Hi Guys,
If you don't mind could you please give me some advise as your wisdom and experience is always valued!
This pertains to Africans at york specifically.
If you see my report submitted in the DXB hotel info section (although should have been posted here) I mentioned that a very attractive african at York asked for money upfront she kept chasing and buggin me till the time she was sure and convinced that I wouldn't pay anything upfront the thing is I ddint get any bad / negative vibes she seemed pretty friendly and genuine
Which leads me to wonder till this day if I made a mistake and should have taken the risk? Should I be taking any such risks with africans at york? Secondly they insist to go to their place my question is do they always refuse to go to your room is it some kinda taboo for them or something?
Once they go with you do they create problems as my last experience mentioned in my report led me to leave the african ladies apartment without any action as once we entered her place she violated the agreement thus a major let down, turnoff and a deal breaker!

After some negotiations with some prospective targets that went nowhere, the little head decided go with a proven thing. I scoop up PRCLi and head to the door. That is when all hell broke loose! Close to the door we get ambushed by the African delegation and they are pissed off at me! They get on me for choosing a Chinese girl as opposed to one of them (I'm black) and that I am a race traitor and pretty much everything but a child of God. They start getting physically aggressive towards me and PRCLi (with more focus on her) and I thought there was going to be a full out brawl. Security stepped in and kicked out the African delegation and then had us wait for about 20 minutes before they let us out so that there was no further trouble.
That's why for the most part, I avoid them entirely when I'm at the York. There are exceptions, but they are few and far between!

I just got back from a neat two week stay in Dubai. Fun and enlightening part of the world and I hope to return soon. Thanks everyone for all the info provided on this board.
I stayed at the Grosvenor House which is a wonderful hotel in the Marina District. I did not venture out to scope out the other hotels that guys have suggested I check out. Both the Bar 44 and the Buddha Bar had more than enough gals to entertain me. It is a much different experience than in North America where the ladies offer incall or outcall and stick to the one hour limit. I found the hobbying scene much more fun and laid back in Dubai. I probably went to the Bar 44 in the Grosvenor House about 6 times during my stay. Each time, generally after 11 pm, the bar was full of WGs from Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Iran, France, Greece, and 1 from the USA. Many were very attractive. Prices started in the 2, 000-2, 500 range (and some above) but came down as the night progressed to a 1, 000-1, 500 range. I never found anyone who was willing to accept anything below 1, 000. Bar management was very cool as long as the gals behaved themselves. I got to know the bar security guard and he was fine with girls as long as they didn't hassle guests. He did kick out one gal who appeared to be going from table to table. Most of the gals gave you the look and your knew they were working. Some gals showed a bit of arrogance and I quickly passed on the attitude. Most were really friendly and I had nice conversations with a number. More than one was disappointed that I moved on after talking (I have a limited hobbying budget!).
The Buddha Bar is also a neat place. Great bar, very good food, and a wonderful vibe (I'm listening to a CD I bought there as I write this report). Many WG there also (lots of CIS / Russian) but I didn't do much looking and talking there.

I haven't made any reports in a while but wanted to throw in my 2 cents.
I have seen little to no reports on the Marbles Bar in the Radison Blu Dubai Creek Hotel.
Kubu is in the same place and apparently much better known.
I frequently stay in this hotel for business and the bar near the main entrance has WG's.
It is a much more relaxed setting compared to Seaview / York / etc. This can really pass as a regular bar and I've seen many foreign couples come in, sit to watch the band and it takes the women in the couple probably at least 10 minutes to catch on what is going on in this place. Most often you seen them quickly get up and walk out. Quite funny.
The band is pretty good as well, more poppy songs though. Seaview band is still the best mongering bar band I've seeen.
The girls in this bar were up until recently prodominantly Turkmenistan, a few Africans and a few PRC. In total you may only see 10 girls there a night.
One girl in particular, her name is Diana is my favorite. He has large boobs which I am normally not a fan of, the rest of her is ok but not great. But. Haven't picked any up there yet but it's definetely a place of oppertunity. I'm guessing it will be a bit pricey. Funny enough on my last visit there I decided to just retire alone, I am about to get into the elevator down and as the doors open there is a girl in the elevator. She look at me. Smiles. Does not get out but instead rides the elevator back down with me asking if I want massage. I don't know what this girl was thinking. She was older and her faces not very nice. Way out of her league in this bar.
Lastly. If a hotel is not WG friendly. What does that mean? Do they not let the girl and me in? Will there be trouble with LE? In hotels I have stayed they ask they scan the girls passport and you're good to go. Slight walk of shame. But after a few times and a few beer you smile and think about what is ahead. If the girls have their passport on them there seems to be no trouble.

