Everyone,
My quesiton is similar to Heinz Q. Any one know if the 141 selections in the hotel reservations catergory be made available in my room or they've strict rules to be only at their venus? My priority is the hotel reservation selections. Any comments? Are they anything that I should be aware of if I'm opting for this catergory or should I just stay with the ones with address.

I'm wondering whether the girls in these bars are better/worse/comparable to the many options that the locals have. If there are local HK guys there, there must be some good about these bars compared to the numerous night clubs, Karaoke clubs, 141 etc.
There are so many local girls and even more new immigrants from China. In the Wan Chai bars they are mostly Filipinos and other Asian nationalities. I think there are few or none Chinese in these bars. I wonder if these bars are catering for English speaking visitors, the historical stereotype being uniformed sailors. Went yesterday to a 141 for the first time ever. Looked up 141sex.com where everything was sufficiently explained (and yes, in English). You can search now by district, be it Kowloon / HK or the NT. Way useful. Even foto shoots of how the buillding / elevator door look like are included, just in case.
Ended up visiting 16 Kimberly Rd., 7/F, Apt A3. Just off Nathan Road, and close to the Miramar Hotel. A cutie opened the door, and offered massage + HJ for HKD 300.

Speaking of S. American talent, can any be found in the Mongkok brothels? The only western I have found there were from Russian/E. Europe.

A month or 2 ago I visited HK and called the TST 141 hotel girls (found on www.******.com or www.best161.com). After a few misses finally found one who was willing to visit me in my on the island side. I think I paid about HK$900 (100 or 200 more than the list price for transportation). This time around the price seem to have gone up considerably. The extra charges range from HK$500 - $1500. I guess there must be other lazy brothers like me who pushed up the price. Oh well. In all my experiences at the Mongkok brothals, I've never seen a South American.
All brothals draw from the same pool of girls. The only difference is the attitude of the papasan, how accomodating he makes you feel and how well he picks a girl for you. Brothals near the center of the red-light district will dispatch girls faster, and in greater quantities, than those on the fringe.
But screw that. You should pick the girls yourself by standing on the corner of Soy and Shanghai Streets and watching the nightly parade of streetwalkers. If you find one you like, you just follow her into a brothal. It may be a problem for white patrons because they will seriously stand out if hanging out in that non-tourist area. But if you don't mind attracting attention, its a better way to pick the girl.
Neptunes II is actually on Jaffe Road tucked in behind Delaney's Irish Pub. The Neptunes I on Lockhart Road was shuttered more than a few years ago. I am an infrequent visitor to Neptunes II but have seen a few Latina's at times. I've never seen them in the MongKok brothels.
In my opinion, there are some better kept places than others in the MK area. Yes, many of the brothels share a stable of girls but there seems to be a different gang in charge depending on the general area. The streets up near Prince Edward have different talent than the places further south on Portland St. Also the places on the other side of Nathan Road in MK seem to have different talent than the Portland St and Shanghai St places. These have been my observations over the many years I have been visiting.

The 141 girls do come to your hotel rooms. You just need to pay the extra for the travel and taxi fair. One way to get your money worth is trying to book the girls for the last session and negotiate for a rate to cove the whole day. The last session usually ends mid-night or 1 am depending. You should not need to pay for more than 1.5 to 2X of the usually session for overnight.

I was there on two nights in a row and there was 6-7 of them, all were on the voluptuous side (not obese, but not svelte either). Funnily enough I thought they may have caused some consternation amongst the Asian girls but a Thai girl I was talking to said that she had spoken to one of the chicas and said she was a good person.

This question is often asked in the local (Chinese) forum. According to the locals, the rule of thumb is "Never bring these girls to your room" for safety reasons. Someone in the past had tried and resulted in being blackmailed when guys showed up at your room demanding "a lot more money" afterwards. There is no telling if these are isolated incidences so why try your luck? It is not clear if these girls would want to come to your room anyway since they are also worry if it is a setup.
Going to the girl's hotel room is much safer but the hygine may not be acceptable. Price of the hotel girls are much higher than the regular 141 and their quality are not necessarily better. Basically, its like a crap shoot. The forums, even if you read Chinese, are not reliable either. Many are essentially ads posted as "good experience".

