I have one more comment. The characteristics of women we are talking about isn't limited to America. It's globalized. It's hard for 20 something to understand genuine love and affection when there are so much distraction. From very young, American women noticed how large one's birthday party is, how fast one's car is, how large the house etc etc.

In asia, if they think about marrying at that age, they will be thinking about the material gain. Say in Hong Kong, before the property price collapsed, they think about the combined salary and how large the flat they can buy together. In Singapore, it's an advantage to marry someone with a PhD, M, or B. You get decreasing government money to encourage you to produce more children.

The Asian tradition is that the guy have to pay for a large feast. Nowadays instead of fading, the trendy in the Asian tigers hold the feast at 5 star hotels. At least 30 tables 12 person each. Above $100 each person. That's a deadly combination of tradition and modern materialism. If the guy's family can barely afford it, they will. The gal will not spare any expenses. Of course the ceremony is well documented by professionals, so any friends can see the replay for years to come.

In the old world the pace is slow for ordinary people. They really make love and nothing much else. Britain is fairly conservative but the teen pregnancy rate is among the highest there. If a girl survives all that, she may understand love and affection at 20 something. In Eastern Europe like Czech, girls aren't interested in marrying as everyone is dirt poor (in comparison). You don't gain anything in marrying the ordinary joe.

I just posted in LA and think that someone may be interested in these. American Women have tools that most other women don't have.

Where you live - some small cities in the suburbs have unbelievable statistics, say in south california. Well over 90 percentile of tax paying. That's not beach cities with big yachts, but new places most haven't heard about. You don't need to be a real estate agent. The info is available with a click of the mouse.

Address - with the address or post code, they know how much your house worth.

Occupation - of course lots of statistics on this. But insiders are much better than this info. They know which type of, say, engineers and marketing to hit, and who will hit 6 figures much faster than the others. So you get very different treatment if you come from different parts of the company building.

Health coverage - if it comes out of your pocket, a very decent coverage is up to $9000 a year. You can lease a very flashy car for that.

So if you get what catches their eyes, they will throw themselves at you. Any leather shoes and long pants help a lot. Some don't throw themselves at you, not because that they are not interested, but they know that you may not be interested in typical American Women.

I also agree with all the adjectives used against American women. But who isn't like that all over the world? Some Japanese women may be the worst of both worlds. Had a good time like western girls, then surgically sew the pussy back and get ready for marriage.

Asian girls are openly materialistic, while the American girls at least try to be PC about it. In dirt poor Asian countries, they want successful men for survival. In rich countries, they just want a better flat, car or just handbag. In Czech and Slovak, the girls don't want to marry at all as nobody has money.

Indigo, of course you don't understand. LIVING there for a year or so is NOTHING compared to living enough to get a citizenship or permanent resident. Most of all, you need a lifetime to understand the culture. If you ask in the forum, most are the same as you who don't understand the culture, the blind leading the blind.

Japan is the pioneer, or the only country, that 'invented' the surgery to allow girls to pretend to be a virgin again. Some girls in some other asian countries went there to do it. Another positive side of Texas. In another state, over a couple of years I earned about $174 K in the form of home equity. That's very modest over here. Females are basically the same specie but Darwin forces are at work. American women are at the extreme end so other women, eg, English, are no equal. On the other hand, women in many countries are not as bad as American, but their fellow countrymen suffice just as bad as American men.

Philipina, and in some extend Thai women, leave their country in armies, many with decent education and in their prime, to go to richer places such as Hong Kong, to become live-in domestic servants. Average policemen, single with no family to support, can afford a domestic. These domestics have to do everything including the famous hands free bath - the master don't use his own hands during bath. There are indeed much worse abuses and if you don't want to go back, you have to take everything in. Indeed it's so common that more recent buildings in the last decade or so have a little space like 4x8 ft hidden behind the kitchen or some other corners for live-in domestics. Of course these women are easily satisfied by American standards. Some silly guys want to import these domestics into America legally but these women disappear once arrived. In America they can live well outside of the law. Back in Hong Kong or in some parts of Europe, they can live with the master family for a long time, until the children grow up, the old master dies, or a short time when their single master want a fresh young one. There's no opportunity for them outside life as a domestic there, helped by the immigration laws. If they work long enough they can save enough for pension and a house back home. You can imagine how their fellow countrymen suffers when all these single women are gone for peanuts.