That's the time when the club gets crowded and you have to be fast to catch the best ones. Of course I know that everyone says there is a bad attitude of the girls. But as a pro you know who is good or not. First of all I quit with Russian girls, over the last ten years their attitude gets worse every year. I'm more into Ukraine, Tukmekistan, Uzbek and other CIS countries. In the club almost all the girls look very arrogant. But I know with a good joke and a nice conversation they start to smile soon. I've visited Dubai before, but stayed downtown, so I'm disconnected at Jumeriah Beach.

Question about the scene in Dubai:
I am considering a job offer there and would obviously try to monger too. From the little I've read on.
This forum it seems the scene there is based around 5 star hotels and the bars / clubs therein.
My question is that I, as an ethnic Indian,. Though I've got an EU passport-have heard horror stories.
About how in the UAE people of Indian or Pakistani extraction get treated like crap and are often.
Not allowed into the expensive / upper class establishments. Is this true or just something blown.
Out of proportion.
And what is the ethnicity of most of the working girls? I'm generally into Caucasians and Slavic.

Dubai, the UAE, the GCC is extremely racist. That is a fact. How it will impact you is a different matter and will be discussed endlessly for sure.
I have seen an IIT, graduate from a top business school in Europe (well, the top one if you ask me.) being denied admission on a club (a trendy one, not the ones we discuss here) and only be allowed in after the guy with him (a good friend of mine from former Yugoslavia) went down into the bouncer. We are talking a guy who makes well over a quarter million dollars per year.
Still, he is around because the money is good and it is tax free.
One thing I would be very, very careful is on securing some kind of contractual agreement on what happens if they lay you after 4 weeks. This has recently happened a lot, specially legal firms and also some auditors. You should be careful as you will no be in Kansas (EU) anymore.
Girls may be racist too, some would say careful. But it can be fixed if you get references.

The asking prices were 600+ ST and 2000+LT. The hotel is definitely not green (actually ranges from super green to super red depends on your ethnicity) , though they won't stop you, a polite call does end up in your room asking for a copy of your "guest" I'd. I went up with a lady colleague also an Indian, to hand over some official papers, and promptly got a call, I asked the joker to come up and check for himself what was being done, he came said, sorry security law etc and went out. Apparently he was near the elevator to check if he lady exited as promised or not. She said she was humiliated.
What buzzed me was that a Dutch doc with us went up with a CIS 7 WG and was not asked for anything. Anyway decided to monger elsewhere
2. Next day had some work in Al Rigga, Taj, so decided to check out the sun and sand's spa, It was hardly 130 pm so want sure of the selection. Here is the report. The girls were much better behaved no one approached us directly, they were at their only tables singly. Asled the waiter to get two WGs to join our table. They generally seem content walking around aimlessly, shaking occasional hands with hookers who greet them like old friends (or yesterdays clients?). Their main goal of the arab punter seems to be posing in front of the working girls like they're a bunch of teens looking to pick up chicks. The south asians are more direct, getting into negotiations immediately. The hookers on the other hand hang around in groups discussing important matters and walking very purposefully from here to there and the loo and back, most times totally oblivious to the punters, while chain smoking like they have a death wish. Lessons in marketing and self promotion can be learnt here. NOT!
Very few girls actually make any effort to sell themselves to the punters. The ones who do are well past their sell by dates. Was approached by some very do-able MILFS. the hotel looks like it's from another era. wait, it actually is from another era! don't wait for the doors to slide open (you have to open them yourself). tgit has a well worn looking "american themed" bar. the indian bar manager, barmen and the chinese hookers run the show like a tight knot family owned business. it fells odd to be sitting in a naturally lit bar at noon surrounded by pesky chinese hookers. the music is low and everyone can hear everything that's being discussed. clientele is almost exclusively indian (regulars no doubt) and a couple of arabs who seem very friendly with these regulars. occasional an indian family with kids will have a peek and use the booths to have a meal!
one time a german punter came in and was immediately mobbed by a chinese lady. you could see the embarassment on his face as he finished his drink in record time and skittered away. another time two american sounding brown dudes walk in with their shopping bags only to be mobbed the girls, as they ordered their drinks at the bar. this caused a lot of embarassment to the clueless clowns while the whole bar watched the show. lmao!

