Allow me to write you my first posting. I have spent 2 weeks in KL on business and visited a few places. Don't have Geylang-type in KL. But you can get massages and a HJ at around RM100 at massage places. They are sprouting up here and there (Pandan, Puchong, PJ) but not in Bukit Bintang area.
Most of the places in Bukit Bintang are better known as bonking places.
Having said that, you can give Spa de Palace, Regency @ Dorsett Hotel a try. It certainly won't be for RM80-RM100 (see Mark04's FR on Dorsett) though and no AR which is usually part of a bonking package.

A sad tale to report of the misbehaviour of persons who remain at large !!
