After going through numerous reports I have got down to these 2 options (Czar or Premiere). I have decided to visit one of these and get a table because I like being in control and girls flocking to me and I will be booking a hotel room accordingly.
The issue is to select one of these two.

Thanks to my friend Steve W, I have started to get more interested in the possibility of coming over to Dubai. I first thought it was overpriced and difficult due to the culture of treating women there. I was in premier last weekend and things have changed once again. Entry fee is back to 200 AED with no free drink, pre-pandemic prices. All the chairs and tables have been removed from the dance floor and in front of the bars. The only downside is the ladies have not not returned to there previous numbers. I think there were maybe 50 to 60 ladies in the club around at 1 AM. If your into euro and asians they are practically nonexistent but I think things will change in the next few months after the word is out that prices have dropped.

Went to Jockey pub in Panorama hotel last week. Went in early (8 pm) as there was a cricket match on large screen I wanted to watch. At that time there was only couple of other customers like me and no girls.
Customers and girls started to float in only around 10.30. But till about 11.15 pm (had to leave early for early start. I was not planning action that night) there were few African girls and an Indian girl. Chatted with the Indian girl who loosely quoted 800 -1000 for overnight. Was in Dubai for a week in early September, so figured I'd share what I picked up.
1) Tinder is pretty good. I prepped my trip a little using Tinder with premium to allow you to change your location. Some have their numbers on their profiles, so are clearly on the game. I swiped left on anyone that looked like they were there for a real relationship, and swiped right basically on any Russian+ (Uzbek etc) or Filipina or Vietnamese looking. Some of the Russians+ look great, and are quick to offer to chat on WhatsApp. Got some offers for 1000 from some real lookers, but did not follow up as I made my choice for the week (see below).
I also matched with a SE Asian office worker and decided to date her a little and see what would happen. That way I'd have someone to do so tourism and dinner with, and if it didn't work out then could pick someone up later at night.
2) I stayed in Bur Dubai. Neither Bur Dubai nor Deira are particularly high class areas. For info Bur Dubai is very Indian.
3) Took a visit to a pharmacy to buy some Blue Vitamin pills. Never used before, but thought it might be worth trying as I was hoping for a lot of action for the week. For info you can buy them over the counter without prescription. There are 2 strengths 50 MG and 100 MG. I went with the 50 as I don't have a problem (yet). Costs 108 aed for 4. Turns out it was a great idea! I was like the Duracell bunny. Basically, hard non-stop, whenever I wanted.
4) To save time for first enjoyment, I connected over WhatsApp with a Filipina from tinder who was nearby. Agreed 700 for the night. I went to her place as I had read somewhere that my hotel (4 Points) only allowed one registered guest per visit. I don't know if that is true but certainly one is fine I discovered later. The Filipina was early 20's, obviously not the same as the girl in the tinder profile. A little chubby and not amazing looking, but super friendly and smiley so I went with it. I find girls like that are great for sex, and sure enough, I had a great time. Like most girls, she rents a "partition". To explain, landlords have apartments. Lets say a normal 3 or 4 bedroom apartment. And they put up partitions to make it into 12 rooms, each one not much bigger than 12 m sq. Renting them all out to different girls. Normal shop workers etc also rent like this in Dubai.
5) next night I had been out late, and only started to think about the hobby around 2 am. I went to Al Mankhool Road thinking of going to Jockeys, Barrells or Club Mint. Walking between Barrells and Mint, there were a few street walkers offering services. One 8 from Kenya offering ST for 200, but SWs aren't my thing. As I got to Mint, an Ethiopian girl came out. Typically beautiful face and slightly olive skin as Ethiopians have, although she was curvy. Not skinny. * any budget available.
* no up selling during stay.
* Always green (never had any issues).
I tend to stay around Marina and in the morning chose a different breakfast place every time. Breakfasts are better then even the most posh hotel. No matter how good the breakfast, after a week you will be fed up with it.