From my experiences in the past years, most these girls are Brazilian. I never saw any in the Wan Chai bars until starting this past year. They used to mainly hunker down in the Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon bars. I saw plenty of them in Hari's years ago and had a co-worker who had a run in with one who threw a glass at him and cut his face up pretty bad.
Now that is the only time I have ever heard of a problem with any girl in Hong Kong where things turned violent, but it happens and I had the impression that her being of the hot blooded type wasn't in his favour.
Not sure what caused the problem that resulted in the glass being thrown, but it was only a verbal spat until she blew her lid and took things to another level. She was arrested and deported, but about 10 months later I saw her back in Tsim Sha Tsui again. I'm sure on a fake passport with a different name.
I never find these girls that attractive as they all, and I mean all that I have seen and I have seen lots of them, dye their hair a fake blond. I'm not talking a good dye job either. A Blond in a bottle as we used to refer to the girls with the dried out blond hair. Being from South America most these girls are brunettes from head to toe and they most likely do this to stand out and be different or so they can be confused with Eastern European or Russian girls by those who are not earful to the accents they have.

I am not a local but these gogo bars in WanChai are only set up to service english speaking visitors. For the locals the chinese hostess nightclubs and karaoke places provide pretty similar service. i.e. expensive drinks, entertainment of sorts provided by the girl and the option of take out. Many of the karaoke bars have local girls and they are generally young 18-22yo. My HK friends quote cost of $3000+ for takeout. Add $1000 or more for the drinks and room etc. A few of theses friends who are aged in mid twenties think this is a pretty normal activity when they don't have a gf. They might also go to a sauna. For them they do not go to 141 or Mongkok thinking that is for a quicky for the married blokes.
Also very few locals seem interested in filapinas and don't chase them in WanChai

your observation is funny on another angle as there is consternation and competition between the various asian girls. generally the locals look down on the prc girls who both look down on thais and filipina's. for most thai girls, this does not bother them too much but most filipina really resent this attitude.
pricing reflects the relative status.
for me the maximum price in wan chai for st is
chinese 1200
thai 800
filipina 600
normally 800 - 600 - 400 is what i can negotiate to.
i made a mistake once in trying to bargain down a prc girl by pointing out a filipa was $400 less than what she was asking. she thought the differntial too low and upped her price.
i would be interested in asking and negotiated prices for the chica's and how they compare.

I totally agree with your observations about the ranking of the girls. That's why I wonder if there are any locals there. I don't know anybody who knows about both types of places well so have to ask. I do know something about the local night clubs.
Another way to look at the ranking is the skin color. Northern PRC girls are always in higher demand than middle or south PRC girls, except some particular brand name provinces in middle China. Filipino are tropical, while Thais are a bit north. HK and Asian countries still favor the pale white look. HK mothers cover themselves and their little girls as best as they could when they go to swim.
As for the price, I think your friends quote you some clubs that they are proud of. Say China City. In these clubs they don't rely making money on taking out. Indeed many girls don't go out and many businessmen go there just to kill time. Even in these clubs there are two tier prices and you don't need $3000 HKD to take one out. But in any clubs, if you don't watch your time and bill, over $1000 is pretty easy just for the time spent in the club, in even the smallest clubs. Some small clubs rip you off if you don't know anybody.
My hear say is: for afternoon tea, the bill can be less than $200/hr. Take out is $300 - can be an 18 year old local pretty girl. Basically, it has to be higher than comparable 141 girls, but you get more time. And the price can't be much higher than 141. If guys have time, they can go to PRC. If they are desperate, they can do 141.
I heard that all the pretty PRC girls go to TST big clubs. What left in Mongkok are older girls. Local HK girls have a hard time. But in the small clubs inside buildings, there are plenty of young local HK girls below 20 (starts from 16 which is the critical age in HK and most European countries). Many are real students because HK have a rather good education system, free I think. Some do take out and some don't. They are too young to look good with middle-aged businessmen in big clubs. If these local girls are any older there are plenty of model type PRC girls to compete with. Many are part-time and don't think of themselves as working in single girl brothels as in 141 and the true brothels.

