Finca is a nice club when you are in the neighbourhood. It is a kind of mini-Oase / Sharks, so nice and clean facilities, optically a good line-up (but 40-50 girls instead of 80-100). Service of the girls in general is (a little bit) better then in Oase / Sharks, especially if you are willing to spend Euro 100 (for 60 minutes, or 30 minutes with extra) you get a more than decent service here. The big advantage (over Sharks / Oase) is that there is no annoying chasing / begging of the girls. Therefore the atmoshpere is much more relaxed, and if it is good weather you can enjoy the pool and the BBQ, if you are a little bit social together with the girls (last week was +34 Celsius and many fun in the pool going on).
Foreplay / pre-sales on the couch is not common however (in the Kino yes). If you speak with a girl or sit next to her, it will not last long for she asks "Zimmer Schatzi. ?" (Room Baby? If you don't want, no problem, but her boot program spins down and she walks away without a word going to the next. (so not much social chatting here, only if you know the girls of course).

Having been a regular at Schieferhof I thought that it was time for a change, and so armed with some helpful posts from previous visitors (thank you Optimist, Siroja and others), I decided to pay Finca a visit last Monday. Here is my 'first time'report.
Getting there is easy; it's about 5 km down a main road from J37 of the A3. I turned right at the first main crossing and found myself driving through a small, sleepy German town like so many others, dominated by a Mittelstand, doubtless family-owned and probably dominant in its micro-niche. And like quite a few others, with an FKK brothel in a small industrial unit almost opposite, next to a discount supermarket. As always in Germany, people drive past, it's clear what you are there for, and nobody takes any notice at all. Parking seems pretty limited there, so I'm not sure what people do on busy days (Maybe someone can help me out there about where to park when it's busy).
I arrived at about 13:00 and paid my EUR 35. I was given a towel (I had expected a robe). I changed in a small changing room with lockers; a bit narrow if more than a couple of people are in I it at the same time. On the other hand, the girls changing room opens directly onto it, so there is the opportunity to watch the comings and goings when you're in there.
The main club area is a large room divided into three main 'zones'with a bar in the center and food are to one side. You can go up the stairs to a kino area. The main room is a bit dark, with the exception of the back area where large windows open onto a garden terrace area with loungers and a pool.
Not surprisingly for a Monday in August, it was pretty quiet around 18 girls, and by 16:00 numbers of had probably risen to around 25. All were attractive, aged 18 - 25, mostly RO with a few BU and (I think) one DE). And, of course, all naked. Mostly all-over tans with a few with bikini bottom marks. All fully smooth. Overall I would go back on a busier time (Friday afternoon / evening?) to see what it was like with more people.
George. Sorry my Madi recommendation turned out to be a dud one. I have just read elsewhere that her service has deteriorated hugely in the two months she has been there, from stellar to mediocre, so I don't think her poor service with you is unusual. As for CBJ, that's really bad.

I'm reading all of these glowing reviews of Finca and I've got to chime in that this isn't the Finca that I remember. The number of girls seem to match up but the girls 'hotness' level was never more than 5 of them making the 'doable' list. I hate reading reviews where guys flew into Germany and made Finca one of their destinations based on a handful of 'well written' reviews. Its been a good 4 years since my last visit, possibly things have really turned around but I highly doubt it. The club is off the beaten path that leads to the beaten path that leads to the beaten path that leads to Finca. Now 8 years ago there was one or two girls worth repeating.
Schieferhof is pretty well known for having 'not the best looking women' and I will question a guys glowing review who says 'all' the girls were attractive AND then goes with whom he refers to as "A Big Girl". And by 'big' im assuming overweight, you don't use 'a big girl' when referring to large breasts. Well written review, im sure i'll get some comments seeing that I haven't been there in many years. But 15 plus visits to Finca does give me some past history to draw upon. If it wasn't for a buddy living closeby I would have quit going there after the 2nd visit.

I was there awhile back. LU is nothing special to visit again. Not many girls during the week, and took me forever to decide on a girl.
I've noticed similarities to World LU, which never been a fan of. I later find out that same ownership.
Doesn't matter how a report is written. Saying LU is good, and reality is not is total Bullshit. You're just wasting punters time.