Chinese women are also very materialistic. In rural areas the bride used to want TV, bicycle etc. But if you can't afford them it's hard luck. So many of the villages bordering Hong Kong became villages of 2nd wifes. You used to be able to keep one for 400 USD a month. Many married men, whoever with some excuses to travel pass the border keep one, until both govt try to interfere by giving more rights to these woman and their children.

In Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, average women are doing OK on their own, most with decent education. So the good ones are just as picky if they ever want to marry. Men have to have good genes, afford large enough apartment to raise kids, jobs with a future as their pension scheme. What makes these women more tolerable in American standards is because they all want to go to America. The house size, the food price and shoping attracts them.

Europe is a lot different, and among itself. The small rich countries where there are no poor people, the women don't worry about anything, except for to find a decent man that treat them nice. Perhaps this is the model for American men to work on - fix the heath care and welfare system and one day American women can be tamed. The only catch for these European women is that you better get on the fast track like Karma Sutra, otherwise they would fall asleep whatever you do.

Middle of the ground Europe like England, the women never fear loss of health care coverage. Indeed most people see the same doctor and hospital whether they have a nice job or jobless, unless for more serious problems when private medical insurance makes a difference. They pay your resonable mortgage if you goes down, cause it's more expensive to find public housing for your family. You wait over ten years for public housing but you get it at the end, 3 bed houses. Did you ever see old people working in front of the public, like receptionist, public broadcasters? If you behave, there is a natural progression of things to protect you from hot competition with the new comers. The average women are not as bad as American women, as you can predict from their altitude towards Americans. They don't hit any eligible Ameridcan men in public - they have too much to give up. But for the women who sees a lot, they want to go places and will home in the right target and hit before you knows it.

In Italy, especially for lesser cities, particularly near GI bases, they hit everything American. They are about as materialist as Europeans can get. Even postwomen wear designer suites. Everybody looked gorgeous as they don't eat and put all money in designer clothes and makeups. Poor fellow countrymen.

From 1st hand experience in Eastern European, since everybody is broke, and educated people have just an uncertain future, girls just don't want to commit, and choose have a good time instead. If men don't have what they want, many women prefer to be a happy hooker, lots of tourist and they can tour European countries and as far as USA.

But EU will change a lot and follow the American model for a lot of cheap labors. Very soon the poorer Europeans, eastern europe and russia (?!), can travel where they want. Could be like America, or may be not, because the greatest immigration pressure into USA is from China, India, Latin America.

American women started to run up a perfect resume from early teens, or some from preschool. You can blame the American culture. Recently in a Buenos Airs supermarket, a woman asked me to let her go through the checker first, as she has only a few items. She spoke Spanish but I didn't. She made sure I understand. The British are less aggressive but if you invite them to get through first, they will. Many years ago in a supermarket in a British University, I invited a pair of girls behind to go first as I have a full trolley load. Unfortunately they are Americans. Not only that they turn me down, I realized that I should not have asked.

But on appearance, we have to consider the numbers. Sydney have 4 mil compared to LA's 10 mil. By absolute numbers there are likely to be more concentration of beautiful women. Though there are more unpleasant faces to wear you down.

One in 5 Australians is in Sydney, so you may have higher concentration of beautiful women. However, Australians also migrates, 'the body', Kidman, to Hollywood. Kylie conquered Australia (via neighbors, hehe), invaded Britain, but couldn't get anywhere close to Hollywood. LA do have unusually high numbers of beautiful but unsuccessful woman doing waitressing, escorts. LA is also the porn movie capital of the world.

