Don't know why but the comments irked me. The funny thing is the most recent batch was posted from photos taken on 1/27/09 so it is impossible those photos were posted on AFF 18 months ago. Anyway, you can see that the first photo in American Hotel (test shot) with my tripod in the right side of the frame and my fat ass jeans on the floor. 2nd photo is a group right outside of American hotel on the balconey. Yes, that is my kid. Oh, some phots were also taken at Blue Rock on Baloy beach. Okay, back to processing more photos.

Never doubted you for a moment but would appreciate a before and after shot to see the improvement that you wrought using Photoshop. Your stuff is really excellent and makes my happy snaps seem amateurish in comparison. But I love taking shots of my girls and find that my enthusiasm is usually catching and the girl gets well into it as well. It becomes great fun and is never a chore or a distraction.

Well back and have so many pictures to resize and post. Te first set I am sharing is an acm girl from A. C. I have been talking with her many months. Speaking of murals. Anyone tried Sohotel recently? This is the ST hotel on Del Pilar (with an entrance on Mabini) and fairly close (but nearer Ermita) to Sogo malate and once known as Anito’s. This used to be my ST hotel of choice but I have only used it a few times since it was rebranded (apparently after a murder of a girl on the premises). They have the most splendid wall murals and Jacuzzis in the more expensive rooms.

I'm sure you will receive a better explanation that this, but here goes. Back in the 35mm days, before digital, I used to take all kinds of pictures, just bring back the rolls of negatives, and have them developed here in USA. Once..just once, I had them developed in P.I. so I could give some to a girl. When I returned to USA, the customs agent looked at every one of those developed pix. Very glad I had nothing that came close to nudes!!
Anyway, I no longer take pix, barely know how to operate those digital cameras. But those in the know tell me to take the picture, send it email to yourself, toss the memory card, then you have it waiting for you when you get home. Anything left on the memory card, or in the camera, can be discovered by customs, if that is what they feel like on that day. Others will give you good advice, and I love that someone knows how to keep the photo gallery going. Thanks.

I always advice this to all the people who take pictures. Download the pictures on to a computer ( you can do this in internet cafe also) and e mail
to your personal e mail. Delete the pics from the card and also the computer.

You can crop and/or resize pictures, use it with a scanner, and add text. Your picture may be in BMP format (which is very large). Irfanview will allow you to save it as a JPG which will result in a much smaller file. The last suggestion may be all you need to do.
Irfanview is also "portable" as it does not install. Thus, you can run it from a thumb drive. The installation process simply copies it to a folder. If you want, you can simply take the Irfanview.exe file and run it anywhere.
Brief instructions on cropping in Irfanview:
1. Open your image
2. Move mouse over a corner of the image.
3. Hold down left mouse button and drag (to create a selection box)
4. Release the button and your desired area is selected.
a. Click outside this box to cancel and start over.
b. Clicking inside the box will zoom to that selected area.
c. Holding down the right button will allow you to move the selection box.
5. Once the area to crop is selected, there are two ways to crop.
a. One is to hold down CTL and hit Y
b. The other is to go to the Edit menu and select Crop Selection

I was in Manila on Tuesday and found my way to LA Cafe. I was there late in the afternoon and the selection was fairly wretched for some reason. I suggest you use zip and then eraser. With a zip program you make a .zip file password protected. Use winzip, or maybe follow this guide http://www.dslreports.com/faq/8730
Use eraser http://eraser.heidi.ie/ to delete and move files. This program delete the content, while windows delete only delete the filename. You can easily repeat this every morning to hide last nites tracks. If you use delete by a mistake, use eraser to scan the whole disk/usb but that takes a lot of time.
If you are (too) serious about this, you leave some normal pictures in you camera. If anyone ever ask, the holes in your pictures series is since you deleted some pictures right away. And you even change the date of the .zip files, since its very easy to find the last files.

Upon arriving at LAX a couple of years ago, I was detained by a young smartass customs agent who made me turn on my camera and computer and literally spent 15 minutes looking at every photo on both devices. Luckily, I had another SD card stashed, so everything he saw was general tourist info and I was pretty much laughing in his face the entire time. When he finally "dismissed" me, he was livid and I was loving it.
I got so annoyed after the fact that I contacted the supervisor of customs at LAX and had a very pleasant phone conversation with him. I told him that I was totally disrespected, talked down to by someone much younger than me and almost accused of hiding contraband minor photos without any evidence at all. The supervisor assured me that this particular agent would be in his office within the next 30 minutes to discuss the matter and this type of interaction is not tolerated at LAX customs. I had flown in from BKK via Taipei and had also been in Vietnam and Cambodia on that trip.
I am not sure if that meeting with the agent actually happened, but I felt that the supervisor was sincere and respectful to me.
The bottom line is the same that everyone has expressed here--they do have the right to completely tear your stuff apart and make your life miserable, so make sure and take the proper precautions to avoid this. I was ignorant and lucky--at the time, I didn't believe that they actually could invade your privacy in that manner, but they can!

