Hey guys,

I'm headed down to Quito at the end of April. I've been there before so have some knowlege of the area but I'd like to hook up with anyone who happens to be around. Always kinda cool to run around with someone. Let me know if anyone will be around.

Hello to all the lurkers and posters in this thread,

I am a new poster but a long time "lurker" and really have been interested in visiting Ecuador especially after the detailed and great reports I have seen by regular and senior members (Tung., Bobisee and others). I looked up some rates after seeing a recent post and found AA has a rate of 324.00 leaving from JFK with one stop in Miami with departure date of november 20 and return on november 30. I realize this isn't the cheapest rate but it serves the purpose of accumulating miles to add to my Brasil miles and the guys I'm going with will benifit from using AA too. I have read the forum and will read it again but if anyone here can make suggestions or comments about these dates or if they might be there during that time I would appreciate it. I will probably use the JW Marriott in Quito as a "homebase" since I can get a really good rate there but certainly will look to have a much cheaper spot that is girl friendly closer to the action. Again, any comments or suggestions would be great and in the meantime I will get back to reviewing previous posts to the thread. I hope to add to the information here and in other threads as I attain my monger wings :)

Be safe!

What are my odds of leaving the airport, scoring, and making it back in time? I have 4 hours.

I have an idea of how much I should pay the girls, but what about taxis? Would it also be possible to "rent" a taxista for the time I'm there, or should I press my luck? Is it even necessary?

I had no problem taxi-ing around la Zona Roja in TJ, Mexico, I'm wondering if Ecuador's the same way.

Your odds are excellent, just walk across the street to Cafe Rojo, it's literally one block away from the airport. Check out the map I'm including with this post for the exact address/location.

I didn't hear from anyone but I'm guessing it's because I'm a newbie. I'm still rereading the forum posts but in the meantime I have booked the trip. Myself and two fairly seasoned mongers (brazil, costa rica, dr and others places) that have never been to Ecuador will be down from Nov. 21 to the 29th with a layover in Panama on the way down. I would really like to hear from some of the members about things that may not be mentioned in the forum already. I'm talking about little things that one might take down with them that will come in handy like lube (I saw that mentioned...lol) or things the girls might like that may make the experience more GFE when desired. I took little gifts like lip gloss and lollipops and some chocolates down to Brasil when I went and the girls enjoyed them. In some of the forums I've seen mentioned to bring a couple novelty t-shirts that the girls enjoy too.

I know there are very good maps and price listings and even hotel locations that are girl friendly. I don't see any mention of the Marriott being girl friendly but I know that will not be a problem unless I decide to try an escort service then I'm not sure.

We would definately like to at least meet with some others from the board if they will be down during that time (I think I saw one or two members posting they would be down) and we can compare notes over a beer or something. I hope to get some responses from you guys and as always, thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully we'll see some of the members down there.

Be safe and thanks Jackson for making this forum and it's rewards possible.

Hey guys,

I will be headed down to Quito on Nov 23rd for the Thanksgiving weekend. I've been a few times already so I know the scene a bit and actually want to try some of the things that Tung had been writing about. I will most likely stay at the Crossroads Hostel in La Mariscal. It's close to the main action but also has some quiet...;)

A friend of mine owns a bar there so I usually hang there a bit and chase chicas too...;)

If any of you would like, I wouldn't mind to run around a bit and check out the scene.

Thank you sir! Will you be in the area on the 29th?Here at an internet cafe. Because I am a passenger in transit, I cannot leave the airport. So I have to find a way to keep myself occupied for the next 4 hours.

This sucks!

Looks like I have to make up for lost time once I get to Lima.

This seems like a decent fare for Biz. I flew on Lan to Lima a year ago, and it was nice. With taxes probably $960. Save 3% when you buy on Lan's own website.

Well I finally made it back here. Im still adjusting/suffering with altitude sickness which I hope leaves soon.
Im supposed to be here until nov 21.

Just for your information it is slow season here and there is not alot of the usual commotion going on in the mariscal(touist area) but thats not our mission anyway right?
I have a few other things to say but no lie my ass is floored by the altitude and Im in shape which is something to think about if your coming down for a week to screw. I dont see myself screwing at least for a few more days. So you figure you book a one week trip then what do you get out of it?
I usually monger solo but if anyone is around pm me and lets have a mate or something. Maybe someone would like to give each other smut assignments then get back together on the outcome..let me know.
The better hotels will offer you a better deal around this time. Im moving into a classy joint with an elevator for $54 with taxes inc. in america it would run around $100 plus .You decide.
You have no idea how little I feel that I cant do my duty because Im out of breath..Im only 37.
The Lan flight from nyc to quito via guayaquil sucked. They lied to me and told me I would stay on the same plane..not true you change gates and go through security again etc. I could have done the copa airlines through panama deal for $200 less which is more or less the same thing.

God bless tung.

