For the Muff Diver, there are a lot of numbers to call and places to see in KL. HCs are a lot in KL... just browse further down memoy lane in the messages here.

If it's less than 8 hours, I suggest you forget about it. No lunch whatsoever, I'm sure you would like to get a parade. You'll get the usual chat with the OKT and time will be wasted there. Furthermore, using the facilities will only waste more time, but I'm guessing you'll need a good shower after that plane ride. If you are lucky and the girl you want is there right then and you don't waste anytime, your session will probably start around 3.30pm., that is if you don't take a dip in the pool or take a shower.

But I suppose you may go to Ginza of Mint hotel, which is located just beside the freeway and you may avoid the city jam. I suppose then you may need about 2.5 hour for getting there and back.

Just for your info, the new monorail is indeed operational.
From Sentral station, you will need to walk across the street to the monorail station.
The monorail has a station right smack in front of Lot 10/Sg Wang. There is a another station in front of the new Berjaya Time Square.
The journey from the Sentral station to Sg Wang will take you around 20 minutes and will cost you less than RM2.00

Yes 230 is steep in malaysia, but it's dirt cheap compare to other countries. Besides, I would rather pay 230 for a guaranteed good service than a standard service 198.
Granted, I've seen many bad looking 230 but no matter how cheap Dora might be it's not my cup of tea. There are even cheaper WLs to be had at really dingy places for below 100, but would you risk going to those places? I know I wouldn't.

I was wondering why there're so few FR on Skyriver? I have never been there myself, but recently a good friend of mine (Nickname Micky) paid a visit there. He went with a another friend and they were shown about 15 PRCs. According to Micky, he would rate at least 8 of them A class (Between A- and A+) and found it difficult to choose. He finally picked the tallest girl. I forgot the name of the girl, but here's the breakdown he gave:

Yes I too considered RM230 steep, but went for it anyway. The Indian was standard rate. But considering the service I got, it was worth it, and I will certainly pay the same next time round. As NY Yankees said, I would rather pay a premium and get good service, than pay standard and be rushed to finish up.

If it is up to me, my best bet would be the monorail.
If you have travelled in KL taxis, you would know KL traffic is fraught with traffic jams. On top of that, you have to add the time waiting for a taxi. I believe you know that KL taxis would only take you if it is convenient to them. If they feel that the way to your destination is congested, they would decline and you would have to hail the next one that comes along. If it should rain, it is as if the earth has swallowed up all the taxis. They are nowhere to be found.
On the other hand, the monorail spares you all these inconveniences.

You can get off at the Bukit Bintang station which is in front of the Sg Wang Plaza or you could get off at the Imbi station which is behind the Sg Wang Plaza. Either way, you can conveniently walk over to GE.
