Tourism will resume July 7th so it makes sense they start opening business's.Bold move by the UAE but one they had to take obviously.
My sources confrim the above but I will wait to travel.

But why would anyone go to bars and clubs at this moment of time even with blue balls. Then economy is tanking for sure (like in many countries) and tourism has taken a massive hit but the virus is still around. In Australia for example, Victoria opened up and lambasted other states for not doing the same. Now it is in strict lockdown again due to a huge spike. Mainly because people do not follow the rules. Germany's are number is 2. 28 and it is also thinking same. Shame that a few hard headed morons ruin for everyone but that is what will happen in the UAE.
How will you ask about the menu, pops, price etc when you social distance? Hand signals? Shout? Or just take her to room and then negotiate LOL.

I hear compulsory tests on arrival unless you can prove a recent negative test. That's got to be a good thing. Still feels a little soon to open up, precautions still needed I think.

If cases here have peaked and are on the downward path, which by all indications they are, then you can control and ensure a huge spike doesn't happen by indeed properly screening and testing everybody before they come. If you test everybody coming in, you know who has it and you simply isolate them. This thing is much more manageable to control when you aren't dealing with mass community outbreaks anymore, and even scientifically the approach to mass testing + trace tracking is said to be more effective in the long run than just full on lockdowns.
A test can detect anyone who has it, including asymptomatic cases, so it would not make a difference. Once they are detected with it, they won't be allowed in.Well I ain't a doctor but the jury is still out on that one it seems. But I honestly hope you're right.

The 14 days is applied to all in a government paid hotel (though Queensland now ask all to pay nearly $3000). You can do the 14 days at home if exempted (health and age reasons mainly). But in that case the police randomly visit you home and call you and ask you to come outside. If not there it means huge trouble.
One guy skipped out from the hotel twice is now in jail for 28 days plus a huge fine.
Aussie does not mess around and yes, the pressure to open tourism is huge even just to allow interstate traveller but not happening.
UAE needs cash it seem and tourist can boost but would feel happy walking malls, going bars especially if anyone from Saudi etc was there.
Same goes for USA, the orange idiot is pushing to reopen because of his re- election. Guess what, many of those early opening states (all support the idiot) now see spikes and some like Arizona is huge.
So be careful what you wish for.
Here is my first time in Dubai.
Started visiting Dubai 5 years back and after getting known to city more, was thinking how to venture first time. Was generally staying at famous park hotel near Burjuman. Once paid visit to their famous club. It was a bit early as it was just getting started. Saw a red dressed Filipino coming in and standing at the bar counter. She was the first one to arrive and was impressed with her slim body. Quick talks but not much negotiation and back to room for 5 reds I guess. The deed gets finished in 30 minutes and that was the kick start moment in Dubai. I still recall her face and her soft skin. She was regular at that club for next 2 years but did not repeated her as I was started exploring more options by then.

After the story told by Dizaster it seems natural to invite members to retell how they got into the trade in Dubai. As fro myself I started following the downward path (to heaven) more than 10 years ago. It all happened by accident. Actually on a week end afternoon I was doing some not far from Burjuman. As I was about to reach my car, I saw an Asian (maybe Chinese) and x-rayed her body from head to toes as she was quite hot. And Shabnam apparently is so desperate for money that she has tried to cheat with Neelu's BF. Then got pinged by Shabnam, asking when I'm coming etc etc, and literally begging for money. So things are pretty bad for these girls. I am not planning on sending anything because I have this rule where I just don't do that.
So I wonder when they will start issuing tourist visas again in Dubai. Without tourists, Dubai's economy is just not going to survive. But you open the door to tourists and get rid of the quarantine policy, you'll see another spike in cases. Plus, considering the terrible situation in Saudi and how all the GCC countries depend on Saudi tourists, it looks unlikely that may happen in the very near future. I'm guessing they may open up to select countries in August if not sooner, which is bullshit but that is most likely what may happen, I hope I'm wrong.
What do you guys think?

One of them gave me a freebie before Covid times so I am kind of returning the favor and the other two are prospects so my returns might get to nil (one Thai is not as responsive on whatsapp since I handed over the monnies but I talked her to paying back with her sister at the same time). So we will see what that yields.
My two piece of advice:
1- Don't give more than what you are comfortable loosing. Some of the girls would happily ask several thousands or more and promise lots of things, but you are not a bank.
2- Give to those who showed honestly and diligence they are more likely to keep their promises for future service.
3- Be aware that even honest and well intended persons may find themselves in a situation where they cannot offer what they promised.