I am not looking forward to the altitude issues especially since I will only be there for a little over a week. Hopefully you will bounce back and up and continue to have fun there. The hotel you're moving to sounds good. Care to share the name? I will be there with two friends of mine in a few weeks and I have a room at the Marriott for a good rate but a little more then the deal you have. Enz. sent me a reassuring note about the Marriott and it's location in relation to a particular spot to check out and I have been reading the forum over and over and taking notes so as not to ask what has been answered already.

I still have a few questions though. TLN does not seem like an option that most use when in Quito so the idea of girl-friendly hotels is not mentioned too often if at all. Anyone have any comments on this? Also, is it just an issue for the hotel if the girl comes in during the evening? I know she needs to look conservative so as not to make the hotel look sleezy or offend other guests but if she isn't there over night does the hotel still charge an extra fee? I know this may vary between hotels but what is the experience of the members here (or elsewhere for that matter).

I have more questions but don't want to overdo it in one post...lol. Thanks to Enz. and anyone else that takes the time to reply.

Stay safe!

This is a good point that Artisttyp brings up. If you're just planning a trip for a week or so for Quito, you might want to add a couple extra days to your schedule so that you don't spend half of your trip in your hotel room dealing with altitude sickness. Having said that, you should be fine within 48-72 hours or so, but if you think you need to see a doctor PM me and I can give you the contact info of an excellent doctor I saw when I had food poisoning, he was the best Dr. I've seen in years!

How's the weather there right now? IMHO, winter in Quito is pretty chilly.

The weather isnt bad but it does seem very slow down here. I need to stir up some action.
Im feeling a little better today so we will see how the day goes.
When the altitude is affecting you even walking to the corner store is a chore and there are many streets that double as hills. You will not be happy but prepare for it before you leave.
If you are a heavy smoker have heart problems or are overweight I would reconsider. It would be like trying to breath in the back of car trunk.

I returned from my 1st trip to Quito two weeks ago. I live at sea level, and the altitude really bothered me. I didn't become I'll per se no head ache or nausea, but felt very lethargic and for days found it difficult to catch my breath. A most unwelcome and unexpected effect was the combination of alcohol and altitude....not good for ones performance. Don't know if little blue pills are available in the pharmacies there, as in Costa Rica, but would have been nice to have some on hand. Had a good time all the same, and am looking forward to a return trip, but I will be better prepared next time.

Oh baby oh baby, right there that's the spot! Wait pass the oxygen tank!!!!!!For short time visitors an oxygen tank and a script for viagra may be necessary acoutrements for enjoying ones trip.

Although after hearing more than one gal at Cafe Rojo complaining about all the noodle dick locals, it would seem that none of us are not completely immune to the effects of limited oxygen supply and to much alcohol consumption.

After reading these last two posts, I had to leave my desk for five minutes because I couldn't stop laughing my ass off!

And Sr. Lengua brought up an interesting point about the locals. I also had a couple of the girls mention that the locals have small dicks as well. One girl even mentioned that *I* was too big for her, even though I'm nothing more than average. I though she was just humoring me to stroke my ego, but when she got on top of me, she was having problems getting all the way down. Maybe this is why Quito isn't a popular sex tourist destination, because no one can get it up once they arrive!

Anyways, this thread is really starting to get off track. Perhaps we can change the name to "Travel Plans & Announcements & Altitude and Dick Size chit chat". How about it, Jackson?

Hey Civid

I will be arriving next Friday, the 24th at about 10am. With all the arrival stuff, I should be to the Crossroads around 11:00 or so, I would imagine. I will definitely be ready to put in some work when I get there.;) Crossroads is in the Mariscal area right across from the Magic Bean hostel.

I know the area fairly well and now, with Tung's excellent info, will be looking to expand my horizons.;) It would definitely be cool to cruise with someone.
Do you have a cell down there?

Myself and 2 friends will be down in Quito this coming Wednesday and I can't wait to check out these places you guys have been talking about. If any of you want me to bring something down from the states (I am in Philly) let me know. I will do my best to bring it for you if I can. If you can think of something that I should not forget to bring, as I am a fledgeling monger, I hope you will speak up. I have read the forum and I think I have what I will need but one can never have too much help.

Any information about sim cards for unlocked phones would be helpful. In Brazil we used area sim cards in our phones but I have not found much on being able to do that in Quito.

I look forward to meeting up with some of, if not all you from the board that are down there now.

Be Safe and Enjoy.

I'll be stopping in Quito for 5 nights. 15-20th of Jan, 07. If anybody else is there at that time would be great to hang out for a few beers to get the low-down on the town. Best chica friendly hotel in the mid-range50-70 is? This board is great. I've got lots of info on my last trip to Thailand. Sure to run into someone.

Ostevo, whenever you come here to Quito, don't miss two places, the first one called EXTASIS and the second one called DOLL HOUSE. You get the best babes in those places. rate: USD 80-100. cover: 20,oo. it's not cheap but they are clean, HIV free, educated and will not get you killed.

