Genesis Spa is on the 10th floor of Menara Genesis as NY Yankees correctly points out. I used to be a regular at the joint. They have got great facilities-one of the best in KL, hence costlier than most other HC's. I have always found OKT to be friendly, but some cheongsters think otherwise. One downside is they don't change the stock too frequently but the biggest turn off for me which made me stop going there is their fraud. Have you taken a look at the Announcements folder? There is a Kuala Lumpur FAQ with a list of Health Centres. Some of the more often heard of health centres are Genesis, Spa de Palace and Federal.
When you enter such places, you will be attended to by one of the male attendants. They will bring you tea and get you settled. They will let you know what is available. If they don't, you should be asking him. :-) Let him know your preference. If you want a bonk, it is known as a 'package' meaning everything in.
As for having a girl come to your room, as Octopussy has suggested, look for those social escort companies. Alternatively, you can head on down to the nightspots along Jalan Sultan Ismail such as Beach Club and Hard Rock Cafe and get a Freelancer for the night. Just wish to inform you of my own personal experience in trying out the blue diamond pills commonly sold on the streets. They come in 2 varieties - the 250 mg and the 500 mg.
In being too enthusiastic, I took the 500 mg pill in one dose, and I found the side effects too strong - pounding headache, heart palpitations, among others, and I could not 'perform' as intended.

Getting to Batam via Johor at Setualang Laut Ferry Terminal. One way ticket will cost you RM50+RM6 port tax or return ticket for RM80 + RM6 port tax. I would recommend return cause if you were to buy a one way ticket at Batam it will cost Rp135,000. Currently the exchange rate for RM1 = Rp2,150. It takes about 1 hour 30 min ride to Batam Centre Port. The old Batu Ampar port was demolished.
I stayed in Oasis Hotel which cost about Rp225,000 which is consider expensive. Anyway went hunting with my friend. The taxi driver showed us a few places eg. Rio Rita, Dynasty, Sensasi, Femina. They are all fish tank like premises and only offer locals indo chicks. Finally I pick up a chick from Dynasty cause she was all over me the moment I step in. There are several places which offered both massage and the special you are seeking for. I cannot remember the name of these girls. You can look for in places such as Lisa De Inn, Amanda Hotel, Grand Season Hotel and Concorde Hotel. Normally local Chinese and mostly aunties.