Have posted two of these before but since we are on the topic, a few of my experiences:
Pinky who I've written about in the past located in Nahda was one of the standouts in this price range. When I was younger I had visited a few brothels in Nahda with the curtains separating rooms but they were always squalid or nothing to write home about.
Met pinky through one of the dating apps, and expected more of the same since she had wuoted AED 200 for the hour. If they like too much up the back shute and encourage you to lout it there then is a LB or a post op LOL.

Thoughts?Similarly to Plush, I've also put out a couple of 'loans', but only to well known contacts that either have a history of paying back, or showing their gratitude in other ways.
I'd echo his suggestions that don't lend what you're not willing to lose, because he's right, willing or not they may not always be in a position to 'repay' when you're there to collect. Many are on interesting visa arrangements that could disappear at any time.

Usually you can get them for 200 AED an hour all services included Incall. They sometimes charge 300-500 for outcalls depends on how you get their contacts (online, massage cards, spas etc.).

As you are all aware the restrictions have been lifted and bars open. I ventured out to my go to destination to catch hold of some nice chick for a wild night. I booked a hotel for just 80 AED and headed to my favorite bar hoping to play a round of pool table and to pick up someone for the night. But unfortunately they had blocked the Pool table area so had to be happy with drinks and food. Sometimes when the government cracks down the bars starts to try to sell more food to just to stay open. I don't mind eating at the bars but the prices are usually outrageous like 50 for 6 pieces of over cooked dry chicken wings. No thanks I rather go to the McDonald's next door and have 3 full meals for that much money.

My friends in Saudi still confined to their homes and some whose visa are expiring can't leave as no domestic flights I am told.
Even with the border opening people need a range of things to prove COVID free but would you take the risk as the virus is still there? And some of the countries the UAE is open to are still messy but then nowhere near as messy as the USA (who have a done a tremendous job according to at least one person LOL) which fortunately is banned.

The lock-downs have eased and its time to hit the road with all guns blazing. So here is my adventure I had with a Viet at tecom area at a hotel apartments. Don't think Saudis are allowed to leave their homes let along fly to the UAE. My friends in Saudi still confined to their homes and some whose visa are expiring can't leave as no domestic flights I am told.
Even with the border opening people need a range of things to prove COVID free but would you take the risk as the virus is still there? And some of the countries the UAE is open to are still messy but then nowhere near as messy as the USA (who have a done a tremendous job according to at least one person LOL) which fortunately is banned.The Saudi lock-down was lifted, and the domestic flights are allowed.
They will also open the King Fahd causeway with the kingdom of Bahrain 27th this month, as for UAE nothing new yet and I doubt they'd be allowed to come here since they have over 200 k confirmed cases.

Been in Dubai for around 5 years and in this hobby for a while. Thought I'll post some reports and happy to exchange numbers with experienced punters. Thought I'll put in a brief guide.
So for people on the budgets and stuff-.
Best value for money.
Cheapest are the unofficial massage parlors -the flats, not the shops, shops IMO are not worth it-. I've been to dozens, never had a problem. Rates can go from 200-300.1 HR-2 shots. You will find some gems here, girls who could easily be making twice as much being on MR etc. But you got to explore. I use the usual apps to hunt. Just download all the top dating apps and go from there. They will always ask where you live and where you're from and where you live and will quote a price accordingly, you can always knock off 50-100. Half the time, the girls won't be same as what you saw in pics or they're old, but as I said earlier, you'll find gems too. No harm, it's cheap and best value for money. This is apart from the cards you'll find, I just take sneaky photos of the ones on floor and go from there. If it's too good to be true, it's probably a scam, never enter a door without face being shown, I've walked away from doors many a times when I suspected it's black gangs. But I've also found some good and decent black girls. The services are usual and BB BJs. Pick up joints: Think everyone knows what is where here. There are joints for ExUSSR, Pak, Iran etc. Prices are also more or less same 700-1. 5 k (2/3 shots). At 1. 5 k you can find supermodel material. These are for your all-nighter events / places. Very important when negotiating you specify CLEARLY what you are asking for. Time they leave / services / shots. I've had some very good and very bad experiences. Hotels: Just go to usual booking sites, shortlist a few in your budget and call them. Ask it would be you and your female friends, different passports and if that's a problem? If your plan is different check in times, let them know. They'll understand instantly what you intend and let you know straightforward. Prices tbh are great ATM. Hotels with names of the most common element of desert is green, one with a numerical digit is more than green and one having a name of planet. I usually have my back pack with mixers and drinks, and tbh it's total waste of money buying from them and some of them would be green but may not have a bar.
Be respectful, be clear about everything. I've been lurking here for years and thought I'd start posting. Hope that helps.
I've been to Thailand and TBH if you're going for hobby, this place is as good with more variety if you count in the flight costs etc you'd miss the nude bar vibes but tbh, if you got your own apartment and set of friends, you can have similar vibes.