You can find some other places such as CAFE ROJO, etc etc but those are cheap dirty places. You can fuck for 15 dollars but the girls are dogs and for sure you will be the 50th client in the day.

That's why I am amazed with EZINHO and his post saying that he is too big and locals too small. How INGENUO! Don't you know man, that escorts always lie and scream and make shows in order to make you feel like a stallion and make you cum faster amd rip you off. So don't be showing off because of the comment of a escort and don't make fun of locals because for sure that girl lied to you and you were below average for her.

Well, Santa came early for me, so it looks like I'll be heading back to Ecuador the third week of January. Was planning to check out Central America instead, but for some reason the flights are currently cheaper to Ecuador than to CA! Found a RT ticket on Copa Airlines from LAX for $428 plus tax, if someone can find a cheaper ticket let me know, but I couldn't. It's a promo fare, so I would act sooner rather than later if you're interested. Also, you get 2000 bonus OnePass miles if you book on the Copa Airlines website, good deal.

Fdelpozo: I'm in such a good mood, what from my upcoming trip and the pint of Egg Nog I just downed, I'm gonna ignore your flame of my "below average" penis (btw, how you know my dick size is kinda creepy). But maybe we can meet up next month? You can treat me to one of your $100 girls, and I can treat you to one of my $7 girls, and we can see who has a better time. Deal?

Myself and two buddies were really smitten with Quito and plan on going back the last 2 weeks of May. This time we will stay in GYE then bus it to Quito for a few days and hopefully visit at least one other city that is a bus ride or short flight away. I hope to give some good information to the group as well as meet some ISG members and have a drink. I owe Civid and Enzinho at least that for helping me out with information when I visited in November. Bobiee and Dan, if you guys will be there let me know.

As soon as the definate dates are set, I will post it. I will also make the offer I made my last trip there and that is if any members would like me to bring something from the states for them let me know. If it is within my powers to bring, I will do so and we can meet up when I get to Ecuador. Meanwhile, I will continue to read the forum and take my notes and hope to hear from you guys down there now with any suggestions or unposted info.

Anybody wanting to meet a gringo for a drink or lunch? Pm me. I am buying.

Thanks for all the useful info reported here but I am not sure the low-end 10 dollar girls will be for me.

If anyone has any useful info on girls available for TLN for around $100 bucks please post. Will it be possible to find a hot chica for TLN for around a $100?

I agree with Vaughnb1: why paying 100 bucks when the girls can be found much cheaper? Por favor. Don't spoil the market. And Gringo, I'm arriving (returning) in Quito the 16th of March for 6 weeks and may be we can we can do some cheap practice there. I've gotten a couple PMs in the last few days or so asking if I can meet up with people that will be going to Ecuador in the near future. I just wanted to let everyone know that I am back in Sex Prison USA, so no need to send any PMs about meeting up. Having said that, I'm so burnt out from all the whoring I've done, I don't want to see another Latina hooker for the next 3 months, minimum. Now, an Asian hooker...that's another story, LOL!

For Gringo: I'm not going to tell you where to go and how much to spend, it's your money, so feel free to spend it however you choose; flush it down the toilet for all I care.

Actually, if you really have your heart set on spending $100, there are a few options available for you in Quito. One thing that you could do is check out some of the real high-end, night-time places like 515, Extasis, and The Doll House. At any three of these places you will have no problem spending $100 easily, maybe even more. Another option would be the escort web sites that tout "Models" for $100+ an hour. As for TLN, all I can say is negotiate hard, and good luck! Anyways, if you try any one of these options, feel free to submit a report on them, since there is very little info about the high-end places on here.

Here is one web site you can check out:
http://www.firstclass.com.ec/
Prices are listed as high as $500 for 2 hours for some of the girls from Colombia and Argentina. There are a few other sites out there as well, but I don't have them with me right now, I need to go through my luggage. PM me if you're interested.

"most occidental of the orientals", I think you would enjoy the change of pace from SA. Also, in the Visayan region (South) you will be surprised how many Spanish words have been incorporated into the local lingua franca. I speak a hybrid of English, Spanish and Tagalog that is well understood by most locals.

If you want a taste of the Orient while stuck in the wasteland come out to California (or Vancouver). Next best thing to being in Asia.

Hey all, I am planning a trip in summer to Quito for a week. But I have a couple of questions:

Is it possible to give the women enemas and play with their asses (buttplugs and anal beads) in Quito? I know that a lot of people here are not into anal or extreme stuff but i really want to do this. Another thing is that I want to bring my camera gear with me on the trip. Basically I want to bring my digital camera, 1 lens, 1 flash, 1 battery cycler (for rapid flash) and 4 memory cards. But what I worry about is getting mugged or getting the gear stolen. The lens alone costs $1,400 so I am kinda worried. Also, how much money will I need for a week? I am not planning to stay in 5-star hotel or anything fancy.

