I was in the Dominican Republic last week. That's the home of La Pela (generic tadalafil). They sell it in grocery stores and gas stations. I got a package of four pills from my hotel front desk for 300 pesos. (approx. $8.50) I've never taken ANY type of ED medication before, but I didn't have a lot of time in the DR and didn't wanted to be slowed down racking up as many chicas as possible.

After reading the blogs and forums, and paying attention to other guys' experiences, I decided to take HALF of one pill, just to test it. I had a vision of walking around unable to hide a blue-steel boner. What would I do??

Here's what happened to me: Nothing. After a couple of hours, no effect on my temperatore, no pain, no congestion, no sniffles, and most noteably, nothing out of the ordinary down below. The next day, same thing. Many reviews say the effects last up to 36 hours.

I still took care of business with a couple of chicks, but no thanks to La Pela. It was all me.

Anybody have any experience with La Pela?

If it is mild discomfort and you are satisfied with Cialis performance then you should not be worried too much.

I assume you are not seeing a doctor for your prescription, if this is true and you want to keep medicating with it, I'd go talk to your doctor about the drug interactions with you first before you continue. I'm not sure what else you might be taking but Cialis can have some interesting interactions so be careful. Also it depends on your level of taking. Are you doing 20 mg then 10 mg daily or 10 mg then 5 mg, how long have you been taking it, how often do you take it, what was your doseage you took, etc.

But basically, muscle cramps are more common then you would think.

Tansak KTV, thanks for the reply. Yes you are right in that I managed to purchase Cialis without a prescription, I have not seen a doctor. I don't really have ED problems it is more of a performance pill for me. The Cialis I purchased were 20mg i.e. the strongest dosage, that was all the pharmacy had, I would have preferred to purchase 10mg. I have taken the 20mg pills before and not had a problem, however whilst on holidays recently I took a second pill after the first only 24 hrs later. This is where the problem with the cramping arose. I believe that a full 48 hrs needs to be left between taking a second successive pill. I have bought a pill cutter and in future will cut the pills in half. Also when my batch of Cialis runs out if I buy it again I will only buy 10mg. For the future I reckon I will stick with Viagra 50mg which I have used before, works well with no side effects for me. Also it lasts about 4 hrs which is all I need really, I find the Cialis stays in the circulation system for too long, up to 36 to 48 hrs.

Yes I know... I got some tooo, but nothing serious, let's say a little bit more than a discomfort mosly in the higher part of the leg and some in the back... slight. Moslty after heavy sexual activity so may be it's not only Cialis acting!

For my 8 nights holiday in the DR I decided I would experiment with a larger amount of Cialis then I ever tried before, at regular intervals.

I took half a 20mg tablet every evening around dinner time, starting from one day before my arrival.

Results were excellent, as I could sustain consecutive pops, always with a rock hard erection, even when I was drunk or feverish from too much time spent sunbathing.

The only downside was that on my 7th night I got a splitting headache, which 2 aspirins couldn't solve: since I very rarely have such strong headaches, and anyway a single aspirin is always enough to sort them out, I decided not to take the dose on my last night.

Yes. I don´t know how old you are, but you may have low testosterone. Easy to check with a blood test and lots of replacements available if its low: gel, patch and injections. If you work out you will also see a rapid improvement in stamina and strength with hormone replacement therapy.

CLTry taking tylenol an hour before the c or v. If headaches persist try levitra. Why are you taking diet pills? Just eat less and exercise which will also help your erctions. Good luck.

What are the diet pills you are taking? You may be experiencing an interaction between the diet pills and the ED meds. Are you taking nitrate type meds? Such as Nitroglycerine or Isorbide? Full strength V gave me headaches too and C less so, but some indigestion, plus they gave me more "help" than I needed!
So I cut down to 1/2 for either with less extreme results and fewer side effects.
If you are already at 1/2 maybe you can cut the dose even more?
Of course there is a lower limit where you will not get beneficial effects, but as with the headaches, that will vary by individual.
If you are getting the headaches, maybe the dose is more than you need, everywhere.

Last February, while mongering in the DR, I bought some of the cheap local sex vitamin of choice: LaPela.

It should act similarly to Cialis, as the active ingredient is Tadalafil.

I hadn't tried it yet until this past weekend.

The effects are not as lasting as those of Cialis, possibly nor as potent, but for a short term boost it does work.

I (not for normal fucking, but for sex tours) use 20 mg Cialis (one every 36 hours). Nearly 50, tall and big. It makes me performing six-eight shots a day (not in three hour of course), nad the last two/threee are wonderful.

I do not get any hedache, but some muscular pain after 3-4 days.

Go for weekly or so cycles taking 4-5 tablets maximum, and then staying off for some days. Of course light food light drinking etc.

Having had a satisfying first experience with genuine Vitamin C on my last trip to the Philippines, I decided to give the generic a try since I was down to my last box of tablets.

Ordered the 20+20 special from ADC, along with a couple incidentals, came to about USD65 all-told. Japanese customs is generally pretty rigorous at opening and inspecting incoming packages (I rarely get packages from overseas that aren't opened), so I was guessing it was going to be a crapshoot whether it got through on the first try or even a reshipment.

I received the tracking number on day 4 after ordering, day 6 in the wee hours it was already in country and sailed through customs clearing in 90 minutes and later found it wasn't even opened. I suspect its the fact that my new local area is loaded with indian foreign workers and they've given up bothering to open packages from india to this area. EMS package arrived at my door at 9am day 7.

I tested today, taking a split pill 10mg, same as I do with genuine Cialis and headed off to a local health (bj parlour) after an hour or so. I could tell something was working in the pill, though the level was not quite as intense as the genuine article, maybe 75% or so of the effect but still quite adequate for a good performance. In the future I may try a full 20mg tablet, though I never needed it with the brand stuff.

