I was on vacation recently to the Philippines. I can say I was more than impressed. I have been to Dominican Republic a few times but to me and my friends it got a bit stale. Sosua was great but for myself not being a spanish speaker started to see that my language barrier was a hinderance in getting the really choice meat. I don't want the same ones everyone else gets into.
I started seeing that the same women my co workers pics of thier Dominican vacation. After some thought we decided to make the big treck to Philippines. We decided to go on vacation to Cebu. I did take the advice of veteran mongers on this site and use DIA to establish some friendships and connections. I was overwhelmed with the responses I got once I got there. It was like shooting fish in a barrel.
I'm so happy I can't even see myself going to DR again unless its for a resort vacation and maybe a trip or 2 to La passion or Blackbeards.
I will post pictures when I get the chance.
I met 6 ladies from DIA in 6 days without really trying.
I banged 3. 1 was flat out ugly (did not look like her picture), and the other thought she was so good she because of her nice ass she was going to wait me out. She called me later but I was into something else from Silver Dollar that I wanted to barfine but was on her period (Kodos to Max, the MGR). I always have a back up! Me and my friends want to go within the next year to both places for a multi-city trip. I am sure veteran punters and mongers will know the best spots. I am looking for bang for the buck. Any reccomendations from DIA would be highly appreciated also (Thailand and Manila).
I am now hooked on Philippines. Other than food its just better than DR. If they had a Jamvi's it would be perfect.

Checking out the perimeter bars in Angeles early will certainly pay itself. This gurl BF 1200 peso, LT. 4 times, means 300 peso per pop, and I still can feel young :)

I was reading Margarita Station AC newsletter and it said there is a new law concerning photo consent. http://www.margarita-station.com/newsletters/Apr2010/
Here's a section from the newsletter:
"new law that was just passed that imposes very stiff penalties for anyone taking photos of a girl (in public or in private) without her consent. The sizable chunks (by local standards) of easy money become addictive, especially in a consumer society filled with tons of must-have stuff (with cellphones and calltime there at the top of the list...just "eliminate the middleman" by going to the nearest Globe office and throwing a wad of P500s across the window). There also might be a sense of competitiveness with the other girls, or at least a feeling of losing face if a guy you went with who was OK takes another girl instead of you and it's in front of friends or others you know. That's bad form at a bar, but with L.A. Cafe it's sometimes hard to avoid because of the size of the place and lack of direct alternatives.
After awhile the girls from farms and provinces also realize that going back home would be a crashing bore, so even if they're past their career prime they'll try to find a way to stay in the city. That's long been observed with Isaan girls in Bangkok or Pattaya, and I'm sure a Philippine version applies as well.

Filipinos in general have a marvelous knack for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. It's amazing, this tendency to shoot themselves in the foot and to act against their own longer-term interests, yet I've observed it time and again. I can't explain it, and I doubt that anyone else can either, but it's one of the many reasons that this country will remained mired in poverty and third world status forever.
