According to Le Meridien site Jules will be closed during Ramadan.
May have to reorder my mongering plans for next week. Hopefully a few places still available for takeout and return to the room at LM.

hi all!
after some rtff and looking closely at what the seniors have to say, i reached to the conclusion that frs are the way to go here. so, here's my first:
disclaimer: english is not my first language. i hope it's readable.

First post on the forum; please be indulgent.
So after all those places that were closed for Ramadan, went to a safe bet looking for CIS at Premiere in Hyatt. Arrived around 11 PM, had an awfull time to park (yes use my car, don't trust / like taxis), tried to get a peak at inside before paying (there was no one in Front, unlike usual), and saw not many people but decided to go anyway.
Impressive how this club turned-out to be empty; maybe 20/25 girls, about the same number of guys; mostly 6/7, and very few CIS. Well, no there was a group of nice CIS 8/9 but there were all talking to this handsome guy and they all left with him a few minutes after I arrived. Not sure what this guy would do with 3 or 4 girls. ; but lucky him.
Around 1 AM, a nice 9 CIS showed up but immediately went to see her friend talking already to 2 guys. I did not have the time to approach her, but damn she was hot. For all travellers and members who are new to scene in Ramadan here is a refresher.
This year Ramadan starts either on 28th Saturday or 29th Sunday depending on position of the moon. Most of the bars will remain open only in the evening after about 7 pm. The food and alcohol is not served daytime. There are secluded restaurants in 4 star or 5 star hotels where they will serve food.
There will be no bands or music played in bars except on PA system. All bands and musicians will leave en masse by this weekend. Alcohol is served in most of the bars and our regular pickup places only in the evening. Bars will takeup renovation work in Ramadan hence they get closed. Many WG leaves the country on holiday because business is down. Majority of Locals, Arabs, Muslim men will abstain from sex during holy month...Short and to the point guide to Ramadan for the newbies. Thank you Joe! For what is worth it, I have been in Dubai during Ramadan for five times and it will be the sixth one in ten days. I have noticed that I have had better luck in price / quality during Ramadan. But as said above, sleep in the afternoon and go out after 10 PM at the earliest.

You are absolutely correct. My several years of Asia (actual Asia. BKK, Manila, SIN, Jakarta, Bali etc.) experience varies from 7/10 being the bare minimum to 10/10.
It was just that night in York, I felt like I am back in Nairobi, and that black WG was looking better than my 9/10 Kenyan experience. Thanks to that 2/10 though, it will be long before I go back to the black stand, although there is a good saying "whoever's gone black, has never come back".
My next POI is Vietnamese WG. For what I can see here there is no bad FR about those and I am yet to try one. I guess I will try Panorama's bar late afternoon after Ramadan.

If you get a nasty 'red flag' feeling in your stomach, brain or anywhere prior to the deed, then think again and find an alternate is my advice.Roger is right, Africans for most guys are difficult, I myself have found Africans in DXB to be great providers in the past, but you can't be a push over with them, CIS are similar, from the start you have to take control and no matter how sexy etc, you have to have a roving eye and flirt with LOTS of others show them its a buyers market, be firm. In some cases you need to tune them over a couple of days and in my case a few visits to DXB.
There is no 100% way to ensure GFE etc with any WG anywhere in the world, but being a pushover because they look and act sexy won't get you anywhere.
Actually my expieriance with Africans in DXB has helped me understand them a tad and I have since found a private provider at home that is total GFE and infact spoils me. But that could be dumb luck I guess.
If your the sort of guy that likes a nice bum then africans are top of the list, but if they get lots of attention you will have your work cut out.

And filis can't be direct and say "I need this for school fees" (odd but true).
If she is home that is likely the reason. Some in Dubai I know are asking for the same reason but the lady in question I referred to (that a few members know) is purely scamming using a number of reasons. Her problem is that she forgets that we compare notes on what she said and that means she gets nothing.

thanks!it looks like desperate last minute request for information and that too before your plane takes off. you are asking for whole lot in one go.since you are senior and contributed here is some information. for ee girls try kubu at raddison creek. there are 3 to 4 girls sitting on right side of bar playing candy crush and not looking at anyone. but if you approach them with some good deal they may look up and talk to you. there is rep001tering of few good ee girls in kubu. go after 11 pm, you will see better talent. there are some nice turkish girl as well. due to ramadan crowd is less and girls are not finding customers. good time to hit bargain. but agree before what is on offer. ee girls are not very service oriented. ensure that you get dfk, bbbj atleast. some of them will do everything covered and give you experience of screwing a test tube in research laboratory!!