I think you should use Tadalafil in combination with Dapoxetine. Either you can use them separately or the combination tablet. Dapoxetine is to be used 1 hour prior to action and the effect lasts for 3. 4 hours. Man, you will get tiered of yourself.

For myself, to avoid copies, I avoid Cialis and Viagra entirely and stick with Tadacip and Kamagra. There aren't fakes of Indian generics because the markup isn't worth it. Brand names like Viagra though, the bootleg markup is well worth their effort. That said, I prefer to stick to buying online and from sites that take Paypal.How does Tadacip rate compared to the the generic "Unbranded Cialis" product? I assume you have tried both.

Yeah, I'd say discreet, but there is a customs form attached to their packages, usually folded up but sometimes if it's been opened by customs, US customs will just tape the customs form right back to the package not caring that it says 'Tadacip, Kamagra, etc' on the slip.

No issues with customs, but for the US at least they usually don't care as long as it's a 90 day supply or less so that it's clear that you're bringing them in for personal use.

No worries as you guys say down there (at least in the movies). I would guess that it won't be a problem, it's prescription only in the US as well, and I've received up to a hundred pills at a time in the past. And supposedly the US is a 'strict' customs country. I think what they are more worried about are hard drugs, I order it in the US for trips to Thailand, I probably would only use maybe 2-3 pills a year if it weren't for my 'business trips' to Asia. I find that the pricing of the same meds in Thailand are overpriced, something like US10 per pack of 4 tablets for the exact same product.

For the benefit of others on this forum, thought I'd document my process and let you know that I have put an order in.

As mentioned before, I live in a small town in Victoria. I've wanted to see my local doctor for some time, however, the walls are thin in my town and I really didn't want another nickname.

Anyway, I sent the webmaster a mail inquiring as to customs issues importing this into Australia. They replied saying that Australia is one of their larger markets and while Customs sometimes delay packages, they have not had issues delivering small quantities and it has only become a problem delivering larger batches.

I must say that the website does not look very professional. It almost looks like a scam. The only assurances I have is that they accept Paypal (cannot emphasise how much safer that makes me feel) and their large and varied product range. I ended up ordering 48 tabs.

Here is how the order process went for me.

Day 0. Placed order.

Day 1. Invoiced, paid

Day 2. Received email advising that package had been sent, along with a tracking number from India (although the tracking info is yet to update since leaving India).

Day 10. Package arrived.

The good.

- Was suprised how quickly I received this. Most of my general China purposes take 2 weeks.

- No customs issues, invoice declared goods as "medication" and that seemed to work OK.

Hadn't seen her in about 8-9 months. Last time I saw her, we got drunk and I nearly rooted her but had performance issues that night. I blamed it on the alcohol, but suspected something was up (or not up as the case was).

Well, I must say to you counterfeit stuff. EH? My tadora and tadacip pills I get from indian pharmacies direct to me personally. No 3rd party. No counterfeit. If your looking for counterfeit pills, cialis by lilly is the most popular counterfeit pill there is on the market. 90% of this pills come from China. These are counterfeit. I have to agree with Redbull.

There is a level of low 'generic' that I will not waste my money on, based on the experience of others, then there are branded generics that are reputable and cheaper.

Counterfeit agencies are far more likely to counterfeit lilly or any other brand that is high yielding. Buying this on the 'net is rather risky, particularly if you get it at a good price. I can recommend Tadacip from my own experiences.

If you really want Lilly and do not want to be counterfeited, I suggest your local chemist.

C.I buy from rxcreams (on Dash's recommendations). Had no customs issues, paid with paypal and was happy with product. Main downside was that product sent was 10 months old. That being said, for the price was well worthwhile. Was in a small brown padded bag from India.

What happens to medication sent to Norway? Is it known for being a strict customs country? I have heard Canada and France are. If that's the problem, I would guess that you won't find too many companies that will ship to Norway. Here are some other's though, but I can't vouch for shipments to Norway as I have my orders either shipped to Texas or Thailand, both of which don't seem to care at all about prescription drugs. I have even ordered 200 tablets at a time of various medications without the packages even being opened (but probably X-rayed).

Your choice, if you are going on a trip to Thailand, Philippines, Brazil, etc, take the daily type and just take one each day and you are good to go.

If you are just hitting a local place today and tomorrow, take the regular one.

I find that 2. 5 mg is fine (I get the 5 mg and freak in half) daily. I start taking a day before, ie, take the first the say I leave, and take daily.

They (rxcreams) also have about a dozen other sites up now. Jcmrx.eu is another one. They all are that 1980's retro site. Those who shop there know what I'm talking about. I've bought from them for years. They do have a different style though. Almost like a small town drug store like they make themselves out to be. Becca once "went out of the way" to have a 6-7 email conversation with me about touristy things to do in India, recommended hotels, restaurants, etc. If that's not your thing, there's always the more mechanical and much fancier web pharmacies: bmpharmacy.com and xlpharmacy.com I've bought from those as well, also very professional, but to be honest, I "like" dealing with Mike, Becca, Carissa, and company at JCM more. Have not bought tadalafil since 2013, at that time the sites were offering 10 and 20 MG variants. I bought the 20 MG versions and would use 1/2 the pill. This is sufficient if the pill is reasonably potent. My experience is that the indian pharma stuff is hit and miss, many do not have that characteristictaste if dissolved in the mouth, and I assume do not provide the advertised amount of tadalafil per pill. Now, I see they are selling 40,50 or even 60 MG versions.

On the one hand, I am tempted to try the higher MG variants as they would be cheaper if cut up and taken in 10 MG nibbles. On the other hand, they may be even a bigger rip off in terms of actual potency vs marketed potency. Just wondering if anyone has tried these higher MG variants.
