I went to premier yesterday and holy shit the prices have skyrocketed. The place was packed as expected on a weekend. But I think I saw lot of arabic speaking guys there, probably from Saudi and the lowest price I got from there was 1700 from an Iranian (6. 5 pointer). Some of the other prices quoted are as follows.
Blonde Ukrainian. 2000.

And no one would budge from their quoted price. WTF? I went in there with a budget of 1500 which I think was the going rate.

I am a fairly long time member on the board but have not been posting the last couple of years so I figure it's past due to give a little back. A few months ago there was a post about from a member about importing women to Dubai. I've been doing the same thing for the past few years with a pretty good success rate so I thought I'd share my method & experience. This probably won't work for everyone. It will obviously depend upon your personal circumstances and what you are looking for. I am the type of guy that is looking for more of a GFE / overnight experience instead of just a quick "slam bam thank you mam" as well as being single and living alone in my own apartment. Most of the women I've had here are from Ukraine although there has also been a couple of Russians and one Lithuanian who lives in Spain (I've had about 15 or 20 women visit. Really haven't bothered to add it up). With the exception of one (more about her later) it has NOT been P4P where I give them cash directly, of course I pay for the airfares, organize a visa and all the expenses while they are here but when it's all added up the cost is minimal. Like most women they generally like to shop. I usually give them a couple thousand Dirhams and drop them off at the mall for an afternoon and they are happy. The stay is usually 5 to 7 or 8 days so it's important to know that you want to spend that much time with the woman. They have all been in the 25 to 36 years old range (I am 57 but in reasonable shape) mostly because that's what I prefer.

Three of them wanted to meet in Ukraine before they would travel with me. To be honest I like this and they have turned out to be some of the best (one of them travels with me 3 or 4 times a year). Fortunately I travel to Ukraine or at least to Europe on business so it's easy and cost effective for me to meet them first. I've also met several women in their home cities (again traveling there on business so no cost to me) that after meeting we decided we did not want to spend time together. Out of the 15+ women there have only really been two that have not worked out. One I simply put on a plane back home and the other I moved into an inexpensive hotel for a couple of days).

1. Know what you want.
2. Think with your big head and not just the small (listen to your gut)
3. Be honest & upfront (but respectful)
4. Make sure both sides know what is expected.
5. Don't send money.
6. Enjoy life.
As I mention this is probably not for everyone but works good for me. If anyone wants any more info I am happy to reply to private messages

Also the high price is IMHO because the Saudis can be very bad customers and they not like them so will inflate prices. If they say yes they will do despite maybe not liking it. I have heard many horror stories about Saudis and they are IMHO likely to be true mainly (albeit some exaggerated)

Expect hyperinflation in terms of prices everywhere, they don't mind paying these prices and WG probably won't bother for less, they are high risk clients.
first let me clarify before any confusion occurs :p i'm straight as the crow flies! but i've noticed an interesting new trend in amps where the number of gay masseures are on the rise. in the past one month alone i've encountered the following:

good evening gents. i am freshly back from a world wind long weekend in dxb. this might be a long report or i might break it up into parts. we'll see how it progresses.

There are many posts asking about situation in Ramadan. In Ramadan most of the nightclubs and WG hangouts are open in the evening. The Bands in nightclubs are not allowed to perform in Ramadan. This Monday or Tuesday will probably be their last day of performance. There will be exodus of performers for a holiday to their home country and they will be back after Eid. All clubs will have soft music played on PA system and alcohol is served. Dubai, Abudhabi, Baharain are one of the few liberal cities in Gulf where alcohol is served in Holy month.
Now coming to WG it is an interesting situation. The pious Muslims abstain from sex during the holy month. And the percentage of such Muslims is higher in this country than you expect. So during Ramadan the number of men visiting the clubs drop down substantially. Many WGs go on vacation due to this reason. I fondly remember one of my visit to infamous Cyclone club. At 11 pm we were 3 men and about 25 girls desperately waiting for men to show up. I could not even finish my drink. I took 2 best looking girls for ridiculously low price. Ramadan can be actually a blessing in disguise.
The Green / Red Hotel situation will remain same. But you need to be careful. Stay in Hotels which are reported as very green. And for God's sake please do not drink and make scene in Ramadan. If they arrest you in Ramadan for Alcohol consumption, you will only come out of jail after Eid LOL. I am not joking.