Just my experience:
I was in hong kong for quite a few times, ususally,.. if you can read and speak chinese, it is much easier for you to find the local girls in Kowloon area. The usual place to look ofr action is in KTV and price differs depending from location. Generally, I like to visit KTV if I'm travelling with friends or my business counterparts are into it. Drink and chitchat. After that "supper".
Night Club:
Usually, you get yourself a room that comes with KTV facility. The manager will introduce you girls and have them accompany you. Most places have hour booking system whereby the longer you stay with the girls, the more you need to pay. Usually, the manager will bring you a girl and have her accompany you for 10-15 minute if you like the girl. When the time is up, the manager will come in and ask the girl to leave. He will ask you whether you are happy with the girl and want to extend her stay. If you decided that you want to look at other girl, you need only to pay for the 10-15 minute period and he will bring you another girl. If you are happy with the girl, you can book by hour and the manager will ususally not bother you anymore until each hour is up.
If you like the girl and want to bring her out for "supper", you will ususally pay for the rest of the hours that she is required to work till the club closed. The cost of the "supper" is ususally negoiate with the girl.
Massage:
Most place, like most massage place you visit in asia, you decide what you want and pay to the cashier in the counter when you leave. Most place open till late and some ever let you in at 4am in the morning. Please ask what are the service provided, not all places provide all kind of service. In other words, some may not provide full service.

Been to a few so call KTV night clubs. Most of them will serve with free beer if you book a room for about few hundred dollars. Had been two before, and in both cases, I ended up in the cheap hotel upstair of the night club for a quick "workout". Cheap and good, total spending is usually less than 1k.
Mong Kok -
Been to one of the KTVs. It is really KTV. I.e. singing and chit chatting. It is a see no touch place. Not much happening there, but will sure hunt this area for some happening KTV if I had a chance to go Hong Kong again. Anyway, there is a lot of brothel there, so not afraid of disappoint in this area.

This is a report from last week that I didn't have a chance to post.
Decided to make it a "141 gal" type of day as I returned to HK
from a trip abroad. I arrived early into HK early in the morning

cheap then at about 2:00pm I decided to check out a
"141 massage-type gal" who usually posts the 400-500 HKD
range with 60-90 minutes of massage + service.
I decided to go to a building in Jordan (National Court) with several 141

The other day I bumped into a local forum on the Hong Kong sauna scene and there was much discussion of a new place called Sea Dragon Sauna in Causeway Bay. I have noticed quite a few changes with 141 pricing recently.
The changes started with a general price increase with ******.com about 6 to 9 months ago when it raised its minimum search criteria to HK$350 from HK$300 (and the all the prices along with it).
In addition I have seen a big increase in the number of ladies doing 'hotel reservations' and their pricing starts at a minimum of HK$500 and goes up quite steeply from there.
I also get the sense (and this is just my subjective opinion) that there is some segmentation in the market going on with sites like best161 charging higher prices as they seem to be bringing in some great looking ladies.

How does this hurt the Mongkok sex industry? The desirability of living and working at or near Langham Plaza will cause rents to rise in surrounding neighborhoods. This affects Mongkok brothals in two ways, according to the SCMP. First, the brothals will be unable to pay higher rents demanded by landlords and would be forced to flee. (In fact, I noticed several brothals near the corner of Soy and Shanghai have already closed.) Second, with rising rent, poor residents will begin moving out, replaced by wealther residents. Wealther people are more likely to pressure police to crack down on vice to protect property values.
However, I'm optimistic that the brothals will survive. There is simply too much money to be made for the triads and prostitues to abandon ship. The industry may move south, into Yaumatei, where there are already brothals and streetwalkers around the Temple Street Night Market. Money always finds a way.