My opinion is only on the looks department and nothing much else. Say if there is an overseas Chinese beauty pageant, the winner is likely to be from LA, rather than San Fran or NY. Sydney has lots of Chinese but still not that much. Nothing complicated opinion, just simply by numbers. Same goes for Korean or Latina.

Once I have an SO who is of course nothing like American women. She is easily satisfied. As time went on I wished she had something meaningful to do other than turning on the vacuum cleaner or shampooing the carpet every other day, which drove me nuts. The first time and every time I land in USA I have to say to myself that USA is so ugly. After a while I'm not ashamed of it anymore. If you feel that it's ugly it's some sort of old world snobbery. The road surface is the worst I have seen in the world with lots of dirts on the roadside. But then it's a miracle to keep it working and free from large debits, with so many more cars and lanes. For every populated city in the world with tree lined streets and gloriously restored historical buildings, you can find some dumps well hidden.

But why something like LA? Even EU seems to adapt the USA model of - the more labor the better, gobbling up many poor eastern European countries as fast as possible. Asian and Latin American countries have no problem except Japan and Australia. One of Sydney's possible plan is to grow from 4 mil to 14 mil to stay afloat. Pick you turf carefully, if these plans are to be realized, your turf can be Beverly Hills or downtown LA in 10 years.

I haven't got all day and if you are interested you have to scroll back. The point is most guys in this forum have some grunge with American Women and that's why we are here. But to say that country xxx have much more beautiful women it's beyond statistics. I'm citizen or permanent residence of countries equally spread around the world time zones.

Talking about cars, if you try to get an Asian girl friend, I can guarantee that they are typically worse.

CBGB, sounds like you are not getting it at some point. You are talking about casual sex attitude. Typical British pubs are neighborhood thing but single girls who go there are waiting to be picked up. Asian girls going to bars are relatively less. For a long term relationship material always get in the way. Land and house in the west coast is relatively much cheaper than the developed countries around the world. Even if you compare a typical house that a middle class family lives, california is still a lot cheaper. So attitudes in other countries can be worse.

What gold digger? Are all women gold diggers to some extend? If you offer an American women a 99 cent burger, I don't want to see her reaction. But if you go to some places in the world, she will treat you like a king. It doesn't mean that she has better attitude. It means different living standards.

Colleges in Britain and Europe are more open to sex. But American Women has the reputation of equality - if they want you they will chase you like a man chasing a woman.

CBGB, you can do a quick test via online dating. If you report that piece of house you have, you will have less luck in LA, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, London and South East, Europe. Even in Canton China prime housing is not much cheaper than Hong Kong. (After dropping some 50 to 70% it's reasonable to foreigners.) You don't need to be a real estate agent to compare something sensible. You can get a decent house in SGV CA, a nice house in some parts of Texas and plenty of places in USA. A school children will know that Australia is a large continent with only 20 mil people. Some may regard it as developed but to me it's frontier of the new world.

BTW you can check the ranking of expensive cities and LA is never on top.

JZ, I already said for 150k you can get nice housing in plenty of USA. That's not what I mean 'sensible'. I'm sure you can get 3000 sq ft beach side property in USA. You don't need to go to Sydney. (But I'm not so sure about the average water temperature and the commute to where majority of jobs are.) Real estate is about LLL amongst other things, comparing sq ft is too simplified.

Is it fair if I use LV to compare to the world? No. I used LA and it's indeed already much cheaper than a lot of places. 8 time zones away, in London, 30 miles south in the sticks, an average 3 bedroom semi detached house goes for 260K GBP, with each GBP goes for as high as 1.84 USD recently. These averages houses are comparable to miniature town houses in So Cal ! Master bedroom can barely put in a 'standard' double bed, whereas rooms in CA are relatively much bigger to accommodate California queen and king size beds. They have no yards, calling gardens is appropriate as you have enough space to plant something and a few strolls. If you compare sq ft per dollar, you are living like a king compared to London. For absolute sq ft per dollar, you have to multiply by at least 2 to several times the price of 260 K GBP.

