Storm CatWish I could but the contact I had there (Manager Sun) has already moved on to a different establishment. Not that it's much of a loss; he charged higher than the other prices quoted by our ISG brothers. (i.e. I was getting ripped off by him instead of the ex-Passions Mami in a previous ISG report who would just go to the lower price if you do direct take-out.) I'm not sure who's staffing it now, as the only time I went there was maybe in late spring?

I've only been there once, and I'm not a frequent KTVer because it's rather expensive (even at the lower price) for me. However, there were a lot of cute girls at this place when I went there. I picked a smaller one (Xiao Xiao was her name), and she was pretty good... just out of budget for non-splurge occasions. Two pops, one in the evening and one in the morning. Very cuddly and clingy in the nice sort of way. Maybe a 7.5 in terms of looks.

Basically, it's a pretty "normal" (in terms of procedure and pricing) KTV operation, with girls ranging from 7 - 8.5ish. I never got to go to Passions; it had closed down by the time I arrived in BJ, but I don't think these girls are in that sort of league. Around 9 - 10 PM, there's a mini-stage show in the main hall with magicians and other performers. There was a neat little performance where you pay 100 kuai and there's a bunch of large eggs that you can break with a hammer. Inside the egg shell is a note that says what you've won. You don't have to "play", but beware that the girl will egg you on as well as the stage performer. If you're in the front row, you're especially doomed. (I was within grabbing distance of the stage performer, so after getting egged on, I just bit the bullet.) Most of the prizes are not so great, but in theory you can win a flat screen plasma display. (Odds are maybe one in 30, as there were about 30 eggs.) My luck was ok; I won a bottle of red wine. Some other poor sap got something pretty much worthless. The show maybe lasts an hour or so in total.

It's not a bad place for people who live in Haidian who have lots of money to burn and don't want to bother going all the way over to the east-side for the Pig/HRC/Maggie's tour. Just expect to pay the KTV prices.

I've seen this girl and been tempted. She is one of Galya's girls which means you'll negotiate with Galya (the "boss"). 2 weeks ago, I went on exploration of the f**king paradise I had heard of and posted on here some time ago (at Yangcun exit of the BJ-TJ expressway)

To get to these places, start at the corner of Xue Yuan and Cheng Fu in front of the MengXi hotel. Walk east on Cheng Fu Lu about 500 meters or so. You will have to cross at least one street. On your left there will be about five or six BBS and tea houses. One has a big CHa symbol above the door. In that one, I got FS for 300. The direction that South Gate gave was correct. When you are in front of Meng Xi hotel, go towards the east direction of the 4 junction road. If you don't know where east is, it's the opposite direction to where the Wu Dao Kou train station is. If you're walking towards the direction of the train station, then you're going west - wrong way.

I went to basically take a looksey but had no plans to HAVE to take someone one that night of any flavor. ABC's will have a certain degree of difficulty getting into Maggies depending on the circumstances of each case. The info recently posted, especially from LittleGoomba, is probably the best advice going. As far as local chinese go, its not as if there's masses of them hanging around the outside of maggies because they can't get in. I dont think there's a great deal of interest from the locals anyway. I would guess that a lot of the chinese mongers with foreign taste, find hollywood far more up their street.
The good looking chinese girls inside maggies, WORK FOR THE BAR. They cannot leave with you, not even through a bar fine procedure. Swinging Beijing. Swinging Beijing?

Beijing has 15 million people officially. Beijing has 25 million people unofficially. Beijing has 9 million bicycles according to Katie Melua’s new hot song. All these statistics are so badly flawed like they can only be flawed in China. Here, you should not trust any official or unofficial number.

But one statistic you can trust: There is no swing club in Beijing. Neither officially. Nor unofficially. There isn’t even a strip club.

Massage City.
It doesn’t mean that Beijing is prude. Quite the contrary is true. Sex is as available in Beijing as Chinese food. Sex for eat-in, sex for take-out, sex for home delivery. There are even restaurants where you get a massage when you pay the bill. There are neighborhoods where every barbershop routinely relieves you of excess hair and of undue tension in your male organ. No hotel bar is complete without a complement of willing females. And if you forgot, there is a card on the nightstand that reminds you of massage services. For a tip with happy ending. If you think that at the many foot massage establishments only feet get massaged, think again.

According to a study published by the US Embassy to China (your tax dollars at work ... imagine the research) they estimate "that Beijing has at least 200,000 - 300,000 prostitutes." What's more ,"the contribution of the 'sex industry' to the GDP comes in at about 12.1 - 12.8 percent," the study claims. In case you want to get in on the booming business, the embassy links to an excerpt of Pan Suiming's book "Red Light District," published at the UN China website. This book is a proverbial business manual to setting up a sex business in China.

You can rent a girl by the hour, for the night, for a day, or for the length of your stay. The savvy businessman hires an “assistant” for a week or two, she provides sexual favors and if she’s really good, then she can provide secretarial services, or tell the taxi driver where to go.

Too find such an assistant, a newcomer to China might be tempted to enlist the services of an agency such as FunInChina. They offer to hook you up with what they call an "International Private Assistant," and they do it with a wink and a nod. But buyer beware: We've heard from customers who had hired such an "International Private Assistant" at the already steep daily rate of $200, ostensibly (wink, wink) as a "city guide."