Yea guys, it's gonna be a change in a few years after that hotel is all finished up. I just stayed there this past September for 2 weeks. It's definately the best hotel in Kowloon. Only half of the hotel was finished. The floor I stayed on just got finished the day before I got in. It got everything you need and it looks real nice. Not to mention there were some really cute girls that worked at the receptions desk. Sounds kinda like an advertisement, but it was really nice.
I recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel to all the action. Shopping is only minutes away and the mtr (subway) is also a couple of minutes away. i think there's a difference between the sex trade in causeway bay and mongkok. the causeway bay sex industry consists mostly of higher priced saunas that can withstand higher rents when times square gentified the area. but mongkok brothels are rinky-dink operations that charges a paultry $40 usd per session in seedy little rooms. some of these little operations may not withstand the economic toll of gentrification.

My question is - where in your opinion is the best place to keep a PRC G/F - when one is based/working in HKG. There is also a chain of love hotels that are of good quality called Villa Victoria. Many locations all over the city. You can just walk in. Almost guaranteed to have a room. The one I often use is directly across from the Tin Hau MTR station. These may not be luxurious but if you're really in a bind they will work.

But these mothers were booked solid; even if they gave you a booking number when you booked online, they would reply later with a message that read something line "I am so sorry sir, but we are as full as a Thai virgin with African cock, and your white ass is shit out of luck." I also got some suggestions from Acer V and Pac Blue. But when I contacted the hotels via online or by phone, they were packed as solid as a bear with a concrete diet.
So after all the frustration, I called up my Filipina sweetie, and told her that she should tell her roommate to get the hell out and get otherwise occcupied on Sunday afternoon. She did just that, and we are gonna burn that mother down.

Turns out that my Filipina sweetie’s slave driver (ooops, I mean her employer) had her working on a spastic schedule for most of the weekend, so a hotel stay was not warranted. That being said, thanks again to all who contributed to some hotel stay ideas for future trips.
So I decided on a day trip from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, and hopped the first Sunday morning ferry. She met me upon arrival at the terminal, and was looking cute and horny. Yummy. We hopped onto the MTR and headed over to her apartment.
I was expecting to see a small apartment with a bathroom and bedroom, but instead we climbed several flights of stairs into a small boarding house that could only be described as absolute squalor. She led me into a tiny bedroom, where 3 of her friends were already packed into their bunk beds, watching a Filipino movie. I felt really bad for her, as she works 12 hours a day 5 or 6 days a week, and has to live like this.
I suggested that we go for a walk and see the sites of Wan Chai, and she happily agreed. This is where I started to learn that as much as Filipinas like sex, they won’t talk about it. After I suggested that we try to find a short-time hotel, she blushed and looked the other way. However, as we walked, we just happened to pass by a ST hotel after walking for only 5 minutes. The Beverly Hotel on Lockhart Road was glaring at us, just half a block ahead. Up the elevator we went, and sure enough, a room could be had for the afternoon, for 400 HKD. The bed and the bathroom were clean, the bed lighting was tacky, the carpet was filthy, and I was too horny to think. I paid and we dismissed the maid from the room.
We only left the hotel for an hour that afternoon, to get some food for energy. She squeezed 3 pops out of me in record time, and with the kind of genuine enthusiasm that warrants 3 pops for sure. She would not offer oral, but really enjoyed receiving. I think that this may be a little typical for Filipina girls, according to some of the reading that I have done on the AC pages.
All in all a very nice way to spend an afternoon, and I left for my return trip as she pouted in the shadows. I felt kinda bad about that, too.