I returned to Dubai for just a couple of days and thinking of a change from my regular I called Moscow to check the status of the club. It is now open but as a restaurant, until 3 am.
I assume that the girls are there and business is as usual but one needs to sit at a table and order food, which is acceptable. What I did not ask, since I have no time now and I am not planning to go eat that stinking food. I remember it from my regular visits. The covid situation here is kinda under control because of the following reasons in my opinion.
1. The majority of the expat community or the tourists who come into UAE are probably not above 60 years of age and are not in the category of the high risk age group.
2. Its summer out here and catching a fever, cough, temperature etc are quite less.
3. Its been told by the authorities to stay home if you are sick and try to get done with it in self quarantine.
4. Everyone is fed up of the job losses and the downward plunge of business here in UAE. They just don't care any more.
So the points is its just like any other viral fever for people in UAE now. The only thing is when you are a confirmed positive case you are required to take care and not spread it to anyone else. There is no strict protocol of contact tracing or similar strict stuffs being done here. For sure a lot of testing is conducted by the government which is a good thing. And they do have enough facilities created just in case the confirmed cases go out of control.
I don't think the govt is fudging with the case numbers. They are in fact trying to build the confidence within the people and the world that UAE has it under control.
The bottom line is not be afraid of covid, rather take precautions and stay safe.

When Bahrain allowed Saudis to enter it was announced by the Saudi state media so far nothing for the UAE.
Even if the UAE did allow Saudis to come the Saudi government must give them the green light first.
However, I believe it's only a matter of time and they will announce it soon. But so far there are no international flights to dxb and the borders are closed.
The only country Saudis are allowed to travel to is Bahrain 27th this month, and I believe the Bahrain government requested it since their whole economy depends on Saudi tourists.

Not to generalise, but from my experiences, Moroccans are risky in terms of service and honesty. This has been my experience with quite a few in Dubai and Bahrain over the years and I usually stay clear of them but there have been exceptions where a few have been quite good, but overall I avoid them no matter how hot.
If I had been in your situation, I would have stood my ground and asked for it back. You weren't in a compromising position so not sure how you would have gotten into trouble? Plus you could prove that it was YOUR fucking phone, not hers.

Just a small word of caution..First of all, don't worry too much about it. You handled the situation as well as you could have at that moment. But with the benefit of hindsight I would mention a couple of points:
1. Can't be shy in situations like this. Does not matter what the girl thinks of you.
2. As other user mentioned you were not in a compromising situation. You could even tell police this lady asked me to use my phone and now is not giving it back. She would be the one in trouble no matter what she said to police.

Took advantage of the long Eid weekend to do a recon of a few clubs here in Dubai. Haven't been out since this whole lockdown started.
First club I hit was Jules. I arrived around 9:30 PM and sat out side and ate dinner. The club is setup with more tables with chairs to look more like a restaurant than a club. Current requirements a bar can only serve alcohol if they serve food. The club was full with people watching the show of only one Filipina chic signing on stage minus the band. The atmosphere was a little slow with a hand full of girls sitting around 1 African, 3 EE and 3 Asian. I left about 10:45 and noticed they were checking temperatures prior to entering the Jules area which they were not doing earlier. Also there was no entry fee to enter the bar.
Second club was Premier. Arrived around 11:00. No entry fee, No pat down and they check your temperature at the door. They have the club setup like a large bar with tables and chairs on the dance floor and most areas where people normally stand. When I walked in it was only eight people in the club. No DJ just some techno music playing. The big TV over the DJ booth had a soccer game on. No strobe lights or smoke. All the lights are on in the club. You can't stand at the bar and order a beer you have to have it brought to your table. They also give you peanuts and a plate with hamburger buns with a side of carrots and celery. I told them I didn't want it but they told me they had to make it look like they were serving something. Around 12:00 AM a few women started to come in. I noticed 3 EE, 5 middle eastern not really sure. Drank my two beers and decided to leave around 12:00.
Third club was York. I read Timmy8907 report so I decided to stop in. Arrived around 12:15. No entry fee. Went up stairs to the club and it was like nothing had changed other than not a lot of women walking around. They put up a few more tables and chairs. The club was full with so many guys I could hardly see any women so I only stayed for a few minutes and walked out. The three bars downstairs were still operating but did not go inside.
Fourth club was Moscow. I arrived around 12:30 and was told the club was full and they were not letting anyone else in. From what I could hear sound like the music was blaring as usual and I could smell the smoke with out walking in. I recommend you get there early.
Last and final stop was Fairmount Hotel to peak in on Cin Cin bar. Got there about 12:50. They check you temperature before entering the hotel. Went up to the bar which was open but nobody was in there. Decided to go around back to check out Cavalli Club but it was closed with not lights on so I decided to call it a night and head home.
Hope this gives you some ideal on the happenings here in Dubai. This was also over Eid so maybe more active next week.