Then they were shown the city.
For the frequent and better educated traveller to China, there is an option that is growing in popularity: A girlfriend on a long-term lease. A commitment of $200 to $300 a month goes a long way in China, especially if the lady lives in the provinces. On arrival, a true girlfriend experience awaits the traveler. Quite possibly, the cost for a hotel can also be saved in the bargain. If the girl is smart (and they are,) she runs a little time-share operation with two or three other repeats. As long as scheduling conflicts can be avoided, everybody can be very, very happy. That includes Western Union, who's doing a booming business with three figure amounts wired monthly to China.

A working girl in China is colloquially called a chicken, or “Ji” in Mandarin, which can also mean “airplane.” The stretch of the Third Ring Road from the China World Trade Center to the Hilton, nearly halfway around Beijing, is so packed with chickens, or airplanes for that matter, that natives now call it “the runway.”

For the more discerning tastes, female companionship is obtained in two distinctly different ways in Beijing. Call it the cultural divide of retail sex.

Going Native.
The Chinese male invites his friends and compatriots to a Karaoke bar, or “KTV.” Picture them as huge multistory buildings, richly adorned with neon in all colors of the spectrum. You will be greeted by two rows of beautiful ladies on both sides of the entrance, which are only there to make you feel welcome. You rent a Karaoke room which can set you back 1300 Yuan, more or less depending on the locality. You settle down.

Then, a long row of women is trotted in by the Mama San for your inspection. They file out. A new group is trotted in by the Mama San for your inspection. They file out. And the process repeats until all available females have been shown. Your job is to pick the most suitable one. To the western guest, this can be daunting, because at first glance, they all will look the same to you. If you say: “Get me that little black haired girl,” you may get 50. Once chosen, they will sit with you, play dice, maybe even sing a song, and for an extra charge, you take them home.

Western Style: Yes, Mongolia is in the West.
The Lao Wei (Long Nose) western male, will, after some false starts, go to a number of bars that provide drinks and females to the expat community.

The most notorious, and most reliable club is Maggie’s in the embassy district. Maggie’s also serves as the informal Mongolian Embassy, because each evening, the place is packed with ladies from Ulan Bator and vicinity. They are taller, sturdier, and usually have larger chests than their Chinese counterparts. Mongolians are horse people, they all ride very well.

Those in the know will show up at Maggie’s at around 11:30 pm, because this is when the main wave of the Mongolian Embassy staff arrives. The better looking ones can be picked out quite quickly. There is another school of thought that prefers Maggie’s at 2pm, because when you take a female ambassador of Mongolia home at that late time, chances are that you can keep her the whole night for the same charge as earlier birds would pay for the usual hour or two. The current tariff is 800 Yuan, or $100. Oddly, most collect only after the deed is done.

There is another interesting trait of the Mongolian maidens: Most speak English. At least at a basic level. Which you cannot universally expect from their Chinese colleagues. So if you want to engage in a little pillow talk instead of using hand signals, think M&M: Maggie’s & Mongolians.

Last summer, Maggie’s moved from their old place near the Worker’s Stadium to their new digs at embassy row. If you want to sound like an old-timer, then drop a remark like “Old Maggie’s was somehow nicer, I don’t know why.” The guy next to you will nod and mumble: “Yes, and the girls were prettier.”

Which is as true as Chinese statistics.
Maggie’s has a sister establishment behind the Hilton, formerly called “Maggie 2,” now officially named “Bar One.” But you’d out yourself as a newbie if you’d use that name. Call it “Hilton Maggie’s” and everybody will know. The girls there usually are a bit younger, a bit prettier, and slightly pricier than at main Maggie’s. They are mostly Chinese, and they go home earlier. The Manager is blazingly gay, always a good idea in establishments like that. Keeps the management from eating the merchandise.

In both places, by the way, are "drinking girls" and "working gils." After a while, you will get a feel for it. Signs (vaguelly reliable:) Drinking girls sit by the bar, working girls stand by the wall or play pool. Drinking girls say : "Buy me a drink?" Working girls say: "Stay in a hotel?" At Maggie's, drinking girls are usually Chinese, working girls are usually Mongolian. If you can't tell the difference, then you must pay the price and take your chances. If a drinking girl is through with you, you won't be much up for sex anyhow.

Other options.
The other stable establishments are The Hard Rock Cafe near Lufthansa Center, and The Den next to the City Hotel. Others come and go. The Pig and Thistle English Pub at the Beijing Holiday Inn, for instance, is sometimes open, sometimes closed.

For more adventurous souls, there is Banana, a loud disco. Hang out in the balcony area to the right of the entrance, and soon you will have girls smiling at you. They like you both, you and your wallet.

Due to the enormous decibel levels at Banana, and not only because of that, negotiations can get a bit strenuous.

ThisReporter has it on good authority that several customers ended up with a deaf lady, a fact that didn't become apparent until they reached the hotel room. After a while in the city, you will get the impression that just about any female of marketable age and looks is somehow connected with the business, or “in the field.” To say it with the words of Kris Kristofferson, it’s “a walking contradiction, partly truth, and partly fiction.” In a city where the average secretary takes home $200 a month, there is ample encouragement to make the same in a night or two. And there is even more encouragement to maximize the returns: A girl works for a Mama San, while building her own ring of girls, who themselves build their own rings of girls, who themselves ... Sex as multi level marketing.

