I have been here for too long and not long enough but I do know something about the local paid scene.

If you are new to Kiev or do not speak a word of Russian/Ukrainian and are in Kiev for a short visit, your actual options for paid sex are as follows: GIA, River Palace or one of the hotel-based strip clubs. These are the only places you will find ladies who will consent to join you for sex and where you can reasonably communicate in English, from basic to advanced. The same for sex services.