Finca is a club with varying line up. I've read reports about many slim young good looking girls. Then others went Finca and reported back that the girls must have left the day before. On my handful of visits I found line up ok, but not able to compete with the Hessen clubs. At least for my type of girls. But I also manage to find a few girls to my taste on every visit. The club itself I don't like too much. Garden is small. Food is so and so. Staff at the bar can be grumpy. You have to ask for towels over and over again and they may let you wait. Beverages are ok, coffee sucks. Just my 2 cents.

Thank you for the information to date Optimist.My two cents here, I think a visit to any outsider FKK one hasn't visited for ages will make for a better experience than visiting week after week after week the same old regular FKKs. I don't stop at Finca as often as I would like as hotels nearby are virtually non existent. Also, the club has no decent parking lot. I've been there three times and each time there were 3 or 4 girls I had never met and whom I was eager to the room with. I also like new surroundings or at least surrounding that have not become too familiar. I'm sure if I lived within walking distance of Sharks or Oase I wouldn't care for these two places that much.
If I understand well, I try, those who didn't visit on June and July, write casting is not good at Finca, and the 4 or 5 who visited, and I did, all write there were some attractive girls there. To clarify a couple of points in my report.
"Schieferhof is pretty well known for having 'not the best looking women'" - absolutely right; that's why I tried Dierdorf. My view after one visit is that the girls at Dierdorf were al attractive (7's or better) while at Schieferhof you're doing well with 5's. But the Schieferhof service is generally much better, in my experience.
When I said that Beatrice was a big girl I meant 1 meter 70 or so, broad shoulders and hips, while I generally go for smaller (more petite) girls. She definitely wasn't overweight, in fact none of the girls at Dierdorf were. She did an honest job for an honest wage, and I enjoyed it.

The 49 has been dualled pretty much all the way between the A 45 and the A3 with a speed limit on the 49 of 100 km / HR which makes the journey about 70 minutes, which, if one does the return, is a lot of time to waste as Breadman says. At least the route doesn't suffer much from traffic jams. It used to take between 75 and 90 minutes several years ago.
Finca to Sharks is a little longer.
Samya is well under an hour, but Koln traffic jams easily make 75 minutes a likely time. And the girls aren't naked.

Visited Finca a few years ago, posted about the marginal lineup and 25-minute half-hours, and never returned until I read the recent reports about the good lineup. It is indeed a gem of club at the moment. Although the LU is thin, good number of takers. LU is not better than Sharks, but I'd say proportional in optical quality. In truth, service level is not really that high. I get better services with top girls at other clubs. Technically good enough services, but no sessions that I would say tops.

I got to Finca around 10 pm Fri for happy HR special. 10-11 pm, entry is same as before 2 pm. 35 Euros. For a Friday, no atmosphere, with a few punters around. So, the girls were huddled around the table close to the slot machine. Can't complain for availability of the girls.
There were food available. I mainly recall roasted chicken legs and French fries, and salad. On another visit, food was similar when I arrived around dinner with more offering, but BBQ dishes. Bratwurst, Porkchops, roasted chicken again with fries. Food was pretty decent as meat didn't taste like old boots.

To Dierdorf last Friday afternoon for a second visit. It was not much more busy than my previous Monday visit. Around 25 men and 20 girls, building up to perhaps 35 men and 25 girls by 20:00. Several of the girls were grumbling about how quiet it was.
Most of the girls present had not been there on my previous visit. Saw Tia and Madi, but no sign of Olga, Sandy or Beatrice, all of whom I would have been interested in seeing again. Breadman, I think this club is worth a shot. Not a huge LU, but you may find them attractive for your taste(young slim girls around), and service really isn't bad(and can be good). Odds of crap service is really low I take it. Girls are generally friendly. It's a relaxing club. Atmosphere is fine. Not a party atmosphere if you're into that.
LU isn't like some other small scaled clubs I've been. It's much better than places like Atlanta or Rom IMO. Also better than H7, Aca Gold and clubs East of Duss around the Dortmund area(like LuLo, Neby, F39, Applerbeck, etc.), just to provide perspective.

About ISG / Tourists: better not too many come to this small club in Dierdorf. It is not worth the trip guys, please stay in Oase, Sharks, World, Palace, etc................ and enjoy the "great service of all these stunners" over there!