The long and short of it is that sex is plenty and readily available in Beijing.

Is bartering your partner hooliganism? Who knows.

Meeting another couple in Beijing is a complicated exercise that requires much time and effort. In this day and age, initial contact is usually made on-line. China is very connected, and electronic dating portals such as AFF or Passion are full with couples seeking same.

Yet the bullshit factor is very high in China's capital. What you see on-line is rarely what you get. Making contact with another couple involves lengthy chats, emails to throwaway accounts, text messages to prepaid phones, it involves getting references, and maybe a meeting at a local Starbucks, where the “chemistry” is being tested. In 9.9 out of 10 cases, this is where it ends.

I've tried this before earlier this year. In my opinion, it's a very conveniont service for a lazy person. I have called 3 different numbers in 4 different occasions and tried 3 different ladies. However, the numbers that I got arent from thatsbj, but the namecards that they leave outside my apartment door. Based on comments from my friend in Hollywood the police have had hollywood under observation on a regular basis this last month. While it does not really affect the laowai wanting to take a russian laowai out, the locals are simply not biting. As a result the girls are not getting much business and are only turning up ever now and then. Coupled with the total lack of any business during golen week i noted that the selection is down, but at least you don't have to worry about losing your selected girl while you spend 5 minutes downing that all important lager. Went to Absenta last night for the first time. I was definately impressed with the place and the shows at about 12.30 were good too. Didnt end up with anything as it appeared to be a lot more legit without the FL's which work Hollywood and Treasure Island.
Moved onto Treasure Island for the shows at 1am. Good stuff as usual. Its just a shame this seems to be the only place in this city which has a kind of pole dancing routine.

For those unaware, a lone tourist is approached by a couple of girls in a tourist area, who ostensibly want to practice their English. Yu Yang is a good hotel for short-time. Not cheap, but out of the way, so unlikely you'll run into anyone coming in or out of the hotel. Lots of mirrors in the rooms as I remember. I fucked the famous Kitty there about three years ago after we had lunch down the street. Good times.

For less money I can propose the China Resource hotel which is located to the east of Beijing (JingTong expressway). It is 5 minutes from China Word via subway which is close to the hotel. In - out with "friends" no problem and price for standard room about 380CNY.

I've been to this sauna twice in the last month. It is a well-run, clean, somewhat upscale facility with reasonable prices. The rooms are nice, esp ones with mirrors on the wall. Both times I did the RMB500 full service option. They don't have the room where you select girls from a lineup anymore (too bad; that's fun): they bring them in one at a time. They brough in 4 girls before I selected one this time and she was a young, thin Northern girl. Very nice body, OK face.

Key observation: the girls are just so-so to pretty good in looks, but the big problem is their SERVICE ATTITUDE... They are very friendly when not having sex, but tend to be too business-like and non-emotional during sex. And rules like "don't suck or touch breasts" (my god!). 1. I have never had any issues walking around beijing - the key is to never follow anyone if they claim they have a great place to go to. Also, avoid the nigerians and kenyans who will try and sell you drugs - they guys are bad news - but they will not do any rough stuff in public.
2. The public bars are all safe - the funny private bars which you may get led to if you are foolish enought to follow will rip you off - but i dont think they are dangerious. The only exceptions are the russian bars very late at night - when the russian guys get drunk and get into a fight its very nasty - but i have not seen too many of the big rough russians around lately. They normally appear about late november.

Beijing is a whole lot safer than Berlin.

Word has it that their visa restrictions have been hammered down and most of them are having big problems staying. I haven't been in BJ for some time but when there last I was suprised at the large groups of Africans that seemed to be unemployed and just hanging around the bar areas. Often they would be selling drugs or just making trouble. Someone told me that the Chinese government had made a deal with Nigeria over oil concessions and one of the parts of the deal was to allow Nigerians to have easy visa access to China. Anyway its good that this situation seems to have changed.

I guess everyone has their own experiences, but I'd have to say I disagree about the recent posts that seem to paint the africans as trouble with a capital 'T". I've spent many nights drinking cheap beer at the Bus Bar, and never once did I feel threatened or worried. They are harmless, and when i said no thanks to their smoking stuff they have always been cool to me. Never saw them getting agressive, and never saw them "pushing" their stuff to strangers on the street. Maybe an ocassional "hey man, you need some smoke?", but that's hardly a threatening scene. It's not like they are pushing hard drugs like you would see in any large city in America - they are just stoned on weed and hash. They play good music and enjoy their football. I truly would not worry for a moment about them - I'd worry more about drunk local chinese guys who want to show up the foreign guys.

But maybe that's me - born and raised in Chicago and 15 years in LA - maybe I'm just immune to that whole scene.

Just to clarify that in my last post about the Afrikans, I never suggested any aggression. I was simply stating that there's far less of them to be seen lately. Ive been in bus bar about 4 times in 2 years. Their pints of long island ice tea are (in)famous. One night I had 3 and almost killed myself. I also play football in the same league as Afrika Utd FC. Although most of their guys live up by WouDaoKou, we still see them downtown now and then and we have absolutely no problems with the guys.

