Eastin Hotel. There's a spa at the 2nd floor, head toward the swimming pool (turn right when exiting the lift). The Esteem Spa is right next to the pool. You can't miss it.

Actually there are two banks of lifts facing each other, so it depends on which side you ascend on as to whether you turn right or left when you exit the lifts. First Kuala Lumpur Trip Report

Just opposite the Beach club, there is a bar that is more crowded with so many thai girls. The name is something like "country thai".