I assume from your report given Premier closes at 2 am during Ramadan, (suits me as I like to get started usually around 10 pm) the earlier the better? I thought there was a restriction on serving alcohol before a certain time? Just wondering why you didn't rock up at Premier at 10 pm second night? Sounds like you didn't try Moscow or York? My second MP experience during another trip to Dubai experience was in a MP on Sheikh Zayed Road. My friend and I were staying at a hotel near Financial Metro Station at the time. Our flight arrived at around 9 PM and by the time we reached the hotel it was around 10 and we were kind of tired. But we were bored at night so we took a walk to check out the stores close by. We were walking towards Emirates Towers metro station when a random PRC gives us a card advertising an MP near by. My interest in MPs is now generally high so I thought what the hell, as sketchy as this seems, I want to go check it out so I convinced my friend to come along. It was in a building right across Emirates Towers metro station on one of the floors higher up in the building but I can't remember the name of the building. But the MP shares the same name as a blockbuster movie. The place was dimly lit. The girl at reception looked fili but was probably PRC since all the girls there were. 180 for an hour and I was led to a room with a girl called Cherry; I'd giver her a 6. One of the worst massages I've had. More like a rub. And when she came to my butt, she would massage over the shorts which I found annoying. Which is a shame as decent people (e. G Hard John) are trying to post their experiences. Which of course, in addition to the requesting and provision of information is what the forum should REALLY be about!! So, in the spirit of trying to bring about some calm, I'll make the following responses (also for the benefit of Cons68 who suggested I wouldn't reply):
1. I had RTFF for ages. I had decided, based on the very helpful information provided by several members, to go to Jules. Sorted. I had not factored in Ramadan. A post shortly after the commencement of Ramadan confirmed that the LM website contained a notice that Jules was closed. It caused me to need a real rethink given what I wanted to do. After RTFF for alternative information it was clear to me that I couldn't be sure of which establishments did or did not operate during Ramadan. So in that respect, RTFF didn't help much. I therefore asked for help, and got virtually none.
2. As I was intending to fly in the very near future, I posted a last attempt to ask for Ramadan specific information. There was some information on hotels still green during Ramadan. But little on venues for picking up girls.
3. My post was clearly not serious in terms of the plane being about to leave. Read it again. I say that the "plane is almost boarding". That normally means that people have not yet started to board. I then go on to say "before the Captain announces phones off etc. " One can only hear such an announcement when on board. Not when "almost boarding". So it was clear that I was using metaphoric terminology, which really amounted to "guys I'm shortly leaving for Dubai, so I need some help now please". It doesn't matter if a plane was boarding, almost boarding, or captains were or were not speaking (and it's the crew not the captains who make such announcements. Another clear indication of the merely analogous nature of my post). What matters was the request for help. One member of this entire forum alone (at that point) JoeKarnavic responded. I am very grateful to him. And I thanked him publicly. Which is the correct and respectful thing to do. It is interesting that unlike some senior members who appear to be affronted by my request for swift help, Joe has not complained.
4. I then get accused of obtaining information by deceit and lying. Both allegation are false and defamatory. Misha has posted this evening about my need to reflect on my words. Misha's post was sensible and balanced. I have responded in like fashion.
5. I have re-read my words. I accept, as Misha suggests, that to a non-native English speaking member of the forum it is possible that my words were capable of being taken literally. In which case, and for the avoidance of any doubt (though I cannot quite believe such has caused such offence! JoeK. Despite the fact that you appear not to have been offended and you have not said you felt deceived, IF you felt duped into providing me with a quick response. Then to you, and only you, I apologise if I gave the wrong impression. I also repeat my thanks for the kind information you provided.
6. I am also grateful for the kind comments PM'd to me today by other members of this forum on this topic, also providing some incredibly valuable information. You know who you are and I shall not cause trouble for anybody by revealing your identity when you have PM'd me. And I shall not repeat the comments directed a senior members here as it will inflame matters further. Save that I was intrigued to see the degree of support shown against them.
7. What should NOT have happened, whether people think my words were open to interpretation or not (or mathematical analysis. Which was laughable! Was to be accused of deceit and lying. Both by Snow, and by Wicked Roger. Such allegations are very dangerous and care should be taken by anyone before writing such words. A lie is a deliberate act. It requires intent. A bit like deciding to have sexual relations with a woman via ISG if you are married. Now THAT is deceit and no doubt involves the telling of lies. And I'm sure not one single forum member is ever guilty of either. Right? My words were never meant to be literally interpreted in terms of hours. You are correct WR. I did say Thursday when I meant Tuesday. I'm actually now in Dubai. So when I posted that the plane was almost boarding. I didn't mean it literally, I meant that I was leaving for Dubai shortly and needed some guidance on Ramadan / venues. Not a crime. Not deceit. Not a lie. True. I WAS leaving shortly for Dubai. I didn't deceitfully cover my laptop to prevent anyone seeing these incredibly insane communications (I have enjoyed Dubai so far. I'm more likely to enjoy the next few days more because of the terrific help I've had from some senior members of this forum who have PM'd me with some great information. Which I shall follow up on. That's not a lie (in case anyone wondered). The senior members who have jumped upon the specificity of my words, and referred to them as lies, have secured an amazing concession from me. I've apologised here publicly to JoeK. He didn't complain, he didn't rant, he didn't accuse me of lying or being deceitful. But nonetheless, just in case he did feel at all misled by my specific words, to heed the sensible comments of Misha. I'm sorry Joe. Well done Snow and WR. Hope you can sleep easy knowing that you've managed through the publication of defamatory allegations and mathematical analysis (which incidentally is wrong as Saturday to Tuesday isn't 96 hours. But amazing you bothered to even work it out WR! To secure Joe an apology he never asked for.
But for the sensible words of Misha, I rather suspect I'd have continued with this. Not least at the only way I ever got any help on this forum was via PM's (and Joe of course) when this blew up. Thanks for adding variety to otherwise monotonous local mongering scene. I think being Latinas they can be marketed at par with Russians, Ukranian and Stanis. If you can train them on providing better gourmet service than some of these CIS girls, sure they will score well in places like Jules, Kubus. To keep your infor private I woud sugges creating and email account sepecificly for this and take cash with you rather than use a CC and you can give them any fake name and mobile number. It works quite well for me as I normally keep checking every 2-3 months.