Just finished off a stay at the crown plaza wfj. Tried the in room massage a couple of different times and both times the girls offered fs at 1k-1.2k. The girls were all consistent 7-8 in the looks dept. body is standard chinese, service was good but not great and tried to be gfe. I was really diggin’ the whole thing. Then some Russian mob-type guys come to the table and they were all obvious acquaintances and the loud, obnoxious but friendly guy now joins us. He’s bossing the help around like he owned the place, gets a bottle of Champagne and shakes it up like it was the end of the Grand Prix. So this guy decides I’m OK I guess, and pours me first insisting I drink with him. Sure, free crappy champagne, I’ll try some. More dancing and even some gymnastic mimes who were absolutely fantastic. Now how often do you hear the words fantastic and mimes in the same sentence? I am not easily entertained. The show was well worth the price of admission, which actually was free.

I decide it’s time to head to Maggie’s. I pull out my money and boss lady says “no, ve pay.” I was totally shocked as I was also trying to head off before getting stuck with the bill. I threw down a couple of hundred rmb anyway, said my goodbyes and left, bumping a big Russian bruiser on the way out who wanted to start some shit but I gave him a big smile and he backed off. Then I went to Maggie’s and got laid! It was a great evening, never to be repeated I’m sure. Ya gotta love China.

OK, so the "Seven Star Island" is actually the Chinese name of "Hollywood" I learned tonight. The club I went to with the show was "Treasure Island" I now believe. Hell I dunno, I'm probably still off the mark. Start off at Hollywood anyway, you can’t go wrong. I was there again tonight and got this absolutely stunning Jessica Alba look alike but with a bit of an Uzbekistan flair, very hot and with a grate attitude. 800 for a pop. The pricing tends to be fixed at RM800 for a pop (it actually goes up over winter, but you can get them to stay longer) There is no negotiation, especially if the girls have a mama-san. However just a note, 1 pop with these girls is a longer experience than 1 pop in the US or Europe, so its hard to compare.
But in summary these only explain some reasons for the cold hot treatment – many times they are hot and cold and i have no idea why. But one final comment – THESE GIRLS NEVER FORGET YOU – so if you go to Hollywood the girls are all aware of it and they talk to each other (at least within broad ethic groups – the Russians, European uzbecs and asian uzbecs)

there are 2 crown plaza's in beijing, both managed by the intercontinental group, which also manages the holiday-inn chain. they have recently remodeled the one down town, and i understand it is much nicer than before. when i stayed there in the past i never had trouble bringing girls back, but i have not stayed in it since the remodel.

by the way, the other is the the park view wuzhou, which is in the asian games village area. this is also a new, very nice hotel, and there is a very large ktv right next door. again, in the past it presented no problem bringing girls back, but i have not stayed there in over a year.

I headed to take a look at the Tianlun Dynasty KTV and followed Alex Rock's instructions to goto the Bar area and request to see some girls. As far as I could tell, there is no KTV in the crown wfj but I didn't go into the lower levels. I did see a few girls going down stairs but that was during the weekend. The lower floors are ball rooms according to the signs.

The girls in the beauty salon run an interesting game on occasion. They have spotters on the 9th floor on the top right corner when you're facing the center of the building. If they see 2-3 guys coming up on the elevator, they signal the 2nd floor salon. Someone will then jump into the elevator and offer massages. Some are more aggressive than others. I was in Beijing last week. I called mamasin Li's for delivery service to my hotel twice. Mamasan Li speaks some english. (I speak no mandarin.) Delivery was perfectly on time, the girl were arount the promised age and good looking.

I am currently in Beijing staying at the Tianlun Dynasty hotel in Wangfujing district. The KTV (Capital KTV) on third floor has what they call minimum fee around 228 RMB at the bar. You get a few bears or drinks included with that price. You do not have to get a room in order to have the mami to bring girls over. I picked one just to sit at the lounge area with me, the fee for that is 400 RMB. I told the mami ahead of time to only send ones available for takeouts.

Long story short, I took the girl upstairs after a few hours (we had to go separately due to the tighter security). She was a fantastic fuck albit a bit on the lazy side. Total damage for one shot was 1500 RMB, not including the sitting fee.

I was told by the mami the next time I wanted someone, I don't even have to show up at the KTV. I took her suggestion and call the next night and asked her to send up someone pretty with big tits. Sure enough, within 20 minutes that's what I got. I opted to have her stay the night so I can go for second round in the morning. Total damage is 2000 RMB.

I went to the Banana club a couple of nights ago after reading about it from some other forum. It is located right next to the Scitech mall in CBD, not far from China World Hotel. The entrence fee is 20 RMB weekdays, 30 on weekends. This is a joint mostly for the locals and feature mostly diso/dance music. I saw several dozen hot chicks hanging around with that come fuck me look in their eyes. They mostly hang near the balcony so they have a good view of the action down below. At first blush, I thought they must be call girls.

After sitting at the bar by myself, I was approached by one of them not long after. I turned a few away as they weren't my type, a bit too skinny for my taste. After 9:00 the crowd start to flow in and I decided I have to act fast or I won't see any action. Pick up one with great figure and she was ultra friendly but not in a slutty way, which was actually a turn on for me. I was told all the bar girls have to show up at 8:30 sharp, and that is when you will have the best selection. There are other similar clubs such as Mix, the club in Poly Center, etc that operate the same way.