Fellow *****mongers,

I'll be in Quito April-6 thru 14'th. I've been to CR a dozen times and am exciting to visit quito for the first time. I'm the type of guy who enjoys a mixture of the p4p houses and having the ladies spend quality time in the hotel ( hot tub massage quality time, tln ). I also like the idea of meeting a few of the college girls as I speak spanish ok and am 30 y/o.

1). Which hotel would you reccomend thats close to university area, p4p and that is cool alowing guests?

2). What else should I bring to quito ( beside condoms)?

3). Whats the cool place to meet the fellow gringos and chat ( like Blue marlin in CR)?

4). Whats the advice on meeting a chica who likes the casual fucking, dinner, gym workout, discotech dancing beach or other hobby? I can usually find a girl or 3 that enjoys this in CR.

Thanks for the Advice

FrogWill try to answers some of your questions. Just got back from Quito today after a 2 week stay. Have visted CR serval times and the closest thing to the Blue Marlin in Quito would be the Office. They have rooms on site but, you could probalby do a take out from there.

Some of the things you need, would be a jacket and a cheap umbrella. Rained almost every day I was there. Temps 50-60.

Not sure where to meet fellow gingos at. Only met one American while I was there. Probably best to line something up on the board. Unfortunatly I wasn't able to access this board from Quito.

Will post some pics once I get them developed.

Theres Gringos all over the place in Mariscal district, known by the locals as Gringolandia. I dont usually go there, since thats not my cup of tea, but i went for lunch on a weekday and saw at least 20 of them walking past the restraunt during the time i was there. This website will help if this is your first visit here.

http://www.vivatravelguides.com/south-america/ecuador/quito/

Has info on hotels and restraunts, and other activities. And the different districts in the city.

Mariscal also has the majority of clubs and discos that gringos and chicas who want to hook up with gringos would hang out at. However, the prices in this district are normally more expensive than other areas of the city.

Read Tungs post on the chongo clubs breakdown and that ought to give you an idea about chicas who will do TLN. I've seen plenty of posts in the thread covering that also.

good luck.

Just FYI if anyone is thinking of going to quito the second week of May. There appear to be a number of conventions in town. The JW Marriott is booked solid. Only executive rooms & suites available.

I didn't find this out until after I bought my plane ticket and starting looking for a hotel. I ended up with 2 nights at the grand hotel mercure-alameda. I will look for something else cheaper once I get there. That place is $79 a night for May 12-14.

I often stay in Hotel Embassy on Av. Wilson. It is pretty decent hotel for $30 per night including made to order breakfast.

Arriving Guayaquil June 11, 12, 13, and 14, then off to the Galapagos.

Looking to fuck, suck, lick, eat (love tight butt), and party. Very generous, sane, and fun to be with. Need buddy fluent in Spanish/English to help me for the 4 days before leaving. Any suggestions? Was there 4 years ago and had a good time, but needed a translator!

I'm pondering burning some frequent flier miles to try mongering somewhere new and relatively off the beaten track. After doing some reading on this delightful site, I'm thinking of Guayaquil. I've never been to South America, though I've mongered elsewhere and traveled to central america and the carib.

Questions: what is the scene likely to be like in September, active? I tend to favor younger (18-24), slender women (slender waists and arms); how will I do in Guayaquil? I read elsewhere here that the girls there are thinner than those in Quito.

I speak decent traveler's spanish but not very good conversational spanish. I look vaguely latino but sound American: what sort of reception can I expect?

For those who have tried both countries, how does Guayaquil compare to Cali or Medellin in Colombia?

many thanks! Whichever country I make it to, I'll post a report!

You might want to check that sentence, since I doubt you looking for someone to mate with. :)I think mate is a type of tea which is popular in the region and many socialize over, so I've heard (esp. in Argentina). I don't know if people use the word as a verb though.

Let's see, you're quoting a post that was made about 9 or 10 months ago. There was a smiley-face at the end of it. And I've been to both Argentina and other South American countries where Mate is the beverage of choice.

Quito beats DR (lived 6 months) & CR (lived 1+ years) panties down (except for maybe hotel del rey based on selection, but not price). There are so many places here close together that you can jump from one to the other easily (sometimes just walk a block or less down the street to the next one). For $7-20 you will find something you like.

I found this hotel on the internet but I have no idea if it is in a good, for our purposes, location. Services seem to be ok .eg free airport pickup and wifi.Chica friendly I don't mind paying for a double if necessary.

Can someone comment on that please?

Any other choice up to and around 50 usd/night with internet access will be welcomed.

I brought a chica into the Sheraton about a year or so ago. She was a young, thin very tan Colombian. Very presentable but it was quite obvious what she was there for.

As soon as we walked in, the security guy was on us and escorted us directly to the front desk. She had to show her ID and sign in, that's all. They also asked me (told me, really) that she was a second guest. As you may know, the hotels in Ecuador charge for extra guests. I insisted that she was just a friend/visitor and wouldn't be spending the night. They let me get away with that because it wasn't too late, but one other time at a different hotel they added the $15 to my room and refused to remove it when I was checking out.