Another 8 time zones from London takes us to Hong Kong. Never seen 3000 sq ft flats. Sure there are but would be super lux because if you are not super rich you won't want something like that, and there's no point building something like that in average locations. There's no yard no garden. If you find something like that the price will be astronomical. Even after a fall of 50 to 70 as reported by different sources, you have to remember to multiply the price by 20 to 30 times to compare to a house, as they practically live on top of each other in 20 to 30 storey tall buildings. These people see others living in miniature houses in London as living like kings.

So, say, if you take a HK girl to your house in London and propose, she will very likely to say yes. Same if you take a London to LA (some). If you take a HK girl to LA, she will propose to you.

What affordable housing? Never said that. 5 years ago in LA, some 20K USD deposit to get a house will have a cash return of 10 fold now. So the sticker price isn't everything. In many places in the world it's how to get you foot in. For a new graduate if you get 50K salary it's hard to get anything for 150 K loan. In Sydney if you get a large house for 150K, the question is whether a local graduate can get some 50K salary.

If it's easy to set foot in real estate, do you have the chance to get 10 fold return in 5 years?

Civ, you are confused. I explained that LA is much much cheaper than Hong Kong and London. A lot of Asian cities are not a much cheaper than HK, so more expensive than LA. Tokyo and a lot of Japanese cities, Taipei and a lot of Taiwan cities. Indeed tall buildings are the norm in Asia, you always have to multiply the cost by 10 to 30 times to be comparable to a house with nobody living above and beneath you. Very often even if you don't multiply, just the foot print is more expensive. In addition, there's no yard or garden.

Most of the cities south of London are more expensive. And many European cities are comparable or more expensive. How come you get your 99% ?

Sure you can compare LA to Bagdad, but why? I already said I compare developed countries. Say top 2 cities in G7 countries.

I'm not a politician so I can tell you the reason why CA want to issue driving license to even illegal immigrants - get votes. And I can honestly tell you why they get more votes.

Exploit the system? The system is supposed to be exploited. The IRS tell you how to split your travel expenses into work and play if you take a first class cruise to attend a trade conference. Nobody want to close existing loopholes because everybody is exploiting it. I had a legit online business for a little while that never sold a thing but reduced my taxes. It is my way to protest against the tax system.

I can safely say that for anyone that don't want more immigrants, it is their fellow countrymen who want more immigrants. It is not the immigrants who is to blame, there are always other places to go. In US there is an excuse that it's difficult to avoid people crossing the border. But that's just an excuse. Anyone try to do anything will not be supported by all parties. The apparent reason is that the rich party get cheap labor and the poor party get votes. Everybody wins.

In Australia you just can't walk across the border, and the ocean and great barrier offer some protection against anything that floats. And for 20 mil population with 4 around Sydney, I can't imagine how difficult it is to tighten the immigration law. Everybody's in it to allow some slacks.

The reason is very simple and there are many ways to visualize it for those haven't get a clue. A typical neighborhood house somewhere in LA goes from 150K to 450K in 6 years. Of course those immigrants directly involved are more likely to be relocated via business class and above. But the principle of music chair is behind everything. Everyone trade up with the bottom end supported by those fresh of the boat or just walked across types. While some complain, their fellow countrymen in Sydney, Vancouver, Toronto laugh all they way to the bank. Don't be so upset if you miss the boat.

In Hong Kong, Filipino domestics became a necessity as that allows all educated women, most are, to work. Most women work except for the rich to support the sky high real estate price.

The other day, with difficulty, a plumber agrees to come a day late. This guy comes with a driver! After briefly looked around, the master plumber wrote me an estimate of 1K USD. Believe me, the book value for replacing just the main valve, less than $10 value, to your house is some $300, for some 10 minutes of work. After estimates from 3 plumbers, I said thank you very much, and asked my Mexican gardener to give me a number for his friend who can solder pipes. I'm sure I can but I never tried. BTW, my gardener never asked for raises but his team grows from one to three, and he can pick up any numbers at any time to do one off jobs like tree trimming. He doesn't work that much anymore, just walking around with his blower and give instructions.

