Rambo post title is Jalan Raja Laut, so I think he must have gone to Chow Kit RLD. This area is now swamped with Street Walkers(SW). If you are interested, the Red light District (RLD) begins from the Sultan Ismail-Raja Laut (Plaza Hotel) intersection till the Chow Kit-Raja Laut intersection (KFC Corner). I can see they start 'business' as early as 8pm. I am sure some give good services...