i've noticed since the past 1 month there have been mass closures of amps in various areas of dubai, pretty much more than half the amps i know in new dubai have been shutdown like tecom marina dg and some on barsha. a couple also in deira have been shutdown, its not looking good at all for the dubai amp scene. many apartment amps also closed.as per my information there are complaints against the massage centres / spas which offer extra service. this is done by a lobby who runs reputed spas in jumeirah and other places. to get rid of such massage places licensing dept and ministry of health has come up with new guideline. all massage girls / therapist now needs minimum 600 hrs of experience certificate issued by reputed institute from thailand or singapore. she is then interviewed by moh in rashid hospital, that means she should know good english. a notice has been served to all to comply failing which they will close the place. that is the reason you will see them closing one by one. le also now raiding such spas but some old ones will not close because the chinese owners have connections. they will manage some fake certificates. also if owner is influential local his spa will continue.
the massage rates in jumeirah, marina, jlt are going up because of hefty increase in villa / apt rents. some of these spa do not pay monthly salary to girls. the tip we gave is their only earning which they must be again sharing with owner. that may be reason why they try to extract more. our good old karama and burdubai massage places still charges 100 for hj though the spas are short on style and cleanliness.

Sorry to hear that. In the early nineties Bahrain was considered a better place for nightclub activities. Dubai was still in infant stage then. We heard stories of Saudis clogging the causeway on Thursday night to get in Baharain for mongering and booze. USA's 7th fleet has presence in Bahrain for long time. Their R & R activites attracted many Asian talent which made Bahrain a exotic playground. How time has changed. The political climate also is a dampener. Feel sad but I am sure you know where to go if you want to have your cold one in the company of WG, it is only 45 minutes by flight!

SteveI totally agree with you Steve on Ratsky. You can pickup good looking Filis from there. Been regular there for many years. I normally go early at about 9 am before it gets crowded and smoky. It is true. Spoke to my regular fili. This happened in previous years just before Ramadan as well. As you know the scene outside Ratsky after 2.30 am every night. You will be ok in Ramadan in the most pickup places. Premier, Ratsky, York will be open and they will serve alcohol. But expect the places to be less busy. There will be no band but soft music on pa system. Ramada is also a good hotel and girl friendly. But you must be careful with local sensitivity. Bring your girl quietly. When you book the room ensure that you have booked it for 2 person. The sweet fili at reception will ask you if other guest is joining you soon. Say yes, the guest will join later. When you bring girl ask her to follow you after 5 minutes to your room. They will allow her by taking copy of her ID.

Was at Rockafellas last Friday but not much to report besides quality being quite disappointing except for 2 or 3 stunners. Ended up at Kris Kin (original ID required and double occ. Should be reserved) with a Kazakh. An average experience.
The only thing which disturbed me was that there was 1 or 2 expats at closure. When everyone is on the street 'waiting for cabs', obviously (too) drunk messing with the girls and one of the latter even started yelling. I was in Dubai last week for 4 days, at start of Ramadan. Marina Club at Seaview is closed for a month. Jockeys in Panorama opening at 8pm. Ratsky's busy with Phillipino girls from 10pm on. They have established bike rental division. Used to be ADE 600- over weekend. Good bikes and puccca rental agreement and not a greymarket operation. The outfit is in SZR beteween intercange 4 & 3 (RH Side) when you are heading in to Dubai from AUH.
But would be lucky if you can get a WG in Dubai on the bike as a lot of them seem to be paranoic about two wheels.