Actually there are three circumstances under which you can get visa on arrival in China:

(a) At the Luo Hu-Hong Kong border, you can get VOA for up to 5 days. Technically you can't leave the Shenzhen area within the 5 days, but they don't really care. But you do have to depart China through Luo Hu again. And I've heard that the officers are very tempermental. If they are busy, or they don't feel like it, they can just turn you back and say no visa for today.

(b) If you are flying into Hainan Island, you can get VOA for up to a week. I don't really know this is an ongoing thing, but the Hainan government did implement the system about 2 years ago. Again, you are not supposed to leave Hainan during the validity of the visa, but they really have no control. However, similar to the case in Shenzhen, you do have to depart China from Hainan.

(c) In Shanghai (I think they also do that in Beijing, but I'm not sure), if you have a forward connecting ticket (not a return ticket, but a ticket that would take you out of China to a third country, you can get VOA for transit for up to 48 hours. You do have to depart China from the Shanghai, i.e. you can't fly into Shanghai and then connect to a flight that depart China from Guangzhou. And the visa is not extendable.

I stayed at the Xinqiao Novotel again two weeks ago and as usual, no problems bringing girls back. We need some sort of secret code to identify ourselves. I was in Hollywood on Tuesday and talking with another monger. Last night, I am in the Pig with Sammy_T and he brings the same guy over and introduces him as Bad Boy Billy.

The three of us moved over to Maggies where Sammy rolled out the red carpet for us with the best private room in the house.

Sorry to disagree without having any definite factual info to add, BUT some passport holders can get a VOA at some airport and land customs points, I don't have any more details than that, but if you search the web you can find more details.

I did hear the VOA for Americans was cancelled before, but that may have changed.

I have seen EU passport holders getting their VOA in Kunming airport.

was in a taxi coming back from Sanlitun at about 2 am on Tuesday night and was complaining to the taxi driver about how lucky my friend was as he had just got into the taxi in front with his extremely hot gf. The guy said he knew where to find girls on the street (which I hadn't realised was possible in China though only been in China for a month and haven't been reading all the old posts...) and proceeded to take me around one of the roads heading east off the third ring road between the World Trade Centre and Jingguang New World Centre and then up to Nongzhanguan lu and then back down the road that runs along the side of the third east ring road (which I think is also confusingly called 'third east ring road').

In the first 2 areas there were various police types hanging around which the driver said scared the girls off so that they wouldn't be out until 5am(!) but going south along the third east ring road there were quite a few girls out. We slowed down but they were generally old. Finally there was a young one and when we stopped she said it would be RMB 400 for LT. She wasn't that attractive so I told the driver to just take me back to my flat.

He said that they generally cost between 300 and 600 for LT but that the quality was generally low.

Might be worth taking a look if you're over in that part of town just to see what the quality's like after about 11 pm.

Personaly, I think a pin is nice. It doesn't have to print ISG on it, but a symbol, or just a random geometry graphic, but only us will know is nice.

Or, we can just go buy normal pin (same design for people in the region, like the Olympics pin in Beijing), and pin it at a certain spot.

I mean, how many guys have Olympics pin on them, and goto Maggie's/Hollywood? Should be obvious, and if people ask, you can answer the way you want it.

This is turning to be like a secret cult.

I was in Beijing for the first time at the end of October. Stayed at the Tian Hong Plaza out in the NW section of Beijing, it looked like pretty bleak hunting territory. In scouting I ran across three bbs just across the street from the hotel, tried one and got cjb for 200rmb, not the greatest but not bad.

I notice a chineese hotel just across the street from the bbs that had a sauna advertise in lots of neon on top of the roof. I decided to give it a try a couple of days later. The front lobby looked like a nice chineese hotel, marble floors, very clean, the spa desk was just to the right of the entry. I walked over and was immediately swarmed with helpers taking my shoes and socks, putting on rubber slippers and ushered to a locker area. was stripped and sent to the shower with my clothes put in a locker. Out of the shower the attendants dried and dressed me in the disposable underwear and pj's. I was then led upstairs to a "resting room" after a beer and chatting with another guest I ask about massage. I was taken to a room about 15'X15" with low lights and a queen size bed and told 800 rmb, OK?and to wait. In a few minutes the helper returned with about 20 yo girl and ask if I liked. She was more than OK and and off he went leaving her with me. We exchanged pleasantries and names and she motioned me to strip and lie on the bed. She then stripped, sat on the edge and began to wash me with some wet wipes. She then proceded to give me a cbj lick and suck my balls. After some time of this she ask in hand signals if I was ready. We proceded with missionary and doggy and back to missionary for the final. As I came she was squeezing and pulsing around my member and kept holding me close for a good while. The phrase works if you are already chatting with someone, but it does not help to recognize others that may be across the bar.

I like the idea of using a common item (like the Beijing Olympics' pin) worn in a specific location. This can be spotted from across the room, and then we can use the recognition phrase to confirm if the guy is a brother or not. It would be nice if we can find a universal item that all WSG guys could wear. Something that is available worldwide. That way when we travel outside of China we can recognize other brothers too.

It seems that most countries have little lapel pins with their national flag on it. I propose we standardize on the national lapel pin, worn on a shirt or jacket on the left side. It does not even need to be your nationality, just a pin with a national flag on it. When you see someone with a pin in this location then use the code phrase "sure are a lot of girls in here". It can be said in a sarcastic tone if the bar happens to be empty at the time. The recognition reply can simply be, "yea, I read about this place on the internet".