What happens if a tourist catches Covid while in Dubai? Are you taken to a Dubai government facility for 14 days to isolate in? Would they check who all has visited you in your hotel as in contact tracing? I don't know but there are a few test facilities in dubai. Just type in Covid test site Dubai. I cost about 360 AED you get the results back in about 12 hours. All the travel protocols are online and go into detail about isolation requirements.
Are the usual GF hotels from the past (Burjuman Arjan, Pullman Apartments, etc) still green? No sure.
Are the rates more or less the same or is it more of a punters market these days? Rates appear to be down from my perspective.

Took advantage of the long Eid weekend to do a recon of a few clubs here in Dubai. Haven't been out since this whole lockdown started.
First club I hit was Jules. I arrived around 9:30 PM and sat out side and ate dinner. The club is setup with more tables with chairs to look more like a restaurant than a club. Current requirements a bar can only serve alcohol if they serve food. The club was full with people watching the show of only one Filipina chic signing on stage minus the band. The atmosphere was a little slow with a hand full of girls sitting around 1 African, 3 EE and 3 Asian. I left about 10:45 and noticed they were checking temperatures prior to entering the Jules area which they were not doing earlier. Also there was no entry fee to enter the bar.
Second club was Premier. Arrived around 11:00. No entry fee, No pat down and they check your temperature at the door. They have the club setup like a large bar with tables and chairs on the dance floor and most areas where people normally stand. When I walked in it was only eight people in the club. No DJ just some techno music playing. The big TV over the DJ booth had a soccer game on. No strobe lights or smoke. All the lights are on in the club. You can't stand at the bar and order a beer you have to have it brought to your table. They also give you peanuts and a plate with hamburger buns with a side of carrots and celery. I told them I didn't want it but they told me they had to make it look like they were serving something. Around 12:00 AM a few women started to come in. I noticed 3 EE, 5 middle eastern not really sure. Drank my two beers and decided to leave around 12:00..It seems more women have taken to social media websites than clubs these days. Unfortunately for us almost 90 of the ads have fake pics or old pics. Tired of social media and like to see them in real before I take any step.

Third club was York. I read Timmy8907 report so I decided to stop in. Arrived around 12:15. No entry fee. Went up stairs to the club and it was like nothing had changed other than not a lot of women walking around. They put up a few more tables and chairs. The club was full with so many guys I could hardly see any women so I only stayed for a few minutes and walked out. The three bars downstairs were still operating but did not go inside.Ya, I definitely agree that their aren't that many ladies out. Cheers.They say that tourists need to be able to cover their own quarentine costs if they need to quarantine, and mention hotel room rates, so I think the quarantines are still in hotels, not in government facilities.
I'm not sure how far they go with contact tracing though. I know if you test positive, you have to download an app that can see who's been around you, but you only have to DL it after a positive, so obviously it's not going to be very helpful retroactively.