This is a report covering the past few weeks I have enjoyed in Dubai.
Thanks to all the senior members for their contributions (read back some 20 pages) over the months which enabled me to make my choices. I am not a fan of escorts for fear of bait and switch and hence I did not use MR. Whilst I have no problems in going to AMPS I don't really get the point of reviews / posts of them as the services are largely standard. So this reports I concentrated on options from line ups in various bars / clubs. I should say that I have particular likes which influenced my preferences. Whilst a good standard of line up is most important, I don't like clubs which don't "get going" until midnight, or where music (live or not) is so loud it is impossible to speak to girls.
Hotels.
I appreciate there is a whole thread on this so will keep this bit short. I stayed largely in 3 hotels – Jumeirah Creekside, Hyatt Centric and LE Meridian (Royal Club) near the airport. They are all green. Centric is new (8 months old) and has private access area on the adjoining beach which is nice. Good standard, as is the Creekside, but overall I preferred the facilities at LE Meridian. Fantastic wellness / fitness / spa / restaurants. And Jules!
York International. Went several times. No entry fee, 3 good pool tables and one hosts games for good standard players. As ever, mixed orientation of ladies but mainly Viets, Filipinos and Eritreans. The standard is not particularly high but there are some gems in the crown – particularly the two Pakistani ladies who I enjoyed some great times with. Girls here are quite pushy compared to other options below, but somehow I like the bar and returned several times.
Red Square and Coochini Moscow Hotel.
Unavoidable 250 AED entry. Was it worth it? Probably not compared to other options. A very good mix of choices and standard is higher than York with some stand out ladies. Big shout out for Anna from Thailand – short mousey hair – slim, great figure and very bubbly girl who gives excellent service. Several Russian ladies here but there were some overweight girls – particularly in Coochini upstairs, which wasn't the case in some of the other bars. Live music in Red Square which was never impressive. The layout isn't all that conducive either – it's effectively a rectangle. You enter and go to the bar on the left, lines of girls either side forming a guard of (dis) honour. Then to walk around you go to the end by the stage, turn right, return down the other side of the rectangular bar down the second line (there are many tables in between which the hostesses seek to persuade you to sit at) again with ladies on either side, some against the wall, others at tables talking to friends and other punters. What is good about Red Square is that it gets busy early – unlike some of the other options. I like to be starting my fun in the hotel by midnight if possible. It is possible from here as the girls are embedded into their chosen areas early on. There are lots of good options in the line up and I never struggled other than who to choose. 1500 is standard quoted time for ST (same as most of the places I went to) but after a quick bit of laughter and "you know it's not that and it's 1000 for ST" they quickly negotiate downwards. Some ask their Managers (older ladies) to come to do the deal. Other times, the girl will come to your hotel room (ID having been provided to the hotel receptionist in all of the three aforementioned hotels I stayed in), and the manager will call the girl and speak to you to confirm you've paid the money.
El Barrio. I actually went here first, despite it being a bit of a trek from Centric where I stayed first which is south west on the Jumeirah coast. I did so because of some good reports and one particularly report saying that the poster didn't get to go further than this bar. Well I managed 2 visits only. The first was a disaster but then I did arrive early – 10.30 pm. The lady singers and dancers were the greater number in the bar! It's dead at 10.30 pm. Tried their food – awful and service was dire. It's an incredibly loud club. Girls did start to head in, but it really is weak compared to the other options. I only returned for a second time (a) to see if it got busier later – and it did but the line up was really quite poor and for me, the worst place I tried, and (b) for the fabulous karaoke bar right next door to El Barrio where I liked to take ladies from other bars for a drink. Very close in location to Red Square albeit walking isn't easy due to the central reservation barrier. I was happy to hop over it but would not have expected or asked a lady to do so. On my findings, a very poor option but then I only visited twice.
Czar. I had high hopes for this place based on previous reviews but for me it was another El Barrio. Doesn't get going until around midnight. Fabulous white McLaren with Gucci stripes parked outside most nights but we are there for the ladies not the cars! Friendly staff, club style feel and again far too loud. Lest anyone think I don't like loud music see below which indicates otherwise – but El Barrio and Czar were just really booming and made talking to the ladies very difficult. And there is no real escape area in either place. Even at the very back of El Barrio where the kitchen is located it is still horribly too loud to have a conversation. I did make some choices from Czar – nearly all started with 1500ST but all quickly reduced expectations to 1200, and on one occasion 1000 with most offering LT for 1500. Some very pretty Russian girls at Czar. I found them sexy but attitude was a little cold compared to my favourite places (below).
Ratsky. My second favourite club / bar. It is predominantly a mix of Filipinos and Vietnamese girls. There are two stages in different parts of the club hosting fantastic live bands. They are far enough apart for the music not to clash. One small (but good) pool table in the rear area / part of the club. Unlike some of its competitors, the music is (a) good because the performing bands are excellent and (b) not too loud to prevent discussion. Maybe it is because of the club being big enough. Ratsky reminded me a little of some of the gentleman's clubs in the Far East (Bangkok and Pattaya) though there is no "activity" on site. The girls are a little pushy / touchy feely, but would relent after a polite "I'm just relaxing at the moment thanks". Girl drinks are not expensive here. I found myself returning several times to Ratsky. Asking prices are much lower than other clubs with many of the girls happy to do ST for 600 AED. And there are really good quality choices for that amount. On 2 occasions I took two girls at that amount, bought them drinks and told them if the service was good I would increase to 800 each which they were delighted with and duly obliged on the service levels. Again there were some Pakistani girls who were very pretty and one stunning American blonde girl who would not negotiate at all on her 1500 for 2 hours price. She would have been better moving to Czar / Jules or Red Sq as here her price point given the other present options made her appear overly expensive. She was a solid 9/10 looking girl but I wasn't sufficiently tempted given the other excellent choices.
Jules. My no. 1 option in Dubai. It's changed in the past few years. It is no longer the small bar where it was all a bit uncomfortable to even approach. Located immediately next to the excellent Dubliners restaurant / bar – fabulous food, great pool tables / darts / big screens for sports. No problems taking a girl out of Jules into this bar, or even the main bars at lobby in LE Meridian or the classy bar in the Royal Club (need to be in accommodation there to use it). The live bands and singers in Jules are on another level to the entertainment I enjoyed at other bars / clubs. Jules is bigger than it used to be, has a lot of seating which quickly fills up because of how good the bands are. The line up is varied – met girls from Vietnam (the incredible Mimi – 10/10 looks, body, service, company), Filipinos, a few EEs, and several Russians. The majority were Asian origin. Prices again start at the 1500 but quickly reduces to 1200 and they will then drop to 1000 (ST). I suppose Jules is my favourite because of a cocktail of quality of line up, logistically fabulous – no taxis just a short walk to the rooms (and the rooms in the Royal Club are truly very impressive and well worth the money), the live music, the great bar next door, and the overall ambience is "party" but not so much for young people as I found it to be in Czar and even Red Square. Jules caters more for guys over 40, but not just mongers. There are couples in there, guys on golf trips etc and it just has a good feel to it. But all of that, and the great facilities would be of little use if the line up was poor – but I never found it to be so. Not as many girls to choose from as Red Square or Ratsky (or even York) but the qualify (IMHO) was always very good. Like Ratsky – the action starts earlier than other places with a plentiful supply of young ladies from 10 pm onwards.
Blu Bar / Club. To my disappointment I didn't get to go whilst it was on my list. I didn't get to Premiere (Hyatt Regency) either but that is because my previous trips there have rarely ended with me making a selection. From reports in this forum the level of line up at Blu is highly recommended so I did want to try it but (a) logistically always seemed just a little south of where I was and (b) didn't want to go to another place which was dead at 11 pm and only got busy later – but then having not tried it I cannot really say that. Would be interested to read if other members have experienced the line up at say 10.30 pm? It is on my list for my next trip to Dubai.
Quick tip. I was twice asked for the whole of the money in the club by 2 of my choices and politely refused saying I didn't carry that much money (which wasn't true) but would pay in the room. Whilst unlikely, I have known of cases where tourists are ripped by paying and then the girl disappears. Paying in the room pretty much reduces that risk – it doesn't eliminate it and there are reports of girls saying she needs to "pop into the corridor for a private call" only to disappear with the cash. A good tip is to lie about the length of your stay. All of the ladies ask how long you will be in Dubai. It is not a good idea to say "just tonight" or 2 nights. This is because they know this is their only chance to extract the most cash from you and their negotiations on price will be harder as a result. If they believe you will be in Dubai for longer there is (a) the prospect of repeat business and (b) a real prospect that you'll be in the club and see them again. This not only serves to sharpen their negotiation pencil to a lower price point, but also means the service level is good in the hope of a repeat.
And so a return to Europe until the next trip. I love Dubai, and its excellent options.

