Anyone think this is a good idea and if so what would you want from a Mansion in the DR full of the top notch women of Santiago, Puerta Plata, and the rest of the island. I was recently in CR and could not find this service except at the Holiday Inn where is was the same price as in the states- $60 per hour. If you are going to go that route (US pricing in a developing country) you will not get my business. For example, based on local wages, I would expect a one hour massage for $10 to at most $15.

If you are going to be charging American prices at this place you wont be getting any of my dollars/pesos, I can find cheaper hoes with top notch quality in Santiago at the Car Washes if you want to go there and compar your chicas. Keep in mind we are all looking for a good deal on here and are not looking to over pay in a 3rd world country.
I've stayed at the Platinum Castle and it was off the hook! I am a regular in the DR scene and pretty much saw it all, but I was impressed with this guy's set-up. There's plenty of girls to choose from anytime in the day or night. He has a maid that will cook you anything you want and he has a driver who has the hookup in all the night spots. I've been to all the clubs in Santiago and the CarWashes and it does not compare with the chicks he has available from barrios all over the cibao area. I would definitely recommend!

A fkk type setup would really do good in the states, I know some elsalvadorians that run one around 2 blocks from my house that's opened Monday - Thursday. Prices are utterly insane, and to get in you have to go through a really hardcore background check. The parking lot the girls park in, which is around a mile away, is filled with 100k+ cars.
If you want to do something like that here, set up a classy joint right outside of tijuana and pay for transportation for desired clients. Pay the cops to work security, and transportation. You'll make a ton.

Then, which business today is started without a website?
The only thing which comes through so far is the initiators passion to make money.

We search long and hard for TpC girls b/c it's important for everyone out there to understand that we are not searching for quantity, we are searching for QUALITY. We start off with picking you up from the Airport of course, then go back to the castle where there will be the girl of your choice or similar or a few depending on how big your appetite is. Everything is all inclusive, you get drinks, food, we have 2 maids, flatscreens, xbox, PS2, poker table, full bar, companionship of course 24/7, wireless internet, free US Phone line to use, a small deposit gets you a DR cell phone all you do is put minutes and we have a car and driver on call 24/7, nice size rooms with queen or king size beds and a computer in each room with internet access so you can post your experience immediately.
We have different events where we go to the beach, rent a house with a pool in Sosua or go to the beach in Boca Chica...we might go to the waterfalls in the mountains or go jetski on the lake. You never know what could happen at The Platinum Castle but you can believe you won't be on your own, you'll hang with me personally the entire time, we have personal security for all the guests and me and my people. Safety and comfort are essential in this organization.
This is a Private club and there is a membership fee for the site. However if your coming to the castle and you are from ISG, when you call say ISG at the TpC and your membership is on me for the first year. You get it only if you come to the Castle and you mention ISG at the TpC. Also to put my money where my mouth is ISG at the TpC fam pay half for the first day your here and the other half is on me. This is only for those that come to ISG, a little something special for my fellow gush chasers.
Unfortunately we don't have a pool at this Castle but there is another Castle opening soon that will have a huge pool and take up to 5-6 guests at a time.
Costs are the same all the time.
3 days - $750
4 days - $1000
5 days - $1250
6 days - $1500

TpCI have tried on two occasions to request info from the website, and on each occasion got an note that the site email address: is not working/doe not exist. That is not a good sign. I saw rates listed in another posting.

tpc is back. so i have been reading your posts and i do like what i am seeing. i am learning alot from you guys so keep all that shit new for me. i am at the end of the stages of this project and it will be time to move to another south american country and do it all over again. so these few months are crucial.

I should have never pressed you for pictures before you were ready. The ones you have posted will probably do more harm than good. I see rooms filled with plastic furniture, what appears to be bedrooms seperated only by a glass partition, and curtains that look like you bought them from the palace.
I will tell you that if you are under the impression that guys going down really don't care about the little details, and if they get a hot 18 year old, a good stiff drink, and a t-bone for dinner, that they will be happy, you are very wrong. i myself would love to have a great place to stay in santiago, with no hassles or security issues. I applaud you on your concept and your progress, but if you want long term repeat customers who will not tear up the place, or expose it to the wrong element, you must get feedback from senior mongers about details. I have seen first hand how not paying attention to the obvious can "kill". Just as a little example: most mongers want to sleep till noon or better. Especially in santiago where there is no beach, and you have no pool. so those windows need to be properly covered to keep sunlight out. Couches should be comfortable enough to sit on (most in the dr are not).

I've got to give my input on this project thus far: from someone who appreciates mongering in a quality environment I would never pay the asking price for this place. It looks more along the lines of a 2-3 star mom & pop joint. I cannot tell from the pictures, but does this place even have air conditioning in the bedrooms? I'll second that this is a first rate idea, which has gone over really well in Bangkok & Medellin, but I think you must reconsider what you are advertising. If the pictures you have provided are of the actual "castle", I would recommend a full interior renovation to bring this up to a 4 star level. The amount of business you could bring in or lose from this site alone will rest with the quality of accomodations, service of the host and girls, and competitive rates. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

I stayed at the platinumcastle dot com and had a wonderful time. It was a little bit more after all was said and done but I don't have anything to compare it to. I imagine it to be the same as the old style playboy club only cheaper in price. I came over after hearing about it and had to cab it there and back and check out of my small cheap hotel -lost that 20$. And three cabs but I was on to something. I had picked a chick and by the time I was settled in and having a rest I woke up to see a beauti next to me. I really enjoyed the fact that this place has things. Nice towels things in the bathroom I left my shampoo for the next couple hahahaha the place is large. I changed chicks 2 xs and in the middle had a time you can't have anywhere. I was out getting pizza and I see two young beautis buy them a slice (keep track of $) invite them back with extra pizzas ($)for a drink at platinum and they wanted cuba libras well I'm paying had to use 7 up but that was ok and then we started dancing and the tv was on and I'm not sure what the f happened next but one girl had taken off her top and was smiling and her friend who I was dancing with was playing with my shirt to come off. Finished or not there is no value in US$250 a day for a tourist hotel and one girl included, in the DR. Or other popular countries like Thailand (Pattaya - US$25-30 all night and a great hotel for US$40, for really capable and very cute girls) or CR, though at least for Costa Rica it is so overpriced now your price is not that far off the mark. Unless in CR you want to charge even more.