Went in early at 10'ish. To get to the club, you have to enter the hotel lobby, walk left to the lifts and exit through the service passage next to the lifts. This brings you to a courtyard with a door leading into a stairway. Outside I found a Nepali guy selling entrance tickets for 50 DHS and an Indian bouncer at the door. Cover charge gets you one drink.
Hung around the bar. A dark dingy place. Very attentive Filipina staff and a decent Filipino cover band. Led Zeppelin, Floyd, Journey, Hendrix. My kinda stuff.

Was in town for a night and since its been a few weeks since I was in Manila thought I'the treat myself to a Filipina. Stayed at Crown Plaza on Sheikh Z, still very green no issues on that front, also you can get Vitamin V from the pharmacy just down the road past McDonalds without any issues.

Karama Hotel is in, yeah you guessed right. Karama. About 10 minutes and 10 Dhs by taxi from Ramada in Bur Dubai. Enter the sliding doors and immediately hang a left for Ratsky. Entrance on Christmas eve was 75 (drink included). Clientele exclusively Filipino and Indian (almost 50:50, and this reflects the make-up of Karama residents) , and a few whites thrown in for good measure. Girls almost exclusively Filipina. Saw a couple of Chinese later on. Some of the girls here are attached to boyfriends, so scope the place out before you approach anyone. A pretty average band played and the waitresses were efficient and quick. The place had a festive atmosphere about it (well it was Christmas, duh!).

Popped in to have a look just after midnight. Needless to say I was quite impressed."WTF!" I can hear you say. Impressed! Yes, they have an impressive sound system / room acoustics that had me dancing invouluntarily, which is a rare occurence. Another positive for Stayin Alive is the bright lighting at the bar. You can really check out the wares in detail before comitting. The place is huge with a lot of dark corners if that's what you prefer.
I guess I paid 100 Dhs entry with a drink. Mongers are 70% Indian (South Asian). This place is very popular with Indians / Pakistanis (seems to have quite a bit of history attached). Felt like I was standing on a vital crossroad between the Arabian peninsula and the trade routes to India, Africa, China and beyond.
Spotted 6 Pakistani hookers (not bad looking) and a few Indians too (fuglys! An Indian guy I spoke to said they would unacceptable even on the back streets of Mumbai). The rest were a mix of Chinese, Africans etc. Not sure if there were any CIS girls, can't recall.

This is the night version of Dubai's International Financial Trade Centre, but shares and stocks happen to be the last thing you'll see traded here.

Thought I should do a little contribution to the Dubai reports since I was in Dubai end of October. Unfortunately I was working a lot and did have very limited time to monger. Last wed visited Rtsy, drove myself so no drinking. Time around 9pm, entrance 75 +1 drink. Was about 15% occupancy almost equal ratio, though I did think there were more girls than guys. Second night out. The Snake was a disappointment. The two places I've found that have the best Pakistani and Indian girls are. Pakistan and India! For Moroccan girls, no place beats Morocco! While I haven't had any Iranian girls, I've heard the best place for them is in Tehran. For Chinese girls, I would recommend Beijing and Xi'an. As for women from the Philippines I would guess Manilla!

Final update from this trip to DXB, already on my way back home (he he, reporting from the EK Lounge on the slowest WiFi in the world).