If you go on to their Facebook page (Ratsky Karma) and scroll down youll see the pool table and seating area (not in the main bar area with the stage). When you are at the pool table you can watch the act on the second (smaller stage) but cannot see at all into the main bar area or see the main stage. Hope that helps!

(Meat markets don't ensure you'll get perfect service ofcourse, but at least you see what you're getting).
I can also attest that some workers would ask for full money upfront in the club, or even ask to go to their own incall, which I declined. There's far too many women there, to be subjective to the ones who have too many silly demands.
One thing I've noticed in the Middle East, as opposed to Thailand or Germany FKK, is that women want money beforehand. I hate doing this, because then there's no incentive for good service. Some women (usually Russians or Latin Americans) also ONLY do covered BJs and not BBBJ, so you really have to negotiate everything beforehand. However I never had an issue with covered BJs from Asian women.

Its a big turnoff for everyone. But aside from negotiating theres not much you can do if you want Russians/EE or Latin Americans (Colombians) in the Middle East. They all insist on it. The only option Ive seen is Asian women (Vietnamese, Thais, Filipino, etc) who are far more willing to provide BBBJ as standard.
But despite all this I'm really upset. The girls you can pick in these clubs / agencies are nice but nowhere near as exciting as the bombshells you see outside. Yes I'm starting to go a bit crazy, my ultimate type is Russians (not Latina, French, Polish, Swedish, African, American) and boy are there an infinite amount of Russian bombshells, so close yet so distant. As a 35 yo single guy, I'm starting to lose my mind here and I really mean it.I've been to plenty of day clubs in Dubai where I've seen absolute dime pieces, a lone, but the risk of asking them if they're a working woman outweighs the reward. They could easily be a tourist. The only viable option is to "scour the earth" through the meat markets until you find something good. Cold approaches to hot women at the mall might get you slapped or accused of stalking / harassment.
And for all you know, that fat russian dude was perhaps willing to pay those women more money that you're not willing to pay. (And if they already have a client, ofcourse they are going to ignore you).