Fine, I agree you can charge for that - but every tourist hotel in the DR has a free website - pictures of the rooms, the restaurant, facilities, grounds, directions and so forth - without paying to see where you are staying. Start with something tangible someone can see before committing to a trip to Santiago on a snipe hunt.
While Santiago has some of the best looking girls in the DR, second only to deeper in the Cibao Valley, it is a poor choice for gringos without experience or fluency with the language. Therefore they arrive at your place and don't like it they are stuck in a strange city with their dicks in ther hand, vs. Boca Chica or Sosua where there is a lot more support for the inexperienced.
I thought Blackbeards was clipping the newbies at RD$3000 all night for a girl but it at least is only part of this price and it exists. For the truly needy it is better than nothing but even then not by much at least it is not US$250 a night without a clue of what you get in advance.
This board is for advice, from experienced members who know the locations, and my advice to members is this is not worth 1/2 of what you want and there are alternatives already in existence for a lot less.

I am not interested in everyone's opinion about my passion for what I am doing. I have been working on this for over a year, I have been living here for 6 months, I have just gotten things out of customs after shipping shit 6months ago, and paying a wealthy bill when it was all suppose to be prepaid. I have had to go from one property to the next 3 times because the standards weren't up to par once purchased. As is most in this country, nothing here works, every property has had leaks everywhere, the buildings weren't what they appeared to be as is the norm. I am missing very expensive furniture that was shipped, and there is 3 times as much that needs to be shipped but after the 6 month fiasco I am afraid of what will happen. I am completely committed to making this work with your feedback, or without, with ISG or without. Whether closed or not, The Platinum Castle is not going anywhere. I have posted in other areas about the problems I have had dealing with this and trying to make it work, these girls are a pain in the ass and so has been the rest of this project. However I do know that nothing in this world that is worth anything comes easy and it never has. What I thought would take 6 weeks has been drawn out over 6 months and I am still here figuring the shit out.
The reason for the plastic furniture is I have bought all the furniture needed in the states and since I was waiting 6 months for it I didn't want to buy new furniture again. I am waiting to find what was lost and trying to send the other furniture to the next location, while buying everything else that is needed that I evidently am not going to be able to send because it will be another 6 month adventure.

Shit I don't know about you but fuckin 3 times a day is only about 5-6 hours out of the day tops, the rest of the day I like to party. So that's what we do. i am not trying to get the 10mm people who look at this site a day to come to the castle.
i am saying this, the castle is not like any other establishment here in the dr, or anywhere else really. we are real and love to enjoy our peeps that are part of the tpc family. this is more like a club fellas, a very laidback peaceful gentlemens spot like nothin here.
no there aren't air conditioners in the rooms, but i will tell you a story. i had a client here who got a hotel room for a week w/ ac. he stayed here 70% of the time including sleep, and this was before the inversor got here. he said to me this...dre fuck that all it has is an ac, i got everything here...shit i ain't goin no where. now i will admit i need some fuckin ac in this *****, but the quality of service has always been more important to me then anything, and there is no dirt here. everything is clean, there aren't bugs runnin around the kitchen.
we trully have a great time in the castle on a daily basis and we take care of our people. loyalty is something i will always stand by, if you support me i will always support you.
btw i only charged the client for 2 days and gave him half price. i am always going to be more then fair, in the end that is all i want. if it's not worth the money i am asking then you come here and tell me what you think that its worth. i guarantee you will be surprised at your amount.

I've received a handful of emails suggesting that I close down this thread and/or edit PlatinumCastle's posts to remove the abusive language and personal attacks against other forum members that clearly violate the Forum's Posting Guidelines, but I've decided to just leave everything alone and let it ride out it's own course, although I would make some observations:
1. PlatinumCastle did not ask me for a special thread, I created it on my own initiative, largely because I generally support sport-fucking endeavors, because I've setup similar threads for similar operations in other forums, and because I didn't want the discussions regarding this specific place to get intertwined with the primary discussions in the other threads.
2. The purpose of this forum is to facilitate the exchange of information between men on the subject of finding women for sex. Individual Forum Member's personal perspective on this place and it's value aside, PlatinumCastle's endeavor certainly qualifies as a valid topic of discussion under The Forum's mission statement.
3. It's been suggested to me that the existence of the PlatinumCastle thread could mislead forum readers. I disagree.
First, if a forum visitor and potential DR visitor is so stupid as to only read the favorable reports in this thread and completely ignore all the other information presented in this forum, and then they are beyond our help.
Second, if you think that the PlatinumCastle is over-priced, then you are welcome to state your opinion in the PlatinumCastle thread for all to see.
Third, believe it or not, there are actually some guys out there who are looking to stay in a place like the PlatinumCastle's and are willing to pay the PlatinumCastle's prices for their own reasons. It's a small but legitimate segment of the mongering market, and there's no reason to chastise PlatinumCastle for designing a place for this group and marketing it to them.
4. If PlatinumCastle wants to lose his cool and become belligerent here, then he's only shooting himself in the foot. I say he has that right.

You will not see me paying even half these prices, and I stay in 4-5 star hotels when available, or large private condos. Curiosity compels me to ask, without reading the pages of gang speak or whatever it is, you are of course welcome to word your messages however you like, you said in your more gentle response to my post that ISG members have a free membership to the site - how so? I certainly can't see it here, nor on the site. I would be happy to view it but not pay $US100 a year for likely one visit to see what you have going.
I still think you do need to make finding a view of your premises and services for free (or a whole lot easier to view "free" as an ISG member) as it still seems that there is not a lot on offer, and take away an OK hotel for US$50, say, the remaining US$200 for girls sounds like a lot. It sounds like a lot because it is double the current record for overpricing in Sosua. Perhaps there is a lot more to see and I'd enjoy seeing if that is true. I am wiling to concede you might have something, show us the money.
Not to copy either of these sites outright but you could look at Blackbeard's or El Caucho (in Boca Chica) to see examples of a basic web view of hotel facilities. OK, go ahead and charge for skin pics or movies, nobody cares as much as knowing what they are getting for top dollar.

