Pl realise that you are dealing with a person and this is not a legal contract. If you look at it like a contract then you will be surely disappointed.
What is your plan with calling the police / security. Show them your receipt and the list services which has been signed by both the parties. Then give your bank account where you want the refund? If there is trouble then move on. Neither security or police are going to help you sort out your hard on, only the girl can so would be worth your while to be charming to her. I love catching up on the DXB forum and have shared my far and few experiences on here. I'm planning my next trip in 2 weeks. But all of a sudden I have been having some unexplained apprehensions. The club employee stopped me and requested to show an identification card to the police standing there. I noticed three police personnel checking the identification of the club guests who came before me through the elevators. Police checked my driving license and let me go. Club employees later told me that police occasionally visit Dubai clubs and may ask for photo identification from the guests entering the club, but police can't enter inside the clubs.

I believe it's a simple enough procedure. You could canvas some of the main hospitals like American, Welcare Cleveland clinic etc and get a cost estimate.

It's the law for any residents or nationals of the UAE to carry their Emirates ID at ALL TIMES when in the emirates. And visitors their passports.
Police can go wherever they choose.

When taking a girl from a club, I always pay AFTER the deed is done and the time is up. This is due to experience in the past, as once the cash is paid then a lousy service may be provided or the girl may try to leave after a short time even though you had agreed and paid for long time. Some girls are "honorable" and will provide what was agreed, however a lot are not. However, you should agree in the club that you will pay AFTER, out of courtesy and also to avoid any problems / arguments when you get to the venue where the deed will be performed.
When taking an outcall from an escort agency (or even going to an incall visit to their place), I have always paid upfront (I. E. As soon as the girl has arrived) - this again is common courtesy in my view. Of course with this arrangement you run the risk of your "requirements" not being carried out in full. I guess you could agree at the point of booking that you will pay AFTER the deed has been done, however I have never done this nor heard of anyone who has.

I've spent a few days in Dubai, this is my experience.

This report is bit dated. Sorry about that. I am hoping it still provides some benefit to readers.
FYI. TL; dr towards end of post, if you want to skip ahead.
Planned out a quick 2 days and 2 nights trip. Booked a green hotel.
Based on tons of information from here, my plan was to meet someone from MR and pick up Indian or Pakistani.
Did following before I flew in.
1. Got vpn.
2. Bought enough protection and lube. Don't bring toys or overtly kinky stuff as it get confiscated.
3. Bought feminine hygiene product to combat Paki / Indian smell issues.
4. Bought Smokes & Vape pen.
5. Setup two appts with filo milfs from MR. Indian / Pakistan wanted me to contact them after I reached.
At Airport.

Between coming and going I spent roughly 3 days in Dubai earlier this month.
Monday night I went to Club Mint first, due to proximity to my hotel but there wasn't any girl there that interested me. So was in Dubai for 3 nights Wed-Saturday. Went to Premier on every night and didn't take anything from there. The quality there isn't like before, but I have love-hate relationship with that place, that's always my main spot even though there are a lot of things there that do annoy me like the bad repetitive music, the people there, and so many other things. When you're trying to check a lady out and then some guy just comes stands in front of you for example, it's like get the f-ck out of the way, I am trying to check a woman out, not look at your head.
On Friday after getting bored I left by 1 am and decided to check out St George for the first time. There were a few different clubs on the 10th floor and I eventually settled for one. There was one that did catch my eye, she had one fine body and a good face in a tight green dress. There's an 'after party' place on the same floor that stays open past 3 until 7 am. I went there and was thinking of eventually leaving, but she was there and she caught me looking at her so she smiled, then walked over, and when she walked over I saw she was really really good up close, she was Moroc but didn't look like one or talk like one or act like one, we settled on 1,000 and left.

If I'm on the right track, I would appreciate that feedback or feedback with the necessary calibrations. Also, is it a lot easier to arrange a companion in the bar of the hotel where you're staying?

Spent three days in Dubai. Stayed at the Burjumaan Ajaan, no issues but we need to be smart. One of the few green hotels left.