The process is a little embarrassing but doable. If I were to do it again, I'd mention it to the doorman/security guy on my way out just to smooth things on my return. I might even clear up the "second guest" issue one way or the other just to avoid the b. S. When you show up with her later.

Hi Otravez,

I'm here but for me this is a one man job, sorry.

In any case, Tung did such a good job with the maps that all you need is cab fare and basic common sense security wise:

Stick to cabs, if none is available outside your hotel (going to the chongo) or the club (on the way back) just make them call one. If you do decide to use buses, keep your belongings to a minimum and be CAREFUL of the pick pockets. Don't ride the buses after 8 PM.

Don't take the girls to your place/room.

Don't accept drinks from strangers.

Always carry only enough cash for what you'll consume, plus 10$. Don't flash a big roll in the chongos, or anywhere else for that matter. I usually carry $40-$60 in my pocket for spending and the rest in my inside coat pocket, with my papers.

Try to limit things you carry with you to a minimum: notarized copy of passport and cash in the right amount for your plans of the day. Even Tung lost his camera to a pick pocket...

Limit credit card use to the minimum, and none at the chongos. Most don't accept them anyway and the risk of fraud is too big.

Do NOT get drunk in the lower end chongos, and even in the higher end place try to keep in control.

Pretty much all you need to know, and Tungs info in your pocket and you're set.

Arrive in Quito at the end of this month for my third visit, will be staying about three weeks, very interesting place, inexpensive to stay, altitude helps me shed some extra pounds, the Spanish classes are one-to-one and are cheap and I found a tango school that looks promising, what I need now is specific directions to a place called Alondras, I know I can call any of the five girls and get directions but for me with limited Spanish skills that is an iffy proposition, so any help with this will be appreciated or any other helpful comments or recommendations, post or PM me Thanks, SM44

Say it isn't so but it is. I said I wouldn't go back due to the altitude and the short sessions but I stand corrected.

I was going to go to bogota but the more I researched the more I found the details to be similar to quito yet more expensive and tougher to navigate. Why not just put the effort into ecuador and pay less!

I think I am looking forward to the food more than the pfp but you can't go wrong on the cheap and that is what quito is.

I always said I was curious about guayaquil. Now I get to find out first hand. My doctor talked me out of going to quito due to the altitud. He said "why go if it makes you uncomfortable". He just didn't like the idea in general.

After giving it some thought and doing some more research I caved into his demands. I've been to quito before but I travel solo and if anything happened to me I would need to get to a lower elevation. That is the only way to get better. I mentioned medicine but then he responded again "why go when you know you will face this" ?

Anyway it's just too much to think about when my train of thought should be focused on my dick.

Now I have no idea what to do ! I will start off in guayquil then maybe do manta or cuenca...who knows. I haven't done a "roaming" trip in awhile.

Hi again Artisttyp,

1. Cuenca and Bogota are the same altitude as Quito, almost.

2. Manta is great: small town, good hotels, great fresh sea food, beautiful beaches, in town but more a short trip away, whale watching tours starting August. Some action (from reports, no personal experience). Ladies from that area have a good reputation in Ecuador (for looks and bed time manners).

If you want a real, few days long, roaming trip, consider taking the route between Guayaquil and Esmeraldas by land. You go through Manta for a stop over. Road runs along the coast, amazing trip. I would recommend rented car, buses are not that good an idea for this trip.

3. Mindo is in the mountains, but MUCH lower then Quito.

4. Have you considered the Colombia coast? Lot's more action then Ecuador coast.

5. Guayaquil does NOT have 8$/15 minutes places at all. It's illegal within city limits, and you DO NOT want to go to nearby towns like Duran.

Although I do my mongering by myself, if you do come to Quito and need a phone number for emergencies, PM me.

T&M,

You provide alot of good information on this forum thank you. I had a hunch cuenca was going to be high up as well. So what do I have left ?

There are chongos in manta as well as semi pro action right ?

I have guayaquil and manta..maybe puerto lopez? I won't be renting a car in any foreign country. It isn't worth the hassle. Can't I still do the coast on an executive class bus ? Why aren't buses a good idea ?

What I've been reading is guayaquil has alot of SW action around $4 hotels and the malecon. Then there is club salame and of course calle 18. Those all sound like my style.

If duran has chongos I will be going there as well.

I've researched the colombian coast but prices are too high in cartegena and santa marta would get boring after 2/3 days. Believe me if there is anyone who RTFF it's me.

It's either do the guayaquil and surrounding areas or else I wait to ship out until late october. Medellin has the feria de las flores in august...a no go for me.

What about machala and that area. Is that a good area for photos ?

I do know one girl in guayaquil. We slept together in quito and she has agreed to see me in guayaquil.

Thank you for your offer to get in touch.