Jackson makes good points - you must accept criticism, from experienced members who still see a pig in a poke and not a lot else (my posts were not the first saying where is ANY evidence of anything tangible), so if you want to cuss out your few prospective guests that is an odd and likely worthless marketing approach. GP thanks for the note, I have been thinking over the last couple days an although they are just words I have to take into consideration the effect they have on different types of people. I have come to the conclusion that maybe my tone is a bit harsh and after taking a few days off and dealing with a damn toothache that pretty much crippled me, I got a chance to look at things from different sides.
I apologize for my harsh remarks to anyone and everyone, not for what I said but for the way I said it. When my friend told me about this site a few months ago, he told me that you guys won't pay those prices. My response at that time was then I will have a separate payment scale for the Vet's of the sport. Somehow in all the bullshit, I forgot about all of that. However I remembered yesterday, and I have no idea how. Therefore all of this really was something that could have been avoided had I thought instead of reacted. What I had agreed to at the time was about 50 bucks for a room and 25 bucks all you can eat and drink so total $75 bucks, how you get this is by being a Vet at this game. "ISG at TpC" is what you need to say when you get here or you will be charged like normal. I figured since you were Vet's you could handle the cost of the girls yourself. Most of what is offered is not going to be found on the internet. The site isn't really for people who want to come. This is more of the word of mouth type of club. The site is for entertainment. There will be more info soon but this ia a large project and we are trying to figure out the perfect way to spin this and make it work. The information on the Castle is on the site, on the reservations page. On the second page with the video above the video and words there is a Reservations button. Click it.
I do understand that information is key, but after reading all the posts I have put up I think that there is enough information on here too get the point across of what TpC is.

My opinion about Donmobay hasn't changed, however I will say this. I love him to death but half the time I don't understand what he is talking about. I wouldn't care to see the site (for free) other than an area that can show what the hotel, rooms, faclities, and so on are like. If you have other content that is worth paying for you can just segregate that.
I wish you the best of luck but old timer or not I am not daft enough to commit to US$250 a night not knowing what I get until I arrive - there are lots of marginal hotels in the DR, the better ones prove they are not a joke or rip-off with a free website . Worth thinking about. You could have a free area or even a free site without the pay content. I would not expect the veterans here to pay or commit sight unseen (or "site" unseen).
I suggest again you look at El Caucho or BB's site to see what is not unreasonable to expect as a potential guest. Or, also in Boca Chica, Costalunga or El Candil as other examples of just hotels without girls as an available part of the menu.
You know TPC: anyone who can read would interpret what you said as you guys (e.g. you guys here) can go to the website - not if they first pay to come to the hotel. Get realistic with this .

i have posted many times to just click the reservations button to get the information that you are asking for. everything is on that page but i did also say you have to be patient because:
1. the site isn't complete however the information you are requesting is on there.
2. the castle isn't complete yet and if you don't want to pay that much i understand.
3. we are not a hotel! we are not like blackbeards, or any other place and you would only know that by coming.
the platinum castle is a family. my guests all come as my personal guests. the difference is this is our world, once you step in the castle you are a part of the castle and that simply put is you have not a care in the world. now if you speak spanish, you live here, have people here, or know many people here. maybe this would deter you from an establishment such as this. however there are many people who know nothing about the dr. who afraid for their safety. they are intimidated because they don't speak spanish. well i came here still not speaking spanish and partying everyday without a care in the world. i fuck the tightest women in the world and i am just sharing that with all those who like to and giving them the confidence to do it without getting robbed or attacked or taken to jail by the police, we eliminate all the dr problems you would run into by taking the problems head on dealing with them as the castle and not as a tourist visiting a 3rd world country.

I have not been to the DR yet, but have traveled extensively and have visited several good mongering spots in the islands. I will be expanding one of my businesses to the DR soon and was at first intrigued by your concept.
The idea of finding a true, first rate gentleman's club resort could be nice.
If you are going to claim to be a Platinum Level experience, then I am your target market. I seek out platinum level amenities where ever I can and I expect a certain level of service. I never sit in the back of the airplane and stay at very nice places. My travel budget is well over $50K per year.
There are a lot of guys like me on this board who travel for a living. We enjoy being able to take a few days to play when we can.
However, right now I do not think I would be interested in your place and for several reasons.
#1 Too expensive for what you get. I can go to Aruba, stay in a 4 star beachfront resort with a cute chica found in San Nicolas and take her for a very fine meal for about what you are charging for a non-airconditioned room, a steak on the barbie and a $30 girl.
#2 You seem to be a fun, party loving monger but you do not seem to be an experienced businessman. You try hard and you seem to mean well but for the premium travel market "Ooops, my bad. I'll do better next time" doesn't cut it. To be able to anticipate the needs and desires of a high-end traveler takes years of exposure to patrons at that level.
#3 From your ghetto street talk style I can assume that perhaps you are seeking the younger, hiphop loving crowd. That's cool. But not for me or most of the premium travelers that I know. But remember...us old farts generally visit an area several times a year. Young cats gotta save for a year for one visit. Again...understand your true high-end market.
#4 This one is perhaps a more personal thing, but I find your attitude towards the girls to be of a style that is not condusive to bringing out the best of their charms. I have not been to the DR yet, but have traveled extensively and have visited several good mongering spots in the islands. I will be expanding one of my businesses to the DR soon and was at first intrigued by your concept. The idea of finding a true, first rate gentleman's club resort could be nice.
If you are going to claim to be a Platinum Level experience, then I am your target market. I seek out platinum level amenities where ever I can and I expect a certain level of service. I never sit in the back of the airplane and stay at very nice places. My travel budget is well over $50K per year.
There are a lot of guys like me on this board who travel for a living. We enjoy being able to take a few days to play when we can.
However, right now I do not think I would be interested in your place and for several reasons.
#1 Too expensive for what you get. I can go to Aruba, stay in a 4 star beachfront resort with a cute chica found in San Nicolas and take her for a very fine meal for about what you are charging for a non-airconditioned room, a steak on the barbie and a $30 girl.
#2 You seem to be a fun, party loving monger but you do not seem to be an experienced businessman. You try hard and you seem to mean well but for the premium travel market "Ooops, my bad. I'll do better next time" doesn't cut it. To be able to anticipate the needs and desires of a high-end traveler takes years of exposure to patrons at that level.
#3 From your ghetto street talk style I can assume that perhaps you are seeking the younger, hiphop loving crowd. That's cool. But not for me or most of the premium travelers that I know. But remember. Us old farts generally visit an area several times a year. Young cats gotta save for a year for one visit. Again. Understand your true high-end market.
#4 This one is perhaps a more personal thing, but I find your attitude towards the girls to be of a style that is not condusive to bringing out the best of their charms. You seem to feel that they are basically a pile of problems attached to a sellable pussy. Treat them like hos and they will treat your clients like johns. As reported (see PP section) I thought they did Blackbeard's well and if you want a safe and clean place where you don't have to do any work, I thought it was done well. Difference here with The Platinum Castle (TPC) is that the owner is younger, less experienced and has less cash on hand. This does not mean that it's not worth a try. I do find the prices about $100 more than they should be per day, but we will see. So I'm going to take one for the team and see what it has to offer. I don't think he should have posted here till complete with construction, but that may simply be because of his limited knowlege of the board and business experience. I spoke with him on the phone and he seems like he really wants to please the customer. He's also taken some well deserved knocks with some grace, so we'll see what it's all about. I will be there on Sep 20th and heading to SD so if any newbies want to tag along PM me and I'll see what's up. I'll also be doing the Casa thing and hit a few carwashes, patrol the barrios for non-pro action etc. etc.