So came back to Dubai 2 nights ago and staying at my usual place the Royal LE Meridien, (great rooms). First night of the plane and after a quick bite at Dubliners head into Jules around 10. I must say the place was quietest I've seen it in a long time in terms of number of girls and guys, (good for me as I hate fighting around the crowds). Anyway meet and greeted by a few Viets I've spent the night with before. I always find that a bit of trap because I like to always try someone new but it's good to start with a few hugs. But then I was only in the Creekside for 2 nights (and one of them I had no mongering opportunity due to a business meeting / dinner). I would cancel for a different reason. LE Meridian is just a far better hotel. Make sure to book a room in the Royal Club. They are not much more expensive than in the main hotel, but it has its own reception and pool (which was refreshing instead of the tepid water in the main pool). LE Meridian do a complimentary car drop off at the airport and its gym is state of the art. Add to that having Jules on site and for all those reasons I would not bother staying anywhere else unless you fancy time near Jumeirah.

I was in JBR a few days ago as I hadn't been there in over a year, so wanted to check it out. Lots of new restaurants have popped up. And just saw African street walkers. They are everywhere in Dubai now, I won't be surprised if there's a crackdown soon. While there, as fate would have it, bumped into the familiar Azeri hottie. Damn she looked so fine and I hadn't seen her in over 6 months. We chatted, had dinner and back to her apartment in Marina.
What followed was another mind blowing session. DFK, GFE, 69, DT BBBJ, missionary and then tapping her killer ass in doggie until I was done. I just love her looks, big lips, and perfect body. Oh and she has perfect feet too LOL. I'm a feet person and notice everything, plus she is super hygienic and takes good care of herself and is very accommodating, nice caring personality too. The only issue will be if you have few drinks in the club, it is risky to drive thereafter. The laws are very strict. You can spend the night inside if you are unlucky. There is no bail till morning. Better and safer option are taxis or Careem a car hailing app.

There are so many scam reports where it can get dangerous. You need to RTFF at least 10 pages in each thread and follow the footsteps of seniors and contributors who had good experiences. The only websites which are partly reliable are MR or Euro girls. Dubai model is about clubs and clubs where you see things and bring her to your place. I'm on a 14 hour layover for a business trip and decided to test my luck. I haven't been in Dubai since the pandemic and was curious how things were. I've stayed at the Grosvenor House before and remember it being green because that's where Buddha Bar is located. I got to my room around 20:00 and headed down to Buddha. It's a bit different. I saw 3-4 girls that were maybe 7's tops, maybe a 5 if you're not into curvy girls. I didn't really have time to mess about and check out other bars, so I figured I'd try Eurogirls since I've heard some people having success with that. It went shockingly well. Been away for a few months and just got back to Dubai. Made a dash to Moscow on the first night I got back. That place is buzzing! I have been through the recent pages of here and booked first stay at Fourpoints in downtown for one night to explore the downtown street scene, Aangan and Mirchi since I have never been with an indian / pakistani WG. If I don't like what I see then probably do some fake market shopping next with a session at local AMP or EMP before taking my onward flight to another nearby country of business.
For my second leg in the town, will be staying closer to the airport at LE meridian Royal Club and explore the talent at Jules. Since I live in UK I have done plenty of English, Russian, Romanian, Polish, Chinese, Spanish, French, German FKK, Thai etc so these are off the menu unless there is really someone cute and personable. Also like my viets WG as I have only been with one in Kuala lampur during previous business trip. Also want to see if I can find any pretty Labanese, Iranian or Uzbeks. Again cause never been with those beauts.

After a gap of 5 + years, my travel to Middle east regions again picked up. I am not finding much report on Burjuman Chinese joints which were very economical on pocket.

