Saw the post. Agree with you. When I went, I think I spent waaaaayyy too much on tipping just because felt guilty of the reputation we had built there. Was staying at a hotel where the owner was a German. Had a few drinks with him, got talking and told us many horrible stories about how Indians coming there treat the girls.

Been here a few times earlier as well and chose the tried and tested therapist. Massage was fine, followed by extra offer. It was 1 K for HJ with touching from above. Found this mundane and boring after I was done.

Scorecard:

Place: 9/10

Massage: 8/10

Therapist: 6/10.

Damage: 2 K Counter + 0. 3 K as taxes + 1 K inside.

They have started to charge taxes on the massage payment, which is horrendous! This was a huge turn off!

WIR: May not. Unless, I am too desperate and tired as my experience in past at same place was better.

Pune is getting too boring and monotonous! We need aggressive pricing and better quality!

Although it has been discussed at length in the forum, my today's experience warrants some info.

As mentioned by someone else earlier, there is a M girl there with braces now and another elder female. So I took the younger better looking version one.

My suggestion would be that you book your flights online. You should chose a hotel in Sukhumvit area. For your accommodation in Bangkok. Sukhumvit is the area if you are going there for nightlife. Most of the hotels are guest friendly hotels. Hotels can be booked online through Agoda, etc. Your hotel will most likely have a tour desk and they can arrange for your sight seeing etc.

Sam.If you are going to stay in Bangkok choose a hotel in Sukhumvit area, so the action spots are nearby. The hotels generally do not object to you bringing in guest at any hour. Flight+ Hotel can be a cheap option, but check the hotel by going to the hotel website, for amenities the photos etc. Don't know about Pattaya as have never been there.

Since this is my first time in quite sometime to stay over in Pune I was curious to learn about the mongering scene. 1. No need to use the services of a travel agent. Its pretty straight forward. Book your flight. Get to BKK, get your visa on arrival. (u can take photos and fill forms before VOA).

2. BKK is pretty chilled out. Recommend staying at Sukhumvit near Soi 7. This is the center for all action. The place is full of massage parlors. The famous one is Anne's near Soi 4.

Also there are a lot of go go bars where you can choose the gal. Or you can see beer-bars like Hilary 3, etc where you an play some pool and pick up the gals for a few thousand.

Some nice clubs are climax (believe in ambassador hotel) or shock 39 where you can pick up free lancers again for a few thousand.

Also the famous go go bars are located in Nana plaza on Soi 4 and Soi cowboy which is opposite the terminal 21 mall.

3. Whats the issue in Pattaya? If you want an exotic hotel. Try the penthouse hotel. LOL. Its going to be an experience.

You don't have to use the travel agencies, IMHO they are a ripoff. Thailand is an easy destination to carry yourself without a Travel Agent or a Guide. I have been to Thailand many times (mostly as a transit passenger) and have found that one can easily explore the city of Bangkok & Pattaya without much hassle.

My suggestion would be that you book your flights online. You should chose a hotel in Sukhumvit area. For your accommodation in Bangkok. Sukhumvit is the area if you are going there for nightlife. Most of the hotels are guest friendly hotels. Hotels can be booked online through Agoda, etc. Your hotel will most likely have a tour desk and they can arrange for your sight seeing etc.

If you are going to stay in Bangkok choose a hotel in Sukhumvit area, so the action spots are nearby. The hotels generally do not object to you bringing in guest at any hour. Flight+ Hotel can be a cheap option, but check the hotel by going to the hotel website, for amenities the photos etc. Don't know about Pattaya as have never been there.

That's super easy. Just go in to google and type "guest friendly hotels in Bangkok" and there'll be links where you could look in to it. Try to stay near Soi 1 to Soi 10 (the action happens here.).

I've always preferred to stay at the Majestic Grande at Soi 2, absolutely next door to the action. This is a guest friendly hotel, next to Rajah Hotel (which is famous for its Russian / Uzbeki chics) and Annies Soapy.

There are plenty of other properties within this area.