i suggest the hilton in santiago. it has been under construction now for about 9 years. they are saying nov 1 of this year. but i would not hold your breath. i am very serious about opening a place in santiago very similar to the mde mansion. a luxury establishment (without house girls, no wild parties, no small mirrors on the table with residue, just first class accomodations with high speed internet, 24 hour power, and breakfast included till noon.(not 9:30 like most places. i love to stay at the presidente in san jose, cr, but you have to eat the breakfast buffet before you sleep or you will miss it).
patrons would get their own girls,lunch and dinner. there will be a refrig in every room, and the pool boy will run to the store for your presidentes. the pool will be clean, the shower h2o will be hot, and the safe will be secure. you get seven large clean towels every day, and your perfume scented sheets changed daily. the window shades will make your room a dungeon in the day so you can sleep till 3 pm. you can do your own laundry, or the maid will do it for you on site for a small charge. a/c controlled by a thermostat.
now am i starting to appeal to any of you senior mongers? after twelve years of watching mongers come and go in about 15 countries, i believe that their is an audience for what i am throwing out there. now who can run it for me until i retire next year?

I don't think another luxury hotel will be viable in Santiago, due to the fact that Santiago is not a major tourist destination. The tourist who can and do afford above level comforts are Business people and when the Hilton is complete, will definitely saturate the Santiago Hotel market. The Hilton by the way is a very large hotel close to the airport. Plus, there exists the Gran Almirante, Platino, Aloha Sol, & the Matum, where many business people stay and enjoy, other than that, the wealthy will stay in luxurious accomodations like casa de campo, sea horse ranch & other luxuries up and down the north & south coast, and when the new samana airport is done later this year, you can guarantee more luxury hotels will spring up.
If Santiago had more tourist attractions, it could be a good idea.

And if you think aloha sol (located on calle del sol downtown) is a luxury hotel, I can see why you like "plastic furniture". And when is the last time you smelled the mildewed carpet at Matem. Even their casino sucks. Almirante is hardly guest friendly, and charges over $125.00 a night. Oh, I almost forgot, you think $250.00+ a night is a great deal. Hotel Platino has only a few rooms worth staying in. those are there suites. All the others are the size of a show box. Also, aloha sol and Platino have no pool. I believe I do know a little about lodging in Santiago, and most everywhere else in Latin America.
I invision an 8-10 unit complex, each with private bath. It would be a very private "under the radar" location with no signs, etc... AND NO ONSITE GIRLS. This is something that newbies look for. My onsite photo album with contact numbers would be in the lobby. I have no desire to be a pimp, as many have tried, so you are welcome to look through the album and call if you like. A map to the local establishments would also be available. But no guides, beach boys, drivers, or any other BS. Experienced mongers see through all that BS. I want a place for experienced mongers who make several trips a year, speak the language enough to operate, and like to fuck quality meat in a low key setting with the comforts of home. This means you will even have a towel rack and soap/shampoo shelf in the shower!

All the hoopla and bullshit aside, just what the hell are y'all talking about. I don't give a shit about those other places, from what I have seen of them they are like the rest of the shit in Santiago...shit! I am not interested in staying in any of those places and when I came here those places never appealed to me in the least.
What I saw that we needed was this, a fucking map. That's it nothing more, nothing less and what I mean by map is everything laid out from beginning to end. That's it, a place in Santiago where we can, hang out, feel like we are at home and have fun like we are in a Latin american country. I think the idea of having the photo album and the numbers is one I am going to steal from Fantasy, (kudos Fantasy) and give them everything needed. Also a pool is imperative and a jacuzzi won't hurt. Not sure with the new laws whether selling alcohol or just having it available and including it in the stay works or not, you tell me!
I am not going to say that guides and drivers are bs though, because I have had both since I have been here and maybe I ain't an experienced monger, shit I just found out I was a fuckin monger, so since I am one however inexperienced, experienced mongers can have at it. Do your own thang but I think the availability of this is something that would please many newbies or whatever the fuck you call someone who has never been to the country before.
I have gotten hundreds of calls from people that want to come that are afraid. They don't speak fluent spanish, they don't know about this site and where to get all the information, they just want to be safe and have fun. This not to long ago was me, and may be to some extent a small but significant part of me. Now this is what I knew and now I know more, so we cater to both, if they use it then cool, if not then cool too.

On staff girls, bartenders,guides, drivers,etc,etc... bring unwelcome attention to the place. Sooner than later you will have the militaria and policia there with their hands out or else! I have seen it time and time again, especially in the DR. If someone needs a driver, they can pick up the client out front. Once they become comfortable hanging out, your troubles begin. This should be a guesthouse foremat, and NO ONE comes in without being escorted by a guest. Put a refrig in every room. fill it with a 12 pack of beer, twelve pack of sodas, and 12 waters. Charge a fair price and let the guests pay by usage. Forget about an onsite bar. This is just a place for trouble to start. Don't have a jacuzzi unless you plan on cleaning it daily and keeping it working. The jacuzzi at the Gran Almirante has not worked in the last 10 years. Their are plenty of bars around for mongers to go and drink. my favorite happens to be "Ahe Bar" near the Monument. And for goodness sake, change the name!!! Palaces,Castles, and other similar names are already associated with, as Senior Ford calls them, "a frat house". Mongers just need a good place to stay, and will pay a good price for it if it is quality. Don't have tunnel vision by including services that experienced mongers don't want to pay extra for. If you want to cater to newbies who need to be "spoon fed", that is fine, but price the services they need ala carte. I only give you my opinions so i have a place to stay without having to do this myself. My retirement plans are in another Latin American country, but i will always return to the DR. Thats why I became a resident.
Most everyone knows the best place to stay currently in Santiago, for people in the sport, are the cabanas horus and similar near the airport. The down side with these are: 1. Limited comman areas,RE: Pool, etc,(which makes a GFE experience a little rough Everyone likes a little interaction with others from time to time.
2. The four hour price structure becomes a little pricey for all day and overnight stays.

