting you finger fuck them. The crowd and chicas were kind of tame compared to the summer. A lot of bums and weirdos hang out in HK. If it was only guys like us, mongers that actually spend and not just walk around not spending then they wouldn't have to be so pushy with drinks. I was bored at my Airbnb in Las Palmas and decided to checkout the Zona and get tacos. I got into Chavelas since a line was backed up at HK. Guess a bunch of newbies that don't know the clubs are connected. I got into the club around 10 pm and noticed a lot of cute spinners. Being with a regular kind of fucked up my monger mind for some reason. Could it be that she actually made me loyal or cast some Latina spell? I went into the club and prefer the music in Miami club, but no dancers so just grab a michelada and watch the sports on tv. I noticed in the main club an abundance of cute spinners that I prefer, but just wasn't feeling it. I just sat and enjoyed the ambiance of the club. Random chicas stopped by to rub my shoulders and traps asking if I wanted company and I just told them I'm looking around. I go get change so I can tip some dancers. I enjoy the weekday visits as it isn't a big sausage fest and better m to f ratio. I noticed not many chicas were getting drinks or being taken arriba. Not sure if the monger bros were tapped out or just doing the same as me and watching the action. I noticed American couples that come into the club and make it rain and then promptly leave. Not sure why they just shower the dancers with money for an hour and then leave, but maybe it is foreplay for them.
I get tired and head to the taco stand by the corner and it seems like new owners as the adobada used to be excellent, but these tacos were fatty and disgusting. Also noticed a bunch of homeless people were occupying the area. After eating I head over to Adelitas to check out the scene. It was really depressing in the club as the DJ was singing Radiohead "creep" and a few other sad songs. All of chicks were sitting or standing around like wall flowers and did not seem interested in the bros. I got a coke and then left. It was around midnight and decided to call it a wrap and ordered an Uber. I noticed 3-4 Uber drivers were supposed to pick me up, but last minute cancelled my trip so kept getting new drivers. Eventually someone picked me up after 20-30 minutes of waiting.

She has only been gone since Friday and the anticipation still kills me. I am just sharing my feelings and will document the good and bad.
She told me this morning via video chat that when we move in together that I owe her a kiss every morning, afternoon, night, and midnight. I agreed and she asked what I want and told her to be honest and patient with my jealous insecurities. She also said she could cook some Sinaloense food for me and I'd owe her a few meals cooked by me. I told her I'm best at dialing for food via Uber eats or using my credit card. Before we got serious I told her that I don't get jealous when we are friends, but when I catch feelings, then my insecurities start to surface. In some ways I think that the reason I don't like to spend a lot of time in the Zona or Tijuana for that matter is just everything is memories for me. It's not that I miss my ex it's just weird to be alone and going out.
You and her are moving pretty fast and with the holidays coming up it will probably help to developing feelings for each other quicker. Mexico is very fun the time leading up till Christmas and if your living there you will see a better feeling for Christmas and what it really means compared to what you are use to in the US. It's great that you will have someone to spend this time with since you are coming off a long marriage.

Its a good thing you have your suspicions, any sane monger would but it sounds like you both are in the honeymoon period. Its hard to keep up an act for this long and from the several posts about her I would bet money she has genuine feelings for you. To what degree idk, at the end of the day she's still a bar girl so there's that too. In my experience the girl I went out with at the beginning it was purely transactional. As it progressed and got more intimate I got more girlfriend type of things from her. You know holding hands, kissing without you engaging first. Those small things are hard to keep faking. Intuitively we can also "feel" when people are faking it but that's obviously not 100% reliable. A big indicator for me was we didn't need lube anymore, she was getting wet naturally. Arrived around 12 at night and my suspicions were right. Total sausage fest. I'm still here Thursday afternoon and there's better selection than last night. Tijuana and Colombia has enough variety that you can make due if you were mongering in SEA, but those people have a reason to get on a plane for 24 hours each way- there's specifically something there that they like to justify the travel time to make a trip. I'm not sure how much SEA re-opening will actually change things, unless the influx to both places was that big, but I don't think so. I think Colombia takes a bigger hit than Tijuana, to be perfectly honest.
The uptick in prices, I think, is coming more from the Vegas and the San Diego / LA / Phoenix party crowd that made their way over to Tijuana. I expect much of that demand to stick, and that's what's probably going to support some of the price increases for HK and the Zona. I hope I'm wrong, but just think about how much 2-3 guys can drop at a strip club in those 4 cities on an average trip, and then think about what you can get in the Zona for that money. The cost and effort required to pick up a civilian in Vegas, compared to the Zona is not even comparable, which is why so many of my friends that I introduced to the Zona are done with Vegas. My personal experience since the Lockdowns started is in SoCal streets, SoCal massage parlors, limited OC area strip clubs and the Zona. I am still working but always find time to go down to Tijuana on weekends, sometimes twice a week.
Instead of staying home and watch TV, Tijuana is far more exciting and entertaining with good food, hot girls, fun parties. I know a guy addicted to whiskeys, specifically Johnny Walker Blue Label. Once he started drinking he could not stop until he dropped off. Soon he was downing a bottle or two a night before going to bed. The wife said he wasted a lot more money on whiskey than paying the mortgage, taxes, food, cars, his salary could not support his drinking habit, so they were always broke and in debt.