Indeed you were correct, as the following news report (https://www.khaleejtimes.com/uae/uae-police-warn-residents-about-massage-robbery-gangs-1) confirms today (and which also worryingly links a lot of these calling cards to robberies by African gangs. Although the African robbery aspect had been reported on here a few times months back).
What I am struggling to understand however, is that these calling cards are quite clear in what they offer (as the pics on them are generally of bikini clad women etc), and which one can safely assume are illegal massages. Given that these calling cards are dropped all over the streets in areas such as Tecom, Deira and Bur Dubai etc which must annoy the residents in those areas, and given that it would be quite easy for the police to find whoever is posting these cards (as the cards contain a telephone number), then why have the police not done anything months / years back to arrest the people concerned with dropping these massage calling cards everywhere (the cards associated with actual massage provision I mean, not the massage cards links to the robberies)?
I can only assume it must be due to massive police corruption at the top level (I. E. The top police guys are taking a cut of the message fee's), otherwise it would be easy for the police to arrest all those involved!! Happy to receive clarification is anybody thinks or knows different.

This is have dubbed International City as there are so many spas that you don't know where to turn your head to. I was in the area in search of the firebird spa I once visited but could not find it once again, so decided to treat myself for my efforts and tried to find another (stair) way to heaven in the neighborhood I was exploring. There seemed to be three options, a Valley one, akin to the infamous Jumeirah spa, a mountain one (in Arabic) and a "Random" one, so I decided to try my luck there.
The owner, a Chinese woman was attending the reception and quickly dropped down her price to the traditional red. Ooks like times have changed a lot in the last decade with respect to the mongering scene in Dubai.
I mongered heavily in Dubai from Jan 2011 up until the end of 2012 before returning to India for good. I tell you mongering in India cannot beat Dubai in terms of quality and variety. In those 2 years, I mainly ventured into various apartment brothels run by PRC madams. Believe it or not the first contact of a brothel I got was from my dads cellphone and I lost my virginity to a hot busty PRC hooker at age 21. It was the best sex I had in my life, that first time, I can still remember it so vividly even though 9 years have since passed. Damages were only AED 200 then for an hour with 2-3 shots included. Most of these places were in the Bur Dubai area. The girls were just too good in terms of service, lots of DFK and even helped to towel dry me after my shower at the end of the deed, help me put on my clothes and shoes. That was the level of service. I also ventured into the MPs and got a few happy endings and TA+BA. "Happy Valley" was one of these Thai spas where these encounters took place. The figure and dressing style of Mortisha from Addams family and a hot oriental face. Fixed the deed for AED 500 for 2 shots. She escorted me out of the hotel to her apartment in her chauffeur driven car. Was really nervous inside the cab thinking the the river could be an under cover cop and this whole thing could be a sting. She told me to pay the guy AED 50 on reaching her apartment block before alighting. Paid him AED 20 and told him to F off. Once inside the room the girl started her drama the AED 100 extra for the room. Paid that well as did not want to spoil the mood. Overall a very average hurried experience with no DFK and mechanical sex. Once the deed was over, headed back home.

What was the golden triangle again? Was it the walk around Paranormal, York and Regal? I always enjoyed that walk. You could even do it in summer. Some use to add Mariners at the end of Al Rolla to that walk. You can even pop in or hang around Imperial half way up Al Rolla.

Decided to leave after a few drinks and head over to Juuls bar. Arrived around 1200 AM and the place was pretty much empty with only 10 to 15 women in the bar. I noticed the quality was not the usual. Stayed until 2:00 AM with no change in the scenery.

Lakeside.All the major hotels are below 20% occupancy, so as the clientele is down, the girls are moving on. But I'm finding the quality is still out there to be had.
Decided to mix it up and stay at the Dusit in downtown. Couple of in house bars, and although the quantity and choice wasnt there, I did find one that suited my taste.
As you know the Saudis are not ALLOWED to travel to Dubai because of Corona virus.
Some hotel managers and business owners are crying out loud from the current situation.