I don't have any exclusivitity to the saluatation "cheers", but thanks! My grandparents emigrated to the United States from our native Scotland (Aberdeen, Glasgow). "Cheers" is a common used salutation by immigrants from the British Isles for "good luck", "good cheer" and "good health" (my dad used it all the time when I was a little kid) it isn't only reserved to times that you're blowing the froth off of a pint or tipping a mug! :D

Thing is you have to spell it out up front. By the same margin, the fact that this "friend" of yours brought chicas over and tried to jack you on the cost should not be that odd. All hustlers will constantly test your savy-ness on a situation. Although if this was someone who was employed by you, then it is time to do it by yourself.
I have to admit that each time I leave the DR there is a piece of me that says "Man I'm never going back here" although usually the cheap flights and available tang bring me back again and again. Does anyone else feel this way? I have never felt that leaving any of my other typical destinations (Cuba, Columbia, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina) . There is something about the DR that I do not like.
That being said, Blackbeard's in Puerto Plata has stolen the scene with a great location with Jacuzzi and Pool, safe clean rooms that start at $40 per night. And chicas that are tested and available from 10am till 4am for $40 short time. For newbies this is probably a good start, but not a place for a monger with any level of experience. doesnot cost as much as you would think I'm not sure if we were lost or why we were in this town somewhere between the capital and santiago. I know we had run out of fuel for the van and had to re fuel so that was probably it. I'm the type I don't like running out of fuel at nite but that might just be me as my driver and companion the one legged man was not really concerned. Well we went to this little town that I really wood like to see in daylite busy place I was amazed at the pace here. We got fuel and met a deporte who wanted to get to know us and we went to a club. 20-30 minutes later he had taken us to a niteclub that I would never have found and some 20 yr olds who were georgeous. I picked the wrong one and my driver now the two legged man is moanibg and groaning from his car date and I had to resort to using those two beautis that I had picked her for and did spanish necklace she was not happy! In nice clothes for the evening we were not charged for these pleasures it was just his way of showing off his influence in this town. I of course put down enough for 5-6 tall beers and exchanged phone #s which was lost when my phone went to the fence (stolen one week later) great time and can't wait to go back but car and driver was involved and no fees except for beer check at club wow beautis I don't know if they were pros or what I don't think so just young girls I'm going back.

Thing is you have to spell it out up front. And 90% of the people who are going to "work" for you are not going to be worth anything because as simple as it is, you can not trust them as far as you can throw them. It is all a hustle. If you spoke a little more Spanish it may allow you to discuss everything you need with just the people that you need.
By the same margin, the fact that this "friend" of yours brought chicas over and tried to jack you on the cost should not be that odd. All hustlers will constantly test your savy-ness on a situation. Although if this was someone who was employed by you, then it is time to do it by yourself.
I have to admit that each time I leave the DR there is a piece of me that says "Man I'm never going back here" although usually the cheap flights and available tang bring me back again and again. Does anyone else feel this way? I have never felt that leaving any of my other typical destinations (Cuba, Columbia, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina) . There is something about the DR that I do not like.
That being said, Blackbeard's in Puerto Plata has stolen the scene with a great location with Jacuzzi and Pool, safe clean rooms that start at $40 per night. And chicas that are tested and available from 10am till 4am for $40 short time. I think that Jacksons board is a very big success for any traveler. I think that where you go really depends on what your looking for. Meaning if you don't mind ugly girls that will do anything out in the middle of no fuckin where then I guess it's cool because you don't have to do any work I guess. Personally I am on the other extreme of things and here is why, some people I think like to fuck bad ass biotches. what up people and yes we are here. right now we have guests actually from the board and i have some others coming out tomorrow and next week. been really busy lately and this isn't the only spot on the internet you can see tpc. i am getting many people from all over making reservations and i have been concentrating most of my attention on my peeps coming and getting the new property and things. the site is being transferred now to my other servers in panama and the upgrades are almost done, so i am not sure if i am going to put the old site back up or not.

some things expected, others not. let me start my description of the castle by stating that the person who is going to make it or break this place is the main owner/operator. that being said drexel (those of you who remember the movie true romance will understand the reference)puts the im in pimp. he is one of the most personable guys i have met, and truely believes in what he is trying to create. he also has a teriffic business mind. a dr. jekyl / mr. hyde? yes, in every sence of the word.
what is the platinum castle? very much as described, the platinum castle is a bed & breakfast style destination for mongers. ever wanted to know what it is like to be a well heeled foreigner in a city of angels? your experience at the castle will give you exact insight of what it is like to live in santiago, both positive and negative. you will experience young sweet women who love to hang and party, you will experience power outages on a daily basis. (drexel has a battery backup system in the house). it is an experience of staying with a friend in country and not having to worry about anything. hang out during the day or go your own way, eat on site or eat where you want. have a guide for a day or find the ways yourself. watch sunday night football with the guys or catch up on some work using the high speed wireless internet.
the current location of the platinum castle is a good one, but the house itself is not up to par with the idea that drexel is trying to create. the three greatest lacking features of the house are that there is no hot water, no air conditioning and no pool. the things that have been done right, the place is spotless with great maids, televisions in every room and a huge sony in the livingroom, cheap international calls and high speed wireless through the house.
while i was there i had the opportunity to see the most likely future destination of the platinum castle. this will most likely be complete in 30-60 days from now. let me say that drexel knows what is needed and this new location will blow your mind. secure parking for 10 cars, huge pool and outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor dance/bar area, central air, hot water and a huge master suite. this move will make the castle the perfect destination and truely a worldclass option for mongers regardless of destination. it's just a matter of getting the place ready and going through the legal work, which in santiago is one giant pain in the ass. so i can say with confidence that with a new "castle", the platinum castle will be the only destination in santiago. members on this board are more experienced, for those that are, drexel will provide barebones packages to those that would like them. for those newbies, you'll have a great time with your stay and with the services provided.
lets discuss cost.. $75 per day for the room is reasonable considering that you would spend between $50-$100 on a hotel. i do not know of a hotel with wifi in santiago so that alone was worth the price of the room. with the new location you will have an almost private vila in the heart of santaigo, with a huge pool and a great atmosphere. in summary, the cost of the room is not an issue at all. i believe that an additional $60 would be for a driver which is a fairly standard rate and reasonable especially since the driver speaks very good english. i did not take that option and drove myself, the choice is yours but i would suggest a gps if you are not familiar with santiago. i believe it is $50 / day for meals/drinks again, you will have to ask drexel about this because i did not go this route but considering that i consumed 75 beers in 6 days it might have been a better option. which brings us to the last point
chicas. i'm a particular guy that has been nearly everywhere mongering. the chicas of santiago are far better looking than their counterparts in puerto plata and sosua. that said, the pros want more money than their counterparts in other areas. 3000 per night is the average going rate. some are being quoted higher, some lower. i think you could haggle down to 2000 if you speak some spanish which i do. you should talk with drexel about what you are looking for, he has a stable of about 100 chicas whom he can call, possibly more although much to my dissapointment, he keeps the best 20 or so for himself! point being that i did not discuss my tastes with him prior to arriving in santiago. thus my tight schedule and certain girls being unavailable made trips to the local tallent sources a frequent and fun diversion. he does not make any money off of the chicas so if you get them on your own or through him it's all about your powers of closing the deal or letting him do it. drink your beers at the castle because they are new york prices when you go to the clubs.
casa blanca. located on the main highway between santo domingo and puerto plata, casa blanca was an interesting destination. some fine chicas and some horiffic ones. however, had the best night of the trip here on friday night when they had a free nude review. check the chicas skills and body out before you get home! a fantastic time about 40 chicas every night i was there.
illusions. for some reason this was my favorite spot although i would say that casa blanca was almost as good some nights we were there. some hot chicas just down the block from casa blanca. looks like passions has a bar in the back left but also has an outside area if you want to get out into the hot air or grab a smoke. a little more high pressure and poorly lit than casa blanca with about the same number of women the time i was there.
passions. a disco type atmosphere lots of locals and some hot but slightly high pressure chicas. not lit well so it was a little hard to see the tallent. about 40 when i was there but the area smelled like shit. my least favorite of the three, but the women were fine so it is worth a look.
in summary, as it stands now the castle and management are on the right road to a sure thing in santiago. are they there, no will they be there? most likely. once the new place is set in place, i think this will be the perfect destination for any hungry monger. drexel can start to focus his efforts less on building a business and more on running one. more research into semipro chicas etc. etc. this place will succeed in no small part to drexel who will provide you with top notch customer service. he will try hard to make you happy, just let him know what you want.

