The results will help you relax and think clearly about next steps. Also, make sure you DO THESE TESTS AGAIN in the next 3-6 months because most STI's are not caught by the tests immediately after your fateful sexual encounter. You would have options.
1. Check with hotel of they have a policy to have guests come over (they still have to submit the ID). In this case you can have multiple guests come over during your stay.

I have been upfront with the similar asks with the hotels and they support. I usually book a place and then extend the stay at reception.
The staff would help of they see that you are interested in extending the stay. Unoccupied rooms are bad for hotels, so they'll try to help as much as they can and beyond. That's my experience though.