Hey, where'd the Lucky Sauna go???!!!???!! Arrived in HK and headed out to my favorite sauna this evening. Holly massage oil batman, now its the Sands, with a complete makeover and all new staff. Also all new prices. I was told many of the massage girls are the same and the massage rooms haven't been changed, but everything else has had a complete makeover.
Prices are now $638HK for body massage or $888HK for FS. Body massage includes topless massage with the breasts and HJ. Girls have new outfits (better looking, really) but they've gone now into the higher end sauna cost. Lucky was a great deal for the price but now its pretty much just like all the others.

Tried to go on the cheap (always my biggest failing). Figured I could get away with a "body massage", or massage + HJ for less then a regular sauna place, since my personal favorite went higher end. Just an overall mistake.

Don't generalize too much and don't confuse between dup (hammer your bones) and body massage.
Say in 141 there are two cataglories, one for 141 and one for dup which can also be called massage. The dup are what you get in saunas. Usually these dup girls has different packages - dup only, dup + HJ (hand job), + BM (body massage) or + ML (make love). So massage can be confusing. What is clear is that they usually state the time for the full package including ML will be at least 60 min to 80 min. That would be a decent massage otherwise they wouldn't last that long. When I say that the streets are flooded with people, I'm not exaggerating. Hong Kong is so densely populated that even if only 10% of kids are out for the evening, the streets become absolutely packed. Some parts look like New York City's Times Square on New Year's Eve.
In Mongkok, go near the intersection of Soy and Tung Choi Street. In Tsimshatsui, go to the promanade, the location of the Avenue of the Stars, next to the Star Ferry terminal. In Causeway Bay, go near the intersection of Jardine's Bazaar and Hennessy Road. For an upscale crowd frequented by expatriates, try Lan Kwai Fong in Central.

Lai Kwan Fong is one of the local places for the regular crowds and the after work type and weekend partying. You will also find some girls working the bars as well, but most of the people there are there for the bars and to meet friends, drink, eat and party. Lai Kwan Fong is in Central and if you take the MTR to the Central MTR Station you can find a map or sign that will show you the way.
The area is located on a steep hill that must be difficult to climb when you get very inebriated. I always joke that they put the bars there so that the police could just sit at the bottom and pick up the drunks after they pass out and roll to the bottom of the hill.

If all else fails to get into GZ on a Friday late night, how about a recommendation for a HK hotel convenient from the bus stop at the airport? Please give me the bus number too and where to get off for the recommended hotel. I know some basic Cantonese.
And convenient to get into GZ the next morning? I can live with a three star and up hotel. But the hotel should be close to the bus or train leaving for GZ. I would prefer the train. Never tried it before.

HKG is perhaps the newest major international airport in the world. It has always been the major Asia hub. In addition, there are at least 2 daily flights to LA, and 2 to NY, for one airline Cathay Pacific alone. The airport may be a bit large. There are two meetings points A and B. The departure area entrance is also divided into North and South. You may need a train to get from the plane to the terminal central. But the excellent signposts are of course truly bilingual and you won’t get lost.
There’s not much to say otherwise except that they have smoking lounges, aka gas chamber. HK became a seriously anti-smoking city. Not in any public transport. Not even outside hospitals. Many restaurants still have smoking areas but in the decent ones rarely anyone smokes. The price of over $30 HKD a pack does the trick - more than that in USA. Those who smoke in a crowded restaurant are viewed as anti-social, most likely tourist from PRC (People’s Republic of China). Outdoor cafe’s are rare, at most with several seats on the outside. It’s almost impossible to find a place to sit down and smoke, unless you are at home. Or inside the airport.
There’s one smoking lounge at the arrival area. There are at least several in the departure area after you cleared custom and security checks. If I know that I would have gone there much earlier rather at the last minute. There are no wireless broadband internet connection in the arrival area but some within the departure area. Another reason to get there earlier. With many duty free shops, candy shops, coffee shops for example, you won’t get too miserable.
The fastest way out is the train, which is part of the MTR (underground) system. At $90 HKD for the train ride, the buses are a lot cheaper at $20 or less, which is also rather frequent. You can get a train ticket at the automatic machine by the train station entrance. For the buses you pay when you enter the bus. Most buses belong to the same company that provide all the public transport via buses in HK. There is an office at the bus terminal that you can ask, of course they speak English. The route signs are bilingual and clear, though there are many stops. If you don’t already know what bus to take, it’s rather complicated as there are two many of them with overlapping routes. And then there are taxi in the same area when you walk out of the airport following the signs.
There is another bus company that specialize in airport buses, including some out of HK. For these buses there is another office there that you can enquire and buy a ticket. The office is the 1st thing that you see when you walk out of the airport following the bus and taxi sign.
For those who want a good cheap sauna massage, I can only recommend more than enough my favourite Jordan Sauna. There it is $400, $500 and $600 respectively. I've never been let down there. And it's 90 minutes, no ripoff.