The Castle is similar to a bed and breakfast, great food, music, games, and anything you can want. The owner brings a personal touch with your experience, he's there with you. If you want to chill at the beach in Sosua, Puerta Plata, etc. no problem, TPC can and will arrange it for you. Just let him know what you want and its there! I am not a big poster of pictures, but I'll do a few from my TPC experience.
I can't wait to stay in the NEW house.

Well, that was one superb and detailed report that goes a long way toward clearing up the great uncertainty surrounding TPC. In particular, it sounds as though the new location promises to correct the significant deficiencies of the current one.
After a somewhat shaky start on this board, it seems as though Drexel has listened well to advice and criticism and adapted his business plans accordingly. Smart! I will do my own personal investigation of the operation soon, but I am much more encouraged now than I was before.

what's up people, how is everyone in the sex getting game these days! well i have been bustin my ass trying to get this right and dealing with peeps coming out and having a good time and all! i wrote something about the sd trip i went on and the problems i had there. check sd thread!
i have been reading about the dr on this board and the issues with the stealing lil assholes, the fuckin police shakin you down for $2, and the women good and bad. since i have lived here almost a year now, i am going to give a basic list of rules or do's and don'ts for situations that have worked for me.
police - no matter what your going to get pulled over or harassed or whatever by them at some time if you frequent the dr. the police are just out trying to make money because they don't get any from being police. i have taken a different approach with them and since my spanish isn't that great the first thing i do when they start searching the car or me is give them 50 pesos or 100 pesos (amazing what 2 bucks can do), and say i want to take a picture and we start laughing and in a sense having a good time with them. i will spend the same 10-15 minutes that they would have harassed me making them laugh and taking crazy pic's with them and usually my time is cut in half and we leave with a smile and they are smiling as well. i mean they are holding machine guns and i ain't fuckin with no person yielding any type of firearm, especially with a 2nd graders education. that has not failed me. everytime the police forget what they are stopping you for and go on to partying in the street with you and let you go with a smile. since drinking and driving is legal here i would suggest a cooler of some type and a six pack of presidente's, the party will be great. so whenever you go anywhere, bring your own weapons, a bright smile, a couple presidente's and a camera.
theives and swindlers - first thing is, everyone here that is from here or the larger percent is just that a swindler and a thief! they will lie and tell you anything to get 2 cents from you. i had 3 exec's here last week and they each had "security" from here and demanded that they come in. they paid the fees and i welcomed them in. however when they called me, they kept saying take care of me when they come, now seeing as they were only coming for the women and not staying, i really wasn't making a dime as i don't take money from the girls. so i explained this to "lieutenant fermin" i think was his name and he said no problem. however when they got to the castle the 3 dumbass security kept taking me away from the exec's and saying charge them more for the girls and give us the money! at this point i was uncomfortable because these guys are suppose to be protecting the exec's not swindling them out of more money. anyways i ignored them and kept my attention to my clients watching a movie waiting for the girls to get here. unfortunately the girls took to long as usual, and they had to meet other friends coming into pp so they didn't stay but 30 min, they gave me a tip and the girls that were on there way and were on their way, but on the way out the other "lieutenant sabrino" took me to the side and asked how much they gave me and asked for some money! at this point i walked away and said good-bye! however i happened to drop all my keys in there vehicle when i was in it for some reason so i had to wait for them to bring them back 2 days later which was no problem however when they brought them they thru the keys at one of my maids which i thought was hilarious. they put these fuckin suits on and "act" like all professional and shit but in actuality everything under the suit is runny shit. i don't mind giving tips but they acted like i owed them money when they were getting taken care of very well by the exec's. this i know, so all in all i wasn't going to fuck my clients who were suppose to be being protected by the dumb asses that were the ones who they really needed protection from. they call themselve seargents and lieutenants, and i didn't get the name of the company but i will try to find it and post. the phone numbers are 809-723-6399 and 809-723-6395, and the names i have are sabrino and fermin. those are the last names. my point is the only thing worse then a thief is a liar and they were both.
do not hire anyone from this country to do anything for you that you will have to trust them with anything, especially your safety. needless to say, don't bring any security to the castle because they will stay outside with the rest of the shit! i don't know if the guys that came were from this board as they were very secretive about their identities and i respect that, however if they are and read this, i hope your safe and had a good time and be careful who you choose!
women - i don't find the women as scandalous as the men only because they are a product of the dumbass men. however prices will always vary from what i have seen and they will never be set because the country is not able to comprehend the difference between what's correct and what's the dumbest shit you have ever seen in life! they are a pain in santiago in comparison to pp and bc and the other tourist places because not many of the tourists that come to the country stay in santiago, i think it's like 5% from what i here. pricing is a bit higher here, but the usage of the ladies is less. it's much easier to find a girlfriend type here then in the tourists areas but don't think that she might not be heading to those places when she needs a quick buck. the mongering seen here is less for the same reasons because you can get a not as pretty chica but gives more effort in the tourists spots for half the price. my take is quality over quantity and in my experience with clients thus far that is the take for the majority! they tend to be higher priced and maybe less experienced unless you go to the clubs. i had 4 clients come and pay 6500rd each average everyday for a chica because of how hot they were, however i got the same chica's for 2000rd the next day and they had heartattacks because they watched me do it. each of them paid their outlandish amounts and i walked out with one of the ones from the night before they paid 6500 for 2000. when your talking to these girls remember this is a job and they look at you like you shit money. that is just not true for most of us and haggling back and forth is not necessary.
never let on how attracted you are to a chick because she will know. stay cool and relax. before you go to the clubs or anywhere have a set price of what you want to pay in your head and don't change it. 9 times out of 10 your top 3 picks will always take it no matter what they ask. explain to them if you like them you will be back and all that. if they don't like it, tell them thanks for your time and choose someone else. since the clubs close early now try to go about 1 hour before they close and set something up for after the club closes, you can get the entire night out of them for alot less then getting them in the club.

