BJIn the multilayered world of Bangkok P4P providers who end up at BJ bars sucking cock for a few hundred baht with no disrespect to them are on or near the bottom rung of the business. Looks, age or both exclude them from the more lucrative world of oilies, go go's, soapies etc. Calling them consultants or nurses does not change that reality and the price differential of near 50% using the ruse that if it costs more it must be better borders on the farcical. A more realistic rating (being charitable) would be plain and plainer. The going rate at BJ bars is 700; jacking it up to 1000 might catch the newbie strolling by but not those who know better. Did I mention mine have to be brain surgeons, hell I may even ante up another modest 300 for that kind of excitement?
After paying the massage fee usually 400 or the bar fine usually 500 or 600 girls working in MP's and Go Go's keep what the customer pays while at BJ bars they only get a percentage. Went to soi 33 a few weeks ago to the bar that has that wiskey sign they put over the foot path. It's near the hotel that used to be Novotel. Please correct me because I can not remember the name of that bar.

Night 1:

I was educated in U. K which in my day was one of the best in the world. To make it easy for you let's make the numbers smaller. 10, 1 is 10% of 10. 2 is 20% of 10. 3 is 30% of 10 and 7 is 70% of 10. What am I missing here? Singapore still has plenty of expats. Same with Hong Kong. So why will the ASEAN agreement mean that the developing nations don't need expat experts?

I have a different view on this and that is that BKK is still fabilous and allways good value for money (fuckwice, entertainmentwice). Returning from my last BKK / Philly trip som days ago my impression is that everything is the same pricewice on the freelancemarket (Climax, Thermae, Bangkokbeat, CM2, MixxClub, Beergarden, Spasso, Shock69) as it was when I first started my mongerbusiness in 07/08. Spasso was known already back then as a 5K place and still is (but it depends I have had ladies from 3-6K from Spasso). On this trip my Spasso girl had to leave with just pocket change as she did not want to participate in BBBJ so I had to call in a substitute.
All the other places has in my mongerlife ran from 2-4K LT (mostly 3K). And I never discuss prices upfront with the girls. There are exceptions when girls are quoting a rediculess low price upfront, hehe.
Maby I am just lucky but I have paid these rates all my years as frequent BKK visitor. A ST Beergarden midday girl still runs for 1-2K.
Performance (except from mentioned Spasso experience) are from avarage to great and to be honest I would mostly great. I don't know why I don't have anything to complain about but I feel as long as I create a good mood at the discos it will most likely be a sucsess back home. It is all about attitude and how we click. That is why I like to ship a few drinks into the ladies first and talk and make jokes before we leave (as in she understands my twisted humor). I just spent 3 weeks in BKK in October. It was part of a 6 week trip through South East Asia which also included Singapore, Macau, Pattaya and Manila. This was my xx trip to the big Mango. Actually, I can't remember how many times I have been to this city since '89; close to 20 times I reckon. I had a great time here. It was one of my best trips. Here is a summary of some of the things that make BKK notable.
I don't spend much time in lower Sukhumvit. It used to be hot there back in the '90's, but today, I find it kind of too trashy for my tastes. Still I do like to visit Rainbow 4 a couple times every trip. Why? Because they ALWAYS have 3 or 4 stunners dancing on stage one. This last trip was no different. I met a cute very sexy spinner there. I take it slow with the interview and only after getting a real good feel for the girl did I ask her out. Price 600bf + 2000ST for soapy shower, DFK, BBBJ and shag in multiple positions. She would have gladly stayed all night for another 1000bt. Instead I took her back to Nana and we had drinks together for another couple of hours.
I always stay in upper Sukhumvit. I like the ambiance better. I have stayed in many hotels in this neighborhood. Now in regard to Pegasus, I understand its not a normal G club, but more like a (musical) theatrical performance venue, but one with expensive takeouts available (except for the girls in white I believe) kept over to the the side somewhere, however do you (or anyone else) happen to know if it has a bar or something similar, or do you just have to always sit down and watch the show? I fully agree on this. Too many taxi drivers try to cheat or rip off thinking a farang is a tourist and a tourist deserves to be ripped off as still cheaper price than at home. I find annoing their attempts and I think they a bit stupid when they reject rides of 1-2 km thinking htey do not earn enough, or thinking that the metter will go above the min fare. They probably prefer to do rides shorter than the min fare. Taxi should not be allowed to reject rides (unless for serious reasons, but there is never as such when from soi 4 you wsant to go tosoi 22 or 30 or so.)