Getting around:
The MTR (Mass Transit Railway), underground train, is excellent and most likely all that you need. Fully computerized and extremely easy to use. Words are bilingual (English and Chinese) and announcements are trilingual (English, Mandarin and Cantonese). When you get to an interchange station, the stations that you need to change train will lit up at the display on top of every door and carriage. Most people get a universal RFID card, which can be used on all public transport of the land, plus all Seven-Eleven stores, Circle-K stores, Macdonald’s and some other shops. You just place the card near the sign at the entrance, so it can stay in your wallet or handbag. You go a lot faster that way. It’s a stored value card, where you recharge in the automatic machines in the stations, in the station ticket offices, or simply hand the card with with cash to the staff at any Seven-Eleven and Circle-K stores. Values are increased in multiples of $50 and $100.
You may also use the railway system, which runs to the border with China. The railway system is a straight line so it’s very simple compared to the MTR. Again information are bilingual and announcements are trilingual. At the HK end, there are 3 stations of interest, Tsim Sha Tsui East, which is the terminal, Mongkok, the centre of HK, and Kowloon Tong, where you can change into the MTR system. Tsim Sha Tsui East and Mongkok stations does not meet with the MTR system, but within walking distance.
The buses are very pleasant if you ever need to use them. The stops are clearly posted in every bus stops, also bilingual I think. There is a big LED display inside the front of every bus showing the name of the next stop. I think it’s also bilingual. You just press the red button nearest to you when the display shows your station. There are also announcements for every stops, maybe trilingual or at least bilingual, with Mandarin and Cantonese. All buses are air-conditioned and many are gas powered. There’s no easy way to find which bus you should take. There are just too many of them with highly overlapping routes.
I think the bus system is doing the greatest contribution to the HK sex industry. There are four 15 flat screen TV’s on every bus, two on each deck. You are constantly bombarded with slimming product advertisement (among other advertisements), which is a huge business in HK. It is very tastefully done because the target are supposed to be women, and that children will not be offended. But watching all those impossibly gorgeous slim models in bikini or short skirts, very often I feel the urge to do some detour, getting off the bus to do some urgent business instead of going straight to my destination. I still remember my favorite model to this day, her legs are always on my mind. It’s the same thing in most newspapers and magazines.
Taxi’s start with $15. They are well regulated, including the price of luggage and toll fees (for tunnels). Because of lack of business, they often have to queue for a long time in taxi stops before they get any customers. They are not very happy if you just go two blocks in front. Or if you go to some dead areas like Mongkok, where you can spend half a day in the traffic jam without going anywhere. The drivers can take it with pride as mostly tourists do this. But a little tips help, like $10. Otherwise tips is optional, the longer the trip, the more optional it is.
For maps I recommend http://www.vectormap.com. It’s bilingual. You can zoom in to the building level, which is important to hunt for 141 girls. You can selectively show Underground stations and the name of buildings in the maps. When you plan for directions, include the exit number of underground stations, A, B, C etc, and optionally with numbers A1, A2 etc. You can use taxi but it can be a lot slower sometimes.
Weather:
HK has sub-tropical weather, which can be hot and humid. But since even the buses are air-conditioned, you don’t need to prepare for it unless you are going to walk a long way. Indeed you need to bring a jacket if you need to sit for a few hours in a nightclub, or spend half a day in the shopping mall. Often a wafer thin plastic jacket also doubles as an emergency rain coat. In clubs where the teenage girls wear sport shoes, these jackets are also common.
The perfect weather is about start of November, which is also the season with cheapest tickets. The weather starts to be decent after mid-September. At end of November, you need a duvet when you are sleeping with the windows open. There’s not many days in the year with temperature below 10 degree C.
HK is a free country, you can wear anything going anywhere when you want to be nobody. But if you want to look to be somebody, it’s hard. Most OL’s (office ladies) wear a suit and high heels. Everything is judged by brands, and they have brands for everything. In other countries, the brand of your car and the location your house say a lot about you. In HK, other people can’t easily see it even if you can afford a car and the space to park it. And thousands live in a building with identical units. I think the psychology of ants drives HK people to distinguish themselves by all means, clothes being the obvious target. When you can still get a sweat after a short walk, some ‘trendy’ girls go out with long leather boots, scarfs, and wool jackets.
Shorts and slippers are out. Sunglasses are out too. Brand named ones in summer maybe. Otherwise you look like a triad. The tinted ones make you looks like someone from the North (PRC). If you wear glasses, better be the frameless ones. Otherwise you look like a student. But frameless glasses are a lot more expensive in other countries when everything have to pass minimum standards and all opticians are qualified. Both shopped alone, but both came from the same mode, straight long fine hair, both looked like European teenage models, very pretty. At 5'9 to 10, they are slimmer and taller than the HK girls.