the new house is almost done with the purchasing part. just doing the finalizations on paperwork and price and things that need to be fixed and all that. hopefully done in the next few days. i have lots of pix but i don't want to jinx anything so i will wait til i have the keys and the pool is clean along with the jacuzzi and the air conditioners work and you know the deal with here. people don't take care of shit so i have to make sure it's done. we should be moved in by the 22nd. that's the goal and be fully operational by the 1st in the new place. that's the plan. i will put pix up soon and show everyone the hot spot in the dr! talk to you soon fantasy! no worries on december, we will be ready for you so let me know.

I'm sorry I haven't been putting up photo's and lord knows I have many. My problem is that I am trying to be patient and wait for the new property and pool and all that, however it's taking it's toll as my only priority is this, however the obstacles that have presented themselves have left me extremely focused at this point. I want to put photos up and I want to show everyone how tight it is but timing is everything and I don't want to make anymore mistakes. I am currently dealing with the process of getting everything off the ground and I haven't had the time really to party that much. So I haven't been taking alot of photo's lately and I seem to be missing my camera. Pain in the ass the problems you face building an empire! Anyways once I make it through the issues we are facing and we are in the new spot and doing it the way it's suppose to be done, I will put up 100's of photos. Ok fellas, we have made some major changes in many things at TpC. Let me first say this ain't easy!
Current property - We have decided to keep the current property along with the purchase of the new. For many reasons first being it's a beautiful place inside and out and a good neighborhood and with the pricing change and the purchase of air conditioners, it will make it a perfect spot for anyone visiting the DR. Also there are only 4 rooms in each place, this will give you all a place to sleep and you can come to the other property whenever you like to hang at the pool. A bed and breakfast trully in every sense of the word. This will be a direct connection to the Party spot in the new place. We ran into alot of problems recently and I had to make many changes in who I was involved with doing this. Everything is done now and we are back to moving to the new spot and keeping the old. However this will take a bit more time then I had anticipated because of the recent issues. In reading over the posts I have learned alot about whats needed and not. I think for this property the pricing structure is a bit high! Therefore we have made some adjustments in accordance.
Rooms - Rooms available for $25 - $35 a night. You can get your own girls and pay for food and everything needed. If you want access to out girls that is available too. Rooms with Fridge and queen or king size bed are $35 and others are $25 a night. The new property will be $75 a night the same as before. I think that this is more reasonable based on the feedback we received so far.
The all inclusive price is still available for those that need it. To make a reservation just call and we will let you know whats available. Let me know what you guys think and if anything else is needed.
There is alot more that has been added but I need to meet with my people before I throw it out there.