After a night in Global Village for the reopening, I went straight to Czar at around 2 am. Place was full of girls with a much better choice than on Monday. For lovers of petites / slim girls like me, there was at least 4-5 decent choices and 2-3 really good. Including Khaleesi, a girl I've nicknamed like this because she look a lot like, well, Khaleesi. Tonight is my last night so I decided to go check Clu Blu.
I didn't go in, just stayed in lobby of Hotel V checking entry and exits.
Girls seemed to be the same kind as in RS / Czar but need to check inside.
Then went to DIFC. First stayed in front of Amazonico and wow some very hot ladies. Then went to DIFC gate village and double wow, a TON of stunners walking in pairs waiting to get picked up. The amount of information out there regarding this side of dxb is very minimum least to say. Ofcourse that statement "taking 1 for the team" does not come from an arrogant place but ID like you to understand that the information is as good as none.
I do intend to rather make it a thing for others to start talking about the mongering scene more on this forum around that side of dubai, I am sure that tecom and upwards has a lot to offer and perhaps maybe a little high end but getting to know an overall idea of dubai would be great as oppose to bur dubai, szr, deira.
I wish to talk about and share valuable insight on this coming expidition.

I did 3-4 sorties to Baran when I stayed in Moscow a couple of months back. Noon-ish, 8-ish and couple of times past 11. The best Irani I saw was at lunch time, but there were less than 5 girls in the couple of hours I spent then. She went and sat outside in the swing chairs for a long time. Casually chatted but was in no mood to take her after a redeye flight that morning.

I came there after a bad tinder date and since I was all excited, decided not to finish the evening alone.
I took my car (yes, I don't like taking taxi back with girls. The driver listening to the conversation etc.) from JLT to Red Square, maybe a 20 min ride when there is no traffic like this Friday evening.

Very good trip report and thank you. Your experience at red square mirrors my own. I too have found the importance of talking directly with the mamasan (manager). Some can play hard ball (asking for money full and upfront at the club or pushing you to pay for expensive threesome), but in general they make things easier and decrease the chance of something going wrong.

Went there on a weekday at around 10 pm or so. The place was just starting to fill in. Stayed for an hour or, maybe, a bit longer. The place has an upmarket feel and prices to match. Even a mocktail was around 50 AED or so, so be prepared to spend. Also, have to add that the place is not the best for scoping talent while remaining seated in one place because of the layout. You'd have to do a walkabout from time to time to see what's available. The joint is well-lit, so the limited inspection of wares that club / bar scene allows can be entertaining in and of itself.
The number of WGs could be counted on one hand. Quality wise though, the limited talent that was on offer was definitely up there. Chatted with a few from Lebanon who were quite friendly. - Police is super helpful in Dubai. They are aware of this type of gang. Recently they banned Nigeria from Dubai.
Even You can register complain anonymously. Dubai Police through their Al Ameen service on 8004888 from within the UAE or on +9718004888 from outside the UAE. Sharjah Police through their Najeed service on 800151, or send SMS to 7999.

However this is nothing new. There is a separate thread 'SCAM' reports that detail about this age old scam that goes on all the time. And even this MR thread there is much info and feedback on genuine providers and discussions on specially not going for MR profiles with no reviews. And very pretty pictures is definitely a red flag. Time and time again mongers have been warned of this, that's why the separate thread. Reporting can be tricky as prostitution itself is not legal. However anonymously send their details to the Dubai CID, you can do that from their website or Al Ameen. It's possible the gang might have even moved operation. But this will not entirely stop them as they know people are afraid to report it as they don't want to be questioned. You should have given the MR link if its still active so others can avoid this.
Went there on a weekday. The entry is 200 AED with 2 drinks included. The place was filled with Russians / EEs of all shapes and sizes. Most of the girls were disinterested chimneys, self-absorbed and happy chatting amongst themselves. No intiative on their part, no eye contact or smiles in the direction of the clientele, which for me was a vibe killer. You'll have to put in legwork i.e. make rounds and introductions at each table to scope and sift through the talent. If you have obscene amount to spend, then go to a Indian dance place in Karama / Fortune hotel and talk to the managers wearing suit if they can arrange. This is not just money scam. This is both physical assault and robbery by a gang of at least 3. My questions to forum are:
1. What are the risks to me if I go to police and file criminal complaint (there are a lot of details available, I even took pictures of my scratches)? I will leave Dubai in 7 days. In the what's app exchange some services were mentioned but once only otherwise it was not very clear in the thread. Mostly incall" was mentioned and rate.
2. The are the odds that this gang starts blackmailing me as they got my international what's app? Or that they file smth again me as security guard got my name into registration form? (Covering himself clearly).
3. Are there any criminal lawyers in Dubai I can talk to?