I know your question was asked a few months ago but as I am quite familiar with a couple of Diera coffee shops so thought I would answer.
These aren't hostess bars and I very much doubt you will get upto much on the premises bar drinking coffee and smoking shisha. They are subject to frequent LE inspections looking for illegals either working there or of the guys smoking. If you are after coffee always ask for Ethiopian beans as they will try and palm you off with coffee made from Iranian beans which are not the same quality but are cheaper.
I know 2 shops owned and run by Ethiopian girls and the girls they employ are paid Dhs20 a day. Some but not all are available to meet after the coffee shops shut but this must be arranged discretely. Ask them to take you to one of the nearby Ethiopian clubs such as one in Dubai Palm Hotel. They may also take you back to their accommodation but this will be shared by 3 or 4 other girls so not ideal. If you will take her to a hotel make sure she has a valid visa as a lot of the girls don't have.
I posted last summer about the time I was going into one of the large shisha establishments in a hotel near fish roundabout that was in the process of being raided by the LE. I was also in there from about 12 until chucking out time at 2. Absolutely mobbed and a complete pain trying to get from the top of the club down to the bottom to use the toilets. Even worse when you've a half pint bladder as I have!
A steady stream of nice looking Philippinas coming and going but as is my way I always go for the best looking I can find and get let down on the level of service. Paid Dhs600 for the night but the constant "don't do that, I don't do this, don't touch me there etc" from her was pissing me off. Lesson learnt as I didn't specify the T&Cs before closing the deal so didn't think it would be fair to throw her out.

Anyway the best way to get a cheap deal is to wait for the last minute before the club close. Usually all the good ones were gone, but with some luck you can find a few stunners. Just back from DXB. My first experience of mongering in Ramadan.
As reported earlier, Jules bar is closed. However, you can go a couple of doors down into the Irish bar and you'll find a smattering of options their, just enough to keep you going. Is it me, or is the shape on the door of Jules a big phallic symbol?
Again, as reported York & Regal are both active but a bit weird without music playing and the atmosphere is a little flat as a result; although the upside is that you don't walk out deaf J. I went to TGIT one evening and found the bar shut, but a bunch of girls were hanging out outside in streets. Jockeys in Panorama is going strong, again no deafening music.
Overall, the selection was a little muted like the music and they are pushing up the rates, so you have to push back a little, but it lands back in the right place.

As I and others have said before, we don't want the UAE thread to slip into the India board style of FRs (have a look and see what Jackson has done there to try and discourage people from merely asking questions).

The summer Vac in Saudi will ended on Sept 1st and schools will reopen. The other Eid will start on Oct 14th, so it will not be busey in Dubai during these period.
Usually when I ask a girl I see at the night club "how much?" before she give me the price she asks me "where are you from?" I think their prices is based on Nationalty LOL. Anyway the best way to get a cheap deal is to wait for the last minute before the club close. Usually all the good ones were gone, but with some luck you can find a few stunners. I used to frequent this spa / MP within a hotel which is behind one of the Khaleed Bin Waleed Metro station. Not sure why but the place has since moved to another location in Bur Dubai. Near the New Gold Souk. Fortunately they mobile number is the same so I was able to find this new venue. I went to the AMP on the corner of 2nd December st (I believe its been mentioned before).
Asked for a non oil one hour massage and the choice was Thai or Chinese, went for the Chinese option (previously tried the Thai didn't like the service of the girls). Due to change in working hours at my regular Jumeirah joint, visited Jumeirah 1 place. Two brannches. One on Wasl Road. The day I called up the call was redirected to Jumeirah as Wasl road closed for renovation. Still colsed. Made four visits to Jumeirah in last six weeks. Opted for 1hr Moroccan bath always at AED200. Got a Thai 30plus first time. Asked for the same lady next two times. Looks 6. Well groomed, fit and professional. Always wore good dress. Very good bath and professional approach. No shorts. Visited staying alive night club in Imperial suites before ramadan.
Mostly pakistani and indian gils. Some stunners but most average. Most of them spoke basic English?

Dxb is not a place to hunt online, but you have to hit the clubs.