so i had this friend/partner of mine come and stay with us at the castle and he brought a friend of his at the all inclusive rate. nice! this was september 26. the friend of my friend who's name is walter meyn stayed at the castle for 9 days. my friend we will call him donald ayling also known as donmobay on the board stayed for 18 days.
first thing is when walter who is 63 years old came he started talking about crack, and no not asscrack! the kind you put in a glass pipe and smoke! well after a day and a half and 20 storys later i told him that this wasn't appropriate and to shut what they would call the fuck up! i didn't want to hear that shit and i had other people here also. my staff was tripping out on him. come to find out he started asking my girls and my staff to get him some crack, meantime my friend donald would leave him here all day. i had other people that came i had to turn away 2 times when they were here. a total of 6 people at the all inclusive rate.
since this was a good friend or so i thought, i didn't get anything from them but the deposit which came to what they had on them at the moment, $110. needless to say between all of the this the dude walter left after 9 days and didn't pay for anything. so i am asking donald and he is telling me he is going to send him a check, of course at this point i am getting a bit worried. then a few days later when donald left and didn't pay his bill either i was still questioning walters bill when he tells me that walter gave one of my staff $250 for some crack and never got it.
my question is this: what the fuck does that have to do with his bill? next question: why would you bring a fuckin crackhead to my business? next question: why is your crackhead friend asking my people for crack?
his answer, well uhhh i didn't know and lalalallala bullshit. so i am thinking over this shit and this fuckin dude donald or donmobay on the board, damn near broke walter's door down because i had gotten walter a girl of course, he couldn't get one on his own if he paid them. so donald is banging on the door of walter, and i told donald that there would be girls here at 3, he wasnt' here, we picked the ones we wanted and he walks in at 5. i am in my room with a girl and walter is in his room with one.
anyways i get a knock on the door and the girl i got for walter is standing there almost in tears and scared to death. come to find out donald goes into the room and says why do you have the door locked. ummm, am i off here or is something wrong with this dude. so donald leaves the room, then he comes back without a shirt on, and donald is 53 so he doesn't look good at all, look at the photos. he then tells walter to give him his girl for 10 minutes. so by this point in the story i am blown away and i will tell you why, he then leaves the room again. but of course he comes back but this time he is butt nekkid. and this is what i walked out of my room to, donald walking out of walter's room butt ass nekkid. he walks right pass me like nothing but won't look at me, just scurry's to his room real quick. so come to find out he is telling the walter and the girl that if he can't have her to the girl needs to get the fuck out. hmmmmm, so of course at this point i apologized to walter and the girl and i walked out of the room. donald meets me in the hallway still butt nekkid with black socks on and starts yelling that he wanted to check on his friend walter who has a bad heart. butt nekkid standing there looking like a fuckin idiot he tells me a damn story! what the fuck is that. like a little kid. after some time and thought donald came up with he thought they might be doing crack or cocaine or something in the room. which didn't matter at this point because i confronted him quickly and very direct as to what the fuckin rules are and he is a grown man and doing it is one thing but then lying about it, that is utterly dispicable and i thought he was honestly bigger then this.
however i asked him to have walter leave because i just didn't need that type of trouble. yo no quieres mucho problemos. so then donald says he is my friend and i can't make him leave and yayayayayaya. so i am like donald you are jeopardizing my business and i don't appreciate the lack of respect you piece of runny shit. get him the fuck out of my house. he acts like he don't hear me and leaves everyday with walter and comes back at night. i didn't want to be mean and put his shit outside, i figured he is leaving a a couple days so pay me and leave or whatever. but of course that didn't happen. then donald leaves on the 14th, what a fuckin pain in the ass. so these 2 old ass dudes played me. 9 days and 18 days for $110, close to 7 grand they owed and they ate and drank everything. what a fuckin nightmare. i was able to charge walter for 650 of it because i got his credit card before he arrived. so donald gets his apartment and takes one of my fans without me knowing and some computer stuff and stops calling me.
now my dilemma is this, he owes me 4500.00, and walter owes because he also burnt wholes in the cloth that keeps the rain from getting in the house. it's brand new. on top of his bill for $2135 minus the 650 of course. i don't get people sometimes. but this piece of shit donmobay is here and is living here and didn't pay his fuckin bill. i am not at all happy with this because it put me in a bad position and pushed the new house project back probably 3 months.
however the website will have some major things attached to it like a map of the entire country with every hot spot on it and interactive on the web. you can type in anywhere or any place you want to go to and it will pop up on the map and give you driving directions and a line directory on the map to the place your looking from where ever you are. it's going to be very nice. also the site should be finished in less then 2 weeks.

that donmobay is here and living in santiago. the owner of his apt. calls me up and says he hasn't paid the rent, go figure. anyways my asst. calls him and says donald the owner of your apartment called and said you haven't paid the rent. this fuckin dude says, do i know you? so then my asst says, you don't know me? oh ok do you know tpc, do you know andre. guess what his answer was! blew me the fuck away, he said he had no recollection of who i was or the platinum castle and of course his bill. so my asst. comes to the house and tells me so we call the owner of the apt. back, at which point the owner changes up because of course donald who doesn't know who i am called him and said not to talk to us.

Just a quick report about my stay at the castle last weekend. I was flying into STI via Jetblue's overnight flight from JFK. I stayed at the castle a few hours before renting a car and driving to SD the following afternoon. I also stayed Monday before my Tuesday morning flight back.
Overall Andre was a great host. While the castle does not have the best amenities (for those of you familiar with Cuba, think mid level casa particular), it is a great place to stay for a few days. The new place with pool will be even better. The place is clean and is in a nice central area. Andre knows a lot about the town and is very generous with his information. There was one other person I met briefly that weekend who was very cool. The girl Andre arranged for that guest was very cute and I suspect if he called a girl for me she would have been to my liking as well.
I was only able to go out one night while in Santiago. I went to Casa Blanca a couple of hours before closing on a Monday night. They had about 5 girls working. Most were busy hanging out with a large party. I ended up with a lower than my average morena. She had a nice body and a great personality. Face was not that great though. I pulled her out TLN, but only kept her three hours because I had to catch my flight back home.
Overall it was a nice short trip.
One more thing. Go for the rental car. It is pretty cheap and the roads are easy to learn. I drove to SD and back with no problems. A lot of posts try to scare you about the road and traffic conditions and the corrupt cops stopping you at every corner. Don't worry about any of that and just rent the car. Just drive during the day and don't drink and drive.

My internet hasn't been working right in almost a week, funny how tricomm can take your money and still not give you service and not have a conscience about it. At present we are basically the safety feature in Santiago, if you don't know the language, if you don't know the city, if you don't know the people and you can't get the girls, we can and do. The place as it stands has a more bed & breakfast feel with a hint of something naughty going on upstairs and that usually what it is. We know the clubs, we know the girls and we have a place you can relax and chill at. The new place should be here as soon as we get back on our feet and catch ourselves. The fact that you are telling what the customers and girls are doing in your Palace is quite scary, if not absurd. You are running a meeting place for ladies and gentlemen, and you are re-telling stories from your "girl's" point of view and did not even consider the words of your customer? Are you paying attention to yoursefl? You ARE your worst enemy. I plan on going to the DR to see the sights. I cannot fathom as a potential paying customer a Hotel, Palace or whatever owner telling EVERYONE what I did while at their establishment. You are a business man, right? You want to succeed and have your place on the map, right? Then you HAVE to cater to the CUSTOMER, not the HOES, man. Women come and go; however, a good, high paying, LOYAL customer, one that raves about your place, and tells his friends is being dogged by you? I wish you the best. I was going to spend at least 3 days there; I'd rather go elsewhere. Sorry, but you and your place make absolutely no sense. I mean it. I think it is logical to feel that this place did not make the grade. This is based on the fact that the domain name has expired and the postings on here are about nil despite the fact these last few months are at the height of the vacation season. Reading back through the posts you will find that the PLC was experiencing various problems including financial. I wish them nothing but the best and I hope whatever problems he is experiencing can be worked out.

Andre was actually a pretty nice guy. I stayed at his place two times, both for only a night on my way to Sosua and Santo Domingo. Once I forgot my wallet, phone and bluetooth headset in his place and he held it for me without a problem.
My guess is he was a little underfunded to start off with for the type of operation he wanted. If he can get himself paired up with a devoted investor with a little more traditional business sense to keep things in line, he would be very succesful.
Good guy. Hope it all works out for him.

After the fire at the Castle we had to start from scratch so right now we are rebuilding again. So we aren't up until I find the right property in each country we are doing TpC in.