What do you guys think?

I have not been following the Thailand board, but I can see that someone might try to make trouble for us by pretending they are one of us. Perhaps even law enforcement. I was just looking for a way for us to recgonize each other. Needless to say I am not going to walk up to every random guy I see in a bar (the Pig at 10 pm on a weeknight might have 30 guys in it), and use my code phrase, but I might use it to the guy sitting on the bar stool next to me.

While the PM sysem is a good way for us to hook up, it seems that a lot of the time I go out at the last minute. I am certain there have been times when I have been in the Pig with either Sid or Lao Ma, but I could not pick them out of a line up. The few times I have tried to organize group meetings here in Beijing they never happen. I think many of us just sneak away when we have a chance.

No big deal, but if you do happen to run into a guy in the Pig with a USA/China lapel pin on his jacket introduce yourself. I might just by you a beer :)

I've been in Beijing for a couple of days. I must be in a slump. I've done 4 girls (1 freebie), none of which were better than just average.

First one was a Uzbek (sp?) out of Hollywood. I'd never done one and wanted to try. Same as the Russians really, highly professional, clinical and mechanical. She gave me some bullshit about just taking a shower and didn't need another. 800 RMB standard fare for ST.

Second was a Mongolian out of Maggies. She was very pleasant and sweet in the bar. Got her back to the room and she refused to shower with me. Just washed my back from outside of the tub. She gets in bed and says she wants 900 ST. I told her it was 600 ST / 800 LT and she agreed, but the service was rushed from that point on. It was the first time in over 50 Mongolians that I have to say the service was not exceptional. Too much teeth in the BBBJ and asked if I had enough after less than 5 minutes. To cut a long story short,she jumped up and got dressed nearly immediately after I popped and said she was on the way back to Maggies since my 600 RMB contribution was not adequate for a night's work.

Third was a Harbin girl out of the Pig. I called her for an afternoon session and she showed up in about 45 minutes. We had agreed on 500 ST on the phone, but she asks for 600 RMB just after walking through the door. I reluctantly agreed. Things got off to a good start with a reasonable BBBJ followed by CFS. After about 10 minutes of fucking, she started to get antsy about me not popping yet. Started complaining about the size and that I was lasting too long. I did her another 15-20 minutes and popped. She cleaned me up, took a shower, trashed the bathroom and split. Why do so many girls not know how to use a shower curtain and throw shit all over the place after they use it in the bathroom?

Regarding identifying ourselves as ISG members, that would be exceptionally unwise beyond the most obvious reasons. First of all, Sammy and I both know that our screen names and real identities are known to at least one of the Maggie's regulars. I've never had a problem with a girl blowing someone's cover, nor have I heard of one, but never say never.

Also, there are way too many civilians and slummers passing through St. Margaret's, especially on weekends. Maggie's is already the worst-kept, worst-kept secret in Beijing. The last thing we need is having some drunken civilian Whiskey Tango on a girls' night figure out that we belong to some kind of community/cult and we'd be seriously hosed.

All this seems to be in response to one member's comment about not being able to PM Senior Members. Well, Grasshopper, my suggestion is do some homework, put up some posts, and earn your Senior status so that you can come and play with the big boys, no pins, no passwords, just good old fashioned privacy.

Regular to LOS but thought I'd comment on this. ISG is a virtual world and for many members, they prefer anonymity and not cross over to the real world. While many do get together, others prefer not to reveal their real life identities...

As far as use of PM, i thought if you are a paid subscriber, you have full access and don't need to wait to become senior. ISG is well worth the small subscription fee that Jackson charges.....

Hey, great idea. A small pin, maybe no bigger than a U.S. dime would be pretty cool. I am usually on the hunt alone as my business brings me to China solo most trips. It would be fun to spot another monger in Maggie’s or Hollywood. The problem might be however that everyone will have the pins, they'll become a fashion statement, astute Chinese entrepreneurs will knock them off and our whole plan will soon be useless!

Wearing a pin makes it too obvious.

Last evening while having our weekly Shanghai Gang members meeting, I stuck with an ideal! Money Clip! I noticed that a lot of us especial from America are using Money Clip. This is something that the locals do not use. Perhaps an ISG Money Clip would be great especially when it is not too open and we can keep it to the last minute to flash it to the opposite person if we suspect that the other person is an ISG monger?

Money Clip is relatively inexpansive and can be locally made!

I’d had my eye on one tall local (Beijing) girl in the Pig for 3 days so I pulled her for my last night in Beijing. It turned out to be very good choice. It was a total GFE and I kept her LT which I almost never do. She asked me for 800 RMB which I thought was very fair considering that I had 3 pops.

She checked her email in my room and had emails from a couple of customers she asked me to translate for her (with my limited Mandarin skills) and help draft a reply. She told me that the one Swiss guy had given her 500 Euro per night when he was in Beijing. It was obvious from his email that she has sold him a bunch of bullshit which he gulped hook, line and sinker. He was coming back soon and expected to spend 14 more days with her. She can almost retire after that. The email from an Australian guy was very similar. I am always amazed that so many of us mongers are so naïve to believe the sob stories. I could tell from the email addresses that these guys worked for major multinational companies. IMHO, this is not a great idea to use your company email address in this case. I will never forget one girl in Pattaya that told me her mother could not walk and needed an operation for many Baht. I went to her place one afternoon to find an older woman with a strikingly similar appearance, running around the place. When I asked her who it was, she replied, “My mother”. “I thought you said your mother couldn’t walk” was my reply. “Uh, well, I just call her my mother; she’s not my real mother.” Yeah, right.