Even Vegas has HK chefs, need I say more. But there are numerous international chain restaurants there to make you feel at home, from McDonald to Rain Forest Café. But don’t expect peace and quiet in cheaper restaurants around meal time. You pay a lot for peace and quiet.
Hotels:
You begin to experience more about Einstein’s time-space universe in HK, and everything is charged accordingly. Hotels are expensive. Bookable via the internet, few hotels are under $500 HKD per night. $1000 is more like it. Even in expensive parts of California, $400 will give you a very pleasant stay in a motel at internet price. But even a run down boarding house in Jordan charges you over $300 a night, and it’s not available via the internet.
Old boarding houses in the red light districts (which can be everywhere) charges at least $60 per hour, or maybe $100 if the girls bring you there, while the night club or the girl get some kick backs. There are many specialized love hotels, which are more decent boarding houses, charging $88 for one to two hours, and $188 with special equipments like steam room. Some are very clean, spacious and nice. Some are directly above nightclubs. The best love motel I saw is near the Mongkok MTR station, $88 two hours, very clean and very clean sheets. Bathroom has enough space for two. The room has enough space for the bed and some extra space to move about. Another one in Jordan is large with a large round bed. Fake leather surface, no sheets but lots of towers. Large partition with glass walls and doors for the shower, which is large enough to put in a floating bed with spaces to spare. $88 about one hour. You don’t usually ask for the change for a $100 note.
Communications:
HK is GSM country. If you go there often enough it’s worthwhile to invest in an unlock GSM phone, in which you can buy a SIM stored value card in HK and insert. Unlock means that the SIM is not locked to one carrier. These phones can be used in Europe and Asia, but the frequency in USA is different. But there are GSM phones that covers all. In HK, you can get SIM cards for use in both HK and China. Or you can get separate SIM cards in each region. Many Northern (PRC) girls visiting HK uses these cards and these no-paper-trail phones are perfect for a secret 2nd phone. Beware that these phones don’t normally have voice mails and when the numbers cannot be connected, you don’t know what’s the reason. Maybe just the phone isn’t turned on in the morning. I find it painful to surf sites with lots of pictures without broadband. Broadband is cheap in HK. But for visitors, I don’t think broadband is common is hotels because wiring would be a major task as there are so many rooms. And that a wireless system would be large for the same reasons. Starbucks and Pacific café provides wireless broadband connections in most shops. Central district has a high concentration, so is Tsim Sha Tsui. Some regional major shopping centers has some. You pay by credit card when you fire up your browser in the café. Some $50 ?? for 200 min I think, which can be used within a month or maybe three. The providers are mostly the same so the minutes can be used in most coffee shops.
However, Starbucks sucks as the layout is designed for outside people to watch the people in the café. You are watched in all sides when you are surfing, and rarely anyone bring up a laptop there. Pacific has more privacy and space but it is mostly full like all other coffee shops. After work and weekends when the malls are full of shoppers, it’s impossible to find a seat with privacy, if you can find a seat at all. Students go there to do their homework at weekends and evenings. Though, Pacific has some terminals if you don’t have a laptop.
It’s pretty useless to surf the HK sites when you are in North America, and vice versa. I think the traffic is very heavy in each region and there are some bottlenecks between the two regions, and indeed among any regions. I have no solution for this except patience. Sites like email and banking are OK, but don’t try WSG in HK and ****** in US.
Nightlife:
The most popular nightlife are one-floor-one, night clubs, sauna, K-pressure, etc. I don’t think any are limited to locals. Nightlife is misleading as they are all open from 10 am or 1 pm, but you know what I mean. Too much fun and too little time, I myself couldn’t cover the less popular forms like brothels and go-go bars myself. But I have some information