To answer your question I have never checked a WG COVID status. The few I have been with I have know before the COVID-19 and were here when Dubai was on full lockdown. Some ladies say they have been tested but unless you ask for the test results you will never know. I myself have been tested three times between job and movement requirements. Once for free and twice out of pocket all negative.
You are correct the quantity of WG has gone down. 6 months ago you could go to the club and you could see all the action. Single guy walks into a club and 30 min later is walking back out with a girl on his arm. Either he has some serious pickup lines or something else is going on. The ones that left didn't have the funds to remain in the UAE without customers. With a one month no movement lockdown its was hard to make money for some. The ones that stayed had enough funds or other means to stay here. The 7 July Dubai announced that it was allowing tourist back so we will see who returns. Since the clubs closed down a lot of action has gone to WhatsApp and online.
As for a tourist testing positive for COVID I'm not sure how that whole system works. I know two guys that I work with had a test come back positive and they were required to self quarantine at home for 14 days then retest. They are both back a work after a negative test result. Everyone is supposed to have the ALHOSN app on their phone for contact tracing but who knows. The first month it was out it didn't work and what if you don't have a smart phone then what? I would have to say a tourist that end up getting sick and takes a COVID test that comes back positive the government will want to track you and require you to self quarantine. In the beginning I used to see police cars with lights on escorting buses to who knows where. I have not seen that in the last few months. I just can't give you a 100% answer because I have never talked to anyone in that situation.

So I've come to prefer going out to the clubs to meet ladies a lot more than MR recently. The rates are insanely better, and you can see and speak to the person beforehand to at least try and see if you'll get along well.
Over the Eid weekend, I had another trip down to Bur Dubai, but this time I went straight to York. And some of who charge 500 would accept 400 if you repeat your visit a number of times in a short period of time.
As for 300 even if you find one who accept it for 2 shots I usually tip 100 if the service is good since 300 doesn't feel right anyways.
By the way you have no idea how everything improves if you become a repeat customer, try it.

I am not in Dubai frequently but this is my pre-pandemic experience. Almost all will agree for 400 and many will agree 300. And I don't mean petty haggling. Pretty much right away.Totally agree with this, usually you are dealing with a handler, even if they tell you that you are not. Often the MR advert says 600,700, 800 etc, so I usually go in with an offer of 300 for a 2 shot deal. I tell them that I have several other places with this price so it seems fair (and that is not a lie, just factual). I would say that they respond very quickly with either a yes (50% of the time) or a counter offer of 400 is usually the outcome. I do not haggle too much as it is tedious, so a deal is agreed at that point, or I simply walk away and say goodbye, I never agree 500 or higher for these Viet joints, there are simply too many to choose from for that.
I was always happy to pay 400 of course, but now they feel like they had a slight victory, and on a lucky day I get it for 300.
However, if I do get it for 300, and the girl turns out to be a gem, then I will tip the girl 100 directly, which she loves, and in turn ensures me a great level of service each time. I don't tip if I paid 400 originally as this hobby requires budgets and limits and needs to be kept in check.
One thing to add, you must be mindful of the costs over time, so if dealing with a new prospect, whatever the initial price you agree, that normally becomes the price for you with them forever, each and every visit. You may end up loving the place and want to visit 2 or 3 times a month, so you must consider the longer term implications of even a 100/200 overspend on the original deal. Of course if you do not live here then maybe you don't care so much about budget, but for those that do it really makes a difference over a few months and good initial negotiating (not tedious back and forth) can ensure that you get several extra experiences over time for less spend.

Went to York last night, 1st time since COVID. As reported by others it was far from full, the punter / WG ratio was close to 1:1 and the selection was pretty poor. But the entrance is actually out side the hotel around the back, walk thru the lobby to the far left and thru a short passageway where there's signs, leads you outside where you pay the entry / drinks charge and go up the stairs. Just in case you repeat your mistake at York, don't want you to end up in the Nepali mirchi bar.

Inside, there was the usual lot of African girls (some looked really hot), Asians and a few Russians. I was there with a friend, and we just stopped by to grab some beers before going to the best Iranian Kebab shop in the city (its a few paces down the road).
The african girls were quite pushy, and for the first time I had to be a little stern with them. I didn't like it, because I know they are really in dumps these days, but I had some company along with me.
Anyway, I don't feel Premier will gain anything by increasing the rates like this, unless it has something special to offer.

I went to Regal yesterday and the ladies can only enter free if they come by 8 pm or 10 pm, or they have to pay for the table. The selection at Regal was quite poor I must say, will try to explore some other places today.

Lakeside1.To True. Regal is a horrid experience. I wouldn't even go anymore if it was free. I went several times pre Covid. A dark overpriced Warehouse with No band or atmosphere. The girls are bored with just standing around. The class girls don't go there now. Loud drab music. They got to do something about that place.