If you're really worried about this, open an account with an online storage facility. Upload all your "questionable" material before you travel, delete it off your computer (wipe the disk, if you're really paranoid), then you can download once you arrive at your destination.
Word of advice before you try this though - read the agreements to make sure the site doesn't prohibit certain types of content.

As much as it pains me to say so, customs agents DO have a job to do. And as much as I feel it is wrong to search people's private data, the job of custom's agents isn't to make their customer's happy with great service. They are employees of gov't doing what they were trained to do.
Fifteen minutes looking at your computer seems a bit long, although after a long flight I suspect it seemed longer that that. Maybe he was having a boring day and was enjoying the beautiful photos you took. Of course if you were "laughing in his face" the whole time, maybe he was fking with you. I'm absolutely surprised that you didn't get sent into a room for a full strip search and anal probe. I'd say he showed a good degree of professionalism on that point.
Your post doesn't describe how the customs offical was disrespectful, nor how he talked down to you. As for "almost accusing" you of something, well that's the modus operandi of customs agents.
I hope Max doesn't take my post the wrong way. What I want to say is these people shouldn't be trifled with. That goes for any law enforcement officer. If they do something wrong, take notes, pics if possible, etc and report them. But don't directly escalate things unless you are absolutely sure you need /want to. Go to YouTube and you can see numerous cases of citizens getting the bad end of law enforcement power...and you have to wonder how many episodes aren't on film.

You can easily repeat this every morning to hide last nites tracks. If you use delete by a mistake, use eraser to scan the whole disk/usb but that takes a lot of time.
If you are (too) serious about this, you leave some normal pictures in you camera. If anyone ever ask, the holes in your pictures series is since you deleted some pictures right away. And you even change the date of the .zip files, since its very easy to find the last files.

Illogic, I certainly understand what you're saying but there are so many other variables when going for a good shag. The heavy night of drinking and waking up next to a fugly is almost a cliche! Been there, done that.
The atmosphere, her charm,and her sexual skills are also very important. And of course when a guy posts a picture here, there is often an interesting story / memory behind it. I think it was Asian Rain who used to number is pictures and write a line or two of history about each one. Loved his pictures, but sometimes his descriptions (often humorous) were even better.
To sum up, I often find myself with women who some (most?) wouldn't consider very pretty. Not long ago we had a guy on these boards criticizing the skinny chicks. He didn't last very long, and I don't think he ever posted a picture.
Anyway, I'm rambling. I haven't been to the Philippines in seven months, so I have to go to the archives to find a picture to share. I lightened it up a little just for you D'etat -- I mean Illogic.
Oh, and thanks for the Doll house picture. Are they STILL wearing those big ugly white boots? They change bikinis nightly, but they keep on wearing those horrific boots year after year. Once a month they ought to have barefoot night.

We are all entitled to our opinions but they are much more legitimate coming from guys who take the trouble to contribute to the Photo Gallery rather than the deadwood's who never contribute anything but criticism or the odd lame photo. You obviously fall into the former category.
I have often lurked the galleries of other well known mongering hotspot's (LOS, Brazil, DR, Costa Rica etc) and actually find that the hotties to dogs ratio actually holds up rather well here in comparison. But this is subjective depending on whether you prefer spinners or the more well padded types.
But assuming your assertion is correct, I would suggest the following explanation. Many Philippine expats who post photo's (of which there are regrettably few) only field the 'B' and 'C' teams. The 'A' team are kept from general release. Reasons may be promises to the girl or simply you don't want the lurking masses drooling/wanking over your prized catches. I personally have some pix and video of steamy sessions with girls that would make your 'fucklet' look like Quasimodo's ugly sister! But they will never be seen here.
But I do agree with your view about how some guys seem to take a perverse pleasure in picking the greatest woofers. The last time I was in LA Cafe, I was amazed to watch one mid 30's reasonably presentable, good looking guy do the deal and proudly march out of the place with, on his arms, two of the fugliest old timers in the place who probably don't get taken once in a blue moon except by the blind, chronically drunk or skint and desperate. Go figure.