You are right that it is not a good idea for members to try to keep their favourite clubs "secret". Lots of reasons, as recently discussed under the Oase thread. I thought long and hard before starting this current wave of positive reports on Finca, and decided to post since it was only by reading a post on a forum that I refound Finca. I really thank the poster who guided me.

LOL! Well, it's always important to keep in mind: Don't take oneself, or what one reads or writes on an Internet forum too seriously. I was simply trying to inject a bit of irony and humour into what was, at least on the surface, a rather arrogant slap in the face to virtually every member of this ISG forum community. It's refreshing to get well-meaning, constructive posts like you, Optimist, are famous for. It's just depressing to see some of these self-important Dutch guys come south of their border and continuously put down or ridicule the Hessen club scene and its fans, characterizing all of us as clueless bozos or "Tourists" who, have no idea what we're doing and who will ruin "their" scene. It's ironic that they themselves could be technically classed as "Tourists. " It seemed appropriate (read: "fun") to respond with total sarcasm. I don't take it so seriously, so nobody else should.
To some extent, I sympathise with them: I mean, all these Deutsche tourists spilled over their border to ruin their coffeeshop culture, right? Scheisse!
The truth is, as has been often stated by other posters with more knowledge than me, that the impact of this ISG board on the overall German FKK scene is minimal at best. Also, as has been pointed out elsewhere, Finca is kind of off-the-beaten-track, even more so than, say, World in Pohlheim. So there is a degree of protection there and one should not fret too much about singing the praises of a club that works for you. I mean, some years ago, even the presence at Finca of a true Legend-girl, Czech Nina, did not result in a flood of "ISG Tourists" to Dierdorf then.
Beyond that I would personally like to thank you for setting a great example of board etiquitte and always presenting yourself as a Poster of Good Intentions. If only I could be half the poster you are. I'll aim for that and hope to clean up my evil, wrathful ways... :)

Sure, as a newb way back when I wasn't accustomed to the atmosphere, perception of the place wasn't what I expected comparatively to the other clubs I've previously attended. Objectively speaking, the service of the girls by stats really doesn't show any sort of ruining as you say. There has been long termers and short termers I have taken, and I get full time for what I pay for, asking for tips is nil. The extras are half of Hessen, so the likelihood of upsell in that regard is very low. No interaction of 100 Euros for better service or any of that I encounter.
Just a anecdote. I was in YY not too long ago. There was a girl that used to work at Palace, and the talks of what she does in the room consisted of 100 for better service with kissing. Other than her, I haven't run into such offers. So, there is a difference in what goes on in different regions.
So, there are reasons why one frequents a club. Relatively in comparison to the alternatives, it's a good option currently.
The place has garnered a lot of following over the years due to being close to the boarder from folks that come from across the boarder, and with the small spaced club, it can feel cramped at times during popular times if the weather is not so nice for punters head outside. Doesn't really have much to do with services or interaction with the girls. It's more of a less approach then the Hessen counterpart, but other than that the interaction with the girls aren't business or talks of how much to be gotten for what's to be provided like the other clubs out there.
Management is trustable, and helpful.
GT is more active on forums that people nearby attend the club. It's not a club of convenient location many fly in like some of the Hessen clubs or Artemis.

I keep hearing lots of talk regarding Finca Erotica lately. At Oase last time I was there, I heard it discussed twice by two different groups. Perhaps it is off the beaten tracks, but it is not a hidden place only known by locals (like some of the brothels in Prague). And to those thinking mongers in general don't read forums, can keep thinking that. But it would only fool yourself. Asian forums are probably gaining in strenght, but most read one or more forums before a trip. Trains, taxis and car hires can get you anywhere in Germany.

As I see it, the top optic girls who has a big natural advantage has more to gain from keeping the same service levels as the slightly less attractive girls, as opposed to pushing upsell levels. Just because of how service oriented local germans are (and that is still a large part of the overall market anyone would be silly to oversee). Alot of girls are smart and know how to act themselves the best way possible. But not all groups are equally smart, and the creation of these groups trying to imply rules to a club seems more like a gamble than a smart move...