Secondly I too was scammed about a year ago and sought to deal with this legally. I did try and DM you but I'm not sure you have that functionality.
I will give you a brief overview of my experience with the law and the police. The fraud I was victim to is slightly different in nature to yours but hopefully my experience will give you (and others) an idea of how complaints of a "sensitive" nature are viewed there.
I too tried the anonymous methods of reporting my scammer to the police. As a tourist to the UAE (resident, UAE I. D) I found difficult to file a complaint and I ended up sending an email. This was not acknowledged and the complaint was not followed up. This despite me having:
1) details of the scammers passport.
2) WhatsApp messages describing the fraud.
3) money transfer details.
Because of the type and size of the fraud I sought legal advice and I canvassed three local firms one of which had UK lawyer's. All these firms offered and initial consultation on a pro-bono basis. This varied from 30 minutes to one hour. The striking thing was that the views were very mixed alot of the variation came from my concern around the use of WhatsApp conversations and my concerns that I might end in jail too (for as little as using swear words). This will give you an idea of the complications and the risks of using working girls in that part of the world.
1) visa status: all the lawyers were very keen to understand on what visa / basis the subject was in the UAE on. If a tourist visa the sense was it would be easier work. Anything else would be tricky.
2) tel number used by the criminal: all were very keen to also understand whether the WhatsApp messages were sent from a Dubai number of a number originating from another country. If a Dubai number then again this makes prosecution easier under the UAE's cyber laws. One lawyer told me that by merely soliciting using WhatsApp (sending pictures and quoting prices) would be enough to file a case and have the subject fined, imprisoned deported and blacklisted for life.
3) relying on WhatsApp for the police complaint: the opinions I received here were varied. Yes you can use your chat history but it will need to be translated into Arabic (all agreed on this) you would pay for this. One lawyer suggested that the police would want my phone forensically analyzed to make sure that the chat log was not altered and any information was not deleted. Again, you pay for this and the lawyer estimated that it would cost 20 k AED ($5 k) the English lawyer suggested just walking away and forgetting about it.
4) costs: your average cost of a lawyer per hour was $500 per hour with VAT. Which from a UK perspective was about similar (given the 20% VAT levied in the UK). But they will quote you a fixed fee for the task. Which will involve making the complaint and batting off anything that gets thrown back at you. Keep in mind that if the police take the case you are open to counter claim. For the criminal case estimates ranged from 8-12 hours work (not including court costs or translation).
5) Process: as there is money involved you may wish to seek repatriation of your money plus damages. To do this the lawyers agreed that you would first raise a criminal complaint, secure a conviction. If successful, the criminal is subject to a fine (this goes to the state, not you), imprisonment (likely in your case) of which they are charged see. $30 per day, deportation and a permanent ban from the UAE. Secondly, after conviction is secured you would raise a civil case for the amount you lost plus damages, plus your costs. This process attracts another, fixed fee. If successful the criminal stays in prison for up to two years (charged at the daily rate) until the money is paid back to you.
Also worth noting that:
1) if the Tel number is a Dubai number and is registered to the user, the number can be traced to a person. If the number has been sold into someone that uses the number for any reason then the original registered user has committed a crime. The Tel numbers are registered to a passport or a UAE I. The.
2) if passport details are acquired (by you or the police) it makes the investigation a lot easier (obviously). Those passport scan machines you see in hotels are all apparently linked to a police database and the data is stored. Anybody that has been to a hotel and had their passports scanned have their details on a police database.
3) once a criminal or civil case has been filed and the subject is identified there is a block on travel and the subject can be detained at the airport until the matter is resolved. In a criminal case I believe that now extends to borders in all GCC countries.
To summarise, as a foreign national and given the nature of the fraud I was involved in I thought it better to make my complaint via a lawyer. Sadly, the process took a while to put in place the the person that defrauded me left the country before the complaint was established (missed by three weeks) but it's there if she returns. I made my complaint out of principle. The money I would expect to be returned would be equal to the amount I would expect to receive (I assume some losses through the court system). I am not sure I would bother with the civil leg of the complaint.
So, it's down to you. But remember, lawyer's aren't charity. They want paying and they are not cheap. If this had been a fraud committed in the UK I simply would have gone to the police station and filed a complaint.

1) got talking to a cam girl over the course of a fe months.
2) camgirl would announce to me that she had a modelling Jon in the UAE and would be quitting (yes alarm bells did ring).
3) camgirl arrives in the UAE and moans about the cost of things. We talk daily.
4) three days in camgirl describes being sex trafficked and forced to have sex with 5-5 men a day who sodomised and physically abused her. She and her travel companion.
5) I ask how much her "debt" is. She asks for see. $2 k.
6) I wrestle with the fact is a) Could be a scam b) Could be legit (I googled what she described and found it was quite common). I transferred the money to her.
7) she is "released". I pay for her to stay at a hotel for the next few weeks.
8) I travel to the UAE with a work colleague to see if a) She existed b) She was telling the truth.
9) she leaves the UAE and describes a terrible home life, a desperate situation (illness, family illness, tragedy). I continue to send money.
10) months pass I get suspicious I hire a private investigator I discover it was all bullshit. I talk to her travel companion who tells me she's a bad girl and (yes) it's all bullshit.
I open a case in the UAE, her home country.
I uncovered the deception in Jan 2022. She would travel to Dubai that same month. She would operate out of CZAR bar and was managed by that middle aged blind woman in there. She finished working there April 2022 and returned June 2022 - leaving August 2022.
During the investigation she was receiving AED post her return to her home country. So perhaps she spun another mug along? Who know?!
Now, yes a was stupid but I did weigh this all up, and I settled on of it was true and decided paying the money as it does happen there, (particularly with girls from this region) and it seemed moral. I could not believe someone would tell a lie like that. But there you are. Be in no doubt it is fraud and it is criminal.
If this had happened I (sextrafficking) in most other countries of course you would contact the police but perhaps not in the UAE?
When I read some of the posts on here and see what WGs offer as back stories I now take a rather syndical view.