If you're staying around Sukhumvit they're not as easy to get to as some places, although the subway has made massage places on Ratchadapisek more accessible. The women are however more attractive on average than Annie's, and the facilities are much larger and nicer. They'll typically have a lot of women sitting behind a glass wall, sometimes segretated into groups, according to price or services offered. And also sideline women or model lounges where you meet the women in a setting more like a cocktail lounge. Either way, talk to the mamasan or papasan. They'll have ones who speak English. And tell them which girl you'd like to do. You can visit with the sideliners / models a little before making a commitment. You may be able to do the same with the ones from the glass bowl, although I never have. You can have a drink or drinks while you're looking and when you go to the room. Landed at Suvarnabhumi around 11. 45 am and checked in at the Grand Millennium Sukhumvit around 1. 15 pm. Cannot understand why so many people complain about Immigration and customs or slow transportation in BKK.

My "negative posts" lately consist of pointing out how overpriced and generally unattractive Phnom Penh is and that I don't personally plan to visit BKK for the intentions of mongering anymore. Oh and maybe the review of Dr. BJ's Nuru.

the mtr in hong kong is cheaper, more extensive, more efficient. it's 6 times longer in track length, has about 4 times the number of stations, moves about 7 times the number of daily riders, at much faster average speeds, and yet is still cleaner and more reliable. no daily breakdowns or mile-long lines for coins (coins, in 2012!) that i've ever seen in a decade of using it. and it's 3 decades older.
anyway i'm not going to get into a pages-long dispute about the public transportation system in bangkok. i simply gave the reasons i think it's not really a mongering destination of choice. the rip off taxis and poor public transportation is only part of it. apparently i'm not alone, as some have agreed with me in other threads and in pms.

Went to the beer garden after reading a few reports and wanted to chek out the talent. I like the relaxed open air feel. Funny there was really drunk farangs there who where killing me so funny. You need to allow for vast differences in spending of mongers. Some expats must stick to a budget and would not dream of parting with 10K. For others 10K is not such a massive amount. In Europe a monger could be parting with 20K in a day or even a lot more on occasions. In Thailand you get bulk time with girls for a lot less. A buddy of mine has a rather low budget due to losing to past wives and GFs so now lives in Cambodia.
As for Cowboy, I recommend you try Suzi Wong for a fun time.

And yeah, these are things I take into consideration when planning a trip, especially when prices are approaching parity levels with my home city.

I have visited Satun province where all is peaceful and even they don't want to go to those 3 provinces. The main problem they face is the economic ruining policies of Yingluck. Things are tough with price of rubber going downhill badly, price of gas for cooking going up heaps, etc. They also suffer form unseasonal rainfall causing problems to harvest rubber.
The incompetent government is probably the worst problem of all affecting the most, along with natural forces like floods. Bad times ahead. Does make me question if I really want to live here in old age, with a reduction in mongering activity. Some nice quiet province perhaps, like Prajuap.
As a mongering destination, I am extremely happy with Bangkok, and am able to have a wonderful time with young Thai girls. As a major frequent international traveller, I fully realise I could get cheaper elsewhere, and would do so if I thought it was really better.

Well thanks for your opinion but I thought the selection there was the most to my liking of any place I've every visited. I flew almost 200k km last year so I do get around.