However, compared to last time I visited the place, (2 years back) the place was filled more with African beauties and Desi girls from Indo-pak, (would never touch them in Dubai, they are plenty from where I come from) there were a few PRC and so called Russians.

If you're mongering on a regular basis, it's best to keep testing every few months to stay on the safe side. Some STDs don't have any symptoms or their symptoms won't show at all and will be detected late in development. Better to be proactive than reactive. Be careful out there.

The Doctor is quite professional so yes he will ask you questions but he will not probe too much. Going early in Ratsky certainly help catch a 7 maybe a 7.5 (already start to be very unlikely) at best, but I wouldn't call that a stunner.

I'll share a few reports shortly from over the past 6 months, but just an update to those who don't know, the Saudi invasion is still enforce and few, if any, WGs have reasonable rates these days (unless you're probably a regular). Since I use online means primarily for mongering, I seem to find it impossible right now to be able to get reasonable rates. Giving it a pass except for the one or two AMPs which come highly recommended and I have experienced. Just a word of warning to others, plenty of scammers on MR (even with 'verified' profiles and a review or two). Also beware of anything advertised as VIP / model / South American. 100% fake. Unless by personal recommendation and that's not going to happen for the manager class.
Hanging up my gloves (or rubbers to be exact) for another week or two till things calm down (hopefully).

I was rather hoping that they would have turned the club through 90 degrees during the Ramadamadingdong revamp and put the band against the long wall by the entrance. Would work much better.
Still, very high F/M ratio all through the evening, maybe 65:35 if not higher. Of that I scouted maybe 6 or 7 real spinners: sweet, sexy, cute. You wouldn't say "no. " Of the remainder the majority were absolutely fine if you're looking for something that is warm and cuddly for some fun, with a small percentage - 10 percent. Who were clearly making up the numbers with their mates in the hope rather than expectation of topping up their day jobs.
The band is still really pretty rank bad but hey, that's not really the point. All in, a fun, jolly place with plenty on offer at reasonable rates with girls who are mainly part time and you know will be clean, mostly intelligent, have a conversation and will certainly provide good service in the main.

Also in the abbreviations page there is the abbreviation RTFF. Of course you could use the search function to find FRs by many and the 'manager' class and 'give and take' (again you need to know how to use the search function).
But as your third FR is a question along the lines of "please can I have her digits" you are clearly top of the pile manager who has yet to read the FAQ, do the RTFF and as Danny said explore, write FRs share etc and then you may get traction.
And you could easily be LE asking for a location so you can raid it so why would anyone in their right mind help you. More so you have not paid $20 and can use the PM facility.
So try all that advice first, spend time on the board as so much information and then FR your experiences.

The correct way is to RTFF, FR your experiences, and then ask more. Your posting history is ask questions and then never FR anything (no give only take).
MR is a regular abbreviation on the UAE forum and had you used the search function or RTFF in the UAE thread then in about 10 seconds you would have found the answer.
There is a wealth of information here in the UAE (and the board in general) but many don't seem to understand the meaning of 'give and take' (search for that as plenty members have written on that also).
Alternatively you could visit many of the bars in Dubai as plenty of flavours there that you could try. If you RTFF you can find where Russian, Africans, Filis etc hang out.