Well, let's see:

Manta does have chongos, not too many but enough for a few days worth of entertainment. Semi pro you'll have to have contacts or know people, but it's there, I'm sure.

Buses: I'm just about certain there are no executive class buses on this route, as there are no major town on the way. It will be just old, run down buses. I'll try to find out more.

Puerto Lopez is just a fisherman village on the route I'm talking about. Doubt you'll have more then a good cheap fish plate and very nice view.

Machala is a bigger port town, more or less Manta size, but rougher and less developed tourism industry. I am sure there will be action and chongos. A good taxi driver and you'll be set.

Guayaquil: you basically have the setup clear. Remember it's more dangerous then Quito. Duran is even riskier, which is why I avoid it, but to each his own. I'm too nervous for street action.
If you read and speak Spanish, try the Guayaquil thread on Mundoanuncio, but expect to pay 40-60 per hour as a minimum. Some nice looking and relatively well commented girls (in local forums). Especially those girls working with a guy names Antonio. His name is in the adds.

Any thing else comes to mind, I'll report to you.

Hola Mundo

I will be arriving on September 4, and, in addition to mongering activities, I will be doing some sightseeing in and around Quito. If I get bored in Quito, I may visit some other places for couple of days.

I thank you Tungurahu for his excellent reports which clearly spell out the mongering scene in Quito. Truly, reports like these make places accessible for first time visitors. Strangely, this board seem to very quite when it comes to hotel reviews and recommendations. After searching the board, I have found reference to only two hotels, and those may or may not be chica friendly:

Hotel 9 de Octubre
Hostal El Arupo

I am sure there is a reason why this is not a big deal on this forum, but, it seems like lot of people don't take girls to the hotels in Quito, or, once you are there, it is much easier to search and find a reasonable place to stay. However, I am afraid that this may involve trail and error to find the hotel that is ok with you bringing a new chica every night, and has the potential to waste valuable time. This bring me to the primary reason for this post:

1. Do you recommend any chica friendly hotel?

2. Does anyone has plans to be there around the same time, and would like to joint the hunt.

Hello,

Most hotels in the amazonas avenue are chica friendly, except for the really expensive and fancy ones such as the mercury alameda, the hillton, and so. Most middle class hotels will post no problem if you have no trouble with staying at a clean and nice but not so fancy hotel.

I usually visit Quito on business and will be staying from September first week till the end of month, I know many places and I really want to know some others mentioned in this forum. If is ok with you we can make arrangements to see each other at some near by cafe or restaurant. As the forum does not allows phone numbers and or email address we will have to contact personally.

If interested let me know.

Good travel.

Of course, you will need to buy a subscription, but I am confident that a sophisticated world traveler such as yourself can afford a $20 subscription to support this forum and all the work I do to keep it maintained.

A forum subscription is less than 40 cents a week. That's less than the price of a newspaper.

Thanks,

I will be on business in Guayaquil for couple of weeks. will like to get guidance from locals to plan the trip.

I will like to know if language is going to be the biggest barrier for having fun? I do not speak the language. Will like to know places where I may find gals who may speak some english.

Also, I am a little confused about the rates. Some places it seems the door charge is higher than girls charge.

The lap dance is $20? is that private dance with action or just a dance (Because the dances in clubs in U.S.A. seem to be at $10)

Also what is the deal with the $6 and $12 shorts? are those places safe?

I will be staying in downtown. Any recommendation for girls coming to hotel rooms? where to find them?

Also it is advised to have $ or convert to local currency for mongering and otherwise?

Any advice will be appreciated. Also if someone has some free time to get a beer or two and have some good time with local non pros I will love it.

Thank you,

BT

Hi Bangaltiger,

I appreciate your intentions, but with all due respect, the Travel Plans & Announcements thread is provided solely for the purpose of allowing members to announce their individual travel plans so they may connecting with other members who are also traveling to or who may live in the country.

Pursuant to this purpose, the Travel Plans & Announcements thread is routinely purged of it's posts as they quickly become irrelevant.

Experience has proven that when members post questions in the Travel Plans & Announcements thread, the thread quickly turns into a discussion thread.

The Forum provides numerous other threads for discussing visas, airlines, hotels, apartments for rent, restaurants, places to visit, where to find chicas, etc.

I would very much appreciate it if you would consider re-posting your question in one of these established threads.

Thanks,

Warning for travelers: They are now having daily blackout periods in Ecuador, usually in the afternoon, and they last 4 to 7 hours, because the country is experiencing a severe drought, and most of the electricity is generated by hydro-electric plants. All this is caused by el niño weather phenomenon in the Pacific. It will probably last form months. Traffic is chaotic during the blackout because there are no traffic lights and the trolley does not run, and I guess all chongos, restaurants are closed, etc. plus all sort of other inconveniences.

I will be visiting Quito next weekend, and will try to get a taste of some local "cuisine". If there are any experienced members available who know the scene, I would like to get in contact. Maybe someone could guide me around a bit.