I was in the Pig three times this trip and, although I do like the bar itself, the crowd and the atmosphere, I must say that the quality of the talent overall is pretty low. I reckon that 80-90% of the girls in the bar could not get any action down South. Most are 30+ or close to it and the average is about 4-6, with few exceptions IMHO. Some are so unattractive; I cannot understand how they could ever find a punter. Having said that, I think this is a perfect example of my theory about English and how it raises the ratings substantially.

I vote for the pins, but I think they should be exlusively for ISG. If you do not want to be revealed or exposed, don't wear the pin. Or, if you are suspect, you can just say you bought it somewhere and have no idea what it is for, just liked the way it looked. Maybe Jackson could have some made and sell to us for a nominal amount. I plan to head to The Pig and Maggie's tonight (Monday). While Monday is typically not a great night at Maggie's, I expect the girls will be out in force now that the conference is over. I will confirm Maggie's status with the bar manager, as well as text my Mongolian friends to see what their plan is for tonight. If Maggie's is a no-go we can always try the Hard Rock, or I setup a private "viewing" of the local talent at my place if you guys promise not to trash it :)
Threre are some girls that show up at The Pig as early as 6 pm these days, but as OAH points out, the talent level is low. Most of the young, cute ones start arriving between 9 and 9:30. I plan to get some dinner and arrive at the Pig no later than 9:30 to check out the talent and drink a few beers. I may then make a quick stop at The Hard Rock around 11 pm before going to Maggie's. I know this is early, but again I am expecting it to be an unusual night.
If you have nothing better to do early in the evening you can always come to the lido area for dinner. It can be as easy as just ordering a pizza to the bar in the Pig, or you can eat in one of the many restaurants in the Lido area. The Texan down the hall from the Pig does a good steak. Eudora, across the street from the Lido out the Starbucks side has a good western menu. South of Eudora (turn right as you exit the Lido) is Trios which includes Frank's Place. There are several good Korean restaurants within walking distance, as well as a very good Sichuan restaurant if you walk out the Lido mail lobby door and cross the street.

Black Listed is in town and plans to join me, as well as a newbie who PM'ed me. I would love for Intransit to join us, as well as Sid and the other Beijing regulars. If you can make it PM me with your mobile number and I will send you a text when I arrive.

ventured out to the pig around 11pm last night. place was about half full.

first thing i found myself next to, as there was a vacant seat, was a chick from dalian.

now, the only girls i've known coming from dalian have been major trouble, as in one was an ice dealer and the other a ktv girl (gaultier malde knows what i'm talking about). suffice to say, she was quickly ditched.

standing around like a bit of a knob on my own sipping my beer, i was kind of hunting for some isg members, perhaps sammy t was among those in the crowd. could he be the tall german dude smoking dunhill slims? nah, definitely not.

but what have we here, while moving to talk to dunhill slim man, 2 girls made eye contact from the corner of the bar.

one, a slightly chubby one with a nice smile, immediately caught my eye (i have a thing for chubby). we introduced ourselves and i discovered her name to be eegi. immediately i knew something was different about this girl.

there was also very little going on, well, it was a sunday night.

a few russians got up to dance to tattoo, which was kind of funny.

had a dance with eegi, and man, could she move. i think she said something about learning salsa at some stage. it was a bit hard to communicate, as she tended to speak a bizarro combination of english, mongolian, russian and chinese, with no apparent logic or order.

anyway, as the drinks flowed, amazingly, our communication skills improved.

from rtff, i started to ask about her family, if she had any kids (she had one), was married (used to be), etc.

it worked a treat!

she was warming more and more by the minute.

when time came to leave, i asked her what she wanted to do.

she asked me what i wanted.

i said, well, you can come back to the hotel if you want.

she said with a laugh, you know i'm a prostitute right?

OAHI stay at the Hilton, in BJ, unless it is full. Stayed there maybe 50 times, and 1/2 the time brought a girl back with no issues with security. I always register for 2 people, (same cost), if there is a problem. They have a new bar on the second floor. You can always tell them you are going to the bar, then continue on upstairs.

Stayed at the Renasiaance a few times. Just there a few weeks ago. Last time, I had my friend just come up to my room, no problems. Now you need your key to operate the elevator. Staff did not seem keen to visitors?

Yes, of course, I heavily considered the advice from these two respected mongers and friends. In the end, romance won out again. Here's the story...

After making arrangements with Sammy T, I headed to Trios, a trio of bars as the name would have it; and visited a sports bar called Franks on the ground floor. No doubt, Maggies is an awesome bar, nothing like it anywhere I’ve been, certainly not in Shangers. I managed to snap a pic, but it doesn’t show much really. Oh well. Think dark, pink neon, hot girls out for cash and punters out for snatch. My kind of bar. The music was also great, mixing between latin numbers and sing-a-long bar favourites.

Speaking of which Attendee pointed out that there is a similar club in Guangzhou called The Cave, which he mentioned was even better than Maggies.

In due time girls were brought forth by the manager to our little VIP area and party ensued.