So got to socialize a bit with them if you spot some of these guys at FKK's. European 'tourists' seems less likely to overpay as going to germany is so cheap for us and we can go each month. But these asian boards talk less about this I fear. And then you get these girls focussing on certain types of guys. Just look at the list of the so called 'asian specialists' at Sharks as some has labelled them. Tourists does have a larger budget per day, but perhaps it is better for the club and the scene if they spend their money over longer sessions as opposed to getting scammed by overpriced upsells of anal etc etc.
1. Official club price for more than 20 years same, means with inflation even (much) lower. 2. Average earnings per girl at FKK clubs (much) lower than 10 years ago. 3. Client structure at many clubs, sure at the Frankfurt big5 clubs, very different now than 10 years ago, much more foreigners spending (much) more per session. 4. For guys German FKK clubs still the best, safest and yes cheapest! P6 place anyway.

How? By accepting lower services during pre-sales, in the room, etc and by accepting higher prices (+50 for extras instead of +25 what is the norm in NRW, 100 euro per hour, which in general was 75 euro in most NRW clubs, etc).
So, let's enjoy Finca and other clubs as long as its possible (June 2017? See other thread) and don't take this whole hobby and forum too seriously (as some mongers seem to do.).

For folks haven't recently been have so much to say about what is going on. Anyway, 50 Euros flat has been the norm since 2014 soon after Oceans arrived. LR first, as it is a nearby competition to Oceans. And other clubs followed suit eventually.
Profis? Couple favs I have there are the most none profis there are (19 yrs Isa and Amor), and over time there were many I've been with. And by the way, there has been Romies that worked there under 20.
I'm not a regular and I don't pay extra for kissing. I don't run into so much BS some of yall talk about. No 100 proposals for better service nonsense either.
I don't get what this automatic prejudice of club movers. Nikki Czech at YY worked at a prior club(been around for years), and she gave fantastic service. She's 30, but looks low 20's. Also, Gloria and Erika from bunch of other clubs. Fantastic services.

But not allways even that. Even dutch crossing the border doesn't spend that mich. At most I see them do 2 sessions a day. Italians and scandinavians does do more sessions in average though. So there is that, but it is also slightly farther away. Maybe it is because we don't know the girls that well. And guys knowing the girls on a personal basis can get bored after awhile. Or reduce their shortlist to just a very few girls (I've only reached that stage at artemis).

Pistons, similar thoughts. There are a lot of guys that show Dutch or not, go there mainly to relax, eat, drink beer. May do a room or two. If you live driving distance away and not an occasional fly in, not likely a marathon sessioner like I on occasions. LOL.
Interestingly, I know a German local that is a fairly big spender like doing long rooms. A Dutch regular that does mainly 30 min rooms or on occasions an HR. There are long roomers, but that's typical with popular girls. Which is typically the case anywhere.
Several visits on this Summer, sometimes some Asians, and at night, Turkish like at World or Sharks. Some girls finish about 10/11 pm on Saturday, because they don't want to work with these clients, like in other clubs. Finca is not different, same night clients.

I saw some clients that looked to be Turkish a bit after happy HR (10 pm) Fri night. Still Finca was kinda dead if you compare a Fri night at a typical club. I have never stayed past 23.00, so am wondering, does the music change at any point?. One reason I leave by 23.00 is exhaustion with the miserable music (Elvis Presley: Crying In The Chapel for example).

Don't understand why the happy HR window is so short. Likely a large bulk of clients are more day / evening time attenders, Germans. Turkish tend to come in hordate night in many places. Not that Finca is one of them, but generally night time attendees.
Ratio can get so bad at some clubs due to high Turkish populous. I hate that.

HB.This trend really hit me at Finca. So far as I could see most customers did one or maybe two rooms over maybe six hours. I guess local customers take the lovely girls at Finca for granted. Me, it's as many as I can fit in one day. A day with fewer than three or four hours in a room is a waste: a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush :)