If so, reply to this message please. I'm not sure if I can receive private messages. :s

I will arrive in town late on Saturday 12/12/09. I will stay at the Marriott. I know that Night Kats is across the street. My understanding is that the girls there are average. My questions are:

1. Is this hotel chica friendly? How about if I brought 2 girls back?

2. Are most of the chicas at Night Kats open to a threesome?

3. What would be a going rate including bar fine for an all nighter?

4. Is Night Kats literally right across the street? I don't believe that I want to walk around at night alone. This may be my only opportunity while in Ecuador.

5. Are they usually open past midnight?

Thanks

1. Don´t know. Maybe try to discreetly ask a doorman and slip him something to bring them in (try $10).
2. Probably all of them would be willing to at least go with you, but you might have them taking turns hiding in the bathroom.
3. I think it´s $40 per woman for the club for them to leave. Then you pay them on top of that. I don´t know what they´re asking these days. I'd guess an additional $50-100
4. Yes. It´s kiddy corner on the rotunda.
5. I think they´re open until 6AM.

To be honest, what will probably happen is this; you´re going to shell out a big chunk of money, probably feel ripped off and the people working at Marriott will look at you like a sleasebag the next day. The women might rob you and drug you, although that´s pretty unlikely.

Unless money is no object, I´d advise just staying in the club. The rooms are pretty nice there. If you really hit it off with one of the girls, bring her back.

4. The place is diagonally across the street from the hotel and I would not worry about walking over there.

5. As of this weekend they supposedly closed at 4am. I did not stay long enough to verify but the place was quite crowded well after midnight. It was in fact sort of dead until after 11 pm or so.

The rooms were pretty bad. Worse that almost anything else I saw in Quito. Maybe it was my bad luck but both rooms I saw had wet spots on the bed. On the other hand, some of the girls (Christina?) were quite friendly inside the bar provided the ladies' drinks kept coming (lap dances, kissing, touching, etc.).

Hello Vance,

If you are coming to quito, may be night kat is not the best choise. Girls are just ok. As many other have quoted, the best places to be around are Cafe rojo during day time, One really great spot that reopened a couple of weeks ago is Mango, it is located just in front on the national arrival at the Quito airport. A six houses walk from cafe rojo. The place is nice, girls are 6 to 9. But it opens just at nights usually around 8pm from Monday to Saturday. Chicas there are very friendly, you pay a 3 dollar entrence fee and to fuck a girl will cost you 20 bucks. Other place I liked and that I knew just a couple of weeks ago was barbies. Located on the Eloy Alfaro avenue, just a 200 metres from de way to Zambiza. The place is not the best, but you can find some smoking girls there. I found myself a guayaquilian girl that was a dream come true. Just do not walk alone out there. If you go there ask for a taxi)preferably a yellow one that it is safer). Guajira I don't really know it but I have heard great comments on it.

Hope to be of helpb

I'll be arriving in Quito Mar 15 for about a week. I plan to do tourist stuff, take Spanish classes and monger. I'm experienced in all 3, but not in Ecuador. If anybody wants to get together in the evening, PM me.

Then I plan to visit a couple other places in Ecuador. Any action in Banos? It's hard to search the forum for the name, since it means something else, also.

Info on Spanish classes would be welcome, too. Hope to meet some more board members. Drinks on me.

I'm leaving on Monday night (Jan 17) for two weeks in Ecuador. Thanks to the internet (and most importantly this website) , I'm as prepared as a newbie tourist can be to tackle Quito. I've reserved what appears to be a decent hostal for 6 nights, have 4 days of day tours planned, printed copies of Tung's maps and chongo reviews, and bought a 24 pack of ultra thin insurance policies. Then it's on to Cuenca for a 5 days of sightseeing before heading back to Quito and then home.

I just wanted to thank you all in advance for your contributions to this forum. I've spend countless hours reviewing the postings and I feel I've come up with a good gameplan for my nighttime activities. Mongering in a new city is always a bit intimidating at first, but I'm sure I'll adjust quickly and feel like a seasoned veteran after my trip is over.

I'm pretty good about writing thorough reports of my mongering activities in foreign destinations, so I'll be sure to contribute with a report in the Ecuador forum from the newbie's perspective. 20 minutes of carnal passion for the cost of a Burger King value meal. Yes, I'll take the fur burger with a side of thighs, please.

I have been in Quito a couple days now, I haven't mongered so far, I've done a lot of walking and scouting though.

I leave the Quito airport to go to Colombia on 2 October. I think I will stay here in Quito until 2 October. I'm not so sure I like this place. I'm getting use to the altitutde. I think, but I got spoiled by the friendly Peruvian people, the people here actually act like Americans (not as friendly as Peruvians). If anyone is in Quito I'm around town for awhile. I don't speak Spanish very well, so a monger buddy that can, or even can't speak Spanish would be great.