Asked the price to which I was quoted 1500. Tried to negotiate but they would not budge. Since it was early in the night I decided to head to Kubu to check out the scene.
Reached there around 10:40. Sat at the bar, orderd a drink. Next to me sitting were 2 romanians, the better looking one initiated conversation asking me where I am from etc. She seemed ok. Would rate her a 6-7. Quoted 1500 again. Tried to negotiate but to no avail. I finished my drink and as I was getting out I saw this Moldovan girl standing by herself. Seemed pleasant, much better looking than the Romanian but quoted 2000. Decided to move on. Next stop Premiere.
As I reached premiere my gut feel was that I'll be wasting my money and my time as I could see hoards of possibly Saudi guys getting in. Ignoring my instincts I still went ahead paid the ridiculous 170 Dhs entry. I was surprised to see the quality of girls gone down soo much at Premiere. Or may be I was a bit late and the good ones were gone. It was about midnight then. Had a drink and got out to go back to Jules and see if the Ukranian was still available.
Back at Jules, most of the Ukrainians were gone. Thankfully one of the better girls was still there so I asked her. Still no change in price. By this time I was too tired so gave in and off to the room we went.
Back in the room I ordered some food and drinks, she started kissing in between. Very GF like. She had a few extra pounds but quite nice. Went down to the business, she gives decent BBBJ. She does not like DATY and had her way of saying no. Otherwise decent sex in different positions. Round 2 after sometime and then I was too tired. I fell asleep while she was getting ready. You should have been indeed more careful. I for this instance, when in the room, make the girl comfortable either on the sofa or chair, offer her a drink and then excuse myself to lock my phone, ipad, valuables and wallet in the safe / vault. Even if it is locled infront of her and she is annoyed I really do not care since there is no way to trust someone on the first meeting specially a WG who does it for money. Once a girl did ask me why I was suddenly putting all the stuff inside the safe, I told her I am concerned the staff at hotel who do at all time have open access to my room might just sneak in to the room in midst of the night and lift anything while we sleep!

Thanks for sharing your experience and lesson learnt. Every FR from positive to negative is sharing knowledge.
When I go out for the night, I put all my valuables in the room safe. When I come back with a companion or a group of friends with many gals, I put in all things eg wallet etc in the safe too. Only thing out is my cell and my cigarettes.
When in a group, I warn and agree with all of the friends to watch out for each others cells wallets etc in case someone is too drunk or didn't put it in the safe. Since the meeting is in the lounge and safe in the room, I've never had anyone question me. Although as Horny Landoora said, who cares and if they're offended one can make up a story of theft by staff etc.
When in a single room few times I even showed the WG the money and put it in the safe in front of her assuring her that the money is there and she will not be scammed but payment is at the agreed upon exit time and with agreed upon services. With practice you can be nice and smooth about it so that it doesn't come off as crass and dry.

As a UAE resident I avoid the venues when there's a conference or public holiday. Reason is people such as the Saudi, Japanese, and other tourists et all spoil the market rate. It not their fault entirely, the WGs know that its a sellers market as any and everyone but the most bovine t20's will be taken. The punters are here for a short time and want to make the most of it.
Otherwise paying AED 180 on a weekend night for premium pickings is ok with me, many; if not you personally.
Opportunity cost. Or as our old pal Bravo11 says How much is she worth to YOU this particular night?

Try an Arab club like Kasbar at the One&Only Royal Mirage on a weekend night, no cover but either a bring-a-chic or a book-a-table scam running. That really grinds my gears!

2nd Stop Rockfellas at Regal Entry charged. I don't remember how much I paid. Again mostly PRCs and Africans with a couple of Pinoys. Jockeys was much better.

Finally mounted the expedition to Zuma last Thursday. The bar is really great. The drinks are well made and have a solid punch to them. They put this really large, tennis ball size ice cube in the whiskey so that is melts slowly. It was crowded when I got there at 9, but it was mostly from the offices nearby. By 10:30 few WGs started coming in and they were in full attendance by 11 or so.

Over all good mongering place. Drinks are super expensive but overall worth it. It is much higher class night than my previous experience in Ratsky, Rockfellas, Moscow.ZUMA cannot be compared at all to those small times venues. Its a class apart. Its one of my favourite places as well. Specially for the food and drinks. Although expensive it does remain my favourite for a good time in Dubai minus the mongering. Its more in league of pickups from Neos, Cin Cin, Buddha Bar, Cavali etc with rates as yo pointed out 2000 AED above!

Admittedly I haven't ventured there because I hate the bring a girl or book a table scam, I have learnt from reliable sources that many of these girls can be found in the 'regular' CIS clubs on week nights. They put up an expensive kit (dress, make up etc) for Cavali and then charge more on a weekend, public holidays when tourists flock or during big exhibition weeks. In their 'normal' office they charge approx 1500 (regal club and its likes etc) to 2000 (premier club and similar).
But again, its your decision. You may like the ambiance and filter of Cavali and Zuma etc and that's ok too. It all depends on What is she worth to you that night at that moment. :)
