Sylvan.IMHO this is partly due to the change in demographics with more younger Indians (mainly the culprits) in the country / on the board who have no clue and are lazy. You, JK Neurones and others with me have chatted about this and sadly this seems to be the trend. The India board is a mess because of this and the UAE is slowly slipping to the same demise unless the less than 25 FR guys start posting real information.
I get lot of PMs and I ignore most as the person has made no contribution and has a history of asking for digits etc, promising a FR and never doing a thing.
