V Spa NIBM has indeed shutdown
and so has Titli Spa NIBM. There is a MP at the same place now and Miss A is managing the show there. Only locals available offering extra's from the word Go.

Am not quite sure of this, if you're referring to are spa on the 4th floor.
I've been there twice. First time I had a local who only allowed top access, claiming that anything else was prohibited by the spa.
The second time, I was assigned a NE, who refused any extras, but she offered to send another therapist for the same. That woman turned out to be another local, late 30's at the least. As long as we don't bump into LE in the place then also no problem. Only risk is reception giving away on LE enquiries which proves nothing since you are not present there. Maybe reception is cautious and they want to keep record in case of any serious issue on their property. Or maybe they just want to show genuine guest traffic in their records.