For several years now I've started taking girls to clubs and restaurants before the hotel. I have always found Dubai a monger friendly city, there are lot of lot of opportunities, Pick up points (DB), SP, MP, you just need to click right deal.
My last experience was in February 2020, I landed there and stayed at a good hotel in front of DXB Airport. That was very decent Hotel and guest friendly, in fact no restriction, there was a back door in street from there one can come easily.
I book a chick through a SP, she straight reached to my room, SP was referred by a senior member with good experience. But my experience was different and I also made a mistake.
He has shared whatsApp Pics through which I selected, She reached in an hour, by the time I was horny and tired too.
She was full of assets but not the one I selected. Instead sending her back, I continued with her, that was my mistake.

The way things are going, all of 2020 may be a goner but we will have to wait and see. I'm hoping by June or July we may be able to travel, but all up in the air right now.

Everything is shut down mate. It's odd though, they are taking all these measures now but they are a bit late with all these closures I think. I mean like 12 days ago, all bars, clubs, MP's etc were open and it was business as usual, when everyone knew what was happening in China, Italy, Spain, Iran etc. Considering how much traffic flows into Dubai for business and entertainment purposes, they should have suspended travel and the entertainment stuff much earlier than that.
I also find the 470 odd positive cases reported dubious to say the least. Who knows how many people they are actually testing. Plus with a population that is like 90% expats, and with their animal like laws, I bet most people are afraid to go out and get tested.

Let me start with an apology for not being an active contributor here. I have been following this site for years, but was kind of lazy to write up something. Nevertheless, this post might be useful for those who loves having shisha and don't mind having a quickie as well.
There is this place in Deira called "Furj Al Murar" having at least 200 shisha cafes lined up. Covering entire street. With tourism already set to be massively down this year, basically a write off, there is also no real reason or incentive to open the clubs or bars, just not worth the risk.

I immediately hung up the call and went out of my room as I thought these guys might come back and negotiate for the taxi charges or might even threaten me. As I ran out of my room I informed the reception not to send anyone to my room.

This is really becoming a problem. These wgs have significantly reduced income and can't even manage their basics. Worse for SB type. Many of them do hourly freelance jobs, mostly in salons or retail and haven't seen income for nearly 3 monthly now and likely one more month.

So I got pinged by 2 Uzbek WG's in Dubai. The first one, Neelu, who is / was the best friend of my regular Uzbek, let's call her Shabnam. So Neelu went on a rant, how she's dead broke and is now thinking of just flying out of Dubai considering the way things are. And Shabnam apparently is so desperate for money that she has tried to cheat with Neelu's BF. Then got pinged by Shabnam, asking when I'm coming etc etc, and literally begging for money. So things are pretty bad for these girls. I am not planning on sending anything because I have this rule where I just don't do that.
So I wonder when they will start issuing tourist visas again in Dubai. Without tourists, Dubai's economy is just not going to survive. But you open the door to tourists and get rid of the quarantine policy, you'll see another spike in cases. Plus, considering the terrible situation in Saudi and how all the GCC countries depend on Saudi tourists, it looks unlikely that may happen in the very near future. I'm guessing they may open up to select countries in August if not sooner, which is bullshit but that is most likely what may happen, I hope I'm wrong.

Cheers.Yeah I suspect that once there's some confidence in testing, they'll be opening up to select countries ASAP. But you're right, so much Saudi tourist dollar in Dubai, in both 'our' economy and the 'real' economy, hard to see them being on the list given the situation there.

Why am I writing this, because you asked.
A few WGs are my friends however there are no free lunches both ways. It works best this way because there are no hurt feelings and you can continue a very nice relationship which works for your and her.
One of my "friends" was telling me how some guy paid 8000 dh for her shopping in return for a blow and bang, just a few minutes before I was balls deep in her ass. I joked and told her she would never get that from me and she said "I know".
Once she needed to borrow 500 from me and I lent it to her with the condition I wanted it returned in 2 days. She agreed and she returned it. No drama.
She does not give me free lunches either. When she introduces me to her "friends" there is always an introduction fee. It's a one time fee and I am free to contact the friend again directly. Also I tell her my price and she will shop around to find a friend within this price.
If you keep things clear and consider this to be entertainment business, emphasis on business, you end up respecting her and she you. Also the service is good. Obviously this only works with regulars, but it does work.