I'm getting tired of going in and out of airports, I have been going around for a month now, so I might just stay in Quito until 2 October, or go to Guayaquil a couple days. Someone I met here from the Galapagos told me don't bother to go to the Galapagos unless you have at lest 5-7 days. So, I won't be going there this trip.

Wow! I wrote the last travel announcement here two years ago. Ecuador kinda sucks, but it isn't that bad. Pussy is cheap here. And there are a few other things to do here. But overall I do not like Quito. But I'll be here the nights of tonight 2 November for 3 nights. I found some places last time that were not mentioned anywhere. I just walked by them about 30 minutes ago, and one looks like it might be open, but it is too early in the day, and one is open for sure, the guy told me they close at 4 AM and he told me to bring my passport, which is weird, he showed me the sign showing what type of IDs people need. Maybe they cracked down on no under 18 guys. I already forgot the name of the club.

It is a stupid holiday here today for a few days, but the club is open. I rented a car, so if anyone is in town, let me know. The new clubs are on Joaquin Pinto, just Northeast of Av Rio Amazonas. I can just walk there, so I'll go look tonight.

My buddy and I are headed to Quito for the first time. We've done extensive mongering time in Medellin, Costa Rica, and a sampling of Lima for a week. We are looking forward to a new experience. So far, reading the boards, it seems like places come and go. If anyone will be in town and would like to meet up, we'd love to meet with you for a Chongo run. Dinner and drinks later on us. If anyone knows of an active local driver that could show us around, that would work just as well. Much appreciated and hope to hear from some of you guys. Thanks!

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, I will be in Quito for a little over a week during the first half of this October. The plan (as with nearly all of my other trips) is to do the tourism thing during the day and monger at night when I have the time and energy. My hotel will be a small bed and breakfast that is not chica friendly (per their website), but I'm comfortable with that because I discovered through reading the Quito forum that visiting the chongos was the way to go in the city (as Frankfurt did in his recent excellent trip report).

I'm not looking for a wingman and I will be sure to contribute a trip report in the Quito forum upon my return.

I am looking at making my first trio to Ecuador for a week in January or February. Essentially I want to classically balance some surfing with some quality mongering. I am more of a TLN sort of guy. My perfect world would be to fund a nice girl to come and hang with me a bit and hang for a day or so with a semi-pro. I am not overly demanding. I am willing to trade off age and score for attitude, some English and willingness. So I don't need a 20 yr old 10, though of course I wouldn't turn one down I know this is a bit of a trick a newbie to the country. I have done Korea and Costa Rica this way. Any advice? What could I expect to pay for a couple of days plus their expenses to hang at the beach and party with me? Is this possible without prior contacts?

I am looking at making my first trio to Ecuador for a week in January or February. Essentially I want to classically balance some surfing with some quality mongering. I am more of a TLN sort of guy. My perfect world would be to fund a nice girl to come and hang with me a bit and hang for a day or so with a semi-pro. I am not overly demanding. You need almost local level Spanish to accomplish this so good luck with that but if you speak fluent Spanish then you are good to go.

A nice semi pro at $150 plus party expenses would be perfect. Again willing to trade off exacting looks for attitude. Any nods would be appreciated. Stillntrying to figure out how to get around the new restrictions to pay for an account. I speak fluent French but sadly no Spanish. Any suggestions for which surf towns offer the best mongering. Information for outside of Quito and Gua is sparse.

I will of course hit the chongos as well and negotiate to the local prices. Plenty of good information about that!

Heading to Quito on August 10th for a few days of sightseeing and mongering. I'll be staying at the Marriott; I wonder if I'll find any action at the Hotel's fancy bars!

I do not know anyone in Quito. I spent 7 months last year in Medellin.

I would like any help I can get finding a girl.

I paid the subscription, and help would be appreciated.

I am staying in apartment near Foch Plaza.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, I will be visiting Guayaquil for ten days around mid-December. The plan is to do the tourism thing in the city and monger when I have the chance. In fact, I'm hoping that I'll be doing more mongering than tourism activities.

Thanks to all of you (especially DoomBringer321) for keeping the Guayaquil, Photo Gallery, and General Info forums regularly updated with fresh information. Look for my Guayaquil trip report in the Guayaquil forum in early 2022.

I always advise coming to Guayaquil with no competition low key zero ex-pats that will compete for the girl's attention and a dollar currency and relative safety you can't go wrong of course to connect with some of the member so the community you would have to upgrade to senior member in order to PM.

Airbnb is more expensive than Hotel in my opinion you are only staying a week downtown is relatively safe these times of the year, you could go to sol del Oriente or another hotel which I will publish on youtube on this board soon.

Why would you want to go in a cab when there is a perfectly functioning bus system also you can get a happy ban that is a bit more expensive but comfortable.I looked online and it takes 3 h and a half to go by bus to Milagro, whereas it takes 1 hour in a taxi; sounds like going to Salinas is ok by bus; I wonder if liberty city is really worth it.