The ops report I agree is one of the best and undoubtedly useful for just about any crime reporting and action for residents. I'the like to add that a local emirati confided in me how he has lost faith in the judicial system having gone through a hard time while building his house and cheated by the contractor and unfavourable judgements passed.

Very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, mongering involves a level of risk when it comes to incalls or even outcalls. It just sucks when the risk ends up being a scam or robbery.
One can say "I will never do incalls" but the fact is that many providers only have incalls so there's always some risk.

Went there on a weekday. The entry is 200 AED with 2 drinks included. The place was filled with Russians / EEs of all shapes and sizes. Most of the girls were disinterested chimneys, self-absorbed and happy chatting amongst themselves. No intiative on their part, no eye contact or smiles in the direction of the clientele, which for me was a vibe killer. You'll have to put in legwork i.e. make rounds and introductions at each table to scope and sift through the talent.
Ironically enough, Ill take the boring, uninterested, chatty meat markets over the aggressive stalkers and harassers at places like York hotel. You take one step in there and theres Africans hounding you. And they dont take no for any answer.

Sorry if this post is a nonsense, in a bit of a state. My husband has just come home from a 'business meeting'. He works for a very well known company and was supposedly meeting new business contacts off LinkedIn. When he got to the arranged meeting place, which was in a very nice building in JVC, he was kidnapped by 5 African people, 3 females (whaaat) and 2 males. I can barely believe I am writing this. Apologies the details are sketchy, as he's not making too much sense right now. They demanded his bank details (he has 2 different banks), slapping and punching him for giving incorrect pin details. He wouldn't give them the pin so they then took his phone and used his face as Face ID on the banking app. We are now trying to stop the cards (several debit and credit cards) and about to go to the police station to report this. They held him hostage for over 4 hours and of course, took all of his cash money. So far we know that they have transfered 100,000 aed to a Dubai bank account, which the bank is trying to recall, and then made transactions to various other places like Ding which I think is a mobile top up. We know the name of the bank it has been transferred to and the account holders name. If anyone has any advice on anything else we should be doing it would really be appreciated.
Just to add a few more updated details, this happened at 2 pm and was in a mixed use building (offices and apartments). He therefore thought he was attending an office. He has contacted LinkedIn but at the moment they are quoting privacy laws. However we are hopeful of finding a way around this.

Yes, I did open a case. The laws she broke were UAE laws. Indeed what she did was illegal in lots of other jurisdictions. The lies she told were wicked and disgusting in nature. You read of genuine stories of the misery she described (particularly in relation to women of her home country alot. Perhaps why she decided on this particular story). I did genuinely feel concerned at the time.
Of course, yes I did eventually meet her. And I was convinced of further hard luck stories when she eventually left the UAE. Again, stories that are not uncommon in this person's home country and they too were miserable.
Yes, I was naive at the time.
And worth remembering here that this is only one part of the story. I could write a novel on it.
Also worth remembering that while I was naive I wasn't the only person that seems to have been conned. This sort of scheme appears to have been her bread and butter.
She was naive in giving up her personal details. Indeed, I believed that because I had sight of her passport that this was a genuine plea for help.

Was in town for a couple of days last weekend. Decided to check out the rumours that Premiere was back in business. Unfortunately, even on a Fri night - which used to be packed wall to wall a couple of years ago - there was nothing to write home about. I hung about for a bit but the girls were 3/4/5 at best.

Hello all. As promised will submit by report on part 2 of my trip. Part 1 I submitted before so you can relate to that. Basically I stopped in Dubai Part 1 on my way from US to Dubai to India and now just got back yesterday from India (Mumbai) - Dubai to US.
Another great report, especially awesome for you to detail the best time to show up to some of these clubs. Club Blu is #1 on my checklist now.

Plus, Dubai is never short of talent, even during the summer. That being said, a WG contact of mine tells me that business is super slow, and that it was better during the hotter months of September, and October. Day 1 - landed late due to 8 hour flight delay so by the time I got out of the airport the sun was up and night life was over so decided to just outcall a WG from MR to my hotel. She was highly reviewed so she came over within 30 min's and had a great session with her. Below is her ad. Full BBBJ, CIM, Rim and let me even take a video without face for extra aed. Total damage 800 aed + 100 for video. She didn't swallow though both times CIM.