I've been on my way to Finca for years, but for some reason I never ventured futher down south then Köln. But after the last months "hype" of the club on ISG I had to go!
I was a very positive experience. Nice club with great line-up. It was like Acapulco a couple of years ago with a lot och young slender friendly girls. And it is always positive to visit a real FKK with nude ladies after going to all the sauna clubs in NRW and Hamburg and beeing disturbed by bikinis and other stuff.
The October weather was cold and the garden was empty. But it looked like a good place to hang out in the summer time. To bad the weather was not like it was 4 years ago when I also was I NRW the first weekend of October, 25 degrees hot and sun. I remember a fine October-fest in PHG with cool beers and hot girls in the sun around the outdoor pool.
I like the lay-out of Finca. The bar to hang out around, the beds next to the jacuzzi to relax (doze off) in and the many sofas to just sit and watch the "ladies" from.
Two sessions. One fantastic and one OK.
First one was with Madi (20) ROM. The best room so far this year. One hour of very good fun with a very friendly bubbly girl that played the game very well.
After that I had a beer at the bar and talked to a very very very good looking girl named Eli. It's bad to get old and have to take time to recover, because I wanted to take Eli to a room right away.
I had some dinner and a long rest in a sun bed next to the jacuzzi and after that I tried to find Eli. But as always when I want to find a specific lady in a club, she was no where to be found. I relaxed in a sofa an waited for maybe an hour (maybe two) and then I gave up and choose an other good looking girl (they are easy to find in Finca).
The second round was with Tia (22) ROM. Ok but not more. To proffessional for me, but sweet and beautiful.
I spooted at least 5 other girls I was curios about and had liked to get to know better. I visited Samya the night before and the line-up in Finca was way better compared to Samya. Not in numbers of course, but in looks.
I will return to Dierdorf next time I go back to NRW. I would be fun if Eli was there them!

I'll add another positive review for Finca. On a weeknight on my way up to Koln, it was 5 km northeast of the A3, less than 1 km from the main road. Easy to get to but the sign is very small so it is easy to miss. It is right next to a red and yellow market / convenient store and across from some industrial site.
As with all small clubs, the line up had many older and less fit women. But the top 4 girls were very attractive and can do well at a club like Sharks. Overall, about 10 out of the 40 sparked my interest.
Service from Eli and Jessica were flawless. No upsell, no pressure to go 1 hour. All standard services plus good passion and energy for 1 hour+ mongers.
The club had a Spanish villa decor with Jacuzzi, Finnish Sauna, Solarioum, and Garden with pool. On a warm day, one should spend a long day here by the pool. There was an outdoor kitchen / bbq that was not in use on this cold day. The couches overlooking the garden were very comfortable, the most comfortable of all FKKs in my experience. With the couches and music being played at a low level, this club is great for napping.
Beer drinkers will enjoy the beer that is included in the full 50 E entry. There is a Happy Hour 35 E entry option before 1400 and between 2200 and 2300 which does not include beer or towels / sandals. I wonder if they would just let me walk around naked if I didn't bring my own towel!
Food was limited with few options but a bit better than the dog food served at Aca. On the dinner menu the day I visited: Beef Burgers with a pepper gravy, Spaghetti with meat sauce, mash potatoes, vegetable soup, and salad bar.

Another great time at Finca during their Christmas party.

It is a low key club with music never very loud and absolutely no hint of a party atmosphere. This means it is easy to talk to the girls. HB.Along the right-hand side but it is very narrow and there are not many places available (ten at the most I'd say). You can easily park and get trapped by subsequent parkers.
The big car-park next to Finca is tempting but it belongs to the Norma convenience store and Finca told me Norma could have your car towed if it stayed too long (2 hrs+) or outside Norma's opening hours.
Parking hassle is the main reason I don't visit Finca often these days. Even if you're ok with parking at a distance from the club, I have seldom encountered an area that was so lacking in parking space in spite of its being sparsely built.

Was here last week. Club is like a cross between small NRW club with FKK Hessen clubs. Smoking was confined to an area near the pool. Lineup was ok but it was a Wednesday night. It's a good stopping point when driving between Hessen and NRW but probably not worth the drive as a destination.

GETTING THERE.
After exiting the A3, you drive through a picturesque forest that would look just right in a Stephen King movie. Pass the Lidl and Tedi stores and car dealers (who would think little Dierdorf could support a Land Rover dealership?) and turn right onto Poststrasse, drive up the hill; the club is right next to the small Norma supermarket.
INTRODUCTION.
After a crowded Saturday night at Living Room, I drove back down south the A3 to arrive at Finca for the happy hour entry, getting there around 1130 am. I forgot to write a report after my February visit. The music is still cheesy, the food is stil average and the TF was not so nice. I did Alice one time (disappointing) and Maya two times. Geogianna is very likeable, and feels really GFE, but services weren't good. Also, Julia older type, PSE was ok.