It is well known that the sex industry in HK is not as good as in neighboring South China, the border town Shenzhen and the special administration region Macau. I don’t recommend the non-Chinese girls unless you never travel out of HK. The Northern girls are value for money, next best if you cannot go to China. At the lower end, the hotel girls live in Southern China, who can travel to HK very often. At the higher end the girls may be from further away and in the game not that long. Pricing can be complicated but the basic principle is the hourly rate for company, only. At the high end in Tsim Sha Tsui East, at tea time, before 4 pm, the package deal is about $1,200 for 2.5 hours with a girl to accompany you. This include extra one to two hours if you want to take her outside of the club. Sex is extra at $1,500 for the girl. The dinner time, after 4 pm, is usually at least 1.5 times higher price than the tea time. Most clubs open as early as 10 am in the morning but many girls report for tea time duty at 1 pm. Some TST clubs and clubs on Hong Kong Island are more visitor friendly with website and simpler fee structures.
At the lower end, not necessarily related to quality, the hourly rate may be less than $100 / hr at tea time, and about $150 is normal in Mongkok and Jordan clubs. The dinner rate is about $250/hr. If you take the girl out, that’s about $300/hr. But some clubs allow you to do it inside, which is illegal. Some add $40 as entrance fee. These minor charges discourage people from going away after 30 min. Tips are truly optional. Nothing for mami as a custom. Maybe leave the small change to the waiters, only if they don’t already charge you $60 for half a dozen beer.

Most nightclubs are Karaoke clubs, meaning that you have a private room, and you can sing if you want to. But if locals really want to sing, they have to know which clubs to go. Because the majority are Northern girls or localized Northern girls, who don’t know much local songs. The rules are that mami or papa bring a girl to your room. I never got any vitamins in HK. I have my trusted online pharmacy, and that the cost is a small fraction of a one hour stand. If you don't receive other suggestions, you can try the smaller pharamcies in Jordan road, and others look like it anywhere else. I don't know about the price but I guess won't be as cheap as the generics from Indian online pharmacies. One is near Jordan Rd & Shanghai St, and there are severals along Jordan. Night1:

Went to Good Fortune a few weeks ago, only could get the 45 minute massage, but the assplay was good enough to make me come back for full time.

I have never been offered or been able to negotiate much more than a bsic HJ on the HK side.