As many of suggested, renting a car and driving in Dubai is prob not a good idea. Taxis, etc are relatively cheap, and the Metro is extremely cheap. I ended up using the Metro as the places I was visiting were close to the metro stops and the distances were quite far. In rush hour traffic, it prob doesn't take that much longer. As a warning, the Metro does get super crowded.
For changing money to AED, I strongly recommend the Al Ansari exchange (but use the city branches and not the one in the airport) . They have amazing rates that are almost hard to believe. In fact the sell and buy are so close, you can change a bunch of money when you arrive and not worry about losing much on the conversion back when you leave.

Fine to use the one at the airport but rates not as good as the city branches, and the service charge is slightly higher. Not bad considering what exchanges are in most country. But the Al Ansari in the city is ridiculously good. When I used it was sell AED at 3. 65 to USD and buy at 3. 68 with a service fee of only 3. 25 AED. That's crazy good in my book.

Yes, you will have an issue there. I live in Business Bay and when I take a girl from Deira, they sometimes frown when I tell them where I live and I get the "very far" response, which isn't really true but for them it is as they prefer to go to places near the place you pick them up. For BB, I add 50 to 70 AED taxi money unless I am driving and hence pick and drop them. For the area where you will be located, be prepared to add at least 100 AED for taxi money which I think is fair, but some may ask for more. Some may not even know where the Palm is.
So unless you want to punt at the areas you mentioned (Byblos, Penthouse, Bla Bla, 5 Palm. Expensive), you might want to consider changing hotels if possible or be okay with a 100 AED minimum extra expense of taxi/Uber to drop the girl back to her room.

Out of all the places that I went to, this turned out to be my favorite haunt. Long time lurker here. I have received excellent information on this board so I thought I would contribute. I landed in Dubai a couple of days ago and normally organize meetings with my regulars. Though this time, I thought I would explore a bit. A lot of recent posters have talked about club Blu so I decided to visit it. I went to the club on a Tuesday. I expected the entrance to be 1000 aed as some posters have said a table is required but I was surprised when I was just charged a 100 aed entrance. I enter the club it does have some potential for sure. It is not packed per say like czar or Moscow but the quality is definitely higher. Unfortunately, I did not inquire prices as I got a text from one of my regulars that she is in town. I head over to czar to meet her and to have a couple of drinks. It is packed more so than usual. Quality ranges but there is potential. I meet my regular and go to her manager to leave. She quotes me 2500 aed for 4 hours. I was baffled. This is a manager that for the last 6 months has been charging me 1200-1500 for 4-6 hours. I guess Dubai is busy and managers don't care about their regulars. I obviously chose to pass. For that kind of money, I would have had better luck at BLU. Maybe other people can post? Are rates noticeably higher? Because while quantity of wgs has increased, the quality seemed the same. Anyway on my way out, I struck a conversation with a 6.5-7 in terms of looks. She spoke great English, was funny and offered 1000 for 3 hours. Hell, why not? She stayed with me for 6-8 hours and service was great. I guess there is still hope for Dubai. Overall though, I was put off by the night as I hate inflation. If the few 8's at czar are charging that much then I am done with that place. I plan to check out blu. If prices are similar, I would rather have the luxury model over the regular.

You just need to look around. There are so many places in Dubai. You can get a hot girl for full night for 1000. Women that quote ridiculous prices are just plain stupid in my opinion because there is so much pussy in Dubai that you can just move on and look else where.

Great report and EXCELLENT advice! One should always list their lessons learned and try their utmost NOT to repeat them.Thank you for the positive feedback everyone. After years of staying away from the hobby, the way I conducted and felt about things this time around was a revelation to me.
Got in touch with them in the afternoon hours, more with an intention to while away time than to actually indulge. The replies from them came back fairly quickly.
Asked for recent pictures of the girl that I liked the most from their catalog and she appeared to be a different person altogether in the short video that they sent; clearly the photos in the catalog are heavily photoshopped. Also, the girl was clothed in the video, so asked them to share something naughtier. In the video they sent this time around, the girl was wearing lingerie and doing a slow seductive dance while covering her face with her hands. There was no way of knowing whether it was the same girl in both the videos. I had an uncanny feeling that they might be trying to pull a fast one.
Asked about another girl, who would have been my second preference, and the results were along the same lines. Didn't confront them about this as had no interest in partaking. Unfortunately, I cannot share the names of the girls as I have since deleted the chat. Now, I know some fellow hobbysits have had good experience with them but, personally, I had a feeling that things may not be on the up and up with them. Just wanted to share my limited interaction with them. Don't read too much into it as YMMV.