And there was even a special guest appearance from Intransit, who has apparently ducked into semi-retirement.

Lost track of things as the night went on, so cannot report on what happenned to Attendee, although I remember saying farewell to Intransit and Sammy around 2??

Thanks again to Sammy T, Attendee and Intransit for an awesome night out in Beijing. Sorry to have missed Sid, but there will definitely be a next time!

This is my first post, although I have been reading reports from more experienced members frequently over the last few months. I have only just started mongering, so please excuse me for not using the abbreviations (why is it such a long word). I have been to Maggie’s only once and was impressed by some of the girls. a) mongers are not ripped off

Also, most of us know what are average salaries in this country. They have been reported many times even in this forum.

as for buying stuff at the markets, the key is knowing the cost price of the product and not even bothering to negociate. if i have no idea what something costs to the vendor, its easy to get ripped off, if you do know (and it takes a while to find the correct price point) you can get better prices than a local. (the quick way to find the correct cost price is to low ball the offer so much, the shop keeper lets you walk away – then go to another stall and try a bit higher until you get a bite - but this takes a lot of effort.)

my local beijing work mate always claims i get ripped off when i buy pearls – however i know pearls rather well and always go for a specific shape and size – so i gave him an example and asked him to try to get the lowest price he could – he ended up paying twice as much as i normally pay for the quality i want. for crap quality he could easily get 1/10 the price of the high quality - but in this case i was interested in price/quality. so the key here is knowledge.

note : as for incomes, local folks get more money in beijing, so the incomes you quote are typically monthly incomes - but still rather low.

but saying all of this, it may be interesting in getting guys reports of their cheapest experiences (exclude the freebies), with some comment on price/quality of the experience. i must admit my cheapest experience was in a bbs around the lido a rather long time ago - i think the price was about rm120 - but she was old and ugly - but was not a cold fish. but i had to close my eyes to get into the mood, so i don't class this as a good experience.
more recently the lowest price i have been quoted was rm300 from a sw last feburary, but she was so ugly i decided not to take her kind offer.

The cheapest I've had was RMB600. It was one of those massage places that operated out of an apartment. The RMB600 gets me a full body massage, kissing and FS. Have to pay extra for BJ, but they have a menu costing RMB200 each. Tried the one with mint, cold water and hot tea. A friend of mine tried the pop rocks. Unfortunately this place is no longer available.

About the truck stop, I've had come across a similar venue. It wasn't a truck stop, more like a village house that's not too far off the freeway. It was seedy and sleazy. The girls were wearing night cocktail dressed kinda of thing, the lights were either neon pink or red. And complete with gangster watchdog at the entrance.

I just think that she was worth the money, treated me very well, does a shitty job, and is stuck in unfortunate circumstances. If that means I need to sacrifice another lay (for say 400 RMB per), then so be it. Those experiences will last me longer in happy memories. :)

Been a relative newbie, I think it would be more appropriate for other member's to discuss what name it should have, ie Cheap Charlies, and where it should be placed, either in the Beijing section or the China section. Both have pro's and con's I guess. The only thing I would like is for it to have is a maximum YUAN amount, for example (Cheap Charlies, 400 Yuan or less).

Good morning everyone, I'll be on a short-notice business trip to Beijing next week, staying from Monday - Monday. (Plus one or two out of town trips.) So, I thought, I need some relaxation! Lots of it, actually. ;-)

I'll be staying at the TaiYue Suites Beijing. I've searched, but only found a report about the sauna service there not offering any extras - which might be sufficient for the day of arrival, but not for the rest of the time ... Is the TaiYue girl-friendly?

I read the f forum with great interest and went deep. This is my first visit to the Great Wall city and looking forward to the treat with great excitement in more sense than one. Is it my imagination or has the overall posting quality of newbies and visitors been vectoring downwards for a while now ? When I started posting a few years ago, I made damn sure that my first posts were field reports with news you can use. Now I've been reduced to a crusty old fart who just complains about the newbies. Grrr....

My feeling exactly, I miss the days where I have to check AND re-check that I have all the punctuations and spelling right. So that my post won't get delayed.

As for expat women, IMO, they are easy score nowadays when all the foreign men are scoring the locals. But, thats just me, 2 of my current fuck friends are foreign women. And they just came back to Beijing and took all my time (I stay with my long term GF) and I am too tired to go out on the field nowadays.

It is nice to see everyone is still alive and kicking.

BTW, "won't" is the contraction of "will not." Since the delay is not a probable event, but a certainty, it's inappropriate to use "would not." The use of "Therefore" is also incorrect. "Therefore" is used as a summation of conditional statements, much like an equal sign in math (eg. "I think, therefore I am."). For conditions that depend on a contrary response, it's much more appropriate to use "so." Finally, the words, "punctuations" and "spellings" take the singular, not the plural. God! What would you do without me???? It's ok, thanks are not necessary....

I have been in many forums and many flamming wars to know that the best way to handle a meaningless argument is to ignore it.

It might feel fun to argue with Midea since there are so many on his case, but it is not helping to add fuel to the flame by replying his posts point by point, blow by blow.

Actually, I'm now interested in how one might use a melon as a condom. Clearly the sensitivity of a watermelon, not to mention its size, would render the act moot. I was up in Beijing last Thursday so I used the services of Mamasan Li. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called her cell phone.