If you are screwed up, you don't need immigrants to screw you up. What is not made in China? Ever so thrilled about the all time favorite slight Scottish accent at the call center? Even high tech jobs are exported to India, and lesser known, China.

As for Asian providers, LA can give you some ideas because some girls are rotated around the world, or the operators are different branch under the same umbrella.

Child support - choose a young girl with a very nice figure. If you drop her in a few years, it's probably better for her to keep her figure than to keep a few kids. On the other hand, American consumers are rather smart. While other nations are talking about brand names, we are talking about bang for the buck. Most popular car has been Toyota Camry. The car you drive do somehow reflect your disposal income, but the margin is wide. Some buy the most expensive car that their credit can afford, or poorly afford. Dealers have to deal a lot with these people who have to find something they actually can buy. Some buy respectable car for their salary and neighborhood, nothing too fancy. Some buy character, which a Toyota Camry or Avalon, no mater how good it is, cannot do. Some put everything into retirement and don't give a damn what they drives.

I would suggest a balanced attitude. It doesn't cause much harm to burn yourself sometimes, just to live a little. When you wake up you can sell the car. You may lose a lot but you can cut your loses. A lease can only tie you up for at most a couple of years. And you can sell the lease, buy the car and then sell it. House is a different matter. It's the most tax efficient and a rather secure investment.

For this particular site, to me there's not a single word, single name, single company can be verified by me. The site can be dream up by an 17 year old. Probably not. But here's normally how it works.

A legit gold broker company, like an online stock broker, wants business. They made up all the phony materials, or they hire someone to do that with deniability. They spread the phony materials by enticing associates who get kickback for referral from their sites. Or each associate became a sub-broker. The client accounts of the sub-brokers are basically managed by the main broker. The sub-brokers get part of the account fees. These associates set up phony sites, pick some phony materials among a huge numbers, changing the name of authors, companies, rearranging the info. They also lie as nobody will sue them in the hope of recovering anything. These phony materials spread like a pyramid. Even anybody who own a gold account will be very happy to propagate these materials.

Oh, I forget to add in other thread, that I would avoid countries with historical Catholic influence. Let's start from there. Asian students flare best in Scandinivia, it's like a blond in Africa. But there something to do with the way scandinivian men treat their women.

Europe/US, big city big universities, metro, multi-racial environment, race isn't an issue. Either people are used to it, or they are curious in novelty. Asians, foreign and local, are expected to do well, and they proportionally take on tougher subjects/professions. (That should appear on AW's rada screen.) If you don't agree on that, there should be some statistics around. I can vaguely remember in the news some university in CA, the policy on positive discrimination on minorities actually hurts Asians. The less emphasis on acadamic score made the Asians angry - they put their money in real estates, move to cities where the schools are better, and if not they put money in private schools, often money they can barely afford.

There are good universities not in the East or West coast, which take in large numbers of foreign students. Foreign, or even US local, Asians has higher sense of purpose, otherwise they won't be paying the price and going there. And they are already going places by being there. Whereas in similiar sutiation in Europe, where unemployment rate are high, local students don't hesitate to quit if they get a good job, for a so-so degree there won't guarantee anything. Most Asians are from big cities, where the Asian girls don't hesitate to do a $100 US hair cut for big occassions. If you drive across LA via I 10, the scale of the Asian economy there is very impressive. From oil change to buying a 30K pianno, it's worthwhile to take a long drive up there. I have no intention to defend USA but just to provide some balanced viewpoint. Tax burden is not bad, tax freedom day is in April. No VAT except for a few percent from States. For that in CA you get plenty of good world class universities in various departments, cheap for local residents. Even party central UC Santa Babara has Nobel price winners.

That actually seems like an excellent idea. I am still pretty young, but I have wondered what I want to do when I settle down. Depending on what you refer to by body odor, it isn't related to washing your body everyday. If you don't smell and don't sweat, you can go on for days without bad smell.
